COMPLETE HOW TO guide to assess why your RUNNING TECHNIQUE is HOLDING YOU BACK - Duration: 10:15.

- [Taren] Morning trainiacs. Coach Pat is in San Fransisco

for spring break, and that means, that we don't have

a crushingly long swim this morning.

(upbeat techno music)

Yeah, Monday was just a scant 2,000, today,

maybe a little longer. 25-ish, relatively,

that's not bad. No orange kickboard?

Go black, next fastest. Wee little swim, and then

I want to show you the assessments to figure out

what exercises you should be doing from Jay Dicharry's

book, "Running Rewired." It's good stuff, really good.

(upbeat techno music)

Nice try, Garmen, not 3250; 2500.

Alright Andrew, do you want to go pose in front

of our picture?

- [Andrew] You should.

- You should. You're on there too. Showing off

your nipples, who does that? So why in the world

would you put these unattractive individuals here?

- [Woman] Do you like it?

- Oh, I love it. I think it's beautiful.

- Really? I have two of them. That's when we do all

of our registration and everything, we put it out.

- And it doesn't scare people off?

- No. I think it's so good, I take it everywhere with me.

- Well, I would too. I don't blame you.

When you're done with them, I would like to put it

above my bedroom.

- Absolutely.

- Good looking poster there guys. I tell you.

She put it at the end of the lane, I had a hard time

concentrating.

Now, let's assess your limiters, like becoming a

better athlete. Short snack.

Okay, before we go inside, look at what Mel brought!

Hey Bud. Haha big earn.

(upbeat techno music)

Let's get you running in a fast, efficient,

and hopefully injury free way.

This, is a book, that I'm not being paid for,

I actually paid for this book.

This is written by Jay Dicharry I mentioned this

just recently. Now I'm going to read you something

from this book here, to explain what it's about.

(throat clear)

There are specific skills that you should have in

your running tool box. The repetitive nature of

running means that many of us take a body that really

doesn't know how to move at its best,

and rack up the mileage.

Through years of repetition, you wire your body

to move one way and run one way.

Then, when someone comes along and tells you

that you need to improve your form,

or move a different way, you simply can't do what

they're saying. You haven't built the muscle memory

to move differently. Even subtle changes to your

running form feel awkward and hard.

You can't help but notice that your form still looks

nothing like that of the Kenyans,

and your times aren't improving.

A lot of runners have conducted this experiment and

failed concluding, that focusing on form

is a waste of time.

Well, there is a better way to run better.

So, essentially, what Jay is saying in this book

is that it's not just a matter of;

let's say somebody saying "Alright, well you need to

strengthen your glutes, or you need to tilt your

pelvis better and lean forward."

I don't know who would have said that.

Just there over the last few weeks.

You actually have to train your muscles

to fire in a different way,

and that's going to be very hard if all you're doing

is thinking about it. You need to rewire

the firing pattern that sends the signals from

your brain to your muscles.

There are seven tests that I'm going to walk you through

right now that are going to basically unlock your ability

to move freely, and then Jay can get you healthy and fast.

So the first test there is no real test for,

it's about are you able to stand upright with a nice

straight back, do you have tightness in your back,

are you slouched forward, do you have tightness in your

chest, and are you impinged there.

And essentially, this test just says, have you had

tightness in your mid back?

This guy really has.

And if you do, then you're not even going to be able

to have good posture on the run.

Now the next test is a hip mobility test,

and he recommends that you do this in a door jam,

but we don't have a door jam here.

And what you do, is you go up to the door jam

on the inside, you make sure this femur is vertical,

and this shin is vertical. You stick your butt

up to the door, put your top back up to the door,

and then you level out your back so that your entire

back is touching the door jam.

And, if you are like me and you have tight hips,

from sitting at a desk for years, you're gonna feel

a really big pull there, at which point, your hip

isn't mobile enough to have that nice fluid running stride.

(groaning)

The bones!

The next test is a test for ankle flexibility.

And what you do in this case, is you go up to a wall,

and you'll do this two times, and twice on each ankle.

First one you do, is you put your toe up to a wall,

and you see if your knee can touch the wall.

I can. Good. Then you move it back about five

centimeters, and you see if you're still able to get

your knee to touch the wall. Do that on both sides,

and if you find that you can't touch the wall without

a serious amount of tightness, you've got calf

tension, and your foot is going to be constantly

fighting that tension, and it's not going to be loose

enough or limber enough to have a nice running stride.

Now the next test is a very simple posture test.

You literally just stand, and see where your weight is

on your feet. Is it on the tip toes?

Is it balanced mid foot? Or is it on your heels?

In my case, it's on my heels, so that means I'm

leaning too far back and I've got to train myself

to lean more forward.

Now this next test should be fun for all of you.

It's a balance test, or a foot mobility test,

and it's to assess how, I guess,

how interactive our foot is with the ground.

Can it adjust to little micro movements in your

balance and in the terrain? For this,

close your eyes, try to balance on one foot,

and this should be hilarious for you all.

Do this for 30 seconds, and then do it with the other foot,

and see if there's a difference

in one foot versus the other.

Now, I'm actually not too bad at that

because as I'm brushing my teeth,

I'm trying to balance on one foot and then the other.

Life hacks, baby!

Now, the next test involves some bare feet.

And if you're wanting to find out if your big toe

has the ability to stabilize your foot strength.

And what you are doing here, is you are seeing

if you can move your big toe down,

and press it into the ground

independently of the other piggies.

You're also going to see if you can move the other

little piggies up independently of the big toe,

and that's going to let you know, basically,

if your big toe is awake and active

and firing well enough to run well.

And the final test is to assess if your kneecap has enough

mobility to move back and forth and not create impingement.

And what you do with this is you bend your leg at about

a ten degree angle, and then you take a theraband,

and you wrap it just above your knee, going up the waist.

And you want this to be nice and tight.

And then once you've got it wrapped a fair ways up,

tuck it in. You do 20 squats,

and then once you've done that,

you take this off, and if you had knee pain before,

but no knee pain after, odds are good that you need

to work on your knee mobility.

And then after doing that, you've got a sense of:

do you even have the mobility to be a good runner?

If you pass all of those tests, good,

go one to some mobility and strengthening and

functioning and form exercises,

but if you don't correct those limiters before

you start thinking about building a form.

And in this book, all of the corrective movements are

in there, and I'll say that in just the week or so

that I've been doing these exercises,

I've found that when I get onto the treadmill I can

feel myself in particular, pushing myself forward

quite a bit more easily, activating those glutes,

and being more stable on my foot,

as apposed to pulling myself with my foot,

which is inefficient, and activating my quads,

which are a smaller muscle group than my badonkadonk.

So I'm a fan, let's try to get Jay on the podcast.

Love Nikki: Decomposition Guide - Duration: 10:58.

hi guys so thank you so much for the advice I've actually taken all of them

into consideration so um I made a Google Docs with all your comments and I

categorize them into separate um categories categorizing categories okay

so um there's relevant crafting event tutorials favorite outfit started

corridor other servers recharge Association arena other games

deconstruction and decimals so this one I actually had planned prior like I made

the what is it called the video for it but um but I haven't posted it yet and I

honestly think that it's really good that you guys told me what you wanted to

see because now I can like like I can specifically do something where people

are more interested in before I was kind of blindly going at it and I didn't know

what to do but for this one I'm going to make a mini series of decomposition

reconstruction and maybe evolution but definitely crafting because a few people

asked for crafting and yeah so I'm actually gonna have to start off with

decomposition first and my next video is going to be about reconstruction and

there I will tell you about different things you can do with reconstruction

and the specific type of outfits you can craft which is the terribly D and the I

don't one so okay let's get started so at the composition it's confusing

because I'm not a lot of people understand what it is and what you do

actually to make a good example of it I think I have to do a mystery pool so

that you can see what I will decompose and what I won't decompose and as a few

of you have mentioned you actually like seeing got applause um I'm gonna do a

hundred I'm gonna do a hundred pull right now I know it's not a mass pull

but I'm for Naomi have 327,000 and I need like a few million to make a good

mass pull Gacha video you know this is what I have so do with it I have to deal

with it it's pretty sad but anyways um let's do by 100

and here a hundred crystals shoe start shards holy crap

I literally stuttered or I didn't stuttered I couldn't say that 100 Kris

100 crystals okay I'm gonna blame that on my concussion but the shards are for

something important and this is important for a lifetime suits you wanna

craft such as the stunning beauty and that's how I can really think of right

now because um I'm a little fried and this I will show you what it means so

here's a hundred and then I got six new items and finally I have one that are

pavulon mystery limited the thing is that I haven't gotten a pavulon mystery

limited in like a month now so that's pretty exciting but otherwise um I have

dancers necklace cross-country shoes Milky Way vanilla milkshake fare large

fishnet socks honestly I don't know what they're doing with the fishnet sucks

because I have the small one the medium and large ones and I think they're just

like a normal fish net socks too so um here I can take a look and I see

butterfly and I need that first-inning Beauty I see a whole bunch of stuff I

don't need well I need knit vest blue and then housemaid is good because I

need it for my um star see I need my wardrobe

ah see the middle fishnet okay but yeah so that's all I got

and pretty chill and when I said the shoe shards I meant here you go to

exchange you click on the plus and look you actually get shoe shards and you can

make one crystal shoe from that so for those of you who have never looked at it

before go compound your shoes because you can

get a lot more crystal shoes from that which are necessary to buy items to

complete your what does it call your lifetime suits so here we go you need a

hundred to craft one shoe and then one one of these poles gives you one shard

so a hundred of these poles gives you a hundred shoe shards and you need 50

yeah you need 50 so there I already got to actual Christian I actually got to

Crystal shoes from the hundred pull okay so now let's go back to decompose so

there's a few buttons I want you to be aware of and this is a number one select

extra clothes I honestly didn't know this was a thing and when I pressed it I

think my whole life changed and I'm not even being dramatic because my love

Nicki has been my life for a little bit now and okay

so select clothing you see that there's 32 what do these I'm select so these

select clothings that literally have no use whatsoever and you will be able to

figure it out by playing the game for a long time or just to look at the tags

they have so as you can see all of these selected items don't have anything on

the bottom right corner if you look at gourds you see that there's a canoeing

ball that's orange a green paint whatever thing and a recipe card that

means that this particular item is either one evolvable two customizable or

three design material and it can also be quest material too but then I haven't

really seen one in a while so you can actually see these tags if you forget

what I've said on the top under decomposition so you see that beside the

little box thing this is a lost casket on your left there's evolve all

customizable and design material and quest material so you don't have to

worry about pressing extra clothes because you will never I don't want to

say never but you won't need it for any of the suits that are out right now and

I usually just decompose it because when you decompose these items so I need to

tell you something else so you see how these particular items have won hearts

or two hearts and then see four types five hearts and occasionally six hearts

which I don't have right now and these are important because they give you

specific amounts of energy and you need energy because for your lost casket when

you gain enough energy you can unlock a casket and they can either drop diamonds

star coins just normal claims and then items for reconstruction and this is

important because when you go to reconstruction you can use these

particular things to craft these items and this is part of a set where you can

get a lot of diamonds from I think 50 diamonds if you finish it it's like the

I forget what the actual outfit is called but it's just like an idol Laurel

so that's that and then um when you come back here you can also press

instructions on the top right and then here it will tell you what oops here it

will tell you what you can get so for three hearts you can get a hope ring

four hearts you can get rebirth earrings and five to six hearts you can get

eternal necklace usually with four hearts you won't be you won't be getting

hope rings you will just be getting rebirth earrings and then it's not

something where if you get a higher tier you can get all three of them no it's

like if you get five to six hearts you just get the eternal necklace not the

hope ring so okay wait I'm not entirely sure if you can't but usually you can't

and then this is how it goes I can just select I'll decompose it and

it says selected clothes contained four stars or better at clothes so this would

mean that let me find it where is the floor start she didn't miss it

oh sorry yeah the great plot a plate precooked so this would be the four star

but as you can see there's none like nothing on it there's no evolvable

customizable design material or custom material so I'll just be compose it and

there we go as you can see the orange bar increased before I had seven and now

I have 51 and by the way just because you decompose a four heart material

doesn't necessarily mean you can get a rebirth earring it just means that you

have the likelihood of getting one but it doesn't mean that you can get it so

that's why reconstruction clothings are so difficult to make and yeah that's it

um sometimes you can just check out like a few things that you might

see if you can pose anyways because you you know you don't need it and I find

that useful because look at the goofy face it's only a a customizable item and

I think it only has two so essentially it has a blue one and a red one I'm not

entirely sure but um another thing you should know is that the numbers here are

not representative of what you have if you want to know how much you have you

just +1 and that's because the only reason why in particular clothes can

come to this place is because you have more than one of them if you have one of

them they won't show up here because they'll always keep one of your items

the second you have to it shows up here as one

so if I have Goods right now I technically have five of them I don't

have four because one of them is safe in my wardrobe so you never have to worry

about accidentally deleting a special item because that's never gonna happen

and I really like that because sometimes if I accidentally deleted a six-star

item I think I might cry but yeah so that's it for it become posing next

episode I'll do the reconstruction which is here and then I'll just talk about

different types of things you can build and the two particular outfits that

people tend to use in this place so I hope you enjoy and I hope you enjoy and

for those of you who are new here I might have a giveaway that's running

right now and I'll announce the winner on May 2nd

I don't know exactly what time because the uploading of a video takes really

long and sometimes my thing crashes so I have to do it again but I'll try to do

it during the day so yeah and to sign up for the giveaway all you need to do is

subscribe to my channel and comment on that video so it's not this video you're

commenting on look you can comment anyways but you comment on that video

and I'll just link it above somewhere so yeah good luck on the giveaway and I

hope I helped you and feel free to comment any questions because I'll do my

best to answer all of them

Simple Guide To Fitness - Duration: 15:20.

Welcome to my channel! In today's video, I'm gonna be covering the basics of fitness

Basically how to get started and I'm gonna take you through each thing with a focus on nutrition, and then at the end

I'll go through a few

Workout basics, and basically filter through all the information out there, it can be quite overwhelming

there's quite a lot to take in with this video so maybe get a piece of paper and a

Pen and write a few things down, but other than that. That's it. Let's get started

Your body burns a certain amount of calories a day whether you're active or not, this is known as your

TDEE or your total daily energy expenditure in order to lose weight you need to be consuming slightly less than your TDE

To remain the same weight, you need to eat your TDEE

and to gain weight

Build muscle you need to be eating slightly more than your TDEE

The first thing you need to figure out is what your TDEE is. I'd suggest using an online calculator

You can just google

mate!

Can you be quiet please? I'm trying to record a video *Crying off screen*

Right, so the first thing you need to do is figure out roughly what your TDEE is, to do this

Use a tdee calculator. You can find this by just googling TDEE calculator - funny enough

It's weird isn't it?

*Distant mh-hghm in agreement without hearing what was said*

This calculator won't be perfect, but it will give you a good estimation of what your

TDEE is

TDEEE

E E E E

Now you need to decide what your goal is. If your goal is to build muscle, I'd suggest

Eating around 500 calories more than your TDEE

*Pssst* if you ... What?

Um...

Oh I can't remember

I was going to say something Hahaha

Oh yeah! can you see me in your video?

Um... I don't know lets have a look

No

Oh that's good I've just been picking my nose.

Hahahaha

Now you need to decide what your goal is. If your goal is to lose weight, I'd suggest eating about

500 calories less than your TDEE. If your goal is to stay the same

Id suggest eating ... or you need to eat your

TDEE in calories, so you need to eat...yeah, you know...

And to gain weight you to eat about 500 calories, or roughly 500 calories or more, more than your TDEE.

I'm 5ft 11 and a half ...

*Sad Music*

5ft 11...

5 ft 11 and

Yeah

For example I'm about 5ft 11, 200 pounds at about 15% body fat

so my TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is about

3000 calories. So for me to lose weight, I need to eat 500 calories less than that so

2500. For me to stay the same, I'd need to eat 3,000 calories, and then to gain weight

3500 calories

So now.. we gons talks about some macro Nutreints

So umm... I'm quick fun fact. I just broke the other camera that I was using, so I've had to switch to the big one

But the show must go on. There are three types of macronutrients ...

Carbs

Proteins

And Fats

Each of these macronutrients provide energy to the body in the form of

calories. For example, for one gram of protein there's four calories

for one gram of carbs there's four calories and

fats there's nine calories per gram. You need to find a good ratio or good balance between

The different calories, and make sure youre' getting one of each into your diet

Don't treat any of them as if they are bad.

There's a lot of misconception out there that like fats or carbs are bad, and you should avoid them at all costs

But really it's not

What's gonna make you gain weight or lose weight, is the overall calories that you're eating. so yeah...

Whether you're eating above or below your TDEE

What macro-nutrients you eat, doesn't really matter. The more important thing is that you're getting in the right amount of ...

Calories overall. Once you've got that set in stone

That's when you can start worrying about the different macronutrients

But what's most important is the number of calories that you're eating.

It is by no means necessary to track your macronutrients

When I first started if I was so strict with it. I'd get a protein...

My protein scoop, and level off the top of it so that I knew exactly how much protein powder was in each scoop

Just ridiculous. You don't need to go that far, so like I said what's most important is that you are getting

The right amount of calories in. Basically ... pretty much

There's not really like some magical number, or some magical ratio of of macronutrients that you should be eating

Basically what you should go by is. What do you think you should you could stick to? say like...

if you

Really enjoy foods that have a lot of carbs in them

Then it doesn't really make sense to go on a low-carb diet, because you're not gonna be able to stick to it.

That's the most important thing

Are you gonna be able to stick to it?

That being said that general rule is around one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

About 0.5. Grams of Fats per pound of body weight, and then

You'll make up the rest of the calories with your carbs. So say for me...

200 pounds. so I'd have grams of protein. Then I'd have hundred grams of Fats, and then based on what my goal was

so if it was to gain weight. Say if I was having say

3500 calories you'd add up the calories

of your protein intake so 200 grams of protein

Then 100 grams of fat, and then you'd work out whatever amount of calories that is and then

to get to 3,500 calories you'd

Make up the rest of the calories to get there with Carbs. If that makes sense? I hope that makes sense?

Or is that too ... I hope that's not Confusing.

Now for calorie tracking

For tracking your calories I'd suggest getting calorie tracking App. The one I use is MyFitnessPal.

It'll make your life ffffthoo much easier

You could use like a notepad or something to write down all your calories, but it's honestly it saves you so much work just

Tracking it in an app. So much easier.

Yeah tracking calories can be a pain to start with,ut as you get used to it

It'll become second nature to you. As far as what foods to eat, really you can eat anything

um... the only thing that's going to change, based on your goal ...based on your goal. Whether it's to gain weight, or lose

Lose muscle ? Gain weight or lose muscle.

Gain weight, or lose weight, is gonna be the portion sizes. Like the amount that you actually eat. The overall

calories throughout the day that you eat, is the only thing that's really gonna change.

That being said keeping your diet fairly healthy can have

Benefits such as like it's a lot easier to stay within your calories

Eating some healthier foods like... say for example like if you had to eat

so if you're losing weight and your calories were

1500 for that day. And then you had a pizza which was a thousand calories, then for the rest of that day, you've only got

500 calories to work with. So not really

not very much

That's not to say these foods are off limit by all means no

by all means have your pizza if you can fit it into your calories and

You know what you're doing, you're keeping track of everything, then go for it

also, eating healthier has benefits such as like micronutrients which can just make you feel healthier and

perform better in the gym. It's just generally better for your for your body in general, but in terms of

Losing weight, or gaining muscle is really not necessary at all

Another point is you don't want the calories to start controlling your life

Give yourself a little slack

It doesn't matter if you go off the rails one day just get back on track the next day

Just get back on track. Being less restrictive to yourself can actually be helpful

You got to think of it as like a long term

This is something that you're gonna have to stick to so don't be unrealistic don't

Just suddenly cut everything out because you're not gonna be able stick to it. Many people see their diet in like a black and white

kind of manner, like either

They're on their diet, or they're off their diet

these people they may have a great ability to restrain themselves

or restrict themselves from eating certain foods for a short period of time

but then

Once their diet is over, then they just go off the rails and go back to the way that they were eating before.

Being less restrictive with your diet can be more sustainable.

Right now, on to workout basics. I've put this one last because most people prioritize their

Workout, or what they do in the gym over

like their diets. The gym only takes around like one of two hours of your day, but

Like what you eat, and your nutrition plays much bigger part. Like that's the rest of the day.

The rest of the time is

nutrition pretty much

For everyone no matter what your goal ...

I would suggest using some kind of program that like incorporates some kind of progressive overload.

So that you're constantly making progress each time you go into the gym

So you're not doing the same thing, day in day out. A lot of programs out there

Don't incorporate this. Like, a lot of bodybuilding programs are just

like

They'll give you a rep range and then some

vague

Number of reps. Like say, 4 sets of 12 reps

and then you just do that each week with no progression in weight, or progression in reps.

So you're just doing the same thing week in week out. And not progressing.

Strength based programs are especially useful for

Building muscle as a natural lifter. Most bodybuilding programs will look like what I explained before like

giving you a certain amount of reps and then

a certain amount of sets, and you'll do the same thing week in week out, with no progression.

Most of these programs are invented by bodybuilders or

By for bodybuilders or by bodybuilders who are on performance-enhancing drugs

and it'll work for you. If that's you then

by all means go for it!

but as a natural lifter, the most ideal way to gain muscle is to get stronger with

Get stronger over time so you're using more weight with progressive overload.

a common misconception, usually by females

is

that lifting heavy weights will make you big and bulky

That is not true, unless that's your goal

You need to be eating

The right amount of calories like it needs to be your primary goal in order for you to gain any

muscle size

building a little bit of muscle, will increase your basal metabolic rate

Which is basically how many calories you burn at rest?

Which will then increase your TDEE

So will increase the amount of calories that you need to eat

to stay at the same weight. So therefore you can lose weight

eating more calories.

Last thing is programming.

If you're a beginner, and/or have no idea what your 1 rep max is

Your 1 rep max is the most amount of weight you can possibly lift for one rep.

if you don't know what your 1 rep max is And you're just starting out.

I'd suggest by just adding a little bit more

Either progressing with a little bit more weight each week or,

Adding in

Another set, or increasing the reps each week

Don't continuously.. you're not gonna be able to keep increasing it to infinity

It's gonna be a point where you can't increase it anymore

but if you're just starting out, maybe just add a little bit of weight to your exercises each week.

if you do know what your 1 rep max is. I'd suggest just using some kind of program such as this

right here

so

taking a percentage of your 1 rep max, and then

Progressing through... like starting around 70% and then going up by

small increments in the percentages each week.

for this progression only ...Really, you're gonna only have it on your main compound movements.

You're not gonna be able to progress everything with like a program

But as you get stronger for the isolation movements you will

gradually be using heavier and heavier weight, but

You don't really need to worry about that because it's gonna happen anyway.

The stronger you get at the compound movements ,the stronger you'll get at the isolation movements

Start your workout with the compound movement because it's the most taxing

Exercise, and then follow it up by your accessory movement so like your dumbbell curls

tricep extensions, and any accessory movements to your main lift.

Last but not least, a really important tip is

You don't want to always take your sets to failure. What I do is I leave at least

One or two reps in the tank, so if I do eight reps I could've done ten

Doing this, ensures that you have good technique

Good bar velocity, and that you can complete

All the sets, and all the reps like intended for that workout. like you don't want to be taking every set

To failure you can do an AMRAP set at the end so say

AMRAP is 'as many reps as possible', so say you take a weight

You do 70% for say five sets

So you'll do say five sets of five with say 70% ,and then on your last set

You'll do as many reps as you can with that weight so five that's a five and then maybe your last

Your last set you'll get eight

But still, even with this you don't want to take it all the way to failure. You want to keep that good technique.

For as long as.. you want to practice that good technique

Oh getting a call.

How to Ride a Motorcycle Easily in Bengali || Beginners Guide || Step by Step || Yamaha FZ-S V2.0 - Duration: 13:08.

Hello

and welcome to my Channel

this is MrKrish

and as promised in my old video

today I'm going to make a video on How to Ride a Motorcycle

in bengali

So for all my Bengali Friends

I'm going to make this video in Bengali

so lets start

Music (Intro)

Music (Intro)

Music (Intro)

so

How to ride motorcycle for the first time

first of all before riding

the things you need are

safety gears, means Helmet

Good quality shoes

if you have riding boots

thats a plus, Elbow guard, knee guard

etc. Now second

How to ride a motorcycle

First start with the controls

motorcycles are divided in two parts

left side

and right side

left side is for

Clutch & the gear

and the right side is for braking

come let me show you some controls

you can see this lever

this is

Clutch lever

and this small pedal right here

this is called gear pedal

so how gear works

in yamaha fz

there are five gears

some have four and some have six gears

but the gearing ratio is same for all

assume this is in nutral

now press down

for gear number 1

then pull it up for

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th for some bikes

neutral lies between 1st and 2nd gear

ok

now the right side

you see this lever

this is the front brake

which applies brake on the front wheel

and this is rear brake for rear wheel

ok, so

naturally start the bike in neutral

what happens besically

bike stands still in nutral

doesn't engage the wheel and the engine

while in gear the wheel engages

and the bike gets motion

now

so u have to learn this thing

leaving the clutch and moving the bike

realeasing clutch moves the bike

this is what is to learn

come lets see the controls

whats in a bike

these are rear view mirrors, which is very important

safety features of the bike

this is clutch, this handle bar is false

we hold it in motion to keep our balance

this is throttle, with the help of this

your bike accelerate

this is the instrumental console where

information related to bike are shown

like speed, distance etc

I hv made a separate video on this. click the i button

now theswitch gear, this red switch here

is the pass switch, this is for high beam low beam

this is indicator, indicator left indicator right

no indicator, this is

horn

this switch is engine kill switch for emergency situation

to turn off the bike

to turn off the bike

this is two step

headlight switch

that is

one step for pilot lamp , 2nd step for

main headlight and this is push start button

these two are aftermarket switch which i have installed later

put the key in and rotate right

bike is in ignition mode

now let me show you this red switch is for

passing switch, pressing it will

flash the headlamp

and this is indicator switch, this is for left indicator

and this is for right indicator and push to switch off the indicator

this is the horn (Honking)

ok now coming to this side

so this is the two step head light switch

in the first step

pilot lamp is on

and second step for headlight

and with this switch headlight will be up and down

you can see high beam - low beam

ok

and this switch is for starting the bike

before starting the bike always remember

bike is in neutral mode.. the neutral light is blinking

that means the bike is in neutral

next how to hop on to the bike

always hop on from the left side

cause the side stand is at the left side

when you park your bike using side stand

the bike leans to the left

so hopping on from the left is easier

like this, yes!

ok

now rest both the hand on the handle bar

remember to puton the side stand

then

start the bike

now how to start the bike

always remember that start the bike in neutral mode

pull the clutch to change the gear

now pulling in the clutch

now one step down

1st gear, neutral light is gone

that means the bike is in 1st gear

now you can see the bike is engaged, cannot pushforward or backward

but whenever you

put your leg down the pedal

and put to neutral

hard shift goes to 2nd

bike is released in neutral mode

it can move forward and backward freely

ok now

bike can be started in any gear holding the clutch

you can

but this is not recommended

it is better to start the bike in neutral

ok

so what to do

check that the bike is in neutral

check that the bike is in neutral

always make sure to puton the side stand

for extra safety pull in the clutch

then push the button for start

the bike started

now you can

release the clutch cause bike is in neutral

no worries.... now what

this switch is for emergency cutoff

to turn off the bike

now

how to ride

bike is in neutral

pull in the clutch

start the bike

now put the bike in 1st gear

for that

pull in the clutch

and put it to 1st gear

bike is in first gear, neutral light gone

now what

release the clutch slowly, no need to accelerate first

no need to touch it, like me

now release the clutch slowly

and fell that your bike started moving

like this

I'm releasing the clutch slowly

I hvnt accelerate

put up my legs

now the bike is moving

so first you have to learn this

how much clutch release can roll the bike

without stalling it

for 1st few time

you might stall

while releasing the clutch

the bike might stall

but no need to worry about that

Engine will not be hurt

if you release your clutch like this

bike will stall, but no worries

once again pull in the clutch

no worries

put it to neutral

start the bike

repeat the process

practice it until it is easy

no worries

about engine

only just find the

sweet spot of the muscle memory

sweet spot of the muscle memory

sweet spot of the muscle memory

where the bike

started rolling

started rolling

dont release more than that

the bike

started rolling, after it gets a little motion

you can release the clutch, no problem at all

so once again

neutral mode, pull in the clutch

start the bike

1st gear, then slowly

release the clutchand the bike started moving

after getting decend motion

then you can release the clutch, look already at

then you can release the clutch, look already at 6kmph

bike is running

now if you want to increase the speed

slightly roll the throttle

accelerate the bike

and the speed will increase

this is the way of how to ride a motorcycle

ok

so this thing to learn

so this thing to learn

how to release the clutch, now

now how to change the gear

once again bike is in neutral position

pull in the clutch

start the bike, put it to 1st gear

now at a time slight throttle and releas the clutch

bike will started rolling

now assume bike is in a descend speed

now time for changing the gear

release the throttle , pull in the clutch

put it to 2nd gear

again slowly release the clutch

bike catches its speed

now release the clutch full

cause the bike is in motion now

no problem

now how to stop

bike is running in 2nd gear, now once down to neutral

pull in the clutch, put to neutral

now slowly brake

and stop the bike

for the first few days

while learning

maintain the speed between 10-15kmph

and both your feet will be down

so concentrate

on

using front brake

so hope

this video will help you learn riding bike

its easy

but needs confidence

learn riding with confident

very easy

keep practicing

so

today this vlog is for my bengali friends

today this vlog is for my bengali friends

today this vlog is for my bengali friends

how to like the video

please like the video, subscribe

and as always

spread love

peace

Workers compensation - A guide for insurance brokers - Duration: 6:34.

Welcome to the Northern Territory Workers Compensation Scheme.

This short video will explain how insurance brokers

can help employers understand

and meet their workers compensation obligations

in the Northern Territory.

This is important to protect employers and injured workers.

Workers compensation insurance is mandatory for all employers

no matter the size or nature of their business.

For more guidance you may also like to watch our video

Workers compensation insurance - guide for employers.

Brokers are experts in insurance and risk management.

An insurance broker can help employers

by providing advice about workers compensation insurance

arranging and placing cover with an approved insurance company

and other related matters.

Brokers work on behalf of their clients to ensure employers protect their businesses

from the financial costs of workers compensation.

Before purchasing insurance a broker can assist employers to gather information about their business

to negotiate quotes from insurance companies

and to provide advice.

This involves several actions.

Identifying the employees main business activities

and associated risks and insurance needs .

Confirming how much the employer spends on wages for workers.

It's important that wages are accurate

and not under declared.

Providing employers with information and advice

to determine whether family members

working directors

contractors

and subcontractors should be considered as workers

thereby enabling them to be covered for workers compensation insurance.

When purchasing insurance a broker can compare pricing and claimed service.

A broker should ensure employers understand how an insurer has calculated a premium

policy provisions and conditions

and how and when a premium will be paid.

When a policy of insurance is purchased or renewed

the insurer or broker must issue a certificate of currency.

A broker should ensure employers have a current workers compensation policy.

Employers need a workers compensation insurance policy to cover all workers they employ.

There is confusion by employers that people with an ABN are contractors

and do not need to be covered

this is often not the case.

It's easy to work out if a person is an employee or contractor.

Employers should use the employee contractor decision tool

on the Australian Taxation Office website.

It takes only a few minutes to find out.

Employees for PAYG tax purposes

must be covered for workers compensation

even if PAYG tax is not being withheld.

Policies must be renewed before there is a break in cover.

Brokers are best placed to support employers by attending properly

to unintended policy lapses

cancellations or the transfer of insurance to a different insurer.

Any gap in workers compensation insurance will expose an employer to a penalty

including an infringement notice

and prosecution.

Brokers can also help employers meet the statutory timeframes

for lodging workers compensation claims

and understand their related obligations.

Employers sometimes lodge claims directly with insurers

and other times via a broker.

A broker should make sure an employer knows they must

send claims to the insurer within three working days of receiving a claim from the worker

If an insurer does not make a decision within 10 working days

of the employer receiving the claim

it is deemed accepted.

Keep in mind that statutory timeframes remain the same

even when claims a lodged via a broker on behalf of an employer.

Employers must develop a proposal for a return to work plan

as soon as they identify an injured worker will be off work for more than 28 days

have an obligation to try to provide injured workers with suitable employment.

Prevention of injury is a legal obligation under work health safety laws

but will also save employers time

money and lost productivity.

Small businesses can get free help to manage workplace safety from the NT WorkSafe

Small Business Safety Program.

When reviewing the insurance requirements of a business

don't forget to check if workers compensation is needed.

If the employer is based interstate

special attention must be given to whether they need a

Northern Territory workers compensation insurance policy.

Be familiar with cross-border guidance material.

Contact NT WorkSafe if you are not sure.

When assisting employers it is critical that the business activities

and the employers declaration of workers are accurately represented.

The legislation sets a maximum of 28 days after a policy renews or expires

for the employer to supply the insurer with the declaration

of the actual remuneration paid to workers in the policy period.

It's an offence if the employer does not comply.

The code of practice for insurance brokers developed

by the National Insurance Brokers Association

also known as NIBA

outlines the expected professional standards for brokers related to workers compensation.

NIBA is continuously working to develop educational resources for brokers.

Keep an eye on the NT WorkSafe and NIBA websites for new resources

Further information and help are available.

If you have any questions contact NT WorkSafe

who can assist you.

My Connect Live 2018 Application Video Local Guide Level 8 From Connecticut - Duration: 1:00.

Hi Googlers I'm David Cox and want to show you some of the area I contribute

in and why I enjoy it and why I would like to go to the meeting in October. Here we've got

Louie's Lunch the home of the hamburger. It's places like this to explore that

make the whole program interesting. The other thing that I found really

interesting is the new feature to be able to contribute to Google Maps using

the Theta V. The area that I spend the most time on is in the find more

information tab and the Contribute app so that when you can go from place to place and on

the little orange dots it shows you areas that they're looking for more

information. What I hope to learn from being out there I'd love to meet other

people that have the same interest obviously to get to go to San Francisco

would be neat. But I'd like to learn how to take better pictures. So I hope to see

you in California

ALCOHOL INK - pitch black and gold - BEGINNERS GUIDE - Duration: 12:18.

You are totally mesmerized today Mathias

Uh yeah I am, it looks very good

Hi guys, today we are going to do some alcohol inking

Lets see how many colors we can wrinch out of this color - Pitch Black

See ya

Just a couple of drops, then Im gonna

Then Im mixing it with the alcohol

To make it thinner

Then I can always thicken it, I can add more volume to the color as I go along

...I think...

Okey

Im gonna apply some alcohol to the paper - like this

Then my brush...

making some puddles of thinned black alcohol ink around at the paper

Then I take my straw, blowing and seeing how the alcohol ink moves around

The most interesting part of this - its actually pitch black, but look at it

the pink, the blue, the different colors in the black color - thats quite interesting

the funny thing about alcohol ink is the way it pushes...

the layer beneath it out, it pushes it around...

so the top layer will always be the most dominant layer

...if it makes any sense...?

You have to act quick because of the alcohol

the alcohol vaporizes (evaporates that is) and the color, the ink is drying up on the paper

and then we can start playing around with the Isopropyl, dripping and applying it in different ways

to make something funny with the picture

lets see what happens if I do like this

Look how the alcohol pushes the color around

quite interesting

You are totally mesmerized today Mathias - is it good?

Yeah it looks very good

I can apply a large puddle of Isopropyl and move it around while blowing at it

thats a lot of alcohol...

You wouldnt know this is the color Pitch Black, it looks more pink...Pink Black...

...nah...thats just stupid :) Okey...

I dont really having a plan...just applying alcohol ink to the paper...random...to see whats going on...

and ofcourse as with all the other things we are doing here

Im a total newbie, so if you see me do something that looks akward or...

or looks wrong, please leave a comment, so I can get better...

just comment - try to do this, try to do that...

or if you have something you would like to see me do with alcohol ink - comment

we will read it all and try to catch up on all the stuff you write :)

Okey, this is something I found out, its quite funny when I spray on the picture

from a far and see all the small drops what it does to the picture - just look at this

quite funny

If I can hit it...

See!

...amnd somehow, I found out with alcohol ink...

it always end up looking like flowers, right?

do you have the same experience? Prove me wrong :)

You know, actually Im a trained artist, but with this medium...

Im not having any kind of control...a bit control, but...

a great loss of control, which is so fascinating

yeah well, Im just going on...could do this for hours...

for the sake of this video and this experiment...

Ill try to apply some of the Gold color so you can see how it reacts on the paper as well

there is a ball inside, you have to shake it - listen!

or else it hardens up or something...I dont know how it actually works...

and I can try to put some Isopropyl at the Gold, so you can see how it reacts

...and perhaps blowing a bit at it to see how that works...

and ofcourse you could work this over with different kind of markers...

you could use Molotow which sticks to any kind of surface

or you could use alcohol based markers as well

to experiment with that, the funny thing about alcohol markers - we do a video on that at another time...

you can work those around with the Isopropyl as well...

or you can draw at the paper with pigment or permanent markers

you could use it as background for something - making drawings, connecting lines and making figures

I hope you got something out of this?

I dint really get to use the...ahh we can do that just for the sake of the experiment

The applicator felt marker!

I can use this as erm...I put some alcohol on it...

applying it like this. Just some drops in different places...

now Im just using the alcohol, but you can do the same thing with the colors

then you can do like this...

and make something happening

and ofcourse if I apply some of the color...

randomly

...or directly from the bottle...

You see it leaves marks in random ordre

which you can use to paint with as well

In the introduction there was this Alcohol Ink Blending Pen

it has a fine tip and a brush tip in th eother end

you can the use it to paint or drip or do whatever with the alcohol to make it move around

You have a bit more control with this one

See how it starts to move around

Instead of dripping with the pipette you can use this one and have a bit more control

Yeah

Cool...well

Thats it folks

Remember to subscribe, follow us - see how we experiment

with all kinds of fluidarts

I guess thats it - see you next time

Meepo Guide - ep. 1 Introduction & Basics - Duration: 11:34.

Hello guys and welcome to my very first episode of this series.

This series will be focused on Meepo and me and you, together we will try to go through

the very basics of meepo and work our way to the very small details that can help you

in-game.

What I'd like to cover in this series is firstly Introduction & Basics, which is this video.

Then Hotkeys, Skill build, Item Builds, Lanes (as meepo can play multiple lanes, not just

middle lane), Game Sense (with this hero), Friends & Foes (that one since it wouln't

be that long will be connected with something else, we will yet see with what topic).

Anyways, I'm sure that most of you guys know that Meepo is considered one of the hardest

heroes in the game.

And for that there is a very specific reason, just because of how hard it is to master him,

because of his high skill cap.

Let's go through the basics, meaning, let's go through the spells.

What does his spells do.

His first spell called earthbind roots the enemy for 2 seconds and it's range is scaling

depending on what lvl it is.

If it's on lvl 4, you can see, that is quite decent range considering that you got it on

4 Meepos.

So what eartbind does is pretty much, that you

root the enemy, enemy cannot move, nor can he use any escape spells.

Most of the escape spells, movement spells like blink, leap, timewalk etc. cannot be

used when rooted by Meepo's net.

Most people forget that the net was changed quite few patches back and that it doesn't

stop channeling spells anymore.

So please don't be that meepo in pub, that tries to throw every single net on WD casting

his ulti or somebody tping away, just to sadly watch him kill you or tp back to safety.

Anyways, his second skill is called poof, which does AoE damage in circle you can see

right now on the ground.

Poof is one of the very key skill of this hero, as it makes it great of a hero as it

is.

What Poof does is that poof applies damage upon Poofing away and upon arrival to location.

Meaning one one poof does 140 damage, but that's only damage upon arrival, it also does

140 WHEN POOFING AWAY* (fixed mistake).

So if you just Poof right here, we will see that axe got dealt 140 damage (again fixing

myself... god)*.

Anyways, why the Poof is such a key spell do this hero is that you can Poof to every

single clone of yours.

We will get to that, when talking about why do you have clones.

Anyways, Meepo's third skill is called Geostrike, which is a 2 second duration slow.

So what it does pretty much is, that you hit a hero and it applies debuff on them.

Slowing them and dealing damage overtime.

This passive can be applied by each and every one of your clones, and they stack upon each

other.

Finally THE MOST icon and important skill is your ultimate, which is called Divided

We Stand.

And what it does is, that with every lvl skilled you get one of your clones.

Your clones can use the same spells, they can use Poofs, they can use Nets and they

can poof to each other, which gives this hero high mobility and really wide possibilities

of what to do around the map.

Why this is such a key spell is also the fact that this is pretty much why is meepo so hard.

Because when one of your clones is killed, you die too.

Your hero as it is, you die as if they killed your main hero.

That means that you need to have a really good micro management, but to that we will

get later on.

Anyways, what you want to know about the hero is that it's theoretically the best hero in

the game, right.

You got possibly 5 heroes from picking 1 hero in drafting phase.

Meaning you could push 3 lanes and be farming 2 other spots at the same time.

That of course could be applied only without any errors.

So if a flawless computer was playing the hero, that could possibly be the case and

you would rekt every single game, no matter they put up against you, because they cannot

kill you.

You just splitpush them to death or whatever.

Another thing you want to know is that Meepo is heavily mid to late-game hero.

He isn't as good as other really hard carries.

Since he falls off later on.

Furthermore this guide should be for people that already know the hero, but also for people

that have not ever played the hero whatsoever.

So they could get some sort of a start into this whole crazy world of micro-management

and pretty much dying randomly without seeing how or where you died.

Also I'd like this series to have around 7 episodes.

If you guys feel like I haven't cover any topic whatsoever, just feel free to ask me

in the comments.

Just write it down right now and I'll make sure to answer you as good as I can.

I've played quite a lot of Meepo, approximately about 400 games.

With over 65% winrate on him.

So I'd say that's quite okay.

Of course you gonna find much better Meepo players out there but, hey you know these

guys got like 4000 Meepo matches.

That's totally different league.

Pretty much what you want to do, when learning meepo is you just play him.

This isn't a hero that you gonna learn just playing in the lobby for 2 hours and the be

like "Okay I feel like I could go to game.

I think Imma jump into game."

No..

Just play the hero, if you wanna be kind to your teammates, either play against bots or

play normals.

That's what I did, I did like 70 bots games and then played normals.

That was kinda okay.

By the time I finished playing with bots I already knew a bit about the hero and what

to do.

Anyways this should be about it from this part that's gonna be called Introduction & Basics.

And yeah...

Make sure to subscribe to see when I publish another video.

I'd like to make one video per week, but more likely it's gonna be every two weeks.

Since, yeah..

I'm not gonna lie, I'M LAZY OKAY?

I am a lazy person.

It takes so much for me to actually kick myself to do such stuff.

But that of course if kinda off-topic, so we not gonna talk about that.

Okay, anyways, thank you for watching this guide.

I hope you are excited for another episodes as I am for making them.

I really want you to understand guys that this guide is supposed to help you.

I'm gonna try to make it as in-depth as possible, so you can understand everyhing I say (about

the hero).

If you don't, then again, feel free to ask me.

Either I will answer you in the comments or I will feature it as a quick video, if It

was like 2-3 or even more problems (questions), Imma make a whole video about every single

problem there was.

Okay, thanks for watching guys.

Make sure to keep checking whether I updated another video.

See you in 1-2 weeks.

Beginner's Guide to CoC - Maxing Town Hall 5 Faster - Upgrading Town hall to level 6 - Duration: 14:51.

hello guys and welcome back to learning with rock and another episode of the

beginner's guide to clash of clans we're just trying to use a new microphones

I'm not very sure if this microphone is going to be better than the last one

should it not be so please bear with me for a video. I will definitely change

it if the audio quality doesn't match up to the earlier one and should it

be better then we would continue with this. welcome back and this is

episode number 1 1 2 from the beginner's guide to clash of clans series and this

is episode number 32 for maxing town hall 5 faster. let's visit our village

Woops. quite a mess isn't it. anyways let's clear, re arm all traps collect

stuff from mines and collectors. we are full. Not to worry. let's clean these obstacles. we

have all our builders free. we have not been able to play yesterday so

like I said guys, you know, we take it easy. just take it easy, make CoC a part of

your life. whenever you can, you play and when you can't it's ok. don't

get too worried about trophies and resources you will make them up like we

do. so lets clear all obstacles. can we collect?

No we can't, because we are stacked up anyways what

is the status of our Treasury. hmmm, we have quite some way to go let's see what we

can do about it okay we have a goblin army ready

and we have the second round not completely ready for some reason. alright

so what do we do from here. quite easy we set this

level nine gold mine for upgrade and there's another one here we

set it up for upgrade this mine is maxed out.

sorry maxed out. that's all we have our village maxed out so we can't do

anything much let's start upgrading our town hall and in three days twenty three

hours or rather four days we would step into Town Hall six. that's good. alright.

what do we do in the meantime we just continue with our Goblin farming.

We want to drop to around 650 to 700 trophies so let us continue with

farming and make some money very quickly

because we need to max out our gold storage you're not too worried about the

elixir as of now it's almost full so that's why we are try taking some time

to actually find some good elixir base. 6000. no. We don't want to deploy

too many goblins just deploy a few and just suck out everything from the

mines and collectors and move to the next base. this one is ideal. let's sprinkle

some here and then towards the West a little more towards the east

it should be done very soon let's see

Gold here

we have some more gold let's try to take something from the CC. clean

it up come on very good

I think few more should do it

come on come on come on oh yes and I think we've given him a shield well so

we don't need any more elixir so we surrender. not bad. look at the loot

will soon max out our storage so you see that we are never

really worried about our resources. we can just get it to full at our will.

good so let's go for the second one let's see if we can find a good one like

that. everything is live so you guys know how much I am searching how much

time I'm spending to search these bases as well so you know usually it's not

that bad guys. so this we need to just 3261. no.

No

22, no. we should be somewhere around 875 trophies right now if I'm not wrong gold

is all inside wall and that's what we need so no

sixty-eight gold thirty elixir so it means we should have at least 30,000

gold in the mines. not very sure. let's drop a few and check out. just interested

in the gold guys and just a little bit of elixir

done. I think we got around ten thousand of gold here. not very sure.

let's see oh not bad. 25,000 with fifty goblins

and in two minutes our next round would be ready so in the meantime let's watch

some defense. 3 star, 3 star, hmmm the first one 3 star let's watch it

level 3 Giants, level three Wizards. lets see. we had been offline so there was

a lot of money we lost 345 gold and 351 k elixir. That's a lot guys but then

yeah we lost. but then the moment we logged in, what did we see? storage were

full so don't really bother it's ok happens

subir ari from Tiger zinda hai clan. aap yeh mat socho yeh tiger mara hua hai. kisi din pakad lenge

brother. That was a little bit of Hindi which we spoke. so okay our troops

are ready. so let's go for another round

can we get some good gold

the gold is good here and they are in the storage unfortunately. okay.

you know what guys. getting this storage is going to be tough because we

have spalsh defenses here. so let's try it out. let's see what happens

good we got the first gold storage. we are at 611 gold. Oh, must have got 50% of

the gold let's see if we are in the range of

come on get this thing okay let's check

goblins are still coming here even if you drop them in the North okay

they are in the wizard tower range so no point deploying the remaining

goblins. so that's okay we still got 52,000 gold which not by bad by any

standard so

okay we have some work to do we have to get the 400,000 gold but we don't need

to sweat out we have four days for it and then you know we need to do

something about our treasury we need we need those five stars so you know maybe

one of these days we would do some barch raids to get some stars and some

money and fill it up so not too worried about it

how long has this been video eleven minutes good enough so lets watch

another quick defense and then we wind off let's watch Rehan Khan who defeated

us got a lot of money. Did not attack us with CC troops I like it

okay checking the CC troops good Rehan

okay

that was alright Rehan but maybe you could have come from. I don't know why

you didn't carry your lightning maybe you could have weakened the motor and

come from the motor side that would have been better but then looking at the fact

they were carrying some loons not very sure okay. Then we have GlinJohn three

starring us. TH6 using level 8 Giants and then there's this Asian guy

who was one Starred us. th6 player. i wont even bother showing these or probably

I'll show them later on in my next video so that's where we are at guys at this

point of time 887 trophies we plan to do some more goblin raids and drop more

trophies and then probably next video will start queuing up some barch. can we

do it now? you know what next video let's do one round of goblin and the other

round the Barch. okay. so what do we do with barch we do sixty barbarians and 75

archers

yep and do we have spell

so that's it guys we'll end this video here. you guys take care, God bless

I'll see you soon. chill out. keep clashing and keep watching learning with

rock
