Now and again, our homes need a bit of maintenance.
but if you're renting or letting privately
you need to know which repairs are the tenant's responsibility
and which ones are the landlord's.
What if a light bulb needs changed
or there's a spill on the carpet
or the kitchen sink is clogged with cooking oil?
these are all things that should be fixed by the tenant
who is responsible for keeping the property clean,
treating it with care,
and using appliances correctly.
But what if there's a leak in the ceiling
or the heaters have stopped working
or the oven is faulty?
These are all repairs that should be done
by the landlord.
Landlords need to ensure that the property
is fit to live in,
and are responsible for anything affecting its safety -
like the plumbing, electrics or insulation.
It's important that any faults are reported to the landlord
as soon as the problem is discovered.
If the landlord doesn't carry out the repairs,
tenants can apply to the Housing & Property Chamber
of the First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland.
Remember: normal wear and tear is to be expected
and both tenants and landlords should allow for this!
In case there's any confusion over who is responsible for what,
it should be easy to find out
by reading through your tenancy agreement
or visiting Renting Scotland.org.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Tutorial Guide (Beginner) - Duration: 16:26.
hello guys and welcome to Dissidia so we are gonna be doing a basic tutorial
guide to get you into this game if you don't know what this game is it's pretty
much a final fantasy based brawler think smash brothers but Final Fantasy version
so let's do it we're gonna do te tutorial beginning of the game and we're
gonna see how it goes so would you like to do the basics of brawling I would
love to and thank you to Square Enix for sending me a copy of this game for
review purposes I love Square Enix so keep sending me
stuff right so I'll pick any character you want and begin learning the basics
of combat with them tutorials can be played again any time nicely okay so I'm
gonna pick let me think who we are gonna pick okay watch it
let's go through the characters it's a warrior of light
Garlan barian Emperor Onion Knight clouded darkness Cecile Harvey one let's
see four never play four and then Cain high-wind golbez boats extra terror
cloud strife and kefka now given that four point two has come out today as
well I might as well just use capital so let's do it because he's diabolical
that's why
okay so piercing wins a match when you're back with the charge towards your
fold okay okay that's all I can do for now so let me see let me see
we're just gonna stick with set a because I'm not actually on a potential
what it what it means
and all I have now is Ramu in terms of my summon so at the very beginning of
the game that you select the summon but it's completely random you can you don't
choose them you just select a random blank crystal and you get one so I
randomly received Ramu who it says increases buffs kill game Gorge and so
on so let's do it
okay so now loading so let's see how this goes
so basics learn about the basic controls of rules combat so movement and cameras
so we'll start with the most fundamental skill L to move yes and then X the job
okay
yeah so it really really does take you
through them the basics in this game is that stalked hogging so in in bowel the
enemy you're targeting will be marked with a circular icon any attacks that
you make will be directed towards your target press l2 and r2 to target enemies
to the left or right of your current target you may change these controls
from the options menu you may you can also press l2 and r2 simultaneously to
target the nearest foe ok I think that's gonna be really important especially
when the action gets like really intense and let's see when you are being told
about an enemy a target line will display above your head when an enemy
attacked the line will turn red prepared to counter and defend against an
incoming onslaught so try it out for yourself l2 to target the Foggia left
are tuned to the right l2 and r2 to do knee response ok let's do it
okay target to your left target to your right target to the closest stop that's
right that's that's basically it okay dashing so lock horn dashes are
useful for closing distance hold r1 to take the shortest route to your target
if you would rather move about freely while dashing push the L in the
direction you want to go while holding r1 okay r1 plus X when near a tree or
wall will run up it you do not need to hold down the dash button while running
up obstacles the - Gorge depletes when you - a run up objects and once it runs
out you all stop dashing it refills however you while you are grounded and
not attacking time to try these techniques how to perform a lock-on - or
free - to get your destination by pressing R 1 or R 1 + l and then run up
for nearby tree with R 1 and X cool let's give a go
yeah
we've done an up a tree okay so remember that guys I want to dash towards people
the bravery system so it characters ability to take him deal damage is
determined by two values HP and bravery bravery attacks decrease your opponent's
bravery while increasing your arm you can perform a variety of bravery attacks
by pressing circle of r1 plus circle up plus circle down the circle okay so your
bravery signifies a power of your HP attacks perform one by pressing square
to inflict a tree damage equal to your current bravery okay while you can't
defeat an opponent with bravery attacks alone you can leave them a C leave them
broken by reducing their bravery below zero as a bonus for doing so your
bravery will increase by the amount indicated by the break bonus number when
the number indicating your bravery turns powerful it's time to move in for the
kill and fail your target in a single HP attack now try it
reduce your opponent's bravery below zero with circle to break them then
raise your own bravery high enough and finally fold them by pressing square
okay that's right I'm going to dash towards them
he lights broken at the pier
kefka's win
okay
Wow so defending probably and born now that you've got to learn how to defend
yourself first let's talk about guarding you can generate a barrier that
nullifies all bravery damage by holding down l1
however guarding against attacks will slowly deplete your guard stamina as you
lose stamina the barrier around you will change color from green to yellow to red
stopped guarding however and your gar stamina will gradually replenish if you
defend for further attacks after it turns red it will break after berries
broken you'll be dizzied and unable to move for a short time it's may see that
some people think of buying games or if you're on our stamina when you're
defending you'll just get stung so yeah don't this leaves you open to
devastating attack so defend wisely guarding isn't the only way to avoid
damage sidestepping can be used to dodge attacks completely l1 while moving to
sidestep in that direction although you are invincible while
sidestepping you can dodge incoming attacks entirely if you time it right so
lastly you'll learn how to recover from attacks after being launched by a
bravery attack press X in midair to recover and prepare for any further
attacks if you sigh step right after recovering
you can stay invincible slightly longer so now defend yourself from an enemy
onslaught with the techniques you've learned remember L want to guard l1 and
l2 sidestep and extra cover while in the air okay let's get logo so see if we can
find this right as well
okay so I recovered with X while in the air
ok I get it now one thing you might have noticed in that
is that if they already start attacking then pressing the guard button doesn't
really do anything so you need to make sure that you press it just before your
attack not after you've been attacked learn about different X skills as well
as buffs and debuffs ok so now you move on to X skills powerful abilities I can
strengthen your allies or weaken your foes your first common X skill can be
activated by pressing up and triangle and your second by pressing down and
triangle each skill can be used once its respective board fills up the court
Phills over time and you can also and also when you land attacks common X
skills can be set from the customization menu once they're got cast character
customization director character then go to X skill set define and pair a set of
skills that complements your play style and current strategy ok
the skills are signed to just triangle are unique to each character have formed
the backbone of their play styles icon says play when someone is bestowed with
an effect blue icons indicates beneficial effects called buffs red in
the case that tremenda one's called debuff familiarize yourself with X kills
now press up and triangle for skill 1 down a triangle skill 2 you will begin
the demonstration with 4x gorgeous ok so let's try this
so less damage less - towards this guy and then
okay so the OP was an HP regen and ended down was some big attack okay summon I
don't know I say installing the city it's like I know summons
so now let's learn about summons powerful beings who bestow blessings
upon your party and unleash fury upon your enemies summons can be called once
the summon gorgeous fall attacking foes will cause a gorge to feel slightly but
it feels faster when you destroy summoning cords shortly before the core
crystal is crystal ice is a beam of light will appear once you see this get
ready to rush to the cause location cores can be damaged with both bravery
and HP attacks and can be targeted by holding down Ivor l2 or two okay so when
the summer got filled up press that a little big barn on your controller to
start incantation you can finish the incubator faster if more allies join in
once you do your minion will join the bowel summon effects are buffs that
affects your whole party they are always active but are enhanced when the summit
is invoked on the battlefield pick the summon that best suits your strategy and
call it forth as soon as you take a giant leap towards victory now fill up
your summon gorge by destroying the Corps and then call forth your minion
remember hold down L 2 or r2 to target the core and that button to begin
summoning the option button or tog that the start button
I don't always call it really that big bun okay yeah
right I find this kind of light pointless to be honest anyway
let's target the summoning core let's stop wasting time for for for some
you might actually have to hold it down so it's not enough to just press it you
have to hold it okay now we know the Ramu manifests as we know that is my
random summon that I didn't start the game okay that's done next chat messages
okay so now you'll learn how to communicate using chat messages use them
to speak with your allies in your character's voice use the d-pad to open
up one of the chat windows and then press the a button the corresponding to
the message you want to send you may close the chat window with the big
button these controls may also be changed in
the options menu remember that during online play real people control other
characters please be considerate will communicate with them all right it's
time to send some messages of your own since your allies and enemies here are
AI control feel free to send whichever message you like okay so that's quite
let's see summon away summon away okay so that can be a good indicator of quite
when to actually summon you just declare that to the whole group
okay so victory conditions learn about incapacitation reviving and how to win a
standard match so now it's time to discuss how the victors of a standard
match are decided if your HP is reduced to zero you'll be incapacitated and your
PI health will go down to zero if you take away all three points of the
enemy's party's health you win if time runs out the match will be treated as a
loss for both parties even if you lose all your HP fear not as soon as some
party health remains you can return to the fray move to an advantageous spot a
press circle to revive yourself time to practice revive yourself and deplete the
enemy's HP bar okay
okay I got you yeah okay guys so I did the mock battle what I learned from that
is basically you have one basic attack the big attack and do you then have your
bravery attacks which you have to use situationally I didn't really want to
show actual combat in the tutorial because it's down to you to decide how
you want to play what is your play style you know what works for you what oh
you're gonna be your priorities are your priorities for your character gonna be
to get the enemy down ASAP are you gonna be more conservative trying dodge
attacks and then retaliate are you gonna focus on destroying the crystals and
summoning for example it's up to you the good thing about the game it's a hundred
percent down to your style that's what they they let you customize your skills
and so on and they emphasize the down to your play style bit as much as possible
so like I said guys there isn't really much point me making say more tutorial
videos about the game because of the fact it's down to you you know so give
it a go try out all the characters try and unlock some more summons see how you
do and don't be worried if you get whooped at the beginning everyone does
you have to just learn as you go along and that's it so again thank you to
Square Enix for sending me a free copy of the game to review and maybe I'll see
you in game one day guys maybe so anyway guys hope you like this video
remember to Like favorite and subscribe let me know in the comments down below
who's your favorite character who you gonna play in this game and I'll see you
in the next one thanks guys bye bye maybe

Battlefront 2- Aiming and Aim Assist - Beginner's Guide - Duration: 7:22.
Intro Red Wolf here and today we're introducing
a new series onto the channel for beginner's to Star Wars Battlefront 2 and honestly just
first person shooters in general.
If you've been playing first person shooters for awhile a lot of this is going to be common
knowledge for you, but every day there's a new player out there just getting started,
and in star wars battlefront 2 especially, there are people who just don't play or
haven't played shooters before.
In this video we're going to talk about aiming, and how to improve it for those of
you just starting out, or really struggling.
Now I use to be in the Army and have taught basic marksmanship before, however real world
and digital don't go hand in hand, if I use a term that you need clarification on,
please let me know, I'm going to do my best to keep it light on jargon.
Also, this is a process, your not going to become amazing at this overnight, it takes
some time and some thinking while you play, so don't get frustrated, just keep at it,
and it will eventually become second nature.
Hit that like button if this is something your wanting to see more of, and I am planning
on doing a video like this on a regular basis to help out you new players, so make sure
to subscribe and hit the notification button as well.
What is aiming, or ADS Let's start very basic, what is aiming,
or ADS?
When I say ADS, I mean aim down sights.
This is holding the alternate fire button on consoles, or the other mouse button on
PC.
Well i think it was the right mouse button when I played, but it's been a long time
since Raven Shield.
When you aim, it should bring you into a small zoom, making the target a little larger, and
if in First Person, making it look like your looking down the sights of the weapon, now
in battlefront 2 it doesn't actually give you the iron sights, but in most games it
will.
benifits of it There is a benefit, in most games, to aiming
down sights, and that is that it will tighten up your grouping of your shots and proved
less recoil over all on the weapon.
This makes it easier to control, track and land your shots on the target.
Also in most games, if you kneel while shooting it will reduce this even further, but you
won't see that a lot in the run and gun shooters like battlefront 2 and call of duty.
There are some disadvantages to this as well, and that is a loss of sight lanes, since it
will reduce your field of view, you don't want to be running around constantly looking
down your sights, but we'll get in to that a little later on.
Cross Hair Placement When Moving Around Now when your moving around the map, where
your looking and aiming is where your crosshairs are located and generally is going to be the
middle of your screen.
When your moving around, you want your crosshairs to be placed, in battlefront 2 at least, parallel
to the ground.
So when your running around, you want to have your cross hairs around shoulder height, not
looking down at the ground, not up in the air, but right around shoulder height.
A Lot of newer players will look a little more downward, since this does get the weapon
out of blocking some of the view, but what happens when you do that, is you have to move
your sticks farther to get back on the target.
If you are at shoulder height, there really isn't any vertical movement you'll need
to do, just left and right.
So in this clip, i'm going to have my cross hairs where i see alot of new players looking,
and see how far I have to move in order to get back on target?
And now, if I'm parallel to the ground, its a small move for a headshot and only a
horizontal move to hit the target.
This will speed up your reaction time and allow you to get a few more headshots, and
as you get more comfortable, you can move it slightly above parallel to be aiming at
the head for the first shot.
Now with that as well, if you are going up a hill or stairs, you need to adjust and place
the cross hairs were the targets body is going to be, this may not be parallel with the ground
depending how steep the stairs are and as you come to the crest of the stairs or hill,
you want to level out so you're going to be able to hit anyone at the top.
Don't walk up the stairs, staring at the next step and then come back here and say "well
i was parallel to the ground I was on".
Work smarter, not harder hoah?
Know Where to Aim on Body
Generally, if your new to a game, I always recommend aiming center mass.
Center mass is the middle of the chest.
If this is where you are aiming, your first few shots are going to hit, and spraying and
praying will generally net you a head shot or two.
In most games, head shots are not 1 hit kills with all weapons, but in games where it is,
you generally want to aim for the head, obviously, in the games where it's not a 1 shot kill,
you still want to aim towards the head in an engagement since it'll be a critical
hit and do more damage, causing the target to go down sooner.
So as you get more and more comfortable with the game, then start cheating a little bit
and going a little higher than parallel to the ground to get that first shot head shot.
When to Aim Now that we've covered where to be looking
on the body, we need to cover when to aim in video games.
So personally, I usually aim down sights every time I shoot, however there are going to be
times when hip fire is the best method to use.
You want to be aiming down sights every time your turning a corner and expect someone to
be there.
Now before you get ahead of yourself that is not every corner in the game.
After playing for awhile, you will start to see trends in movement emerge.
Where players are normally going to be coming from, where they normally are going to be
spawning in and where they're going to try and hide around a corner.
If you are approaching a heavy traffic area, spawn area, or a known corner camp, you want
to be aim down sights and looking at the area the person is normally going to be.
If you want to get tactical, you can pie the corner, but i'm not going to go into pieing
right now since it's a little more advanced.
You also want to aim down sights if your coming up on a popular path and think someone is
going to turn the corner on you.
If someone turns the corner on you, and you are not Aiming down sights, you need to kind
of judge how far they are away from you.
If the target is at medium range, I would recommend aiming, if they are close range,
that is when you really should just try and hip fire.
This is more of a judgement call, and one that you just kind of pick up as you go along.
Other times when aiming is to your detriment is when there are multiple enemies and your
trying to move towards cover.
Since when you aim down sights, your speed is slowed, you don't want to aim and try
and retreat or strafe for cover if you need to get there in hurry.
Now once you get to cover, you want to aim down sights when coming in and out of it to
engage, that way you're more on target and able to take one down quickly evening the
playing field.
What does Aim Assist Do and Should I use it?
Let's move on to aim assist.
So aim assist is different than auto aim, while it does have sort of an auto aim future
to it, it's not going to snap you right on target regardless of the distance.
In Battlefront 2, aim assist helps you track targets and make adjustments easier by slowing
down or decreasing your sensitivity when you are near or on a target.
Since new players tend to over shoot when they move their sticks, this makes that large
movement of the stick into a much smaller one.
So as you can see in the video, I am moving my stick all the way to the right and left,
not releasing any pressure, and my movement slows when I am on the target.
That is the aim assist helping me stay on point with him.
The other think aim assist does is if you are near the target, and then aim down sight,
it will snap to the closest body part of that target.
Now this is the reaon I don't recommend using it to anyone whos played shooters before
or often.
As you can see, my aim is at head level, when I aim, it snaps me down to the chest.
Taking the damage that round will do from 68 to 36.
However i you are close to the head, it will snap you there as well, but its a much smaller
box then the rest of the body.
This game will not help you track targets, as you can see here.
And the snapping to target is only on the initial aim.
Call to Action
I hope this helps all you new players out there, and I will have more coming if there's
enough interest out there in this basic information.
If you are new to the game and just want some tips, let me know, I'm here to help and
have everything connected through my phone so I can generally reply qucikly, unless of
course I'm sleeping, at work, or with the kids.
In the comment section down below, let me know how long you've been playing shooters
for?
My first shooter was Mechwarrior 2, which was back in 1995, and we have come a long
long way.
This is a screen shot from that game, look at those amazing graphics.
Also you can check out the new videos Monday, Wednesday, Friday or stop by the stream and
say Hi on Tuesday and Thursdays at 8pm central.
Please hit that like if this information was helpful for you, so I know if I should continue
this series, and hit the subscribe and notifications button so you get informed soon as videos
are live.
Thanks for watching and I'll see you in game.

10 Things to do in Budva, Montenegro Travel Guide - Duration: 12:32.
Good morning good morning guys.
Greetings from Budva, Montenegro.
Budva!
So this is our second stop in Montenegro.
Yeah.
We left Kotor behind and what was it like 30 or 40 minute bus ride.
Yeah, ridiculously close.
Yep.
Probably our shortest travel day.
Yeah.
So far.
And we're also really close to the Old Town.
Like our apartment is a 15 minute walk.
Yeah.
So we've just walked down here and we're going to show you some different things you can
in Budva in this travel guide.
But first breakfast.
Breakfast of course.
Budva is a popular resort town that sits on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, so we started
the morning off with a walk along the harbour where you can see everything from little fishing
boats to luxury yachts.
Though Budva (Budua) is very close to Kotor, it has a very different feel so we're going
to take you on a quick day tour of the city and show you what it's all about.
So we've found ourselves a little spot.
We sure did.
Yeah, we had like granola and coffee.
No granola and tea for breakfast this morning and clearly that wasn't enough by the time
we got into town we're like oh my gosh we need food.
Yeah.
So we finally settled on a place.
This is called uh Konoba Stari Grad and it is right along the water.
Like we're actually on the beach right now.
So yeah it is super relaxing you can hear the waves and we've just ordered up a few
cappuccinos, omelettes and yeah we're going to have some food and then we can sightsee.
Haha.
Exactly.
Cappuccino.
Cappuccino.
Okay, so breakfast just arrived at the table.
We both went for omelettes because that sounded pretty good.
So I got the vegetable one with eggplant, peppers and tomato and Sam's has prosciutto
so that is going to be really tasty.
Yeah.
And yeah the coffees are slowly disappearing.
Haha.
Cappuccinos didn't last very long that is for sure.
Yeah, I find that cappuccinos in Europe are quite small.
Like look at the size of the cup.
And like most of it is foam right?
So I only have foam left.
They encourage you to get another one.
We were planning to walk on this bridge but now that we have a closer look it is train
tracks.
I don't know how good our balance is.
Budva Old Town Beach may not be the prettiest to swim in, but you do get some nice views
of the walled city with St. Ivan's Church (Sveti Ivan) peeking above the fortifications,
but now let's continue up the coast.
Alright guys so the whole idea was that we were going to sit down have a coffee, warm
up a little bit and I think I'm colder now than I was before.
It is just one of those days where it is like bone chilling.
Like the cold is penetrating your bones.
So we're just going to have a little walk along the beach.
It is a pebbly beach.
Dark sand.
Um yeah but we do get some really cool views check that out.
Old Town.
Right there.
Well Yoga Girl isn't the only one with the moves.
Let me show you how it is done.
If you keep walking west along the coast, you'll first come across the Ballerina Statue,
also nicknamed Yoga Girl, keep following that path and it'll bring you to Mogren Beach
and Mogren 2, which are a bit sandier and less pebbly than the beach in the Old Town.
You guys we just found more cats.
More cats.
They are just the sweetest cats here.
I just saw a mother and a kitten and they are so friendly.
You're just the size of my palm.
The baby cat.
Oh my gosh baby cat.
You are so small.
Alright beach time.
Yeah, it is the beach time.
And we are visiting on November 22nd.
Oh ho ho.
So it is a little chilly.
Like 11 or 12 degrees outside.
No speedo today Sam?
No speedo today but you can just imagine how packed this would be in the summer.
So our first impressions of Budva (Будва) like were kind of mixed.
We weren't sure if we would like this place.
But going for this nice walk and seeing these cats and just like this kind of the charm
of this place is starting to hit us a little bit.
Okay guys so we are now inside the city's historic center and we are surrounded by churches.
So I think we're going to hit them up one by one.
First up this one which I believe is Saint Ivan (Sveti Ivan).
Oh nice orange kitty.
Nice orange kitty.
Nice orange kitty.
You are big and well fed and you've got a bell.
I think Sam likes orange kitties because they remind him of himself.
No they remind me of Hobie my parents cat.
So we were just about to go inside St. Ivan's church and there is a massive sign saying
no photos so it is going to be for our eyes only and if you ever make it to Budva (Будва)
well I guess you can see it too.
So things aren't going very well guys.
Church number two closed to the public.
So we're not going to be able to go in.
I can see a third church yes up in the horizon.
Guess what?
Guess what guys?
Can you guess?
No.
What is the problem with church number three?
Can't guess.
Couldn't guess if my life depended on it.
Just kidding.
A lock on the gate.
Lock on the door.
Is this like a low season thing?
Or what?
I don't get it.
Yeah.
But we're not going to be seeing the interior of any of these churches.
Well, so let's move on.
Let's go explore the old town.
Let's go to the Citadel.
I know that is open.
Haha.
Well kitty cat.
How much did you pay for your seat?
How much was admission?
Hmmm.
He's like I look cute.
I don't have to pay.
You guys we have finally found something that is open.
The citadel.
There is a sign for it right here.
Citadela.
So we're going to go in we'll pay admission.
It doesn't matter how much it costs.
Oh my gosh we got in somewhere.
At long last.
So we just paid 2.50 per person.
These are our tickets.
They are like little postcards so that is pretty cool.
And yeah a little out of breath from those stairs.
There wasn't that many.
Oh my gosh.
And now we're going to explore the citadel.
I think someone could improve their aerobic capacity.
The Old Town of Budva (Будва) is situated on a rocky peninsula, with the citadel located
on the southern tip of the city.
There isn't a lot of information about the site once you enter, but it's worth the
visit for the views of the Old Town (Stari Grad) alone.
What up?
Well, we just finished visiting the Citadel.
And that was awesome.
Like so worth the price of admission.
The two fifty we paid.
It is quite big.
Mmmhmm.
And yeah you just get some incredible views of the city.
Not just the Old Town (Stari Grad) but also out into the water and you just get so many
different cool vantage points.
And just the citadel itself is great.
This is something you've got to do when you come to Budva (Будва) for sure.
Okay so we are currently walking around the Old Town and it seems like there is only two
kind of shops.
It is either like super cheap touristy stuff like magnets and you know Budva t-shirts or
it is like extremely high end clothing and sunglasses and watches.
We actually went into a shop because Sam saw a shirt he really liked.
Some polos.
And then we looked at the price and it was 385 Euros.
Yeah.
We're like woah woah woah.
We kind of quickly walked out.
Argh!
Haha.
We found a lovely seaside restaurant after a morning of wandering around the town.
Yeah.
And this place is called I'm actually just going to read the napkin.
So Jadran Kod Krsta.
Yep.
Not entirely sure what that means.
And guys it is just warm enough for us to be outside.
Just barely.
Barely it is probably about 14 degrees.Yeah.
If it was a couple of degrees cooler we'd be inside with everyone else.
Although everyone else is inside.
Yeah.
It looks really nice inside actually.
They have all of these ferry lights and it looks very like rustic and cozy.
We've got a kitty friend.
And the meat and fish hasn't arrived yet kitty so you'll have to stick around if you want
some of the good stuff.
We've only got salad right now.
Okay, so we are going to start things off with a salad.
We were actually going to order the Greek one and he's like no no no.
Go for the seasonal one.
It is half price and it is the same ingredients practically.
Haha.
Um so thanks for the tip waiter.
Thanks.
He's a very friendly fellow.
Yeah, so this one has cucumber, it has tomatoes and cheese.
Cheese is the main ingredient here.
Yeah, we really mixed that around.
The cheese was actually layered on top.
Mmmmm.
That is so cheesy.
Okay guys food is here.
The fries are looking a little meager because I already ate half the portion.
Haha.
There was a lot more when we started.
Wow.
But yeah, Sam took a long time filming as usual.
Yeah.
So I ordered myself a kebab.
Mmhmm.
With fries.
And it also comes with onions and a spicy sauce.
You sure did.
It is hot.
So we kind of got the best of the meat and the sea because over here I've got a plate
of fried calamari.
Yeah.
So yeah.
Let's try yours first though.
Let's try the meat.
It looks really good.
Let's see.
Oh, that does look good.
Mmm.
It is quite juicy.
Is it?
That is really nice.
Oh my gosh guys.
This looks so good.
Fried calamari and wow.
And wow.
With a side of wow.
It is just I grew up in Canada on the west coast so I grew up eating a lot of fish and
seafood and the rest of my relatives on my Mom's side were on Atlantic Canada on the
East Coast so I grew up like just eating seafood on boths sides of Canada and it just feels
comfortable for me and very familiar to be eating this.
This is your comfort food.
This is my comfort food.
So I'm getting a nice big piece here to try.
And we had the option of ordering the Calamari grilled, fried or stuffed.
Oh my gosh.
I went for fried and it is battered obviously.
Um, this is my happy place.
Like that kebab is really good but this is just for me.
For my personal like my personal taste.
This just like hits the spot in so many ways.
And that's pretty much it for our tour of Budva (Budua).
As you can see, the Old Town (Stari Grad) is quite small and compact, so you could easily
cover it in half a day if you only had time for a day trip.
We hope you enjoyed this quick tour and we'll see you in the next video!

Using Outcomes Information to Guide Medical Care - Duration: 0:50.
Employers are desperately concerned to get their employees the best health care
possible. They want a healthy, productive workforce that can come into work and be
functional, clear-headed, they're not too worried about their family members being
ill or in trouble. So, for them, having outcomes information that can guide
medical care and help people get the best possible care is very important.
One thing they like to do with outcomes information is help their employees find
the best possible care, that is, be able to help their employees find a care
provider who is likely to get them the best results. So, measuring outcomes that
matter to patients, and they reflect their ability to live healthy, productive
lives, is really central to what employers are trying to do with health care.

How Sitemaps Guide Search Engines - Duration: 1:39.
Hi I'm Theresa Mills. I'm a Web Strategist with Tiny Frog and I'm here to talk to
you about sitemaps and why they're important for your web project. Sitemaps
are just what they sound like they're a map of your website. They help create a
great user experience. So your user knows where to start point A and where they're
going point B. It's very easy with websites to get carried away and create
too many pages, but sitemaps help you see the structure, an organized structure,
that makes sense. The other advantage of sitemaps and why they're so important
is because Google looks for the information on your site
when Google crawls. If you create a new website and don't create a sitemap you
can go for months without Google discovering you. What this results in is
a loss of traffic and also a poor user experience because if you haven't
thought out the structure of your website then chances are your users
going to have a difficult time figuring out what you want them to do. Sitemaps are
key element in the website development process. And once you develop a sitemap
with your Tiny Frog team you'll be glad you did because you'll have a true
understanding of your website, how your website is laid out, and what your
user is going to experience. If you have any more questions about sitemaps, call
the Tiny Frog team. We're here to help.

Guide to Scout - Tips and Tricks - Do's and Don'ts - Duration: 3:50.
Hey guys, today I'm going to be giving you an advanced guide to scout. So before we start the video,
I would like to say that my friend Amillen ! gave me the idea to make this video so, shout out to him you him.
You can check out his channel in the description or in the top right.
("Mobility" Transition Text)
So as a scout you have less health than any other class. You also don't have amazing weapons. However, as a scout,
you are the fastest class in the game. To survive as scout,
you must use that to your advantage. A good way to put
it is a still scout is a dead scout because when you're playing scout you must move ALL
THE TIME! Your mobility is your main way to stay alive and is also your main weapon. Not your scattergun,
not your pistol, not your bat, your speed! Just take a look at this clip where I don't move and just stand there.
I don't give out much damage
and I die pretty darn quickly. Compare that to this next clip where I try to move a lot more.
There is a huge difference! In this clip
I am making it much harder for people to kill me and also, I actually get a kill in this clip so I think
I've proven my point.
("Going AFK" transition text)
So if you have played any
multiplayer FPS game ever, you have heard the term AFK. More likely in a negative tone or context.
But as a scout it is going afk that keeps you alive. Not
the way that you're thinking of though. Please don't go out into multiple players and expect it to go well.
I'm just saying sticking with the team won't get you anywhere if you plan on playing a scout.
As a scout use your speed to take longer lush travel routes around the map. Keep a low profile throughout the game and make sure to
stay in cover and hug walls.
Always keep an eye out to make sure nobody spotted you. If you are spotted make sure to retreat towards an unpredictable route,
grab a health pack and come back when you're in a better position to take on your enemy. In this example
I don't look to make sure I was spotted. I was spotted which is why I died.
I look at this next clip I head out of the passage to check if I got spotted and then head for the enemy soldier.
The reason you should flank and get the drop on your opponent is so that you can fight with the upper hand.
Usually in tf2 whoever sees their opponent first will win the battle.
This is very important to scout because their lack of health the element of surprise is crucial for
survival and success of scout. If there are multiple
targets, try to take out one at the back first. In this clip I take on this soldier. As
you can see he got the first shot in.
He's about to finish me so I retreat and grab a health pack and I come back ready to take the upper hand and finish him off.
Picking players is a very common tactic as scout. When done well picking players can be extremely effective.
The two most effective ways to pick is to overextend your opponent and
finishing off injured the enemies on fire. As scout
you must learn your counter classes. For an example you will find it difficult to fight against heavies, centuries, and Pyro's.
However
you are very strong against medics spies and demos. Target these classes to better your chances of winning a fight.
The most important aspect of picking is to focus on one player and overextend until you get the kill.
So there it is. I have two more quick tips though number one is to fire closely to your opponent.
Don't fire from a distance unless you're pushing the cart
or distracting the enemy. Number two is just practice. If you practice you'll get better and you'll get better weapons.
I also want to say that this video is heavily inspired by Toofty's 10 tips to scout. Sorry for not posting for a while this
was a huge project for me
and I got really over confident when my last video came out with 50 views in less than a day.
Heads up Danny's going to be in my next video, so look out for that. Thank you for watching and see you guys next time!
