Louise Redknapp quizzed by Eamonn Holmes about divorce rumours – see response

Louise Redknapp has broken her silence on rumours that she and her husband Jamie are heading for a divorce.

The pop star, who reportedly split from the father of her two children over the summer, was quizzed about the state of her marriage during an appearance on This Morning on Friday.

Chatting to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, Louise appeared to confirm her divorce, as she said: I think that it has been so heavily documented and of course we all go through hard times.

My priority and his priority is our children and protecting them and loving them and putting them first and thats what we are focusing on..

The singer also said that returning to work and keeping herself busy has been a real saviour.

Louise, 42, is currently starring in the London production of Cabaret, alongside her friend and former Strictly Come Dancing star Will Young; she is also performing her first comeback gig in December, followed by a tour next year.

I think going back to work has been a real saviour for me, said Louise. Doing Strictly, it does something. For me it was all about performing and to go back on stage every night and get the opportunity again..

Louise and Jamie, 44, have been married for 19 years. They share two sons together – Charley, 13, and eight-year-old Beau.

The couple have been plagued by divorce rumours since July, with reports claiming that Louise is seeking a quickie divorce. However, the actress has been pictured wearing her wedding ring this month, leaving some fans confused.

Her return to the stage has been welcomed by fans though, with many praising her show-stopping performance as Sally Bowles in the UK tour of Cabaret. Sharing a photo of herself in character earlier this week, Louise looked incredible.

She rocked a striking chocolate brown bob as she wore a lace mini dress teamed with leg-lengthening black stilettos. A #sallybowles moment, she wrote.

Carmelo and La La Anthony's rocky off-again, on-again relationship may finally be over for good after some very unsettling news was confirmed, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Carmelo, who played basketball for the New York Knicks, has been traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder, and that's not sitting well with La La!

"Melo married a city girl with careers in television, film and design," an insider told Radar.

"He knew La La wouldn't put up with him playing for another team, especially if it wasn't a big market like L.A., Chicago or Miami."

As Radar reported, even before the trade, the two were on very shaky grounds, with multiple allegations of cheating flying back and forth.

Carmelo, 33, and 38-year-old La La had moved into separate New York residences and announced their split in April after seven years of marriage.

The pair, who have a 10-year-old son, Kiyan, have since been spotted holding hands at various functions — but the chances for a permanent reconciliation appear to now be over for good.

Teresa Giudice is so livid with her jailbird husband Joe, she admits she rarely visits him behind bars, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In her new book, Standing Strong, the mother of four says by the time her husband's 45th birthday rolled around this past May, she realized she hadn't seen him in "a number" of the 14 months he had already served.

"I hadn't seen in a number of those months and his birthday was two days away….so I knew I needed to do it," she writes. "The show filmed us driving there."

Upon arriving for the visit, Teresa, 45, said she was "shocked" by how much her man had changed.

"He's lost so much weight," she boasts.

Though Teresa flakes on visits, she is allowed to see Joe in Fort Dix federal correctional institution from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm every day except Wednesdays, the prison's website confirms.

As Radar previously reported, Teresa slams her husband in her new book, claiming he was to blame for their legal crises, and acts jealous and overbearing even from behind bars.
