hi guys FAYSAL here and welcome to our channel. how are you guys doing? well I

was trading with the CALLOWAY SOFTWARE earlier today and I'd like to capture a few

trades and upload the video for the YouTube channel so that you can see it

I see a few signals. let's see AUD/USD

okay it indicates for a SELL signal and let's see the chart

to get the confirmation. okay see in one minute chart.

yeah it's

a SELL trade. let's go for it.

my broker is BINARYCENT.

AUD/USD for a SELL trade. in the first trade I'll go for $50.

$50 or ... $100 and for 5 minutes.

let's see. okay I place the trade already. yes I got a

good strike price as you can see the walls. the charts and I got in the highest point.

let's just wait for a few

minutes and if I win the trade I will get $60 profit and if I lose it, I'll lose

$100 trade.

there is an option that you see these

are the traders who are profiting in the CALLOWAY SOFTWARE platform and if you want

heading to Saturday so market movements are limited as you can

see the chart goes sideways. there is no not much up-down movements.

so I am thinking that after this trade ends will I go for one

more or will I stop here.

Will I close the trading for this week? let's just see how this trade

Charts.I guess it's for my slow internet connection.

so I just won the trade and you can see the strike rate and expiry

rate here. $60 dollar payout. not bad.

It's already added to my balance. so I think I should end the trading here because

market movements are limited. you should not trade

when the market is a bit slow.

I'm gonna show you a little tool call the Rex that I've used in our salon that

has dramatically increased the amount of positive reviews that we've got in our

salon just because it's so easy to use it's an inexpensive piece of online

of the button they can actually fill out an online review and it gets on your

Google my business page your Yelp page or your Facebook page so I'm gonna go

user okay so the text message just came through on my phone so as you can see

there in the text messages you can input your logo so that your brand is

recognized right away in the text message and just gives a simple little

message that says Dustin do you love your experience at the 9 salon and you

can choose a yes link or no link let's just click the yes link and I'll show

you what it looks like gives you three options to post a review Yelp Google+

and Facebook and let me just mention real quick that there are a couple other

ones that you can add to those if you want if you're a real estate agent

there's the ability to add a Zillow reviews link or a LinkedIn link so for

the purposes of my business Yelp Google and Facebook or the ones that we use the

most and we get the most clients new clients from and so that's where we want

our reviews to be so let me just click the Help button and I'll show you what

this looks like so as you can see there right in the very front you can see tap

star to write your review you just click that the user can post their review and

they'll be on their way it's posted automatically let's try the Google+ one

this is the one that I find the most important and once you click it it just

takes you to the Google+ page and you can type in five stars describe your

experience and click post I'm not going to click post for this because this is

my business and I don't want to review my business that would look a little

Shady as you can see it's incredibly easy for

your clients to post reviews to your Google+ page or your Yelp page or your

Facebook page with just two clicks really and so I think that the

convenience of this is going to help you get a lot of new reviews okay let's go

back to the text message and in the hypothetical unlikely situation that

somebody didn't have a great experience at your business they will click the no

link and that will not let them fill out a negative review it'll take them to a

survey this is more of a feedback thing and they can tell you what went

wrong I would say customer service and they can give you a feedback in this

field down here about what would make their experience better at your salon so

this avoids negative reviews but it also gives them the opportunity to give you

feedback which is also a great thing for customer service so let's go back to the

computer screen real quick I want to show you just one more thing ok so I

just wanted to show you at the time of this recording before we've used the Rex

application we have seven reviews on Yelp and we have 20 reviews on Google so

20 reviews is pretty good it's actually the most reviews of any other hair salon

in our city but we've been in business for over five years so it's taken five

years to accumulate twenty positive reviews the old-fashioned way so what

I'm gonna do is I'm gonna use the Rex application over the next couple weeks

and I'm gonna come back and I'm going to show you how many more reviews we've got

just in two weeks and I'll let you know what happens so stay tuned okay it has

been about a month since we started using Rex and after a month we have

tacked on an additional ten reviews we had twenty a month ago and now we have

thirty positive reviews five star reviews and so I will just say just from

this experiment that I would highly recommend this software the simplicity

of the Rex software is awesome it took us five years in business to get our

first 20 reviews and the last month we got ten additional reviews so we're on

pace to get 120 reviews for the entire year if we were to continue on this pace

we would absolutely be dominating the our online reputation would be

Hi, this is Max-Davis Johnson, Boise State University Office of Information Technology.

Today is part 4 of a series of Max's Minutes about the Future of Technology in Higher Ed.

And today I'm going to talk about what I consider that we're at what I call the beginning

of the age of software.

A good example I got from Tim Anderson, a computer science faculty here, is a Ford F150.

A 1972 Ford F150 had zero lines of software code.

A 2019 F150 Ford pickup literally has millions of lines of software in it.

Software is driving everything we do as we move forward.

Another thing that I think is driving this age of software is that the Internet will

become like electricity, less visible, but more embedded into everything we do.

The power of our devices is becoming huge.

I'm an old guy, I worked on mainframes that literally filled rooms.

There's more processing power in this thing I hold in my hand than any of the largest

mainframes I worked on many years ago.

We're also seeing the emergence of what's called mixed reality, augmented reality, virtual

reality is becoming more common.

And Pokemon Go is an excellent example of augmented reality.

What you're starting to see too, and I'm going to be a winner in this, in that voice

and gestures, will become the interfaces of the future.

Data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, will all drive

the personalization of our daily lives and of our educational experiences.

The merging of data and machines will also become easier.

We'll see these rich experiences in the entertainment, business, and education.

And certainly this information sharing will become effortless making us smarter, safer,

and hopefully more efficient.

Then from a society standpoint, there's a big potential for an even bigger gap between

the haves and the have nots.

The people that understand technology, that use technology, that have digital skills,

and those that do not.

But this really creates some real opportunities for higher ed.

We'll be developing training and education programs to train for these jobs of the future.

And not only education in the technical areas, but also in helping humans and organizations

to adapt and move forward in this new complex world interactions between data and software,

machines, data, and software.

We're already starting to do this as part of our technology curriculums here on campus.

We obviously have a lot of courses in software development, machine learning, hardware design,

networking, big data is becoming an even bigger part of our curriculum as we move forward.

But at the same time though, it's going to create these opportunities for, on the

societal impacts too, we need to study and learn and research so again we can help facilitate

society.

Also in the future too, we'll be leveraging more of the predictive analytics and understanding

when somebody is potentially, we are doing that now, but it will become even more so,

that we'll understand when somebody is struggling in a class, that we can intervene and help

their whole experience and enhance their learning.

And with the addition of the mixed reality, the ability to be immersed in an environment,

and learn from that, and that whole educational experience will only be enhanced as we move

forward.

Really, the future of technology is so bright, that I'm going to have to wear shades.

Today I want to talk to you about the need for a reinsurance system in an insurance

organization. Reinsurance is a complex business

The complexity is derived from various factors for instance

Every reinsurance contract can be very diverse. I have proportional reinsurance contracts, non-proportional

various layers in the reinsurance contract, various sections based on lines of business, coverages, regions,

whatever parameters you'll have. And then I'll have various types of

calculations attachment rules in every reinsurance contract. And on top of that you connect all the reinsurance contracts as an entire program a

composite reinsurance program which is complex in itself.

So once you've set up the reinsurance contracts,

then you have the ongoing activity of

attaching policies, attaching claims to the reinsurance contract dong the appropriate allocation and all the relevant calculations.

So it is quite complex and you need a very good system in order to manage that. It's not about headcount,

it's more about having accuracy in your reinsurance program, making sure you have the correct result.

It's not just about managing the contracts and all the allocations required. It's also about accounting about having a proper
