Auto news on Youtube Dec 29 2017

welcome to JGOD gaming in today's video I'll be focusing on how to play Gustav

cannon in Call of Duty World War two specifically for the mode Team

Deathmatch the overview of the map is the example I gave our one in my spawn

guide and specifically these red areas are where your enemies or you will spawn

in this particular map ideally the best spot for this map is the Gustav cannon

because it gives you a centralized vantage point to all corners of the map

and ideally if you're able to control the top you should be able to win most

of the matches on this map if you have multiple teammate spotting the corners

as well that should help you out a lot the only downside is if your enemy

opponents are good with sniper rifles and you're not or vice versa it'll kind

of lend a lot of weight that way too because the snipers and this map can be

very overpowered just for the fact that when you're on these head glitches a lot

of times they can't shoot through the metal so they need to get head shots and

if you're using an AR or submachine gun someone landing four or five head shots

at that range just won't be able to compete with the sniper now looking at

my mini-map you can actually see where all my teammates are so I would assume

that all the enemy team are directly to the left and towards the front of me on

this side so when you're looking at the mini-map view that can give you

information as well knowing that there's only four spots that can spawn and your

teammates are blocking two of those areas odds are the enemy team will

responding to this top left side and the top right side so as long as you're able

to get them coming off spawn they won't be able to really flip the spawn and

then also you will have a good opportunity to just continue racking up

the kills so coming up you're gonna see that pretty much the spawns stay

accurate to what I've been saying so far and you're gonna see all of them flood

in the UAV once I call it in so pretty much I just hold this top of the Gustav

and continue to do so and just kind of watch it where my teammates are you can

see that everyone just flooded in down there to the bottom right and you can

kind of just see how it rotates like that

so that's pretty much all you got to do hold the top here and try to flank

around you can actually along the side of the Gustav and the

people on top won't be able to see you so it's really the only limitation there

is that you have to get on top of the Gustav I mean there are other ways and

objective game modes and - people rushing up at the same time or you're

just really good sniper on the bottom but more than likely this is the best

way to hold the top is just continually roll packed back and forth taking out

people from the top of the Gustav I wish there was more to this map but there's

not really much more to it than that so hopefully enjoyed the video I'd like to

know your thoughts down in the comment section below if you did enjoy the video

anyway go to remember click that like button and subscribe if you haven't

already thanks for watching as always have a great day

How To Chill, Open, Pour & Drink Champagne - A Quick Guide For New Years - Gentleman's Gazette - Duration: 6:41.

Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!

In today's video, we talk about how to drink champagne, I discuss how to chill it, how

to pour it, how to drink it, and most importantly, how to enjoy it.

If you wonder if an expensive champagne is even worth it in the first place, watch this

video here.

First of all, when should you and when should you not drink champagne?

I like to keep with the famous namesake champagne house.

She said, " I only drink champagne when I'm happy and when I'm sad.

Sometimes, I drink it whenI'm alone.

When I have company, I consider it obligatory.

I trifle with it if I'm not hungry and I drink it when I am.

Otherwise, I never touch it unless I'm thirsty."

In short, you can always drink it if you feel like it.

So what temperature should you serve champagne at?

Short answer, not too chilled but cool.

More specifically, most champagnes are good at 46 degrees Fahrenheit or about 8 degrees

Celsius.

For vintage champagnes, it changes a bit to about 50 degrees Fahrenheit or about 10 degrees

Celsius.

If your champagne is too cold or too warm, you miss out on some flavors.

To get that temperature, it should be about 3-4 hours in the fridge or about 15-20 minutes

into an ice bucket.

If you do not have that much time, you can add salt to the ice bucket and it will cool

down into just about 5 minutes.

So how do you open a bottle of champagne?

Basically, there are two options.

The traditional one is to do the sabrage, Personally, I've done it once, it is a huge

mess and it is more of a show.

A better way to open a champagne is to take the bottle and remove the foil as well as

the wire cage and the muzzle on top.

Most of the time, there is a little lip where you can open the foil, if you can't, simply

take a wine opener and cut it open.

Hold the bottle in your right hand if you are right-handed, the left one if you are

left-handed.

The cork always on the opposite hand.

Now, twist the bottle from the bottom and slightly tilt on the cork until it pops.

You will definitely hear it and don't shake the bottle beforehand, otherwise, the champagne

will be all over.

If you have bad luck, the cork may even hit someone, or maybe a chandelier.

So how should you pour champagne?

First of all, what glass should you use?

Back in the day, people favored a flat kind of copita style glass because champagne often

had a lot of carbonation and sometimes they would even use a swizzle stick to get rid

of all the bubbles.

That way, everything in the champagne is quite controlled so you don't have any excess bubbles

and you can use different glasses.

The most popular style is probably the champagne flute which is very elegant and stylish.

That being said, in recent years, regular wine glasses have become a lot more popular

especially for vintage champagnes because supposedly, they help you to discern flavors

better.

At the end of the day, simply go with the glass you have or the one you like most.

When you pour champagne, most people hold it by the neck or in the middle.

The most elegant way is to put your thumb to the back hole of the bottom of the bottle

and then pour it.

Ideally, you hold the glass at an angle and slowly pour it down then you wait a little

bit until the foam has subsided nd then you top it off.

you always want the glass to be about half full if its a flute, a little less if its

a wine glass.

Never fill a champagne glass all the way up, it just shows you don't know what you are

doing.

Also, avoid pouring too fast because it will likely come out of the glass and it will take

longer to fill the glass.

Do it slowly at an angle and then straight up, never just plain into the glass when it

is standing on the table.

If you pour champagne that way, you should get about 7-8 glasses per bottle.

That may help you in your calculations.

Of course, if you get a magnum bottle which is one and a half liters, you get twice as

many glasses.

Alright, now it's time to drink the champagne.

First, look at the champagne.

If it is a very light golden color, it means it is a younger champagne.

if it is darker, more golden, or yellow, it means it's an older, more ripen champagne.

Two, smell the champagne.

Hold your nose over it and see what you can smell.

Generally, there are five aroma groups.

Flowers, vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, indulgent delicacies.

Three, now it's time to taste the champagne.

Take a little sip, let it roll down your tongue, down the palate.

Wine tasters typically swirl the champagne around their mouth just like you do with a

mouthwash, that way, you get the full flavor experience.

Last but not the least, pay attention to the finish when it rolls down your palate.

The longer the flavor lingers in your mouth, the more high end, the more expensive the

champagne will be.

Alright, that is all you need to know.

Now, off and enjoy your champagne.

In today's video, I'm wearing an outfit that I would typically wear for a party in my home

or Christmas, maybe Christmas Eve or New Year's.

It consists of a burgundy velvet dinner jacket that I had custom made.

I opted for reflective mother of pearl buttons because that is nice in the evening and I

added cuffs to the jacket sleeves.

For my shirt, I chose a regular dress shirt because overall, it is a more casual black

tie outfit.

I could have also worn a proper black tie shirt with shirt studs.

I am still wearing French cuffs with cuff links in this case from Fort Belvedere with

malachite green stones because it is very much in line with Christmas day.

In the same vein, I combined it with a silver and malachite pinky ring because it picks

up the green and red tones in the outfit.

My bow tie is likewise velvet but it is special because it is a single end now tie and you

can find it in our shop here.

As you can see, it stands up by itself and it is just slightly more elegant than a regular

velvet bow tie that you can find in our shop.

To learn more about what black bow tie you should choose for your outfit, plese check

out ths vifeo here.

In my chest pocket I'm wearing a white linen pocket square that you can also find in our

shop just like the Fort Belvedere boutonniere which is white and small and works with the

lapel.

My slacks are black tuxedo pants with a side gallon in silk satin.

I'm pairing them with over the calf charcoal and gray socks for a more relaxed look than

let's say a black silk socks. because I'm at home, I'm wearing green velvet slippers

that again go with the green of my cufflinks and the burgundy tone of my dinner jacket.

Best Cheap $500 Gaming PC Build Guide 2018 - 1080p Ultra and Budget Editing PC - Duration: 2:40.

welcome to Mydatech today we've got a $500 PC build guide which is going to be

able to smash 1080p gaming high and ultra settings without breaking the bank

so powering the PC is a quad-core processor and a gtx 1050ti which is the

best choice for 1080p gaming in terms of bang for your buck I will link all of

the parts in this video in the description so be sure to check those

out if you're interested if you want to see more PC build guides tech tips tech

news and tech reviews be sure to subscribe to my channel and enable

notifications with the bell icon so that you never miss a video so let's get

started so for the processor I've gone with the Ryzen 3 1200 this is a

quad core it's got a base clock of 3.1 gigahertz and boost up to 3.4 gigahertz

this means it is fast and should perform well in game the processor can also

be overclocked if you want to have a clock or process so you need to buy a

b350 motherboard if you don't want to overclock you can

go with an a320 motherboard these are cheaper but they don't support

overclocking so for the motherboard we have either an a320 motherboard who

aren't interested an overclocking alternatively I will link up b350

motherboard as well in case you are interested in overclocking the processor t

For the RAM we've got 8 gigabytes of ddr4 this is plenty for most modern triple-a titles and if

you do need more for example if you want to do some light video editing

then you can upgrade easily and cheaply to 16 gigabytes so for storage we have

7200 rpm one terabyte hard drive 7200 rpm means that it is faster than the

lower-end 5400 rpm hard drives one terabyte is enough space for your OS

plenty of games and plenty of files so for the power supply I've gone with an

80 plus certified power supply from reputable manufacturer this is a very

important because the power supply is responsible for supplying power to

components it is almost like the heart of your computer if it fails other parts

can be damaged in the process it's very important that you choose a reliable and

efficient power supply the motherboard that we've chosen is a micro ATX

motherboard this means we should go for a micro ATX

case micro-atx means the case is quite small so you can transport it

easily and you could also fit it under or on top of a desk so that is it thank

you very much for watching I hope you enjoyed this video I hope you found it

useful if you did remember to give it a thumbs up I would leave a comment if you

have any questions or suggestions and subscribe to my channel

HOW YOU CAN BE HAPPY AND DO WHAT YOU WANT - a small guide - Duration: 4:33.

Have you ever wanted to do something in your life that everyone said you couldn't do?

Traveling to LA

Day one of Gamescom

Paris Games Week, Welcome

chapter 1: the year that changed my life

How many times do we put barriers between ourselves and what makes us happy

just because others keep saying that we can't do it

Nobody belives in you

Your Family, your friends, everyone keeps saying that

What you want to do is a waste of time

because we can't do what we want

and because of this constant "NO"

we reach a moment in our lives where we just want to say

"f**k it"

There's this trigger inside of us that's being squeezed harder and harder

until it reaches its maximum pressure point

eventually something breaks

you're deaf

you're blind, you're confused and then

nothing

you've reached your limit, you stopped caring

about what others have to say and this is the moment when you become truly free

and this is me, expressing myself, okay?

"If you could be anyone, would you choose to be yourself?" - Naomi Shihab Nye

think of all the things you ever wanted to do. Your goals

think of how you could achieve them. Your plans.

You got Plan A? Good.

You got Plan B? Good.

Now all you have to do... is go through a lot of fu**ing work

Chapter 2: make a plan and stick to it

I'm here. All of my dreams and aspirations are here. And the only thing in between these two

is a bunch of work. So tackling that work is a way of moving this needle.

Wake up early, go to bed late, have your goal in front of you and keep on the path

embrace any opportunity, open your mind, don't limit yourself, try anything and

everything

Chapter 3: anything & everything

You're Tarzan, you're here.

And you want to get to the other side of the jungle, here.

Ideally there's this straight line. It doesn't exist. Instead you reach and you

grab on to whatever vine you can grab on to, and you swing.

And that vine might carry you in this direction. Which doesn't feel like the right direction of your goal.

But it does get you a little bit closer, and eventually you make it to where you wanna be.

Chapter 4: swinging vines

Others will start taking notice. Things might start looking up.

You will get to meet like-minded people. You will get to experience new things.

You will get to visit new places where you will get to meet more

like-minded people. Positivity will start spreading through you and eventually

you will start spreading into others.

This is just one of those days I guess.

But the beauty of the Tarzan method, the magic of being open-minded in your pursuit

is that like these unknowns that's usually where you find something that,

is actually what your goals are.

Learn by doing, make rash decisions,

Take risks, assume the consequences.

Find your limits, know your strengths, live with your weaknesses.

Accept who you truly are.

Learn to love yourself.

Know your worth, so you may know what you deserve

Once you know all of this others will appreciate you for it

for being genuine, for being yourself

And the ones who don't. Well...

You don't care about them.

Bi**hes today don't know the style. You gotta represent B..

You might even get to meet that special someone.

You will complete each other and make each other better.

You will understand each other's faults and what makes them who they are,

what makes them unique

you'll love them for it and you'll get to share passions

share love, share work

share fun, share experience, share achievements, share failures

share everything.

But don't forget.

The adventure doesn't end. The clock never stops ticking

so don't waste your time. It's the only thing you're never getting back.

Now you know that without the sketch of a plan you will never get anything done.

So start off each day by trying your best and at the end of the day

you can be satisfied with yourself.

Now you know that because you can be yourself, you are truly happy.

I am truly happy!

And all I had to do...

was squeeze that trigger.

Lake Matheson - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year – Backpacker Guide New Zealand - Duration: 8:06.

Today we are making our way to a photographer's dream. One of New Zealand's most reflective

lakes, Lake Matheson or Mateson I still don't know how to pronounce that and that's not

even a Maori name.

Today we are heading to the most reflective lake in New Zealand which is lake Matheson.

So as soon as we get to the car park we are wasting no time and heading straight to the

walk that leads to the lake. the track that is leading us to lake matheson is actually

really short. It's 40 minutes one way and there is the option to do an hour and half

loop track as well. But we have a lot planned after checking out the lake so we are going

for the shortest option. It takes us right through a beautiful beech forest and as soon

as we enter the forest we are completely isolated from the outside world we can only see the

thick native bush.

The vegetation around is really cool. it's your classic New Zealand rainforest with the

first level being some low level flax and ferns and then after you have a medium tier

of trees which are usually all the ferns which have grown a little bit bigger and then finally

you have the really tall and towering kahikatea trees and rimu trees it's a really cool walk.

The track is super accessible it is very well graded very well gravelled literally anyone

could go down here and check out this awesome rainforest and head toward Lake Matheson.

Although we're just expecting a walk to the lake we surprised to find this amazing rainforest

on the way there. All the trees are covered in small vegetation like moss and tiny ferns

as well. And then we arrive at our first glimpse of Lake Matheson. Lake Matheson was formed

about 14,000 years ago by the Fox Glacier as it was retreating it left this huge depression

in the ground which has filled up with water and created this beautiful lake.

But this is far from the main viewing point of the lake. We have in our mind this really

classic New Zealand pictures of the mountain and the forest reflective over the dark lake

and we really want to see this one. And after a very short walk we arrive at the massive

platform. It's a wooden carved platform overseeing the lake and it gives us this amazing view.

The reflection is absolutely amazing. And Laura and I stay here for hours taking heaps

of pictures. The water is super reflective and really placid making making the reflection

even more vivid. Except for a few ducks that break the water as their swimming around.

A sign at the jetty tells us what the peaks is the background that we can see in the distance

which includes two of tallest mountains in New Zealand called Aoraki Mt Cook and Mt Tasman.

Although the clouds are covering those very tall peaks at the moment. The walk back to

Lake Matheson base is quite quick one. As mentioned this is a one way track so we are

getting back in the same way we came in giving us an opportunity to see the forest on a completely

different angle. I am a huge fan of one way walks because it gets us to see so much more

out of just a short walk.

But the main reason laura and I are powering through the rest of this walk is because there

is some yummy food at stake. We have decided to treat ourselves today. We have been cooking

for ourselves for months now and it's time for us to actually eat something awesome cooked

by someone else than Laura and I. So we have heard that the cafe at Lake Matheson was award-winning

and had amazing food and this is where we decide to have lunch today. The building itself

has a couple of entries then first one is going through the gift shop which is also

an art gallery with heaps of kiwiana art which is local culture art. And the other entrance

is where the cafe and to be honest although we spent some time looking at the art what

is most interesting to us is the yummy food.

Choosing something to eat is the biggest decision of our day. There's so much to choose from

European Asian classic New Zealand food, but we end up going for delicious BLT baguette

and I go for salmon and ramen noodle broth. A little bit of everything here. and we get

beautiful views in the distance while we get to eat some amazing food.

And that's all topped off with a couple of our favourite types of deserts which is carrot

cake and frangipani for Robin.

Laura and I really felt like we needed a bit of a slower day today. It has been absolutely

hectic I mean can you guys remember how many activities we've done in literally the last

month? It's absolutely crazy. So as soon as we head back to the Ivory Towers in Fox Glacier

we are getting in touch with some friends of ours which are actually in the area as

well. We met them when we were in Auckland and they are currently backpacking in the

South island and tonight we are going to be meeting one of our friends at the Bigfoot

restaurant which is probably the most popular backpacker restaurant here in Fox Glacier.

The bigfoot bar is pretty famous in Fox Glacier especially for having those foot made of paper

that every traveller can draw on to leave its mark behind. As a french person I have

to draw our french emblem which is the cock. Laura and Lindsay my friends from the US,

are getting onto the drawing as well laura is drawing something unusual for an English

person which is a cactus with a sombrero on it while Lindsay is drawing up a picture of

Milford Sound. She is actually currently working for the Department of Conservation doing some

kiwi conservation down in Fiordland so I can see where she gets here inspiration from.

The competition is pretty tough between Lindsay and I who can draw the best amazing creation

on their bare big foot.

I like both of them. I love em I I it's a tie.

You've just met Lindsay's mum which is travelling with her around New Zealand for a couple of

weeks and because they have a lot planned they are going to bed really early and we

are left alone Laura and I eating some awesome food again we are going for some pizzas right

now because we felt like our yummy food this afternoon was healthy enough but we can't

help ourselves and have to finish with some really yummy yummy deserts.

We've finished with a nice desert with cheesecake and Laura's having a chocolate mouse mmmmm

we are in for a great night at Ivory Towers before finally leaving Fox Glacier tomorrow

but not without before checking out the terminal face of the glacier.

How To EDIT VIDEOs -- Complete Beginner's Guide! - Duration: 12:53.

I know how to edit show me

what's up guys so let's say you've just taken a trip or you've got a bunch of

footage and you've never edited a video before where do you get started well I'm

gonna give you a quick crash course on editing we're gonna go over these ten

basic editing topics and by the end of it you'll have learned the most basic

fundamentals and editing to get you started on your first project now I'm

useful Mura because it's my go-to software but these techniques I share

with you are universal so you can use them on most other software's if you do

decide you want to use for Mora then you can try it free by clicking on the link

here or in the description box below so to start this video off I'm going to

show you a little sample of a travel video that I put together

there are so many things that you can create for video now I would describe my

video as a travel and montage film now earlier I mentioned how the editing

techniques in this video are universal to most software out there they're also

universal to all types of film genres such as narrative music videos

documentaries and much more so don't worry if you're not making a travel film

now let's take a look at film or

when you open filmora a window will pop up here you can pick the aspect ratio in

the mode most modern-day cameras and phones film video and sixteen by nine

widescreen so I'll select that for this tutorial we will be using the full

feature mode and Tamura in this mode you can have total control of your edit and

full access of the features in femoral now I'll give you a quick tour of the

film or program the top left of filmora is where your media file browser is this

is where you can import and store your files to the right of this window is the

preview screen where you can preview files in your media browser and where

you view your work in the timeline this long portion on the bottom is called the

timeline this is where your clips will be once you start editing them the icons

above your timeline are your editing tools you will use these tools to edit

your footage in the timeline lastly the icons above the editing tools

are links to your media music text transitions and more features that come

with the program now since you know how to use filmora let's get started the

first thing I do when starting your video is import my video files there's

new video files to edit your video after you've opened filmora

the first thing you'll do is import your media to do that press the import media

icon find your clips select them then press load all your clips will then

appear in the same window as the import media icon for my travel video I want my

first clip to be visually interesting and distinctly Japanese I suggest when

you're adding your videos that the first few clips be interesting and set the

tone and theme for your video that's why I chose the samurai shot but it's really

up to you now let's get that first clip of yours in the timeline take the clip

you want in your video and drag it to the timeline if you want to shorten or

lengthen the clip you can do so by dragging either the right or left side

of the clip in the timeline there is also the split tool to use the split

tool first find where you want the clip to start and then do a split then find

the spot where you want the clip to and do another split then delete the

parts you don't want once you start adding clips to your timeline you love

cuts now let's start going over the most basic technique in editing

cuts the first cut I want to talk about is the match cut the match cut is

similar to the standard cut which is just a regular cut but what makes it

different is when one shot is cut to another and match by the action same

shape or subject matter like this now what I've done to this shot is cut on

action a cut that happens on the middle of the action this cut is often

constructed from two Clips not the same clip doing a cut on action will make

cuts appear smoother or faster also a cut on action can be applied to any

level of action even for something as simple as snapping now I'm going to add

a little more to the timeline and use standard cut on action and match cuts

see you in five seconds

all right so that just about covers cutting now I do have to mention that

there are many more cuts such as the cross cut that aren't in this video so

as I watch more of this video I'm getting kind of tired of all these

standard cuts and I feel like I can add more to this video so to liven it up

let's explore Fillmore's effects and tools transitions are usually used to

change the look of a cut however I like to have a reason why I use them such as

having a more serene feeling between cuts

I remember this for us being very peaceful and right after I went to the

Inari shrine I felt a standard cut would be too abrupt sort of smoothing it out I

added a transition called a dissolve to view the transitions click the icon that

has two arrows pointing away from each other to add a transition to your

sequence you can either drag it between two clips or put the scrubber in between

two Clips then click the plus sign on your desired transition easy right now

they cut between the two shots dissolve into each other which is more pleasing

now for this Skateboarding clip I want to do something cool I only want a

certain moment of this clip to be in slow motion this is where the split tool

in combination when the speed control function comes in first I'm going to

find the spot where I want the clip to be in slow motion I'll then make a split

and leave that part as is for now for the other part of the clip I just split

I will change the speed by using the edit tool in the speed section use the

sliding bar to change the speed by making either slower or faster in my

case I filmed in slow motion so I will speed it up

sometimes I'll cut two clips that have a similar visual aesthetic right after one

another as it eases us into the next shot like this well you may not have

noticed is that I actually used an overlay to smooth out cut the original

footage didn't really cut as well as I'd liked so instead of using a transition I

added an overlay effect to give it a more smooth cut to add an overlay select

the overlays icon which is located under the media window click on any of them

and you can preview it once you find one you like press the plus icon to add it

to your timeline I do want to mention the overlays aren't only for

transitioning between two cuts they're actually meant for being put on top of

your footage and giving them a little more Flair on my trip the food tasted so

heavenly but the raw footage just didn't do it justice so when I feel like the

raw footage could look even better I take a journey through the filters sort

of make the food look more heavenly I want you to find a nice glow filter to

add to my footage the filters are located to the left of the overlays

click on any of them to preview just make sure the scrubber is on the clip

you want to preview to apply to my edit I'll press the good old plus sign

filters can easily add drama change the tone of the shot or stylize your image

now if you're wondering the difference between a filter and an overlay well a

filter generally manipulates your footage like the color

the contrast exposure and overall image whereas an overlay simply goes on top of

your footage

this is my favorite part of editing adding music they say that audio and

sound make up 50% of a video luckily for me for more it comes with the library of

music to see the music library select the music icon you can preview song it's

by clicking them and then pressing play in the preview window to add a song just

click the plus sign and it will be added to your timeline we're all humans and

sometimes we make mistakes on occasion I've set my camera to the wrong white

balance setting which results in the color of my foot is just not looking

right luckily I can use the color correction tool to fix my mistake now

color correction is when you correct the brightness the darkness the color

temperature or saturation of your footage and it generally comes at the

last part of the process when you're happy with your edit notice how the shot

has a blue tint to it this is because I had my camera's white balance set

incorrectly my camera was set for indoor lighting when it's supposed to be set

for outdoor lighting if the white balance was set correctly for outdoor

lighting it would look warmer to fix the color of this clip I'm going to use the

advanced color tuning tool when selected a window will pop up in this window you

can use presets or adjust the color on your own on the left side of this window

are the tools and presets you can use and on the right is where you can

preview the changes to the clip you have made the changes you make in this window

will only be applied to the clip you select not the entire timeline to adjust

the color on this clip I'm going to use the white balance slider since the

temperature of this video is a little cold and blue looking I'll shift the

temperature bar more towards the orange section to make it warmer I just want to

correct the footage to look less blue so I won't have to go too far

also when correcting the color of a clip my rule of thumb is to make the whites

look white if there is no white in the clip try to find where it's really

bright and adjust until it's white like the fur of this monkey even though I

only fix the white balance in my clip you can do a lot more with the advance

color tuning tool you can apply Luntz use presets just exposure add a vignette

and get more out of color correcting

adding text is a way to make a clear statement of what your video is about

but for me personally I think keeping it short is the key to add a title and

femaura click the text credit icon let's pick this one and to add it to your

timeline click the plus sign to edit the title double-click it in the timeline

and the title inspector will pop up in the inspector window you can select

which text you want to change by double clicking since I traveled to Japan this

year I'll keep it simple and title in Japan for the subtext I'll put the year

which is 2017 once you're happy with it it's time to export it on the very right

of the forum or effects icons is the export button click the button and a

window will pop up in this window you can name your video select the

resolution and choose where will save to for file format I usually choose mp4 as

it's the best codec for uploading to YouTube once you're ready click export

and your video will start exporting as you can see Filmore has a bunch of great

features and are very easy to do I have to say we just scraped the surface of

editing concepts and there are a lot more tools to explore tomorrow hope you

learn something and that this tutorial helps you get started on editing you

next video now go ahead and leave us a comment below and let us know what your

favorite cut is or if you made anything in filmora share with us don't forget to

Like comment subscribe and we'll see you next time

as a last note I'm gonna leave you with this piece of advice I believe that

great editing sedative that no one notices

7 Types of Spirit Guides Which One Is Yours - Duration: 5:59.

7 Types of Spirit Guides- Which One Is Yours

If you are just beginning your journey of connecting with your spirit guide, I would

recommend first learning about the many different types of guides that exist in our realm and

the incorporeal one.

7 TYPES OF SPIRIT GUIDES Right now, it seems to be a common trend to

believe that spirit guides are primarily animals or angelic beings but this is only one

small dimension of the many possibilities that exist out there.

Spirit guides, I believe, can have unlimited shapes and forms.

A spirit guide could just as easily be a soft gust of air that makes the hairs on your arm

stand up, as it could be a full blown godly being that you meet during a shamanic journey.

There are so many possibilities out there, and below I will break down the main types,

species or forms of spirit guides which you might encounter on your path.

Remember, you can have more than one, and most people often do!

1.

HALF MAN HALF BEAST (TRANS-SPECIES) Many spirit guides manifest themselves as

half man/woman and half animal.

Examples include: centaurs, fauns, harpys, mermaids, sphinxes, fairies and minotaurs.

Many deities also appear as spirit guides, for instance, Anubis (jackal-headed Egyptian

god), Ganesha (elephant-headed Indian god), Ra (falcon head, human body) etc.

The first ever spirit guide that I personally made contact with was Pan, a half man half

goat entity, who revealed to me my own personal shadow self and the need for me to

embark on a journey of healing my core wounds.

2.

ANIMALS/TOTEMS Animals are well-known spirit guides and have

gained a lot of popularity over the past few years, perhaps thanks to their accessibility

in our everyday lives.

Some ancient cultures, such as the indigenous Americans and Chinese had animals as sacred

representations of their tribes or lineages.

These days, animals come to represent and reflect a persons own inner yearnings and

needs, moving from group use to more personal and individual use in this day and age.

I wrote an article on popular species of animal spirit guides here.

3.

LIGHT BEINGS Many people describe light beings (also

commonly known as guardian angels), as being their spirit guides.

Light beings are said to particularly help people move through traumatic areas of life

such as death, loss and grief.

Light beings are called such because of their tendency to appear bright, glowing or full

of light.

4.

ANCESTORS Ancestral guides are entities that have some

kind of blood connection to us and our lineage.

An ancestral guide could be a recently deceased member of your family (mother, father, aunt,

grandfather), or a long dead relative that you have perhaps never met in your lifetime.

When I have done shamanic journeying in the past, I have connected with what I consider

my ancestors.

To me they appeared as shadowy beings that felt distinctly familiar.

They taught me that although I felt alone and isolated in my current family, I am part

of something vastly larger.

The messages our ancestors bring can be beautiful and life-changing.

5.

PLANTS Shamans believe that the world and everything

in it is composed of vibrant, living energy.

This includes plants.

Ayahuasca a psychoactive brew that is made out of a vine commonly found in Peru

is one of the most well-known ways of getting in touch with the spirits of nature.

Interestingly the Banisteriopsis Caapi vine is known as the vine of the souls, and

it is common for all those taking it to feel guided by the plant into the realms of inner

and outer existence.

The same can be said for many other psychoactive (and non-psychoactive plants).

Plants can either be symbolic, like in pagan traditions that associates certain qualities

with certain plants, or experiential, where ingesting the plant stimulates mental, physical

and emotional expansion.

6.

GODS AND GODDESSES Gods and goddesses have been worshiped, feared

and written about since the dawn of time.

They span across every culture, every tradition, every religion and every part of the world.

Common gods and goddesses that serve as spirit guides include Athena, Quan Yin, Apollo, Lakshmi,

Lugh, Kali, Hathor, Horus, The Green Man and Selene.

7.

ASCENDED MASTERS Ascended masters are beings that have already

lived on this earth but have become enlightened, awakened or have transcended the cycle of

reincarnation.

Thus, ascended masters represent the ultimate teachers and gateways to the divine.

It is said that ascended masters, like all spirit guides, teach all people who call on

them (not just you) to achieve greater wholeness and harmony in life.

Common examples include Krishna, Jesus, Confucius, Kuthumi, Melchizedek, Mary the Mother

of Jesus, Babaji, Gautama Buddha, and many others.

Your Guide to Anti-Anxiety Medications - Australia 365 - Duration: 9:07.

Your Guide to Anti-Anxiety Medications

Anxiety is a natural behavior that humans experience in response to any physical or psychological threat.

And, it becomes a problem when this reaction is too excessive in relation to the thing that triggers it.

Also, it can result in a pathological state of anxiety that may require the use of anti-anxiety medications.

Additionally, there is no clear boundary between normal anxiety and a pathological problem.

But, one could say it's at the point at which your symptoms begin to interfere with your daily life.

Anxiety is a mental disorder that is more and more common around the world.

For example, the number of people suffering from depression and anxiety increased from 416 to 615 million, between 1990 and 2013.

So, to understand why some medications are more appropriate than others, it's important to differentiate between the types of anxiety:.

Some anxiety involves fear, such as panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias.

Other anxiety is more general in nature, without any clear cause or origin.

Treatment for anxiety.

with low risk to the patient.

However, this class of anti-anxiety medications has the disadvantage of producing well-known adverse effects, such as amnesia, dependence, and high physical tolerance.

Additionally, medication must also be combined with a psychological approach to treatment.

Also, in the last decade, anti-anxiety medications and treatments have shifted from being based on traditional hypnotic or anti-anxiety medications to a wide variety of drugs.

And, these drugs are used for other disorders of the central nervous system.

Benzodiazepines.

The first benzodiazepine was chlordiazepoxide, synthesized in 1961.

And, this class of medication acts by selectively binding to GABA receptors. Additionally, this neurotransmitter mediates the inhibition of the central nervous system.

Therefore, benzodiazepines facilitate the opening of chlorine channels activated by GABA and accentuate their inhibitory effects.

Also, they are mildly sedative, relax the muscles, and have anticonvulsant effects.

Whats more, Benzodiazepines are frequently used to treat acute anxiety.

Basically, they have been effective against panic attacks and have even been used as enemas for epileptic children.

And, they can be classified by the time that it takes for their effects to be felt:.

Short-acting benzodiazepines: midazolam, triazolam Intermediate-acting: alprazolam, bromazepam, lorazepam, lormetazepam Long-acting: clobazam, clorazepate, diazepam, chlordiazepoxide.

Whats more, the body easily absorbs these medications.

However, the anti-anxiety medications can interact with psychotropic drugs, alcohol, barbiturates, opiates, and anti-allergenic drugs.

And, for elderly people, the dose should be carefully selected to avoid accumulation in the body.

The administration of lorazepam, oxzepam, and temazepam is recommended for older people.

The man side effects of these anti-anxiety medications are:.

Drowsiness Confusion Amnesia Loss of coordination.

In addition, all benzodiazepines can lead to higher tolerance (a gradual increase in the dose required to produce the same effect) and dependence.

So, this is why it's recommended to gradually reduce a patient's dose of benzodiazepines when trying to stop treatment.

Buspirone.

Buspirone is an anti-anxiety drug among the class of serotonin 5-HT1a receptors.

Also, it can help treat generalized anxiety disorder, but not phobias or social anxiety.

And, it does not have sedative, anticonvulsant, or muscle relaxing effects.

Additionally, it has few drug interactions.

Its main side effects are nausea, dizziness, headache, and restlessness.

Anti-depressants for anxiety.

These anti-anxiety medications are effective against generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and phobias.

Also, tricyclic anti-depressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) have more side effects, but can also be used.

Additionally, in this class of drugs, the following commonly treat anxiety:.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as fluoxetine or sertraline And, serotonin reuptake inhibitors and noradrenaline, such as venlafaxine or duloxetine.

Anti-epileptic drugs.

Additionally, anti-epileptic drugs such as gabapentin, pregabalin, valproate, and levetiracetam are also effective for treating generalized anxiety disorder.

Atypical anti-psychotics.

And, some atypical anti-psychotics like olanzapine, risperidone, quetiapine, and ziprasidone are effective for treating certain forms of anxiety, including generalized anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

β-adrenergic antagonists.

Lastly, Propranolol is widely used to treat certain forms of anxiety.

In particular, it's useful for physical symptoms like sweating, tremors, and high pulse.

Star Citizen: Loremaker's Guide to the Galaxy - Magnus System - Subtitulado en Español - Duration: 18:38.

hello and welcome to another edition of lawmakers Guide to the galaxy my name is

Adam Weiser I am associate writer at cloud Imperium games based here in the

Los Angeles office and for those of you who've never seen the show before this

is a chance for a member of the lore team to sit down and basically give you

a guided tour of one of the hundred systems that you'll be seen either in

squadron either in the game star citizen or in squadron 42 there's just a chance

for us to kind of show the the depth that we're giving to these through the

history and the astronomy that goes into everything that we're doing here so

today we're going to a an interesting system for a handful of reasons and a

kind of a contradictory system to in a few ways as we'll be discussing

it's a system that's in a fantastic location but it has a real real terrible

reputation yeah it's also probably today best known as the home world for the

headquarters of Drake interplanetary today we're gonna go off and we're gonna

go visit the Magnus system so we're just gonna go into the search bar here type

in Magnus and let's just zoom right over and see where at now when I say it's in

a great location it's because when we go to this this big level here you're gonna

see exactly what I mean so we're gonna turn on a large jump point it's got

three jump point connections which are very important you've got one to Ellis

you've got one to Stanton which you're already familiar with playing the person

universe and going to port olisar and then it's got a medium jump point here

connection to Terra but the reason why this is such a such an important and

kind of great location to be in because if I drop off the the medium jump point

we just focus on that you'll see that Magnus is right in the heart of the

large jump point run between Seoul and the Terra system so there's a lot of a

lot of shipments are gonna be going through here which makes you think like

this would be a very important system or it could be a

very economically strong system considering its location to Staunton and

Terra Ellis and and everything else that's that's that on this path air but

for four years now for for a century and a half

this system has mainly almost been known as a dangerous frontier system it's the

official one of the official kind of like slogans for the system is Magnus on

the edge of the unknown even though here it is right between two the most

important systems in the UAE now as we go into Magnus again it's it's strange

that it's a frontier system considering where it's located but one of the

reasons for that is because it has kind of a a convoluted history to it when it

was first discovered the UE the UPE took a great interest in it this was a

happened in 29 44 20 excuse me $24.99 the system was first discovered so it's

been about around for a little over four hundred and fifty plus years but when it

when we first came about it the government really really was interested

it because of the star at the center here now if we zoom on in this is a

main-sequence k-type star also known as an orange dwarf and even today

scientists like to focus on these stars as being the potential home for

extraterrestrials for for for alien life-forms now the reason this is is

because the these stars are very stable they have an extended life period even

compared to the Sun at the center of the soul system these stars the K types live

for about fifteen to thirty billion years on average while our Sun lasts

lives closer to ten billion years so it's here for a long time which means

there's a chance for life to develop it's also smaller it's it's cooler it's

less luminous this one in particular it's the luminosity is like point

three four points to what our soul is if our if our son is one this is point

three four luminosity when it when it gets compared to that it also start K

type stars like this also emit less ultraviolet radiation which is also a

good way to you know another thing that's not helping impede the

development of life in this system now unfortunately when the the government

start to look at the the wider Magnus system even with this promising star at

the center they did not find life they found three planets only one of them

aboard which we'll get to in a little bit was it was even habitable for us but

they they still it needed to be terraformed but it still had the

potential to be habitable that said the the UPE still decided to

hold on to this system because of a handful of factors the first being right

here magnus one now this is described as a kind of a small rocky planet it

doesn't have an atmosphere but what it did have were tons of valuable minerals

and this really kind of got the the government's interest so the make up of

the minerals that they were starting to pull off this planet has actually led

scientists to believe that it's just not another small rocky world that this is

actually potentially a toothed oni inprint planet NOW Ciccone

IMPLAN 'it's are interesting because they are former gas giants or in this

case most likely a hot jupiter that was within the frost line of this system and

the orbit migrated in until it got stuck here close to the sun now when it get

got this close to the sun basically the heat burned off the the gaseous outer

layer of the planet just leaving the rocky core at the center now this is a

process known as hydrodynamic i dro dynamic escape which which led to this

mineral rich core of this former hot jupiter sitting here at the magnus

magnus one at the at the center of the system next to the sun so uh that that

was one of the reasons they decided to to hold on to this system the second was

because Borya could be terraformed and that happened pretty much right away as

they as they started to dig into it a little bit they realized there's no life

here but we can still make something of it

it's a terrestrial rocky planet with a with a number of different climates

locations on it so they began the terraforming process and 25:33 and they

decided to leave this as a military classified system so not a lot of extra

foot traffic or ship traffic excuse me could could kind of flow through this

system now the rest of this if we just back out here for a second when we talk

about the history of the Magnus system we're really talking about boreal we're

talking about this second planet here there is a third one out in the on the

fringes here this is Magnus 3 it's a super Jupiter with the beautiful

multicolored atmosphere to it and and some rumors that pirates kind of like to

collect in the LaGrange port the points there for for a little pirate meetups

but that's that's kind of the standard stuff here for the system when we're

talking about Magnus we're talking about Borya and what has really happened here

over the subsequent centuries basically so in 25:33 the you the UPE starts to

terraform this system and as soon as it's habitable they begin to move people

in to turn it into the Navy shipyard for for the for the UE the UPE Navy at the

time so they're building ships here there they're bringing in people to

populate these factories and it's it's going great here it's it's kicking off

it's like a good 50 60 years of straight boom where this is basically the the

center for for ship for for shipbuilding for for the military for the Navy here

well as as the years kind of went on obviously the people were coming in they

were starting to have kids and a natural homegrown population started to emerge

on boria even though it was still pretty contained because again it's military

classified - you're not just getting people flying in from all over the place

you have to be selected to come here and settle down but one of the people that

that kind of up on bori at this time was a woman by

the name of was Ava's elk Ruger and kind of coming from this very blue-collar

industrial labor force that was very prominent there at this time she started

a custom machine park shop here and called it a name you're probably

familiar with Krueger intergalactic now Krueger and galactic has recently made

the foray into into doing ships and and other items like this but back when they

first started they just specifically made very specific items for larger

manufacturers this was ideal when you're here working with all these we working

with the the Navy building these ships and these other these other larger ship

companies maybe it's easier for for Kruger to actually make some small parts

right here on the planet so that way it relieves the stress on some of these

bigger conglomerates it also is a great way for Kruger to get their name out

there and to work with some of these kind of like empire-wide companies and

they they were able to do this because their stuff was was so it was so precise

and and done so well they they make everything from like the firing pins

that are in the burying p-8a are which is a ballistic rifle used by the by the

UAE Marines now this like I said this was all well and good until about the

mid 27th century so around 26 C in the mid 2600

a lot of stuff has happened and one of the things that the the u ee government

at that time decided to do was to move the ship manufacturing away from Borya

and into the killing in system now when they did this they basically killed the

entire economy of the the borya planet because that's that's really what they

had their people basically fled the system in droves because there weren't

other a lot of inter industries there and population dwindles and reports have

it down to less than a hundred thousand people actually living on that on this

planet about this time and again there were a lot of factors here that led to

the shipyards moving away from boria this is the middle of the 27th century

the first ever Devoran war has has come to an end

Messer has ascended there's all these other factors that kind of play into it

but boria definitely bore the brunt of that decision somebody who did benefit

from that decision was Krueger intergalactic and that's part of the

reason why youyou even know their name is because as the ship manufacturers and

all and eysies industrial powers basically left to go to Killian there

was all this excess space and high-tech equipment that they could buy up cheap

and expand into they could also afford at this point to get some very highly

skilled workers to come in and basically work for them so while the rest of the

economy suffered Krugerrand a galactic actually prospered at this time and kept

growing he became a more and more respectable name now remember again it's

it's still military classified at this time so no new people are are coming on

in until a 2751 when the military finally decides to get rid of the

military classification system for Magnus and let people kind of enter now

remember at the beginning when I had told you that Magnus even though it was

kind of in the center of things would still consider the frontier system well

this is part of the reason why even though it was discovered 450 plus years

ago it really had its landrush its first

chance for the common citizens and civilians of the UAE to come flooding in

in 2751 so in that regard that that's how the frontier spirit here has has

kind of persisted in this system now when they open up the system and people

finally start coming in it's it's not necessarily it it becomes a bit more

rough-and-tumble people are rushing in to get land there's not a lot of natural

industry there so people have to be creative as to how to generate their

income this unfortunately became a problem for Kruger inter-galactic

because they quickly realized as piracy as outlaws as illegal activity increased

in the system that they were systematically spending more and more

with each budget on mercs protecting their shipments leaving the system and

that was starting to draw concern eventually in 2785 a Kruger shipment of

vital components that was intended for RSI gets hijacked in this system and it

causes a major disruption to our size production supply chain this is this is

bad business all around because not only do they have to remake the part but it

just kind of like throws a cog and everything and it makes ours I realize

that they need to diversify their their production facilities so this wouldn't

happen again and it just it becomes such an issue that the one thing that the

magnet system could be proud of Kruger intergalactic they finally decide they

need to move and they pick up and they go to the Castro system because there

was plenty of cheap land there and it was it was great supply routes and it

was just safer in general so once again come 2785 Olson there's even less about

boria in the magnet system a magnet system to be to be proud about now this

kind of malaise went on for for a while but again this is a very resilient blue

collar industrial planet that's kind of what it's always been and out of the

ashes came this this little company that was fighting for

basically the chance for a military contract and that company was one called

drank a Drake interplanetary and what they had was a idea for a ship that

could be highly modifiable and modular so that it could be easy to repair and

cheap to make and would be perfect for for the UAE unfortunately that ship the

Cutlass which is getting a revamp by Josh Coons right now and is looking

fantastic that ship did not win the military contract that instead went to

went to a ship which is basically all but been forgotten since then and it is

now the Cutlass was then basically changed and kind of directed towards the

civilian market once again the shipyard Levine career

intergalactic Levine left a lot of skilled workers left a lot of machinery

lets a lot of like production spaces there and available which Drake

inter-planetary has since moved in and taken over and turned into the the

company you know so well that that makes the caterpillar that makes the Cutlass

that makes the Buccaneer a lot of these these great ships some that you can even

already fly when you go to Pope port olisar so it is still the the Hoke the

home of Drake interplanetary stuff has gotten better the them bringing the

industry there has has has definitely improved kind of stuff within the system

but it's still far from I would say safe the the capital of boria is a town

called Newcastle but people aren't allowed to land at Newcastle right now

because of an attempted assassination of the Governor's Council there this

happened a few years ago and ever since that that incursion they've decided it's

better to direct all space-bound traffic to Odessa which is where Drake

inter-planetary and Kruger galactic are we're headquartered or where they saw

their their main their main headquarters being Justin also a fun little

interesting note the Speaker of the Yui Senate Marshall

Madrigal is from Borya here in the Magnus system as is the famed musician

who disappeared gal Dugan was also first born here on the the Borya on Borya in

the Magnus system so there you go there is a quick introduction to the Magnus

system again a three three planet system here with the most of the main action

happening here on Borya very important part of the Empire that this is located

right on some main trade routes between salt and the terrace system and it's not

the best place to visit if you're not careful so just keep that in mind if you

feel like going to visit the Drake interplanetary headquarters thanks for

watching today getting to learn a little bit more about the Magnus system I'm
