which is absolutely free and equivalent to Microsoft or Adobe applications.

So, presenting before you a list of professional software which is not only free to use

but also very useful and the best alternative for some highly paid top applications.

DaVinci Resolve

A very professional video editing software.

There are two versions.

You get everything in this software.

I really don't have any idea why it is free.

Complete the registration process and start downloading.

The file size is around 600 MB.

Apache OpenOffice

The next best application I am talking about is the best alternative to Microsoft Office.

It has the same worksheet like excel, word-processor like word and slide presentation like PowerPoint.

The file size is around 134 MB which is much less than MS Office.

WPS XPS Office

A lightweight, compatible and second best alternative to MS Office.

It also uses the same file system.

There is nothing much difference between paid and free version.

In the free version, overlay ads are shown

when you connected to the internet.

Rest is all assured.

Gimp

Gimp is a very high-end pro-level image editing and drawing application software.

When you download, you will have two options

Download via torrent or Download directly.

Downloading via torrent has some added benefits

like pausing your download and resume it later,

also safe, fast and secure.

All you need is a torrent client Like BitTorrent or U torrent etc.

otherwise, download directly.

The size of the file is around 85 MB.

AVG Free Antivirus

You have limited access to the application in the free version but I still put it on the list

of best free application because it detects and repairs infected file nicely.

I have been using it for a long time and I never felt I should buy it.

The Avast free antivirus is also giving an almost equivalent performance but

I don't include it the list because of few drawbacks.

I recommend it to use this free antivirus only to a personal level.

All the very essential protection are available in AVG Free and so it is in the list.

For internet security or AVG Ultimate, you have to pay.

Bit Defender – Bitdefender is a powerful and lightweight antivirus program

that prevents you from virus, trojan or malware.

This antivirus also protects you from phishing and other types of fraudulent content.

Opera – A really very intuitive and fine web browser

and the best thing about it is - it is totally free.

All this browsing in the video tutorial was done in Opera.

I don't tell you much about its benefits, you will learn with more uses.

Google Chrome

I guess all web browsers are free, and Chrome is the best.

It depends on individual choices and some may not agree.

Microsoft Edge is a default Windows web browser not only free but also light and fast.

Mozilla Firefox is outdated but still some people fond of it.

I recommend Opera & Chrome – they're the best.

VLC Media Player

I don't know why this awesome media player is totally free.

It uses its internal codecs to support all kinds of media files, CDs, DVDs, network streams, capture cards etc.

No media player beats VLC and thankfully it is free.

Also, the most common player in all the PCs. File size is around 30 MB.

KMPlayer

The Most versatile player after VLC which cover various types of container format such as VCD, DVD, AVI, MKV, Ogg Theora, OMG, 3GP, MPEG-1/2/4,

WMV, RealMedia, QuickTime among others.

In December 2008 KMPlayer was bought by Pandora.tv, and since then it is available as freeware.

The file size is about 37MB.

Ubuntu

Linux is a free operating system and so is the Ubuntu.

Over a period it has changed a lot.

Ubuntu is a Linux based operating system available for different platforms.

Now so many apps are available that many people use Ubuntu as their main operating system over Microsoft Windows OS.

Remix OS: Remix OS is a very new operating system for desktop PC.

It is an android based operating system where Android apps can install and run.

Remix OS for PC allows you to run PC optimized version of Android on any computer

so you can use Mouse & Keyboard like you do it in Windows environment.

File size is around 1GB.

Thus, these are the best 12 free PC application that I have used and I want you to use them too.

These are some really very good application and operating system that are FREE.
