Hello everyone Marisol Vasquez here from the language club today I would like to share with you some tips

That will be very useful if you're helping others

Practice or learn your language. So when you are participating in a language exchange, you will be playing two roles

sometimes you will be the guide or the teacher helping the others with your language and

Sometimes you'll be playing the role of the students and your language partners will be helping you with their language

So this tips are for you if you are in the teachers or the guide position

So the first thing I suggest is to always have a topic for the conversation

Because without the topic the conversation will go in all kinds of directions and the language exchange will not be very successful

because people will tend to talk about things they know and use vocabulary they know so when we use a topic

It forces people to get out of the comfort zone and that's the best way to learn new vocabulary

new expressions and to improve your language skills

You know when you are in a language exchange

Sometimes you will be sitting with one language partner or sometimes you will be sitting with the group

So in that case if you are helping a group of people to practice your language

I always suggest you sit at the end of the table in that way

They can see you and also you can you you will be able to see their facial

Expressions that will indicate if they understand what you're saying or not

You know your main role in the language exchange is

To initiate the conversation and to moderate the conversation. So you initiate the conversation by

Introducing the topic and you moderate the conversation by making sure everybody has the same amount of time to speak

So, you know in a group

Sometimes we have people that are more talkative and people that are more shy so it is your job to make sure

Everybody has the chance to interact

When you're working with beginners, I always make sure you speak very clearly and loud

It's kind of the same language at the same tone

You will be using when you're on the phone giving your address to somebody

So we are very careful when we do that to make sure we give this the good address

So use that kind of tone with your language partners when they're beginners

Also when you are working with groups that are a little bit more advanced or intermediate and

Make sure you always ask a lot of questions

Especially for the people that don't interact too much

you can always ask them my questions about what the others say and

Try to pick their brain and make them participate more in the conversation

Okay, now let's talk about how to handle mistakes

I highly suggest you don't interrupt a person in the middle of a sentence to correct her mistakes

So instead of that write down in a piece of paper

Anything you notice that is not right

And when the first the person is done speaking

Then you can go through the mistakes with her and you can also get the group involved in the correction of those mistakes

So as you can see your role as a teacher or a guide is the mostly to be a very good listener

To ask a lot of questions to keep the conversation going and to make sure

Everybody has the chance to interact during the conversation

All right, so those are my tips for you today, I hope they're useful for you and

Try to put them into practice in your next language exchange

Cambridge, England: Historic University Town - Rick Steves' Europe Travel Guide - Travel Bite - Duration: 4:20.

England's greatest universities, Oxford and Cambridge,

-In medieval Europe,

it was the church that was in charge of higher education,

Here in Corpus Christi's Parker Library,

that college's literary treasures

are proudly on display, such as letters from Anne Boleyn

before husband Henry VIII lopped off her head

and a first edition of Newton's groundbreaking treatise,

"Principia Mathematica."

The exclusive putting-green quality of the courtyard lawns

is a huge deal here.

Generally, only senior professors

can walk on the courts,

the centerpiece of each college campus.

One of the powerhouse colleges at Cambridge is Kings,

which has a central courtyard

to match its esteemed reputation.

The 500-year-old Kings College Chapel,

built by Henrys VI through VIII,

is England's best surviving example

of late Gothic architecture.

With its emphasis on vertical lines,

it's called Perpendicular Gothic.

This is the most impressive building in Cambridge,

Trinity College, just next door,

was founded in 1546 by Henry VIII.

It's the richest and biggest in town.

Cambridge has produced nearly 100 Nobel Prize winners,

The colleges that face the Cam River

each have garden-like backyards that combine

to make the riverbank feel like a lush and exclusive park.

A beloved Cambridge tradition is a romantic and graceful glide

past these colleges in a traditional flat-bottomed punt.

Skilled locals make the ride look effortless.

-So this is Trinity College, and this is the Wren Library.

-You can hire a boat to enjoy a witty narration

by a student as you're pulled past fine college architecture.

-Yeah, these are called the "Backs," the backs of the river.

There's eight colleges along the river.

So this area is called the Backs because, quite simply,

it's the back of those colleges.

The only way you can see the backs of these colleges

is along the river, so the best way

to see the backs of all the colleges is by punting.

-Or, for a little levity and probably more exercise

than you really want, why not rent one yourself?

FALLOUT 76 Base Building Guide (Fallout 76 Basic Base Building Tutorial) - Duration: 6:47.

hi guys and welcome back no fallout 76 beta landed and surprisingly it run

really well and smooth for me anyway and let me know if you had any problems but

for me personally extreme very well would played really well and it kept me

interested for the fill team I was actually playing by the quests now I was

very limited entertainment hard because we only had four hours so I put a quick

tutorial and how to get your base set up so if you're new to follow 76 or

followed building that's just a quick insight to how to actually build a base

moving forward I will try and do banger bases and trap bases as we get more time

on the beta so let's get jump straight on and I'll show you exactly what you

need to do from the basics or base building now just like any survival base

building game you require resources to build your base this can be done and

Tori's first pick up random items as you do quests or run run them up exploring

tip them - what bench and just scrap all quite easy quite fast but you don't get

high levels of wood and wood as the one thing you're gonna need an early game to

get your base together I found a heading to the lumberjack site

and looking for fallen logs random trees have fallen over as well gallon the wood

from them is a quickest source to get wood no trying it as much as you can but

just remember he can't carry much you don't want to build a huge base to start

with remember you can expand on it you can

copy the base then pick it up and take it elsewhere so don't try and build a

mansion when all you need is a shed location is also key make sure you pick

a spot which is close to Rhodes and close to some sort of camp site so you

can get resources but make sure the level of the AI in our area isn't too

high above yours because you'll just get killed every time you try to run back

get stuff and you'll just die so once your location is quite simple from there

now as I said that location is key for this demonstration I have pretty quite

close to the lumberjack site and vote 76 why because it's early game I can get a

lot resources and chances are meeting other players is very high and they're

going to be all level because the practically just

spawned so I don't have to worry too much about people killing me because

they can't do anything until they're all five now it's quite easy all you have to

do is go to your pet boy activate your camp via the taskbar below it which we

will keel you have to use depending on what platform you're playing the game on

once I started drop it in the floor all you have to do then is go to a night of

it build mode once you activate ball mode

you'll see a different UI popup now bear in mind you're in a building mode so if

there's players of a higher level they can kill you so make sure you are okay

and safe before you do this now the UI is quite straightforward you just scroll

across the top I don't take to different sections of things that you can actually

build now I have actually already created foundations however you'll have

to Gwen to foundations find the one you want and start placing them no make sure

as I said before you have enough resources do not go too big too fast

faint level and start building away you can't put four nations too deep into the

ground so I'll block you from doing it so make sure you map out what floor plan

you want before you do this as I said do not go beg fast you can blip redness and

take it elsewhere pack up walls move walls modify walls

you don't have to go huge straightaway now once that's in place and your

boyfriend ations you stop in your wall zone put a simple

riff in place then put your door in no to get the door frame itself all you

have to do is go to the wall and for Xbox press rate and it will show you the

door frame once you've got that up place it down and then navigate across two

doors the doors are quite simple there nothing major just put it in place and

it should keep you safe for the time being

now as I said you can modify your base a lit up date as you can see here you can

actually pick up walls and move them they can then be created into windows or

doors or just passages interracial areas so don't think too complex at the very

start just find basic enough to get you your

stash box the simple things and just secure for the server know just like

your starter base you want to keep that's very simple have the basics and

now you don't have a farming constantly to try and get high to your stuff for a

little shot shot I recommend having a simple campfire or some sort of stove

have a mattress to rest and a stash box no stash box is key because you can put

items and there from any location with a personal stash can be found so that's an

able sure to dump it all in there head back to base from whatever location

you're in look on the way back and get all your stuff when you get back there

safely no only you can see in a stash box so something happens if your

biscuits destroyed et cetera no one can get the stuff and now as yours normally

you can see it so it's key that you use that all the time

now there's also external fortifications you probably won't need s early-game

however when you just pack up your base and move it to a more hostile location

this could be critical now these are just basic things I'm going to show you

just fortify the front doors make sure that you have Elena say and some other

thing it cover so if you are being ambushed or if you're in an area where

there's wholesale a I use summer to hide very simple very basic again this is all

in wood because of the blueprint yet to actually make the bit of things that are

actually available to you and the game but nonetheless they are extremely

important as you progress so guys that is a very basic tutorial on how to be

spelled and followed 76 know I know a lot of people think yeah that is very

basic but a lot of players won't actually know how to be spell because

it's new to them they maybe didn't do it and follow for they ignore that and just

play the storyline this is him towards them and maybe refresher to other people

and just to see how the UI actually walks now now for the rest a beta and

you're trying level up and get all the blueprints and try and do more

progressive bells and better build locations so stay tuned for that as well

I walks with doing more guides on follows 76 as I'm going to find them and

any big up there and use that I do I also place come

I do updates for that as well your warm welcome to check them out again I've got

a lot of gauging to toward us for that as well

so guys thanks up and bye and I will catch you in the next one

How Jamal Khashoggi disappeared visual guide World news - Duration: 4:33.

How Jamal Khashoggi disappeared – visual guide World news

The prominent Saudi journalist was last seen entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul

The prominent Saudi journalist was last seen entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul

Two privately owned jets arrived at Istanbul's Atatürk airport in the early hours of the morning.

Among the passengers were special forces officers and intelligence officials including a forensics specialist, according to Turkish media, which released pictures of the 15-man team captured by airport CCTV cameras.

The officials checked in to two hotels near the Saudi consulate in Istanbul's Levent neighbourhood.

At 9.55am, a man identified as Maher Abdulaziz Mutreb, previously seen with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's entourage during an April trip to the US, was filmed by a surveillance camera walking towards the Saudi consulate.

With him is a man identified by CNN as Mustafa al-Madani, a 57-year-old of a similar height and build to the journalist, who was allegedly brought along to play the role of Khashoggi's body double.

He entered the consulate wearing a blue-and-white checked shirt, dark blue trousers, and – unlike Khasoggi – has no beard.

Jamal Khashoggi arrived at the consulate to pick up paperwork he had requested the week before. Half an hour before he arrived for his appointment, Turkish national staff working in the building were told to take the rest of the day off.

As mobile phones are not allowed inside the diplomatic building, Khashoggi left his iPhone and another device with his fiancée, Hatice Cengiz, who was to wait for him outside, and told her to raise the alarm if he did not emerge after more than four hours.

Khashoggi entered through the main door, was greeted by an official and ushered to the consul general's office. Turkish officials have told Middle East Eye that two men then entered the room and dragged Khashoggi to another where they killed him.

Turkish investigators allege Khashoggi was tortured before he was killed and even had parts of his body cut off while still alive. Al-Jazeera said a consulate source in the building at the time heard screams and calls for help before a "sudden silence". The hit squad reportedly brought a bone saw with them to dismember him.

Cengiz waited outside until about 1am for Khashoggi to return.

Madani leaves the consulate building by the back door with one other man. In surveillance camera footage he appears to now be wearing a fake beard and Khashoggi's black jacket, grey shirt and grey trousers. He is wearing the same dark pair of trainers he was wearing when he entered the building. He takes a taxi to Istanbul's city centre.

The decoy is captured on CCTV footage at Istanbul's famous Blue Mosque. About half an hour later, he is seen wearing different clothes after Turkish police say he changed in a public toilet. It is not clear when or where Khashoggi's clothes were disposed of.

Sources have told the Guardian that six cars with diplomatic plates were thought to have carried the Saudi officials and the body to the consul general's house on Meselik Street, 200 metres away. Staff at the house were surprised to be asked not to come to work that day.

All of the cars spent several hours in a garage under the house. Four are thought to be of interest to the murder inquiry. Investigators have inspected the garage and dug up the garden of the consular residence in the search for Khashoggi's remains.

At 4.53pm Mutreb was filmed outside the Saudi consul general's residence.

Despite having booked rooms for three nights, the Saudi team collected their belongings and checked out of the hotels on Tuesday evening. The two private jets later left Istanbul Atatürk airport, one travelling via Cairo and the other via Dubai, with both arriving in Riyadh the next day.

Using footage from 150 cameras across the city, police traced one consulate-owned vehicle travelling to Belgrad forest north of Istanbul late that night, and another 90 minutes south of the city heading to the mainly rural Yalova province.

Saudi officials initially denied any knowledge of Khashoggi's whereabouts. Two weeks after he disappeared, Riyadh said that he had been killed in the consulate after a fight broke out between him and the 15-man interrogation team, who intended to take him back to Saudi Arabia. He died after being put in a chokehold, Riyadh said, and the team engaged in a cover up, engaging a "local collaborator" to dispose of Khashoggi's body.

Turkey began delicate inquiries into Khashoggi's disappearance, requesting Saudi Arabia's help and permission to search the six-storey consulate building.

Officials at the Saudi consulate were filmed burning documents in an oil drum in an open air courtyard by a drone operated by the Turkish authorities or an existing camera on a nearby building.

Prince Mohammed said in an interview with Bloomberg in Riyadh that the Turkish authorities were welcome to search the consulate building. He declined to say whether Khashoggi was facing any charges at home, adding: "If he's in Saudi Arabia, I would know that."

The Reuters news agency was given a tour of the Saudi consulate to prove that the missing journalist was not being detained there. In the afternoon, Turkish prosecutors confirmed that an investigation had been opened.

At about midnight, Turkish officials leaked to news outlets that their intelligence suggested Khashoggi had been killed.

Turkish crime-scene investigators examined a car park in Istanbul's Sultangazi neighbourhood, where authorities have found a vehicle belonging to the Saudi consulate. Surveillance video aired by the Turkish state broadcaster TRT showed what Turkish security officials described as suspicious movement in the carpark, including an image of a man moving a bag from one vehicle to another.

MTB TRAIL GUIDE - Malcesine (VR) - Monte Altissimo - Duration: 7:13.

Hello everyone and welcome to Malcesine in province of Verona

Today we will use the cableway Monte Baldo to gain share from there

riding our bikes we will pedal for arrive on Monte Altissimo and take

a path that will descend directly on the shores of Garda Lake

Once out of the cableway Monte Baldo we follow to the left

the indication for Monte Altissimo e take the white road slightly downhill

The white road then becomes paved road that we cover for one

short stretch and near the first one turning to the right we take the

path on the left

So we arrive after 5 - 10 minutes of single track to cross again

the asphalt road that we will take to the left for

reach the Monte Altissimo refuge

Thus we reach the Graziani refuge where the asphalt road ends

we continue on a dirt road, we pass behind the shelter and from here on up

the slope increases considerably. Immediately behind the Graziani refuge, 200 meters later,

at the first junction, we turn to left following the indication for Altissimo refuge

We come to the Rifugio Altissimo we leave you the refuge

We leave the shelter behind and leave the courtyard immediately taking the left

path 601 directed towards Mount Varagna

WHAT A VIEW!!!

WHAT A VIEW!!!

The stones leave space on the beaten earth

we can let our bike run much faster

Truly narrow passages

Even at some root

Here we find a fork: we hold the left, high

When we arrive near the mountain Varagna

we will continue straight on the almost level path

We arrive thus near the departure of a white road that we can

choose whether to take or take the single track that cuts it

This path in its first part is very simple

We cross the road, we do 100 meters

and we cross it again. We turn to left for 5 - 6 meters and to the right resumes the single track

Really spectacular environment indeed

And so here we are to cross the asphalt. It will be sufficient to go back for a few meters

and turn right following the sign Nago. Also from here down there is the asphalt road,

but the single track that we are going to cross often as in the upper part

!!! We always pay attention to the car, we are on a road !!!

When the single track traits end turn right downhill on asphalt

and continue for a few kilometers up to Prati di Nago.

Before arriving at the church of Prati di Nago, turn left towards Nago - Navene, on a dirt road

We find a fountain: we are on path 6

So we arrive on a wide white road, clear intersection, we turn left

recovering the single track

And so we go out to the Dosso dei Roveri where turn left onto path 6

towards Lago and Navene

The only junction we keep the right, downhill, towards Navene

A beautiful viewpoint on the lake

and then we turn left downhill

An infinite descent

Now the path has left room for one white road, wide, passable even by car

500 meters after the bar that we crossed we find on the

our left is a single track trail which cuts the white road we try to

take it. Cross the road again and it continues clean enough to come out like this

from the forest directly on the asphalt of Navene

Then continue on asphalt until you reach the STOP

Immediately after turning left on the road, turn to

right in via Santa Francesca following the evident red and white notches

And so we arrive on the Lungo Lago

At this point Malcesine point being further south

it will be on our left. There is nothing left to do but turn left and

walk the cycle path that will lead us to Malcesine in a few kilometers
