Okay so you can grab a TRX from the Member Services Desk s long as you bring your N-Card.
There will also be a stool that you can rent out as well to be able to hook it up onto
the straps once you get into the south studio. So you just go up the stairs to the first
floor its the first studio in the back on that floor. Once you have the TRX you can do
whatever that you find that you're wanting to do. There's a TRX app, you can go onto the
website, but then there's also some moves provided in this video which are the basic squat, row
and then some other plank variations which can be pretty fun that you can mess around
with.
For the squats just make sure that you feet are hip distance apart and that you can hit
below parallel or about parallel with that squat and that you're not leaning necessarily
on the TRX and that you're still on that upright stance position as if you weren't holding
onto the TRX. For that row you're basically in a reverse plank position so trying to keep
your core nice and engaged and then same thing with those planks. To get into the TRX strap
you'll sit facing you anchor point, which is that metal rod above on the ceiling, and you're
gonna take your right foot into your left foot stirrup, which is the bottom part here
and then you'll put your left foot in the right and then you'll flip over onto your
right side and you'll be in your plank position and you an do any core move from that starting position.
When you're done go ahead and make sure you take the TRX strap down wrap it up into a
ball and put it back in the bag and bring it back down to member services desk.
