even if he can't make it to the gym you should still be getting cardio in today I did
cardio now usually when I do cardio from home like sometimes I just jump rope
only now if I decide to jump rope I just jump flat-out for 30 minutes and
sometimes I just mix it up now when I mix it up today I just went ahead and
jumped rope I jumped rope for 15 minutes and then I went ahead and hit
burpees now it's time to get into the workout everybody loved to hate burpees
is a really good exercise that you could do at home you don't need any equipment
whatsoever you really don't even need too much space this is a excellent
cardio workout it's a full body workout full body movement you use the triceps
chest legs you pretty much work in everything you've been working your core
when you jump your legs into your when jump your legs into squat position to
jump up so it's really an all-around workout hitting cardio and building
muscle at the same time the way I like to do this training is doing about like
I do interval training I may go for like 45 seconds flat out and then I'll rest
for like two minutes and then I'll do the same thing for like another three
sets so usually I do four to five sets of 45 seconds two-minute rest period so
you could get you a really good workout within about 15 minutes
