Hi guys
Im Paw
today im going to shoot in a studio
Im bringing my
my Fuji, that allways using in studio
if it's some more demanding assignments
im bringing 3 color films
Kodak Ektar 100
normally you would shoot landscape with this film
but today, fuck it!
I found this Rollei Retro 80
in my refrigerator
so i thought let's try it today
if I have time
I'll also brought my point and shoot
we have arrived in the studio, where I hooked up with Kevin
the hairdresser, and Duncan the model
Kevin is trimming him
for the shoot
trimming the sides
I have been setting up lights
A little more lamps then usually
Im more known for only using one light source
so it's also exiting for me to try something new
because of that, I also brought a different film
I have never shot Rollei Retro 80
im exited to see what the film is like
So let's get started
Now we finished the shoot with Duncan
and, errrrrrrrrr
it was great
shot........ errrrrrr....
3
color rolls, and shot the Rollei
now Im going home to develop the film
the color rolls, my local shop will develop for me
I also shot a roll, on my Yashica T5
im also looking forward to see the results of that
It was a good day
as you can see on the images
we rocked the 90's.. maybe more 80's vibe
on some of the images
it was DOPE
the first images
with the Rollei film
was a new lighting setup
ermmmm..... with more lights
it was great
normally I only use one light
but when I use
some different bouncers
and some lights on the background
gave the look is was looking for today
so..... it was nice
and I also shot some images with only one light
the safe lighting

Lake Colorado City State Park - Texas Parks & Wildlife [Official] - Duration: 2:58.
[music]
- We like to think of Lake Colorado City
as an oasis in West Texas.
There's just not a whole lot of bodies of water around here
for people to enjoy.
So, we really are one of the main recreational draws around.
- NARRATOR: Lake Colorado City State Park lies about half way
between Midland and Abilene.
Built in 1949 to provide cooling water for a power plant,
the lake offers a welcome contrast to the
surrounding terrain.
- TRACY: We're really kind of on the edge of the desert plains.
This area was at one time a grassland prairie,
but the mesquites and prickly pear cactus have pretty much
taken it over.
With the dry that we have here and just a little bit
of moisture those type plants do well here.
- BILLY: Are you ready?
- LEXI: We're ready.
- BILLY: Don't lose your hat.
- NARRATOR: Billy Wilson regularly makes the two hour
drive from his home to Colorado City to camp
and spend time on the lake.
- BILLY: You need to have some family time, and that's what
I'm doing right now.
- NARRATOR: On this trip he's breaking in a brand new boat
and he's brought his granddaughter Lexi
along for the ride.
- LEXI: I would really like to see more kids out here
that are my age.
It's really, really fun.
- NARRATOR: Lake Colorado City State Park has a lot to offer
besides the water.
Hiking trails provide a great view of the rocky shoreline.
The camp sites are wide open.
Mini-cabins provide many of the comforts of home.
[kids playing]
The park is very kid friendly, with plenty of space to ride
bikes, or just hang out.
[kids playing on monkey bars]
- TRACY: We've got wildlife, we got birds.
We get, probably somewhere in the neighborhood of about
300 species of birds.
People love that.
- NARRATOR: But the lake is the main draw here.
It's what keeps families coming back time after time.
- LEXI: You can look out from different camping sites
and just see water.
I like all the wildlife that's here.
It's just really cool.
- TRACY: People out here in a drier climate tend to enjoy
the water, because they don't have much of it.
That's why we think of ourselves as an oasis.
A place to come and enjoy the lake.
