My name is Adam Stoner I work here at Heritage Toyota, today we're taking a

look at the 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. This is one tough truck with

real Off-Road cred the Toyota Tacoma is known for its legendary quality,

durability, reliability and industry-leading resale value. It's a

truck that can take you anywhere you want to go. So the 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD

Off-Road comes with a three and a half liter 6-cylinder motor that's paired to

a six-speed automatic transmission but also gives you the choice of a six-speed

manual. It has a four wheel drive system that has a two-speed transfer case so

you can have it in rear-wheel drive when you're on the road when the road ends

you can switch it into four high at the switch of a dial. There's an alloy wheel

here 16-inch alloy wheel with kevlar reinforced trail tires they're more

resistant to puncture and when the road ends the traction doesn't stop. Every

Tacoma will come with a TSSP package Toyota Safety Sense it has four active

safety features including a Pre Collision System with Pedestrian

Detection, Lane Departure Alert, Automatic High Beams and Dynamic Radar Cruise

control system. So the back of the truck we have a tow package the vehicle is

capable of towing 6,800 pounds this is all set up here with the pin connectors

you get a four pin and seven pin connector so you're ready to hook up. The

backup camera just makes it easy just back the truck right up hook up and

you're off. It's got an easy lower tailgate that'll lower itself nice and

slowly giving you a nice composite bed here that won't ever corrode. The rear

window is power activated so the flip of a switch you can have air flow right

through the cabin. So the double cab is a five passenger truck the rear seat is

very versatile gives you the ability to fold down the seats if necessary

flipping up the cushion will give you access to a storage bin underneath and

then a folding down the back there's a nice hard backing so any extra gear that

you need to throw in the back will slide right on in. This vehicle has the Entune

premium audio with integrated navigation the navigation makes it possible to

input destinations both for an address or even more advanced settings if you're

off the beaten path you can enter in GPS coordinates to get where you're going.

And of course the options for Entune app suite which gives you access to Pandora

radio, IHeart Radio, Slacker radio and many

other entertainment apps it also has an advanced voice activation that allows

you to go and make a phone call with the push of a button.
