I feel like Lucid really does invest in their employees in a couple of different ways.
They're very conscious about their employees needs, and they understand that we have lives
outside of work.
I can state pretty conclusively that our benefits are some of the best in Utah if not the best
on a national scale.
The benefits are really sweet honestly.
You know, they do the catered food, they do the lunches.
Every year we have a hackathon.
We have a company retreat.
We have ping pong tables and foosball tables.
Our new office is going to have a bouldering wall.
Lucid really does pride themselves in---how do we hire the right people?
Well we have to be appealing.
I really love the culture.
It's just this really wonderful, creative working environment.
People here at Lucid, they're really passionate about what they're doing.
It's definitely fun.
And it's exciting.
And there's an energy here and a buzz here.
The sky's the limit for Lucid, and I'm really excited to be a part of that journey.
