An experimental 'magic bullet' drug has the potential to change the way women are treated for one of the most deadly forms of breast cancer, an expert has said.
Sacituzumab, is an antibody that zeroes in on cancer cells. Like a homing missile, it delivers a 'warhead' in the form of a potent chemotherapy drug. Since it directly targets tumours while avoiding healthy cells, side effects are kept to a minimum.
In a clinical trial involving 108 women with triple-negative breast cancer that had spread around the body, the infused drug caused 'significant' tumour shrinkage, researchers reported.
The women had all previously failed to respond to two or more previous treatments. All had a poor prognosis. Overall, a third of the patients responded to the drug and typical survival time was 13 months.
Nine long-term responders remained free of any disease progression for more than a year.
Senior investigator Dr Kevin Kalinsky, from Columbia University, New York, said: 'I think this drug has the potential to change practice, because the data looks so compelling, even with the relatively small number of patients in the trial.
There's an unmet need for patients with metastatic (spreading) triple-negative breast cancer, and we see significant tumour shrinkage with this new therapy. Triple negative breast cancers are notoriously hard to treat.
They are impervious to normal types of hormone therapy and drugs that target the cancer-fuelling HER-2 protein.
The new drug is also being tested against other types of breast cancer as well as bladder and prostate cancers, said researchers writing in the New England Journal of Medicine.
During the trial only 3 percent of patients stopped taking the drug due to adverse side effects. The main effects seen were hair loss, diarrhoea and fatigue.
Dr Kalinsky added: 'Having smaller tumours can be incredibly meaningful to a patient's quality of life. When tumours shrink, patients are more likely to experience improvement in symptoms, like pain.'.

This is the Sundarbans delta,
home to the world's largest mangrove forest and 4.5 million people.
In this remote area, 20 Volvo machines are working non-stop,
building embankments to save this invaluable land.
Rising sea levels and reocurring cyclones
have made living conditions in the Sundarbans extremely harsh.
In 2009, Cyclone Aila swept away the embankments
protecting against the saltwater.
Today, new embankments, are being built in a pioneer construction project.
This project has always been very interesting to Volvo
as well as our dealers
because it's one of the prestigious projects.
It's a government project which is actually helping
improve the livelihood of people.
Construction work in the Sundarbans means facing some extreme challenges,
as one third of the land disappears and reappears with the tide every day.
Suchita Group is the Volvo dealer in West Bengal.

Operators and spare parts need to come the same way.
Basically, this area is quite far away from the urban region.

I tried Gigi Hadid's equipment-free core workout and it was surprisingly easy - Duration: 6:17.
Like many people, I promised myself that this the year I'd finally tone my abs and get into
great shape.
But the reality is ab work is hard and I rarely muster the will to do it.
So when I had the opportunity to work out like Gigi Hadid, a model notorious for her
killer abs, I felt like I finally had the motivation I needed.
First things first: I did some research into what exactly Hadid does to stay in great shape.
Lucky for me, Hadid frequently trains with Rob Piela, owner of Gotham Gym in NYC, and
he's spoken to a variety of outlets about the sort of work he does with Hadid.
Also lucky for me, it turns out Hadid maintains her fit physique doing some pretty do-able
exercises.
According to Piela, he frequently mixes up Hadid's routine, but she loves boxing, so
I mostly stuck to this workout.
Here's the breakdown:
Warm up the core with 10 minutes of boxing.
Perform three sets of 40 crunches each.
Raise your heart rate with 10 minutes of boxing.
Perform three sets of 40 bicycle crunches each, kicking each leg out once per bicycle.
Box for another 10 minutes.
Take a plank pose to hit the transverse abdominals, holding for about 60 seconds, or as long as
you can maintain good form.
Super-set straight into leg raises to hit the lower abdominals, performing four sets
of 25 leg raises each.
Day 1: It was actually not as bad as I thought it would be, though I hesitate to say it was
easy.Everything went pretty much according to plan, except I definitely didn't do 40
of each exercise because I am not in Gigi Hadid shape and can't easily go from zero
core work to 120 reps for each exercise.
Instead, I did 30, 35, and then 40 repetitions of both types of crunches (although I will
say, I had to take some big breaks during the bicycle crunches because those are not
easy).
The plank was also surprisingly easy, and I could definitely feel my core engage after
getting warmed up by the other exercises.
As far as the boxing, I'd never really done it as a form of cardio (I usually run on an
elliptical), so I wasn't totally sure what to do, and I felt like I wasn't getting a
great workout.
But that's probably more due to my lack of training than the actual efficiency of boxing.
All in all, it was definitely a tough workout but not as bad as I thought a Hadid routine
would be.
Day 2: I started to feel incredibly sore.I repeated the same workout on day two and it
went mostly without a hitch.
Once again, I didn't do 40 repetitions of each exercise every time, and instead did
35, 40, and 40 (progress).
But the bicycle crunches were no easier, and I had to take frequent breaks.
The workout was hard — but the worst part was after.
I must have hit the punching bag the wrong way because my right hand was in such pain
all day that I could barely write with it.
As the day went on, my entire body — especially my core — also started to feel incredibly
sore.
I took it as a sign that I was really putting it to work.Day 3: I took a much-needed rest.My
body was definitely feeling the toll from my intense workouts, so I decided to take
a break on day three.
After all, Piela said Hadid does her core work four days a week, so as long as I got
in another two, I'd still be sticking to the Hadid regimen.
Day 4: I tried my hand at jumping rope.By day four, my body felt a lot less sore but
my hands still hurt from hitting the punching bag, so I skipped it and jumped rope to get
in my cardio instead (Piela said this is another cardio exercise that's a good swap for boxing).
Jumping rope for a total of 20 minutes was a lot harder than it was when I was a kid,
but I got through it with a couple of breaks.
I did feel like it also provided a much more intense workout than hitting a punching bag.
Aside from the change in cardio, I did everything else exactly as I had before.
I still struggled with the bicycle crunches but actually reached the goal of 40 repetitions
for each set of the other exercises, so there was definitely progress.
Day 5: I went above and beyond.For day five, I switched back to boxing and kept everything
else the same.
I was feeling a lot more confident with the routine and I was able to follow it to a T.
I even added an extra 30 seconds into my plank for an extra challenge.
Overall, Gigi's ab workout was definitely simple, easy to follow, and effective.Obviously,
it would take a long time to get Gigi-level abs (and likely a change in my diet as well)
and I wasn't expecting any immediate results.
But I was still very happy with the way the routine worked my abs.
I think it's definitely something I'll be doing in the future — of course adding more
reps to increase the challenge as I go.
I'll also likely switch the cardio to running since I feel it's a better way to get my heart
rate up.
I'm sure boxing with a partner can really get your heart going, but it's easy to slack
off and not really work your body when all you're doing is punching a bag.
Overall, though, I would recommend the workout if you're looking for a simple way to work
your abs without any equipment.

which is in english but after that all the videos i share will be in hindi
and mostly after that all the videos i share on my channel will be in hindi
I took this decision as I saw on my youtube analytics that
the people subscribed to my channel are hindi speakers and i also checked with people on social media
also I got many comments on youtube that why i dont make videos in hindi

I know this is my first video in hindi so there might be some errors
in the speech for the next set of videos i upload on the channel
so forgive me for sometime... In this video I am going to
talk about my 1 week trip in Thailand from Bangkok
Pattaya and Phi Phi Island with my friends 4 people so in this video
i will teach you how you can travel Thailand as a solo or group traveler
As Thailand is a major destination for Indian's to go
I have divided this video in 4 parts flights, hotels, food and the last one which is
the longest one is a day wise itinerary about the whole trip whatever i did in Thailand
how much I spent and everything related to my trip So let's start
todays video So friends first part of the video is about flights
As you know flights are a major expense for every trip which comes to around 30-40%
We booked our tickets just before 2 weeks so we had to pay a bit more
so we booked Sri Lankan Airlines
We came upto 18044 Indian Rupees
With which we got 30kg luggage, with food drinks and
entertainment. It was an amazing journey

You can get a round trip ticket from 14-15000 Indian Rupees if you book 6-7 months early
So guys this was the first part about flights now lets get started with the second part which is
about visa and sim card. In Thailand if you are an Indian you get a visa on arrival
If you are an Indian citizen with a valid passport
which is very important like if you are planning to go Nepal you don't need the passport
but in Thailand you have to have a passport as you need to get a visa
after reaching there if you are planning a visit to Thailand recently
you are getting free visa till April 2019 from Thailand Government
which is really amazing as you will save 4000-4400 Indian Rupees
for visa on arrival for Indians
When we went there we didnt get this facility so we had to pay 2000-2200 baht for the visa
which you need to pay when you aren't getting a free visa
you get a regular visa in 2000 baht but it has a huge queue
which might result to waste of 2-3 hours at the airport
if you want a quick visa you can go for the express visa
which we were able to get in just 10-15 mins
after which we collected our luggage and went out but in the middle we also bought our sim card
which we paid around 800 Indian Rupees including the 10GB data
and some calling minutes as we were not planning to make international calls
and whatsapp call and using data we will stay connected to our friends and
family. If you are going for a trip of 7-8 days
so that you can use the facilities like grab and google maps to find location
which will help you in getting from one place to another
so that was about visa lets talk about the third part
In the third part I am going to talk about hostel and hotels
so firstly i will talk about solo travellers
if you have no problems in staying in hostels which comes around 400-800 Indian Rupees
If you wanna get a hostel in Bangkok Khau San Road is amazing place for hostels for solo travelers
as you will get some really amazing hostels out there
for around 400-1000 Indian Rupees
for hostels you can try hostelworld.com or booking.com
where there are many hostels listed if you are going in a group
you can get hotels from 1000 Indian rupees to depending on your requirement how much
you wanna spend depending on your requirement you can check in goibibo and trivago for hotels
at Pattaya, Bangkok and Phi Phi Island the different types of hotels you can get
like i got hotels for about 1000-2000 Indian rupees with my friend
in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phi Phi Island I stayed at some really good properties
I dont have any videos for that but if you check my old videos
you will get a glimpse of the same
which I will try to show you guys from the next vlogs which are about to come You can get rooms even cheaper than hostels
if you are going in a group of friends on the trip
so the next part which is about food
if you are foodie and you dont mind trying different types of cuisine
then definitely you can try some local thai food
and if you wanna maintain your budget you should definitely go for the local food
definitely go for local food which is really cheap compared the food in the hotels
or if you wanna try some different cuisine like Indian food
like we tried in Phi Phi Island
at a Indian restaurant Papaya and the bill came upto 1600 Indian Rupees for 2 people
which came upto 800 Indian rupees for 2 people which is really high. So if you want to keep you budget
low goto some local hotels and try some street food
which we also tried except the scorpion which was really good
and if you are a non-vegetarian Thailand is a heaven for you
even South-East Asia where you get some really amazing cuisine totally different from others
for you to try if you are a budget traveller if you wanna try some local food
and you wanna keep your expense down
800 to 1000 Indian rupees is really enough for a day which includes breakfast
dinner lunch is included again if you book a hotel or hostel with breakfast included you will just save alot
which is really an awesome thing which will save you lots of money
so that your dinner and lunch gets cheaper at 600 to 700 Indian rupees
that was for solo travellers who want to do there trip in budget and
spend on activities and other things if you don't have any problem
in spending money on Indian food and hotels
you budget should come to around 2000 Indian rupees per day and that's it for food
so that was the fourth part in this part I am going to talk about the full itinerary
where i am going to talk about my day to day plan of my thailand trip

where you can see the full flow on how i travel from one place to another
where i haven't talked much about money but you will have a decent knowledge
on what you should expect and do on your thailand trip
like i did many activities from snorkeling, sea walking, island hopping and much more
where you spend a lot but i am fine spending on such activities
because i love to try these activities. I was planning for scuba too
in scuba some problem happened
because of which I wasn't able to do it but i had to pay for half of the cost of the dive
but what can we do these things are common when you travel right
so let's get started on the 5th part which is about the itinerary
where i am going to talk about from day 1 till the last day of my whole thailand trip
where i will talk about everything i did on my thailand trip
as you already know about the flights and visa so i won't talk about that now
so the first day we started from India towards Bangkok on Sri Lankan airlines
where they took us to Sri Lanka
and then from there we got on the flight towards Bangkok at the main airport Suvarnabhumi airport
where you get the visa after getting out of the airport we took a taxi
from grab and started our journey towards Pattaya
which is around 150 kms from Bangkok for which we paid 3100 Indian Rupees
which came to around 600-700 Indian Rupees per head
if you are not in a group and don't wanna spend so much you can
take the bus from Bangkok to Pattaya
which costs around 150-200 baht so with a decent rate you can reach Pattaya
it will take some time but if you are on a budget
but as you are on a budget you definitely have to spend some time for reaching the places
after which we checked-in to the hotel and then everyone started to take some rest
as I wasn't that tired i thought to head towards the Sanctuary of Truth
you can try the grabbike which is really cheap if you are travelling to thailand
and if you want to go from Pattaya beach to Sanctuary of Truth you have to pay 60 baht for
which is decent if you take the grab taxi which comes around 120 Indian rupees
after reaching Sanctuary of Truth you need to pay a fee of 500 baht to enter the place
which is alot for tourists but as you know even in India
when you go to a tourist destination you are charged a lot if you a foreign
travellers compared to the locals which is really cheap for locals
the Sanctuary of Truth and if you are a foreigner you definitely have to pay 1000 INR fee

where I show you the whole place it's an amazing temple in Pattaya
that was my first day in Thailand after which in evening we went
to some tour companies and discussed about sea walking which is really famous in Pattaya
where we booked the next day's full day trip
where we got speed boating, island trip and sea walking and snorkeling trip was included in that
so next day they come to our hotel
to pick us up and take us to the pattaya beach from where they take us in a speed boat
which at crazy speeds takes us to the main spot where we try the sea walking
after which they take us to an island
where we spend our 2-3 hours including the lunch
where you can chill and after spending some time they take you
to the snorkel trip which is also good
that's why i will say that the trip is totally worth because you enjoy the whole day
after returning you can head over to the walking street
which is really famous in Pattaya if you wanna eat your dinner and have some
other activities live show, live music everything happens there
our third day was a traveling day where we left pattaya and headed over to Bangkok
and from Bangkok Don Mueang airport which is known for the domestic flights
we took a flight towards Krabi
for that flight we paid around 3-4000 Indian Rupees for the round trip
like we had to goto krabi and from there take a ferry towards Phi Phi Island
you can go Phuket too but I thought why not goto Phi Phi Island
as most of the crowd goes towards Phuket and I thought to have a less crowded for me
Phi Phi Island is also crowded but not many people stay there
compared to Phuket so I thought first lets visit Phi Phi
so we booked the flight to Krabi and from there
you take the ferry which is easily available and nothing is needed to be booked in advance
which is also a good ferry with all facilities
like drinks washroom and everything is available on the ferry
from Krabi to Phi Phi it takes around 2 hours and you need to pay around 700-800 Indian rupees
In two hours we were in the beautiful island of Phi Phi
What to say guys Phi Phi is just an amazing place with so many boats and ships you can see
all around you and with most hotels having the sea as a view
we booked the Phi Phi Don Chukit hotel
for which we paid around 800 Inr per head so for 1600 Inr we got a 2 bed room
including the breakfast and if you see the breakfast in my vlog
you will think the breakfast in only 800 inr worth as you are in a foreign country with coffee, fruits
sausages and lots more you should definitely
checkout my first day's video of Phi Phi Island where I show you the breakfast
after that we went to our rooms and took some rest
and we had some Indian food in the evening at the Papaya restaurant
and the owner there is really an amazing person and you should definitely try there coconut water
as it was huge and I have never seen a coconut that big
and after having it all I was full and the food we ordered
we finished slowly as you know wasting food is not a good thing to do
after the dinner at Papaya we just walked around the island
where our hotel reception guys asked us if we had any plans for the next day.
if you goto any hotels and asked for details they definitely help you in the same
so in our hotel itself Phi Phi Don Chukit
we booked the half day Snorkel tour
where the boat takes you
to many beautiful places like the monkey beach where
you can play with the monkeys as they are really sweet. As you know the monkeys are scary
maybe its the way we treat them they treat us
after monkey beach they took us to Loh Samah Bay, Maya Bay which is famous
for the Leonardo movie the Beach and that was our 2nd day in Phi Phi
like our fourth day in Thailand and the next day was another travel day for us
where we take the ferry and then the flight towards Bangkok
we had just one day in Bangkok as the next day we had a flight towards Bangalore
the day we reached we had nothing to do so we had our dinner
and met our friends after which we walked around bangkok and slept
the next day we went towards Grand Palace in a taxi which
which took around 300 Inr to take us there
but guys Bangkok's traffic just reminded me of Bangalore
as every 5 minutes we had to stop in a jam or stop
after Grand Palace we didn't have much time
as we woke up late so we thought why not spend the other half of the day shopping
so we headed over to Platinum mall which is just amazing
for if you want to buy some cheap clothes or many other accessories
its an heaven for even boys with so many options i bought like 5-6 tshirts
which costed me around 500-600 Indian rupees
which have lasted till now and i wear then
and also for girls theres so much to buy like first two floors
are for boys and after that next floor is for girls clothes next foor is about
, accessories, shoes and all
if you get hungry in the middle you can eat there and continue your shopping
so that was our half day in bangkok
after that we met our friend who is working in bangkok
and went to Khau San Road which we should have went yesterday itself which is a crazy street
where they party on the road itself like if you go to the next side of Khau San Road
there is nothing but if you come back to the main street you will see
there are many pubs, hostels, massage parlours where they party just on the streets
which is totally an amazing experience if you are going there
so i will suggest that if you are going bangkok
you should definitely stay there with your friends
after Khau San Road we went to our friend's place where we partied and then
headed towards our hotel as our flight was next day
morning and then we had to return to our country India and that was our trip to Thailand

our whole budget was about 60-70000 inr
because we spent alot on the activities

what's up citizens this is subliminal year again and today we'll be discussing
the features functions and benefits of the aegis avenger Titan with the
comparison on how those features ranks amongst competing ships so you can make
an informed buying decision let me know what ship you'd like to see next down in
the comments the ship with the most up votes will be featured in a future
episode let's get to the ages of Indo Titan is a small light freight ship
manufactured by Aegis dynamics Aegis is an earth-based spaceship manufacturing
company known for their UE military ships the Avenger Titan is one of four
Avenger variants the Avenger stalker warlock and renegade are also available
when I review those variants I will add links in the description and
inspirations the aegis Avenger Titan is the base variant of the Avenger with the
extra cargo space and the Avengers tried-and-true combat abilities the
Titan is a light cargo hauler that is more than capable of handling itself in
a fight the Avenger is currently fight ready it is available on the pledge
store for purchase and for upgrade for $50 and on average sells for eighty two
dollars on the grey market it is not currently available to purchase with
in-game credits with that out of the way let's see how it compares to other ships
you might be considering for comparison I have hand-picked 34 ships that I think
could possibly be considered by someone looking to purchase a freelancer base
the following slides will feature the current ships value and rain along with
the names and values of the worst and best ships a Google sheets document with
those ships and data are linked in the description this information is sourced
from multiple sources someone's conflicting data I have chosen
the data that I think is most accurate information and thoughts reflect the
current state of the ship and the persistent universe not what will be
possible in the future when changes to the ship or the PU are pertinent enough
I will make a follow-up video now let's see how it stacks up against the
competition the Avenger Titan comes in around fifty
thousand kilograms it has a max crew size of one a cargo capacity of eight
SCU it features a max y'all pitch rate of 105 degrees per second an SCM speed
of 260 meters per second compared to other ships in this list its 1115 meters
per second top speed is pretty low as just over 6000 hit points of damage
across his body its shield generators can withstand over 3000 hit points of
damage its guns do over 600 damage per second and they have a theoretical DPS
of just over a thousand it should be noted the DPS only matters if you can
hit your target its missiles do almost thirty eight hundred and damage its fuel
tanks hold 8,000 gallons of fuel it's expedition quantum drive gives it a 34
mega meter per second quantum speed and a range of 60 Giga meters so it can
travel from Cortazar to Hurston almost two times before needing to refuel so
make sure you do a refuel plan on travel from Cortazar to Hurston will take you
12 minutes and 12 seconds that's a great time to watch more of my videos and
leaving her some atmosphere will take you about 2 minutes and 35 seconds now
let's talk about its firepower the titan packs one bare buck size for gimbal mom
was one mantis GT 220 on the nose this GT 220 has 30 physical damage with a
thousand rpm for a total of 500 DPS and a 1400 meter range fYI this mount is
size 4 so a size 4 Non gimbal weapon can be equipped in addition its Wayne's hold
to Vera buck s3 gimbal mounts with one CF 2 to 7 Bajor laser repeater each
these badgers have 52 energy damage with a 300 RPM for a total of 260 dps and an
1,800 meter range for missiles it has 2 size 3 MSD 3 to 2 missile racks with two
sides to ignite tubes each ignite twos are infrared have 948 mix damage a 1.6 8
second lock time and has over 50 500 meter lock
rings for a total of 4 missiles let's talk about it's becoming the standard
components available on the Avenger Titan RS colonies it has one size one
great be industrial class endurance powerplant
- sighs - great see military class racer coolers - size one great see industrial
class bulwark shield generators and last but not least we have one size one grade
C military class expedition quantum drive with an 18-second cool down after
long jumps let's take a look at the interior
the aegis Avenger type features a cargo bay big enough to comfortably fit at
least one grey cat PTV or 8s see you in the rear to the left and the right are
unmarked component housings and some cool spaceship stuff
moving on we have more component housings and more spaceship stuff
there's a bed to log out in toward the cockpit we have more components the
cockpit itself features three MFDs and a radar the Titan does feature an
ejection system
and finally we have a canopy entry and exit accidents
in closing the ages of inter Titan is a great small freight ship for the citizen
looking to upgrade from a starter shoot for example upgrading from the Mustang
alpha will cost you $20 and for that you'll get a faster y'all pitch speed
better weapons missiles and a cargo hole that can hold boxes people etc you can
also buy and sell widow without it being a complete waste of time
although the 7,500 alpha UEC making profit is not worth the risk because you
can do a mission around her stand and make the same with no monetary risk but
at least you can experience one of the coolest things you can do in the game
right now be sure to check out my solo little money-making idea its pros are a
good target size for a beginning player it's pretty nimble and it has decent
shield its cons are pretty slow top speed slow quantum speed at over 12
minutes to get from person to Portales arc a low qt range and in my opinion its
aesthetics look like it was made today not 900 years in the future although I
do understand that this is part of the aegis design and also it looks like a
space painting another Condon I found for the Avenger type
just before uploading this video is that the HUD glare does not allow you to see
very well at night even if you turn your gamma up to 100% a workaround for this
is to tap Z to enter free-look mode and look above the HUD so is it worth the

Potions, Holy waters, Elixirs - Cabal Online - Duration: 3:25.
Ahoy!
Buff potions, holy waters and elixirs are really useful for getting you out of sticky
situations, or giving you the extra edge to finish a dungeon.
So in this quick video I will try give a little explanation and tips on those.
Now the first thing to know is that you have 3 slots that they can occupy.
Those are displayed over your currently active buffs.
The 2 on the right are for buff potions, and the one on the left is for elixirs.
The main difference is usually the duration and the intensity.
Let's see the 2 potion slots.
As the way I'm calling it suggests, that is where potions go, but holy waters occupy these
slots as well.
That means holy water of fighter, sage, critical strike, and so on, and every kind of buff
potion that can be crafted at Chloe in Port Lux.
Now, there are 2 important things to keep in mind here:
First is, you can only apply 1 potion or holy water of the same kind at a time.
So for example if you use an amp potion lvl 1, then you cannot use another amp potion
of any other level until you either manually remove it, or it expires.
Manual removal is done with a right click by the way.
However, a holy water that also gives you amp CAN be used at the same time.
Second, if you try to use a 3rd kind, let's say you need to avoid a spike attack and drink
an evasion potion, it will remove the one on the right.
And when it does that, the remaining potion will be pushed to its place, so if you drink
yet another one, it will again remove the one of the right.
Be careful with that, because you can easily lose the effect of a valuable potion this
way!
Elixirs typically give you much larger boosts to your stats, and therefore only
1 of them can be active at a time.
But they are completely independent of potions, so you can have an elixir with the same effect
as your potion active at the same time.
Once again, 2 very important things to remember: First, the elixir slot is reset every time
you log out, or switch channels!
Therefore if you have a bad connection and are often faced with random disconnects, you
may want to save them for another time.
Also, watch out for mission wars!
That also counts as switching channels.
The second thing is, a few exceptions for the names rules I mentioned: Anything that
says elixir goes into that 3rd slot, the one on the left side, but all the penetration,
accuracy and damage reduction potions also occupy that slot!
They come with various durations from all sorts of special events, and sometimes from
the DP cubes.
However, an exception is the 7th anniversary potion, that one goes to the potion slots
on the right side.
So if you have some of those left, since elixir and potion slots are independent, you can
use those 2 at the same time for an incredible bonus to your damage.
And last, GM's blessing holy water is not actually a holy water, so it won't occupy
your potion slots.
That one acts like an actual GM buff so it goes to the top right corner of your screen
next to your minimap.

Pet Battling for Beginners - Ultimate Newbie Guide to Battle Pets - Duration: 13:21.
Hi!
I'm Hazel, and welcome to my ultimate Beginner's Guide to Pet Battles.
This video is for the absolute newbie who has never touched a pet battle before and
wants to know where to start.
It might also do you good if you're a novice that's started but you're not sure if you're
doing it right.
I'll walk you through how the system works, getting started and which pets to level first.
To follow along you must be at least level 5, and have 10ish gold.
Throughout the guide, I may show the thumbnail of a video I've made that has a deeper dive
on a given topic.
All of those links will be down below.
The very first thing you need to do is train the Pet Battling Skill at your Pet Battle
trainer.
Alliance players can go to Audrey Burnhep found here in Stormwind.
Horde players can see Varzok up here by the Zeppelin towers in Orgrimmar.
You can also learn a few basic pets at these NPCs, which you should do if you don't have
those yet.
Next, let's take a tour through the Pet Journal.
The default keybind is Shift-P to open your Collections window, and then click the Pet
Journal tab down here.
You may have some pets already in this list.
By right-clicking your pet here on the left, you can summon it to have it follow you around
in-game.
If you really like a particular pet and want to do that more often, you can drag that icon
to a bar to summon it more easily.
You can also rename it to give it a nickname, which has fewer rules than player names.
You can include spaces.
Other players will see your pet names when you battle them or if they see your pet out
in the world.
If the pet is cageable, you could cage it to take it out of your journal and turn into
an item in your bags that can be traded or sold.
A caged pet keeps it's level.
You can purchase many caged pets from the Auction House to add to your collection- but
keep in mind that if the new pet's level is higher than any pets you have already, you
can't learn it.
You have to level one yourself first.
Also, Not all pets are cageable- wild pets and pets from achievements usually are not
but most vendor and drop pets will be.
Most of themn.
Pick any pet from your list and drag it to your first active slot here on the right.
With the pet selected, you'll get more info about it here on the top right.
Over here we've got the pet's health total, attack stat, speed stat and quality.
If you've played a Pokemon game before, there are a lot of similarities.
The quality is either going to be Rare, also known as blue, and then everything else which
isn't good enough.
Rare is the highest quality pet that players can get.
NPCs sometimes fight with epic or legendary pets but they're cheating.
You'll be able to get stones later on to upgrade your pets to rare, so don't worry if it's
not blue yet.
Over here, we can see the pet's moves.
As you level it up, you'll unlock it's moves as well as your second two battle slots.
When you set up your team before a battle, you pick one out of two options for each of
the three move slots.
Once the battle starts, you can use only the three moves you set.
When describing which moves to take for a pet battle sometimes people will write them
out as a three digit code made of 1s and 2s.
A 1 means take the upper move in that slot, and a 2 means pick the lower one.
An Anubisath Idol with a 1 2 1 moveset is using Crush, Stoneskin and Deflection.
Your pet will have an experience bar, and a level from 1 to 25.
Your pet gets experience if it participates in a pet battle and survives- if it dies in
the fight, it doesn ot get any XP.
You can also get Ultimate Battle-training stones in game to instantly boost a pet to
level 25.
More on that in a bit.
Up here, you can see what type your pet is.
Your type gives you access to a racial passive, and a defensive resistance and vulnerability.
X pets take more damage from Y moves, but less from Z moves.
This handy graphic from Warcraftpets shows the offensive and defensive type matchups.
On the offense side you can see that magic does more damage to flying, flying does more
to aquatic, aquatic does more to elemental, etc.
On the defensive side, Beast is resistant to Humanoid damage, Humanoids take less from
Critters, and so on.
It's something thatyou'll memorize eventually but until then I'd just save the graphic somewhere
handy and refer back to it.
I had a printout taped to my monitor at one point.
Something to keep in mind with typing is that a pet will have a type, but moves also have
their own types.
They often but don't always match.
Your pet's type determines what you have a defensive advantage against, but it's the
move type that determines whether you're dealing strong damage.
Being a water pet against an Elemental won't help if you don't have any aquatic moves.
Pets with multiple types of damage can be useful because they can counter a wider range
of pet types.
Some pets are also double counters, whey're they're resistant to a type and have moves
that deal strong damage to that same type.
An example is the Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, who takes less damage from Magic moves with
his Mech type and his Dragon-type Breath move does strong damage to them.
He's very useful when fighting magical enemies.
Alright, enough with the theory, time for some practice!
Look for a wild pet near you.
Open your Tracking options on your map, make sure that you're tracking battle pets and
look for the green paw icon.
If it doesn't have the green paw, it's just a critter and it's not a battle pet.
Because your pets are level 1, you want to fight a similir leveled pet.
There should be plenty in Elwynn Forest or Durotar.
Mousing over the zones on your map will show you the levels of wild pets in that zone.
Right click the pet to start the battle.
If it gives you an 'area obstructed' error try moving around to different spots and see
if that works.
Sometimes they're impossible, especially underwater, but usually you can find the right spot to
stand.
In your chat log, you can open a window that has Pet Battle Combat if you'd like a combat
log.
Click ona move to use it.
Strong and weak moves against your opponent are marked with green and red arrows.
The pet with more speed usually goes first, which is a huge advantage.
Some moves will have a cooldown measured in rounds, while others can be used every round.
You can pass the round to do nothing here, which I don't recommend unless you are stunned
or have no moves available.
With three pets on your team, you can use Switch to swap your active pet to a different
one, which uses a turn.
Forfeit will give up and exit the battle, and your Trap will attempt to capture a wild
pet, which we'll come back to later.
Hit them until they have no health points, hopefully before they do the same to you.
If you win, any pets that participated and survived will get experience.
To unlock all three battle slots, you need to level a pet up to level 5.
After your pets have taken damage, you want to heal them up for the next fight.
There are three main ways to do that.
First is Revive Pets, which is a spell in your Pet Journal with an 8 minute cooldown.
It'll be on a short cooldown after you first log in, so you can't just character swap for
free heals.
Pet Bandages can also heal your pets.
Those are a consumable BOA item that you'll get from bags and quests as you do pet battles.
Third are Stable Master NPCS, which you can track on your map.
For a few silver, they'll restore your pets.
It's handy to know where these are if you're grinding wild pet battles.
You'll also heal a bit when you win a battle and some moves like Devour will heal your
pet while battling, which can help.
Next, let's talk about leveling your first pets.
You can get from level 1-3 pretty quickly just by battling wild pets around Elwynn Forest
or Durotar.
That'll unlock your second slot.
At level 3, you can fight your first tamer.
Go see Julia Stevens here in Elwynn Forest, or Zunta over here in Durotar.
In a tamer battle you obviously cannot capture pets because we're not team Rocket over here,
and tamer battles calso give more experience.
Most low level tamers have daily quests, letting you fight them again every day.
You can track Pet Tamers on your map to see where they are, and you'll find their pet
levels match the pet levels of that zone.
After Durotar or Elwynn tamer, you should be fine to take on Old Macdonald in Westfall
or Dagra in the Northern Barrens.
When your pet reaches level 5, you'll unlock your third slot and now you're in business.
With three pets you can fight against BfA pet battle world quest tamers, and they'll
scale down to your level.
Do these as often as you can, and just try to type match with whatever you have.
You won't get much experience from them, but you will occasionally get Polished Pet Charms
which is what we want.
When world quests offering those come up, do them on as many 120 characters as you have.
Crysa in the Northern Barrens and Environeer Bert outside the Gnomeragan entrance will
also scale their teams to your level, and can be beaten once per day.
A rare pet can drop from each of their bags, so they're worth doing if you're in the neighbourhood.
If you get to 60 Polished Pet Charms before any of your pets reach level 25, which is
likely, you can buy an Ultimate Battle Training Stone from vendors here and here in BfA.
Use that on a pet to boost it to 25.
Once you have at least one level 25 pet, you can purchase additional 25s from the Auction
House if you'd like to speed up your collection.
You could level your first pets the old fashioned way of grinding against wild pets and working
your way through all the tamers, but it's much much faster to save up and buy a few
stones.
Now that you have a few max level pets, you can catch up much more quickly.
You can '2 pet' tamers by including a low level pet in the fight and keeping it alive,
then winning to get large amounts of experience.
This is effective on many tamers in the game, and you can level pets quickly by two-petting
tamers from Pandaria and Draenor every day.
It's even faster during the pet bonus event, so keep an eye on the calendar.
Next, Getting More Pets.
There are over 1000 different pets to collect in WoW, with more being added every patch.
Wild Petscan only be captured from wild pet battles.
They can come in a variety of qualities including Rare, and often several breeds which can affect
their stats.
They cannot be caged and you can catch any wild pet that you can fight.
They are captured at the quality you fight them with, so looking for blue pets to capture
is a good idea so you don't have to upgrade them later.
When the pet is under a third health but still alive, you can use the Cage to attempt to
catch it.
This uses your turn.
If the trap fails, the pet will get to hit you again.
Every time you retry your chance gets better.
After it's successfully caged, you need to win the rest of the fight to get the pet.
You can only capture one pet from each encounter.
Do be careful not to kill it!
Some pets are extra useful for capturing wild pets.
Grumpy has a move called SuperBark, which cannot reduce a pet below 1 health.
If you use Howl and then Superbark, almost any pet will be ready for capture.
You can get more pets from vendors as well as drops, achievements, the cash shop, and
more.
Buying caged pets off the Auction House is a quick and expensive way to bulk out your
collection.
Before you buy Always look up where it comes from to make sure it wouldn't be easier to
go get one yourself.
A question you might have right about now is Which Pets to Level First?
Here's 7 good ones to start with.
The Iron Starlette.
You can find these fairly cheap on the Auction House, or complete the Warlords of Draenor
intro quests in the Blasted Lands to get a new one.
By using Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up you'll demolish many, many pets.
This guy is the key to most BfA World Quests, especially ones against a single boss pet.
Stormborne Whelpling.
You can use Arcane Storm- Mana Surge for a huge damage combo that will wipe out flying
pets, and most everything else too.
When it comes off cooldown, use Arcane Storm again for another damage hit even larger than
the first.
This is often cheap on the Auction House or drops from the Stormwing Matriarch in Stormheim.
A Power breed Nexus Whelpling is a better version of the same thing but that's a tricky
to find wild pet with limited spawns around Coldarra in Northrend.
The Anubisath Idol.
When you need to be defensive, this is it.
Stoneskin or Sandstorm will make you immune to most swarms, and Deflection lets you completely
avoid big bursts of damage.
While you hit them with Crush, you'll heal up with your Humanoid Racial so this guy is
a tanky legend.
These are often medium cheap on the Auction House or can drop off of Twin Emperors in
Ahn'Qiraj.
The Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.
You'll need to upgrade and level this Engineering crafted pet, but holy heck is he worth it.
If you're fighting any kind of magic pet, he'll demolish them with breath, avoid dangerous
attacks with decoy and has a defensive advantage against magic attacks.
This one never stops coming in handy, and pops up often in Draenor two-pet strats.
Next is Ikky, for Black Claw and Flock.
If you need flying damage this will pretty much do it.
It does so much damage that even a crab with a shell shield up gets wrecked.
These are cheap on the Auction House or available from an easy Spires of Arak quest.
The Zandalari Kneebiter or Anklerender, for their Black Claw, Hunting Party combo.
It's the same thing as Ikky, but with beast damage.
These guys are affordable on the AH or drop from dinomancers on the isle of giants in
pandaria.
Look for a power breed if you can, but they'll all get the job done.
7th, I recommend Grumpy for capturing wild pets.
Howl followed by Super Bark will get your target of choice quickly and safely within
capturing range.
These guys are cute, sell for cheap or can be looted from this house in Val'sharah.
Next, let's talk about some pet battle addons.
A few mods will give you access to more information and take some of the friction out of your
pet battling process.
First, I like PetJournalEnhanced.
It adds more info and filters to your pet journal without completely changing it's look
from default.
You can filter by pet type and by ability type which is handy if you're looking for
counters.
Next, PetTracker.
This does all sorts of things but the feature that I like is the enemy cooldown tracker
within a pet battle.
Knowing when your enemy's moves are available is crucial for many strategies, and hard to
live without once you've tried it.
Third, Rematch.
This lets you save teams and movesets, and then attach those saved teams to tamers.
Mouse over the NPC and the saved team loads right up, speeding up your pet dailies and
world quests dramatically.
You can also import Rematch Strings from other users to load up their teams and see notes.
On top of add-ons, there's a few great third-party websites I use that are super helpful for
pet battlers.
For strats, I love wow-petguide.com.
You can look up the fight of your choice and see strats and alternatives, get rematch strings
and read comments.
If you're stuck on a pet battle, wow-petguide will have some ideas on how to beat it.
For finding out how to get a specific pet I look them up on Wowhead.com.
The comments often have detailed guides on where to go and what to do.
And for inspiration and collecting direction, I use Warcraftpets.com.
This website lets you import your pet collection from the armory and gives you a score based
on how many pets you have, what quality they are and what level they are.
Think of it as a raider.io for your pets.
You can even see how your collection ranks against other pet people on your server.
The Checklist function is also super useful- it can give you a customized list of pets
you're looking for based on what's missing from your armory, and tell you where to find
them.
All three of these sites are free resources that I use and recommend, and none of them

So what's next?
You can collect pets and level them to take on more pet battles and improve your WarcraftPets
ranking.
You can Beat 40 Master tamers across the world to earn your Safari Hat, a toy that gives
you 10% more pet battle experience.
You could Queue up for some Pet Battle PvP.
Maybe try working towards some pet battle achievements.
The world's your oyster, or perhaps your Hermit Crab.

In this video, we are going to talk about the mage-fighter, Guinevere.
Guinevere has a good set of blink, crowd-control skills, and burst skills.
Our Miss Violet, Guinevere, is a mage-fighter hero.
I consider Guinevere as a mobile fighter-mage since her skills,
grants Guinevere the ability to dash and blink.
Her second skill grants a jump into an area, knocking up enemies hit.
Not only that, her passive lets her chase an enemy by dashing.
She also doesn't require mana to use her skills, which is a good thing.
Her basic attack is converted to Magic Damage from her Physical and Magic Power.
Now, let me share some tips and tricks on how to use Guinevere based on my experience.
I will also teach you some combos and techniques on the latter part of this boot camp.
But before that, let me explain her skills one by one for further understanding.
Guinevere's passive, Super Magic,
boosts her attack and lets her chase enemies effectively.
When Guinevere hits an enemy that is knocked-up,
the damage dealt will be increased by a certain percentage.
The bar below her health points is the bar for her accumulated super magic.
She gains super magic for each damage dealt to enemies.
When the bar is full, her next basic attack is enhanced,
making that attack dash or chase towards the enemy.
The damage dealt by the chase is based on a percentage of her Physical and Magic power.
Not only that, it also recovers a percentage of her lost health points.
Guinevere's first skill, Energy Wave,
lets Guinevere send an energy orb towards a specified direction.
It deals a certain amount of Magic Damage to the first enemy hit,
and slowing the target hit by a certain percentage.
When this skill hits an enemy,
the cool down of her skills are reduced by 1 second.
Her second skill, Magic Thump, lets Guinevere thump to the designated area.
If she hits enemies, she will knock the enemies up in the area.
Enemies hit will receive Magic Damage dealt by the skill.
After using the skill, she now gains a new skill Spatial Migration.
Spatial Migration lets Guinevere dash towards the designated direction,
leaving a magical image behind, and disappearing briefly.
The illusion left behind explodes and deals Magic Damage upon disappearing.
Guinevere's ultimate skill, Violet Requiem, releases her Magical Power,
dealing Magic Damage to nearby enemies within 2 seconds.
If the enemies hit are on a knocked-up state, they will have an additional knock-up effect.
Each enemies hit that are knocked-up will be continued to be knocked-up for 6 times.
Take note that this skill is channeling.
Meaning, when you move or use a skill, your ultimate skill will stop.
There are so many items that you can buy for Guinevere.
You can either focus on cool down items,
or items that gives you high magic power and durability.
For me, I choose to buy items that grants cool down reduction,
magic penetration, and health points.
As for starting item, you can consider buying Rapid Boots,
this will grant you 80 additional Movement speed.
Its Unique Passive will reduce your movement speed by 40 upon dealing damage to enemies.
You might want to consider Calamity Reaper.
This grants you Magic Power, Mana, Mana Regen, and Cool Down Reduction.
But do take note that Guinevere doesn't have Mana.
Its unique passive will buff your next basic attack after using a skill.
Your next basic attack will deal extra true damage,
equivalent to a percentage of your Magic Attack.
This unique passive has a short cool down.
Your movement speed is also boosted after being granted with the buff.
Buying attack items such as Berserker's Fury can boost your damage effectively.
This item gives you additional physical attack and critical chance.
Its unique passive grants you additional critical damage on your critical hits.
Also, dealing critical hits will increase your physical attack by a certain amount,
for a short period of time.
For Guinevere, physical attack still affects her basic attack,
which is converted to Magic Damage afterwards.
You can also consider Scarlet Phantom.
This item grants physical attack, attack speed, and critical chance.
Its unique passive grants you additional attack speed and critical chance,
after dealing a critical hit to an enemy.
This buff lasts for a few seconds.
Another item to keep in your tab is Concentrated Energy.
It provides additional Health Points, magic power, and magical life steal.
Magical Life Steal can greatly increase your survivability,
since this also lets you life steal with your magical basic attack.
This is pretty helpful since Guinevere usually dives in team fights.
Lastly, you can consider Divine Glaive.
This item grants magic power.
Its unique effect grants a certain percentage of magic penetration on your skills.
In addition, its unique passive grants extra magic penetration
when your HP is above a certain amount.
The item build for Guinevere really depends on the enemy's line up.
So make sure to read each item's description so you can adapt in-game.
One of the best spell to be used on Guinevere is Petrify.
You can use petrify to deal magic damage to enemies around you,
and petrifies them for a few moments.
This can really help you, and your team mates, attack enemies peacefully when they are petrified.
You might also want to consider Sprint.
This grants you additional movement speed.
After using Sprint, it reduces the time controlled on your hero,
and it grants you immunity against slowing effects for 3 seconds.
In my opinion, the best emblem set to be used is the Custom Mage Emblem set.
Custom Mage Emblem could provide extra stats according to your needs as a Fighter-Mage.
Set Agility to its Max level because it can give you additional Movement Speed.
Higher Movement Speed means higher chance to chase enemies or escape death.
Setting Observation to max level will provide additional magic penetration on your skills.
Higher magic penetration deals more magic damage to enemies.
That means, your skills will be more explosive.
Get Impure Rage to deal extra damage depending on the enemy's current HP.
Impure Rage also restores your mana.
But do take note again that Guinevere has no mana.
For me, it's the best thing to get since Impure Rage has only 5 seconds cooldown.
This makes her skills more powerful with Impure Rage since it has low cooldown.
Set first skill to max level first.
Prioritizing this makes the base damage higher, and cool down lower.
That means, you can deal more damage to the target with this skill.
Prioritize second skill less since first skill is what you need for slowing down enemies.
Always upgrade ultimate skill when available for upgrading.
Guinevere can be considered as one of the fighters with good crowd-control.
With her second and ultimate skill,
these can be a good alternative for Minotaur's ultimate skill.
Guinevere's basic attack is a combination of her Physical and Magic Power,
which is converted to Magic Damage.
On this scenario, take note of my basic attack damage.
Now, I'll buy an item to increase my Physical Attack.
You can see a slight increase in my basic attack.
Now, I'll buy an item to increase my Magic Power.
You can see a slight increase in my basic attack as well.
This just means that both Physical and Magic Power,
affects her basic magic attack damage.
Her first skill lets you slow down enemies.
You can use it to either chase enemies, or use it to run away from the enemies.
Just make sure to aim this skill properly,
since having this skill hit an enemy will reduce your skills' cool down by 1 second.
Her second skill has a really long range.
This is somehow similar to Gatot Kaca's Ultimate skill.
This lets her knock-up enemies hit.
You can also use this skill to dash towards the area to chase enemies,
or escape death.
For her skill Spatial Migration, This lets her dash towards your specified direction,
just like Gusion's ultimate skill on its second activation.
This skill makes her pretty mobile,
making it easy for her to control the crowd in team fights.
Make sure to anticipate enemies' movement, to make this skill hit.
Her ultimate skill is very useful, specially in combo with her second skill.
This lets her knock-up the enemies again 6 times more.
I find this skill pretty useful with Saber's ultimate skill.
Watch closely as the enemy will be knocked-up to eternity.
Good for the enemy, she can view the blue skies from above.
In terms of combo with her ultimate skill, I usually follow a combo for Guinevere.
First, I jump towards the area using Magic Thump.
Then, when the enemies are knocked-up, I use Violet Requiem.
This will let them stay longer in the air.
Then, I use my first skill.
This will lessen my skills' cool down by 1 second.
Then, if there is a need, I use Spatial Migration to chase the enemy.
In terms of combo without her ultimate skill, I usually follow a combo for Guinevere.
First, I use Magic Thump to knock-up the enemy.
Then, I use my first skill to slow the target down.
Then, I deal basic attacks to gain Super Magic charges for my passive.
Then, I use Spatial Migration to chase if the enemy tries to run away.
Additional tip, always remember that when using your second skill,
you are not a superhero with skin of steel.
You are still a human being who still gets hurt.
The tips I mentioned are just some of the ways you can use Guinevere.

You are Using BLOODHOUND Wrong | In Depth Legend Guide | APEX Legends - Duration: 12:05.
Hey everyone, patrcie here as always!
Today with Bloodhound guide, another amazing legend that breaths
like darthveider, one of the strongest attacker at this point, hes also really good for flanking
althrough many people dont play him that way anyway, lets not waste your time with itro
and get in to it, as always all time staps are down below so feel free to move anywhere
you like!
1.
First lets cover his counter picks and team composition.
Bloodhound counters a lot of legends in apex, and sees through many flanks with the help
of his ultimate or tactical, Lets start with bangalor, her smokes will work againts her,
and if she even thinks of throwing it on her self to give her cover then shes dead, a lot
of players are still relatively new to the game and i see a lot of bangalores throwing
smokes on them selves when danger is close, or on their team mates and honestly thats
the worst you can do... you can see an enemy bloodhound just as clearly as he can see you,
so you kinda counter out each other, Caustic actually gets pretty screwed aswell, first
you can see through his gas if hes hiding in it and second if he forgets about his teammates
then they will get slowed and blinded by his own gass which will make them easy pick for
an bloodhound, Gibraltar dont get countered neither he counters bloodhound, but he could
cut out ur flanking pattern by throwing his ult in the area, lifeline is lifeline, nothing
to mention here, Mirage gets countered by you since you will see him through his cloak
but at the same time you can still get confused by him if mirage knows what hes doing, pathfinder
kinda in the middle, you can see and predict his flanks if you using your ultimate but
at the same time he can get out and get back in after your ult is on cooldown and wraith
turns pretty much useless in a lot of cases since you see her flank coming and you can
just notify your team which will put her in a disadvantage.
Moving on to Team composition, you work well with a lot of legends, for example the one
everyone knows is bloodhound and bangalore since you can see through her smoke but thats
not the only one, pathfinder actually does even better in my opinion since you can tell
him the positions of enemys whyle flanking them and he can join you on your flank from
another angle or from a hight point, i call bloodhound a second flanker, so your first
flanker better be someone like pathfinder, mirage or wraith whyle bloodhound fits in
to second flanker role, by adding even more preassure to an enemy team and giving away
their positions.
caustic also works great since he can push out enemys with his gas and you can see through
it withoute getting inside, which will again make an enemy easy pick. also you can help
gibraltar land a better ultimate since you know enemy approximate positions, you can
also use ur own granades that way aswell. with this out of the way lets move on to bloodhound
skills 2.
Skills Passive Tracker - Foes leave behind clues
for you to find, this passive is actually amazing, and it saved me or my team multiple
fo times, basically it gives you vision of enemy players interactions, so if they run
through there, looted, or even if there was a fight it will tell you, also if you shot
an enemy and he run away you can follow him up on the tracks by his blood, the tracks
are also pointer out by pack of crows, i think developers put crows for bloodhound because
they were afraid that people will miss out on tracks, so if you see crows that means
enemy player was there recently, by looking at the tracks you can actually see the timer,
and by that you can actually preditct when the enemy was here, and which way he want
since the new tracks will have more second to them then old ones, after 60 second the
tracks dissapear and u cant see them with ur passive anymore, but if u use your ultimate
you will be able to see white clues, white clues can be really old but with ur ultimate
you will see them either way, and the red clues are also known as "fresh" clues, so
if you see them that means whatever happened there it happened recently, this passive usually
saves ur ass right at the start of the game, since you know which places were looted and
where you should run to get that first weapon, also it helps to find enemy teams nearby,
most of the time if u see the red tracks then by following them up you will come right in
to enemys backs and that gives you a lot of free picks in game, this is one of the reasons
why bloodhounter is such a good fragger, my favorite part of this skill though is how
i can use it to help my team, for example look at this video i see fresh clues, whyle
my teammates are on the other side of the mountain to me, by looking where to clues
go and how old are they i could predict where the enemy was at this point, i pinged them
and also made a call out on discord so my team was prepared for the enemy, whyle i run
behind to keep on tracking and hopefully get behind their backs if my team wont kill them
themselves.
Also another pro tip, is that your passive works together with scopes, so the better
the scope the further you can see, use that to ur advantage to predict where the enemy
is from further distances and make a tactic that will suit your team, sometimes ive seen
the tracks and didnt pay attention to how many there was, so for example on this video
i herd one enemy running around through my headphones, but tracks indicated that there
were more, i ignored that fact and trusted my headphones which was my big mistake since
his teammate came out asap and complitely destroyed me, another example right here is
when i came in, i knew there were an enemy that just run in but when i opened the door
i ignored the clue on my left and looked behind the door thinking hes hiding there, making
this mistake aslo lead me to death since the enemy came out from the door on my left, this
could of been easily avoided if id pay more attention to my tracks, okay now with the
passive explaied lets move to your tactical ability Eye of the allfather - briefly
reaveals enemy, traps and tracks through the structures in fron of you, currently theres
not that many trap legends, but you can see caustic traps through walls with this and
easily shoot them in the base to destroy them, which can make him pretty useless if hes unaware,
this ability can help u as much as kill you at the same time, yes it does give you a brief
last scanned position of your enemy but even 1 second after the enemy will be probably
already in another place, but if he is somewhere inside then you can throw granades there to
cause some damage, it also revelas the tracks so you cann see where the enmy went or if
he already heald him self or not, which can give you an answer to play defencively or
to push him, also you will know how many enemys are for example in the house in front of you
so if there only 1 and your team is right next to you then you can rush him and make
the fight 2v3 pretty easily, it also tells you where the enemy is roughly through smoke
but the chance is that the enemy is already moved as soon as u see the image of an enemy,
this is only usefull if you want to see if the enemy is reviving his buddy, as i said
this ability can get you killed aswell, first if you use it in a close fight for example
like i did in this video, or if you use it by an accident it will actually confuse you
instead of helping and will make it harder to see where the real enemy is, with recent
patch they made the clonse last a bit less but its still not good enough i think they
should dissapear almost imediatelly since it does confuse alot, another con is that
the enemy can see your scan, and they know if you scanned them or not, so if you use
it whyle the enemy is far away then you actually put ur self in disadvantage since the enemy
now briefly knows where you are and you dont,also if you use it randomly sometimes and spot
poeple next to you whyle ur team is a bit further away then well done, you jsut gave
away ur position and the enemey squad is probably already all rushing towards you.
so this ability is good but u should really think when you using it and dont just randomly
spam it since it will work againts you.

Moving on to The ultimate Beast of the Hunt - this ability transforms you in to an ultimate
hunter for 30 seconds, it has a pretty big cooldown so usually i carry around 1 or 2
ult accelerators, if i have space for them that is, and it also had quit big before start
aniimation so try to not use it right in an open fire, bascially you gain a infrared sigt
but on the entire screen, so everything tursn black and white whyle enemys are bright red
and you also can see item colours and death box colours brihter, so you accidently dont
miss out on that legendary loot, it also opens up to you cold tracks which is like i said
before the colour white clues, you see them no matter how old they are, another bit is
that you dont just see enemy in bright red you can also see his footsteps and whhere
exactly he moved so tracking enemy thats running away is pretty easy, you also gain quit a
lot of speed boost which is the reason that makes you an amazing flanker but there is
few cons to that aswell, this ability is amazing and i think its pretty overpowered and should
be cut to like 15 seconds, its really easy to track and shoot enemys since everythign
except them is black and white, sometimes althrough the enemy footsteps can acutally
confuse u if theres too many of them since eveything is just red and you dont really
know exactl location of your enemy because of that, another big con to keep in mind,
specailly if you flanking is that you have to keep some distance, since your ultimate
is very loud and you breath like darthvader or some psycopath, so yes you do see ur enemy
clearly but they also hear you clearly so its something like a fair trade, you see them
and thear you, if they have good headset they will know almost exact location you are in,
the reason i call bloodhound second flanker is because of this, you can surprise them
since of ur noise but you can still flank the mand give away their exact coordinates
which will make someones like pathfinder life wayyy easier to flank them after which he
starts puting bullets in them and you can join the fight with him for a second flank
that will complitely desorentate them and usually give you a win, its really good offencive
ability if you just want to run in aswell since it will make it very easy to see an
enemy which will help you get more accurate shots, althrough u can also you this as an
escaping ability since in gives u the vision on an enemy teams and a super speed boost,
so if you want to leave it to the end and use it as a defencive ability feel free to
do that, it all depends on your playstile, you can also just use it to relocate, or move
from an area to another area if you are confident enough that wasting it like that wont get
you killed and last but not least you can use it to search for enemy teams when you
cant find or hear anyone, so for example when you are almost at the end of the game and
theres one or two enemy squads left and you cant find see anyone, you can use ur ultimate
to give you some speed and sight plus the cold tracks to search for your pray, or you
can even jump on a balloon to cover even more distance and see any bright red colours, keep
in mind you dont have to go all teh way to the top you can just detach from the ballon
if you dont feel like flying anywhere.
Another tip i want to give you if you do see an enemy teams fighting then just let them
fight well unless you are the aggressive type that tryes to get as much frags as possible,
after they kill each other you can use ur ultimate and just go quickly finish off the
wounded enemys taht didnt have a chance to heal back up yet.
alright i think i covered everything i could think of, thank to poeple leaving comments
on my last video that gaved me some advice on how to use bloodhound.
now moving on to the pros and cons 3.
pros and cons - as always ill start with pros first.
you passive is amazing and you get to attack unexpecting enemy right in they backs very
often.
your tactical is a shitty version of wallhack giving away enemy position and traps, so use
it before going inside the building the enemy is hiding at.
ur ultimate gives u amazing speed boost.
it also makes it way easier to see the enemy and to track them down.
has a massive potential for high kill games.
fits in any team comp and can always provide a lot of usefull information and support for
the team.
works as a second flanker really well which will give extra aggresion to the game.
can also use his ult to escape.
in general his ult is broken so use it untill it gets nerfed!
- and now moving to the Cons has quit a big hit box, hes basically almost
same size as caustic.
very loud ultimate and enemy can collaps on you pretty easy cuz of it.
ur tactical can be used againts you and give away your position, so you have to use it
very carefully.
the ult animation is quit long untill it actually starts working.
ur tactical can also confusse you if used at a wrong time...
probably will receive aa big nerf really soon.
and now moving on to the last bit for the video,
4.
How to play againts bloodhound - use his tactical againts him, if he uses
it far away that means you seen him and he hasnt seen you, and if he uses it close by
taht still gives away his position to you aswell, just make sure to reposition ur self
immediately and not stand at the same point his indicator shows.
- if you hear some psycopath breathing that means hes near by, also if you have a good
headset its pretty easy to know his exact location and to use it againts him.
- if hes running after you then you can run behind a wall or in to a structure, he will
probably follow up on you with ur tracks so as soon as u turn behind a structure imediatelly
turn around and wait for him right and the turn, usually they dont expect enemy setting
them up, well dont do that if you dont have any close range weapon of course, jsut in
case he has a peacekeeper and u dont. - you can also use a blood hound to counter
blood hound lol - never use smokes on your self to protect
if you know theres blodohound close by, since you will only kill ur self that way, better
throw smoke in between of yourselves or even better if you throw it at his team after which
try to quickly delte him with ur teamamtes.

Yet, what's often clear is that sometimes people don't want to do all that research
Rightly or wrongly, they simply want a quick, straightforward route map to investing in an Isa
To that end, I decided to write this distilled article.Caveat first. I obviously cannot give financial advice, I'm not qualified to, and nothing here is a personal recommendation
These are my thoughts on how to easily start investing in an Isa. You don't need to be a City whizzkid to start investing, it's possible to do it simply and quicklyHow do you want to invest?To decide what to do, you need to ask yourself what that pot is for and how you want to invest?Is it money that you can afford to take a long-term view on and not suddenly need in full in the next three to five years?If the answer to that is 'yes, I can take a long-term view' then you could take the risk of investing
Otherwise, you may want to stick to cash because investments can go down as well as up
The other thing to consider here is regular investing. It's often a mistake to think in terms of lump sums, most of us save money on a monthly basis
If you are saving money each month over and above a rainy day fund of two to three months' salary then you could start regularly investing some of this

You answer a few questions on your goals and attitudes to risk – and they create and manage a portfolio of investments for you
On the other hand, if you are interested enough to get involved, then you could pick a full fat DIY investing platform that lets you choose your investments
The degree of getting involved here ranges from using tools that pick investments for you, to choosing a selection of funds yourself
These could be funds where a manager tries to beat the market, or cheap and easy tracker funds that simply follow it
Two of the three DIY investing platform options I picked out help you along the way with best fund lists, while the other has a low-cost index investing portfolio building tool
Don't just think in lump sums The annual Isa allowance is a use it or lose it affair
The last tax year's £15,240 allowance ran out on 5 April 2017; and a fresh one for this tax year kicked in the following day that is higher at £20,000
Our temptation to leave things to the last minute means an awful lot of Isa money gets invested as lump sums at the end of the tax year
A wiser plan is to invest at the start of the tax year, or spread your investments out through the year with some regular saving
Even if you do have a lump sum to invest (or end of tax year deadline to beat) it is worth noting that if you open an Isa account with many platforms, then you can pay money in now as cash – and choose where to invest it later at your leisure
This can allow you to spread out investing lump sums and lower your risk. Drip feeding in a big sum over a number of months can provide some security against a sudden big market fall
Investing offers the chance of greater rewards than cash but involves more risk - and you can guarantee that your investments will not only go up, they will also fall one day Where could you invest?This is the crunch point in this guide
To follow through on the promise of a quick, straightforward route map to investing in an Isa, I need to deliver some choices of where to do it
Another caveat here: This is just a small selection of the wide range of options for investors – there are lots of other good ones out there
Many of those will be better for certain elements of investing, or cheaper overall
But the aim of this guide isn't to explain all those options – it is to narrow them down
I highly recommend that you read our Best (and cheapest) DIY investing platforms round-up to get the full picture, or use our platform comparison tool
But from all those options, I picked a few that are good for those that need some help investing their Isa
DIY investing platformsHow you want to invest will influence who you choose to do it with – and there's a lot of choice
These three platforms all involve some element of getting involved, although it doesn't have to be too much
I've road tested them all and they deliver plenty of help in getting started.Thanks to them being simple to use, with competitive charges and a good range of things to invest in, my suggestions are Hargreaves Lansdown, Interactive Investor and AJ Bell YouInvest and Vanguard
All offer best funds lists and/or ready-made portfolios.Hargreaves Lansdown scores highly on being intuitive and easy to use
Finding and investing in funds is simple, as is setting up regular investments and checking up on what you have done
Its app is also very good. It's not cheap, with a 0.45% annual fee but on smaller investment pots percentage charges should not be too high
Fund dealing is free.AJ Bell is a more pared back experience but still simple to use
It has simple passive portfolios, a good best fund-finding tool and a cheaper 0.25% annual fee
Fund dealing costs £1.50. Interactive Investor has a different charging model and costs £22
50 a quarter or £90 a year. That fee is given back in free trading credits, which you can use to pay to buy funds, shares, trusts and ETFs
The standard charge to buy or sell all those is £10, or £1 if you set up regular monthly investing
Interactive Investor is simple to use, and has good model portfolios.A final more restrictive but simple and cheap option is Vanguard
The US giant has set up a UK investing platform but you can only buy its funds. It is cheap with a 0
15% per year fee and has no costs for buying and selling. You can use this to buy Vanguard's simple and cheap passive funds, or its all in one LifeStrategy funds that invest in shares and bonds around the world

Given the chance, they'll all tell you that they are the best at looking after your money and helping it to grow while protecting you against stormy times
The true test of this will come with time and it is too early to properly evaluate their performance through both the good times and the bad
Their approach to investing varies, from using a traditional investment team deciding where to invest, to clever algorithms that claim to spot the best opportunities for the lowest risks
All aim to offer user-friendly sites, with risk-profiling tools that combine with your goals to deliver a portfolio, which is then managed for you
Costs tend to be about the 1 per cent a year mark – cheap but not as cheap as a simple tracker fund or ETF through a DIY investing platform
But for that 1 per cent fee, you get someone else to do the work for you and build a properly balanced portfolio
The most established online wealth manager is Nutmeg, while rivals include Moneyfarm, Wealthify and Scalable Capital
Another interesting option is Moneybox, which is app based and offers three simple portfolios with a neat trick available to round up your everyday spending and then choose to invest that sum
If you are considering using one of these, then you can road test their tools without putting any money into an account – you may have to do a simple initial sign-up with an email, however

A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO MICROPHONES PART 1: MICROPHONE TYPES - Duration: 3:14.
You want to record acoustic instruments but you are not sure on which microphones you
need to have to do so!
I am Giorgio from DIY Recording Hacks and welcome to the first part of the Beginners
guide to microphones!
Choosing the right microphone for the job is essential to get great recordings, microphones
don't need to be expensive but you need to pick the right one for the right source.
Microphones convert air pressure into electrical signals that will be recorded straight away
if you are working in an analog environment or converted to digital signal and sent to
a computer to be recorded if you are working in a digital environment.
There are generally 3 types of microphones: Dynamic microphones, condenser microphones
and ribbon microphones.
I won't go in to too much detail on how these types of microphones work but I will
try my best to explain you the characteristics of each type of microphone!
Dynamic microphones are less sensitive but they are very good to handle loud sources
so you can use them to close miking drums, guitar cabinets and generally loud sources.
Condenser microphones are more sensitive and accurate if you compare them to dynamic microphones
but they don't handle loud sources as well as dynamic microphones.
They are more accurate on the high end so I would use them iwhen i need to record precisely
a sound when i record vocals for example.
You need to take note that condenser microphones take phantom power in order to work.
Ribbon microphones are very delicate and sensitive, some of them take phantom power and some of
them cannot take phantom power because the ribbon will be damaged.
Typically they sound darker so they are smoother in top end response, so they are perfect if
you need to capture some overly bright instruments.
To start in a home studio I recommend to have at least a dynamic microphone and a condenser
microphone to have some variety, having a ribbon microphone is not a must because they
can tend to be very expensive, but if the budget is not overly tight it can be handy
to have one.
Generally when I choose a microphone I tend to look at its frequency response sheet and
then match to the instrument I want to record to obtain the sound I want.
In the next video of this guide I am going to talk to you about a very important feature
in microphones which is their polar pattern, which it determines how directional a microphone
is.
Consider the microphone placement is very important in order to get the sound you want.
And its way more important than having very expensive microphones, typically the right
type of microphone with the right position of the microphone will get you the sound you
want.
