Jacob Wierzbicki Drinks Coffee With Kyles - Duration: 8:39.
[Jacob] Everything come out okay? You good? (laughter) [Kdub] Everything come out okay?
[Jacob] Hey! I'm Jacob Wierzbicki and I am drinking Coffee With Kyle's.
[KB] Cheers! [Jacob] Cheers! [KB] Hi, Jacob. How do you like
your coffee? [Jacob] I do black with just a little bit of cream, a little bit sugar
and then I let it cool a little bit because I don't want to...
you know, I don't wanna burn my mouth. Just let it cool down a little bit. Yeah it doesn't
sound very manly but you know it's the truth.
[Kdub] So Jacob. In two words, what are you obsessed with? [KB] Most.
[Jacob] Right now, I would say creating community. I would call it building a network but
I've been working with Q a lot lately and he loves using the word community so
I would definitely say right now one of the biggest things that I'm focused on
and I'm obsessed with both with my full-time and my side hustle is creating
that creating that community creating that Network and kind of building up
those relationships really fostering that community. [KB] Awesome, Awesome. What have you
learned along the way and what are you trying to achieve, you know, just
by connecting with everybody? [Jacob] Yeah, so one of the biggest things that I've
learned, and I want to talk about this a little bit more in the future in some of
my own content, one of the biggest things that I've learned probably over the past six
months is that you can talk, we can talk about something all we want. I can talk
about anything and you could talk about anything but at the end of the day
nobody's gonna be excited to move to action until I start moving to action. So
that's like one of biggest things that I've started learning as I've started to
build out my online network as well as my local presence is that when you
started doing other people start doing and if you stopped moving
other people stopping so moving. So that's just been a big big lesson for me
here recently. [KB] So don't do as I say do as I do. (laughter) [Jacob] I think that it's it's just
gotten to a point where so many different people talk about so many
different things and nobody really does anything so people get excited when they
see you doing and they'll you know more apt to want to jump on board I want to
bring you in and you know create more opportunity for you.
[KB] Yeah, yeah. Jacob, on that note, well we're gonna do a show called "Coffee With Kyles",
we think, and drink coffee with people and you know we think we're gonna do
that what do you think? [Jacob] I think that's great. Could you guys have me on
your show? [Kdub] I don't think it's gonna work... [KB] (random sound) [Jacob] Dangit! I kind of thought because we
were friends like... ok. [Kdub] No, it'll work. [KB] It'll work. [Kdub] The show's gonna work. [KB] What are we gonna talk about?
Absolutely nothing. It's a show about nothing. [Kdub] Nothing. [Jacob] You know,
honestly, I mean you could probably create... so you know they have shows for
everything nowadays, right guys? I mean, you can literally create a show about
nothing. [Kdub] Watch this become a Netflix original
series. (laughter) [KB] Coffee with nothing. [Kdub] And Kyles. [Jacob] So can I just pause you
guys for a second? I know this is your show but let me just pause you for a
second. [Kyles] Take over. [Jacob] Cool. So I came over to Cedar Rapids, Iowa which is
where our headquarters is today. So the coffee shop that I know and I like was
like jam-packed so I came over to this other one and the only seat that I could find
was back here (laughter) by the Men and Women's bathroom [Kdub] Classic. [Jacob] Well it's a nice table and nobody's come back here, so
anyways yes awkward seating for sure. [KB] When they do, make sure to
wave as they come back (laughter) [Kdub] Hello.[KB] We want to see it. And then when they come up be like, "How was it?"
[Jacob] Yeah. Everything come out ok? You good? (laughter) [Kdub] Everything come out ok?
Caffeinated Question! [KB] Ready to get caffeinated? Let's do it. Hey Jacob, left or right? [Jacob] Left or right?
[KB] Yes. Which one? [Jacob] Right. [Kdub] Blue or Green? [Jacob] Blue
[KB] Hat, no hat? [Jacob] Hat. [Kdub] Flip-flops or tennis shoes? [Jacob] Flip-flops [KB] Rock or Rap? [Jacob] Ooh!
Rap. [Kdub] George Strait or Garth Brooks? [Jacob] Oh you can't do that, that's so unfair. Ah George
Strait. [KB] Audible or a physical book? [Jacob] Mmm, physical book. [Kdub] Isaac Newton or Elon
Musk? [Jacob] Newton. [Kyles] (both make buzzer sound to end the round).
[KB] Espresso Shot. You ready for an espresso shot? Here we go
one big lurching question: If you could have coffee with anybody who has ever
lived who would it be and what would you talk about over coffee? [Jacob] I would say in my
head is probably a tie between Gary V., obviously, and Henry Ford and I would
probably have to go with Henry Ford because the chances of me actually meeting Gary
V. in the future, I mean that actually could happen and I think for me would be
Henry Ford. And I think I would just talk about his constant persistence. So
I've always been super super impressed with kind of his story and how he
started how he never gave up and like everybody was bashing him like you can't
do this you're not smart enough you're not be able to do this and he's like no
I can just watch and he did it for me that's super super impressive and I
would just, on top of that he's one of the you know leading American
businessman for the whole industrial revolution so I feel like there's a lot
that I can earn from a guy like that. [KB] Can we get a Henry Ford quote from you?
[Jacob] Oh! Alright. So my favorite one, it's out of a book called Think and Grow Rich by
Napoleon Hill. I'm sure either one of you guys have
read that book before... [Kyles] (thumbs up) Yep! [Jacob] But it was when basically they were
bashing him and he was in court they were suing him for something at the long
gist of it basically is that it wasn't quote unquote smart enough and so he
kinda got a little frustrated in the courtroom and he said look he said, "At my
desk sits in a row of electric push buttons and at any time I could push any
one of those buttons and summon to my aid a man who could answer any one of your
questions". He said "I don't have to be the smartest person in the room I just have
to hire people smarter than me". [KB] Perfect. [Jacob] I think that's genius.
[KB] Parting piece of guidance or a question, thought-provoking question for the
viewers. Your choice. [Jacob] I would say, especially because you guys are big
on LinkedIn, a lot this is going on LinkedIn or even
YouTube, Facebook, it doesn't really matter. I would say the biggest thing
that I would like to see more of is I would like to see more creators creating.
I would like to see newer content creators and I get people who message
me all the time and they're like "Hey, I really like your content" or I like this or I like that. I'm
like, well, why don't you ever comment? Like start engaging. Like "Well I'm
more of a silent person." It's like, well, I I get that but you know you talk about
not having a following or whatever you want to call it, or not having a
community or not getting any engagement on your stuff you can start engaging
with other people and start letting them see your name and then go and start
creating your own content so I would really really really really really like
to see some new content creators, in all honesty. I would love to see that. [KB] Yes and
if you follow Gary V., he says on Instagram that "it goes down in the DM" and on
LinkedIn "it goes down in the comments" so that's where the money's at and by money
I mean like the connection with the community right there in the comments so
at the very least if you're not creating creating is not for everybody but at the
very least dive in and start talking to us we'll actually respond we're real
people, we'll respond to you. [Kdub] Yep. [KB] So start commenting and we'll comment back.
I love it man. That's awesome. [Jacob] Yeah, yeah. [Kdub] Yep. And I mean that's kind of how
that's how things went down with you and I, Jacob, we
commented on a few things, saw each other, jumped on a call, realized
we're both from the south and here we are.
[KB] This one goes fast!

Cold Coffee - Duration: 1:18.
Hello guys, this is Sunali and today I will show you how to make cold coffee quickly.
So let's get started. For cold coffee, firstly we need 1 cup of
full cream milk and two sachets of coffee. We also need two tablespoons of powdered
sugar. You can use three sachets of coffee, if you like more intense flavor.
Now empty coffee sachets in a coffee mug and add powdered sugar and two tablespoons of
milk to it. Blend these ingredients well with the help of a fork. This will take
about two to three minutes. Now add coffee mixture to the rest of the cold milk
and put this milk in a blender jar. Add some ice cubes to it. About four ice cubes
should be enough for one cup of coffee. Blend everything for about three minutes.
Taste the coffee. If it is still bitter, you can add one more tablespoon of
powdered sugar to it.This is optional and entirely depends on your taste of
coffee how you like it and yeah here it is.Your cold coffee is ready I hope you
guys have enjoyed this video.

Coffee Talk: Facebook Fallout - Duration: 2:12.
- Hi, everyone.
We're here to talk about Facebook.
It's been a rocky period, which no one can argue with.
Facebook's earnings are obviously coming up.
Any predictions there, Jim?
- Well, I'm certainly not gonna predict
what Facebook's earnings are because I have no idea,
but I will say there doesn't seem to be,
have been any significant decrease
in advertiser interest in Facebook as a place
to put their advertising because that's where people are
and they're consuming content there.
So I have not seen or heard any indication,
but on the flip side, we know trees do not grow
to reach the sky.
Facebook is so massive, as is Google,
at some point, you just can't keep growing
at the rate they've been growing.
You're gonna run out of humans
and you're gonna run out of advertisers.
So at some point, it stands to reason
the growth will slow down, and maybe this will be it.
We'll see.
- I won't hold you to this, but you wouldn't be surprised,
I presume, if they had another strong quarter though?
- I would not be surprised
if they had another strong quarter
because I think all of this testimony
and all of the Cambridge Analytica thing is more
of a leading indicator of how their business is going to be
one, two, three, five years from now than this quarter.
Again, we could all be surprised by these things,
but I wouldn't be surprised at all
if they had not just a strong quarter, but a record quarter.
- Jim, I know you weren't buying
this whole delete Facebook movement.
Talking to our friends over at NewsPicks,
they said since the congressional testimony's happened,
since Cambridge Analytics happened,
they experienced much, much, much greater increase
of people going to their app.
So I thought that fits my theory,
which is you won't get people deleting
but you might get people spending less time
and looking for other ways to get like hard news and stuff.
Your thoughts?
- I think that's great.
If, in fact, anytime you see an uptick in traffic
to your own app, to your own site,
I think that's fantastic.
I would question whether it's tied
to the congressional testimony
and the Cambridge Analytica thing.
Maybe they started a marketing campaign.
Maybe they're just getting good word of mouth.
I mean there's a lot of things.
Correlation does not equal causation, as they like to say,
and I'm a little skeptical that something.
- You wouldn't (chuckling)
- I mean I hope they continue to be successful.
I think they're doing great work,
but color me skeptical that that's, in fact,
the reason for it.
Maybe, it may be.
- [Mark] Thanks very much, Jim,
and thanks, everyone, for joining us.
(uptempo music)

At A Coffee Shop Thing Where I See I Should Coach - Duration: 3:46.
I went to a music performance. It was a college kids kind of a coffeehouse
setting but it wasn't a coffeehouse. And I went to try and get some
guitar students and I can kind of feel myself moving away from getting guitar
students. I'd like to coach some of these guys.
They just don't get what they're doing yet, and you know, it's always so hard to
see yourself when you're sitting inside of yourself. Like there was this one kid
and he had that look. You know he had the black boots, super skinny tight jeans,
kind of slouchy-tall, that floppy flip-floppy kind of stocking cap and
kind of a scruffy little mustache that will never work He did this song at
the piano and it had a very cool, very hooky kind of, you know, major 7th little
hook in it. The song wasn't really that good but I could hear
it. If he knew that he'll never sing (he's never going to be a singer like a TV star singer) but if
he heard Lou Reed and he heard some of the other sing song-er other guys that
made it work- that can't sing - like Lou Reed and if he changed just the one
thing and put in a name. I think it should be Jani Janni
maybe Janei, it would be a Lou Reed song. And that would be a great hook because the name
would point to something that you would remember. The song needed some serious
editing but that hook was super cool and he could pull it off. Same thing - I saw I
could coach this other kid and he had this kind of who's the Wainwright kid
London London Landland (?) Wainwright's son ( he couldn't sing as good as him and
he'll never sing) but he had a really engaging quality to
him. He could be very good and kind of be an urban guy. I could see him hanging
around Toronto or Montreal. Very cool again -
tall skinny young kid. Then there was this other guy and he looked, well really he
had no look, he had no idea, he was kind of pretty pudgy and had glasses and long
hair pulled back. You know looks kind of shabby shubbly
anyhow, didn't look good and his songs were awful. But his voice was amazing!
I couldn't place him. I kept thinking, "Who is this?"
And it was Tim Buckley. Not the kid but Tim the original - and if you
don't know Tim Buckley -Tim Buckley had a voice that was just amazing I can't
think of anyone else in pop music that had a voice like him. But I thought I
could coach these people. I could get them to the next level and SHAVE YEARS,
YEARS off of what they're doing! That's what I'd like to do. I'd like to coach
people in their songwriting and their branding of who they are. If that's
you - or if you know somebody - send them my way.
