welcome to my channel in this video i will tell you about my project that is on
Online Test Portal in my last video I have told about the student model but in this
video I will tell you about the faculty model in case if you have not watched my
last video that is student module I will provide the link in the description so
without wasting our time let's get start with the project demonstration so as
like the student module the faculty module is also having the same login
page in which are having the login form as well as sign-up form so I have
already filled up this form and I am having the login details so I will login
so this is our dashboard for the faculty so same like the student module we are
having a test summary which will be seeing all the tests what this faculty
has uploaded. In this Manage class it will be all the class detail which the
faculty is handling in this case he is handling third year class for c-section
and in this subject he can add means what all subject is teaching or what all
subject he is handling so in this we need to provide a course name as well
as year for which year he is handling either for
first year second year third year fourth year or whether he or she is a course
coordinator if he is a coordinator then he has to press Enter Y else no N and
he can see all his subject in this so I have filled up so I will add subject
suppose DBMS I will add he is handling for third year and he is not a course
coordinator I will save it so here you can see subject details saved to
database so I will go in manage subject and here you can see all the courses
what all the subjects that the is handling so he in this HTML his
handling and he is the course coordinator of the course HTML and for
other two he is not a course coordinator and he can see the list of the student
who are present in the who are enrolled in that class and based on this section
what he is handling he can see the list of the student
so suppose third year c-section he is handling class 3rd year c-section so
this has a list of the students present in 3rd year C-Section
if we are seeing with B there is no detail because he the faculty is not
handling class for B section so their details is not shared with him and he
can see the ranking also for basic HTML quiz what we have given in my last video
we have attend the test for basic HTML quiz so we can see the rank in the
faculty module also so this is how the rank will be displayed and in the Not
given list in this not given tab the faculty can get a detail of those
students who have not attendant *(sorry)* not attended that particular test so in this
case only one quiz is available one test is available so let's see those how many
students have not attended the test so we can click on generate sorry for that
sound and you can open that PDF file and this is the list of the students those
who have not attended so in our case there are the two students who has not
attended the test ok and same for the report in this report we will generate
the report of the student those who have attended so let's see how the report
will be generated
so this is the report report for basic HTML quiz this is how the layout will
look like and in this tab in quiz he can add the quiz by entering the quiz title
total number of question, mark means positive marks, negative marks, and
passing mark means what's the passing mark of that test, and obviously year as
well as section and the last date when he will when is the last day to submit
that quiz and in this remove we can delete or we can remove that quiz we can
remove that test so by clicking just over here and in the Edit quiz detail we
can edit the details like if we want to change the name to this simply HTML Test
we can do so as well as we can update all the details like we can change the
last third date or we can change the mark and etc so here you can see the
quiz detail has been updated successfully so now the topic of that
test is HTML test and same like that he can edit the question also for the
this HTML Test this are the sets of question and he can change that means I
will update this and I click on submit so here you can see congratulations quiz
quiz question has been updated successfully so likewise we can update
all this detail as well as question and we can add a quiz we can remove the quiz
from this tab and in the course end survey we can add a survey by entering
the subject means this is based on the this step means the course name what he
is a course coordinator in our case he is the course coordinator only for one
course that is HTML and that's why only one detail is showing and enter the total number
of question and we can proceed further and in the manage survey the I have
already posted one course survey, Course end Survey so this is the detail and if
we click on this we if we toggle off bar then it will deactivate this test means
while the student won't able to give the feedback or give the survey of this
particular test and if we toggle on ON then he can give the test give the
survey in this view result we can we can find the graphical representation or we
can get the PDF format file like this so in our case only one student has given
in that too with three three (Ratings) so this is the graphical representation and in fact
we can generate the PDF also so this is how the PDF will look like means here is
the question here is the rating what this student has given and at the below
there is the rating explanation means what this three stands for it stands for
good and for this question number second that is for this the rating three stands
for good so that is the course end survey and he can update the user name from
this toggle, this model, and he can update the password also and that's it so thank
