This is a success story

The story of how the people in Amana

created magic with their record sales of Liva in 2017

Now you will be wondering what I am doing here, right ?

A beautiful girl in the northern part of Kerala

who's dying to fall in love and get hitched.

Well!

because this is my story too

Confused ?

That's the surprise

These bunch of good looking and hardworking people in Amana

As part of their record breaking Liva adventure

helped me have my family

Now how that spanned out, that's for later

The month was Spetember

The all IMPORTANT meeting!

They had gone beyond and met the targets so far

Not once, but twice!

Ok so, good morning everyone Good morning

We had a fantastic July and August.

It was a big shock to me when our team requested directly to Raja san

You know asking for more cars for December

We should be aiming for 6000 cars for this annum

and 500 livas by December

and 1000 used cars by year end

Asking for 500 cars, it was you know an unbelievable situation for me

I don't know how much practical it is to achieve the 500 numbers in our market

This is like working backwards

But I hope you have all done enough homework

because once Raja san commits to the plant, then there's no going back

We know we will be in trouble if it doesn't happen

We have to do almost 110 per month for three months

Our present average is 78. We might need to hype it up by 30-40%

We are fixing this number.

If it's acceptable for you, we will look for recruitment, training

whatever is possible for this mission

My only doubt is with this fellow

Sir, we will achieve at any cost!

Ok. If you achieve it, then everyone else will achieve too

We will be the first to finish the race by 2018

Are you ready ? Yes Sir!

And you are going to be the flag bearers of project Transcend

The challenge was on

500 livas in December

The race to success began

I think we can easily hit 6450 mark for this year

Good morning everybody Good morning

Today we are here to celebrate our success for 2017

Especially in Livas

Our target for December was around 300

and finally we ended up doing 535 Livas

Our overall sales for the year was 6500

which is our record high for Amana Toyota

Now...

About me ?

Remember the magical number they decided three months back

500 right ?

But my number was 535

So I was at a big risk

Will I reach it ? Will they reach it ?

looked very bleak and impossible

But on the last working day in 2017,

I was embraced in Love

Thank you Amana!

It was pure magic

I, a dual tone special model,

6495th business for the year

535 for the month

The magical Liva from Amana Toyota

And this....

LAUREN TOYOTA makes us HOT FOR FOOD | What We Eat in a Day (Vegan Van Life) - Duration: 13:28.

today is a beautiful freezing snowy day in Canada but we've got some fun things

planned so there is no time to sleep any longer

we've got a special guest cooking lunch for us today so stay tuned

well it sure is frosty welcome to Canada go to where the keys to the keys babe?

got the keys

let's make breakfast we're trying something we've never done before but

we've seen all over the damn place acai bowls before they're they're

absolutely delicious yeah I haven't I think it's important that you do buy it

frozen cuz I'm you can buy acai powder that's

not as good mmm I've heard that before

half cranberry juice

half water I don't want to get those sweet it's a little bit runnier than I

would like that for sure you go ahead and get this now I should

No!

I'll have a tea...you make the latte

our chai is a combination of a ground spices that

we grind per batch so we've got things like cardamom cinnamon nutmeg all these

really healing spices and then we combine that with raw fresh ginger root

and a local sustainable honey so it's actually a sticky wet tea that you see

there makes a really beautiful tea as well as a latte so I'm gonna show you

both ways so this is the tea version scoop of tea into our tea filter and

just close up the tea filter put it in Eamon''s mug fill with not boiling hot

water because I don't actually burn the black tea and you'll get that unpleasant

bitterness that you might be used to a tea so we just let it sit for a minute

make sure it's still hot for the extraction

buddy why do we use honey isn't that bad for the bees? isn't that not vegan? Wow

very quickly okay Eamonn and I started this company with the belief that food

can be really healing and wholesome as well as delicious so we wanted to make

something completely unique we make a sticky chai as I just showed you so the

honey actually preserves naturally that Raw ginger root but honey is actually also

the world's best antibacterial all these great things that come from honey as a

food and we work with an apiary that's local we know how they treat

their bees we actually have to change our honey seasonally so they never over

harvest or overwork the bees and we feel good about that we know that every one

is different so if you're a vegan who doesn't consume honey we totally get

that but we're vegans who do if we know where the honey is coming from this

morning I'm gonna use almond milk this is the barista series almond milk

it's the original flavor so there's a little bit of added sweetness I like my

try a little bit sweet but you can play around with milks and see what you like

so all you have to do to make a chai latte is take a scoop of chai put it in

your small pot and then just top up your small pot or a cups worth hey Beck where

do you get that cute adorable pot it's probably the cutest part I've ever seen in

my life you can get it from chaiwalachai.com

I'll link it below! okay now I've got to turn on our propane back on to heat it up also

torch it up baby

YOOO it looks pretty nice creamy I know this is such a treat know we spent

the last hour cleaning up places looking sharp cuz we're having guests over

Lauren today Lauren is gonna be cooking up a lunch in our tiny home so the

challenge is to make her amazing comfort foods in such a tiny space but also that

she doesn't know what we have in the fridge and we didn't communicate at all

about what kind of recipe she's gonna make I tried to ask her I was like

Lauren like what do you want again yeah it's like well the fun part will be like

I won't know what you have so it's like all right so we're fully stocked but not

really like I was doing just thinking like we don't even have tofu or some of

the things that I've been loved we're pretty stock though we've got like lots

of bags and veggies any things that would normally be in our fridge

it's gonna be a real creative test and I think that's what makes a true chef let

me know if you guys think that's a true it can be really creative especially

when they don't know I think that's what they do in like MasterChef they have

people go and do challenges where they have no idea what's in the box

so this is one of those hey girl yeah

we're so excited we're gonna keep the details of what she's cooking a little

secret so you have to head to her channel to see what she creates I use

this to I guess we should turn the rice down how do I do that possible how do

you cook rice I just let her go okay she'll be fine okay

hmm I do like the green element good job good job sous chef Eamon, camera man Eamon

curry wasn't always my favorite dish I got really super sick off of a couple

curry dishes in our travels and it sort of sat with me a little weird and a

man's always begging me please to make massage because she never wants to go up

for nin yeah I know but I'm getting way better

and so when Lauren was like I'm making curry and I'm putting in whole mushrooms

like oh my two least favorite thing no I'm just kidding but it's some

absolutely delicious the spice is really really good and so what are we calling

it what did Lauren say here Lauren it's a mushroom lentil coca spicy peanut

coconut curry doll yeah so if you guys are interested and you should be in

checking out the full recipe and how Lauren took nothing and made this

delicious lunch type to her channel hopefully or we put this on the same day

well like Oregon I didn't put in the same day so when this is live you can go

to Lauren's Channel and check out her recipe step by step instructions and you

two can make the lentil coconut curry dal kale mushroom amazing also you can

see Lauren how she overcame all the obstacles while cooking the Ben she's

never been here before she didn't know what tools we had and she crushed it

it's a bit of a challenge cooking on that little tube burner but she's a bit

of a professional so I called you the vegan Queen on the way here would you

would you take that title nicely or what do you how do you feel just like I just

copyright today why people do say that to me in the comments and I think it's

cute and I'll totally accept it yeah it's amazing

yeah you're also had like the M&Ms right because I'm so yeah this is the same

thing right okay wait which one should I try Oh what are these crunchy crispy mmm

try on those are awesome things yes love you guys we're gonna head back up to our

office now we do have a lot of work to get done

business never sleeps guys so once you catch you at dinner

just wanted to show you quickly that I'm having a little snack I'm super full

from lunch which is really rare for us we're actually huge eaters but Lauren a

made it really hearty and delicious and also big portions so thanks for that

Lauren buddy do you want to have one too this please okay I'll peel these and

yeah that's the update so what do you think would be either

well maybe three o'clock I don't know if that'll be enough content honestly what

we're there at 11:00 howdy-ho Ranger Joe so we're thinking of going to the gym

which we do almost every night when we're in the city so I don't want to

snack too hard I'm thinking of just making a tea put it in my B mug

well we're not like vlogging we're just doing what I eat in a day which is quite

a bit more specific which I like I was actually thinking at what time is it is

a too late to make your cheesy popcorn before the gym that's too bad

now it's time to make dinner if we haven't already bought groceries normal

mo head to the grocery store pick up something make it but tonight we

actually have stuff to eat so easy as pie we got a lot of leftovers so this

one as you know we made with Lauren that's a leftover lentil doll and she

actually suggested that we could just add some broth in there to make like a

lentil soup so I think that's a really good option there's a good amount left

this is a pasta dish that we made it's like a vegan pesto pasta it was okay I

don't really feel like it we had it yesterday and then we've got some of

this chickpea this is like a you know vegan tuna fish sandwich kind of style

vegan mayo dill pickles so here's what I'm thinking we're gonna because we're

starving we just finished the gym I'm gonna do this on a sandwich we're gonna

toast that up and back and I will split half of that and then I'm going to make

a like a tall soup so I picked up these I've been seen these before but this is

like a mushroom broth and it's like a mushroom doll so I'm thinking I'll just

put a cube of that with some hot water boil that together and then mix in the

dal and make like kind of like a soupy thing there's like rice and lentils in

here so very high in protein so I've added my water to my soup

now I'm a little concerned that I've added too much water so what I'm gonna

do is throw another broth cube in there how's the sandwich baby are you so good

I know is the olive key that's good did you get it off yet not

yeah there's one right there waiting for you right oh don't lose them

but it's great so much so I'm just gonna grab some of the broth I'm gonna add

that in and then just whisk it together before okay that may have been too much

without amounts a little bit salty so I've still got some leftover coconut

milk from when Lauren made this so I'm just gonna put a little chunk of coconut

fat in there we'll make it a little bit creamier but also it will dial back that

saltiness just a little piece oh my god you like that

I love they're our new staple in our lives

I want to know what your staple meal is if it's a favorite breakfast like we

have our staple smoothie if it's a sandwich that you make anything I want

to know

yeah also peppered the heck out of it in there I think you're tasting a lot of

pepper as well when you get our Joby baby

Oh B 1 Kenobi obi-wan hmm let's really go are you doing a happy food dance that

was a what I eat in a day featuring how good was today like açaí bulls yeah

amazing doll like whipped out of nowhere left field whip on it and then top it

off with a nasty dull soup and a chickpea sanguine completely obsessed

yeah it was amazing how good the food is to like are we just

yeah like there's nothing worse than having a crappy day and having I mean

you've had like a crappy day with they go together though look whatever we

bicker it's because we're hungry yeah it's because we haven't like the start

of this video but we love stills so we cool yeah if you guys did enjoy you guys

enjoyed what I eat if you guys enjoyed lunch right again yeah if you guys

enjoyed watching this video please give it a big thumbs up and we will do more

what we eat in a day style videos for you and until next week you guys bye

you

World Number One Liver Treatment - Duration: 21:27.

My name is Nor Azhar bin Mohd Yunus, one of the patients of Hepatitis B.

I was diagnosed with the disease 7 years ago,

and I'd consulted specialists at a hospital to receive treatments.

Since hepatitis is a disease that is difficult to cure,

so while I was receiving treatments, I was given supports

and I was kept updated with my liver condition and other symptoms that occurred from hepatitis.

Symptoms which had occurred on Mr. Azhar…

Initially, I experienced stomach ache for 2 weeks

and I didn't expect it was because of hepatitis.

After I started to vomit blood, I went to see a doctor

and the doctor confirmed it was due to the swelling of the blood vessels in the oesophagus.

I was admitted to the hospital for more or less 2 months.

I didn't have problems with my stomach anymore.

However, my blood pressure, there was a reduction in the number of red blood cells, haemoglobin,

and also a decrease in platelet level.

And at that time, I was given a treatment to increase the amount of blood and platelet.

How did Mr. Azhar discover that he was one of the patients of Hepatitis B…

I found out that I had hepatitis after the demise of my parents due to liver cancer

and I was advised by a doctor to get a medical check-up, in which after that, I was diagnosed with Hepatitis B.

10 years ago, my late father didn't know that he had Hepatitis B.

He only knew about his illness at the last moments, when it was too late,

so it was difficult for the doctors to cure him since his condition was already critical.

I watched him vomit and excrete blood,

and he was admitted to the hospital for a month.

He eventually passed away at Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur.

How was Mr. Azhar's condition during his critical moments…

When I had a chronic liver, I spent most of my time at the hospital,

receiving treatments and I was extremely exhausted physically.

After receiving treatments from Al-Jabbar, praise be to Allah, I am now able to live my life normally again.

My condition was chronic since I was suffering from liver cirrhosis, where the liver shrivelled.

Liver cirrhosis is when the surface of the liver becomes rough like the peels of oranges.

When we have liver cirrhosis, every system in the body will not function well,

so there will be times when we will experience the swelling of veins, oesophagus.

And most of the time, at certain level, liver cirrhosis can cause someone to vomit blood

due to the swollen blood vessels within the oesophagus.

Eventually…

I was reading the newspaper, Berita Harian, when I discovered that Al-Jabbar had marketed a product that can cure hepatitis.

So I immediately contacted the company to obtain information from them,

and I tested the product, Al-Jabbar HB (Jabbar Hidayah HB Plus), which is specifically made for Hepatitis B, for 3 months.

The cost was quite high but the result is very satisfying, and I am now free from hepatitis.

I had been suffering from hepatitis for 7 years,

and I had used the product by Al-Jabbar for 3-4 months.

The result is great, as my final blood test had confirmed that I am free of hepatitis.

Advice…

Most people who receive news of their health conditions, such as having hepatitis which can lead to liver cancer, will lose hope.

In my opinion, it is wrong to be that way.

There's a cure for every illness, so we must be strong and not lose hope,

and we must strive to find the cure or treatment.

And I'm giving my advice towards those who are patients of hepatitis

to give Al-Jabbar HB (Jabbar Hidayah HB Plus) a try,

which in my opinion, is a very good product and I have even tried it myself

although it is quite expensive.

But to me, financial issues can always be solved,

what's important is our health that helps us to continue living our lives.

Opinion…

I'm giving my opinion for those out there, having a blood test is important in order to know our health conditions.

Especially if it is Hepatitis B, as it is a silent killer,

without us knowing, since no symptom can be seen at the early stage.

And I hope those out there can spare some time to go for medical check-ups

to make sure that you are free of any kind of viruses, especially hepatitis,

because this illness can also affect your children and grandchildren.

I hope you will take lessons from my experience,

and praise be to Allah, for the illness that I once had has been cured

as a result of my efforts.

I'd known since the year 2001 that I actually had liver cirrhosis where the liver began to harden.

I had gone to many places, and each time I went it would cost me nearly MYR4000 (USD1025),

but there seemed to be no changes. They'd recommended me to take this medication and see what would happen.

Praise be to Allah, gradually my body seemed to regain its energy.

Now, if anyone says that he/she has liver illness, I will definitely recommend this product.

I'd known that I was a carrier of Hepatitis B ever since I was pregnant with my first child.

When I found out that I had the illness, there was really nothing I could do but cry.

Then, we went to a private clinic, and the doctor advised me to take some kind of pills made in India.

So I took the medication for 4 years, until I was pregnant with my third and then later fourth child.

I had to get a blood test with every pregnancy,

and each time the doctor would say the virus was active, that I was the carrier of the illness.

In 2006, I read an article which said that Al-Jabbar had produced a medication that could cure the illness.

and I thought I should give it a try.

One of the staff told me to get my blood tested after 2 months,

but I went for the test on the third month,

and I was happy with the result which showed that my condition had gone from hepatitis b carrier to normal patient.

Also, based on the result of the blood test, the virus had decreased a lot and I am closer to becoming healthy again.

I am grateful for I have found the solution.

I had a disease affecting the liver when I was in Form 5 (High School).

I was always feeling unwell and every time I ate I felt like vomiting.

I always had painful joints, and I also frequently felt dizzy

but when I went to see the doctors, they would tell me that I had a migraine or gastric pain,

and when I took medications prescribed by the doctors, there were no effects.

My mother took me to a private clinic, homeopathy,

and he said that I had some problems with my liver but it was still at an early stage,

he could not say for sure whether I was having Hepatitis A, B, or C,

but he only told me to take precautions as to avoid it from becoming worst,

and my mother was worried as well.

One day, she saw an advertisement by Al-Jabbar.

At first, I refused to take the medication because I was still at an early stage.

Besides, I knew that the medication was expensive.

But my mother said that the price didn't matter and she was worried that I couldn't focus on studying for SPM (Exam).

So I took the medication continuously.

After 4 bottles of the medication, I went to a government clinic to have my blood tested.

The doctor said that I was healthy and normal.

Praise be to Allah, ever since then I no longer experience painful joints and I can eat normally again.

I am feeling much healthier.

In conclusion, I think that this product by Al-Jabbar is good for those with either Hepatitis B, A, or C,

because to me, there's no need for people with these illnesses to get a surgery

since there will be risks to take and it'll cost a lot as well.

And as Mr. Kamaruzaman said,

most people who went for surgeries had died

because when the operation took place, the viruses could spread and infect the surgical wounds.

My sister noticed it, and so did my mother, that his stomach was distended.

I hadn't had a small child for a long time,

but what we noticed was that he frequently defecated and urinated,

to the extent that he used up a lot of diapers.

He had a fever almost every month,

and if he didn't have a fever he would usually gain weight

because he loves to eat,

but then he would lose those weight again due to fever.

There was one time that he had a fever for 3 weeks.

We took him to the clinic a few times but he still didn't get better.

The doctor asked why I had come,

so I told him that I was curious as to why his stomach distended.

So, I felt the need to get the doctor's advice at that time.

Then, the doctor did a check-up on him,

and he said that his liver had increased in size.

However, the doctor also said that it was advisable to consult another doctor and get a second opinion.

So the doctor said that he was going to refer us to a hospital,

either the one in Kajang or Putrajaya.

The doctor decided to refer us to the one in Kajang,

because according to him the doctors there were specialists compared to the one in Putrajaya.

And so we went to the hospital and our son was admitted that very night.

Even the doctors were shocked at that time.

The doctors found that his liver was three times bigger than normal children.

So he stayed in the paediatric ward for 11 days.

He had to get blood tests every day, take medications, etc. He also started to have fever.

I mean, even healthy kids who are admitted to a hospital will end up having a fever, isn't it?

They took a lot of his blood and tested it.

Firstly, they suspected thalassemia, but when they ran a test, it wasn't thalassemia.

And then, they ran a test for hepatitis, but it wasn't hepatitis either.

Anyway, they ran a lot of tests for every possible disease, but they couldn't find what it was

until one doctor said to me that they had never dealt with such a case before.

I asked the doctor whether he was able to cure my son or not,

but the doctor's answer was uncertain.

So I said if the doctor wasn't sure about it, then it would be better for me to bring my son out of the hospital.

I was willing to take the risks. If we let him stay at the hospital, the doctor wasn't sure of what to do with him.

Besides, I did learn a bit about herbs, and these herbs are food for cells in or bodies.

So, we must think of other alternatives for this problem, that's why we took him out of the hospital.

My husband didn't give up so he kept on searching for an alternative,

until he found information on Al-Jabbar and he told me about it.

My husband said he wanted to give it a try.

His defecation seemed okay at that time but I thought we should give it a try anyway.

So, after consuming nearly 2 bottles, we could see his stomach had flattened a bit.

Before that, we could even see the veins in the stomach because it was distended, but after taking the medication, his stomach looked better.

It hadn't flattened completely but it was definitely better than before. We could no longer see the veins and all.

And my husband also said that his defecation had also improved compared to before.

On the third bottle, he only defecated twice a day, once during the day and once at night.

So, I think that was considered as normal compared to before. And also, on the third bottle, he could finally stop wearing diapers.

Only after using Al-Jabbar's product that we could see improvements.

What's important is actually the improvement of the immune system,

which is why he could suddenly withstand the disease. He hasn't had a fever for a long time now.

Ever since he took the medication until now, he hardly gets a fever

and even when everyone else has a fever, he is not affected by it.

Back then, even I had to get an MC (medical leave).

The doctor would give it to me although he was the one who had a fever.

Modern medications can only cure or treat diseases after we've detected what exactly is wrong, like cancer, etc.

Then, we'll go to the hospital, and the doctors will have no choice but to do surgery, chemotherapy, etc., right?

However, traditional herbs and medicines that we have inherited for so long

can actually help in the prevention of diseases.

And even our Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) had encouraged us to prevent diseases rather than to cure

because curing means the illnesses that we have, have worsened.

And if we are to follow the modern ways in treating diseases,

If we choose not to do a surgery, this will happen.

sometimes we will be given a 50-50 chance.

And if we choose to do it, then there will be another possibility.

Even surgery itself gives us either a 70-30 or 50-50 chance,

so we will have to take the risks when opting for a surgery.

But if only we practice what had been taught by the older generations,

since they had a lot of know-hows and also,

back then the environment was clean unlike today.

So, either way we should always go back to nature.

Lower Back Pain? St Louis Chiropractor Discusses a Better Treatment Plan - Duration: 10:22.

What was your motivation to become a chiropractor?

So my motivation to become a chiropractor it started early on with my deep desire and

passion to help people. Lower Back Pain of so many people needing help, it just seemed right that I should help

So I didn't know quite what that look like or how I was gonna help people.

I started, it really started when I became a massage therapist, I worked for a chiropractor.

So I was seeing people, massage, doing massages, but seeing a chiropractor and what he was

doing for people, literally changing people's lives was mind blowing to me.

But the pipe bomb didn't really go off until I saw the changes in myself.

So I had a lot of ailments, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain so all that started getting

better. St Louis is need of a Chiropractor with a different approach to lower back pain, neck pain and other health related issues.

But the real thing that kinder got me on that path of knowing I wanted to do Chiropractic,

is I had chronic problems, digestive issues, stress, all these different things never thought

a chiropractor would be able to help with.

And they all miraculously went away.

So I knew then like I had to share this first and foremost with my family and friends and

then with the surrounding community.

So the patient became the doctor?

Pretty much.

That's really cool.

When you got into the chiropractic field, and you know you are going to school and another

thing, what methodology did you start to kind of lean toward and why?

So that took me out quite out of a journey set.

That was when I first started getting adjusted networking for the chiropractor, all I knew

is what that guy did for me.

How he adjusted me so that's all I knew.

But the one thing that kind of set things apart, people got well.

A lot of people got well but still people had questions.

So they didn't feel like they are getting their questions answered.

By the chiropractor, No, if against him they still had questions.

It was, and I just kept list because I would see every patient for a couple of minutes

before the chiropractor would come in.

So time and time again, more and more people just more questions.

So I just kind of had a drive to find a technique, a specific technique that could maybe answer

those questions.

Or further studies that I could do to get to the answers for those questions for those

people.

So I could help definitely many people.

Okay, and what was that method?

So during school year while I had so many different at Logan, here in Chastitute* in

Missouri, we are allowed to, there are so many techniques that your subjected, not subjected

to but then you can take as an elective.

So I tried many different techniques.

And the one that just stood out and, was a no brainer for me.

Was code SOT.

So SOT, the abbreviation for SOT is sacro occipital technique.

So it's a very thorough technique.

So there's a lot of cheque and balances.

So, it's very specific to the patient when they come in, so there is a needs in assessing

what exactly needs to be addressed that day.

And then once we address it then the indicators that we look for go away, so we know that

we made progression for that day.

So again it's like the checks and balances, but its encompassing all techniques so now

that we are addressing anything from your cranium down to your feet and everywhere in

between, that organ function, it looks to a little bit of everything.

And again its checks and balances.

So we know we are making the corrections and the patient can see the corrections as we

go on.

Okay, okay.

Along with it as SOT method is there anything else that you incorporate with that?

We do, so when individuals come in with specific complaints, we take care of them within the

chiropractic world, as best we can, and then if they don't respond as we expect them

to, or if they have further issues, digestive issues, diarrhea issues, whatever they may

have, then we can look at further testing such as blood work or saliva testing to look

at we call functional medicine , to look at this function before it gets to pathology,

they might not get in a medical model, so then we can address it through dietary changes,

and supplementation and try to help them so that then they can get over those hurdles

and like I said earlier with the questions that people had , that is one of the major

stepping stones that I found to help my patients even more , this is the functional medicine

and other services that we offer in our office.

You can look at and tell when a person has somethings going wrong but they are not at

emergency room level yet.

Correct.

You can kind of take that one off and get that back in order so that they don't have

to go to the ER.

Ideally.

Okay.

If we can understand their symptoms, how they are responding to care, my chiropractic stand

point.

So when their symptoms aren't changing and they are having other symptoms, so it's

kind of very unique to that individual and then based on that we never can diagnose anything lower back pain, neck pain, overweight, nerve damage, sports injuries....

or treat anything.

But we can support normal processes throughout the body with those things that I just mentioned

with dietary changes supplementation.

So we allow the body to heal itself.

But again before it gets to pathology like you said before they are in the hospital,

hopefully helping them before they even get to that point.

Okay, great.

Now what if you have a patient of yours who is actually under doctor care for let's

say diabetes.

Is there anything that you can help them with as far as along those lines?

Absolutely.

So when we look at chiropractic, and what we do as chiropractors, is we free up nerve

interference.

So if there's misalignment within the spine, anywhere in the spine it can interfere with

the nerves that come out of that level, a lot of times it's in the areas of say your

pancreas.

So your pancreases secrete insulin when you eat.

So a lot of diabetics have a problem with insulin.

So if we start with a chiropractic, part of it making sure that the nervous system is

functioning properly, that's kind of the baseline, absolutely we'll start there.

But then we can also look at supplementation and dietary changes to definitely support

the diabetes whichever one it is if it's in type one or type two.

And work directly with the doctors too.

So sometimes people are allowed, no, not allowed.

Sometimes people when they start balancing things out they don't need their meds as

much.

Or sometimes they have been able to get off their meds.

And that's something that we tell them up front, like we can't tell you anything about

your medicines, like you have to follow up with your medical doctor for that.

And there is nothing that I could tell you about your meds.

But we will help support all the other areas and so forth normal processes in your body,

we are not treating anything.

Okay.

Have you addressed any other type of problems that people have like you know like ADHD or

you know other things that are kind of common in our world today?

So a lot of times what we find they are thyroid issues.

So a lot of thyroid issues allow auto immune issues.

A lot of digestive issues.

IBS which is kind of a blanket for your bowel dysfunction we don't know what's wrong

with him.

Collits, Crohns disease.

So a lot of digestive, thyroid, blood sugar.

Also a big one right now is SEBO, small Intestine bacterial overgrowth.

So all of these things, allergies, like food intolerances.

So there's many different things that people come in with, that we've been able to help

with. We helped so many people with not just lower back pain, but many other ailments, such has foot pain, neck pain and many other issues

Wow, that's awesome.

Now, looking at your office you are the chiropractor and of course you address things to the nutritional

level, sort of things are there any other services that you offer here?

We do.

So massage therapy, we have a great massage therapist.

And we have an acupuncturist.

So she practices Chinese medicine.

So both of those kind of go hand in hand with the chiropractic what we are looking at the

entire body, and how everything's connected.

And how we can better balance that system with all those different various techniques

and services.

Okay great, great.

Well I think that is all I had for you today.

I really appreciate your time.

That's absolutely very informative.

Thank you very much absolutely. We can help you with an holistic approach to your health and wellness.

UV Phototherapy An effective and proven treatment method for skin diseases - Duration: 6:00.

Miliony ludzi na całym świecie

cierpią na choroby skóry, takie jak

dermatozy, bielactwo

to typowe objawy łuszczycy.

Badania kliniczne i prace naukowe pokazały,

By mieć pewność, że terapia została

dobrana właściwie

nasilenie choroby oraz jej objawów musi zostać zbadane

i dokładnie opisane.

Fototerapia jest ogólnie dobrze tolerowana i powinna być

stosowana trzy do pięciu razy w tygodniu.

Fototerapia wykorzystuje specyficzne widmo promieniowania UV

które wykazuje wysoką skuteczność.

Widmo naturalnego promieniowania UV

dzielimy na promieniowanie UVA, UVB oraz UVC

w zależności od długości ich fali elektromagnetycznej.

Tylko długier fale promieni UVA oraz krótkie fale promieni UVB stosowane są

w celach terapeutycznych.

Promienie UVA to fale o długości od 315 do 380 nanometrów

i mogą wnikać do skóry właściwej i głębszych warstw skóry.

Tu oddziałują na komórki stanu zapalnego

i specyficzne komórki tkanki łącznej

Promienie UVB mają długość fali od 282 do 315 nanometrów

i oddziałują w naskórku oraz

zewnętrznych warstwach skóry.

Długie fale

promieniowania UVB mają również specyficzny

wpływ na głębsze warstwy naskórka

zwłaszcza na warstwę podstawną

Istnieje nieznaczne ryzyko wystąpienia rumienia

przy stosowaniu długich fal

spektrum UVA , które zmniejsza się

wykorzystując terapię z zastosowaniem łączonego spektrum UVA i UVB

To dlatego fototerapia wykorzystuje

selektywnie długie fale spektrum promieniowania UVB

zwane 'narrowband therapy' czyli terapią wąskopasmową UVB , która

okazała się nieoceniona w terapii łuszczycy

Szczyt emisji promieniowania UVB

to 311 nanometrów.

Jego skuteczność jest spowodowana z jednej strony

jego działaniem immunosupresyjnym, w którym

oddziałuje na komórki stanu zapalnego na przykład

limfocyty T oraz swoiste mediatory takie

jak interleukiny.

Z drugiej strony dzięki optymalnemu

dopasowaniu długości fali zatrzymuje nadmiernie szybki

podział komórek w warstwie podstawnej naskórka

Ten kompleksowy

mechanizm działania prowadzi do

potwierdzanej klinicznie poprawy

zmian zapalnych skóry

oraz zmniejszenia łuszczenia.

Ponieważ jest wysoce skuteczna i dobrze tolerowana

wąskopasmowa terapia UVB jest dziś

uważana za terapię pierwszego wyboru

w przypadku umiarkowanych i ciężkich zmian łuszczycowych.

W fototerapii stosowane mogą być

urządzenia przeznaczone do terapii całego ciała

jak i systemy do terapii wybranych partii ciała.

Systemy przeznaczone do terapii całego ciała to

kabiny wyposażone w specjalne

medyczne lampy UV

które dostarczają promieniowanie do całej powierzchni ciała.

W odróżnieniu od salarium, w którym

jedynym celem jest opalanie

zaawansowane technicznie i zatwierdzone medycznie

systemy do fototerapii są w pełni bezpieczne dla pacjentów.

Profesjonalny system czujników

w połączeniu z nowoczesnym systemem kontroli

zapewnia skuteczną i bezpieczną fototerapię.

Podczas każdego naświetlania

oczy pacjenta muszą

być zasłonięte przez specjalne okulary ochronne.

Dawka promieniowania ustawiana jest

w systemie sterowania przez wykwalifikowany personel medyczny

bądź przesyłana jest zdalnie przez system EDP

Ustalona dawka dostarczana jest precyzyjnie.

Zaprogramowane limity dawek

oraz systemy kontrolne zintegrowane

w panelu sterowania są dodatkową gwarancją bezpieczeństwa.

Na koniec sesji naświetlania

lub jeśli sesja zostanie przerwana

promienniki UV wyłączą się automatycznie.

W leczeniu poszczególnych kończyn bądź części ciała

wewnętrzna strona

zmienionej dłoni lub stopy układana jest bezpośrednio

na module leczniczym.

Promienniki automatycznie wyłączają się,

gdy zostanie dostarczona ustawiona dawka.

Auto news on Youtube Jan 31 2018

welcome to JGOD gaming in today's video I'll be focusing on a spawn guide

for the new map occupation in the Call of Duty World War 2 this is part of the

first DLC one resistance pack so what we'll do is break down some of

the different spawns so the ones I'm going to go over our team deathmatch

domination hardpoint and capture the flag

the reason I'm be going over these specific ones is because there's another

mode that mirrors one of these or else I would have just gone through and done

all the modes so for team deathmatch obviously kill confirms for gridiron

we've got capture the flag so it's kind of a balance there dominations is own

thing as well as hardpoint so let's go ahead and get into it

so in the background what imma be talking about is a little bit of you

know playing the actual map so for this one I chose TDM to start off with and as

you can see the spawns in the top right corner in red are where the enemy team

and yourself will spawn so based off where you're spawning where you're

positioned where your teammates are spawning where your teammates are

positioned you're gonna have a good idea and predict where the enemy team's gonna

be obviously certain spawns are a little bit more sticky and have a majority

chance to spawn so right here you can see they're still coming out of the

corner still a little bit of respawn delay it looks like and then you can see

them on my mini-map there's three little blips that pop up so they still all

spawn in this corner just a heads-up if you're interested in a particular mode

and maybe you don't play team deathmatch at all you want to check out one of the

other modes i'ma leave timestamps down in description below as well as the

images so you can click on those save those to your phone desktop whatever you

want to do so that you have access to those so go ahead and check that out in

the description below if you're interested in skipping ahead or you just

want to go ahead and check those out as far as for this map goes obviously it's

a remake of a map we've experienced before and it does look and play a

little bit different but the familiar already did help me when I was playing

online just because I was able to play it as if I knew it because I had a

familiarity with it so you can see right there they all spawned in that little

corner on the bottom right of the map so the spawns they this is how they work

you can cut off a lot of different people you can predict where people are

gonna be especially for some of the other modes as you'll see

pretty shortly that when you actually play you can actually cut people off

from actually coming to the objective at all if you just position to three people

in the right spot you can actually do you know some pretty good work and

cutting people off and almost guarantee a victory especially on some of the hard

points it does cut you off a little bit so right now I'm just kind of

maneuvering through the map I know where they're at I know where they're spawning

problem they don't move too fast cuz they're BOTS but at the end of the day

you know real people online they will be coming out of these areas as well the

reason I do with bots in case you're wondering what the heck is this guy

doing playing against bots it's more for a proof of concept that what you're

looking at on screen matches the spawns and then also to show you that what I'm

actually putting out is something that I've tested I put together and I was

able to identify these areas of spawn locations so when you move around the

map it's something you got to keep in mind obviously the interior the map they

can approach you from any angle but if you're coming out around the outskirts

you can have a better idea of where they're gonna be spawning from and then

have an idea when the spawns of cliff also if you're in their spawn if they're

gonna be spawning on sides of you or behind you or wherever the cases because

sometimes the spawns are a little sticky and they don't always flip so just keep

that in mind as you navigate through the map that you should be able to have a

good idea of where all these people are I usually like to do this when new maps

come out or when the new game comes out I'll go into the private matches or

custom game set up with bots so I get a familiarity of where you know movement

patterns are the spawns where I spawn how to push certain angles and just

doing that overall gives you a comfort with the map that maybe you didn't have

just by jumping in and getting maybe smacked around by someone who's already

played at ten fifty or even a hundred times so a lot of times familiarity with

the maps is huge where to move through where to navigate through is huge

especially in objective game mode so as you can see I'm coming up this stairs

area here and they're all popping up in this corner you can see where my red is

popping up on the mini-map so take this guy out and they continue to flood out

of this corner just because that's kind of the way it's designed now that you

see them in that other corner where the other hotspot is for the red zone so

pretty much as long as you can move from point two hot point as far as red zone

to red zone you should be have a good idea of where everyone is on the map

especially if you coordinate that with where your team is so we'll go ahead and

move on to domination now while that's loading up now is a good time to point

out that it's a good time if you're enjoying the video go ahead and click

that like button subscribe if you haven't already and make sure you ring

that Bell so you have the notifications on and you're up to date with the newest

content that I'm putting out again the light goals 75 so hopefully can help me

out with that if you're enjoying the video let's get down to what the map

looks like so as you can see the map is slightly different you can see where

Zone a B and C are and some of the spawns have shifted just a little bit

we're missing some of those left spawns that we had originally in team

deathmatch so for this one is very similar the way you move around the map

but obviously I'm playing solo with some bots again still so what you want to do

is make sure that you have a good idea of where the spawns are which these ones

like I said it doesn't move too much but it's got a hard time holding down the

area if the team doesn't actually pursue the different areas the main objective

you want to hold down here is B just because you got a good sight line from B

into the spawning areas that you can actually hold it down either off of this

little crate here or your teammate could be a little bit further up without

pushing the spawns and catch people coming out of that spawn to protect B as

long as you have a and C or a and B or C and B a combination of the two you

should be able to win this objective pretty good because if you do the a and

C then the enemy team will actually pop out by the bottom right corner where B

is so you can go ahead and control the spawns if your team is coordinated

enough to go ahead and lock down certain areas so pretty much that's all I'm

doing is I'm rotating back and forth because they lost a so I'm just kind of

coming back to it clearing off the areas it's a little bit slower and Dom because

I don't have that recon plane up constantly but as you'll see they're

pretty predictable spawns are all coming from that top area the enemy teams

trying to take over B so I'm just rotating back because none of the team

is on this side but normal normal match you probably have at least one person on

your team contesting B almost all the time just because it's right here out in

the open getting kills and kind of feeding on

this of the map so every time I'm getting

that recon plane I'm continually looking at the overview of the mini-map just

because it shows a lot of information as you can see right here try to run

through mid coming from off of spawn right now I'm pretty much right on the

outside of their spawn so I know they're gonna come out either through this area

where I'm pushing or to the left of me down this little Street area so pretty

much I'm just kind of holding down the areas because I don't want the spawns to

flip usually when you're playing domination you don't really want the

spawns to flip you want to usually hold two of the objectives and then keep all

your enemy team just pinned and aside a specific spawn because if they're only

coming out of a specific spawn your enemy team becomes very very predictable

and you have a good control of the map so that's just a general tip for

domination but as you see this one the spawns kind of flipped a little bit or

we lost control continually because the the computer teammates just kept losing

a or losing C so kind of rotate it back and forth and pretty much just

continually played the match so right here I'm going back and trying to go

ahead and go flank to get B because it looks like all the enemy is facing that

side so you're going to take them out if someone sits inside that room right down

this Lane they can actually have that perfect vantage point probably for a

sniper as soon as someone peeks take them out so this is a huge lane that you

can probably use for sniping or a really good automatic rifle or just rifle in

general if you if you feel comfortable with the semi-autos or my favorite LMG

the lowest light machine gun which is pretty awesome at that vantage point as

well so you can see how the spawns can be used effectively to manage where your

enemies are coming from control manipulate have the map control so just

about positioning again it's always positioning on all the different Maps so

right here I know they're gonna go ahead and try and flip the spawn so I'm gonna

push it anyways just because my teammates are losing a over there by

themselves so I go ahead and push to take over see I know where they're gonna

be coming from they're probably gonna be coming from this right side or the left

so I just got to pay attention since I don't have that recon up right away so I

just gotta kind of watch and wait and it looks like I was able to take it over

looks like some of the enemy team is over there by B so I'm gonna kind of

pushed B in that direction so pretty much you got to do with the

maps telling you every map slightly different because who you're playing

with sometimes they're slower players

sometimes they're campy ER sometimes they're fast paced players

sometimes they're using shotguns sniper sometimes they're running like a chicken

with their head cut off sometimes your teammates are going for

kilos sometimes your enemies are going for kills I don't want the objective at

all so just keep that in mind that not everything is super cookie cutter but

this does give you a good idea of where enemies are where you're at where you

should be going what space you need to be positioned right now we're triple cap

so the spawns are probably gonna be a little bit funky but as you can see I

got a good idea where they're coming from I know they're all coming from this

corner building I just got to kind of wait it out get a better position than

the enemy team that's usually the name of the game patience and positioning

especially on boots on the ground you can't just out reflex your enemy so

you do have to put yourself in the best position or you can get really swept

really quick especially if you end up to be won a lot of times you're gonna lose

that gunfight unless you are able to flank them catch one off-guard so just

keep that in mind you gotta navigate the map smartly and execute effectively for

Damai only one has demonstrate one round just to show kind of how that works

again proof of concept with the bots just demonstrate that the spawn guide is

accurate and effective for what you're looking to accomplish if you're watching

this video I know I'm repeating myself a little bit but this is for the people

that maybe skip the head to the hardpoint I'm go ahead and remember to

drop that like again the goal is 75 likes if you haven't subscribed yet go

ahead and make sure you click that subscribe button turn on that bell have

the notifications on so you stay up-to-date on future videos and future

content so when it comes to hardpoint the spawns are usually pretty different

than the rest of all the spawns in the different modes just because the

hardpoint rotates and because of that there has to be different spawn points

to accommodate two teams having an equal distance to travel to get to that hard

point so for the most part it's usually pretty equal in some cases there's

usually an advantage where you're gonna be have to walk a little bit farther

than your enemy team so let's go ahead and check those out so when looking at

the hardpoint map you can see that I have both the rotations and the spawns

on there the spawns are a little bit different than the past two maps that we

looked at as far as domination and Team Deathmatch but that's just because the

way the hill rotate so you can see it starts in mid

bumps down to the bottom of the map then goes back up the top and then it goes

kind of four and then five where you can see that's towards the middle and then

towards the right the key with holding down four is

actually making sure you got bottom spawns because after that heel it's

gonna rotate to five now look at how far the spawns are from five pretty much

you're kind of screwed if you're spawning there same thing with three if

you get the spawns you need the spawns for hardpoint three because look at how

far you gotta walk if you don't get hardpoint three look at the spawn so

look at they're all the Wigan and the V to the right or the all the way at the

bottom look at the distance you have to travel so this one's very spawn

dependent same thing with two look at where your enemies are gonna come from

they're gonna come from over by hardpoint five that's a little bit of a

walk but look at if they come all the way by hardpoint three gets kind of

crazy so just something to keep in mind the spawns are key and hard point and

especially on this map so you can see in the background this first Hill is

already done with so I'm trying to rotate to the second Hill just so that

we can make sure we get those spawns feeling that the enemy team's gonna be

in this area so as I approach I have a good idea where they coming from they're

frightened I come from the stairs behind me but then again they are when this a

UAV comes out the recon plane so I turn on that guy take them both out now my

teammates are in position and you can see now look at where how far they're

walking from like what I said they're fun gonna have five and they're spawning

by three so that's what's so key is that you you know you're gonna put your team

at a huge disadvantage if you're not getting these spawns early because most

people that play hard point have no clue what rotating early means they're gonna

fight for a five-second he'll never fight for her five-second hail unless

it's for the win so keep in mind that when you're rotating that you need to

rotate early as long as someone is in the hill there should be at least one

person in the hill leave that as garbage time give that to them get your team in

better position so they're gonna actually take over the next hard point

so you can see here now I'm trying to rotate across the map and love the way

cut these people off so I'm going to push this way I know they're gonna be

spawning in this corner so they already have this Hill advantage they should be

jumping in there pretty soon so as I come around here you can see the little

red dots are popping up a little bit closer to me then they

on the other side of the map I just get repositioned take a couple guys out and

then secure the hill after I mean here for a little bit take out a different

enemies then the hill decides to flip as far as spawns so that now my team has

control of the spawns as long as they move a little bit further down here

we'll we'll get those spawns and then we'll actually have the entire hill time

so as I go ahead and take a look at that overview since I got the Recon out you

can see where they're coming from they're all coming from the opposite

side of the map where those spawns are on the bottom so they got a long walk

and they don't even got a good vantage point when they come out there they're

pretty much there for the picking as you can see I picked one off picked the

other one off and they're still coming from that side down the stairs it's a

longer route to go around the other side but you know it is what it is you gotta

come out wherever the best cover is but right here you can see that it's not

good so they're already gonna have the next hill

so we're gonna start rotating and I'm pushing through mid because I want to

get that hill I got to go through here to get there so you can see that they're

all set up over here on this hill because none of our team rotated

obviously I'm playing with bots they don't they don't know any better but all

the enemy team they definitely shut down that hard point pretty quick so we go

ahead and clear it out and then keep in mind again that when I said when you get

this hill you need to make sure you get the spawns on the bottom of the map so

right now it looks like we have those spawns as long as our team doesn't push

forward we should maintain those but it looks like that guy on the red might

know but he's actually still moving towards his own spawn so now we kind of

got him locked in this way as a hardpoint rotate to the fifth and final

rotation as far as time rotation goes you're gonna see that we're gonna have

those immediately we're gonna have it locked down and they're still gonna be

spawning pretty far so we'll just wait out this nine seconds go ahead and move

over to the next hill because I want to make sure I guarantee myself D spawn so

I go ahead and sit up in here and that's pretty much ends up being in the match

we camp out this one there's only one more hard point to go to number one and

then we have enough time to close out because 55 seconds takes up to up to

about 225 and that's kind of where it sits

hopefully enjoyed the video I would appreciate that like rating if you did

appreciate it you're still here sorry for a little bit of the length I just

thought this is probably the better way to cover it I didn't really like the

first way I did it when I did the other one thing I will throw off on screen in

case you are interested is the capture the flag spawns

and just a heads up with capture the flag spawns like always they're pretty

rigid but you can see there's a lot of places to spawn so I don't think this

was a really high potential spawn trap unless it's a super coordinated team but

you can see where they're at on the screen which they will be down in the

Gurudwara (Sikh Temples) in Malaysia: A Traveller's Guide - Duration: 16:48.

I had asked before crossing the road.

I am going to a Gurudwara.

Google Maps helped me find one.

I'm on the right path!

I'm somewhere near the Gurudwara.

Always cover your head before entering a Gurudwara.

Now we're ready to go inside!

First we go to the place where we have to remove our shoes.

If you haven't been to a Gurudwara before, you must watch this video!

So that you can get to know the rules and regulations of a Gurudwara.

This is the biggest Gurudwara of South-East Asia.

Don't wear others shoes!

Darbar Sahib is just behind me.

It is the place of worship of the Gurudwara.

Always wash your hands before having food.

I'm in the Gurudwara. Soon I'll be having langar.

I have come to the Langar hall of the Gurudwara.

Roti is called 'Parshada'.

Along with that, we have raita, chole, sweet rice (orange) and white rice.

I had a second serving. Always finish the food you've taken.

Do not waste food!

Take care of these things when in a Gurudwara.

The time is 9 AM.

And it's my second day in the Gurudwara.

There's a special occasion today.

This is a Malaysian breakfast.

This is called Nasilemak.

Nasilemak is supposed to be a non-vegetarian dish.

But since it's a Gurudwara, this is vegetarian.

And this is Suji Halwa, which in Malaysia is called 'Suji Gappa'.

And this is Kheer.

Both these friends of mine are Malaysian Sikh.

And are helping me in planning today's day.

I have to go to Cameroon Highands. Hope I reach the place today.

The food is really tasty!

This is called Sambal.

Usually it's made of fish but here it is vegetarian.

These rice have been made from coconut milk.

'Kheer' is my all-time favourite and it's really good!

The City Police Chief of this place is also a 'sardar'.

Both of their families had settled in Malaysia two to three generations back.

A lot of people from Punjab and Tamil Nadu settled in Malaysia.

The 'sardars' took up jobs related to army and security.

Kuala Lumpur is a cosmopolitan city!

Chinese, Indians (Tamil & Punjabis) and Malay are the major communities present in Kuala Lumpur.

He is a Charted Accountant.

The taxation system of any country should be favorable to it's citizens.

If you have money, you can easily start a business in Malaysia.

There's only a single form of taxation in Malaysia, GST.

GST in India is not fixed.

Whereas, here in Malaysia, GST is charged at a single rate = 6%.

A lot of food items and essential medicines are exempted from the tax (GST).

Shahrukh Khan is immensely popular here!

A lot of Indian television serials are famous in Malaysia.

And not only the Indians, even the Chinese and the Malay watch these shows with subtitles.

I have come out of the Gurudwara.

And it's my 4th day in Kuala Lumpur.

There's the very famous Petrona's Tower!

He will drop me at a petrol pump near the highway.

From where I will hitchhike to Cameroon Highlands.

It's a three hour journey to Cameroon Highlands from here.

This was an electronic device through which he paid the toll tax money, without stopping.

You don't need to wait because of this.

It's the first time, I am hitchhiking in Malaysia!

The petrol station is right behind me, which in Malaysia is called 'Station Petrol'.

Hope you enjoy this series!

Guide Kong presents the best pho! (the item on the menu) [Battle Trip/2017.01.28] - Duration: 6:49.

This is quite fun.

Cyclos...

You must haggle.

How much?

20,000 VND.

One? One?

Hey, Hyunjoo.

Just ride this even if it's expensive. Save elsewhere.

- Just get on. / - Ma'am.

It's only $1.

- Really? / - Yes.

It's only $1.

- Really? / - Yes.

Is that okay?

Wow, get on already.

Okay.

- Okay. / - Yes, okay.

The good thing about Vietnam...

About Nha Trang is that

you can enjoy so much with so little.

It's the best.

Goodness.

When you calculate the exchange rates...

Remove a zero and divide by half.

I went to Vietnam as well

and I was told to haggle.

But it's only like 20, 30 cents.

- So you just end up paying. / - I know.

- Let's go. / - Go.

Okay.

I wish we could ride around all day in this cyclo.

This is so nice. It's cool.

The pho place we're going to is really famous

so all the drivers know where it is.

- Really? / - Yes.

The place we're going to is extremely famous.

- Is this it? / - Yes.

Here.

This place...

Is a hidden pho eatery.

(The deep aroma and flavor of beef pho)

It's so good.

Vietnamese pho is the best.

It's refreshing.

The broth is extremely refreshing.

At this place...

The menu is just like that.

Large or small.

- Not much to choose? / - They only have one menu.

That's usually the case with famous places.

Hey...

- The large one is 50,000 VND. / - Yes, 50,000.

The small one is 45,000 VND.

To calculate into dollars...

Remove a zero.

- Then divide by two, right? / - Yes.

- That means... / - You divide by half.

Is that $2.50 then?

- The large one is $2.50. / - 25 cents?

- $2.25, $2.50. / - That's right.

It's extremely cheap.

Isn't it better to eat the large then?

- It's only $2.50? / - Yes.

The two of us can eat our fill for $4.50.

That's two bowls of pho.

Okay, pho.

I like pho.

- Let's eat it. / - Okay.

Lots of coriander for you?

You can ask for it if you can say it in Vietnamese.

- Just a little coriander for me. / - Okay then.

- What I'll do is... / - You ask for a lot.

Ta-da. I've prepared this.

Ta-da. I've prepared this.

If you prepare pictures in advance,

it's easy to communicate.

No.

Are you saying hello?

No, that is...

- Hello, coriander. / - She understood.

- She understood. / - She understood.

- Lots for me. / - No.

A lot.

Okay?

It's so convenient to have this.

- You brought that for me, right? / - Yes.

Wow, looks delicious.

Oh, that looks so good.

It was so good.

- Try it. / - The visuals...

It's so well presented and looks delicious.

You're right.

(Ah)

- How is it? / - It's so good.

- Really? / - It's so good.

Seriously...

- I just want one spoonful of the broth. / - No...

- You need the hot sauce. / - You need it.

What is it?

- Lime? / - The chili peppers.

Squeeze in some lime and add plenty of peppers.

I'm drooling again.

That looks so good.

It really makes you salivate.

It's really like...

The pho you have at the place of origin.

It tastes lighter than the pho in Korea.

Yes, it's clean.

Right, it tastes clean. It's not greasy.

It tastes lighter.

(What is this?)

Is this the thing we add in?

The spicy thing?

- For me... / - Just add it all!

- For me... / - Just add it all!

Just add everything.

That's really spicy.

- Add it all. / - You like spicy food, right?

Yeah, I like spicy food.

I didn't add any coriander...

(Did it succeed in captivating her taste bud?)

It's not overbearing.

It's so good.

It's kind of like rib soup in Korea.

I'd like mine to be spicier.

You're adding more?

She wants it spicier.

It wasn't that spicy. It was really good.

It was so good.

If you really like spicy food...

I'm starting to sweat here.

Ma'am, the broth...

It's starting to look like instant noodle broth.

Is it good?

Isn't that too spicy?

Isn't there more sauce than broth now?

I'd like to ask for more broth.

That looks good.

- You'd drool watching that... / - It was really good.

The viewers must be cooking instant noodles now.

Isn't it spicy?

- I like it. / - You like it?

In my throat...

- With this... / - Milk!

Milk!

It's spicy.

It is spicy for her.

Milk!

Milk!

It's too spicy!

So spicy.

Don't my eyes look weird because it's too spicy?

She's really daring with food too.

It's a charming kind of spiciness.

It felt like she was eating a punishment meal.

- She really likes pungent foods. / - She likes it strong.

It's too spicy.

How will you eat this?

But it's nice that I'm sweating. It's refreshing.

This is the first restaurant you've taken me to...

- After we arrived in Nha Trang. / - Yes.

Do you like it?

I do like it

and it's having a huge impact.

- Really? / - Yes.

- From now... / - The spiciness.

You're the one who made it spicy.

We're going to a hot spring later.

- Okay. / - So eat up.

Then we shouldn't eat too much.

- Since we're going into hot water. / - Yes.

She's sweating before she reaches the hot spring.

PREMIERE PRO OPTIMIZATION GUIDE - Top 10 Tips How to Optimize Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 (In-Depth) - Duration: 19:25.

If you've followed me on social media - especially Twitter - for any extended length of time,

you've probably seen me complain about comparison videos of render times between Adobe Premiere

Pro and Final Cut Pro X, or other NLEs.

Part of this frustration comes from the fact that most people involved really have no need

to focus on render times in the first place, and that I wholly believe that the overall

workflow is more important.

It's nice if an app can render a video way quicker than my rig, but if I have to edit

on a tiny little Macbook to make it happen - my hand and neck strain say no.

But part of the frustration also comes from the fact that it seems none of these people

take into account any of the optimization possibilities within Premiere Pro.

Yeah sure, if you just want the easiest out-of-box experience with performance - FCPX on a Macbook

Pro is the way to go.

But if you, as a video professional who spends hours upon hours in the same video editing

software, want to develop and polish your own production workflow - especially without

making the drastic shift over to Apple's closed-door platform, the whole conversation

is just embarrassing.

So in this video, I'd like to do my part to stop just complaining and hopefully provide

some valuable information based on the optimizations that have made a world of difference for my

workflow in Premiere.

I'm not an expert - just a guy who uses Premiere Pro daily for his work and has for

going on 5 years now.

This kind of thing is what I dig into whenever I experience problems with my software and

there's lots of little things I've done that I'll try to recall here.

This video is brought to you by Tubebuddy, the best tool you can get to manage your YouTube

I love it!

I'm EposVox, here to make tech easier and more fun, today taking a look at some issues

and optimizations related to Premiere Pro performance.

Specifically, I will be covering this from a Windows perspective - since that's what

I use and I don't own a modern Mac - but many or all of these settings will apply to

some varying degree on Mac, as well.

GPU First and foremost, let's cover the basic

hardware choice and optimization settings.

Premiere Pro editing relies most heavily on a bunch of CPU cores and a lot of RAM.

The more you can get in those departments, the better.

CUDA acceleration via a modern high-end Nvidia graphics card can improve your experience

and performance - but there's a lot of misinformation going around in that department.

Only some effects truly utilize the GPU for actual rendering.

Certain color effects and in-video effects, as well as frame size scaling - either upscaling

or downscaling - can utilize the GPU to be a little bit faster while the CPU handles

other things.

But when it comes to the actual encoding and decoding of your video footage - no video

codecs that you're going to use in any remotely normal workflow (professional or amateur)

will be GPU-accelerated.

So the primary part of your rendering process will not be made faster by a GPU - only specific

effects will use it.

That doesn't mean you can't benefit from having the GPU in your system, however.

While codecs are not GPU accelerated, using the Mercury Playback Engine with CUDA and

a graphics card certain codecs can sort-of utilize the GPU.

Codecs including Apple's ProRes, Avid's DNx series (DNxHD, DNxHQ, DNxHR), and Go Pro

Cineform are really, really fast - which we'll touch on in a minute.

But with these codecs, specifically, Premiere can use CUDA to offload the decoding of them

within your video timeline to your GPU so your CPU can handle other things.

This doesn't technically count as "GPU acceleration" - but it can speed up your

editing timeline performance drastically.

Data as to whether or not actual renders are sped up via the GPU with these codecs is extremely

inconsistent and hit-or-miss, even in my own testing.

So I will support Adobe's statement that there's no true GPU acceleration happening

here, but you might see little benefits if you have a GPU in your system anyway.

If choosing hardware and you had to choose between a more powerful processor with no

graphics card or a low-end one and a low-end processor with a beefy graphics card - I'd

say go for the more powerful processor and just use CPU only in Premiere if your graphics

card is a bottleneck.

RAM USAGE Basically, I'll be alternating between complicated

and simple tips to keep this easy to digest.

So next up, if you were unaware, Premiere (and any Adobe CC app since they share the

same pool of memory) lets you adjust how much of your system's RAM it can use.

By default, it's set to around 70 or 75% of your total system memory when first opening

the suite, but you can increase it.

This can be helpful if you do a lot of intensive timeline editing with many layers, nested

sequences, multiple Photoshop and After Effects dynamically-linked files, and so on.

The Adobe suite will eat up any RAM you give it - and some third-party plugins may actually

use beyond your set limit.

This doesn't mean you should give it ALL of your system memory, though.

If you do a lot of multitasking with non-Adobe apps while editing, they will need RAM, too.

There have been plenty of times when I have Windows popping up saying I've run out of

system memory and asks me to close Premiere.

Thankfully, I can just say "no" - but I do feel quite limited by my mere 32GB of

RAM at the moment.

MEDIA CACHE & Scratch One of the most over-looked yet important

aspects of Premiere's functionality lies in the "junk files" it creates.

Premiere relies heavily on its media cache files to do what it does.

The revolutionary advantage of Premiere over older NLEs back in the day was that you didn't

need to work within rigid formats - you can throw literally anything on the timeline and

Premiere will make it work.

But it does so by generating audio peak files, conformed file previews, and other cached

data.

This is also a bad thing, as all those files go to your boot drive by default and do not

clear themselves out automatically.

So if you've found your fast, but small, boot SSD to fill up very quickly after editing

a few projects in Premiere - that's likely why.

This sounds like an annoyance, but this is actually a HUGE point of potential optimization

to speed up your renders and the responsiveness of your project - especially if your main

footage storage is on a network drive.

And there's actually two different points of optimization for this setting.

Firstly, if you go to Edit - Preferences - Media Cache, you can clear out all the junk files

and move the actual media cache storage location to somewhere else.

Now you might think to move this to a big spinning hard drive or something to save on

space - BUT that will technically slow things down.

Premiere operates best when this is running from a local SSD - and even moreso from a

NVMe SSD with those unbelievably amazing random read speeds.

So if you truly want to maximize optimization for editing and rendering in Premiere - you

will get a LOT of performance gains by investing in a pair of SATA SSDs or a decent PCIe NVMe

SSD to run your Cache and Scratch Disk on.

This will improve timeline responsiveness and speed up renders, especially on network

footage.

The Scratch disk is actually changed on a per-project basis.

When you make a new project in modern versions of Premiere Pro, you have a tab for "Scratch

Disks."

Now with big, complex projects and workflows - especially on spinning disks - you may have

used individual disks for each category in the past.

But a single SSD for all of these will more than suffice.

You have to manually change each location, and sometimes it won't remember this for

new projects - but it's really worth doing.

The default locations for these files are in the same folders as your project files

- this is the biggest slowdown of network storage-based projects, as it has to load

all of the previews and such over the network, too, whereas storing them on a super fast

local drive provides HUGE performance gains.

Unless you're juggling dozens of projects at once and can't clear out the cache or

scratch disks, even just a single 120gb or 250gb NVMe SSD will suffice to handle both

of these cache settings and speed up your production.

Just keep in mind if you work on projects from multiple locations then you'd need

to re-generate all the previews and such on each machine and it might not work out the

same way.

Preview Now for another basic one that some editors

don't always consider - your playback preview resolution.

During normal editing, you don't really need to preview your timeline at 100% quality

the whole time.

It's important during color grading and checking detailed work, but the rest of the

time it's generally a good idea to drop your preview to 1/2 or 1/4 quality so that

the playback framerate is stable - especially if you're working with heavy H264 footage

or another unwieldy codec.

You can set in the options to show 100% quality when paused so you get nice still previews,

and then have much better timeline performance with lower qualities.

Saves a lot of hassle.

Overlay Clips Similarly with that, When working in a timeline

with a lot of overlay clips, lower-thirds, adjustment layers, and so on - simply turn

off those tracks once they're not in use while editing.

This will, naturally speed up your timeline performance tremendously.

Just remember to turn them back on and check things before rendering - but this is an all-too-forgotten

step.

No reason to keep rendering things realtime once you've settled on where they go.

Adjustment Layers Speaking of which - use adjustment layers

in the first place!

If you're adding color grading, color effects, and so on - apply them to adjustment layers

overtop the clips in the first place.

If the effects are applied directly to the clips, then you can't turn them off as easily

while editing, and it's just generally considered to be less-than-ideal practice.

Using them and color-coding them can help you keep track of things a lot better.

Sequence sizing If you're someone who regularly uses video

footage of varying sizes or frame rates, you can improve your timeline performance by holding

out on scaling them until the last possible moment.

Use nested sequences to edit your footage in their native resolution, and then bring

in the nested sequence and scale to fit your main timeline closer to the end.

It's much easier to edit footage at its native resolution and frame rate, and then

just let your computer power through the rendering of it later.

If you don't use many nested sequences in the first place - they can become your new

best friends if you learn to use them.

Color Labels This is more of a workflow optimization tip

than a performance one - but utilizing Premiere's color label system can really help you keep

track of a messy timeline more easily.

In the Preferences, you can select specific colors for your 8 labels - though annoyingly

they ONLY give us the ability to have 8 label colors at once, I hope they let us use more

soon - and you can assign defaults for your labels.

Still images are one color, video files another, Dynamic Links another, and so on.

But then you can use any extra ones for your own assignment - i.e. make a-roll green, b-roll

blue, standard graphics package red, additional graphics pink, and so on.

Creating your own color system and adhering to it regularly can help a LOT when it comes

to projects that you return to frequently, or just staying organized in general.

Codecs & Proxies Alright, let's talk about the messy subject

of video codecs.

This is super technical, and requires just some judgement calls about what is important

to you.

And again - I'm no expert, I'm learning as I go, but I wanted to share what I've

learned thus far so you can use it to your advantage.

Most… things… record in H264 or some variant of it these days.

Most cameras, most computer recording programs, capture cards, webcams, and smartphones.

H264 quickly dominated as the easiest codec for devices to handle and shove whatever quality

into a small file size.

The codec is quick to encode, but very very slow to decode - which is why timeline performance

and export performance from H264 is horrible.

It's not that your computer can't handle editing whatever resolution or frame rate

that you're attempting to use - but H264 is just that obnoxious to work with.

This creates a common disconnect between users and their hardware specs when it comes to

editing.

The good, or maybe bad, news is that there are other options.

Three other codecs perform remarkably better on the timeline, but take up nearly 10 times

the space.

Apple's ProRes, Avid's DNx codecs, and GoPro Cineform all perform amazingly on the

timeline.

Scrubbing quickly or with 100% playback quality are never an issue with these video codecs.

They're super lightweight when it comes to decoding them.

The tradeoff, however, is that they're basically uncompressed video formats.

So lightweight in performance means the opposite in storage space.

This is why many productions utilize "Proxy Files."

You could do this manually like I did during 2016: Set up an ingest station to automatically

take all your footage and transcode it to Cineform and spit it back out for you to edit

those files - it's an organizational mess, and is a storage headache.

Instead, you can actually use Premiere to automatically generate proxy files for your

project.

This is in your Project Settings when you first start a project, and can be accessed

by File - Project Settings - Ingest Settings.

You can use Adobe Media Encoder to set up a proxy preset - using Cineform or DNx on

Windows or ProRes on Mac - to use in Premiere.

I recommend setting a lower resolution (i.e. 720p) for speed and also making and adding

a low-opacity watermark for this, as well, that way you can quickly see when you're

using the proxies versus source files in Premiere.

Then use this preset in your project settings, set the proxy file location to an easily wipeable

folder - a local SSD perhaps?

cough cough - and import your footage.

Premiere will then automatically generate proxies in the background during inactive

periods while you're editing - much like the "background rendering" that Final

Cut Pro does.

You have a toggle to switch between proxies and source files in the Premiere Project Monitor

- so you can use the full-quality files for grading and the like.

Make sure you switch back to the source files before rendering and you're good to go!

Your projects will be much smoother to edit using these proxy files, and then you can

delete them once you're completely done with the project.

This is important for really bulky files like the big 10-bit 4K60 files generated by the

Panasonic GH5.

One of the benefits I'm looking forward to about my Atomos Ninja Inferno that I recently

purchased is that it records natively to ProRes or DNxHR, so I can have speedy edits straight

out of the box.

I'll be using this for some desktop recording, as well - which is great, as the lossless

Nvenc recordings I usually use are a nightmare to edit with.

As I mentioned before - CUDA acceleration in Premiere will actually offload some of

the decoding of Cineform, ProRes, and DNx to your GPU - allowing you to enjoy the benefit

of the smoother timeline performance without eating up as much CPU usage, so that's really

cool, too.

Photoshop Lastly is just a note on Photoshop files.

While the direct integration between Premiere and Photoshop is wonderful and a lifesaver

if you catch a mistake and need to edit your Photoshop files on the fly, really complex

and multi-layered Photoshop files can slow down your timeline and render performance.

So if you have some final production graphics, it may be worth it to export them as flattened

PNGs to save on performance if you're sure you won't be updating them.

And even if you do change them, you can simply replace the files in your project media folder

later.

Well there you have it!

My top 10 tips for optimizing Premiere Pro to get the most performance gains and a smoother

workflow.

I had no idea this video would wind up being so big, but I really feel there's some good

information in here that you don't see grouped together very often.

Premiere Pro is not a basic "YouTuber's tool" - it is a professional software that

is designed to be learned from the inside and out and tweaked and customized to your

specific workflow.

When comparing different NLEs, it's important to consider what optimizations are available

to you and where you might actually need to learn for your own software.

Hopefully I've opened this conversation up a bit beyond "look FCPX renders faster

on this tiny Macbook" or at least provided some useful information.

New game mode King of the Hill is available to all players above level 10!

In this game mode, you have to capture and hold the only active beacon on the map!

When the battle starts, the centre beacon is active.

Each beacon contains a limited number of capture points.

The team that captures the beacon receives capture points.

The more allies stay in the beacon capture area, the faster the team earns capture points.

When there are no capture points left, the beacon becomes inactive and the next activates.

Which one exactly? You'll find out during the battle!

When the time finishes, the team that has more capture points or has destroyed all the enemy robots wins.

A Noobs Guide to Taiwan: How to find Work - Duration: 4:30.

Wow now I start my videos with random clips random humor is the best humor

what is going on all you fantastic people its your Golden Boy back with another video

as you might have already seen from my videos I'm quite in love with maplestory

at the moment

make sure to leave a thumbs up if you ever play maplestory as

you might remember from my last video today's video is going to be about work in Taiwan

as you might know work is kind of important topic for us Germans

actually we can just ask hey German boy what do you think about work

Ich liebe arbeit

actually I have to say I'm really blessed with my job here in Taiwan because maybe some

of you people know that it is really quite hard to find a job here besides teaching

the company I'm currently working is quite international I'm really happy

that I was able to join they actually let me work on really cool projects but

today it's not about my work today is about giving actual tips to you guys out

there so let's go

Steffs serious advice

tip number one prepare a lot of

documents a bachelor is kind of a necessity here when you're applying for

a job additionally you will also need two

years of relevant working experience in the actual field you are applying to if

you have a master's degree you are free from these regulations so if you are out

there and you are like me this is going to be a little bit difficult but since

about one year there is a kind of a panic

for this regulation if your company is able to state valid reasons why they

should hire you and why your past work experience like part-time jobs or like

internships or something is actually related to the job you're applying to I

will give you guys some useful links in the description down below

Steffs serious advice

tip number two send out a lot of applications preferably to the websites

104 and one-one-one-one and be prepared to deal with a lot of rejection yes I

finally send out my 100 application what is that I can't live with a little bit

of rejection

so if you miraculously managed to get a job it's not as serious as you

might think it is in an Asian company the colleagues are very warm very

helpful they really make you make you feel like you're part of the team and

give you in general a very nice and will a comfy so before I came to Taiwan I

really thought it's like fighting the final boss if you want to talk to your

superiors so I always imagine it looks a little bit like this and it was this day

that humanity remembered how hard it is to talk to Asian boss

so yes since I'm in Taiwan I really have to say I really enjoy the atmosphere in

an Asian company it's not as strict as in Germany and also not as boring

just joking still love Germany

Steffs serious advice tip number three

be confident always keep in mind you were hired for your special talents for

your attitude and for your character and always remember your ideas suggestions

and effort are actually pushing the company forward so just make sure you're

always polite professional and very nice and i am 100% sure you can have a good

life in Taiwan so thank you guys so much for tuning in if you want to see more of

this random anime gaming humor please make sure to subscribe and until next

time stay safe and Jia You!

SPAWN GUIDE for VALKYRIE the New Resistance Map CoD WW2 - Duration: 11:22.

welcome to JGod gaming in a today's video we're gonna be looking at the

spawns for Valkyrie and team deathmatch domination and hardpoint and then I will

also have the capture the flag spawns up on the screen as well which all can be

found in the description below I'll also be having the different time

stamps so that you could skip ahead if you only play a specific mode or had

questions about a specific mode spawns so go ahead and check that out in the

description below so while I map still loading up hopefully can help me out

with this part which is the video has a light goal of 75 so hopefully you can

help me get up there if you do enjoy the video make sure you click that like

button subscribe if you haven't already make sure you ring that Bell have the

notifications on and then make sure you leave a comment in the bottom I've been

noticing there's been a little bit of downtick and comments but I pretty much

haven't been asking for them in the videos so if you can I'd like to know

your thoughts down in the comment section below please and thank you so

for the spawns you can see them on the map in the top right corner they're very

limited just to these edges of the map so the top right corner in the lower

left corner which make it very easy to trap your enemy team in in a designated

area so as I've played this map online I was able to actually find the top spawns

pretty easily and I kind of just hit it in the one room up there and just kind

of pick people off as it came around by the truck which you'll see demonstrated

in this video with the bots I use bots just demonstration purposes again so you

can actually see that the spawns are working the way that I am talking about

them working through trial and error I was able to find out this is where you

spawn obviously when you get into different modes the spawns do change

quite a bit so just keep in mind that when we go into the next mode and the

mode after that responds are slightly different especially on this map with a

hard point it does get kind of way more spawns which is nice to see

but those sponsors be corporated in the map on a regular basis so I'm just kind

of navigating around the map I got my recon plane already up so I got a idea

of where people are so I'm just gonna go ahead and call that in right now as soon

as I get this next kill and then pretty much just position myself so that I can

take out these people coming around this truck side you can see you can just peek

out they come on the other side of that truck so since it blocks the view of

them they'll continually spawn in the back corner so you can see

they're either gonna be pushing out through mid or they're gonna be pushing

out through this left side so I continue to just hold down the area right here

and just kind of position back and forth because I know they're gonna keep

popping out obviously they're BOTS but when I did play with regular people I

was just in the building right behind me now that the spawns are starting on a

flip I go and rotate back to the other side and you'll experience the same

thing they all spawn from the same general area and I could push through

this right side here that you see me going through and then pretty much I

could pop out and take them off coming off a spawn and just kind of get them

coming off this way so the spawns are again very predictable

on this map they're very rigid they're gonna keep coming over here and even

though I'm in this area I got enough of my teammates that they're probably not

gonna flip yet so you can see that they pushed out through this building and as

soon as I go ahead and come over here then they start spawning behind me again

so again the spawns are very rigid will probably skip on to the next next part

of domination but if you have any questions about TDM spawns in general or

any questions about the video make sure you leave that down in the comment

section below so when it comes to the domination spawns you can see that

they're pretty similar there is one or two different areas on the right-hand

side in that top corner where the spawns have been stretched to just a little bit

and then you can also see the different areas that you're supposed to cap and

that's pretty much kind of how this map plays it's not too much different than

what I was just talking about on team deathmatch but I'll demonstrate some of

those things don't forget to like the video if you're still watching and

enjoying the content make sure you go ahead and subscribe and have those

notifications on by ringing that bell so I go ahead and start the map off and I

already know they're gonna be pushing from that top right side so what I do is

I go ahead and push kind of through the middle get this flag just so I can get

the points get me on my way to my recon plane because you know the points are a

little bit slower in domination and then I push around knowing that they're

already at the V flag so I come through cut this area and pretty much you can

actually get the two different windows so if this teammate behind me isn't

stayin looking straight right there I wouldn't have to worry about it but you

can see now they're only gonna be pushing out of this top right corner and

there's a guy slipping around the right side to go for a flank so I'll go ahead

and turn around take him out and pretty much as long as you got that

the two flags if you got either a and B or B and C you can actually Center your

focus so that you can actually kind of cut off your enemy opponents from

pushing too far you don't really want a triple cap on this map just because the

way you can position you can pretty much just corner them off if you do get a

triple cap you got to have a really good team together to make sure that you

don't flip the spawns because you already have them corralled in this area

push a little too much deeper then you're gonna go ahead and cut off the

spawn you can see right now I'm standing kind of in one of those spawn zones and

they just keep coming out they'll just keep coming out and as long as I keep

doing this they'll keep coming out of that area the the team didn't do a good

job of countering them in that corner but pretty much that's what you can do

in domination if you happen to spawn over by the top right side from the

beginning now or you're pushing from that side you can do the same thing on

the opposite if you just get the C flag and the B flag you can kind of Center

the enemy team there might be a random spawn as a result if you push too far so

that's really why you want to stay on the outside of this spawn area just so

they can continue to spawn in that corner so you can see even though my

team is kind of pushing right at c-captain see the enemy team keeps

pushing through this corner side and spawning on this corner side we might

have pushed a little too deep it looks like one of them snuck all the way

around or the spawns flip so you see now I'm pushing over to the other side take

out this guy and then pretty much continue to push because now we're

starting to lose that objective and the enemy team keeps spawning on this other

side so I pushed forward a little bit closer we take them out pretty quickly

and then the spawns proceed to start flipping again so that's pretty much the

method obviously this is a triple cap typically I don't really recommend

triple cap I recommend just the two and hold the people off because then you got

better control you want the map pan real quick and you got a really good

coordinated team triple capping is fine but typically as soon as you go for that

triple cap the spawns flip and then they take over the other cap so it's still

like your double cap so keep that in mind we'll go ahead and move on to hard

point again while that's loading up just a friendly reminder make sure you click

that like button down into the bottom of the screen there and then go ahead and

make sure you subscribe if you haven't already and have them notifications on

by ringing that bell so with the with the different hardpoint locations you

can see there's tons responds there's tons of spawn so as

though the spawn point rotates with the actual hard point you'll kind of see

those happen as we kind of play through so right now it's at mid as the time

progresses I know they're coming from this back corner because that's kind of

a standard spawn but as the hard point is going to begin to rotate you're gonna

see some of the changes to the spawns of direction to where enemies are coming

from so typically the the spawns are always gonna be opposite of each other

so for example at the start of the the match for hardpoint one spawns are the

bottom left and then the top right but when the hardpoint rotates to maybe

a different point you're gonna have different spawn points that are opposite

of each other that are pretty close in distance as far as how far you got to

walk now when it for this map so if you're looking at the map right now you

probably won't actually see a difference until we get to a hard point three or

hard point four just because they want to make it so that the enemy team or the

the team that's not in the hard point has an equal chance to get to the hard

point based off the ways design so this one it still looks like bottom left top

right corner for the spawns so pretty much that's the way this this hard point

holds out nothing crazy there and then we just gotta wait for it to rotate and

pretty much see where the change happens there it looks like spawns flipped a

little bit now they're coming from the bottom-left spawns and pushing through

that direction but it just depends on how the how the maps planes so right now

we have so many teammates in the hardpoint

the spawns are coming from that bottom left and probably bottom mid so when you

when you play the map you you have to be aware of where the spawns are or the

spawn you know rotations are gonna be where the next rotation is gonna be so

you can better prepare for it a lot of times when I play the actual game I

actually pull up the maps on my screen like I said those are available to just

click on and you can download them to your phone or your computer so right now

I'm rotating to the next hard point they're still spawning bottom left but

my teammate will probably start spawning bottom right just so that we have an

equal push once everyone dies out or makes it to the center that's pretty

much where the push will be coming from either this bottom left or bottom right

not too much pushing from it so that's probably a

good opportunity if you want a flank around since the majority of everyone's

gonna be pushing through the right and the left you can actually come from the

top side from from a hard point one and cut down to a hard point three so you

can see that demonstrated they are pushing a little bit through mid but it

looks like they went straight through and then cut down so but their spawning

still left side they still have a straggler up top might have spawned up

there may have just walked around that way but for the most part you can see

the spawns are coming from the left on the right side where my teammates

positioned they might have forced a spawn to go top right and that's why

they're straggling to come down here so the spawns do move a little bit like I

said they're not 100% fixed that they're only gonna sponsor this location or that

location but you can see pretty pretty you know straight forward that they're

they're spawning top right so now I got the next hard point and this hard point

where we should get these bottom-left spawns I'm more than likely and they're

gonna either get that mid right spawn or top right spawn so the left spawns are

probably the more ideal for this situation just because you got to walk a

lot farther if you're coming from the right side they could potentially come

down at the bottom to where hardpoint 3 is it's just a matter of knowing the map

is you kind of filling out where your teammates are because a lot of times

it's gonna be dictated where you're at where your teammates are at and then

where the hard points at not necessarily where the enemy teams at so they want to

make sure that they're spawning people and safe spawn locations the only way

they can do that is if there's really none of your teammates around so your

teammates are too deep in the spawn they're probably gonna ruin the spawn

there so while that continues to roll in the background I switch over to capture

the flag spawn points just on the screen I don't want to do a whole map of that

one because it's pretty straight forward there are pretty similar responds to

what we've seen so far top right corner bottom left corner nothing new there and

then there's these little little routes right in the middle where it's gonna

spawn you right in the bottom mid and then top mid so I think those ones are

more just to prevent spawn trapping because as soon as you trap the spawn in

the other area but I'm sure people are smart enough to figure out how to stop

that so it's just a matter of playing the map hopefully you enjoyed the spawn

guide again the light goal is 75 so if you can help me out with that go ahead

and smash that like button if you can right now please thank you and then also

go ahead and subscribe if you're still watching you probably enjoy this type of

content and you probably want to stay up to date with my new videos so make sure

you ring that Bell keep the notifications on support still

being great channels still been growing thank you all so much thank you for

watching in as always have a great day

IEP Guide: What Should Be Considered as Students Transition from High School - Duration: 8:39.

Transition on the IEP means

the parents, teachers, other team members,

and most importantly, the student start to think about

and plan for what happens after high school graduation.

After high school graduation

is now called post-school years.

Transitions may look different

for deaf and hard of hearing students.

Some may plan to work right after high school,

others plan to attend college

and need to learn about disability services,

and others might attend a transition program

before turning 21.

Self-advocacy skills and language need

to continue to be strengthened.

However, self-realization is a process

throughout lifetime.

It's important to remember that this happens in stages,

sometimes starting in middle school

or even high school.

For those students who receive little direct service time

from a teacher of deaf/hard of hearing,

it is important to think about information they need

in different places,

such as work and college.

Students may also need more frequent contact

from a teacher of deaf/hard of hearing

in their junior and senior years

when they need to learn about scholarships,

disability services,

programs and colleges for deaf

and hard of hearing students

as well as receive instruction about

how to communicate their needs.

For other students, they may need

to have work experiences

to help them figure out what type of work

they would like to do after high school.

Students may need help planning and practicing

and writing down words to say during the work day

and how to connect with coworkers

and advocate on the job

for interpreters or CART and other services.

Some hard of hearing students in middle school

and early high school years

stop using assistive listening devices in the classroom

and prefer to only wear their personal hearing aids.

They do not want to look different,

especially if they are the only

hard of hearing or deaf student

in class or even in the school.

In middle school and 9th and 10th grades,

sometimes students turn down support

so they feel more independent.

They may also feel more fatigued from listening

and not do as well academically.

During those years, social connections

and appearances are more important.

As they mature, they may be more interested

in remote captioning,

using an assistive listening device in specific classes

especially when they are thinking about

and visiting colleges, vocational training programs

or work situations

that require them to be more responsible

for information they are learning.

It is important that students in middle school

and high school

continue to have different demonstrations

and trials happen in classrooms.

Sometimes they do not want to try specific services

in high school,

but are interested about that service in college.

The pace and rigor of college classes,

as well as some advanced or

honors high school classes,

may cause teams to reconsider what access is available

and services, such as remote captioning,

may need to be added.

Many schools are using teacher-created videos

that are streamed into classrooms.

Sometimes these are called flipped classrooms.

This means the teacher videotapes the lesson

and the students watch it at home.

Even students who say they can hear videos

without captions

should still have captions,

especially when they are learning

new academic vocabulary.

They cannot recognize words that they struggle

to hear fully.

This is an adaptation that should be discussed

on the IEP team.

It is also important that students ask

disability services in colleges

about captions for online videos for different classes.

It is important students and parents understand laws

that relate to training and work after high school.

Support and encouragement does not end

at high school graduation.

Students need to be able to explain the challenges

they have in classrooms for disability services in college

as well as for the Department of Employment

and Economic Development (DEED)

which some students also call Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (VRS).

Students at all levels benefit from role-playing

to prepare them for different scenarios

in college and on the job.

High school students often know

that they should advocate

or say something, but they don't know what to say.

This also includes students in honors

or advanced placement courses.

Although they may succeed academically,

they continue to need a wide variety

of advocacy language modeled for them.

Teachers of deaf and hard of hearing students

can provide many resources to students

and their families,

including modeling communication

with disability services

and making connections

with vocational rehabilitation counselors.

It helps teams to think about different items

that students need to know to prepare

for post-school years.

Review the sample transition checklist

that Metro Deaf School created in Appendix VI,

also found on page 46,

to help students create a portfolio.

That portfolio can be modified depending

on the student needs.

The Minnesota Commission for Deaf,

Deafblind and Hard of Hearing's

transition-age collaborative group

produced a transition guide

with webinars which are also a good resource for teams.

Check out this link.

We hope that the prompts from the transition section

will help parents and teachers on IEP teams

to plan for the future,

starting in middle school.

We also hope this helps the student

and others

to understand that transition is a process.

-------------------------------------------

IEP Discussion Guide: Summary - Duration: 5:47.

We hope you find the Discussion Guide

to be helpful when planning an IEP

for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing.

Deaf and hard of hearing students

have unique challenges

because access or lack of access is not something

that can be seen.

Each student is unique.

Each student is an individual.

What works for a hard of hearing student

with a moderate hearing loss in both ears

may not work for another student

with the same type and degree of hearing loss.

The prompts in this guide are tools

to help you to think

of different ways students are impacted

by incomplete access within the home, classroom,

workplace and college.

Along with the evidence-based resources,

this guide is a powerful planning tool

for the IEP team members.

The last section of the Discussion Guide

contains six appendices and a glossary.

Appendices I-VI include supplemental information,

provide samples, and offer resources

and references

where teams can find additional help and support.

Throughout the guide we have mentioned

various legislation and laws

that protect and support

deaf and hard of hearing students.

These are important to ensure

that students' needs

are being met to the fullest extent possible.

Specific laws and legislation

are listed in Appendix I,

with links that will direct you

to the full document

and sources of information.

Appendix II lists assessments

that can be used

to evaluate a student

who is deaf or hard of hearing.

These lists was created

by teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing

to help teams evaluate

the expressive and receptive language skills

of deaf and hard of hearing students.

Appendix III includes sample adaptations.

A specific example is

for a hard of hearing student

with a profound hearing loss in her left ear

and mild hearing loss in her right ear

who is in the general education setting

for all her classes.

These examples are to be a guide

and are not comprehensive.

The individual student's needs and abilities

should be taken into account

when determining educational adaptations.

Others may also include sign language interpreter,

cued English transliterator,

notetaker,

and real-time captioning services

as well as other adaptations,

specific for students.

Appendix IV and V include examples of

language-focused goal pages

for elementary-level students

and secondary-level students

with a hearing loss.

Having a hearing loss or deafness

affects communication

in many different areas.

It is important to focus on language

and communication access

in all goal areas,

not just under the Communication heading.

Students ranging in hearing levels,

ages,

abilities,

modes of communication,

and school placements are included.

Each student example contains a PLAAFP

which is a present level,

that provides important information

that should be included in every deaf

or hard of hearing student's IEP.

These include a brief summary

of the student's hearing loss,

including functional listening evaluation results

where appropriate,

their language of instruction

as well as home language,

if applicable,

educational background

and the impact of being deaf or hard of hearing

has on access in different settings.

Our next to last appendix, which is VI,

is an example of a Profiler Transition Checklist

that was shared by Metro Deaf School

to help teams gather some ideas about areas

that need to be discussed when planning

for transition for the post-school years.

The final appendix includes

a glossary of terms.

The authors of the "Discussion Guide:

Developing a Language

and Communication-Focused IEP

for Students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing"

hope that you can use this tool

during your IEP meetings.

We hope that the prompts will help you

and the other people on the IEP team

to think about how language and communication

are affected

whether the student is deaf

or hard of hearing,

or if the student also has disabilities.

We also hope the information and prompts

help you to make decisions

that benefit the student

and provide the best access

to language,

communication,

education,

peers,

and the many areas

that are discussed.

We hope this Discussion Guide

will help create a strong plan

and lead to positive life-long outcomes.

IEP Discussion Guide: Introduction - Duration: 7:33.

Hello! My name is Adan Burke.

I am Deaf

and have a Deaf daughter who attends second grade.

She uses sign language

and works with an interpreter.

She also uses a cochlear implant.

I hope you this guide helps you better understand the IEP process.

This document was copyrighted in January 2016

by the Commission of Deaf, DeafBlind

and Hard of Hearing Minnesotans. (MNCDHH)

It was also reviewed

by the Minnesota Department of Education.

This guide was produced to help parents, teachers,

administrators and student,

all those who make up the IEP team,

to understand the importance of discussions that

focus on the unique communication needs

of deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind learners

in kindergarten through 12th grade.

A special thank you to the authors

of the Discussion Guide.

The IEP is a legal document

that should be used to develop special education programs

for all children who have disabilities.

With deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind children

IEP teams must consider how their

specific access and communication needs

in many situations

are different than children who can hear.

Please download a copy of the Discussion Guide

from this URL.

Or use your phone to scan this QR Code.

This series includes 9 clips.

Each video is 5 to 8 minutes long.

The clips break up the IEP document

and explain how to describe

deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind needs,

whether in spoken, sign language, or cued speech.

Addressing language access should happen

throughout the IEP,

not just in the Communication section.

but all throughout the plan.

In addition, this series includes

four mock IEP meetings

that are 8 to 10 minutes long.

These situations show how to use the guide's prompts and resources.

The Discussion Guide provides a list of prompts

throughout the document.

These prompts are to help people think about:

how hearing loss affects language,

communication access and acquisition,

what language is being used for at home and at school

the range of needs for deaf or hard of hearing students

with different disabilities,

and transition needs teams need to plan for.

One of the goals for this project

is to help people understand

specific challenges for students

who are deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing

that are different from their peers who can hear.

such as those with learning disabilities.

Hopefully, these discussion prompts will help people

to understand and plan for the challenges

of students who are deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind.

This Discussion Guide is based on information from

Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) of 2004.

This law says that IEP team members

should consider individual language and communication needs

for students who are deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing.

Each student is unique.

The Guide also includes information from the

Americans with Disabilities Act, Title II.

This law also addresses communication access.

The developers of the guide also compiled

the Minnesota Language and Communication Checklist.

This helps team members to identify how the

student communicates at home and at school

and how that communication may be different.

The information from this checklist

can help teams decide

where the student should be placed for school,

or what changes need to be made

to improve language and communication development and access

It is recommended that parents and professionals

email or talk about what discussion prompts

need to be considered BEFORE the team gathers.

All of the prompts do not need to be used

for each meeting.

If communication cannot happen before the meeting,

then IEP managers may want to email or

send home specific discussion points ahead of time

and create an agenda

that has the most important discussion points highlighted.

The discussion prompts may encourage

other ideas and discussions

about individual student needs and goals.

IEP teams should feel free to add other ideas

for specific situations.

It is very important that

the IEP process focuses

on language and communication development and access

from early elementary to post-school years

when developing plans for students who are

deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing

because these students frequently

have compromised access

in a wide variety of situations,

and not just in the classroom.

At the end of the guide, there are examples

of present levels of academic achievement

and functional performance,

also abbreviated, PLAAFP.

These sample goals and objectives

will help teams to create IEPs

that focus on language and communication

NOT just on the communication page, but in all areas,

because students need access on the playground,

during science labs,

in small groups,

and on the work site.

classroom discussions, Language is everywhere!

Students who may appear to have no academic issues

may still be impacted by their hearing loss

in other parts of their lives.

Student needs also change

as it gets closer to graduation

so IEPs need to adjust

so students are prepared

for transitions to post-school life.

A Guide To Balding Men's Hairstyles - Duration: 6:40.

A Guide To Balding Men's Hairstyles

It's unbelievable how difficult it is to find any decent information on the internet about balding men's hairstyles.

You'll know this yourself if you've ever tried to do a search on Google for 'balding men's hairstyles', 'hairstyles for balding men', 'balding hairstyles' or any other amount of variations on the theme.

This is surprising considering how many balding men there are who deserve a decent hairstyle as much as any one else….

So… faced with this injustice I've put together my own guide to balding men's hairstyles….

Hairstyles.

It's a fact that 95% of all balding or bald men suffer from male pattern baldness.

Male pattern baldness usually starts with a receding hairline at the front and is frequently accompanied with thinning at the top.

Over time, this thinning turns into a full fledged bald spot, and the bald spot grows to cover the head, apart from the sides and around the back.

Regardless of this, as long as there is a single hair left on my head I'll still demand a stylish coiffure.

So, what balding hairstyle options are available?.

The worst balding men's hairstyle is the comb over.

This is the classic look beloved of men of a certain age whereby the hair is grown longer on one side of the head and 'combed over' the bald area to the other side.

This strategy only spells disaster even in the slightest of breezes and is to be avoided at all costs.

But assuming you already know this, what are the other do's and don'ts to balding men's hairstyles?.

The first common mistake is combing the hair straight back.

This may cover bald spots, but it only exposes the forehead and draws attention to the receding hairline.

The second is growing your hair longer at the back to make up for what's lacking on top.

This unbalances the head and draws even more attention to the scalp and the baldness.

Younger men with thinning hair might be tempted to use gel… but this isn't recommended.

Gel clumps your hair together and reveals the scalp.

Likewise, growing your hair long in an attempt to cover up actually causes hair to separate and show more scalp.

So, what are the do's?.

Get more natural looking fluff to your hair by using mousses and conditioners.

Grow your remaining hair by a few inches, get it layered and brush it forward to break up the receding hairline.

If your hairline isn't receding too badly, but the top of your head is thinning, you can get away with keeping the front long and combing your hair straight back to cover the bald spot.

Eventually however, your bald spot will expand.

The ultimate balding men's hairstyle when faced with a shiny bald dome, is to go the whole hog and shave it off or at least a very close trim.

You'll probably be amazed at people's reactions and the compliments you'll get – the shaved look is a totally acceptable balding hairstyle these days.

Start with electric clippers like you find in the barbers.

After you've clipped the heavy stuff, lather up with shaving gel.

This gives you a closer, smoother shave than shaving cream.

Then using a razor, start at the top and shave down with the grain taking care at the back – it's recommended to watch what you're doing with a small mirror.

Shaving your head only takes a few minutes and you don't need to do it every day (two to three times a week is fine).

Taking care of your new shaved head is much like taking care of your face.

Wash regularly with moisturizing soap, rather than a harsh deodorant soap that can dry out the skin on your head.

Also use a good quality moisturizer after every wash – cheaper moisturizers will just clog up your pores.

For the summer, find a moisturizer with a sun protection factor of at least 15 to avoid sunburn on your head.

And you'll need a warm hat in winter to maintain your body heat.

If shaving doesn't tickle your fancy then you can always opt for a hairpiece as a last resort – though I wouldn't recommend it.

Marketing: Quick Start Guide - Duration: 5:29.

This video is a short run-down of how to send a mass email out to the customers in your database.

Begin by planning in your mind what you want your customers to do after receiving this email.

Ideally, each email you send out from your course should have some form of call to action.

Whether that's to purchase a tee time, or to attend an event that's happening soon.

Or just to inform customers of bad weather and encourage them to set up another time.

foreUP's Marketing module has several default templates that cover these situations.

Go through and use the preview to experiment with what's available and match with what

message you are sending.

Once you've found a template you like, click "Use."

Be sure to change the Campaign Name to fit with what you are using this email for.

Customers will not see this Campaign Name.

From here, we'll manipulate the default template to fit our needs.

Go ahead and click: "Edit Fullscreen" so we have a lot more room to work with.

Notice that this email is made up of blocks of content.

As we hover over each of these, we can see blue outlines of that content,

including options to delete or duplicate.

And these individual content blocks are enclosed inside of these larger "Structure" blocks.

To change any "Content" or "Structure" blocks,

just click on them, and options will show up on the right.

We can also click and drag on these various content blocks and edit from there.

The first thing we'll want to do is to change the default logo.

Click on this image content block, and then on the right in our Content Properties sidebar,

click "Change Image."

If you already have your logo in the image library, search for it and then click on it

to exchange the default logo with yours.

If you don't have the image in your library, click "Change Image" and then Upload.

Find the image in your filesystem, and then upload it.

Once it finishes uploading, click on it to exchange the image.

Let's also change out this text with what we need for this email.

Since this first area is what customers will see first, it should contain your call to action.

In this case, I want people to sign up for tee times.

So I can click into these text fields and change them.

Press Ctrl+A to quickly highlight everything in a text field, and then press delete.

Type in the text you want to use.

Up here are a lot of standard options for manipulating text.

Let's make the font size bigger.

Another interesting thing to note is the Merge Tags option.

We can personalize this email by including that customer's name.

Then we can edit the call to action.

Click on this button, and more content properties will show up in the right sidebar.

It's essential that you change the link to wherever you want customers to go and do.

I'll go ahead and get my Online Booking link and add it here.

The quickest way to get your online booking URL will be to go to your website and copy the link.

If you want to add an image to the background,

you can click onto this background "Structure" which will open this Row Properties area.

You can change the color, or add or change a background image.

From here, I can add any other announcements or information to this email.

And if there's extra content space that you don't need, you can quickly delete it

by clicking on the content, and selecting: "delete."

If you have any social media links, be sure to change out the links on the bottom so they redirect to your website.

Once you are done, be sure to check how this is going to look on a phone as that is where

a lot of your customers will be viewing this email.

Click on Actions and then Preview, and then switch between Desktop and Mobile view.

If everything looks in order, exit out of the preview mode,

and then exit full-screen by clicking escape on your keyboard.

Then let's head to the next step: adding recipients.

You can add individual Users to the Email, but most of the time you'll want to add

whole groups of users.

In this case, we can just send an email to "Everyone" in our database.

Then click "Add Selected Group."

Then click on Campaign Details.

This is where you edit the email subject line customers will see in their inbox.

Some email apps like gmail have an Email Preview Snippet that goes after the subject line,

which usually just contains the first few lines of the email.

However, if you want to edit that Email Preview Snippet, you can add that here.

If you're not ready to send this now, click on "Save as Draft," and you can go back and access this later.

Or if you're ready, click into the final confirmation screen, and then click "Send"

to send the emails out to everyone in your database.
