Auto news on Youtube Dec 3 2017

Hey, great to see you here. This time from Mexico's 2nd biggest city...

...This is Guadalajara.

It may not be the first city that springs to mind when you're planning your trip to Mexico.

Most people traveling to Mexico for the beach destinations Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Vallarta.

By chance I met some people in Puerto Vallarta who where born here. Another great reason to check this place out.

This has to be old town's eye-catcher, the cathedral.

It's almost as old as the city itself, and except for the towers it's 100% authentic.

The towers have been reconstructed after the 1818 heavy earthquake.

This place feels like time stood still, just like the people.

A totally relaxed vibe with lots of people chilling on park benches like there's no tomorrow.

I doubt it….. but it makes me feel very relaxed.

Yes, constant cleaning in progress. And they should, this isn't the cleanest city I've ever travelled to.

The local weather is great. Almost every day between October and May is a sunny day.

Daytime temperatures hover around 30 degrees Celsius though at night it can drop to 10 degrees. The city has been built at 1500 meter altitude.

Let me take you from Centro Historic to this other place in the city, "Plaza Andares".

Definitely a gap between the haves and have-nots.

They're building a luxury area.

High-end shopping, reasonably restaurants and apartments…. If you can afford them.

A 25 mimute cab ride takes you to Tlaquepaque.

Yes thats right, Tlaquepaque.

Funny name right. It's a truly authentic Mexican village best known for its art.

If you have a great art lover then you would just be able to buy something special.

The 2 things locals are truly proud of. The first is the local music: Mariachi.

Traditional Mexican folk rooted right here in Guadalajara.

The second is the killer tequila.

I think I'll skip it this time. Last time I tried tequila shots is just another painful memory ;-)

Tequila village is open for tourist visits, it will take you approximately 2 hours to get there.

Tourists are a rare thing here. Which is kind of nice.

It does however mean the scenery and tourist attractiveness is slightly disappointing.

However I do recommend a hike up the "Cerro del Tesoro". It takes a 15 minute taxi ride to get there.

The view is awesome.

I've heard this city is supposed to be famous for the beautiful women.

I want to know if it should be equally famous for its men. Will go and find out.

Check the confetti in my hair in the lift back up to the hotel room.

Part of the deal ;-)

Seriously hot men, I've seen them.

And boys are aware of that, so there's definitely a bit of arrogance. That said, it was a great night.

The grades...

The nightcrawlers who like to club during your holiday break will seriously like this place in Mexico.

You may miss the beach although a stopover in Puerto Vallarta solves that right away. It's just a 30 minute flight away.

Like the video if you enjoyed it. Thx!

And if you don't want to miss any of my future trips just subscribe to my channel. It's totally free.

See you!

Cape Foulwind Walkway in Westport - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year – Backpacker Guide New Zealand - Duration: 6:02.

Today we are going to see the laziest seals in New Zealand.

This morning our day begins in the awesome Bazils Hostel which is a cool and colourful

hostel full of different murals on the wall as well as different places to relax and kick

back, watch some rugby on the nearby rugby field - classic Kiwi sight.

But these 365 Days of 365 Activities are not going to do themselves.

that's right, so we are heading today to Cape Foulwind which is the places where there is

one of the best and biggest seal colonies in New Zealand and there is also some awesome

rocky cliffs and some stunning beaches so there is a lot to unpack today so off we go.

Cape Foulwind is located only about 10km out of Westport and it's definitely a must-see.

The hike is really easy.

It's a well-marked and really easy kind of concrete path and it's only about an hour

walk if you take it really slowly.

Although it's a one-way track there is a lot to see along the way so in our books it's

definitely a must do.

The first stop on the Cape Foulwind Walkway is the Cape Foulwind Lighthouse.

There are heaps of different lighthouses in New Zealand and this one has to be one of

my favourites.

The awesome thing about this lighthouse is that it is surrounded by this native bush

called flax which the Maori actually used to use to make clothing and baskets for example

and this makes a complete contrast to the white lighthouse itself.

A couple of locals tells us that the place is called Cape Foulwind because it receives

the wind from Australia so foul wind.

I don't really know how true that is but it makes them laugh.

But we are already onto the next spot that we want to check out during this walk which

is the seal colony.

Laura and I are really keen on checking out this seal colony so we are kind of power walking

our way through the coastal line.

Because the native bush around is quite low we actually get some really awesome views

of the coastal headlands all the way along the walkway.

Although we don't quite see all the way to Australia we do see why this place is called

the wild West Coast.

The rocks on the cliffs below are getting absolutely smashed by the waves and the wind

up here is pretty strong as well.

As we getting closer and closer and closer to the coastline we are hearing the waves

crashing on the rocks.

It kind of feels like a build-up from an American movie right here.

It's going stronger and harder and louder and soon enough we finally arrive at the seal

colony.

It is a rugged coastline bashed by the waves and it takes us a few minutes to spot our

first seal.

The viewing area here is absolutely huge and it keeps us a good distance away from the

seals so we can watch them doing their natural thing.

The seals are exactly the same colour as the rocks and the fact that most of them are just

sleeping and just chilling out it just makes it a little hard to spot them at first.

But a few of the smaller ones, the younger ones, are a little bit cheeky a little bit

more movement and it's really surprising how well these seals can sleep when the waves

are absolutely crashing around them.

In New Zealand the law requires us to stay at least 20m away from seals.

they are marine mammals that were harassed by humans in the past decades and the New

Zealand Department of Conservation is trying to populate the local seal colonies and we

can see that the program has been a great success with so many seal pups around.

Laura and I are falling in love with those seals.

There is like the tiny ones which are really hilarious and the big ones which are super

grumpy and super hairy.

We are having a lot of fun watching them and we spend here a lot of time.

Actually we spend here over two hours that's crazy the amount of time those seals entertained

us.

The Foulwind Track is a one-way track so we are making our way back the same way that

we came in which gives us the opportunity to check out those views from a different

angle.

I really do like that.

And we get back to the Bazils Backpackers for another night and hopefully tomorrow we're

going to be surfing.

They are flapping their flippers.

You know kind of like [wimpering sounds] he's gonna catch me... that was a hard one.

I'm going to eat another fish.

And then you get some which are really happy they go with their feet like so you know they're

dreaming about like oh my god so many fishes I'm eating so much fish.

So you can see literally what their dreaming about which is pretty epic.

CHRISTMAS WISHLIST 2017 // TEEN GIRL GIFT GUIDE/IDEAS - Duration: 6:09.

hello guys welcome or welcome back to my channel so in today's video I'm doing a

Christmas wishlist for 2017 and no let's get this right out of the way

right away this is not too brag this is not to say I'm getting everything I'm

asking for no no no no no this is just to give you guys some ideas for what you

could ask for tell you guys what I am asking for to give you guys some ideas

just basically that kind of video that everybody else is making every other

youtuber on the planet is making so this is my version these are my 25 ideas for

things to ask for for Christmas so with all that being said, and n further ado let's

get started

so the very first thing I'm asking for is these shining wish ring from

Pandora because I think it's so super cute and our family the girls love

exchanging Pandora rings so if somebody wants to get me one that is the one that

I'm asking for this year

the second thing on my wishlist this year is the

naked heat Urban Decay palette I think the colors are gorgeous and as soon as I saw

it I got ideas for like 7 different makeup looks I could do with it so I'm

asking for that as well the

next thing on my list is a more practical thing and

it is a camera bag for my camera stuff because when I go on photo shoots

or whatever I always bring my stuff in a backpack and that's not the best because

it's not protective at all whereas a camera bag has like protective stuff in it

to protect your equipment and when I go on a photo shoot trip I usually bring my

camera, two lenses, lighting equipment, and wires, Chargers, battery chargers so I

have a lot of stuff to carry and this would make it so much easier

Next thing

on my list is all things Lush, because my family and friends know that I

absolutely love anything from lush so I'm asking for literally anything from

lush

next on my list is a little bit controversial with my cousins because

our family is a huge football and hockey family but we all like opposing teams

and I am convinced that my New England Patriots are going to the Super Bowl this year

and I have no merch or anything related to the Patriots so I want to have like a

Patriots shirt or sweaters so that during super bowl,

I can sport my boys logo

Next thing on my list is athletic long sleevers because I

love working out but I only have like short sleeve shirts and tank tops so

that if I would go outside for a run I'm gonna like literally freeze because a

coat you can't jog in a coat and in the winter I can go out a short sleeve

shirt so athletic long sleevers would definitely definitely help for working

out.

The next thing on my list is a sharper image cinematic light box from

Walmart . So you've probably seen these like everywhere they're super trendy and

people love putting them in their bedrooms as do I, but I do not have one so I

have one of those on my list this year as well

next thing again for

practicality reasons is a passport cover because I've been traveling every year

since I was about 12 and my passport does not have a cover so I think it's

something that I should have and I'm asking for this year for Christmas as

well

Anybody who knows me knows that I am obsessed

with bath and body work candles. I have like 60 bath and body works candles thats an

exaggeration I have like 12 but still I'm obsessed and I don't know why I'm

asking for more but I'm asking for more so if anybody doesn't know what to get me

for Christmas, a bath and body works candle works just fine.

next thing are

sprocket prints. so I have a sprocket printer HP that I absolutely love but

I'm completely out of the paper that you need to print and it's not because they're

expensive they're not, I buy them for myself all the time but it's kind of nice to

not have to pay for them yourself, so if anybody wants to get me those as a

stocking stuffer, that would be real cool.

so my current favoruite scent right now is Daisy

by Marc Jacobs but I do not have it because it is an insanely insanely

expensive perfume bottle that I refuse to ask for too. but one of my friends

also wants it for Christmas and she showed me that at Sephora they have it in like a

perfume roller and it's actually not that expensive so I decided to ask for that

for Christmas too so that I can finally finally get my hands on the scent that

I've been dying to have

so my friends and family know that I have the most

extensive collection of nail polishes in the world but my two favorite colors

maroon and mint green I do not have a nail polishes so as a stocking stuffer

or present this year I'm asking for either maroon or mint green nail polished

next thing on my list is zip up hoodies from Victoria's Secret pink because I

think they are adorable my mom bought me a hoodie last year from

Victoria Secret, and I love it but this year I would

really really love to have a zip up just because it's really cute and practical

and really good thing to have in the winter so I'm asking for that too

next thing are Nike pros and no, as people always assume Nike pros are not shoes

Nike pros are workout shorts and I've only had one pair of workout shorts for

the last like six years so it's time for an upgrade because I lost 30 pounds

since I bought those old ones, so it's time for an upgrade

next thing on my list is

the Remington ceramic pearl curling iron because we have one curling iron in the

house and it is my mom's my mom has short hair and I have really really long

hair so can you maybe do the math and see why that doesn't work?

yeah so for Christmas I'm asking for a curling iron and this is the specific

one that I am asking for

So on Sunday mornings my family loves to have giant

breakfast buffet things that we make together as afamily but one thing we never

have are waffles unless we buy them in store so for Christmas this year I'm

asking for a waffle maker so that when we have our big breakfast I can make

waffles for the whole family

next thing on my list is one of those like

bluetooth shower speaker things because I think they are awesome and I've wanted them for

like two years and it's really cool to like relax in the bath or the shower and

have music playing so that's something I would love that for Christmas this year

one thing I wanted for literally like five years are white high-top converse.

whenever I buy myself converse I don't know why but I always get myself the

black ones even though I know that I want the white ones so for Christmas

this year I am asking for white high-top converse.

so the next thing on my list is the super

super cute matte black cup from Starbucks it would be a really cool thing to like

bring to school or bring to a friend's house or use in my room when I'm

studying it's super cute super trendy and I would love to get that for

Christmas this year too

and the final thing on my list this year are a pair of yoga

leggings because I have tons of workout leggings but the thing is they always

rip because they're not meant to be stretched

whereas yoga leggings are made to be stretched because it's for yoga so I

figure that if I get yoga leggings for Christmas I can use those to work out

and they may not rip

so you guys, that is everything I'm asking for this Christmas

season, i hope you guys enjoy and found it helpful if you

did give a thumbs up if you wanna see more videos like this hit the subscribe button

down below and little bell icon beside it to be notified whenever I post

and I'll see you guys in my next video bye

R2DA Guide #1 | M93R (cringeworth with cringe translation) - Duration: 2:06.

Hey guys, this is Ellias

And today I'm going to do a Guide on the M93R

So first of all

This pistol does 34 damage per bullet

The accuracy is 65

And the range is 90 (NOBODY TOTALLY NOT KNEW THAT!)

You should buy the silencer,

The accuracy will be increased by +20,

But the range will be decreased by -20

(NOBODY TOTALLY KNEW IT)

First of all (again lol)

The M93R is a starter pistol, (A LOW RANK WEAPON*****) (Also bleach please)

For the new players of R2DA (Nice spelling)

(The silence is better than my voice for sure)

It's not (why did I say that..) It's one of the worst guns (Good)

Of.. In Reason 2 Die

So..

You wouldn't expect seeing High Ranks

Using this weapon

So.. (AGAIN.)

I'm going to..

Use this weapon..

So yeah.

(Keyboard Noises..)

(More Keyboard Noises..)

So as you can see, the M93R

Does weak damage

I'm trying to aim for the head but..

(EPIC KEYBOARD NOISES)

It's not that really effective..

But I mean like,

It's beter than nothing so.. (Sure why not)

Yeah uh..

Also,

I'll do several go- GUIDE** videos

On my channel

If anyone..

If anyone (twice.) of you wants me to do like, (dont ask me please my vids are cringe)

A guide on certain weapons, like (AGAIN)

The M93R (Totally not doing one)

Or, like, this is an example (worst example),

The M249,

Or whatever you want,

You can just, type it in the comments

(Nice shot skrub)

Also I would really like

If you could subscribe and like..

You don't have too but it's like.. (not again..)

You don't..

Like,

It's not such of an effort..

So yeah (can I just fuck off with the same words I use over and over)

(Friend laughing with my sister in the backround, big fuck you to him)

(Is now speaking in French)

(Keyboard noises are cool)

(Friend even more talking + Keyboard = fucking joke)

So.. (I'm so done)

Yeah, it's pretty much it-

It's pretty much it, so.. (bleach please)

I hope you enjoyed this video (Bet you didn't because I suck ass)

And,

See you (not) later

GOOD JOB, YOU SURVIVED TO MY VIDEO!

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

How to farm Rose Quartz - Guild Wars 2 Guide | BRANDSTONE | BRANDED MULTITOOL - Duration: 4:06.

hey there guys,

With the release of Living Story Season 4, episode 1 we have the oppurtunity to travel

to the Domain of Istan.

This also opened up a new farming method that can give you some quick gold or you could

use it in future updates to craft special weapons.

First things first, Before you start you should know that you'll

need quite some Volatile Magic to do this properly.

4000 Voltatile magic to be exact.

This volatile magic is the currency of the new map and is similar to the unbound magic

we saw in Living World Season 3.

So before even considering doing this I'd advise you to do the Palawadan and the Great

hall meta a couple of times first.

These metas contain chests with Volatile Magic along with other loot.

When you have about 4000 volatile Magic it's time to visit Scholar Fatima at the Astralium.

Talking to her will give you the Brandstone Multitool.

While you are there purchase the ''Extraction Beam'' and the ''Impact Site Marker'' Skill

from her with your Volatile Magic

Now what does Brandstone Multitool do?

Well, to put it simply, It allows you to track Meteors in the area that allow you to farm

Rose Quartz.

These meteors will spawn every 15 minutes.

And their materials currently sell for about 66 silver a piece on the trading post.

Now the actual farm.

While you are at the crash site, clear it from enemies and use your Branded Multitool

from you inventory.

Sometimes this is a huge giant crystal and you'll just have to destroy it and press F

to collect the materials.

To track these meteor crash sites you'll need to be mounted and use your special action

key.

You can also do this on foot by using the Branded multitool and pressing skill 1.

The tool will show you if there is a meteor crash site in the area.

While flying on a griffon it can be hard to see so I'd advise you to do this in a squad

the first couple of times.

You'll basically have to follow the big group of people and that lead you to the crash site.

If it's a crater, You'll see some purple goo on the ground.

Don't stand in it.

Use your Skill 5 on it if it doesn't already have 5 ticks.

This will increase the rescources you'll get.

After that, use skill 1 to find a meteor energy site.

An arrow will indicate where the brandstone is buried.

When you are on the right spot you'll see a bright light coming down.

When this happens use skill 2 to dig up the brandstone.

Then use Skill 3 to extract the brandstone.

This will give you Rose Quartz.

You can also use your mining tools on the Brandstone.

This will give you powderd Rose Quartz.

personally I wouldn't do this yet because it's worth less on the trading post and you

can always salvage your Rose Quartz later.

And that wraps it up for now.

I'd advise you to hold on to Rose Quartz for now.

But if you want some quick money, you can always sell it on the Trading Post.

I'm personally holding on to them because they will be used for later crafting recipes.

Probably for the datamined Astral Weapons/ For a written guide I'd point to a thread

by the reddit user Shrouded_ guise.

You can find this in the description.

It's a very clear guide that shows the process in a couple of steps

If you liked this video, don't forget to give it a like.

Subscribe for more Guild Wars 2 related content and thank you for watching.

I hope to see you guys in the Next one.

Peace!

Gift guide for him - Idee regalo per lui +GIVE AWAY: 15 days of Christmas 2017 Day 4 - Duration: 14:56.

>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel

but most importantly welcome to a new instalment of my 15 days of Christmas serie!

Last Thursday I shared with you a gift guide for the women in your life

if you missed the video you can watch it by clicking on the I

that will appear somewhere over my head

while today I'll focus on the gift ideas for men

once again I selected some gift ideas in order to help you

with the hard task of finding the right Christmas presents

I divided the products by price range, so I'll have gifts under 20 euro

between 20 and 50 euro and above 50 euro

and once again there is a give away at the end of the video

so watch until the end to find out what will be the prize and how to enter

That said let's start with the gift ideas under 20 euro

I found the first gift idea under 20 euro on Asos and it's

a set of shot glasses in the shape of pints

perfect for those who love beer and shots, even if as soon as I saw them I thought

they would be perfect to serve espresso too

so my first gift idea are uncommon shot glasses

the second gift idea is under 10 euro and I featured it in my gift guide for her too

I'm talking about the magnetic book marks that you can find on Amazon

for 9.99 euro you get 3 which you can use

paired with a book, if you plan to gift a book

or use them as stocking fillers

or as a single gift

I love the idea, they come in the shape of a music cassette as you can see

you clip it to the page and the string makes it easy to come back to the right place

9.99 euro

anyway as usual I remind you that on my blog you'll find the list of all these products

with the purchasing links in case you should want to use my ideas for your gifts

the next gift idea is linked to the book mark as it's a book

I think that gifting books is always a good idea, you can choose the latest releases

follow the taste of the receiver

or usually at Christmas time you can find some cool book sets

which are lovely to receive

I'm going to recommend one book which I'm reading right now

this one

the second coming by John Niven

a peculiar book as it's the story of a second coming of Jesus on Earth nowadays

it's written with a biting wit and religion is portrayed in a very unsual way

it perfectly depicts the evil in our society

Jesus is sent back on heart by God to try to solve all the issues men created

and to the way we understood religion

the only commandment God gave us was very simple: be good

but from Moses on it was totally messed up

so Jesus comes back to earth and finds himself in many weird situations and it's

an harsch portrait of our society with a biting wit, I recommend it

you can find it on sale for 10.62 euro

That's it for the gift ideas under 20 euro, now let's move to the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro

For all the Star wars enthusiasts like me I found online

this lovely lamp in the shape of a storm trooper

at the price of 27 euro

it's maybe more appropriate for younger men or for the people who love kitsch objects and Star Wars

you can find it online, I'll link it on my blog

27 euro and it's also available in the shape of Darth Vader and I think they are fun.

the second gift idea between 20 and 50 euro is this blanket in the shape of

a crocodile , which is the male version of the mermaid blanket which was quite popular

I found it on Asos , the price is 29.99 euro

and it's a perfect fun winter gift

On Asos I found the third idea too, a copper/rose gold cocktail set

which in my opinion looks gorgeous.

it includes a few cocktail tools, the shaker, the doser, the strainer ect

at the price of 35.51 euro

if I'm looking down it's because I have the prices written down there

otherwise I would remember any of them

so that was my third idea between 20 and 50 euro

the 4th idea, just as I did on my gift guide for her

it's from a new brand that I'm promoting

because it's by a friend of mine, Chiara, who I met a year ago by chance

and she had told me about this project

she designed some cute characters , inspired by the pastry world

she even invented stories about them

and she finally managed to develop her project and she created some fabric products

she has pillows, tea towels, short aprons

and even men's aprons and what I'm recommending it's actually an apron

super cute

with one of the characters she invented, by the way her web site is

minibabiescakes.com , go check it out to see all the available products

the fabric is really good quality

and the apron costs 40 euro, here it is

with one of the characters on

the Baron Von Strudel with his cute mustaches

look how cute he is

it's perfect for the men who love to cook, like my man

the quality is amazing, they close with a pin with the logo on it

minibabiescakes, the flying kitchen

because she explained to me that all the characters are floating

the names of the characters are super fun, just like the drawings she made

they are all original pieces and if you buy them as Christmas presents

you'll help someone's dream come true

creative people should always be supported in my opinion

and I really like her project, so another gift idea is an apron for the price of 40 euro

Ok, let's move on and my last gift idea between 20 and 50 euro is

a beauty set, because I had to include beauty for men too

let me grab my notes otherwise I won't remember anything, it's by The body shop

the price is 42 euro and it includes

a white musk eau de toilette, a fragrance perfect for men

a white musk body wash + shampoo

men usually love all in one products, at least my husband does,

and a 75ml after shave balm, 3 white musk products for 42 euro.

this concludes the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro

so let's jump to the cathegory above 50 euro

A great Christmas classic is the wallet + card holder

it's a gift I often choose, especially when I see someone with an old wallet

and especially to those who don't have card holder as in the past I've been robbed a few times

and I had the card and ID with the money so I lost everything

since then I keep my ID and cards separate so that there's only 50% possibilities someone steals both

so that's why I think it's a good gift idea, these ones are by Ted Baker, you can find them on Asos

and the price is euro 89.99 euro, they are in leather and the quality is really good.

my second idea above 50 euro was already featured in the gift guide for her

because it's a gift suitable for both and I'm talking about wirelss speakers

which you can use with your phone/tablet/ipod

they are wireless and use bluetooth, the sound quality is good

the volume is good too and you can use it also to receive phone calls without holding your phone

you can buy iton Amazon, the price is 110 euro, they are available in other colors too.

and we reached the last gift idea for men

it still falls under the electronic cathegory mixed with the bodycare

it's a gift I featured in my gift guide for her too

the sonicare, the sonic toothbrush

it's amazing, I've been using it for years and I couldn't live without

this is the set which I choose in black as I think it's more suitable for men

and it includes the Sonicare, a glass which is also a charger

which means you can keep the Sonicare in it and charge it at the same time

and you can also wash your mouth with it

and the charging box to carry it with you when you travel

in case the receiver should be travelling

the price is 160 euro , an amazing product

Et voilà, we reached the end of this video too

I hope that my suggestions were usefull and that you possibly found some gift ideas to use

if so don't forget to give the video a thumbs up

giving the video a thumbs up will also allow you to enter the give away

yep, you watched the video until the end and you're about to find out

which is the prize and how you can enter the give away

exactely as I did with the gift guide for her the prize will be a 50 euro worth voucher on Amazon

so that you can use it however you want, on Amazon you can buy almost everything

you can use the voucher to buy something for you or for the Christmas presents

Moreover you'll receive it via email and you won't have to wait for a delivery

first of all the give away will be open until December 11th when I'll announce the winner

to enter you need to leave a comment below the video writing whatever you prefer

you can leave as many comments as you want,

because the winner will be choosen from the comments

then you need to be subscribed to my channel, don't cheat as I'll check

give the video a thumbs up, share and favourite it

Nutrition - Guide To a Healthy Diet - With 2 SUPER HEALTHY RECIPES - Duration: 16:50.

Hi everyone, Welcome to Lazy Dancer tips, I'm Alessia. Today we are in a

different place, yes it's not home but we are in the kitchen of the Lodge.Space

where I usually teach classes, so come and check it out! But today I've got

here Mirko which happened to be a chef and studying

to become a nutritionist. I know lots of you asked me about the diet of a

ballerina, so this video, let's say, it's inspired by all those questions but

rather than talking about the diet of a ballerina I want to talk about the

nutrition of an athlete or whoever once to have a healthier body. So let's start

with that!

so here you go, this is Mirko! Hello Mirko

very nice to see you! This is our chef and as I've mentioned before you're

studying to become a nutritionist! ! Yes. Fantastic! I'm gonna ask you one first

question! Rather than asking what should I eat, is : what shouldn't we eat and why.

Starting from white sugar so food that creates toxicity in the body, so once again white sugar, white

flour, white bread, and looking at replacing those with healthier

alternatives like whole grain flour, whole grain breads of course, and then

for example instead of eating normal white sugar we can look at molasses to make

deserts and pure maple syrup. Always look at the quality of those ingredients

it's really important, it's what makes the difference when you obviously look at vitamins

mineral intake, so always look at the quality of those products.

These bad sugars and flours what do they do to the body? if

you'd have, let say, way too much cake or lots of pasta or anything, what do

they do body wise? Well we all know insulin in the blood, so when that goes up

obviously there is a response of the body to just bring it back down, so

our energy is not at the same level during the day so what we want to

look at is to avoid processed sugar flour to keep the energy and balance throughout the day

If we wanted to detox our body what are the, well obviously we just said

sugars and white flowers and all of those ingredients that you mentioned so

how do you think we should detox? If I want to start on a clean slate I

want to get rid of all that stuff, what would be the nicest intake? what

foods would you recommend for the body?

Overall just look at eating better foods with more fibre, proteins, better quality carbohydrates

Maybe as soon as you wake up in the morning instead of having breakfast

right away you can just wait maybe an extra hour or two and focus on water. So

lots of water, that very very very important! I drink about two litres of

water and I weight 75 kilos so you would balance that. You balance that yeah.

So of course you know I think we've all been into a situation where, well I'm

talking about my experience, and I found most of the time that I was affected by

what others around me were doing, especially when I was really young and

you know, if someone was eating very little, I would always think that I was

doing something wrong and I wouldn't actually get the intake I needed for the

day, to the point of feeling absolutely drained during a rehearsal and almost

fainted. To that point I knew I absolutely knew that I was doing

something completely wrong. That's the time when I started changing my diet

having my good sugars, all the veggies and carbs and proteins I needed. So never

tried to be affected by others always go with

what you need and how you're feeling especially we need to listen to our body

a lot so the key point : listen to your body and how it feels. If you feel

drained and tired obviously there is something going wrong especially if you

do exercise a lot if you're an athlete and you're not getting what you need

for the body to get going. always listen to your body do not be

affected by others. this what... Don't be affected me I'm not telling you

what to eat and what not but I always say feel good with yourself have

everything green and rainbow like! You say lots of

colours, and rainbow colours. In season! oh yes in season

Don't eat berries in winter, who knows where they've been

You do whatever you want, but...

He's the chef!

So Mirko I know you that you've got few

good recipes for us and again these are not only for athletes or dancers it's

for everyone that kind of wants to make a little change throughout the lifestyle

Yeah we're just looking at simple cooking principles that can be applied to

the cooking, substituting what we said white flours with... what I use for

example is buckwheat flour to give an example which is also gluten free

most people are intolerant to gluten and very small amount of people were very

very sensitive it's very dangerous. It's a good flour, very tasty and

we are gonna make some pancakes. SuperDuper pancakes! What else have you got

in there for us? And then we have a Veganyasa, which is

beautiful mix of colourful veggies with homemade pesto and some

tempeh. Yum! I tried that one!!

which for those who don't know Tempeh

is a fermented type of Tofu, so it comes from soy, very high protein

and the carbs coming from the vegetables, are important for pre

and post-workout! So I say let's get cooking! yey!

ok let's start

ok guys

some coconut oil to start with.

it's a saturated fat so when cooking

it does create less toxic compounds compared to normal

vegetable oils. So this is even better

than olive oil?

yeah, It's always best to cook with saturated fats

so coconut oil, ghee which is a clarified butter

oh, we got some time as well

salt

Our sweet potato has been seasoned and cooked so i'm just going to warm it up.

what seasoning di you put in it?

pepper, salt and oil

Tempeh, we just put a lid on top, it's going to be faster

a couple of minutes it's basically just to give it a bit of

flavour? yes to caramelise the onions, cook the mushrooms, warm up the sweet potato and the Tempeh

so how good is

the sweet potato? What has the sweet potato got in it that is good for the body?

The sweet potato has got good carbs, which are essential for

pre and post workout, to restore our glycogen in the muscles

it very good after workout? and before a workout

you need carbs to produce energy of course

and don't forget Walter! Water is really important! Don't forget to breathe

properly oxygen is really important for energy production so really really keep water and oxygen up!

And also, obviously talking about foods, good Foods!

Homemade food, quality first and don't forget in season

So what's in there? So did you guys notice we are Italian? Nooo, now they've the proof!

So tell me more about the cheesy thingy...Cheesy thingy?

The cheesy thingy that you said, the tofu it's not cheese

It's called Tempeh, it's a fermented version of Tofu.

and when we ferment food usually we raise the amount

of vitamins and minerals contained in the food and also we create that bacteria that is

best when we digest. So good for your belly! Happy belly!

So this is a very very simple dish to make anyone can do it at home it's very

quick and I can't wait to try it! If you guys are looking to eating these

before a workout you might want to keep your carbohydrates and protein in equal

amounts and we usually look at roughly 0.25 grams per pound of body weight for

either protein and carbs so in this case that it's just a little protein and a

lot of carbs the onions, the bread and stuff so you might want to uptake a little bit your

tempeh and maybe less of the veggies that will help you to prepare, build muscle and eventually not feeling exhausted after your workout

we're gonna start with the pancakes now aren't we? pancakes but different

pancakes, what are we gonna do? so this is my mix, we use buckwheat flour which is

gluten free, as we said before, chia seeds some desiccated coconut, vegan milk and apple pure.

it's completely gluten free?

Completely gluten free, I don't put any sugar in the mix so

in case obviously someone doesn't want any sugar

we give the option . Some coconut oil as usual for cooking, saturated fats.

So, it's got chia seeds in there, right? what is the good thing about chia seeds?

a lot of things

Really nutrient, concentrated seeds, a lot of magnesium, helps to relax the muscles

oh it's good for the cramps, I was about to say, if you'll get any cramps then

it's really good for muscles and relaxing! yes,

it also plays a big role in calcium absorption, which on the other hand, helps to contract muscles.

calcium is good for the bones as well

the moment of the flipping, which I never do write for some reasons.

look at that! beautiful!

we used to serve those with some berries a couple

of months ago in summer now we just switch to pears and apples which are obviously in season

Do you put your pear on top as it is, or do you...? the pear is actually.. good question!

It does look different , doesn't it ? yeah it doesn't really look like a pear...

it's poached in red wine

you get the red wine as well! and you never told me! before it was teaching

class! I had to pear with a red wine

chopping the pear

pure maple syrup

and this is?

that is a vegan custard.

how do you make it?

It's made out of milk

starch. Milk you mean? Dairy-free milk I'm sorry I suppose i took that for granted

but yeah that's all I use in my kitchen, dairy free menus

Vegan Friendly!

This is coconut yogurt

Toasted hazelnuts.

what do you put in the custard? so the custard once again is

made out of coconut milk, turmeric which gives the yellow colour, a bit of starch, vanilla essence some orange or lemon zest.

whichever you like best

so there you go guys this

is only couple of options for you to change your diet, eat healthy, get all of

the intakes that the body needs for it to function and to feel good

as we said before get rid of all the bad sugars or the bed flours and

replace it I guess the most important thing is not to cut or to eliminate but

is to replace with things they are much better for the body so you can have

sweets but rather than having white sugar you can have your agave maybe so

that's an option so try to find all the different options that can be good for

your body. Don't forget to follow Mirko

on Instagram and to get all the

different recipes that he's got hidden from us !

yes thanks for reminding!

more things to cook! I think I'm gonna go and eat now because

TSM VONC Koshka Guide - Duration: 5:22.

All right what up guys, my name is VONC I am a Vainglory player for Team Solomid

Today let's take a look at Koshka

Koshka is an assassin who can instantly burst down her target under the turret and run away from the turret shot

Koshka is really strong in the early mid game and good against squishy heroes

Also can be picked to shit on some late game heros like Skaarf and Celeste

Let's talk about her abilities. Koshka's hero perk is Blood Rush.

Koshka gains two move speed for four seconds whenever she deals damage with her abilities.

Pouncy Fun – Koshka's A

Koshka dash to the target enemy and deals damage

Twirly Death – Koshka twirls

damaging all enemy around her. Her next two basic attacks within 10 seconds does bonus crystal damage.

Yummy Catnip Frenzy – Koshka, basically just Koshka stunning the target for two point two seconds

Koshka ult will cancel her ult if the stun is reflex blocked.

I always Max B on Koshka first and then I trying to overdrive my A B

How to use her abilities: when you want to rush to a target, you stack your B before you jump in with your A.

And then wait for your B cooldown to get around 1 seconds jump in with A plus powerful basic attack, owerful basic attack and then another B.

You can reset another powerful basic attack and then powerful basic attack.

Koshka A–Both A and B ability can reset your basic attack cooldown so

basically when you use your abilities between basic attack, you can just use all of your powerful basic attacks really quick.

When Koshka has 6 is power spike. make sure to check blocks. Stun target who doesn't have a block. When your team is with you

your target should be pretty much dead. After that you are trying to take

Gold Mine or turret. Even damage enemy turret is fine.

Koshka is an early game hero so you should try to looking for chance kill enemy jungler or gank enemy lane or damage turret.

Koshka has one of the best last-hit in the jungle, stealing enemy jungle minions is also a good choice.

You can dance around the Treant and then try to get last hit on it.

If you miss the last-hit on it you can run away with your perk. If you do you should win the fight with

the heal and your perk will help you to catch your enemy.

When there is a teamfight Koshka should looking for chance to land a stun and jump and combo your enemy

with her abilities. Then dancing around with your perk to wait for your cooldowns and

jump in on their carry again.

Who is good to work with Koshka?

I would say just Adagio and Grace.

Adagio can keep healing Koshka so Koshka can keep

go in and get out Grace goes in with Koshka and give Koshka a burst heal

and a lot of damage-reduce and make sure Koshka can go in without fear.

Anyone in the lane that does a lot of damage

can work with Koshka because you just want to burst people down something like

Baron, Ringo, Kestrel, even Adagio can work with Koshka because it's

just have high single-target damage and trying to burst enemy down.

Anyone tanky enough is going to counter Koshka. Like Krul, Grump anyone who has a lot of CC can shit on Koshka.

Like Baptiste, Cath you have to build a block in CC comp or you going to get punished from that.

Alright lets talk about build paths.

Start with 2 crystal bits. In the mid game you're trying to get Aftershock, defense

some defense like tier-2 armor or tier-2 shield. And then with a heavy prism and boots

Early Infusion at level 8 is probably best for Koshka.

Late game you just Aftershock, Broken Myth, Aegis, Atlas or Metal Jacket, Boots

you go Eve, Husk or Shatterglass alright.

Honestly if there is a sustain fight you'll feel like your running out of energy you should go Eve in the last item.

If enemy has Kestrel or Sam something like this is really bursty, you have to go in, tank the damage, you should go Husk

If someone has Celeste and you like just burst them down, you can go Shatterglass

Yoga Holiday Gift Guide 2017 | Affordable and Practical Holiday Gift Guide | ChriskaYoga - Duration: 14:04.

Hello I am Christina and welcome to my channel, ChriskaYoga!

Yogi's so my yoga Holiday Gift Guide 2017

It is that time of year where everyone is buying people gifts for other people or even themselves

Which is also a great thing to do

But sometimes we need some inspiration as to what to buy people I personally consider myself a very good gift giver

I have gotten some great feedback on the gifts that I have given

I like to give gifts that I 5 but I also like to make gifts to is not going to be sharing any

homemade gifts in this video

But I will be sharing with you some of my yoga

Favorites that I think will be really great gift givers for people who in your life. Enjoy yoga, maybe your yoga teacher

May be someone who is thinking about starting a yoga practice these are things that I wish that people would have given to me

Because generally I bought most of these things myself

I've accumulated these things over a long period of time but these are things that I think would be excellent gifts for the yoga

Lover in your life or even yourself since you're a yoga lover as well

Or else you probably wouldn't be watching this video so before I get into my yoga gift guide if you are not yet subscribed

To this channel, please take two seconds and hit that subscribe button down below the video have that as your gift to me

Your holiday gift to me would be you subscribing to the channel if you are not yet subscribed

If you are subscribed then your gift is already done, so you don't have to worry about it, but anyway

It is free to subscribe I would love to you as a part of this community of subscribers

And it's growing every single day

Everybody's so nice, so please come on over and join us interact with us in the comments

I would love to have you so let's get into my yoga Gift Guide. Let's get the obvious out of the way

I have recommended this yoga mat

At least one other time on this channel probably in my yoga favorites video that I did maybe a year ago

I love this yoga, mat. I've had it for so long and I use it very very often. It's literally the only yoga mat

You'll ever need for the rest of your life

I can't imagine this yoga, mat ripping, or I mean, maybe if I brought it to hot yoga

And use that every single day in hot yoga, then I would imagine that it would rip or wear out at all

But it hasn't and I've used it for years ten years

It's a little worn out after years and years practicing very often, but it's still in very good condition

so if you buy someone this yoga mat

You are getting them a yoga mat

Literally for the rest of their life so the yoga mat that I am talking about is the Jade harmony yoga, mat, it is biodegradable

So it's not that

Plastic, what's it called PVC stuff? Which is why?

Doing things to it like keeping it in the trunk of your warm car probably isn't the best idea

It's probably why my yoga mat has lasted for so long because I keep it inside in the house or in the yoga studio

But anyway this yoga, mat is wonderful I could not recommend

It enough it is non-slip, so if your hands and feet get sweaty

It's going to prevent you from slipping out of downward-facing dog or any of the standing poses Jade harmony yoga mat

I could not recommend this yoga

Mat enough and it is a little bit more on the pricey side so it's a luxury kind of gift a gift for somebody who?

Maybe has a not-so-great yoga, mat and is looking to upgrade so I definitely recommend checking this one out

And that's thing that I'm going to talk about is a yoga bolster. I recently

Upgraded my situation over here and bought myself a yoga bolster

I use it and restorative yoga class that I posted on this channel

I will be doing more with it because I

Love it so much

You can use a yoga bolster for a meditation pillow also another great gift to meditation pillow if somebody you know is interested in

Meditation because meditation is often done in a cross-legged position sitting on the ground

But it's way more comfortable to sit on a pillow so a meditation pillow is good

But Co it going back to the bolster the yoga bolster is perfect for an at-home

Restorative yoga class restorative yoga. I am a huge advocate of restorative, yoga

I think practicing it is great for your mental health your overall physical well-being whether it's in a class or at home

It's just a great thing to do and having a bolster is really helpful when you're practicing restorative, yoga

It makes things a lot more comfortable

It makes the poses a lot more kind of luxurious to relax into so yeah a yoga bolster

It would be an amazing gift for anyone looking to have a meditation practice or restorative, yoga

Practice at home the next thing I'm going to mention

I'm kind of going through the yoga props here a yoga block or a set of yoga blocks is

Something also that would be a great gift for somebody who has an at-home yoga practice or even someone who has

private lessons with a yoga teacher

which also would be an excellent gift to get somebody a set of

Yoga private lessons because I know I would love to receive that but a set of good

quality either foam yoga blocks or cork yoga blocks

I have discussed the difference between the two in

One of my multiple yoga props videos that I have on this channel yes

There is a difference besides the difference in materials

There is a difference in point do we use them for and how they affect the body of course yoga blocks are awesome

They're just a little bit heavier so if the person that you're buying for often takes your her his or her

Yoga props around with them, maybe the foam ones would be a better option

They're a lot lighter

And they're still very effective for the standing poses and even for some of the other poses that you might use them for this might

Be a great option to do if you want to do like a set of yoga props, so

yoga blocks and a yoga strap

Which is also an excellent tool for your yoga practice excellent for getting the most out of yoga stretches if you're not quite as

Flexible as you would need to be to reach your feet or to reach your arms and an arm bind or something of that nature

Yoga a yoga, strap is a great thing to have in your yoga props kind of toolkit

So maybe having a set find someone, yoga

blocks and a yoga strap

Together would be an awesome thing to do and if you want to throw in a yoga bolster in there

I think that would be a really great kind of overall big

Generous gift for you to give someone yoga strap yoga blocks are and yoga essential in my opinion

And I think if somebody is looking to practice yoga regularly

It's something that they should have they should be able to practice with them at home

They're just a really great thing to have so those were kind of the yoga essentials

I've mentioned that multiple multiple times in my videos

But now I'm going to get into the more kind of luxury items things that aren't necessities

But they're really nice to have the first thing

I'm going to be talking about is an eye pillow, so this is something that also is often used in restorative, yoga

It's just a mini sandbag kind of and you can put it over your eyes

They come scented so you can get it with lavender. Eye

That's the one that I got the lavender scent has faded because they've had it for so long, but I still use it

Also, you can put it in the microwave and use it on your head kind of if you are having a headache

And you need some just a heating pad on your head a great great relaxation tool

You can use it in

Shavasana during your home practice or even in a studio if you want to bring it along some yoga studios already have them

But it's always great to have your own especially for something that you put on your face or on your eyes

Even the eyes are very sensitive. I don't really like to share I things with strangers so having your own

Eye, pillow is really great. I really enjoyed having my own pillow, and it's just something that is luxurious

That would be an excellent gift for a fellow yogi the next thing. I'm going to be talking about our mala beads I

Haven't bought myself or received mala beads from someone in quite some time

But I do have several strands of mala beads you can get them in the long necklace type

you can get them in a bracelet form you can use them to meditate if you have a mantra or a

affirmation you can recite your affirmations with every bead similar if you're familiar to the rosary obviously, it's

Nondenominational, it's not attached to a religion

you can use it in meditation to affirm something to yourself something that you'd like to ingrain within yourself a

Positive belief or you can just wear it as an accessory because they are really beautiful

I have some really beautiful ones that I enjoy having you can wear them sometimes

People believe that they certain stones bring them a certain energy

I'm not sure that I 100% believe that, but they are still very beautiful to have and they're a great gift

I think for somebody because I don't think that people would often buy things like that

Next I'm going to be talking about something that I mentioned

In my cold remedies video doesn't have to be used as a cold remedy

I use it all the time, so I'm talking about my essential oil diffuser

I have two of them one of them is larger than the other

But obviously the smaller one will run for less time than the larger ones

But you fill it up with water you drop some oils essential oils of your choice into

the water and you just let it run, and it just makes your house smell amazing it creates such a

relaxing atmosphere

I guess depending on the oils you use

so I tend to use more relaxing scents my favorite is lavender and

Using it at night is a really relaxing it helps you to wind down calm down

Lavender is just a very calming and soothing scent so you can get an array of cents

You can get more energizing scent like the citrus oils

I know doTERRA has a lot of interesting combinations of cents that you can choose from the possibilities are endless

If you know this person well that you're buying for or if you're buying for yourself check out

What kind of maybe candles they have in their house but since they prefer?

And then you could go along those lines of choosing which types of oils that you would buy for them along with this gift

But the main thing is the essential oil diffuser, it's not even too expensive

And it's still a really great luxury gift

I think that someone wouldn't

Necessarily buy for themselves my dad brought me mine as a gift so I loved it and then I bought another one so I definitely

Think it's a great gift to get the next thing. I'm going to be talking about is

soy

Candles candles are amazing

I love love love candles

But some of the waxes are not really that healthy for you

and

the soy

Wax is a lot better for the air

Quality and a lot better for you to breathe it in I got something like this as a gift well

It was a set of three soy candles. I think I got it for my birthday last year, and I love these candles

They're petite candles

But the sense that came in this pack are really great lavender is the obvious one that I used up the most

I'm almost done with that candle

It's almost burnt out, but these candles are great toy wax candles are a lot better for you

They're not too pricy

And I think it's a really great gift to give somebody especially somebody

Who likes candles because I love candles who doesn't love candles, so I really hope you enjoyed this gift guide

and take the train to Ruifang station

From Ruifang, you can again take bus number 824 to Jiu Fen

But I recommend you guys to take a taxi directly to get there

because it's takes approximately 30 minutes only

so that you don't wasted a lot of time on the journey

So that's all the places and scenery from NTOU.

There are very beautiful right?

So maybe when you have time you can come here to relief the stress

by enjoy the ocean and mountain view.

Thank you for the watching!
