Planting out Onions A Step By Step Guide (2018) - Duration: 8:02.
In this episode I'm gonna get to plant out my onions, now they're going out in the
ground because it's still quite warm but we are due for about a week of rain so
it'll get them settled although it's warm it is overcast and not too hot so
it's a perfect time to get them out they shouldn't will it so much anyway that's
coming right up after this. Okay so the first thing we need to do is rotovate
the areas that we want, now this has previously been dug so we rotovate
there and then we need to get on to the next step okay folks so as you can see
here I've rotovated this it's only a rough rotovation just to break it up
because the grounds already been previously dug but what I have here is a
granular onion feed and this is made by a company called grow more so if you're
looking for it we may have it on our website guys so check that out the link
will be in the description below and we've got a shop there with lots of the
firtilisers and stuff that we are currently using so and what we're going
to do is just give this a good feed and we'll work that in as we go
the whole row last one there we go guys so that row is now had its feed we'll
work that out in there with a little fork and what we've done because now at
this site we haven't bothered build any raised beds yet and that will come over
time but as you know we've had the sort of shed project which more is coming
up on that and again it'll be a link for that in the description below or up here
as well in the corner and also the polytunnel rebuild we've had to do that
as well so there'll be a link up here as well now what I've done here I've
created paths I've aside to allow to water and everything else or not
trampling on the growing area and we just made little narrow beds because
that's all we need for the onions and all I'm doing is just forking this feed in
guys it's nothing major
There we are, so that's all done there now. Next thing we're now ready to start planting
out these onions now these were put in sets quite a while ago so all we've got
to do is pop them out and as you can see we have a fantastical root system so you
should be able to make that out from back there guys and it's literally just
a case of getting them in the ground about a foot apart give them room to
grow guys okay and we will water these in really well later on
the great thing about growing them in this way with the in a sort of module is
that the birds can't come along and pull them out because they've pretty much
grown at that point we'll just keep working down the line anything that's
gone soft we will get rid of and this will give us a great yield of onions
later down a year
as you can see the Sun is just poking his head through but we have got rain
forecast for later but I will still water these in guys and as you can see
they have plenty of room to to grow I'm just burying the bulb just below the
surface and it can now that when there guys has gone really soft okay
very soft so we don't want to be planting that one
and it's a quick job that you can be doing now get them out they're not going
to mind a little bit of harsher weather and which should be fine from any
frost's now for the rest of the year however you know what they say that
until May is out you know you never know now I know I'm under the camera at the
moment but I'm just finishing this row while I'm here and we can get on with
the next bit which is watering
it really is that easy guys give them a good watering now
and there is one nice row of onions all watered Done. well guys that's it
it's a short episode I know but I just want to show you how I'm getting the
onions in we will woodchip the path either side which will help to cut down
weed and stuff so what and it'll make weeding these areas very easy I'm gonna
crack on no one get the rest in hopefully it'll go well for us all and
we'll have cracking results question of the day what variety of onions you growing?
put your answer in the comments below anyway guys that's it for this episode
if you haven't already give us a thumbs up and if you're new here don't forget
to smash that subscribe button because that really does get it out and share
our videos with your friends you know let's grow this community together
anyway I will see you in the next episode bye bye

The Complete Guide to Keeping Summer Whites White | Summer Fashion Hacks! - Duration: 3:13.
No colour is more refreshing and easy to style as white!
But do you fear that your whites won't survive a day out & about?
Here are some tricks to keep your whites looking good as new, all day long!
A lot of times, there can be an invisible layer of dust or water
where you're about to sit.
Even the smallest amount of dust, can accumulate on your whites and leave an outline on your
pockets and seam lines and these are tuff to get rid off.
So make sure to use a tissue to wipe the surface clean.
Avoid wearing tight or fitted white clothes, if you expect to be in a sweaty situation.
This will leave your whites with stubborn, yellow sweat stains.
Opt for loose & breezy outfits instead.
These will help you stay sweat-free and cool all day.
We love our whites to be clean & crisp.
However, before you iron any of your white beauties,
be sure to check the back of your iron, for any stains or burns.
These might end up sticking to or staining your whites
and are almost impossible to get rid off.
We are all for kurtis & palazzos for the summer.
The only downside of these beauties, is how the hem always tends to get dirty
when it brushes the floor.
A last minute fix for this, is to opt for heels or comfy wedges instead of flats.
Hate getting makeup stains on your clothes?
Here's how your napkin can come in handy.
Tuck a corner of the napkin at your neckline.
The napkin will protect your t-shirt, from getting stained while you take it off.
Also, avoid makeup around the neck area, especially any transferable cream or powder,
to keep any makeup stains at bay!
White, being a neutral, has the ability to go well with almost anything in your wardrobe.
Layering whites can be tempting, but it's definitely not the best idea.
New, un-washed clothes or even dark colors,
may stain a white garment by rubbing against it.
As simple as it may sound, you should never apply nail polish with a white outfit on.
Nail polish stains are extremely stubborn.
It's most likely you'll have to get rid of that outfit altogether.
While wearing white may come with a couple of do's and don'ts,
it's also one of the easiest colours to launder back to its original condition.
Hope these tips get you to rock your whites, more often than ever!
Until next time, stay tuned & stay Glamrs!

Frostpunk Tutorial Guide (Beginner) - Duration: 40:44.
hello guys and welcome to my new players guide for the game Frost Punk frost Punk
came out today on the 24th of April 2018 it's a base-building survival game so we
have to build a base to survive the frost the snow the ice whatever you want
to call it so let's start a game I've obviously been practicing before this
video so I could just take you through the basics of how it works so what we're
gonna do we're gonna select the first scenario there's a couple more that you
can unlock but let's just do the first one for the sake of this tutorial you
can customize it so for now just for the second tutorial we're gonna set it to
easy mode okay just so we can understand the basics so let's start so you can
watch the opening cutscene if you want so a new home so let me take you through
the very very basic so you start out in this crater and the very first thing you
might find is essentially what do I do so as we've they are billions first
thing you want to do is pause time immediately pause it you can set it to
normal speed fast speed or very fast speed and you can move around with WASD
or you can all right click to move around I prefer WASD if you want to
rotate the camera hold middle click and middle click will allow you to rotate
you can zoom in and out using the scroll wheel now
the first thing you want to do is look at your resources so you have 60 Cole
you have 50 wood you have 30 steel this is easy mode harder modes you have less
and less and you have 150 raw food and zero food rations so you need to gather
raw food to prepare it into food for your citizens and all you're given
initially is this generator which you'll use to heat up at night and it will burn
you through your coals so you will have to find a way to replace your coal and
days like this so you can see here day five the temperature will drop so we
have to be prepared for that but we don't have to worry about it just yet
when it's minus 20 it's okay even though -20 C is flipping cold in real life and
we have stockpiles later on we might worry about getting
more stockpiles now the very first thing you want to do is assign your citizens
to gather so what you can see around this map you can see these deposits so
you see here coal pile steel wreckage wood crates and so on so to assign
people to them I would suggest would first select this wood crates then you
select how many people you want to assign to it I personally just go all
out so our 15 people to there and 4 will get some will prioritize wood because we
need it to build a houses and we'll get some steel yeah now the thing is you
can't assign kids to work really unless is signed into law so for now we're only
assigning engineers to gather things but if we want the kids to help out as well
click on this button book of laws you can also access it pressing L and you
see here you have adoption click on that and you can see these are the different
laws you can set into place the first one I recommend you put is child labor
safe jobs so you have child shelters but do the safe jobs first and you can see
here children can work in safe workplaces hope will fall slightly
children workers can be injured in accidents so beware of that
okay so we've now assigned everyone and what I recommend really is every single
person is always employed so you can see here 15 kids unemployed so let's assign
them now to gathering this steel ok so now every single person is employed
now every single person also needs to be housed so that's a thing so what you
want to do to build houses click on here construction or be people you get tense
so adds with they are billions that you start with tents and then you can
upgrade them as you go along so in order to build it it says there you need 10
wood which means we need 80 wood to house all 80 citizens right now we have
50 so when we get furthermore we'll assign eight houses so
let's do it so because it's only going up because
we've assigned people to it so you see now pause time they have exactly eighty
wood now what one thing I recommend is to build the houses as close to the
center as possible because at night when it gets really cold or days when it gets
really cold the generator will provide heating so favor the houses as close to
the middle as possible is in my opinion now these drops like these wood crates
and steel and so on they're only temporary so don't worry too much about
putting settlements to gather these crates and so on because they will just
disappear very quickly now however these trees are more permanent so when you
want to build sawmills which we'll do later then we can build sawmills on a
more permanent basis so anyway so we've got our eighty wood so let's build some
tents so the good thing is is kind of snap to grid so you can see here like it
will snap to grid it will say how much space it will take and so on so here we
go so once you free make sure you don't leave any unnecessary gaps you want to
use this space as efficiently as possible
so six seven eight there we go so now we're out of wood but it doesn't matter
because we're about to get more but at least we will have the all the homes for
all the people you want everyone to always be housed so let's fast forward
it a bit now the way it works in this game is that there is day and night
cycle where people will only work during certain hours of the day so you need to
be aware of that now later on you can get something in the law called
emergency shift and what that will allow you to do and it will be the next one we
get is allow certain buildings to operate 24 hours a day or even longer if
you get extended shift but we're not going to worry about that just yet but
just be aware that when is quitting time they will stop for the night so do
anticipate that when you're gathering resources so let's keep gathering so
yeah if it's announced that a 8 p.m. workday ends now you'll get these
occasional pop-ups so click on it and it will give you certain warnings things to
worry about so it says here the heating is off generators off people are afraid
they'll freeze to death now if you don't provide them heating they will literally
freeze to death on the first night so the weighted check really is click this
button here this for monitor and you can see the temperature so you can see
because it's so close to the generator it's a livable work condition and this
symbol here tells you the fact that 60 people currently are homeless which
means we have to just wait for all the tents to be built and other ones been
built so now it says 50 and so on so we have anticipated that ahead of time
because you're watching a movie guide and you love it
ok so now in order to hear the this first target we're going to activate the
generators so let's do that now so activate it but so that goal is now done
now there is ok so now it's given us warning the generator hums with
reassuring warmth but we shouldn't take it for granted if the generator goes
down the city dies be mindful of coal reserves so we have to keep an eye on
the coal and now we need food so we need a way to get raw food and build a cook
house so we can cook meals and if I just pause one thing you can do again you can
look at all these different tutorials by clicking that button on the top left so
you see down here now it says secure food supply build a hunter's hot or a
hot house and build a cook house to prepare the meals ok so if we go to
construction we go to food we want one hunt as huh so and the good thing is you
can build them as far away as you'd like but buildings don't work unless
they have an adjacent road so do be wary of that before you build anything so and
also as well if you put a building over potential resources like wood or so on
it will destroy them and it'll give you a warning so it says here building here
will destroy resources so it does warn you if that will actually happen so
beware of that make sure you build somewhere where initially won't destroy
resources so we're gonna build it like I said we want as many of these we want
the inner ring to be houses only and essentially because it the closer to the
middle the better ok so let's build it let's build it out
here so we have our zone here now like I said we need to connect it to a road
otherwise this building won't work so what you do click on here and then click
on build Street what you can then do you can connect a street to the building now
beware that this does use wood so make sure you keep an eye on your wood supply
so let me just keep building keep building ok
so that is done now as I said resources are scarce especially at the beginning
of the game so don't go crazy and build roads everywhere then you'll run out of
wood and then you can't build anything else so beware of that now the next
thing we want to do we want to build a cook house so that we can prepare food
that is gathered for us so let's build a cook house right next door we don't it
doesn't have to be next door it's just we're trying to get it out of the way of
the houses at the middle and again this won't work unless it has a road so build
another road there ok now the next step after this is to start researching other
facilities without researching will have very limited options you see we can only
build two for food and two for resources and so on so what you need to do to get
research is to build these they're called workshops so let's put the
workshops let's put it way of here and we're only gonna build one of
them for now later on I'll see if I could if I can build more we still have
plenty of wood so let's assign wood to them again you need to like I said if
you don't assign a road then it won't work you don't have to do all the way to
the center I just do because OCD or whatever
now one thing you need to keep in mind is also the health of your citizens so
one thing you can do open up here you can see health tab now we don't have
enough wood we need 25 wood percent we only have 19 at the moment so for now
given we've already said build eight houses and build the hunter ha and the
cook house and a workshop we're basically done for the day until more
can be done so let's fast forward time until the next morning and it is really
important to build the roads without the roads if these buildings won't function
okay so people for our convoy the basic resources are now secured we can try and
rescue people we left behind bill the beacon Scout the frost land and save as
many survivors when the expedition as possible you'll need a workshop to
design plans for more advanced buildings okay now so we built the hunter Hut and
we've also built the cook house now we do need to assign people to them so we
need to work out which one of these facilities we can take people off
usually what I do is I take people off the because we don't really need steel
at the moment we need some later but not right now we already have 115 so I take
them off there and I assign them to the cook house because children are good for
that they can cook soup or whatever now for the hunter shop you can only put
workers so take a look at all the places you might have put people to work and
unassign a few so that you can put them to work in the hunt workshop so
let's get rid of these 15 workers here and assign them to their the more the
better so now we have food coming in because if we have no food then people
will starve to death so for now until we get a more permanent route for these
resources will keep people gathering coal so let's get the workers off here
and let's get five engineers off here and let's assign the ten kids so we
still have 15 people working so we have ten kids and five engineers but we have
a bunch of workers available for other things so what you want to do for the
research facility or the work house you want to assign the engineers you can
only assign engineers to workshops now what you can do you can click here add
new research and then this is a technology tree this is what allows us
to gather more beep like recent research new facilities basically now we want a
permanent income of wood so good idea is to research the sawmill first
so let's research that ok and one thing we do need as well we can see here
people are sign to get sick so go to health we need wood which is why we're
building of researching the sawmill once we get the sawmill we gather some more
wood then we will okay let's see let's assign the people the wood crates for
now no one's available ok so what make sure we cover more with the book then
we'll build a medical center ASAP so because when people start getting sick
they don't ever get cured unless they get treated so let's keep going now it's
not my intention to finish the entire level during this video because that'll
take hours like they are billions like one level might take five or six hours
but I wanted to just show you the basics so create a call shortage the number of
sick is rising we don't have enough materials to build a medical post
perhaps a short burst of effort could help us with the necessary resources
okay so emergency shift let's sign that into law
so the work shift can be extended to 24 hours so for now what that means is so
we have five people I set assigned here we can say here mergency shift so people
will work through the night on these places and I would say only do this at
the beginning it's not that important later on but is definitely important at
the beginning and also keep in mind what they are actually gathering so we have
15 people yet so this they're gathering two woods and one steel which is good
because we need lots and lots of words at the beginning of the game now when we
get to 25 wood will build a medical center now things you have to manage in
this game are the discontent level you need to make sure it doesn't reach the
maximum and hope level you need to make sure that reaches a maximum if your
discontent reaches a hundred percent and you hope reaches zero then you lose the
level you as a leader get banished from the city and it's game over so yep so we
have to what I'm gonna do now I'm going to pause the recording I'm gonna build a
little bit more I'll show you what I've done and then we will come back once
I've built a beacon and I'm ready to send people off on the next expedition
so I'll see you in a moment
okay so we have now built our first beacon so what I did is I still have the
food going we can see we've cleared up a few of these places we're still
gathering some coal we're still doing research every time research is finished
we then just research something else so I'm not currently researching hunters
gear I got a sawmill I've got a beacon you need to research with the beacon
before you can do it and I finally we highly recommend you research the
heaters quite quickly as well because you're gonna need it for the first
temperature drop now you can see our food is more than enough coal is going
well and everything else is fine now the way it works you need to make a party
before you can send them out on research so to do that you need to make sure you
have at least five workers available then you click on the beacon click on
this plus sign okay and then we want to send people for the expedition so you
see here we've now got a scout team one eventually get more Scout teams but we
have to research that for later on now now that we've left the now we've got
the beacon we can go between seas so what you can then do you want to explore
the different areas that become available the more you further you
explore the more becomes available so click here Locke's expedition and we
want to then click on we then click on the party wherever it is then we click
on this symbol here which will send the party to the new place and we want to do
it quickly so you see here Scouts one are now sent to the Lost expedition
there's an observatory and there's other places nearby like I said we will do
them one at time now then just click back on the city to get back into the
city scroll mouse up and so on so generally everything seems to be fine at
the moment but we'll keep an eye on it so there's one at the moment there's one
person sick hope is okay discontent is it's better than it could be people are
not happy because of the emergency shifts
but I thought it was necessary now we're now ready to search and so on so sending
people out in the first expedition actually generates quite a lot of hope
so let's see that let's fast forward
okay so now you can see on this timer that the seven hours remaining until
they get back or until they reach their destination sorry so okay we saw people
researching now I am researching 100 gear right now because it will make us
gather even more food but right now we saw we could take food for granted
because it's kind of full but later on when we get more citizens and we're
gonna miss it so yeah so there we go so let's pause time so now this is finished
it says waiting so click on it and it says here we've now arrived at the locks
of expedition and we want to explore it they're survivors we found here so let's
click explore so we found some survivors sites discovered a crash site and a
sturdy shelter so let's escort them back to the sea now
we do have a choice what we're going to do nice when they get back to the city
then we'll do the next area we'll go to this sturdy shelter ok
so generally people are happy so now generally you can see here people are
living comfortably the temperatures are good so it's very comfortable as long as
they're in a comfortable environment it prevents them getting ill but you see
this resource depot it's not the best because people have a risk of getting
ill so if they work in a cold environment there are risk of getting it
it's a very simple concept so we want it to be as warm as possible but don't go
overboard if it's gonna make you run out of resources so let's continue so you
can see here we have five hours remaining until the people escorted back
so let's fast-forward okay we have to get ready for the temperature
drop you'll see what the temperature drop is like okay there we go
so the hunter gear is now researched which means that the hunting will be
even more effective so we have the beacon we have the sawmill let's
actually now research to the steelworks so let's research that and let's keep
going there we go Scout number one have
returned safely to the city you can disband the scouts have the beacon I'll
send them back into the frost lap so let's do this so we get a little
cutscene now of course these new citizens need to be housed they brought
some you can see some reserves with them as well but cool so I don't want me to
see families reunited and so on now like I said they all have to be housed so be
aware of that we now have 115 citizens and we know that quite a lot of them are
unemployed now so what we're going to do first we'll pause time we want to make
sure that the beacon team is always busy the last thing we want to do is let them
have a break let's say because they have to explore as quickly as possible we're
gonna go this way towards the southwest we're going to ignore these two places
for now and let's go this way okay so the scout team is off and then
let's go back to the sea now we have to worry about the new citizens so again
what I'm going to do I'm going to pause the recording what I'm going to do I'm
going to build more houses and we're going to make sure that we satisfy the
needs of the new citizens and so on and once we made a little bit more progress
then we will continue
okay so I've now been going at this for a couple of hours I've built a big city
and I've also been doing some exploring now not to spoil much you'll discover
this on your own but certain buildings can be upgraded so we have here the
steel version of the coal thumper and in go further and further but what happens
is is that towards the end of the game at the end of each level you get a
massive ice storm that covers up you can't even explore the outside world
anymore when you get to this point so this is like the they are billions
ending so it's a case of can we survive this ice storm which comes just over a
day from now so let's see if we can I don't think I can but let's see now one
thing I've been able to do is I've been able to put total devotion which is part
of the purpose laws it's not really what I wanted to do but I just didn't want to
keep worrying about hope and you can build a temple and you can do these
occasional things which lower discontent it's essentially like do what I say or
die sort of a situation and what I've been doing as well to get ready for this
is I switch my generator off for now and I'm gonna wait for that to come on then
I'm gonna put the generator on full blast and then see if I can survive this
storm I probably won't but less less simply see so I'm trying to gather as
much coal as possible and so on so we have one more day
so the storm hits the city howling bursts the cold will be blue all hunting
is impossible the soil in the house boxes will freeze you'll have to make to
the food what we've stockpiled survived the storm we don't even understand what
the storm will bring we are completely unprepared
regardless be wary of falling temperature and try to survive the storm
so what I'm gonna do I'm gonna literally switch off everything that is not urgent
so let me go through what one thing that's good idea zoom out a little bit
and you can see what all the problem areas are so as they say we don't need
care houses are whatever we can leave those alone the temple is whatever we
can leave that alone the sawmill I guess will switch that off
beacon will switch that off because we can't explore anything the factory will
switch that off the factory is allows us to get automations and so on coal humper
maybe we'll leave that on then the medical outpost I don't know if that
will help and then medical pose cook cows cook us
okay so these places are hunt hunt our heart because they can't go out hunting
so let's just switch them all off one at a time so off off off so we'll see if I
survive the storm I highly doubt it given as my first
attempt but we'll see do I have got rare food but I don't have
any food rations saved up so I'm probably gonna die okay anyway let's
just let's just try this up there we go 90 degrees hopefuls wood supplies aloe
okay so let's put the steam on full pelt
so what it is simply I don't mind putting on steam level free because it
takes time for things to for it to fall down and it's a case of can I survive
this I probably will die I'm sure all of my residents are about to die the way
that you know you've died is simply what your discontent gets to 100 and you're
then screwed okay so let's put this on again
sorry it's fear freezes because the more you build the more is gonna be a problem
when you computer so you see every time it's going down I am the coal goes up
really quickly so I want to make sure that it doesn't ever get reached at zero
I want to make sure it doesn't shut down Wow
it's now even colder eek
okay so coal is going up let's keep with literally doing everything we can to
keep the heating on I'll shut down coal this up again let's put it up I don't
know maybe this is like a cheap method to do this but I'm doing whatever I can
to survive because once it reaches zero then just god help us sort of thing
so let's either on I'm sure it's about to get even colder
as fast forward
people are furious hold on for a couple more days so simply
if we don't if it reaches a hundred percent discontent then you will be
banished from the sea so my discontent is like 90 percent let's do this at
least a little bit okay you can understand why the people are furious
off because it's flippant look it's minus 110 degrees C can we increase it
this far
so we're doing what we anything we can to survive this storm we can see there's
like what two days left on the storm can we survive two more days that is a
question without it reaching discontent 100 is there any more things I can do no
come on our food rations okay so what I'm gonna try and do possibly let me
switch off some of these steam hubs if they're not actually helping me because
they're just using resources otherwise I've got a lot of them because it
extends the heating range so I switch all these off in fact not a good way to
do it is go in there go to the consumption tab and then switch off
anything that you don't need you can see how much coal it's using per hour so
let's see we want to switch will keep on okay keep on the care homes call fum per
keep those on medical post I guess we can keep that on we'll keep on anything
which is an a something that won't work so the hot house won't work medical post
possibly works the care house works cook house they work it looks like I know it
looks like I'm switching a lot on at the moment but I'm sure there'll be a lot
I'll switch off especially when I switch off the steam hubs so the medical post
also feeling from medical bills medical post factory we'll leave that off
medical posts keep those on thank god there's a pause time button workshop
we'll keep that off medical steel works with youth off faith keepers put that on
coal mine on sawmill we'll keep that off hot house off coal funders anything with
coal because we need as much coal as possible obviously in this situation
it's a care house coal mine cookhouse medical posts okay
now you can see that they don't use any : our because I've increased my
efficiency so you can increase the efficiency which reduces the amount of
coal that these buildings use by one I don't need sawmills right now coal fun /
steam hub okay let's switch those off
okay let's switch that off off off as long as we can try and increase it so
let's switch off all the steam hubs so as long as by I say so that the coal can
go up a lot lot higher okay so we're making a lot more than we're
spending right now in theory so let's try let's try guys wish me luck is there
anything I can do here nope okay
it's just a case can I survive two more days so you see actually my discontent
is actually now going down so right now I'm surviving the 200 degrees so let's
keep fast-forwarding now remember guys I am doing this on the easy mode oh wow
it's even colder now geez so I really had to do the last second just switch
everything off darkness before dawn one of engineers has come crashing through
the face demanding to see you run calculation with with this new date of
the storm will be passed in a couple of days but the temperature before the end
will drop drastically nothing had protect us from such cold panic is
starting to spread and people are losing all hope okay I mean there's literally
nothing I can do about it like I can try and do research I can't cuz I've got
enough materials so you can see as well this is what I've done with the
technology tree I'm sure I could have done a lot better but at least we're
having fun with this I am this is really really fun for me okay a tip from a
believer okay cool can we do anything to lower this content
nope let them stay home okay the people refusing to work 11 stay home because if
in that situation I would stay home as well to be perfectly honest ah two more
days so let's see if we can survive two more
days let's go override mode
can we do it can we survive
okay let's pause and let's see if we could turn on any heaters there he is
all along we've already gone through this so if I let me switch on these
because at least they're around the houses so we'll switch on the steam hubs
around the houses just to try and help out just to try all the other steam hubs
will keep them off
my food reserves are running out so it's like I said it's like the ending of
their billion so you have to really be ready for this so let's fast-forward
we've almost made it almost made it so this content is still still there okay
can we do anything at all now we nearly can but not quite a frozen family is
okay let's fast forward please one more day we just need one more day to get
through two people have died I mean we've got 98 citizens to go I think it's
one of those things as long as you survive with one citizen you win okay so
obviously switching on those theme hubs was a mistake
because we're now out of coal completely so let's switch them off again because
they use a lot of coal each okay so that switch does off switch does off off off
okay let's fast forward we want that number to always be going up I switched
it back on now it's almost a critical level with the overdrive so it's
switching that off as well we have to keep an eye on that it would have given
me a warning anyway okay one more day until the light can we survive do we
have enough citizens we have my three citizens left alive I'm sure people are
starving to death can we do anything let's try and reduce our discontent so
doesn't go over 100 let's fast forward
150 is
please
well almost
the storm ends the wind dies down and the temperature finally starts to rise
an eerie silence descends on the sea wow look at the temperature drop that's it
so we got a bunch of achievements on Steam we survived level one it's over I
can't believe it we survived we made it nice so yeah that is how you do a level
in frost Punk so I hoped you liked this video we started as a balance of Jeavons
oh wow is it gonna literally fast-forward you through the entire
building process that's really epic so this is how I built my city Oh
you can see every time I am went around in circles and just built things up
slowly one thing I didn't do this time I didn't really take advantage you're
building outposts which would provide the town with coals I was struggling for
cold nearly the whole time every day was a struggle it really was so we adapted
this game is awesome guys is really really awesome I had so much fun making
this video but I can't explain it was so so fun and this is just the first
scenario we'll see what the other scenarios are like I just want to finish
this cutscene and sorry if this video is quite long I just wanted to make sure
that you understand the full scope of this game
and by the way guys I've got a GTX 970 at the city survived but was it worth it
had the blessed city of New London 88 Souls - what degree see I like how the
story is London has frozen so we decided to go north like why would you go north
why not south to the equator but that's it so yay done so if you like this video
I hope you leave some nice comments down below anyway let's roll the on screen so
anyway guys thank you for watching if you want to watch around the video click
over there if you want to see the latest upload click down there or click down
here to subscribe great game add a lot of fun so I'll see
you next time guys bye bye

Kai'Sa Ultimate Guide : League of Legends - Duration: 2:57.
so before we start I wanted to point out that Kai'Sa is basically a combination
between Ahri and Kha'Zix I think Riot missed a big opportunity by not combining her
with Vel'Koz even though our family-friendly community has already
found a way to sneak tentacles into her design, people on the Internet are really
messed up also because my Zoe video had a lot of bad jokes I felt really bad so
I decided that for every bad joke in this video I'm going to compensate by
opening a hextech chest since people seem to enjoy it so much and now getting
into today's topic Kai'Sa. First of all a lot of people seem to enjoy her design
and there are actually very few people complaining about her release and I think I
know why after playing her for a while I realized
she's a very balanced not new champion I mean she is new but recently Riot has
been trying to innovate designed a bit too much they started creating champions with
unique mechanics and never-before-seen abilities and that meant players had to
adapt to new strategies this resulted in a lot of people not knowing how to play
against new champions and blaming it on balance or most players might be
Yasuo Mains too dumb to understand new things
But with Kai'Sa Riot came back to the basics and it worked out great she
doesn't bring new mechanics into the game but she's unique enough to make her
fun to play
talking about mechanics I wanted to tell you that her evolving passive is
actually way better than it looks like her transformations are meaningful
enough to be worth creating your build around getting them but they are not so
mandatory that you feel forced to do so also her W is a very fun ability to use
it not only makes her AP build viable but it does enough damage to make you
feel good when you land it Lastly her ultimate is a real
gamechanger and after learning how to properly use
it I started to understand its long cooldown not only does it teleport you
across the entire map to an enemy champion but the shield scales so well
that it can turn entire fights around. No seriously imagine if it was global it
would have been almost as broken as Vayne's W
in conclusion Kai'Sa might not be the champion you want but she's the champion
this game needs

Budapest City Video Guide | Expedia - Duration: 9:47.
The Hungarian capital, Budapest,
is situated on the banks of the Danube in Central Europe.
It's the political, economic and cultural heart of the nation,
and one of the most beautiful and livable cities on the continent.
For centuries this has been a tale of two cities,
the city of Buda rising from the steep western hills,
and Pest, stretching away into the flat plains of the East.
The Danube kept these two cities apart until 1873,
when the first of Budapest's seven bridges began stitching the two halves into one.
This tale of two cities has been one of destruction and renewal too.
Just as the Danube's waters have coursed through Budapest,
so too have the great tides of European history, often gracefully,
but sometimes with ferocious force.
Budapest is a big city, and navigating its
patchwork of districts can be as challenging
as understanding its complex history.
For a sweeping overview, head to the Citadella on the Buda side of the Danube,
and take in the views from the 19th century ramparts on Gellért Hill.
Just upriver from the Citadella is Budapest's oldest area,
The Castle District, which is filled with medieval,
baroque and 19th century buildings.
Ride the 150 year-old funicular up Castle Hill to Buda Castle.
First built in the 13th century the castle has been home to Hungarian kings,
a stronghold for Ottoman armies, and headquarters for an elite German Commando Unit.
Over the last seven hundred years,
the castle complex has been reduced to rubble by wars and rebuilt in peacetime many times over.
At the northern end of castle hill rises the
defiant spire of Matthias Church,
which served as a mosque during the 150 years of Ottoman rule.
Step from the church and onto the terraces of Fisherman's Bastion,
whose seven towers represent the seven Magyar Tribes
who founded the Hungarian nation in the ninth century.
In medieval times, fishwives peddled their wares here;
today the fanciful terraces are yet another great place to catch views across the city.
Once you've explored the heights of Castle Hill,
stroll across another of Budapest's iconic landmarks to the Pest side of the city.
Crossing the Danube wasn't always this easy,
for centuries travellers were at the mercy of the waters' moods.
In 1820 a young count vowed to create a bridge after winter ice flows prevented him
from attending the funeral of his beloved father.
Thirty years on, The Szechenyi Chain Bridge was completed.
Hailed at the time as one of the world's engineering wonders,
the bridge was just one of many achievements which earned István Széchenyi the title of
The Greatest Hungarian.
Once you've crossed the river,
follow the riverbank upstream to Hungary's Parliament Building.
Lovingly constructed from 40 million bricks,
half a million precious stones and 88 pounds of gold,
this architectural masterpiece holds the hopes and dreams of the nation.
It's also the home of The Hungarian Crown Jewels, which have been hidden,
lost, stolen and returned many times over.
Join a tour to see the crown of Hungary's first king, St Stephen,
which after being kept in America's Fort Knox for safekeeping
throughout much of the Cold War,
now takes pride of place beneath the Parliament's central dome.
The Parliament Building is home to around 100 statues,
but none is more cherished than that of former Prime Minister, Imre Nagy.
In 1956 Nagy enraged the Soviets by announcing his country's withdrawal
from the Warsaw Pact,
sparking a gallant but doomed uprising
which cost him and thousands of Hungarians their lives.
Just a short walk downriver from the Parliament Building
is a sobering memorial to another of the city's darkest chapters.
In 1944, thousands of Budapest's citizens, many of them Jews,
were executed here by the ruling fascist party.
60 pairs of iron shoes, lined up along the riverbank,
pay tribute to those who were shot and swept into the night by the Danube's currents.
Despite the horrors of World War Two,
today's Budapest has one of the largest Jewish populations in Europe.
Lose yourself in the Jewish quarter,
an area undergoing renewal thanks to its colorful cafe and bar scene.
Then pay your respects at The Dohany Street Synagogue,
the largest Jewish house of worship in Europe.
Budapest is home to over 200 museums.
The nation's most important, The Hungarian National Museum,
lies just to the south of the Jewish Quarter.
Here you can explore over 1000 years of Hungarian history,
from the days of the Magyars, to the Stalinist era and beyond.
But this is more than just a building dedicated to the past,
this is a place where history was made.
In 1848 the first calls for revolution rang out from these very steps,
inspiring Hungarians to rise and throw off the shackles of their Austrian overlords.
Like so many of this city's historic buildings,
the story of St Stephen's is filled with drama.
The basilica took 54 years to complete.
It would have been finished years earlier had a storm not caused the dome to collapse,
forcing the builders to demolish the entire basilica and start from scratch.
Thankfully the new dome has held firm now for over a century,
a reassuring thought as you take in the views from its top.
From St Stephen's, allow yourself to be swept up Andrassy Avenue,
a world heritage listed boulevard
lined with exquisite neo-renaissance architecture and grand cafes.
Not far from St Stephen's is another temple,
this one celebrating the European gods of music.
Even though the curtains first opened at The Hungarian State Opera House over 130 years ago,
the acoustics here are still considered among the world's finest.
Andrassy Avenue continues to flow to the north-east,
through Franz Liszt Square,
dedicated to the city's most revered musical son,
before finally opening out onto Heroes Square.
Gaze up at Hungary's seven founding Magyar chieftains,
and pause for a few moments at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Heroes Square is the gateway to City Park,
which in 1896 was the centerpiece of Hungary's millennium celebrations.
As part of festivities, Vajdahunyad Castle was created,
a temporary attraction made from cardboard and wood
showcasing the evolution of Hungarian architecture.
The castle proved so popular that it was later rebuilt in stone,
and today houses an agriculture museum,
a fascinating tribute to the Hungarian peoples' close connection with the land.
City Park is also the home of The Széchenyi Thermal Baths,
a vast water palace of pools, saunas, steam cabins and massage rooms.
Budapest lies across a network of over 125 thermal springs.
The Romans took advantage of these warm medicinal waters over two thousand years ago,
as did the Turks who later built lavish bathhouses on the Buda side of the city at Gellért.
By the 1930s, Budapest was known throughout the world as the city of Spas.
For many in Budapest, "taking the waters" is a weekly ritual.
These are the places locals go to rejuvenate their bodies, spirits,
and connections with loved ones and friends.
Whether it's the sparkling Danube or the thermal springs,
there's something truly special in the water here that's helped Budapest absorb some
of history's most turbulent passages,
and re-emerge renewed.
So when you're ready to experience moments of reflection,
inspiration, and sublime beauty, come to Budapest,
one of the world's great cities.
You're sure to come away rejuvenated too.

Sydney Travel Guide // Must-see places Sydney Australia - Duration: 5:53.
Hello.. How are you?
We are in Australia here.
Hi and great to have you back. This time we're going 'Downunder'. Welcome to Australia.
Welcome to Australia.This is Sydney.
With 4.6 million citizens Sydney is the countries biggest city.
They refer to themselves as Sydneysiders.
Should you ever be popped the question…. What's Australia's capital ?
Don't fall into the trap of saying Sydney. It's Canberra...
...a city located south of Sydney.
As far as weather goes people here are in good shape. 300 sunny days every year.
Today is another good with 25 degrees. I love it.
Especially since it's only October.
Given the climate it's not weird to find there are over a 100 beaches.
Most famous ones are Bondi and Manly.
Today, I'm on the boat to Manly.
The boat ride offers a great view over the city and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The New Years eve hotspot for the firework show.
It's both the widest and longest bridge in the world, and dark grey.
This was the only color available at the time in such large quantities.
It's sort of amazing this beach has only opened since 1903 for swimming.
It was off limits until then as it was considered indecent.
Check out for yourself…
Today Manly is a posh area in Sydney, lots of tourists.
Of course when you see this building you immediately know where we are...
...the Sydney tram central tram stop.
Let me tell you, that may be how they originally had planned that out.
Until someone, at the very last moment though, let's pick something else.
Fortunately as this is now the center of gravity in Sydney..
...the Opera House.
You don't need me to say it as you can see straight away...
...this is Sydney's gay area, Darlinghurst.
This area has been lifted up since the 80s...
..and as a result this is now the place to be if you want to hang out.
Oxford Street is known for the clubs and bars.
Always nice to look for your own kind.
Striking similarities :-) This is fun.
Sydney;s zoo does more than just offer a nice view…
...you can see Kangaroo's.
Right here in the airports beautiful surroundings is where this trip ends on this occasion.
An amazing city with odd little rules.
Like the lockdown, you can't go into a club past 01.30 am.
You can go out but you won't get back in again.
Don't forget to bring some ID, else you won't get in anywhere.
And the bar close up early. Don't forget as it may be the last order without you knowing.
Thumbs up if you liked this trip. Thank you so much!

Dunedin City Video Guide | Expedia - Duration: 10:21.
It's 5000 miles from Singapore,
and over 9000 from New York.
Yes, New Zealand's South Island is a long way away from the rest of the world,
but it's distance that helps make the city of Dunedin so special.
Distance, and the promise of new beginnings
is what drew two shiploads of Scottish settlers
to the South Island's Otago region in 1848.
These wild shores, fern-filled valleys,
and ever-changing skies spoke to the hardy Scots,
just as they had to the Maori who settled
the Otago Peninsula centuries before.
The industrious Scots made their mark all over New Zealand,
but nowhere is the Caledonian spirit more alive than in Dunedin.
Set at the head of Otago Harbour,
the city centre is shaped by The Octagon,
an eight-sided plaza that's a tribute
to the Scottish sense of order.
Right at the Octagon's heart
sits a contemplative statue of Robert Burns,
the acclaimed Scottish poet whose nephew
was one of the city's founding fathers.
While all around rise some of the city's most important buildings,
such as Town Hall,
St Paul's Cathedral,
and The Dunedin Public Art Gallery.
From here, Dunedin spills out in all its bluestone beauty.
Wander down Stuart Street to New Zealand's most photographed building,
Dunedin Railway Station.
In the early 1900s, when Dunedin was the nation's commercial capital,
the station serviced over 100 trains a day.
Today it serves as the departure point
for scenic adventures along the Otago coast and into the rugged interior,
yet its grand interiors and mosaics still sweep visitors
back to the great age of rail.
Just up the tracks, venture back even further,
at the Toitū Otago Settlers Museum.
Gaze up into the faces of Otago's stoic pioneers in the portrait room,
where dreams, hopes and trials drift back electronically
across the mists of time.
Just behind the museum,
The Dunedin Chinese Garden quietly celebrates
the contribution Chinese settlers have made to the region,
particularly during the 1860s gold rush.
Across town, at the Otago Museum,
discover the complete history of this Southern Land,
from the present day, back to the legendary Moa, and beyond.
Just a short walk from the museum,
step into Olveston House,
once the family home of a prosperous merchant and arts patron.
Filled with exotic arts and antiques,
as well as everyday objects,
this 35-room Edwardian time-capsule is a fascinating window into Dunedin's glory days.
Retracing centuries of history can be thirsty work,
so why not combine a little learning with leisure,
at Speight's Brewery,
which has been serving up the Pride of the South since 1876.
The brewery sits on top of a deep underground spring,
so even if you don't fancy a cold one,
you can still fill up on pure spring water for free.
If it's too early for beer,
just follow the scent of roasting coffee beans to Dunedin's many cafes.
Dunedin is the home of New Zealand's first university,
whose students keep the city's creative juices bubbling,
from its innovative dining,
live music scene,
to its fabulous street art.
When it's time to walk off lunch,
stretch your legs on Baldwin Street,
which according to the Guinness Book of Records,
is the steepest in the world.
Or explore the woodland paths and floral displays at the Dunedin Botanic Garden,
and enjoy the fine views across the northern suburbs.
Just a ten-minute drive south from the city centre is St Clair Beach,
a popular summertime hangout for generations of Dunedinites,
and for those crazy enough,
the site of the annual mid-winter plunge!
Dunedin offers no shortage of natural escapes.
The wildest jewel in Dunedin's crown is The Otago Peninsula,
which remarkably, sits within the city limits.
Rent a car or a push bike
and follow the peninsula's coast road past the boat sheds and shacks of fishermen,
charter boat operators, and rat-race escapees.
Head into the hills through forests and farms,
to New Zealand's only castle.
Referred to by its creator simply as,
"The Camp",
Larnach Castle, is anything but.
Step inside these thick stone walls and explore lavish living rooms,
cosy bedrooms and a tower with views across the harbour to Port Chalmers.
Further up the peninsula is another of Otago's most important buildings,
the Ōtākou Marae.
Built on the site of an important Maori settlement,
this meetinghouse is the hub of Ngāi Tahu cultural life.
A little further up the road the peninsula comes to an end,
where Taiaroa Head and the vast Pacific's many moods meet.
A century ago, lookouts at Fort Taiaroa scanned the horizon for hostile raiders.
Today, visitors are on the lookout for something far more delightful,
the Otago sea life.
Taiaroa Head is home to the world's only mainland albatross breeding colony.
Pay a visit to the Royal Albatross Centre,
a safe haven where these seabirds who travel an astonishing
120,000 miles each year, come to rest, breed, and raise their chicks.
While you're here, sit back and watch the resident Southern Fur Seals
glide by between their long snoozes in the sunshine.
And if you hang around til dusk,
you'll catch Little Blue Penguins, the world's smallest,
return from a big day at sea to the warmth and safety of their burrows.
Once the sea spray and mists of the Otago Peninsula
have whet your appetite for adventure,
it's time to hit the road again.
Just to Dunedin's North,
stop in and say hello to rare Yellow Eyed Penguins at Shag Point.
Then just up the road at Hampden,
reconnect with your sense of childhood wonder
at the mysterious Moeraki Boulders.
At the historic farming and port town of Omaru,
Victorian warehouses and stores have become places where imaginations run free,
earning the town the title of,
The Steampunk Capital of the World.
If it's total isolation you're yearning for,
turn southward to a corner of New Zealand bypassed by time,
the sparsely-populated Caitlins Coast.
Explore Mother Nature's ancient forests,
let her watery veils enchant you at Purakaunui Falls.
Then feel the full force of grandeur at Nugget Point.
To the west, Central Otago beckons,
from its historic gold towns,
all the way to Queenstown's lakes and The Remarkables.
For centuries this region has been a place of new beginnings,
a place to escape from the constraints of the past.
Today more than ever, we need places that allow us to catch our breath,
experience a little magic,
and continue our journeys renewed.
Dunedin always has been,
and always will be,
one of those places.

Seoul City Video Guide | Expedia - Duration: 13:29.
Welcome to Seoul,
the capital of the Republic of South Korea.
For decades the city known as The Miracle of The Han, kept its head down,
barely raising a ripple as the country rebuilt in the decades
following the Korean War.
Today, Seoul has re-emerged as an economic powerhouse and the epicentre of Hallyu,
a Korean wave of culture that is sweeping the world's smartphones,
food halls and dance floors.
But Seoul wasn't always so outgoing.
In the 14th century,
a 12-mile fortress wall encircled Korea's ancient capital;
its gates closed each night to keep marauding Siberian tigers and invaders at bay.
Since then the city has spilled out far beyond and above
its great city gates and Guardian Mountains.
21st century Seoul is a city where glass and steel towers
and the ancient curves of palace roofs coexist.
It's a city where the brushstrokes of the past
and contemporary public art tell stories of tradition and inspiration.
Coming to grips with Seoul's incredible size and sweeping narrative can be a little daunting,
so start your adventure at the K-Style Hub,
a state-of-the-art visitor centre.
Where South Korea's past, present and future converge,
from the latest in K-Pop to its timeless national parks,
from the cutting edge of K Design to culinary traditions which have taken centuries to perfect.
And while you're here, why not slip into the traditional dress.
Dressing up Hanbok-style doesn't just put you in touch with Koreas proud past,
it also gives you free admission into many of Seoul's most revered historic places.
At the head of Gwanghwamun Square sits the gleaming statue of Sejong the Great,
the 15th century Joseon-dynasty king whose reign oversaw a golden age of literature,
science and technology.
The great leader sits before the grandest of Seoul's five royal palaces,
Gyeongbokgung, the Palace of Shining Happiness.
A residence of Joseon Dynasty rulers from the late 1300s until 1910,
the palace has endured fires, invasion, and wars.
Wander through the palace's ornate gates, pavilions, halls and throne room,
which in accordance with Confucian principles,
are perfectly balanced by the simplicity of the pine-covered mountain backdrop.
Take a short bus or subway ride to the east,
to explore the adjoining palaces of Changdeokgung and Changgyeongung,
which are separated by a simple stone wall.
In the tranquil confines of Changdeokgung's secret garden,
sit for a while by the pond where kings once paused from royal duties and dramas
to write poetry beneath the ginko, walnut and plum trees.
To the south at Deoksugung Palace,
see the changing of the guard which takes place three times each day.
Then explore the eclectic mix of palace buildings,
such as the pavilion where coffee-loving King Gojong enjoyed his daily cup,
paving the way for his country's future caffeine obsession.
Just to the west, is the last of Seoul's great palaces,
Gyeonghuigung, a royal refuge in times of unrest.
After exploring Seoul's vast temple complexes,
see how government officials and ordinary Koreans once lived.
At the Namsangol Hanok Village,
ancient buildings and traditions have been preserved
in one of the most scenic and tranquil areas of Seoul.
To see how Seoul's citizens furnished their homes,
visit the Korea Furniture Museum in Seongbuk-gu.
Here, over 2000 exquisite pieces of practical craftsmanship
are displayed within ten traditional houses.
The story of Korean craftsmanship continues at the National Museum of Korea,
which houses national treasures
such as the Ten Story Pagoda and priceless white porcelain from the Joseon era.
But it's in Seoul's busy streets where the past and present really rub shoulders,
and where the two Korean loves of shopping and food go hand in hand.
Close to Seoul's Great South Gate, step into Koreas largest marketplace,
Namdaemun Market, where locals have been bargaining hard for over 600 years.
If you're looking for beauty products,
join the one million shoppers who stream into neighboring Myeong-dong
each day to hit the 1000 cosmetic stores.
And when your head starts to spin, take a snack break.
From lobster tails to foot long ice creams, the options here are almost limitless!
A few blocks north is Insadong,
where you can disappear for days amid the labyrinth of antique, curio and craft stalls.
While just a short bus ride away at the Dongdaemun Market,
you could spend months browsing the fashions on offer
in the area's 26 malls and 30,000 specialty shops.
Blow the dust off the old wares and vintage bargains
at the Gwangjang Traditional Market,
then treat yourself to some of the best Korean pancakes in the city.
If you're a seafood lover,
cross the river to the futuristic Noryangjin Fish Market,
where the skilful vendors at 700 stalls
sell, slice and cook every kind of seafood imaginable!
Looking for some Gangnam style?
Head just upriver to the Samseong-dong,
whose exclusive boutiques and wide boulevards have made it
the Beverly Hills of Seoul.
But it's not all bling in Gangnam,
you'll find plenty of bliss here too.
Pass through the Gate of Truth and spend a few hours in the wooded surrounds
of the Bongeunsa Buddhist Temple,
a peaceful antidote to the fierce pace of Seoul's shopping.
Seoul is filled with quiet spaces.
Also in Gangnam, stroll past the stadiums and museums of the 24th Summer Olympics,
at Olympic Park.
Across the river,
relax with locals amid the leafy glades of Seoul Forest.
While just downriver, enjoy the ponds and playful sculptures at Yongsan Park.
Namsan is one of Seoul's Guardian Mountains,
marking the southern limit of the ancient capital.
The city has long since grown around it
and today the mountain has become one of the city's favourite green getaways.
At Namsan Botanical Garden,
follow the winding paths through fields of wildflowers and pine forests.
Then hike, or take the cable car to the peak,
and take in the sweeping views from the old city walls or from Seoul's iconic tower.
Running right through the busy heart of downtown Seoul,
another landmark has also been given a new lease on life.
After centuries of neglect,
Cheonggyecheon Stream has been transformed into a 7-mile corridor of serenity and creativity.
Take time out just a few feet from some of the city's busiest streets,
in a space so quiet you can sometimes hear the sweet sounds of bird song and whispering lovers.
Leave the bright lights and noise of the city even further behind,
amid granite-studded peaks of Bukhansan National Park.
Take the 45-minute subway ride from central Seoul
and spend the day hiking through the crisp mountain air,
past ancient temples and rushing streams.
Just 55 miles from Seoul is another daytrip which will give you pause for deep reflection,
the truce village of Panmunjom.
After three years of brutal warfare, it was here in 1953,
where the armistice was signed between North and South Korea.
From the observation post, look out upon the eerie silence of the DMZ,
the 2.5-mile wide buffer zone that separates the two Koreas.
Yet despite the tense atmosphere here,
there is also a prevailing sense of hope.
On returning to Seoul, spend a little time at the War Memorial of Korea
to truly appreciate the scale and trauma of the Korean War,
a conflict that tore a country in two, involved 22 nations,
and cost millions of lives.
Besides displaying all the usual machinery of war,
above all, this is of place of remembrance, longing, and determination.
When the sun gets low and the city lights up,
locals gather on the banks of the Han to see the Banpo Bridge
erupt in waves of water and light.
It's in moments like these that South Koreans reflect on life's possibilities,
and are reminded that they are capable of anything they put their minds,
imaginations and hearts to.
And Seoul,
The Miracle on The Han is certainly proof of that.

Ryan Van Praet - Studying Your Numbers - Health Yourself Guide - Duration: 1:46.
One of the ways we do that is partially for our knowledge, umm...which sometimes individuals
don't understand when they first come in, why are we taking their blood pressure so much?
What we do is we take their blood pressure at the beginning, we discuss what that number
is, we send them out they go they do their exercise, they come back they do their blood pressure again.
so, thats one way to educate them is to show them through numbers, though data, that, you know look
what your blood pressures done even after ten minutes of continuous, moderate exercise, and thats the other word to put out there it's moderate.
There's always--There's always signs behind what were doing so were always monitoring their heart rate
to make sure they're working properly, were always taking care of the perceived exertion,
I go out out there and I just chat with them, and they think I'm being polite which i am
because I obviously like to chat, but theres--what I'm doing is I'm engaging their perceived
exertion without actually saying I'm talking to you now to see how hard your working cause
all that's going to do is set off, you know some anxiety of "am i working to hard".
Were always--were always trying to show them through data like, hey, I walked this distance
or sorry this time and this speed last week and my heart rate was three beats higher. why is it lower
and they're almost panicking about that were like no that's fantastic that's showing you that your being conditioned
same with your blood pressure it's lower after exercise and we explain basal dilation and basal constriction and
how we want the arteries and the blood vessels to become elastic and not like that old rotten garden
hose that if you move it it's gonna crack and break.

New PS4 Games Releasing in 2018: The Ultimate Guide | Heavy.com
Last year was quite the knock-out regarding video games on the PS4.
We got another PlayStation exclusive in the form of Horizon Zero Dawn that managed to compete with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Nintendo in a very healthy manner.
It was difficult to choose, as taking down mechanical dinosaurs with bow and arrow is very exciting.
We also got ourselves Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, critically acclaimed as one of the scariest games of the year.
With or without PSVR, RE7 managed to shake even the best of us with its atmosphere and terrifying boss fights.
That is to say nothing of Nier: Automata, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and so many more we could talk about for hours.
In 2018, we can certainly look forward to more great games on the PS4.
Thus far, we have ourselves the much anticipated God of War (currently living up to expectations as a great reboot of the franchise), Far Cry 5 (a fun romp in the Western United States), and Monster Hunter: World (coming to PC for the first time).
There are plenty of great games besides the latter three that have already released in 2018, so be sure you didn't miss any with the list below.
Sony certainly isn't shying away from big risks this year either, as we are still anticipating the controversial Detroit: Become Human, another game from Quantic Dream that has made headlines for its contentious trailers featuring child abuse.
Other much-anticipated games still coming are Vampyr (a game from Dontnod Entertainment), and of course, Red Dead Redemption II.
It is about time that we see a sequel to this Rockstar game, and it is sure to be just as good as the previous game.
As usual, there are more PS4 titles to look forward to this year.
Check out the New PS4 Games Releasing in 2018: The Ultimate Guide below for the currently confirmed release dates and games confirmed for this year to the PlayStation 4.
January 2018.
January was a mostly quiet month, featuring mostly indie games like Iconoclasts, Lost Sphear, and Celeste.
Iconoclasts and Celeste are both platformers in remarkably different ways.
Iconoclasts focuses on puzzles, boss fights, and an intriguing story about, well, iconoclasts.
Celeste is focused on difficulty, introducing the player to a character willing to push through hardships, even when they begin to take a toll.
The highlight of January was, of course, Monster Hunter: World.
We're getting new monsters as we speak and as usual, the combat is fun and the monsters challenging.
Monster Hunter is a great game whether you're grinding for better armor or just want to see what the next big guy is all about.
Monster Hunter is always better with friends, so be sure to get a few online before heading to your next mission.

February 2018.
February also had indie games as the major titles, like Fe, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and Shadow of the Colossus.
Fe turned out to be a little lackluster, with a smaller world than gamers anticipated but with great controls and musical mechanic.
If nothing else, Fe is worth it for the music alone.
Kingdom Come, though much anticipated, fell flat on its beautiful face.
The game was gorgeous and the concept well executed, but the gameplay flaws and bugs made Kingdom Come fall from grace like a stone.
For example, saving your game is an exercise in pre-planning and anticipating where a given quest might take you.
That is to say nothing of the bugs that sometimes erased entire save files and forced some players to restart the game entirely.
Shadow of the Colossus, much like Secret of Mana, was a much-needed remaster of an older game.
The improvements in animation and textures are very much appreciated – no more tearing around your horse or cape, and Wander actually looks like he knows how to bend his knees to run.
Needless to say, Shadow of the Colossus on the PS4 is a game everyone must have in their catalog.
Metal Gear Survive also came out in February, though it is up to you if you think the game is truly worth the price tag.
EA Sports UFC 3 (PS4) – February 2 Shadow of the Colossus (PS4) – February 6 Dragon's Crown Pro (PS4) – February 8 (JP) The Seven Deadly Sins: Knights of Britannia (PS4) – February 9 Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] (PS4, PS3, Vita) – February 9 Crossing Souls (PS4) – February 13 South Park: The Stick of Truth (PS4) – February 13 Dynasty Warriors 9 (PS4) – February 13 (NA & EU) February 9 (JPN & CHN) Kingdom Come: Deliverance (PS4) – February 13 Crossing Souls (PS4, Vita) – February 13 Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame (PS4) – February 13 Owlboy (PS4) – February 13 Secret of Mana (PS4) – February 15 Fe (PS4) – February 16 Metal Gear Survive (PS4) – February 20 The Station (PS4) – February 20 Symmetry (PS4) – February 20 Rad Rodgers (PS4) – February 21 Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet (PS4) – February 23 Past Cure (PS4) – February 23 Immortal Redneck (PS4) – February 27 Riftstar Raiders (PS4) – February 27 Gravel (PS4) – February 27 Shiny (PS4) – February 27.
March 2018.
In March we got A Way Out and Far Cry 5 as the main highlights on the PS4.
A Way Out was EA's second indie game investment for their EA Originals program.
The concept for A Way Out really caught on when the game was announced; A Way Out was to provide a high-quality couch co-op game specifically for adults.
In the end, however, the game managed to divide audience between finding it relatively bland, and others that saw A Way Out as exactly what the announcement promised.
Far Cry 5 is a finely polished Ubisoft game, the result of lessons learned from previous games like Far Cry 4 and 3.
Not all lessons were learned, however.
Some gamers found the antagonist to be just like all the other Far Cry villains, and the relevant narrative skirted like an H2O intolerant fish.
Other players praised the gameplay, the exciting combat and challenging enemies you could defeat while exploring the beautiful Western countryside.
