Auto news on Youtube Sep 14 2018

what is up ladies and gentlemen boys and

girls it's Zulo back with another video

on absolver today we will be taking a

closer look at the three starter styles

currently in the games is being Kahlt

Forsaken and Windfall without further

ado let's jump right into it

to start things off we should go over

each class and how their ability affects

how the style should be played firstly

we have the Kahlt, Kahlt is currently

known as the easier class to play their

ability is absorb also known as tanking

the hit without taking any impact stun

whillist gaining some stamina and having

the ability to regain health loss from a

successful counter there's no need to

know the direction of the hit whether

it's mid high or low

they'll tank it assuming it's not a guard

break, timing is an important factor

for this class and being able to predict

guardbreaks, they're all relatively slow

and easily telegraphed as you get more

comfortable and absorbing, next we have

Forsaken, Forsaken is known for the

ability to parry attacks which will

completely stop your opponent's attack

as well as stun them and give you a

stamina boost, it is slightly harder to

land compared to Kahlt, as there's parry

left and parry right, using the correct

one at the proper time will result an

almost instant switch from defense to

offense as long as you have a quick

enough opener, fighting as a solid

forsaken player you will want to start

off in defense usually unless you have

an advantage to start aggro such as a

sneaky cheeky opener otherwise your main

goal is to figure out your opponent's

combo stings and look for an easy

readable attack to parry. Timing and

attack knowledge are very helpful as

well as learning to read your opponent's

will help you with this class. Lastly we

have the Windfall class the Windfall

class's ability is to avoid not to be

confused with dodging, avoiding an attack

can be performed by jumping ducking or

avoiding left or right thus making it

the class with the most decision-making

involved and it just looks badass

each successfully timed avoid will

result in a boost in stamina as well

as slowing your opponent's attack

resulting in a chance for an opening

counter-attack, timing attack knowledge

and being able to read your opponent's

plays, plays a big role in this class. Now

that we know how each class is played

and what strategies and/or knowledge is

needed to be a successful Absolver for

the given class let's check out the most

recent updates for each class so we can

get a better perspective on how each

style will be effective in game the

latest buffs and nerfs released an

absorber was released on March 27th 2018

for patch 1.16 this was a rework to

stats on all starting styles. In this

update we saw the Kahlt absorb ability

get a few extra release frames aka the

amount of frames after an ability before

allowing you to continue your combo or

start a counter. ability cancel was

raised from 0 to 3 and after ability was

raised from 6 to 9 taking its style with

the quickest and release Windfall saw

team standard release frame raised to

and from nine as well as the duration of

the slow on the opponent after a

successful avoid being reduced from 0.5

seconds down to 0.4 seconds then lastly

was forsaken hairy stamina cost went

from 5 to 15 with canceled cramps going

from 6 to 8 while standard is now at 12

from 14 frames the stamina bonus purse

successful parry was improved from 15 to

now 30 but they did see a nerf to the

duration of the stun from 0.65 seconds

down to 0.5 seconds if we compare the

pre started classes side-by-side you can

indefinitely see the advantage of each

class as well as their disadvantages

after looking at all this info and

learning how all the Styles perform both

in game and mechanically through the

written code you can hopefully see the

benefits more clearly for each style and

absolvo to better help you in

understanding what kind of fighter you

will be in the streets of a doll as for

me I'm gonna stick to playing windfall

because like I said in the beginning of

the video it just looks badass if you'd

like to join my school I will leave a

link to my school deck guide down below

if you'd like to just join my school

then my school ID is pef if you enjoyed

the video please leave a like as it

helps me out a ton and consider

subscribing for more absolve very

goodness until next time take it easy

Initial D: Special Stage - Iketani's Car Guide - Part #13 - NISSAN Silvia K's Aero [S14] (ENG SUB) - Duration: 0:49.

Silvia K's Aero, S14.

Although the former model was a nice car, the S14 looked kind of fresh.

The image redesign is a minor change,

the raised eyes are insanely aggressive and cannot be seen on similar cars.

The 2 liter turbo engine SR20DET generates 220 horsepower at 6000 rpm.

It is powerful even for casual racing, but the engine demonstrates its true value at high speeds.

If you can release the potential of this car, then you can be proud of your skills.

Comfy 4: Leggings: My Guide to Leggings for Beginners - Duration: 9:16.

You can have both style and comfort, learn how to wear and style the most comfortable

pieces in your wardrobe.

Let's chillax and give thanks to our extra comfy clothes that are like Chicken Soup for

the Fashionista Soul.

Toss aside your high heels, throw out your Spanx, and relax into these stylish ensembles.

Look at all the extra comfy clothes we are going to focus on in this style series.

A fleece, a hoodie, thermals, a muumuu, sweatpants, and yes, even leggings.

So in previous episodes, we've covered some of these items.

So we've already looked at fleece, so you'll want to go back and check that episode.

We've already looked at also the hoodie, and the thermal.

So this episode is all about extra comfy leggings.

So let's do the rundown.

What do we know about leggings?

We know they are super warm and they are so comfortable, and they go great with boots.

If this was a typical video of mine in a regular style series, at this point, I'd be showing

you all of the extra cute styles of leggings and you would go, "Aisha, I don't have any

of these in my closet.

I just have regular leggings that I got for two for $20," okay?

So I go, I hear you.

I'm not going to give you extra cute stylish print leggings.

I'm going to go with what most of us probably having our wardrobes.

Most of us have a pair of grey leggings and so whether it's light gray like the one shown

here or the darker gray, most of us have these.

So grey leggings, what can you wear?

I love this very loose style tunic style shirt but you could see it's a little bit like a

sweater, so I love it because it's still warm but it's loose-fitting and it's just one of

those things you're like, "I just don't want to deal with anything today.

I want to kind of just hide."

So it's a perfect slouchy shirt to wear with leggings.

I have a pair of ballet flats to wear with the leggings, and then a super stylish scarf

with the blue print on there to add just a little bit of color, a little bit of color

to this gray look that we are layering with greys and blacks.

You can see, it's more of a bluish gray, actually would be a more correct description of the

color.

So again, we're staying with a same color palette and then we have the great black tote

bag that we're wearing with it.

We made it a little bit more stylish in that we have our initials on it so it's a little

bit more stylish and chic but again, this is the day you're just like, "I just want

to relax and be comfortable but I don't want to look like a hot mess."

This is what you can put together to wear with your grey leggings.

We also all have the pair of black leggings in our wardrobe, and so what can you do to

style that up a little bit?

And again, it's something that's still comfortable, you can run around town in, and you can enjoy

the comfort of the leggings.

So what we have for this, we have a long just white tank top.

You can see it's not really supposed to be form-fitting.

It's supposed to be a little bit loose.

Add a little bit of edge to it with this great black purse with the studs on it and then

a pair of wedge black boots to go with it, so it's a little bit edgy.

You also know that we have this sheer blouse that has this funky little prank on it and

actually, the way that you would style and wear this is you would wear it open like this,

so you would have the leggings on, you would have the long t-shirt on, and then you would

have this sheer shirt worn open and it would just be flowing behind you as you do your

cat walk down the street.

So again, all of these items are comfy, even the boots, they're wedge boots so you can

wear them for a really long time without them hurting your feet, and you just look very

stylish, chic, and put together and that's how you would rock that long sheer shirt,

perfect for leggings.

At the beginning of the series, I said this was all about giving thanks for all the comfort

we've received from our comfy clothes in our closet but I also wanted to share with you

a story of comforts, a story of when someone provided me with comfort and in a little bit

I'll tell you exactly why I'm doing that.

So here's the story for this particular episode.

I remember, one of the most stressful things you can do, of course, as a high-school student

is to have to go take your SATs, so the day before they tell you to get a good night's

rest, have a very hearty, healthy breakfast in the morning to help you, and do you have

to go to some strange location to go take your SATs, and so you're all excited and on

edge and about to do that, and I remember in the morning, it was a Saturday, and my

dad got up with me.

I'm putting my breakfast together.

He can tell I'm little bit distracted because you have to go do this thing that could potentially

impact your future, what colleges you get into, so he knew that I was nervous, and so

eating and he was kind of quiet all during the day and then when it was time for me to

leave and I was going to drive myself to go take my SATs, my dad actually hugged me, said,

"Good luck, you're going to do great," and I believe he even said like, "I love you."

Now, you have to know, if you knew my dad, my dad was not a very affectionate dad.

He was not someone that would say his feelings.

He wasn't somebody that says I love you and that sort of thing so it was very shocking

I couldn't remember the last time that my dad was able to say his feelings and express

them that way.

I was kind of in shock, so I remember driving to the SATs and being like, "Oh my God, this

is an even bigger deal," then I thought of my dad's acting like this in the morning,

but actually, he did provide me comfort and it did distract me all the way to the SATs

so that I was a little bit more relaxed, but it did provide me that comfort and that assurance

that I needed right before I had to go take this major test and I did only end up having

to take it one time and not multiple times, so that was great.

So just very appreciative of my dad for doing that.

And this is really a time to take stock of people in your life as well that you would

maybe want to say thank you for for those times that they provide you with comfort and

I'll discuss that a little bit later in the video.

Also with this series, we are giving away scarves so you'll have an opportunity to win

a scarf and I will show you exactly how you can go and win one of these gorgeous scarves.

Mirafit Guide To Walk In Squat Rack - Part 3 - Duration: 5:27.

Mirafit

Hi guys, welcome back to part three of my guide to the Walk In Squat Rack

and today we're going to be adding the bench.

A Guide to the Mirafit M2 Walk In Squat Rack.

So, why do you need a bench?

I'm sat on the M2 Adjustable Bench.

This is a great tool to use for when you want to train your chest, your shoulders your triceps, your biceps.

The M2 bench is strong, sturdy and exactly what you'll be looking for to complete your workouts.

When looking for a bench you need to make sure that it can hold enough weight,

and the M2 Bench holds up to 260 kilograms,

it's also padded and adjustable.

So, the bench has six adjustable levels,

you can go from flat, to incline, all the way upright

and even a decline.

The seat has 4 adjustable angles, which I'm going to show you now.

Which is great for holding you in place when doing your workouts.

Mirafit Upper Body Bench Workout.

So, the first movement today is going to be the bench press and it's one of my favourites!

But before we start we need to make sure that your setup is correct.

Make sure the bench is placed inside the Walk In Rack.

Lay your head down and you want to be looking up at the bar.

Take your hands into a wide grip and grab hold of the bar.

Use the rings to make sure that you have that wide grip that we're going for.

Now, make sure that your weight is distributed all the way onto your shoulders

because remember the bench press isn't just for your chest,

it's working your triceps, your rear delts, your rhomboids, your shoulders and also your chest.

Make sure that your feet are softly planted onto the floor

and your hips are slightly elevated.

This will activate your glutes and give you a nice tripod effect

that will make you nice and steady to unrack the bar.

Once you've unracked the bar,

I want you to make sure that you keep nice and steady.

The mid-upper back is working really hard

so, to maintain your positioning when holding the bar,

take a nice deep breath in through the nose,

hold your breath on the way down,

as the bar is travelling down towards your chest,

I want you to keep pushing through that mid upper back

and then drive the bar straight back up into the air.

Repeat the process again but also making sure that you're bracing through every repetition.

The second movement is going to be the barbell incline press.

Now, this is a great movement if you're looking to improve the strength of your upper pectoral muscles.

So, the setup before the incline barbell press is going to be completely different.

You're going to have to move the bench closer in towards the Walk In Rack,

and then take a position to more of an incline.

Now your bench is set up, you're going to have to adjust your bar.

It's going to have to come up to another level on your rack.

Once you've done that,

sit down, place your hands above you,

holding the bar nice and tight.

Unrack the bar, making sure that you're still engaging those rear delts, rhomboids and lats,

and repeat the process of bringing the bar down toward your chest and then driving up towards the ceiling.

Make sure that your brace, it's really important!

The final movement is going to be the barbell seated press.

Now, if you're looking for the ultimate upper-body workout, the seated press is for you!

The rear delts, the front shoulder, the triceps and also the traps are working really hard

alongside your core and your stability also.

The setup for this is going to be completely different,

as you're going to be facing in towards the Walk In Rack

with your seat on the upright position.

Adjust your bar now to make sure that is sitting just above your chest,

take grip of the bar,

unrack, making sure you're still bracing and holding your mid upper back nice and tight.

Push it up towards the ceiling and back towards your chest and repeat the movement.

As suggested in our other videos, if you're looking to work within a hypertrophy range,

that's reps of between ten and fifteen making sure that you're working to a lighter weight,

or if you're looking for strength and power, with a more heavier weights any rep range between three and five

I would suggest between three and four sets and after each set is completed, a minutes rest.

So, there you go there is my guide to using the Walk In Squat Rack along with the bench

and hopefully you'll have a great workout!

If you've enjoyed these videos, videos we'd like to hear from you,

so, why not like, share, comment on all our social media

and stay tuned for some more videos!
