There ain't no achy breaky hearts for Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Tish.

According to E! Online, their divorce case has been tossed out after the couple opted

not to show up for a scheduled hearing to move forward with divorce proceedings.

The 56-year-old singer and his wife have reportedly filed for divorce a number of times, but seemingly

have kept their relationship in tact, and it's believed that the failure to appear

in court was calculated by a couple that's determined to stay together.

The Daily Mail reports that Billy Ray and Tish first filed for divorce back in 2010,

but if they choose to carry on with the proceedings, now they'll have to file all new paperwork

and start the process over again.

Daughter Miley Cyrus recently stated, "One thing I've learned from marriage from my

parents: Nothing and no one stays the same.

Grow, evolve, change with each other and celebrate your love's journey!"

Seems like the Cyrus family love journey will continue on.

Damilola Adegbite was dropping hints about their separation since 2016.

Last year, she wrote a message to her fans and followers saying she's trying to stay

strong for her two-year-old son.

Meanwhile, on February 14, 2017, their wedding anniversary, Damilola Adegbite did not acknowledge

any of her husband's public display of love on social media.
