This is a success story

The story of how the people in Amana

created magic with their record sales of Liva in 2017

Now you will be wondering what I am doing here, right ?

A beautiful girl in the northern part of Kerala

who's dying to fall in love and get hitched.

These bunch of good looking and hardworking people in Amana

As part of their record breaking Liva adventure

helped me have my family

Now how that spanned out, that's for later

The month was Spetember

The all IMPORTANT meeting!

They had gone beyond and met the targets so far

Not once, but twice!

Ok so, good morning everyone Good morning

We had a fantastic July and August.

It was a big shock to me when our team requested directly to Raja san

You know asking for more cars for December

We should be aiming for 6000 cars for this annum

and 500 livas by December

and 1000 used cars by year end

Asking for 500 cars, it was you know an unbelievable situation for me

I don't know how much practical it is to achieve the 500 numbers in our market

This is like working backwards

But I hope you have all done enough homework

because once Raja san commits to the plant, then there's no going back

We know we will be in trouble if it doesn't happen

We have to do almost 110 per month for three months

Our present average is 78. We might need to hype it up by 30-40%

We are fixing this number.

If it's acceptable for you, we will look for recruitment, training

whatever is possible for this mission

My only doubt is with this fellow

Sir, we will achieve at any cost!

Ok. If you achieve it, then everyone else will achieve too

We will be the first to finish the race by 2018

I think we can easily hit 6450 mark for this year

today is a beautiful freezing snowy day in Canada but we've got some fun things

planned so there is no time to sleep any longer

we've got a special guest cooking lunch for us today so stay tuned

let's make breakfast we're trying something we've never done before but

we've seen all over the damn place acai bowls before they're they're

absolutely delicious yeah I haven't I think it's important that you do buy it

frozen cuz I'm you can buy acai powder that's

not as good mmm I've heard that before

half water I don't want to get those sweet it's a little bit runnier than I

would like that for sure you go ahead and get this now I should

I'll have a tea...you make the latte

our chai is a combination of a ground spices that

we grind per batch so we've got things like cardamom cinnamon nutmeg all these

really healing spices and then we combine that with raw fresh ginger root

and a local sustainable honey so it's actually a sticky wet tea that you see

there makes a really beautiful tea as well as a latte so I'm gonna show you

both ways so this is the tea version scoop of tea into our tea filter and

just close up the tea filter put it in Eamon''s mug fill with not boiling hot

water because I don't actually burn the black tea and you'll get that unpleasant

bitterness that you might be used to a tea so we just let it sit for a minute

make sure it's still hot for the extraction

buddy why do we use honey isn't that bad for the bees? isn't that not vegan? Wow

very quickly okay Eamonn and I started this company with the belief that food

can be really healing and wholesome as well as delicious so we wanted to make

something completely unique we make a sticky chai as I just showed you so the

honey actually preserves naturally that Raw ginger root but honey is actually also

the world's best antibacterial all these great things that come from honey as a

food and we work with an apiary that's local we know how they treat

their bees we actually have to change our honey seasonally so they never over

harvest or overwork the bees and we feel good about that we know that every one

is different so if you're a vegan who doesn't consume honey we totally get

that but we're vegans who do if we know where the honey is coming from this

morning I'm gonna use almond milk this is the barista series almond milk

it's the original flavor so there's a little bit of added sweetness I like my

try a little bit sweet but you can play around with milks and see what you like

so all you have to do to make a chai latte is take a scoop of chai put it in

your small pot and then just top up your small pot or a cups worth hey Beck where

YOOO it looks pretty nice creamy I know this is such a treat know we spent

the last hour cleaning up places looking sharp cuz we're having guests over

Lauren today Lauren is gonna be cooking up a lunch in our tiny home so the

challenge is to make her amazing comfort foods in such a tiny space but also that

she doesn't know what we have in the fridge and we didn't communicate at all

about what kind of recipe she's gonna make I tried to ask her I was like

Lauren like what do you want again yeah it's like well the fun part will be like

I won't know what you have so it's like all right so we're fully stocked but not

really like I was doing just thinking like we don't even have tofu or some of

the things that I've been loved we're pretty stock though we've got like lots

of bags and veggies any things that would normally be in our fridge

it's gonna be a real creative test and I think that's what makes a true chef let

me know if you guys think that's a true it can be really creative especially

when they don't know I think that's what they do in like MasterChef they have

people go and do challenges where they have no idea what's in the box

so this is one of those hey girl yeah

we're so excited we're gonna keep the details of what she's cooking a little

curry wasn't always my favorite dish I got really super sick off of a couple

curry dishes in our travels and it sort of sat with me a little weird and a

man's always begging me please to make massage because she never wants to go up

for nin yeah I know but I'm getting way better

and so when Lauren was like I'm making curry and I'm putting in whole mushrooms

like oh my two least favorite thing no I'm just kidding but it's some

absolutely delicious the spice is really really good and so what are we calling

it what did Lauren say here Lauren it's a mushroom lentil coca spicy peanut

from lunch which is really rare for us we're actually huge eaters but Lauren a

made it really hearty and delicious and also big portions so thanks for that

well maybe three o'clock I don't know if that'll be enough content honestly what

we're there at 11:00 howdy-ho Ranger Joe so we're thinking of going to the gym

which we do almost every night when we're in the city so I don't want to

snack too hard I'm thinking of just making a tea put it in my B mug

well we're not like vlogging we're just doing what I eat in a day which is quite

a bit more specific which I like I was actually thinking at what time is it is

a too late to make your cheesy popcorn before the gym that's too bad

now it's time to make dinner if we haven't already bought groceries normal

mo head to the grocery store pick up something make it but tonight we

actually have stuff to eat so easy as pie we got a lot of leftovers so this

one as you know we made with Lauren that's a leftover lentil doll and she

actually suggested that we could just add some broth in there to make like a

lentil soup so I think that's a really good option there's a good amount left

this is a pasta dish that we made it's like a vegan pesto pasta it was okay I

don't really feel like it we had it yesterday and then we've got some of

this chickpea this is like a you know vegan tuna fish sandwich kind of style

vegan mayo dill pickles so here's what I'm thinking we're gonna because we're

starving we just finished the gym I'm gonna do this on a sandwich we're gonna

toast that up and back and I will split half of that and then I'm going to make

a like a tall soup so I picked up these I've been seen these before but this is

like a mushroom broth and it's like a mushroom doll so I'm thinking I'll just

put a cube of that with some hot water boil that together and then mix in the

dal and make like kind of like a soupy thing there's like rice and lentils in

here so very high in protein so I've added my water to my soup

now I'm a little concerned that I've added too much water so what I'm gonna

do is throw another broth cube in there how's the sandwich baby are you so good

I know is the olive key that's good did you get it off yet not

yeah there's one right there waiting for you right oh don't lose them

but it's great so much so I'm just gonna grab some of the broth I'm gonna add

that in and then just whisk it together before okay that may have been too much

without amounts a little bit salty so I've still got some leftover coconut

milk from when Lauren made this so I'm just gonna put a little chunk of coconut

fat in there we'll make it a little bit creamier but also it will dial back that

saltiness just a little piece oh my god you like that

I love they're our new staple in our lives

I want to know what your staple meal is if it's a favorite breakfast like we

have our staple smoothie if it's a sandwich that you make anything I want

to know

yeah also peppered the heck out of it in there I think you're tasting a lot of

pepper as well when you get our Joby baby

was a what I eat in a day featuring how good was today like açaí bulls yeah

amazing doll like whipped out of nowhere left field whip on it and then top it

off with a nasty dull soup and a chickpea sanguine completely obsessed

yeah it was amazing how good the food is to like are we just

yeah like there's nothing worse than having a crappy day and having I mean

you've had like a crappy day with they go together though look whatever we

bicker it's because we're hungry yeah it's because we haven't like the start
