hey it's Dustin and in this video I'm gonna show you a really cool little

piece of software that's gonna help you and your business get more positive

reviews on Google Yelp and Facebook so stick with me. OK so if you're a local

business owner then you understand the importance of having online positive

reviews on Google Yelp and Facebook for your business new prospective customers

actually go to those websites and they read the positive reviews when they're

phone number down and then I'm gonna click send text

so let's head over to my phone and I'll show you what this looks like to the

user okay so the text message just came through on my phone so as you can see

there in the text messages you can input your logo so that your brand is

recognized right away in the text message and just gives a simple little

message that says Dustin do you love your experience at the 9 salon and you

can choose a yes link or no link let's just click the yes link and I'll show

you what it looks like gives you three options to post a review Yelp Google+

and Facebook and let me just mention real quick that there are a couple other

ones that you can add to those if you want if you're a real estate agent

there's the ability to add a Zillow reviews link or a LinkedIn link so for

the purposes of my business Yelp Google and Facebook or the ones that we use the

most and we get the most clients new clients from and so that's where we want

our reviews to be so let me just click the Help button and I'll show you what

this looks like so as you can see there right in the very front you can see tap

star to write your review you just click that the user can post their review and

they'll be on their way it's posted automatically let's try the Google+ one

this is the one that I find the most important and once you click it it just

takes you to the Google+ page and you can type in five stars describe your

experience and click post I'm not going to click post for this because this is

my business and I don't want to review my business that would look a little

Shady as you can see it's incredibly easy for

your clients to post reviews to your Google+ page or your Yelp page or your

Facebook page with just two clicks really and so I think that the

convenience of this is going to help you get a lot of new reviews okay let's go

back to the text message and in the hypothetical unlikely situation that

somebody didn't have a great experience at your business they will click the no

link and that will not let them fill out a negative review it'll take them to a

survey this is more of a feedback thing and they can tell you what went

wrong I would say customer service and they can give you a feedback in this

field down here about what would make their experience better at your salon so

this avoids negative reviews but it also gives them the opportunity to give you

feedback which is also a great thing for customer service so let's go back to the

computer screen real quick I want to show you just one more thing ok so I

just wanted to show you at the time of this recording before we've used the Rex

application we have seven reviews on Yelp and we have 20 reviews on Google so

20 reviews is pretty good it's actually the most reviews of any other hair salon

in our city but we've been in business for over five years so it's taken five

years to accumulate twenty positive reviews the old-fashioned way so what

I'm gonna do is I'm gonna use the Rex application over the next couple weeks

and I'm gonna come back and I'm going to show you how many more reviews we've got

just in two weeks and I'll let you know what happens so stay tuned okay it has

been about a month since we started using Rex and after a month we have

tacked on an additional ten reviews we had twenty a month ago and now we have

thirty positive reviews five star reviews and so I will just say just from

this experiment that I would highly recommend this software the simplicity

of the Rex software is awesome it took us five years in business to get our

first 20 reviews and the last month we got ten additional reviews so we're on

pace to get 120 reviews for the entire year if we were to continue on this pace

we would absolutely be dominating the our online reputation would be

ClickFunnels Review (COMPLETE) - Sales Funnel Software Pricing & Tutorial + All About ClickFunnels - Duration: 13:12.

In this video, I'm going to show you the complete review of ClickFunnels, the

sales funnel software... coming right up! Hey everyone, this is Simon from

SimonWYHuang! And in this channel here it's all about digital marketing. I tell you

everything about web design, SEO, lead generation, paid ads, and so on. All the

reviews, all the tutorial videos are all right on my channels so you can feel

free to go ahead and watch those and learn everything that I am teaching you.

So in today's video I'll be talking about the complete review of ClickFunnels,

and let's go straight to my computer screen right now! So in the last video I

talked about how you can use my ClickFunnels squeeze page landing page and

once you fill in the information you get like a special gift from me... and then you

would be taken to my affiliate link that you will land in here. I showed

you how you can get the $19 per month deal

instead of 97 per month. Although it's very limited, it can still do you a very

good job from right from the beginning. So now I'm gonna talk about the complete

review. So once you logged in, once you signed up an account, whether is $19, $97, or

$297, you are going to see this okay? So obviously it has your name, contact,

visitors, like how many visitor goes into your funnel...etc, how many pages of your

funnels are consists of, and how many funnels you get to make. What's happening

on the left hand side, as you can see this is a test account, and you only get

to see three funnels. And over here, it shows you what kind of program

you're in, what kind of package do you have, so I'm not having the Etison suite.

In order to get the backpack which is the affiliate program, actionnetic, which

is the email service provider you need the Etison Suite. So

anyways, let's talk about the center. In the center it basically teaches

everything. I first it tells you that you should set up ClickFunnels via Stripe to

go and clicked on that. This is a

limited-time bonus - a Funnel Builder Secret Course. Go ahead you sign

up it's free, nothing needed. This is it's called ClickFunnels email SMTP setup.

If you are using Actionnetic, which is the email autoresponder provided by

ClickFunnels, then you need to set this up. So go ahead and do that. This is a

webinar that he goes in. Russell Brunson will teach you everything about what he

knows, how to make three million dollar in one hour. Pretty crazy! And then

there's a ClickFunnels Funnel Hacking Convention that happens in February.

Unfortunately, I won't have time to go there because I'm working... Then obviously it

shows you how to build your follow-up and so on... On the right hand side is the

gross revenue, if you're selling anything you will see right here. So that's it!

Let's go into the first part, which is the far right. Click on that so we'll

show you on you account detail. So first and foremost, you're gonna get a ClickFunnels

sub domain. So you can choose any name and then it will become dot

ClickFunnels dot com. So whatever your funnel is like it's not gonna be like a complete

custom domain which is something like this: Yi-Therapy.com/special-offers/acupuncture-special-offer...

You can change the profile, you can change your image, you can change your email...etc

change the password, change the time zone, change the affiliate setting, and then

you can install WordPress API which is basically a plugin that you can just

download from WordPress. Go ahead and just if you have a WordPress website

which I strongly suggest you do, then go ahead and find ClickFunnels plugin and then

just go ahead and install it. Once you install that, you just copy and paste

into the setting and voila! You can then have your own domain / the opt-in page

right from your domain. So that's one way to do it, which is my preferred way. I

don't think you need to get a custom domain from anybody... This is

acount billing, personal page template, notification, digital assets,

This is all very simple... think of this as a Google Drive you're installing something

right into your ClickFunnels account. But honestly, I prefer people go into my

Google Drive so I can get notified by Google sheets.

Integration is whenever you are integrating from other email service

provider, and like Facebook and all kind of stuff. It will give you all kind of

options, webinars, Salesforce... so it's like a CRM, PushCrew, which is a push

notification. Twillo is a text message... whoo! that's a lot! And payment gateway

which I told you you should set it it up. There's two major ways of payment in the

webs in the world wide web basically right now: Stripe and PayPal. Now

previously they don't have PayPal integration now they do so you can go

ahead and sign up. Outgoing SMTP is what we talked about in the center. You need

to set this up so you go ahead and do that. I'm not gonna show you right now

because it's gonna take too long. Domain is where we can buy a custom

domain from them. You don't have to buy it, you actually get it for free... or you

can add your own domain which is owned by you. So, the only thing you're going to

remember is that whenever you're registering a new domain from ClickFunnels:

they own it! If you want to change a domain name or you want to take the

domain name away, chances are that it's a little bit harder. So, best thing is using

domains service provider like Enom, GoDaddy, whois, and then put it on CloudFlare

CDN and then direct everything from there. That's just me, I'm just anal

like that. Global unsubscribe basically unsubscribe every single guy on your

account. Manager, you can assign a manager but I think you can only use that in the

regular account. So now we have finished this part... the bell notification is

notifications like YouTube and Google Gmail they all have this thing. Help is

basically a help document you can get help. Same thing over here, or a catalog

which is I don't know... Backpack is the affiliate program that

you can set up. You do need Etison Suite, you can use the link down below

I'll leave it in the description to get that, which is beneficial if you do have

a very profitable program or service or product you want to have more people to

sell for you just give them some commission they'll be more than happy to

do that for you. Actionnetic, which is the email service provider provided by

ClickFunnels and so you should use that but only available for Etison suite.

Now lets go for the most important part, which is the funnel part.

I'll show you the funnel, the contact, the sales and marketplace and how to build

funnel. Basically, most of the time you will only be using funnels, because you

can see everything here. On the right-hand side provides you that the

plan is only on share funnel. Visits to pages is nine, funnel is this, you get

that download another auto webinar funnel is really long. Normally when you

start up with a sales funnel, I strongly suggest you start with a squeeze page.

Something like this. So we have this one and this one. So squeeze page... really big

header capture it the reason why your offer is better than others and

then you can explain a little bit more but when you click on it you will ask them to

provide the name and email address. Once they clicked ok, then will then take them

to the Thank You page, usually you can... This is not the default one this is

actually my edited one for my client. You can see here 'scheduled an appointment

now', it wasn't here, this wasn't here. On the right hand side on my own one I use

a video instead, but you can change any image. And this is just a link to social

media. So the idea is to get people to give you email address. Once they opt-in,

you want to get them to say another program.

This is an appointment program, or if you were selling affiliate program, this will be

the affiliate link, or you'll be doing network marketing, you can then ask

people to sign us through this way. Very, very simple. Okay! So that's that! Now

lets look at other stuff... so we have the these other steps so you can see there's

only two steps, very simple. And statics shows you how many people actually

visited you. Very simple all it means all, everybody, anybody; unique means different

IP address, so if you have one from cell phone on the database, so data or LTE

your phone. Incognito window or you from regular window browser you

will then have three different unique IP addresses. So we'll show in here and

whenever people sign in, giving you this goes to in this part and it becomes the

opt-in and then we'll calculate the rate. The next one is the contact, which is the

info that you get from this. It'll show up in the contact info, and then you can

download as CSV. Lastly is the editing of the funnel... you can reset everything, you

can share it, but if it's a share funnel, you can't do that. You can

clone it, which is a mistake, I shouldn't have done that... oh god help me XD

Anyways... and then you can change the name of the tag, group tag, domain if you're

using WordPress, just use the just use this and everything will be alright. Path

is the name for this half.

Favicon is the icon over here... you need to put that somewhere like

Google or the Dropbox and then copy and paste a URL here. Header tracking code is

where Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, it all goes in here. And this is where you

can set up the Stripe... actually you have to set up Stripe and then here

you can click on test or not. Zapier is another automation program

that I will not be teaching in this course, which basically makes things more

easily. Archived means to just delete this funnel. That's it! Ah and I think

that's all? The only thing that you see differently, is this funnel marketplace.

Funnel marketplace is basically all these funnel builders they basically

submit their design to Clickfunnels and then ClickFunnels well put this as I

just see this as a thing if you go on to WordPress ThemeForest and you sell

them. You get like some sort of like... I don't know how much they are giving to

the seller. But I personally don't think you need to get these... I think you can

just get them from ClickFunnels homepage, they actually have a much nicer design

nowadays. Now that I have this is called the Mother Funnel now. ClickFunnels

founder, Russell Brunson basically makes it much easier for us. I usually now

just ignore it. So that's all for the ClickFunnels full review! In the next

video though, I will be talking about how you can actually do the editing of the

ClickFunnels page using their page builder. This is a little bit longer, so I

HOW TO MIX 2 SONGS TOGETHER WITH ANY DJ SOFTWARE | VIRTUAL DJ TUTORIAL - Duration: 6:25.

okay guys so today we'll be going inside the DJ dimension follow me while I take

you guys into the DJ dimension so what might get me showing you guys today I'll

be showing you guys how I approach mixing two songs if you didn't know it a

lot of aging is mixing two songs together to keep the flow of music going

a lot of people don't understand this they just play one song after another

and that's not called be doing this is called play listing I'm gonna try to

teach you guys how to mix music today gonna have two songs playing at once and

it's gonna sound good hopefully alright some things you're gonna need for this

tutorial you need a DJ program so either Virtual DJ Serato for tractor

for this tutorial I'll be using Virtual DJ just because it's quick and easy and

you also need a bunch of songs same genre or similar BPM bunch of song folks

sometimes you're not gonna find the right song right away and then some

optional things mixing key mixing key is music analysis software

it analyzes the BPM and key of a song and most notably the key is what we are

looking for and another optional thing you can use as a DJ controller all right

so I'm gonna find two songs to mix we need them to be the same BPM or similar

BPM close enough that it won't matter a whole lot we also need them to be

similar key or the same key so something relative or connect the two through the

circle of fifths that's what we're looking for so a lot of folk music is in

a 130 BPM so I'm gonna do I'm gonna pick a song in 130 BPM okay so I'm gonna mark

the first key point here I already have some key points here I guess I'd saved

them from a Serato file

as marking this cue points I know where to start fading in the next song so now

that we have that I'm going to find a song in the same BPM and key or relative

key and I'm started playing with them see if I can get one that works so I'm

gonna try from the start of the song you you have to experiment sometimes with

this because sometimes not all songs start at the very beginning obviously

this one looks like it does so I'm gonna try that I'm gonna let it play and then

when it hits the cue point I'm gonna play song be so song a is gonna be

playing and then once it gets to the cue point I'm gonna trigger song bees cute

boy so that's not terrible but it's not great either

you try cutting the loads to see how it sounds so I'm gonna try cutting out um

if you're finding if you're finding this song the songs sound good together but

it sounds too loud or muddy you can try playing with the cues on either side

usually if usually got a problem solve long times so I'm gonna try turning off

the loads on this one here and see if that sounds good so as you could see it

bounced it worked better but it wasn't it wasn't good yet but we could actually

still make this one work if we wanted to so when when we dropped the next song we

could well cut out the lows on the on song a and we'll filter song B so it's

just the votes coming in so with a low-pass filter on it that's that's one

way to help make songs I wouldn't normally transition well work so to

explain what I'm doing again I'm gonna let song a play and then reaches the cue

point I'm gonna I'm gonna cut the lows completely and I'm gonna trigger song be

at its cue point and it already has a low pass filter on it so I should be

able to do this with my mouse and keyboard still

okay that is enjoy a bj right there hopefully you guys can use something

from this tutorial to learn how to mix together songs as you can see is songs

aren't usually meant to be mixed together but with a little bit of

fiddling and some cooler rhythms and programs you can you can make it happen

then you'll just seem to sleep mix from one song to the next then you can learn

how to do it not to a bunch of songs we can make mixes and then you can just

The Benefits of a Reinsurance Software System - Duration: 1:53.

Today I want to talk to you about the need for a reinsurance system in an insurance

organization. Reinsurance is a complex business

The complexity is derived from various factors for instance

Every reinsurance contract can be very diverse. I have proportional reinsurance contracts, non-proportional

various layers in the reinsurance contract, various sections based on lines of business, coverages, regions,

whatever parameters you'll have. And then I'll have various types of

calculations attachment rules in every reinsurance contract. And on top of that you connect all the reinsurance contracts as an entire program a

composite reinsurance program which is complex in itself.

So once you've set up the reinsurance contracts,

then you have the ongoing activity of

attaching policies, attaching claims to the reinsurance contract dong the appropriate allocation and all the relevant calculations.

So it is quite complex and you need a very good system in order to manage that. It's not about headcount,

it's more about having accuracy in your reinsurance program, making sure you have the correct result.

It's not just about managing the contracts and all the allocations required. It's also about accounting about having a proper

Repository of information for all business requirements, the decision-making for management, all the statistics

Hi there, Scott here from GBC Tech Training. Today we're here to talk about

four ways that simulation software is very effective in online technical training.

Hands-on experience is really really important in technical training.

Here at GBC, in our training programs, we bridge the gap between

learning theory and gaining that hands-on experience by incorporating

simulation software. So here are four ways that simulation software is

particularly effective in that training. Number one: simulation can effectively

teach and demonstrate very abstract concepts.

Training with simulation turns difficult and complicated and abstract ideas into three-dimensional

working examples that students can learn from and then engage with. Students have

the opportunity to learn about those technical components within a

manufacturing system, for example, and understand those relationships in a

simulated environment. Number two: simulation is very very interactive, so

simulation software bridges that gap between theory and practice. It allows

the student to work with, experience and learn through that simulated real world

example what they might actually encounter in the workplace. For example

in the electronics program, the Circuit Logix simulation tool allows

students to build electronic circuits. Once you've built it, you can then

change the values and see how it performs or you can change components

and see the effect on the overall circuit performance.

Number three: simulation encourages experimentation. Students have unlimited opportunity and

time to perform repeated experiments on the laboratory material. You can

experiment on that lab simulated lab in a safe and a

controlled environment, and importantly the school you're attending doesn't have

to worry about buying expensive equipment and about potential

damage to that real equipment. Experimentation and engagement makes it

easier for students to master the theory and then practice the skills they've

learned and apply it to problem solving. Number four: performance assessment.

Students can make their own performance assessment on their learning in the

simulation software as it provides immediate feedback in the form of

experimental results and errors and successes. Finally it can be used to

provide really objective and standardized testing.

So, in summary, digital technologies like simulation enhances the learning

experience provides really effective examples, engagement, experimentation, and

deliberate practice of the material. Simulation provides numerous learning

advantages to bridge that gap between theory knowledge and practical skills
