Hey cachers it's Lookout Lisa from

Cache Advance and got it. It is time for

the September 2018 Geochallenge of the

month. So we would like for you to find a

geocache using a TOTT or a special tool

of the trade one that you either bring

with you or that's provided at the

geocache. Alright now Joshua time

for you to get to it. (Music) Hallo liebe freunde.

It is Joshua The Geocaching Vlogger and

I am still in Hannover Germany. It is

fantastic there's a lot of energy.

There's a lot of people. There's a whole

school walking behind me right now. It's

fantastic!

And I'm outside of a coffee shop and

there is a geocache here at the coffee

shop. So I am at ground zero

I got to figure out what to do. Alright

there's some information here basically

it says something about something that

needs to be at least 70 degrees Celsius

to work. So let's go into the coffee shop

and let's see if we can figure it out. (Music)

Okay so I'm in the coffee shop and I

found this little cup of coffee right

here. And based on what it says outside

I'm supposed to find something hot and

put it on here and somehow it'll reveal

the code. (Music)

Okay how cool was that I got the numbers

I have a four digit number. Now I need to

figure out what to do with the four

digit number. And so let's look around

let's see if we can find a safe our

combination a lock or something like

that. (Music)

I got it I found the cache fantastic now

another cool thing is that there is a

bonus lab cache here. If you don't know what

a lab cache is it is sort of a temporary

sort of cache. Usually it's at Mega or Giga

events but this is a permanent one here

at the shop. So underneath the coffee

thing was a puzzle and I put the puzzle

together and it gave me the code word so I

got two geocaches for the price of one.

I'd say this was a highly caffeinated

cache and a highly caffeinated adventure.

Like I need any more caffeine.

Running, Coffee and Co-working spaces, with Elan Pamensky - Duration: 2:03.

-: Probably, it's a little bit of philosophy, and I guess

it's sort of, it's what I am, and it's who, it's, I guess,

it's sort of the person that I am today,

so if you can even ask my wife,

she'll tell you those are probably my,

sort of three passions in life.

If you look on my Instagram or social media,

I'll be posting pictures of coffee, or co-working spaces,

or running or whatever and things like that.

Think running sort of taught me a lot

about business as well, because, I mean,

I'm a marathon runner, so life's a marathon,

your business journey is a marathon,

the marathon running and the determination

and the willingness to get up early every single day

to try and to work hard to achieve your goals,

and I think in your business journey,

you're also training for something else

everything you've, you set your goals,

whatever they are, your three-month, your six-month,

your twelve-month, your five-year goals.

It's just a marathon, it's not a sprint,

you've got to slowly get there,

and you're gotta try and you gotta work hard,

and that's why I've found that running

is I guess my leverage outside of work, it's my release

from work, but it's also taught me a lot about,

I guess my business and, even in the businesses

that I work with today.

From the coffee side, I've just got I guess

a huge passion for coffee,

probably have two or three every single day,

and I love to meet people over coffee,

so whether it's at the co-working spaces

where I sort of work, or near the office at a coffee shop,

it's just an easy place to have a conversation,

and then on the co-working space, so I sort of base myself

out of a few co-working spaces.

I find that sort of creative community, I guess,

invigorating for a business.

It's easier than you sort of working from home

or from a sort of dedicated office,

when you're working amongst people,

they like sought you, if you're having a bad day,

and there's other people around you

that are having a good day,

that can sort of reinvigorate you.

Yesterday I was at a co-working space helping some

of the members with zero, so I was giving them

a training course around zero, and how they can actually

benefit from zero, so I guess the community can offer

me something back and then I can actually go there

and offer them something back in terms of my skill set

and what I do today.

How to use the Coffee Pot with your De'Longhi Dinamica Plus ECAM 370.95 bean-to-cup coffee machine - Duration: 0:56.

The coffee pot is an exclusive recipe

designed to replicate long cups of filter coffee.

Place the pot under the coffee outlets and select

Coffee Pot on the display.

Choose the number of cups and desired aroma.

Depending on the number of cups you choose,

the coffee machine will grind once for 2 cups,

twice for 4 cups or three times for 6 cups.

Press OK when ready and after a few seconds,

preparation begins.

An image of the selected beverage appears on the display,

together with a progress bar

which gradually fills as preparation proceeds.

Once a coffee pot has been made,

the appliance is ready to make the next beverage.
