Hello everyone,

my name is Tianlein and today we will talk about collectible Skins in the elder scrolls

online, which you can acquire with in-game activities.

We will take a look how the skins look like and where you can obtain them.

Since ESO added so many new Skins to the game, I thought it is time to make a new Video about

this topic.

All the listed skins are obtainable via ingame activities but for some, you need to be able

to access specific DLC areas.

Be aware that for many skins you need to complete really difficult content to unlock the needed

achievements.

Please take a look in the description if you are only interested in a specific topic

For the following 2 skins, you need access to the Shadows of the Hist DLC.

Both Dungeons are not the easiest ones and you need to complete multiple achievements

to get these skins.

To track your progress you can find an achievement overview in your achievement journal.

To acquire the Amber Plasm skin you have to complete the Ruins of Mazzatun challenger

achievement of the Veteran Ruins of Mazzatun Dungeon.

For example, you have to complete the veteran Ruins of mazzatun dungeon without suffering

a group member death.

Then you have to successfully complete a speedrun of the dungeon in veteran difficulty and defeat

all bosses in 30 minutes Additionally, you have to defeat the dungeon

bosses on veteran hard mode.

The Spiderkith Skin is obtainable in the veteran Cradle of Shadows dungeon and you have to

complete the "Cradle of Shadows Challenger" achievement

You have to accomplish a no death run, a speed run and defeat the last boss on hard mode

on veteran difficulty of the cradle of shadows dungeon

The Dreadhorn Shaman Skin can be obtained in the Falkreath Hold Dungeon which is part

of the Horns of the Reach DLC.

mode on veteran difficulty of moon hunter keep Dungeon

If you own the Imperial city DLC you can try to acquire the Soul shriven Skin.

Don`t forget that the Imperial City and the Imperial city Sewers are a PvP area.

This Skin can be found in the center of the Imperial Sewers, the Barathrum Centrata.

In the center of the room are three portals which spawn random Xivkyn generals during

their final wave.

After you closed all three portals the boss a simulacrum of Molag Bal will be summoned.

There is a very rare chance to get the Soul Shriven skin by defeating the Simulacrum of

Molag Bal.

It's important to note that a maximum of twelve players can earn the event reward,

that means when you fight with more, that some people will get nothing from the boss

The Chrystalfrost skin is obtainable during the New Life Festival.

Usually, the New life Festival is active mid of December until the end of December

Saint Felms in the Trial Asylum Sanctorium on veteran difficulty.

Only when you fight and defeat all three bosses at the same time, which is the hardest configuration

of the trial, you will earn the Sanctified Silver skin.

The next Skin can be obtained in Summerset.

You need to have access to Summerset to be able to enter the Cloudrest Trial.

Z'maja's shadow skin is awarded for completing the cloudrest vanquisher achievement.

This achievement is awarded for defeating all bosses in a single fight in Cloudrest

at Veteran difficulty.

The next skin can be obtained in Murkmire.

you need to have access to the Murkmire DLC to be able to enter the Blackrose Prison Arena.

The Marshmist Palescale Skin is awarded for completing the Blackrose Prison Conquerer Achievement

Wonder Woman Training Costume Guide - Cosplay Tutorial - Duration: 15:35.

Starting with the skirt, it's two rectangles cut to whatever length you

wish it to be and the width of the skirt is how far it will fall down on your leg

and I'm sewing the two rectangles together with two side seams, one of

which will have an invisible zipper sewn in so that's what I'm doing here

and I'm just closing up the bottom of this seam where the zipper ends, just to

finish that seam off and so here's the completed zipper seam

on one side of the skirt and on the other side is just a regular straight

stitch for the other side seam. Now I'm going to pleat down this giant loop of

fabric and each pleat takes up around one inch of material but make sure to

do a test fitting on yours and experiment just to make sure that it

does fit your waist measurement. So basically just pleat down the entirety

of the skirt until it fits your waist. Make sure to try it on before you sew

the pleats down.

Moving on to the waistband of the skirt. So I've cut a long strip of fabric and

I'm matching up the raw edges together and then sewing that the whole

way around the skirt and then I'm going to fold over the raw edge of the

waistband and fold it over the pleat stitching and top stitch the waistband

into place.

So now we have something that resembles a skirt and now I'm going to cut it into

the same shape that the skirt is in the movie. I'm wearing the skirt while I

do this so I know exactly how the pleats will fall and how it should look on

myself.

The final step to finish the skirt is to dye the tips with brown fabric dye.

Here is the final result for the skirt.

For the armor I used five millimeter thick EVA foam from eBay and I roughly

cut out a front shape and a back shape based on my body measurements. I then

used heat to start molding the front piece to my body shape. I also hot glued

the back pieces to the sides of the front piece and inserted a corset

closure in the back with hot glue as well. Then with two or three millimeter

thick foam I started adding details to the armor as you can see here and I just

roughly cut out shapes and started gluing them down with hot glue. It's also

good to use reference images when you're doing the details of the armor.

Here is the inside of the armor. The white fabric is calico material that connects

all the way around. Here's the front of the armor and you can see all of the

detail that's stuck on with the two or three millimeter foam. Here I've got

reinforcement fabric which is hot glued to the sides just to make sure that the

EVA foam doesn't split open up the side seams and I've also cut out this panel

of the two or three millimeter thick foam which extends over the back

lacing when the armor is worn and that will just velcro into place there.

Now I'm just adding additional details to the armor and this is out of the two

or three millimeter thick foam and I just cut it out with a utility knife and

then hot glue everything down.

Moving onto paint I started obviously with gold paint and I did about three

layers of gold paint before moving onto the other painted details. I also painted

these little sequins and these sequins were originally like a really bright

yellow gold and I just painted them with a mixture of gold and brown paint to

make them look a little bit less new.

Now you can see me working on the detail on the armor and I'm just using a light

brown to paint all those little strokes and then once those have dried I'm using

a darker brown paint and going over them to add more dimension.

I also went in with a shear layer of brown paint to make the gold less stark

and make everything harmonize a little bit better.

Here is the completed paint job of the armor. Also, these are the little

sequins I was talking about and what I did with these was just hot glued them

to any of the areas where they were visible on the costume from the movie so

these act as studs but they're actually fake studs. Finally, just a little demo of

the back closure so you can see that the lace the laces are hidden with the back

panel of that foam and that foam just velcro into place and then we've got the

fake studs to make it look like it's not velcroed into place. Here are just

some images of the front and back of the armor and also that back strap on my

right is velcroed into place. For the sandals I didn't actually get to film

the process of making them entirely since I made these first and it was

before I decided that I actually wanted to film the process of making this whole

costume so I'm going to try my best to walk you through how I got up to this

stage with the sandals. So I've cut out a front piece out of two different fabrics

one of which is this black vinyl material.

I've also cut it out of this brown fake leather material which is cut out

of an old bag that I had and didn't want anymore.

The black vinyl is cut out a little larger than the brown bag material and

I've also folded over the edges of the black vinyl and then sewing those edges

down so from the front all of the edges have a nice clean finish.

Then on top of that I sew down the brown bag material and I've allowed the

black vinyl to peek through just a little bit. For the back piece of the

sandals it's also made out of the black vinyl material that I showed you before

but it's got a layer of stiffened felt to give it some rigidity and some

stiffness so it doesn't flop about. This is sewn into place.

I believe it's glued first and then the edges were sewn down.

You can see up close that the edges have been folded over and then stitched

into place so the felt does not move and that also gives the back of the shoes

a nice finish. Moving on to the straps they're also made out of the same black

vinyl material and they're threaded through the slits of the front

panel of the sandal and that one there is sewn in as well as this one that goes

over my foot. The one of my foot also has elastic so into the strap and that's

so it can go over my foot or my shoe when I'm wearing it. Now for a quick demo

of how I made the straps. Basically just cut out a strip of fabric like this and

then fold in the outer edges so they meet in the center and then just

straight stitch them either side and then that's your strap done. Here's a

completed strap so you can see that the stitching on either side is there and

then if I flip it over you can see that the edges meet in the

center on the backside of the strap.

Now I'll just give you an overview of the sandal contraption so you can see

all the details and all their glory for yourself in case you want to make it.

One more thing, I've sewn these rectangles on the back panel of the

sandals and that's to keep those black straps in place.

I've also got little markings here and that shows me where the velcro will be

placed and the velcro is the closure for these sandals.

Here I've got some velcro positioned on the strap and I'm just sewing a

rectangle around the velcro to keep that velcro in place and then I've also sewn

the other side of the velcro and that's just going to attach like so. I've

also, on the completed shoes, stuck those little studs right there. And just a

quick demo of how these sandals fit with my shoes and don't mind the socks I'll

be wearing other little slippers with my shoes.

Moving on to painting, I'm using brown acrylic paint and just making them look

really muddy and dirty and also a bit more like leather and same thing for the

shoes.

This is what I was talking about when I meant I'd have other slippers to

wear with my shoes. These are canvas ballet flats from eBay. I just painted

them and also cut off the elastic that goes over the front of my foot. Here

are the completed shoes except they don't have studs on at this point but

they do in this clip.

Now on to the final part of the costume which are the bracers and hand wraps.

For this I did use a pattern, which I purchased on Etsy. I'll try and find the

link and put it in the description box below. This is made out of three

millimeter thick EVA frame I believe and yeah just cutting out the pattern pieces

and then scoring them as needed. I do want to mention that the bracers

that you're seeing me make here are not the actual braces that I wore in the

final shots of the costume and that's because my sister had made better braces

that looked more realistic than mine but I'm leaving the clips in here because

you can see the same paint job that we both did to achieve that armor look. The

only difference is that her grooves of her braces were not as deep or as thick

as mine and she did not paint the insides of them black like I'm doing

here.

Unfortunately I didn't get any footage of how I did the closures for the bracers

but basically it's that same black vinyl material that you saw for the sandals

and sewn those the same way I did the straps and velcro those onto the

bracers so they would velcro into place with hot glue and I also put fake studs

on those as well. Here are the hand wraps and this is just

made out of old skirt fabric and I also painted it around but I didn't get any

footage of that either.

Here are the finished bracers and hand wraps. The hand wraps are wrapped into

position and then safety pinned into place. And that's it - the costume is done!

Wild Africa Trek Guide Spots Giraffe Aella For First Time - Duration: 1:38.

I'm Kelly, and I'm an excursion guide with the Wild Africa Trek.

This morning we are introducing a brand new baby giraffe.

It's a first time mom Lily.

So, baby's name is Aella and in my opinion she is

the cutest thing on the savanna.

She's so tiny.

(Laugh)

(Camera Shutter)

(Camera Shutter)

Lily is my favorite giraffe out here.

I spend time out here everyday taking photos

talking to guests about animal conservation.

Lily was the first giraffe that I was able to kind of identify.

It's great to see a little

mini of her, it's really sweet.

I...I seriously have no words, watching this baby giraffe

just running around without a care in the world.

I've dedicated my life to animal conservation.

It's amazing, because these are the animals I work so hard

everyday to,

educate the public about and to really just raise awareness

and to try to make a difference in the world.

This is nature. This is real.

This is what we are trying to conserve out here everyday.

This is why I do what I do.

This is absolutely unbelievable.

Eyebrow Grooming Guide For Men - How To Groom Eyebrows - Duration: 10:09.

Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!

Today's video is all about eyebrow grooming; we'll discuss why you need it, what shapes

you should go for so you still look masculine but well-groomed, and we show you step-by-step

how you can thin, tweeze, and shape your eyebrows at home so you look your best.

First of all, why should you groom your eyebrows especially if you're a man?

Basically, it gives your face definition and shape and it enhances the look of it.

Overgrown eyebrows definitely have the potential to distract from your face as well as your

eyes and leave a negative connotation when people look at you.

Even though we don't think about it much, it really stands out.

Think about the guy with a unibrow or the guy with really overgrown eyebrows, it's just

a very bad look.

A recent study from Canada found that eyebrows are a more identifiable feature than your

eyes are.

Eyebrows accentuate your eyes and they're an important aspect of your facial expressions

because they communicate emotion.

Groomed brows will give you a neat and polished look but you will still look masculine.

As men age generally, the brow hair, nose hair, and ear hair, grows faster so even though

you've never paid much attention to it now, bear in mind one day, it'll hit you too.

Most women groom their eyebrows diligently and they usually have very extreme shapes

that are really defined and they pay a lot of attention to them.

For men, that's over the top and the goal is to have some definition but overall, a

natural looking shape.

That means the lines around your brows shouldn't be sharp.

Also, avoid extreme shapes or angles because that draws attention to your brows.

Well-groomed brows for men aren't all the same length, they should be shorter on the

sides and the inside and the outside as well as longer in the middle.

Overall, eyebrow grooming is as important as other grooming aspects such as your hair,

your beard, or your shave, and you can easily combine it, let's say, with nose hair trimming.

So how should you get your eyebrows groomed?

First of all, you can do it so at the barbershop while you get your hair cut especially if

you trust them and they know what you like.

Depending on where you go, it can cost anywhere from like five to ten bucks.

Going to the barber is a particularly good approach for men who have full brows and they

just need a little trim, meaning just shorten hairs.

It's also good for men that can just keep the existing brow shape in place without having

to make any modifications.

On the other hand, if your brow shape is different and you want to modify it, it's best to go

to a designated eyebrows studio.

It's a great option for men who don't want to mess it up and want to get exactly the

shape that they want by a pro who does nothing but eyebrow grooming.

Now generally, they are experts with women so it pays to ask them if they've worked with

men and ideally show you examples of what they can do so you know exactly what you get

before you have your eyebrows groomed.

The third option is to shape them at home either by yourself or by a partner who is

kind of skilled with it.

In my experience, this is the best option for the majority of men because you can conveniently

do it at home, it's inexpensive, and it gets you exactly the results you want.

In terms of tools, you want a very small pair of scissors with a point that allows you to

be very accurate.

Thicker, more bulky scissors simply won't work.

The same is true for your comb, you want something that is small enough but somewhat stiff.

If you have something that's too small and flexible, it's gonna be hard to get the hair

in the right direction.

Likewise, a comb that is too big won't work because it's too bulky.

For your tweezers, you want a quality pair of tweezers such as these ones from a manicure

kit that really grip the hair and allow you to pull it out without causing you pain.

So how exactly do you tweeze thin and shape your eyebrows at home?

First, it comes down to determining the eyebrow shape.

So first, hold your comb vertically over the center of your nostril which determines the

length of the inside brow.

Of course, you do this on both sides.

Now some men argue that it looks better to have the brows aligned with the outside of

your nostrils.

Personally, I think the center of the nostril is better because especially if you have a

bigger nose, the center will create a more harmonious look whereas if you have shorter

brows on the inside, it will just make your nose look even bigger which is not advantageous.

Next up, align the outside of your nostril with the corner of your eye and where the

comb meets the brow, that's where the brow should end.

Last but not least, align the outside of the nostril with the outside of the iris and where

the comb intersects with your brow is where the high point or the peak point of the shape

of your eyebrow should be.

The best tool to shape your eyebrows is a pair of tweezers.

You can keep holding your comb into three different positions just so you make sure

you don't forget the shape and you get exactly what you want and something that's consistent

on the left brow as well as on the right brow.

So with the tweezers, I first pull the hair in between my brows then I pull the hair underneath

the arch as well as a tail which is the outside edge of the brows.

When you use tweezers, you want to grip the hair firmly and then pull in the direction

of the hair growth, not too fast, otherwise you may risk breaking the

hair off.

Also avoid pulling it against the growth direction because it may break as well.

Once you have the right shape of the eyebrow it's time to trim the length of the individual

hairs.

To do so, break each brow into two sections; the body, which is closest to the nose and

a tail which is closest to your ears.

For the body, use a fine-tooth comb and comb the hair upwards and towards the center of

your face.

Start by matching the angle of the comb to the angle of your eyebrow and then slightly

tilt it upwards towards the center of your face.

By doing that, you get a little more variation in the length of the hair trim which is better

looking because it's more natural similar to feathering when you get your hair cut.

It also helps to maintain a shorter inside length and a longer outside length.

Make sure to trim off the hair at that angle but then comb it back down to see the results.

Repeat until all the hairs on this side are trimmed and then you move over to the other

brow.

This way, you can always compare what the final result should look like while you're

still working on it.

So now that you know how to properly groom your eyebrows at home, here if you dos and

don'ts that are really important.

First, don't ever use a razor to groom your eyebrows.

I made that mistake once and it looked terrible because it's very difficult to get the right

shape and what happened to me was I just got too far down on one side then I had to reduce

it on the other side, I got further down on this side and I had to repeat it on this side,

and ultimately, I ended up with very small and unnatural looking eyebrows that were just

odd.

No matter if you use an electric razor or a wet shaver or a double edge razor, it's

too risky and even if you get it right, you can still see that hair was shaved rather

than pulled out which just looks odd.

Second, do restrain yourself while shaping your eyebrows.

Less is definitely more because it's very difficult to get full brow hair grow back.

Just ask any woman who lived through the 90s.

Three, don't use any electric trimmer because that will either leave gaps or something that

looks really unnatural and it's not at all the look you want.

Four, don't remove any hairs from above the eyebrow.

The top edge of the brow always defines the shape and by removing here from the top, you

flatten the shape and it looks worse.

Five, do consider using a bit of leftover hair product on your eyebrows especially if

it's a styling balm because it can help create a really advantageous look.

If you have thick unruly eyebrow hair, you can also use just some specific product, just

make sure it's not gluey and sticky because that looks unnatural.

I also try to stay away from any shiny products because it just draws too much attention to

my eyebrows.

Last but not the least, don't worry about perfect symmetry between your left and your

right eyebrows.

Naturally they're not the same and even after grooming, they won't look exactly the same.

Rather than going for a clone on both sides, think of it more as siblings that look very

similar but are not 100% identical.

Now that being said, look at my eyebrows before i groomed them and afterwards.

I typically have a few hairs that are very long and I just try to get rid of them, trim

them nicely, makes a huge difference doesn't it?

So in conclusion, while you should not spend as much time and detail on your eyebrows as

women do, a little bit of maintenance goes a long way.

You just need a little pair of scissors, a small tooth comb, and a pair of tweezers,

and again, just like with clothes, it's all about the details.

Be patient, don't overdo it and when in doubt, less is more!

Do you groom your eyebrows?

Share with us your dos and don'ts in the comments below!

In today's video I'm wearing a fine blue and white striped polo shirt it has a shirt style

collar that is not cheap and sloppy looking but it just lays down flat I'm combining it

with a Nantucket pair of chinos as well as a boat shoes in navy blue and red I'm combining

it with a navy blue belt that separates my top on my bottom and it's just a very kind

of preppy summery casual look.

Bonding With Your Horse - Red Dead Redemption 2 - Horse Guide - Duration: 3:12.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Andrew and welcome to a horse guide for Red Dead Redemption 2. In this guide

I'll be showing you how to bond with your horse.

There's a few different ways you can bond with your horse, all of which contribute experience points towards your bonding level.

You can brush it, feed it, pat it, calm it, ride it, lead it and even swim with it.

You can do all of these while riding your horse to speed up the process, between

destinations. With the exception of leading which is done on foot. When you're between stationary or trotting,

so whether you're moving slow, not moving at all, you can do the following: you can pat your horse by pressing or holding L3.

This can also be used to calm your horse when it's agitated or stressed.

You can also brush your horse by bringing up the horse wheel and

selecting the brush.

You unlock the brush after a few missions, so I'd recommend playing the story if you haven't unlocked it yet.

You can feed your horse again by bringing up the horse wheel and selecting food.

And some things that you need to note; is that

keeping your horse well-fed actually makes bonding easier and

certain foods will actually give higher experience but no nutrition.

You can actually view the bonding progress in two ways:

The first is by getting off your horse and while looking at it, if you hold L2 or left trigger and

press R1 to bring up the information.

You'll see a little icon with a horse face that shows the bonding level. Currently

you can see that this one's only one out of four. The second method is by pressing options or start,

going down to player and then selecting horse and

highlighting bonding. This will actually give you a more detailed overview of your horse's stats, but for the sake of this video

we're just going to focus on bonding.

And if you look in the bottom left, you'll notice that it tells you not only the level but the progress to the next level

Another thing that you need to note is that repeating the same interactions is far less effective.

So for example, if you're patting him over and over again, it's going to be much less effective than

rotating your interactions.

So for example,

you'd want to pat him, then you're going to want to feed him and then you're gonna want to brush him and then lead him

and repeat this cycle.

It is a quick method, but the problem is it's boring and actually requires you to be on foot.

The quickest method is actually leading which gives you roughly one EXP per second.

I would only recommend doing this in towns or if you intend to keep your horse nearby when it's not at max level.

Otherwise,

it's recommended to just play normally and allow you to bond over time.

Because before you know it, you'll actually be at maximum bonding level. And that's it. Now

all you have to do is go and fondle your horses balls and

make sure it stays loyal... what?

Thank you guys for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and visit the channel if you want to see more videos. I will have more guides coming up.

There will be a guide that actually discusses the benefits of bonding with your horse as well as caring and maintaining your horse and

using the stable to customise and upgrade your horse. So stay tuned for that. Once again,

thank you guys for watching and as usual ladies and gentlemen, I will see you, in the next video.

The PULL THRU™ Cleaning Brush Demonstration Guide 2018 - Duration: 2:49.

This video is a guide to demonstrating the PULL THRU Cleaning Brush

and how much more effective it is in comparison with alternative channel cleaners.

Comprehensive tutorials and demonstrations of the PULL THRU Cleaning Brush are available online.

They can be viewed on computers, laptops and smart devices.

If you hold the cleaning head you can feel that the wipers are soft and flexible.

Because the wipers are softer than the tubing in the channel they will not damage it.

First we test the cleaning head against the distal end to make sure the wipers are not too tight or too loose.

If you are concerned check that the PULL THRU Cleaning Brush is suitable for this channels internal diameter.

Here you can see the flexible wipers changing shape to fit and seal the internal channel.

You can feel the clean as the wipers are drawn along the channel wall.

The wipers form a complete 360 degree seal in the channel.

We have studies that show the PULL THRU Brush is far more effective at removing soil from a channel than a bristle brush.

A bristle brush can remove between 29 and 90% of soil from a channel.

In a single pass the PULL THRU brush will remove 96% of the soil 100% of the time.

The flexible 360 degree seal also provides other benefits when the instrument is cleaned with detergent.

as the wipers pass through the channel any biological residue left behind is reduced to a thin even film

this creates a large surface area that the detergent can attack and remove more effectively

the seal creates a vacuum that draws the detergent into the channel.

This offers a number of benefits

It ensures there is detergent in the channel to attack and dissolve bio-film.

The flushing action as the detergent moves through the channel removes soil from scratches in damaged lumens

Using the PULL THRU Cleaning Brush to clean instruments with detergent provides the end user with confidence that the channels are clean and that the instrument is now ready for high level disinfection.

Zinc Supplement guide - Duration: 4:06.

Zinc Supplement guide Zinc supplements provide a much-needed mineral

that is needed by each and every cell in your body.

The body is unable to produce zinc on its own, which is why we need to make sure we

eat enough food that contains the mineral, drink enough water, or use the proper supplements

that will give our cells the zinc they need.

Zinc is very important, as it plays a crucial role with hundreds of processes in the human

body.

The most prominent functions include support of the immune system, joints, tissues, along

with aiding in cell growth.

Zinc supplements have also been proven to eliminate sexual dysfunction, boost sexual

function, aid in the health of the hair, and help with skin wound healing.

No matter how you look at it, zinc plays an important role in the function of most of

our senses, which includes the ability to taste, smell, and also sight.

Research has indicated that zinc can counter vision loss in the event of macular degeneration.

A deficiency of zinc, on the other hand, can lead to dulling of the taste buds, along with

the ability to detect the scent.

Although zinc is an essential vitamin for our bodies, taking too much of it can be a

bad thing.

Research has proven that taking more than 100 mg daily for an extended period can cause

damage to the immune system.

Older folks, on the other hand, can benefit from taking zinc if they have a deficiency.

The supplement can actually help older people bring their intake back up to the levels they

should be at.

People tend to consider zinc when they have a cold.

Taking zinc supplements won't cure a cold, but they can boost your immune system so that

if you do develop a cold it won't last as long or develop into a more serious condition.

Oysters have the highest zinc content.

However, meats, such as liver, chicken, and turkey are also excellent sources of zinc

so that it is rare that people have a deficiency.

Dairy products also contain significant levels of zinc.

Vegetarians do not consume meat and are at greatest risk of zinc deficiency.

In adults, an insufficient amount of zinc in the body can result in changes in the condition

of the hair and skin, and a loss of appetite.

Others who may have difficulty absorbing zinc include individuals in the hospital who receive

nutrients through a feeding tube, alcoholics, and women who take birth control pills.

Zinc has been discovered to assist couples with fertility.

High doses of zinc (50 milligrams) can result in an increase in semen.

Zinc supplementation is particularly beneficial in men who have a low sperm count.

In women, zinc supplementation can make conception more likely by affecting the levels of hormones

in the body.

This method of fertility treatment is one that should not be undertaken without first

consulting a medical doctor.

High doses of zinc supplements can affect the body's ability to absorb copper, a mineral

that is necessary for a healthy immune system.

High doses of zinc can also lower the amount of high-density (good cholesterol) in the

blood.

Zinc supplementation may not be a good idea if you are taking medication.

When taking zinc supplements, you should always remember that zinc can indeed interfere with

your absorption of copper.

For this reason, a lot of experts recommend that they should be taken together.

Anyone who takes a zinc supplement should take it as part of a well-balanced diet, to

ensure that other vitamins and minerals work together with the zinc.

If you choose your supplement wisely, you shouldn't have to worry about any problems.

You should always consult with your doctor if you suspect that you have a zinc deficiency,

so that he or she can tell you exactly how much zinc you need on a daily basis.

This way, if you aren't getting enough in your normal diet - you can get the supplements

you need.
