excellent!

Hi, good morning from Melon Bites

still asleep

come to the vineyards to make some pictures

hope some pictures are ok

from La Ribera del Duero

the expresso machine for outdoors

again good morning

coffee

hope that real expresso

Let me tell you how I normally do coffee in nature

so you can compare it to the expresso

or if it is too complicated

Usually I use some instant "expresso like" coffee

a couple spoons

it´s powder coffee

I like it with a bit of milk

I carry or these capsules

I use sometimes powder milk

let me tell you how this machine works

this is included, is the measurement of coffee we need for each coffee

around 7 grs

this is the small mug where coffe comes out

inside is the capsule and filter

where we put the coffee

be careful

with all the rubber seals

and another one

each time you close it, check that all are in place

at the other side

is the water tank

that is taking in

when pressing this

great!

intense

bitter

great coffee

it takes cream out of the coffee

like a coffe maker

what I don´t like

weight

almost 400 grs

for just a tiny coffee each time

bulky

the process

even if you practice a lot

it´s a bit long

with a few steps

and you have to do it everytime you want a 80ml coffee

so imagine if you are 2 or 3 people

it can be exhausted

check many of them, and mayority seems to be from the same manufacturer

just with different names

what I like

I bought it cheap 12,79€ from a flash sale

link bellow

but the normal price is around 23€

will include both links

and comparing this coffee with other outdoor methods

it´s a lot lot better

it makes high pressure

so it extract all the flavour from the coffee

I don´t think I will carry this in my backpack

I think is too complicated

to carry the coffe, and take back the used coffee....

I don´t like it to thow away used coffee

in a camper vehicule or rv?

yes, it´s a great idea

and we can enjoy a real coffee anywhere

so in camping or RV is a great idea

and I go back to the computer, to check the vineyards pictures

Four-year-old's body 'found on coffee table in garden' - Duration: 3:01.

A four-year-old's body was found on a coffee table in a garden, an inquest heard

Amelia Brooke Harris was found dead at her home in Brithweunydd Road in Trealaw, Rhondda, on Friday, June 8

Pontypridd Coroner's Court heard that at around 10.15pm a man was heard shouting in the street that someone was dead

In the brief inquest opening in Pontypridd on Wednesday coroner's officer Robert Lewis said when police attended they entered the rear garden of the property and discovered a wooden coffee table with a child's body on it

At 10.30pm police arrested the deceased's mother for murder, the inquest was told

Amelia's grandmother identified her body, Mr Lewis added.  A post-mortem examination on June 10, undertaken by a Dr James at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, found the cause of death was pending further investigation

Histology and toxicology results are being sent for further analysis and will be returned after tests have been carried out before the little girl's funeral

A solicitor for Amelia's mother has said they did not wish to have a second post-mortem examination, the court heard

No family members attended the hearing.  Coroner Andrew Barkley adjourned the hearing until November 13 at 10am

Carly Ann Harris, 37, has been charged with Amelia's murder. She has not yet entered a plea and is on remand ahead of a provisional trial date of December 3

'Breaking down stereotypes': Mother-daughter coffee van making more than just coffee - Duration: 7:33.

'Breaking down stereotypes': Mother-daughter coffee van making more than just coffee 7

30 By Natalie Whiting  As the sun rises over the small Tasmanian town of Huonville, the Que Sera Sera Coffee van is already humming down the highway

On board is Sonya Lovell and her daughter Bronwyn Shelverton. It has been three months since the mother-daughter team launched the mobile coffee business as a way of providing stable employment for Bron, who has Down syndrome

"Unfortunately because she does have a disability, for her to be in traditional employment, she's dictated to be paid a certain minimum wage, which I didn't see as fair," Ms Lovell told 7

30. "I thought there's got to be a better way. So hopefully, in five or 10 years that this will be Bron's future

'That's what you like to see — someone happy'    The van is on a tight schedule, racing around local businesses and making coffees on site

"My day is really good, it's so busy and hectic, though," Bron said. "My job is taking orders and people say hello, [answering] questions, and Mum does making coffees and stuff like that

"Mum makes me happy. [I] enjoy myself working in the van with her. Yeah, she makes my day

" That sentiment seems to go both ways. "We get along really well, we work together really well, which is great," Ms Lovell said

"The laughs that she makes me have through the day! She keeps me in line. The Que Sera Sera Coffee Van is clearly already well loved by its customers

"Since they've been coming I've noticed the difference with Bron, she's not as reserved now and she's more open, she jumps out of the car and she's straight in, and says good morning," customer Sue Eaves said

"You always see this beautiful smile on her face, so that's what you like to see — someone happy

"'It is breaking down stereotypes'    Only about half of Australians with disabilities are employed, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, and they can face additional hurdles trying to find work

Bron does have another job at local cafe and bar Willie Smith's Apple Shed, which she loves, but she had to stop working recently because her support worker left

"I have to wait for a support worker, it sucks, but I'm hoping to get back into it," Bron said

Ms Lovell said they are trying to find another support worker so Bron can work there as well as at the coffee van "because she misses it and they miss her too"

Ms Lovell said when it comes to the van, Bron doesn't rely on a support worker. "She does need support in some areas of working," she said

She hopes Bron and the van can change attitudes toward people with disabilities. "It actually is breaking down stereotypes, to not look at someone whether they have Down syndrome or any disability and think they're not going to be able to do that job

They can," Ms Lovell said. "Yes, sometimes they need help, but Bron has proven where there's a will there's a way

"Pouring it Forward: The coffee van gives back    Que Sera Sera Coffee doesn't just sell coffees to its customers — it also has a scheme to give back to the community, called "Pouring it Forward"

People can buy coffees online or in person to be given to someone else in the community, such as a nurse, emergency service worker or a homeless person

After struggling to gain finance for their small business, Sonya and Bron plan to put the profits from those coffee sales into a fund to help another disadvantaged person trying to start a business or get into work

The coffee van recently pulled in to the Emergency Department of the Royal Hobart Hospital to give out some of the Pour it Forward coffees to the nurses, who were taken aback by the generosity

"I'm really thankful that people can be grateful for the work that we do," nurse Caitlin Jennings said

Some of the cups have personal messages scrawled on them and one nurse read out the message on her cup to her colleagues

"Thanks for helping my Mum this week, love Stella, age eight," was written on one of the cups

"Oh, that's so sweet!" "So nice!" the nurses said when they read it. "Well, the nurses are happy," said Bron after handing out the last of the coffees and posing for some photos with the grateful recipients

"So, I feel happy. I feel great."

Is Coffee Good or Bad For You - Duration: 7:48.

Why coffee is bad for you is coffee good or bad for you

There are several things that happen when I drink coffee

I start putting on weight my blood pressure increases my cholesterol shoots up

I become jittery can't sleep and something terrible starts happening to my brain

Yet the health

Professionals out there would have you believe that coffee is a healthy drink and that you increase your health by drinking it. I

Seem to recall the same story about cigarettes

coffee oils increase cholesterol

When my cholesterol has periodically shot over a healthy level

I have repeatedly noticed that simply abstaining from coffee and tea lowers it without any other changes to my diet

When I started researching it

I discovered that there are coffee oils and it is these coffee oils that are responsible for the hike and cholesterol

However, it depends on how you brew the coffee as to whether it retains the oils or not

Instant coffee doesn't have any coffee oils

According to dr. David Moore a professor of molecular and cellular biology at BC m.k

Fest all one of the Coffee oils is the most potent cholesterol elevating agent known rise in blood pressure

My blood pressure has averaged a healthy

110 85 for years yet the moment. I have a cup of coffee before I get to the doctor's office

It will spike to something like 129

I eventually asked a doctor about this and he said that coffee did spike blood pressure loss of sleep

Caffeine can take some 14 hours to leave your system

So if you have a cup of coffee at 10:00 in the morning

Then the effects will only leave your system at 12 midnight coffee causes anxiety

caffeine causes the body to produce more

Cortisol, the stress hormone and as we all know the more cortisol, we produce the more tummy fat we produce

So there's your relationship between weight gain and coffee and it has nothing to do with sugar on milk

However, the bottom line is at coffee causes anxiety

Not only does caffeine

Increasing stress hormones like cortisol, but it also decreases calming

Neurotransmitters and reduces blood flow to the brain. I can confirm the fact that my brain does not work. So well on coffee in

1995 I did the same test for two different companies a week apart in the first test

I had prepared myself by eating only greens with no coffee tea alcohol or anything else

I scored very well in the second test. Perhaps a little cocksure of myself

I drank coffee about half an hour before I wrote the test. I failed

Everything else was the same

My brain just couldn't work out the issues coffee increases wait some 20 years ago

I went to a naturopath he put me on a particular diet and I was losing 15 pounds a week

He forbade me to have any coffee or tea on week 4

I got a little bored and had two or three cups of tea

I only lost seven pounds that week. His first question was did you have coffee or tea? I have repeatedly

Experimented with weight loss and gain since then over and over

I find that if I drink coffee or tea, even if it's black with no sugar

The weight loss is much slower

Coffee depletes vital nutrients in the body just as gluten prevents the body from absorbing

Calcium in some people so caffeine prevents some nutrients from being absorbed

caffeine interferes with the absorption of both magnesium and vitamin B as both

Magnesium and the various B vitamins have a lot to do with being calm and stress-free

Drinking coffee is self-defeating

Caffeine also interferes with the osteoblasts which produces strong bones so it's a factor in osteoporosis

decaffeinated coffee by the way

still contains caffeine

The same amount that black and green tea plus it contains the residual elements of the chemicals used to remove most of the caffeine

For people who are sensitive to coffee decaf or not coffee still gives the jitters coffee gives you bad breath

Coffee dries out your mouth and body and this in turn

Produces the bad breath this is because the mucosal cells in your mouth aren't washed away once they die

They only live for three days coffee contains thousands of ingredients not just caffeine coffee

ingredients include chlorogenic acids Kaffee all

polyphenols

Phytoestrogens and dye terpenes all of these have both positive and negative effects on the human body

Insufficient studies have been done on those substances as caffeine has been predominantly studied

however

Recently with the realization that some effects happened regardless of whether coffee was caffeinated or decaffeinated

There is increasing interest in the other components of coffee

Heartburn and stomachache for instance can be caused by caffeine

Kanako's and various other chemical substances in coffee coffee is known to relax lower esophageal sphincter

Which allows the stomach contents and hydrochloric acid to be released into your esophagus?

The general acidity of coffee is also responsible for aggravating conditions for those with ulcers gastritis

IBS and Crohn's disease

Acrylamide in roasted coffee beans is a carcinogen in

2010 the council for education and research on toxics cert sued Starbucks

7-eleven BP America

BP products BP West Coast products and

Gloria Jean's gourmet coffees for not warning their clients that acrylamide in roasted coffee beans was a

carcinogen on the 28th of March

2018 Los Angeles Superior Court, Judge

'allahu Burrell sided with cert and instructed coffee selling companies to provide their clients with a warning of the cancerous

Effects of acrylamide the counter-argument by coffee companies maintained that the health benefits of coffee outweighed the risk of cancer

The judge was not in agreement

naturally the CEO of the National Coffee Association

Disagreed coffee has been shown over and over again to be a healthy beverage

This lawsuit has made a mockery of prop 65 has confused consumers and does nothing to improve public health

The more bitter and the darker a coffee is the higher the acrylamide content

It is a byproduct of roasting coffee at a high-heat coffee withdrawal in a study John Hopkins University

testing caffeine on the performance of athletes

It was found that caffeine increased the ability of those who were suffering the effects of caffeine withdrawal

But did nothing for those athletes who were not suffering from caffeine withdrawal

Essentially when we begin to withdraw from the stimulus of coffee. We need another cup in order to feel better. This is addiction
