Hello , I am Lisa and this time i will practice truly fantastic exercises for strengthening
your abs, hips and legs.
Attention!
You should follow my recommendations and avoid the most common mistakes.
Set back shoulders, gather in stomach, tense your buttocks muscles.
You should find something to replace the barre, the maximum amplitude should be around 90
degree.
Keep your body straight it is not allowed to move the trunk back, aside or lean forward.
Put your right leg on the barre and slowly lift it up and down, the 5th time try to fix
your leg over the barre for 2-3 seconds , repeat 4 times.
Turn trunk 90' left and repeat the same exersices, 4 times.
Turn trunk again 90' left and again slowly lift your leg up and down, the 5th time try
to fix it over the barre for 2-3 seconds , repeat 4 times.
Perform the same for
the other leg.
