The Ara Cahayani Gayo cooperative has already been Fairtrade certified

and is working together with PT Olam and Nespresso.

I do hope that with the collaboration between the cooperative, Olam and Nespresso,

we can reach our ultimate goal, which is to provide welfare for all our members.

Nespresso receives good coffee, and we get prosperity.

With the coffee, we give happiness to our farmers.

The cooperative will give some premium benefits to increase members' welfare.

We do hope that the world will recognise our Gayo coffee

as a high quality product with a good taste

and we can promote our local culture through this coffee product.

Part of the premium will be invested by the members

to build an after-school centre.

The centre will be dedicated to school-age children

so they can have activities to do after school.

My daily occupation is farming coffee.

I have been farming since 2006.

As coffee farmers, we would like the collaboration

of Olam, Fairtrade and Nespresso to increase farmers' welfare,

improve education and provide training,

especially for farmers, in order to increase the coffee's quality.

I do hope the collaboration improves our children's education

for the sake of future generations.

chocolate syrup two table spoon

Milk Powder three table spoon

Home Freezed boiled milk

First of All

Add Milk

in cold coffee

mix two table spoon hot water

Mix it properly

Add coffee

i have used black coffee

you can use cream coffee as well

if you are using cream coffee

then use one table spoon

if black coffee then 2 table spoon

Two table spoon sugar

Milk Powder two table spoon

Now Blend it properly

i have blended cold coffee properly

now we will use chocolate syrup

i used two table spoon chocolate syrup

we will prepare our glasses

Now cold coffee is ready
