Now and again, our homes need a bit of maintenance.
but if you're renting or letting privately
you need to know which repairs are the tenant's responsibility
and which ones are the landlord's.
What if a light bulb needs changed
or there's a spill on the carpet
or the kitchen sink is clogged with cooking oil?
these are all things that should be fixed by the tenant
who is responsible for keeping the property clean,
treating it with care,
and using appliances correctly.
But what if there's a leak in the ceiling
or the heaters have stopped working
or the oven is faulty?
These are all repairs that should be done
by the landlord.
Landlords need to ensure that the property
is fit to live in,
and are responsible for anything affecting its safety -
like the plumbing, electrics or insulation.
It's important that any faults are reported to the landlord
as soon as the problem is discovered.
If the landlord doesn't carry out the repairs,
tenants can apply to the Housing & Property Chamber
of the First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland.
Remember: normal wear and tear is to be expected
and both tenants and landlords should allow for this!

$550 Gaming PC Build Guide - Duration: 14:23.
it's time for another PC build guide so in the last video I made a PC build
guide that was roughly about $750 total with variables because the PC
market is very weird right now parts are going up and down especially when it
comes to RAM and video cards video cards especially thank you Bitcoin miners
crypto miners whatever you want to call yourselves it's all your fault anyway that
being put to the side for now we're gonna try to build a computer for
around 500 to 550 dollars right now now keep in mind that the prices on this
list do change often I've been eying some of them and kind of know the trends
where they go up and down so with that that being said let's get to it first I
want to mention who this is who this build guide has kept in mind for
obviously it being $550 it's not the most powerful most amazing computer you
could possibly buy now that should be obvious but sadly to some it's not
usually when you make lists like this people are like why are using a 1050 Ti
that's 1070 the 1080 is better nothing's nothing below 1080 for me well you're
rich and you can afford that stuff the 1080 itself is going to be the entire
cost of this whole bill so leave that aside so with that in mind this Rick
will be able to play mode like every eSports title that there is and even
some higher-end games and but they will either have to be reduced to slightly
lower settings or just not get the highest of frame rate which is okay
keep in mind that most of these builds I have or graphics students in mind or
some content creators a lot of people will be making it aware to me oh of
course you can build a more powerful computer using older parts I'm not using
any older parts for this list mostly because I want it to be an
upgradable computer if you want this to be used in the future if you want to get
a lot of life out of this computer I don't recommend using ddr3 motherboards
let's just move on from there all those things aside I've already wasted enough
time talking about this okay so first up we're gonna go for CPU I've chosen the
AMD Ryzen1300 X it is great CPU I have this in one of my systems it's a
quad core with four lanes of hyper thread now if you didn't know what hyper
threading is if that doesn't make sense to you the course are kind of like the
mouth if you think of the information processing kind of like eating so each
core is like an extra mouth to eat information to process that information
now what hyper threading is is kind of like extra hands that feed that mouth
and once they're not necessarily helping you eat more information they're helping
that information get to the mouth faster if that makes sense so hyper threading
is good and for a cheap processor buy cheap I mean inexpensive this is
actually pretty powerful it clocks up to 3.8 gigahertz I say it clocks up to it
because you can tweak it it doesn't do that right out of the box but with a
little bit of tweaking if you look into that you can get this thing to go pretty
quickly not only I chose the 1300 X over the 1200 because it was only $5 more and
for $5 I think it's worth it to add to the list because more power why not
the 1200 was only 115 at the time of this video and the 1300 X is 120
so that's the you CPU I chose for this list moving on to the motherboard the
asus prime A320M-k AMD Ryzen name for blop blah blah ddr4 so this this motherboard
has baseline motherboard not only does the support the newest AMD processors
horizon which are a little bit newer to the scene but they're going to be around
to stay for a while and they're quickly more becoming a favorite in the build
communities because of their excellent power their power efficiency and the
price point that they are so this motherboard supports that it also
supports up to 32 gigabytes of ddr4 ram which is more than you'll need in this
type of computer but you do have that upgrade ability it only has two lanes
for the ram though so keep that in mind and one of them is awfully close to the
cpu you may have to be careful about your cooling that you choose for it it
does come with its own cooler bigger ddr4 sticks tend to take up space with
the ones with the mini heat shields the ones are designed for gaming so they
will take up some space but the cooler that it does come with the cpu does come
up is actually really good and it's extremely on the motherboard itself as
for USB 3 ports and 2 USB 2 s and ethernet cable all the stuff that you
need one thing i forgot to mention that i should it is micro ATX so you need to
get a case that is micro ATX compatible okay next on the list is the hard drive
for price reasons we can't afford to add an SSD to it now now keep in mind all
the things that you want to add to it you can always do it later but I chose
the Western Digital blue one terabyte SATA 6 gigabytes a second 7200 RPM blah
blah blah blah hard drive you don't need to know all that stuff the most
important part about this hard drive is one is one terabyte which is plenty of
space to get you going and it's 7,200 rpm which is pretty fast
for a hard drive a common speed you'll get in a hard drive from pre-built
computers is about 5400 rpm 7200 is a respectable speed it's actually pretty
good no it's not necessary but it will be decent and sufficient
next is the Kingston HyperX fury 8 gigabyte 2100 megahertz
ddr4 ram stick only have one of them Ram is really expensive right now 8
gigabytes will get you where you need to be I don't think you should go ever
lower than 8 gigs when it comes to building that computer I know not
everyone needs it but when you have graphics in mind when it comes to
processing especially if you're gonna do anything Adobe 8 is truly the minimum
when it comes to these things it next in the power supply not the most exciting
thing but power supplies are important because that is kind of like your room
to play with 400 watts is good enough for this bill now if you wear your gonna
want more as if you get a crazy graphics card later 400 watts is plenty to supply
this if you're gonna put a 1080 in there get a better power supply but this is a
budget bill so we're good right nothing nothing to say here at 34.99 it's it's a
good price power supply EVGA makes great power supplies it's 80 plus gold so this
quality it's not gonna also not explode on you which if you get a cheap one it
will next up is the graphics card this is the hardest thing on any list I
wanted I wanted this bill bluest to be $500 but because of graphics card being
in such demand right now this this card is usually supposed to be like a hundred
or less but because of all the cards being in it right now it's even out of
stock but if they get shipments regularly so by the time you watch this
it could be in stock again so 440 I chose the ace Asus Radeon rx 560 it's
for gigabyte card which don't get too excited it doesn't mean it's necessarily
better than a 1050 I think for the performance right now I was going to go
with a 1050 not the TI because right now those are insanely expensive I bought my
1050 Ti for $140 in September of 2017 right now it's hard to find them for
anything less than like 280 wait for it cryptocurrency is going down it and soon
gonna leave us and graphics cards should return to a godly price so right now if
you're willing to buckle down and get an Rx 560 doesn't seem like it got hit
too hard by the price fluctuation so
it's hard to compare to a 1050 because the 1050 to the 1050 is consider all
things considered a very consistent card as far as its performance II usually
does pretty well it's only a 2 gig card which doesn't matter for too much
because when you're working with a lower tier graphics card um typically on a
budget you're not gonna have a 4k screen you're not going to be worried about 120
frames of on that 4k screen or anything like that you're usually it's 1080p
gaming at 60 frames a second which the 1050 does pretty well so you would have
to tweak it the Asus rx 560 is typically performs slightly worse than tint than
the 1050 but sometimes actually performs better when it comes to DirectX 12
titles so it's odd it's it's a newer card so that could be it
it also since it is 4 gigabytes the card doesn't utilize that for gigs as well as
it should but it gives you more room to play with as far as how much it can
store in its memory at a time so it has that advantage over the 1050 more and
more games are requiring 4 gigs of video memory but when it's lower tier you're
probably not going to be playing that many
games that do that so just just go with the card it's a better price than the
1050 right now if you want remember you can always upgrade your graphics cards
later which I definitely recommend but another thing to keep in mind is that
this is a low profile graphics card so it doesn't require as much wattage from
your power supply you could easily get like a 780 around the same price
apparently if you shop around on eBay well enough but then again you're not
you're not going to deal with a warranty anymore so if you get a used part it's
risky and not only that the that rx gonna get this right anyway I think it's
about 65 watts
whereas a 780 although performing obviously better takes about 250 watts
so there's a lot of power you're gonna need a better power supply all that
stuff that one's up to you it's also not going to be supported by Nvidia for too
much longer so stick with this one for now so with that out of the way the last
thing is the case now this one you have room to play with you could definitely
get a cheaper one which I could have added to this list but why not make it
interesting the thermal ink or micro ATX cube computer chassis it's a cube not
only is it going to be a little bit easier to work with due to its size
you're going to be able to carry this around a little bit better than some of
the other cases you can swap things out a little bit easier power supply at the
bottom it's pretty cool it's not an expensive on either and it
love to by many many people but like I said if you want to make this even
cheaper you could get a $20 case just know that there are other costs when it
comes to that some of the cheaper cases are harder to work with when you're
putting it together especially if this is your first time that could be a pain
and but not only that some of them just are cheaper feeling they're not all
metal some of them have plastic and that may or may not matter to you especially
with working in the future if you're building this but usually when you're in
the lower budget being able to upgrade it to something better in the future
is nice to have so I recommend this case so that's it for this list for five
hundred fifty dollars you can build a pretty decent computer keep mind all
these things are upgradeable that's that's the beauty of building a computer
is that you can change things later now this computer will provide more than
enough power for some basic graphics some light Photoshop work light I mean
don't work on billboards you're not going to be able to do that but you can
of course paint to your heart's content on Photoshop you can make some nice
graphics this will work with anime studio more than you would understand
some light premiere work I will be doing more videos on PC build guides I'm
thinking about playing around with a three hundred fifty dollar budget build
what that will get you I'm very curious just right let me know if you're

Hey everyone, this Simon from SimonWYHuang and today you're gonna learn how to make
a wordpress site from zero to hero. Now I know most of us already has a website,
but what if someone is just started? You know how there are tons of website
platform out there... but why do people choose a specific one vs. other ones
only if I personally like WordPress is the best content management system and
for getting your website being found is a lot easier to work with WordPress. So
let's go to my screen right now and see how we can make it in 9 simple steps.
Okay so... this is the end result of my website. As you can see very nice website
images and a call to action button... lots of good features. So how are we gonna
get to here? Let's start with getting a domain and a host. So I want you all to
go to https://hosting.wphealthwatch.com. Now,
when you get here, enter your domain name... For example, let's go for any random one...
site downtowntorontowebsite.com...
see if it's okay... so it's done! Let's add in to cart so this shows you that the
domain is available before I go on I'm sure most of you know that domain means
the website name right here https://yi-therapy.com is my clinic name.
YouTube has youtube.com, and obviously there's so many other one. The domain is
your website name that's shown on the internet so we might add a to cart and
then can then add a web hosting. Hosting is
basically like a land that you build your house or a website on. For example,
you can use a lot of our options, but I prefer to use this one. We got three

twenty-five hundred visitors per month. Orr five thousand plus visitors. Most
people are just suggested to use a starter one. Click on older now, use the

you can actually get much cheaper deal so it turns out to be 795 per monthly
695 annually by 95 by annually then try annually is 395 and it becomes a one
hundred forty two that's for three years you don't have to worry about it protect
your website with SSL definitely go with that SSL certificate is basically the
showing decide that all your website is secure so let's do that because without
that Google will actually tell you that your website is not secure they don't
recommend you it would see a weird looking website warning page and that's
not cool and also you won't get indexed but let's go on there's also spam expert
I do suggest you to try to use this so that your email doesn't get stamped show
you another way you don't have to buy here right now so let's click continue

icon and add new theme at the search button you check generate press it looks

this is really nice and fast so they just install that and click activate so
we got that done oh there's a new version just update that first make sure
you're always updating your site okay so now that we have the general repressing
we don't need to 2017 to lead to 2017 we're now having January press really

program embedded inside your president site now I don't normally like to hold

widget I usually choose 0 iconic little widget you can choose to have it or not

page service page contact page and blog page and you want everything to be nice

like to like this is basically counting on your imagination but if you don't
like to it do anything you can always add template which they have over here
oh you can add the homepage template you can have the interior design tab but
they have pre-designed template that is really nice for you there you can just
plug in and use it some are not pro is scroll which means you just have to pay
for it some of them are free I mean I don't know about you but I'm
all about free but some are really really nice like I'm very attempted to

Battlefront 2- Aiming and Aim Assist - Beginner's Guide - Duration: 7:22.
Intro Red Wolf here and today we're introducing
a new series onto the channel for beginner's to Star Wars Battlefront 2 and honestly just
first person shooters in general.
If you've been playing first person shooters for awhile a lot of this is going to be common
knowledge for you, but every day there's a new player out there just getting started,
and in star wars battlefront 2 especially, there are people who just don't play or
haven't played shooters before.
In this video we're going to talk about aiming, and how to improve it for those of
you just starting out, or really struggling.
Now I use to be in the Army and have taught basic marksmanship before, however real world
and digital don't go hand in hand, if I use a term that you need clarification on,
please let me know, I'm going to do my best to keep it light on jargon.
Also, this is a process, your not going to become amazing at this overnight, it takes
some time and some thinking while you play, so don't get frustrated, just keep at it,
and it will eventually become second nature.

What is aiming, or ADS Let's start very basic, what is aiming,
or ADS?
When I say ADS, I mean aim down sights.
This is holding the alternate fire button on consoles, or the other mouse button on
PC.
Well i think it was the right mouse button when I played, but it's been a long time
since Raven Shield.
When you aim, it should bring you into a small zoom, making the target a little larger, and
if in First Person, making it look like your looking down the sights of the weapon, now
in battlefront 2 it doesn't actually give you the iron sights, but in most games it
will.
benifits of it There is a benefit, in most games, to aiming
down sights, and that is that it will tighten up your grouping of your shots and proved
less recoil over all on the weapon.
This makes it easier to control, track and land your shots on the target.
Also in most games, if you kneel while shooting it will reduce this even further, but you
won't see that a lot in the run and gun shooters like battlefront 2 and call of duty.
There are some disadvantages to this as well, and that is a loss of sight lanes, since it
will reduce your field of view, you don't want to be running around constantly looking
down your sights, but we'll get in to that a little later on.
Cross Hair Placement When Moving Around Now when your moving around the map, where
your looking and aiming is where your crosshairs are located and generally is going to be the
middle of your screen.
When your moving around, you want your crosshairs to be placed, in battlefront 2 at least, parallel
to the ground.
So when your running around, you want to have your cross hairs around shoulder height, not
looking down at the ground, not up in the air, but right around shoulder height.
A Lot of newer players will look a little more downward, since this does get the weapon
out of blocking some of the view, but what happens when you do that, is you have to move
your sticks farther to get back on the target.
If you are at shoulder height, there really isn't any vertical movement you'll need
to do, just left and right.
So in this clip, i'm going to have my cross hairs where i see alot of new players looking,
and see how far I have to move in order to get back on target?
And now, if I'm parallel to the ground, its a small move for a headshot and only a
horizontal move to hit the target.
This will speed up your reaction time and allow you to get a few more headshots, and
as you get more comfortable, you can move it slightly above parallel to be aiming at
the head for the first shot.
Now with that as well, if you are going up a hill or stairs, you need to adjust and place
the cross hairs were the targets body is going to be, this may not be parallel with the ground
depending how steep the stairs are and as you come to the crest of the stairs or hill,
you want to level out so you're going to be able to hit anyone at the top.
Don't walk up the stairs, staring at the next step and then come back here and say "well
i was parallel to the ground I was on".
Work smarter, not harder hoah?
Know Where to Aim on Body
Generally, if your new to a game, I always recommend aiming center mass.
Center mass is the middle of the chest.
If this is where you are aiming, your first few shots are going to hit, and spraying and
praying will generally net you a head shot or two.
In most games, head shots are not 1 hit kills with all weapons, but in games where it is,
you generally want to aim for the head, obviously, in the games where it's not a 1 shot kill,
you still want to aim towards the head in an engagement since it'll be a critical
hit and do more damage, causing the target to go down sooner.
So as you get more and more comfortable with the game, then start cheating a little bit
and going a little higher than parallel to the ground to get that first shot head shot.
When to Aim Now that we've covered where to be looking
on the body, we need to cover when to aim in video games.
So personally, I usually aim down sights every time I shoot, however there are going to be
times when hip fire is the best method to use.
You want to be aiming down sights every time your turning a corner and expect someone to
be there.
Now before you get ahead of yourself that is not every corner in the game.
After playing for awhile, you will start to see trends in movement emerge.
Where players are normally going to be coming from, where they normally are going to be
spawning in and where they're going to try and hide around a corner.
If you are approaching a heavy traffic area, spawn area, or a known corner camp, you want
to be aim down sights and looking at the area the person is normally going to be.
If you want to get tactical, you can pie the corner, but i'm not going to go into pieing
right now since it's a little more advanced.
You also want to aim down sights if your coming up on a popular path and think someone is
going to turn the corner on you.
If someone turns the corner on you, and you are not Aiming down sights, you need to kind
of judge how far they are away from you.
If the target is at medium range, I would recommend aiming, if they are close range,
that is when you really should just try and hip fire.
This is more of a judgement call, and one that you just kind of pick up as you go along.
Other times when aiming is to your detriment is when there are multiple enemies and your
trying to move towards cover.
Since when you aim down sights, your speed is slowed, you don't want to aim and try
and retreat or strafe for cover if you need to get there in hurry.
Now once you get to cover, you want to aim down sights when coming in and out of it to
engage, that way you're more on target and able to take one down quickly evening the
playing field.
What does Aim Assist Do and Should I use it?
Let's move on to aim assist.
So aim assist is different than auto aim, while it does have sort of an auto aim future
to it, it's not going to snap you right on target regardless of the distance.
In Battlefront 2, aim assist helps you track targets and make adjustments easier by slowing
down or decreasing your sensitivity when you are near or on a target.
Since new players tend to over shoot when they move their sticks, this makes that large
movement of the stick into a much smaller one.
So as you can see in the video, I am moving my stick all the way to the right and left,
not releasing any pressure, and my movement slows when I am on the target.
That is the aim assist helping me stay on point with him.
The other think aim assist does is if you are near the target, and then aim down sight,
it will snap to the closest body part of that target.
Now this is the reaon I don't recommend using it to anyone whos played shooters before
or often.
As you can see, my aim is at head level, when I aim, it snaps me down to the chest.
Taking the damage that round will do from 68 to 36.
However i you are close to the head, it will snap you there as well, but its a much smaller
box then the rest of the body.
This game will not help you track targets, as you can see here.
And the snapping to target is only on the initial aim.

10 Things to do in Budva, Montenegro Travel Guide - Duration: 12:32.
Good morning good morning guys.
Greetings from Budva, Montenegro.
Budva!
So this is our second stop in Montenegro.
Yeah.
We left Kotor behind and what was it like 30 or 40 minute bus ride.
Yeah, ridiculously close.
Yep.
Probably our shortest travel day.
Yeah.
So far.
And we're also really close to the Old Town.
Like our apartment is a 15 minute walk.
Yeah.
So we've just walked down here and we're going to show you some different things you can
in Budva in this travel guide.
But first breakfast.
Breakfast of course.
Budva is a popular resort town that sits on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, so we started
the morning off with a walk along the harbour where you can see everything from little fishing
boats to luxury yachts.
Though Budva (Budua) is very close to Kotor, it has a very different feel so we're going
to take you on a quick day tour of the city and show you what it's all about.
So we've found ourselves a little spot.
We sure did.
Yeah, we had like granola and coffee.
No granola and tea for breakfast this morning and clearly that wasn't enough by the time
we got into town we're like oh my gosh we need food.
Yeah.
So we finally settled on a place.
This is called uh Konoba Stari Grad and it is right along the water.
Like we're actually on the beach right now.
So yeah it is super relaxing you can hear the waves and we've just ordered up a few
cappuccinos, omelettes and yeah we're going to have some food and then we can sightsee.
Haha.
Exactly.
Cappuccino.
Cappuccino.
Okay, so breakfast just arrived at the table.
We both went for omelettes because that sounded pretty good.
So I got the vegetable one with eggplant, peppers and tomato and Sam's has prosciutto
so that is going to be really tasty.
Yeah.
And yeah the coffees are slowly disappearing.
Haha.
Cappuccinos didn't last very long that is for sure.
Yeah, I find that cappuccinos in Europe are quite small.
Like look at the size of the cup.
And like most of it is foam right?
So I only have foam left.
They encourage you to get another one.
We were planning to walk on this bridge but now that we have a closer look it is train
tracks.
I don't know how good our balance is.
Budva Old Town Beach may not be the prettiest to swim in, but you do get some nice views
of the walled city with St. Ivan's Church (Sveti Ivan) peeking above the fortifications,
but now let's continue up the coast.
Alright guys so the whole idea was that we were going to sit down have a coffee, warm
up a little bit and I think I'm colder now than I was before.
It is just one of those days where it is like bone chilling.
Like the cold is penetrating your bones.
So we're just going to have a little walk along the beach.
It is a pebbly beach.
Dark sand.
Um yeah but we do get some really cool views check that out.
Old Town.
Right there.
Well Yoga Girl isn't the only one with the moves.
Let me show you how it is done.
If you keep walking west along the coast, you'll first come across the Ballerina Statue,
also nicknamed Yoga Girl, keep following that path and it'll bring you to Mogren Beach
and Mogren 2, which are a bit sandier and less pebbly than the beach in the Old Town.
You guys we just found more cats.
More cats.
They are just the sweetest cats here.
I just saw a mother and a kitten and they are so friendly.
You're just the size of my palm.

Oh my gosh baby cat.

Alright beach time.
Yeah, it is the beach time.
And we are visiting on November 22nd.
Oh ho ho.
So it is a little chilly.
Like 11 or 12 degrees outside.
No speedo today Sam?
No speedo today but you can just imagine how packed this would be in the summer.
So our first impressions of Budva (Будва) like were kind of mixed.
We weren't sure if we would like this place.
But going for this nice walk and seeing these cats and just like this kind of the charm
of this place is starting to hit us a little bit.
Okay guys so we are now inside the city's historic center and we are surrounded by churches.
So I think we're going to hit them up one by one.
First up this one which I believe is Saint Ivan (Sveti Ivan).
Oh nice orange kitty.

You are big and well fed and you've got a bell.
I think Sam likes orange kitties because they remind him of himself.
No they remind me of Hobie my parents cat.
So we were just about to go inside St. Ivan's church and there is a massive sign saying
no photos so it is going to be for our eyes only and if you ever make it to Budva (Будва)
well I guess you can see it too.
So things aren't going very well guys.
Church number two closed to the public.
So we're not going to be able to go in.
I can see a third church yes up in the horizon.
Guess what?
Guess what guys?
Can you guess?
No.
What is the problem with church number three?
Can't guess.
Couldn't guess if my life depended on it.
Just kidding.
A lock on the gate.
Lock on the door.
Is this like a low season thing?
Or what?
I don't get it.
Yeah.
But we're not going to be seeing the interior of any of these churches.
Well, so let's move on.
Let's go explore the old town.
Let's go to the Citadel.
I know that is open.
Haha.
Well kitty cat.
How much did you pay for your seat?
How much was admission?
Hmmm.
He's like I look cute.
I don't have to pay.
You guys we have finally found something that is open.
The citadel.
There is a sign for it right here.
Citadela.
So we're going to go in we'll pay admission.
It doesn't matter how much it costs.
Oh my gosh we got in somewhere.
At long last.
So we just paid 2.50 per person.
These are our tickets.
They are like little postcards so that is pretty cool.
And yeah a little out of breath from those stairs.
There wasn't that many.
Oh my gosh.
And now we're going to explore the citadel.
I think someone could improve their aerobic capacity.
The Old Town of Budva (Будва) is situated on a rocky peninsula, with the citadel located
on the southern tip of the city.
There isn't a lot of information about the site once you enter, but it's worth the
visit for the views of the Old Town (Stari Grad) alone.
What up?
Well, we just finished visiting the Citadel.
And that was awesome.
Like so worth the price of admission.
The two fifty we paid.
It is quite big.
Mmmhmm.
And yeah you just get some incredible views of the city.
Not just the Old Town (Stari Grad) but also out into the water and you just get so many
different cool vantage points.
And just the citadel itself is great.
This is something you've got to do when you come to Budva (Будва) for sure.
Okay so we are currently walking around the Old Town and it seems like there is only two
kind of shops.
It is either like super cheap touristy stuff like magnets and you know Budva t-shirts or
it is like extremely high end clothing and sunglasses and watches.
We actually went into a shop because Sam saw a shirt he really liked.
Some polos.
And then we looked at the price and it was 385 Euros.
Yeah.
We're like woah woah woah.
We kind of quickly walked out.
Argh!
Haha.
We found a lovely seaside restaurant after a morning of wandering around the town.
Yeah.
And this place is called I'm actually just going to read the napkin.
So Jadran Kod Krsta.
Yep.
Not entirely sure what that means.
And guys it is just warm enough for us to be outside.
Just barely.
Barely it is probably about 14 degrees.Yeah.
If it was a couple of degrees cooler we'd be inside with everyone else.
Although everyone else is inside.
Yeah.
It looks really nice inside actually.
They have all of these ferry lights and it looks very like rustic and cozy.
We've got a kitty friend.
And the meat and fish hasn't arrived yet kitty so you'll have to stick around if you want
some of the good stuff.
We've only got salad right now.
Okay, so we are going to start things off with a salad.
We were actually going to order the Greek one and he's like no no no.
Go for the seasonal one.
It is half price and it is the same ingredients practically.
Haha.

Yeah, so this one has cucumber, it has tomatoes and cheese.
Cheese is the main ingredient here.
Yeah, we really mixed that around.
The cheese was actually layered on top.

The fries are looking a little meager because I already ate half the portion.
Haha.
There was a lot more when we started.
Wow.
But yeah, Sam took a long time filming as usual.
Yeah.
So I ordered myself a kebab.
Mmhmm.
With fries.
And it also comes with onions and a spicy sauce.
You sure did.
It is hot.
So we kind of got the best of the meat and the sea because over here I've got a plate
of fried calamari.
Yeah.
So yeah.
Let's try yours first though.

It is quite juicy.

That is really nice.
Oh my gosh guys.

With a side of wow.
It is just I grew up in Canada on the west coast so I grew up eating a lot of fish and
seafood and the rest of my relatives on my Mom's side were on Atlantic Canada on the
East Coast so I grew up like just eating seafood on boths sides of Canada and it just feels
comfortable for me and very familiar to be eating this.
This is your comfort food.
This is my comfort food.
So I'm getting a nice big piece here to try.
And we had the option of ordering the Calamari grilled, fried or stuffed.
Oh my gosh.
I went for fried and it is battered obviously.
Um, this is my happy place.
Like that kebab is really good but this is just for me.
For my personal like my personal taste.
This just like hits the spot in so many ways.
And that's pretty much it for our tour of Budva (Budua).
As you can see, the Old Town (Stari Grad) is quite small and compact, so you could easily
cover it in half a day if you only had time for a day trip.

PMS Survival Guide - How to Keep Your Diet on Track - Duration: 3:01.
Are you working towards losing fat but really struggle with the dreaded shark
week - the week before your period? Let me assure you, the struggle is very real.
Shark week is fraught with food cravings. Serotonin levels are known to dip that
week before your period starts and this dip causes cravings for carbs and sweets.
Eating carbohydrates causes your serotonin levels to increase and, if
you're anything like me, when you get a PMS craving you are not happy until that
craving is satisfied. Cheeseburgers, pizza, french fries, potato chips, chocolate, ice
cream. I basically tend to turn into a salty, fat, carb-loving fiend. Though really,
when do I not love those things? So here are some tips to help you navigate those
murky waters and help keep you on track.
Maintenance calories.
When I was in a conservative 10% calorie deficit, during my week of PMS, I would bring my calories
up to maintenance. This granted me an extra 200 calories or so each day, which
I gladly consumed.
Calorie cycling.
I calorie cycle every week, but I find it's even
more important during shark week. Calorie cycling has you looking at your calorie
allotment for the entire week rather than just each day. This allows you to
eat more calories on the days that you need to keep your sanity and balance it
out by consuming less calories on the other days. So those 200 calories I
mentioned earlier was actually 1,400 calories that I could play with for my
entire week.
Indulge smarter.
When a chocolate craving smacks me in the face,
I make a rich, indulgent feeling snack that is hopefully high in protein. My
favorite is a chocolate peanut butter protein mug cake. Yum. Recipe is in the description.
Move your body.
Once cramps hit, there is nothing I would love to do
more than hide under a blanket on the couch with junk food while watching
Netflix. But I always force myself to move, whether that's getting to the
gym for a weights session, or just getting outside for a walk. Exercise always
relieves my cramps and apparently there's a reason for this. Exercise
releases beta-endorphins which have a pain relieving effect.
Be kind to yourself.
PMS throws a big bitch of a wrench into
things. Don't allow yourself to wallow in despair over eating like a garbage
disposal. You can beat yourself up over giving into your cravings, or you can
work with your cravings and make them work for you as best as you can
It's only a week, give or take. Don't let it mentally break you.
