Meet your Dentist: Dr. Dean Levy | Devonshire Dental Associates | Boston Dentist - Duration: 1:33.

Dr. Dean Levy: I love seeing the transformation in patients.

Whether or not that's being scared and stressed out on that first visit or whether or not

it's being unhappy with their smile, just seeing them come back and have a different

attitude is just so rewarding.

For a while, I actually thought that the only thing a dentist did was to clean your teeth

and put fluoride and sealants on them, 'til I started deciding I wanted to become a dentist

and I did more research into the field of dentistry and realized that there's so much

that a dentist can do and that can help and that there are people that really need these

kind of services.

I went to undergrad at Villanova University, majoring in biology, and then I went to the

Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University.

The one thing that I like about general dentistry is that every day is actually different.

I might do four different procedures or four different types of dentistry, and that's what

makes it exciting because every day is a new challenge.

My patients to me aren't just a chart number.

They become my family.

You get to know people over the years.

That's one thing that I always think about when I'm treating my patients, is would I

recommend this procedure for one of my own family members?

My wife and I met in dental school.

We currently practice together.

We've been practicing together for several years now.

The dynamic is great.

Right now, most of the time when we're not working, we're taking care of our son Lucas.

I love playing with him, watching him grow up.

We love taking family day trips, going to the beach, going for hikes, just spending

time together as a family, really cherishing these moments.

Eduardo Nunez shines in World Series opener as Boston Red Sox beat Los Angeles Dodgers 8-4 at Fenway - Duration: 2:06.

Eduardo Nunez hit a three-run homer as the Boston Red Sox beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 8-4 in the opening game of the best-of-seven World Series

With the scores close at 5-4 in the seventh inning, Nunez delivered two runners before providing a huge dinger that sailed over the Green Monster at Fenway Park

Andrew Benintendi had gone four-for-five with three singles and a double, with all his hits coming off left-handed pitching - Los Angeles star Clayton Kershaw lost three runs to the Ohio-born outfielder

The Dodgers remained in contention throughout, however, tying the game up 2-2 in the third inning and 3-3 in the fifth and making it 5-4 thanks to a sacrifice fly from Manny Machado

But Boston, who were dominant across the regular MLB season, protected their advantage when Eduardo Rodriguez got Cody Bellinger out on a shallow fly to centre with two men on base

Nunez then stepped up to the plate and his crucial blast against an Alex Wood offering flew beyond Boston's famous left-field wall and out of the park with an exit velocity of 106
