is, how much will my divorce case cost?

And the answer is, it really does depend.

It depends on the level of complexity of your case,

as well as the level of conflict.

If you have a highly complex case involving

multiple businesses, it's very likely

that your case would cost more than someone who only has, say,

a home, one retirement account, and one vehicle.

Furthermore, if you have a high level of conflict,

that can lead to an additional amount of attorney time, which

therefore leads to an additional amount of cost to you.

One way to keep costs down, if you

are going through a divorce, is to try your best

to reduce the level of conflict and speak very early and often

with your attorney to get through some of the most

complex issues, so they don't become a problem down the road.

 In the aftermath, "a lot of people were thinking, 'What's going to happen?' Tarek and I were so tied together on everything: real estate, the show, our children, our house

It was so stressful, and everyone was worried that it was going to explode."  Despite the drama, there was no explosion and the pair continued working together while co-parenting their daughter, Taylor, 7, and son, Brayden, 2

"Somehow we managed to build something even bigger than we had before," she says
