50g warm milk
15g egg
100g bread flour
12g sugar
1g salt
2g yeast
10g butter
Mix until smooth.
Fermentation in a warm place for 50 minutes
30g butter
25g sugar
1/2 egg
coffee 2T
25g soft flour , 5g Almond powder
Please put it in a piping bag
Divide into three parts.
Intermediate fermentation of bread 15 minutes
5g butter
Fermentation for 30 minutes
coffee topping
bake at 180C/356F for 15 minutes
