- So you're ready to work in sports
but half of the jobs that you're applying to
require prior sports related experience.
Watch this video so can learn exactly
how to get started immediately.
What's up baller, it's Adriene.
For the best sports industry career and internship advice
make sure to subscribe to my channel and hit the bell to be

If you want to know how to get
sports related experience without any prior experience,
by the end of this video you'll know exactly
what to do to get started today
and be able to put that on your resume.
I've used this method to break into the sports industry
and land multiple internships and jobs from the NBA,
the LA Clippers, Adidas, and beyond.
Alright baller, let's jump right into it.
The first thing that you can do is
create or join a sports group.
So whether you're a student or not
you can join a sports fan group.
And what you can do there is explore if they have
any leadership opportunities available.
So let's say that they don't have any
leadership roles open at the moment.
That's totally fine, what you can do is continue
to be an active participant and member of this club
and see if there's any areas of improvement
while your just attending club meetings,
seeing what the club is about, and it's values,
and what their needs and goals are.
If you see an area of improvement within this club
and propose this to the leadership committee,
than you can potentially create your own position
for yourself and gain that experience.
I use this exact tactic to get my first
sports related experience and utilized it on my resume.
What I did is I joined my school's
sports fan group called UCLA's The Den.
Which is the super fan group of the UCLA Bruins, go Bruins.
Now when I first joined the group, I was just
a participating member, did not have
any leadership roles or responsibilities.
However, over time I realized that there was
a need for the student fan group to have
a connection and tie to the UCLA Athletics Department
and specifically the student athlete .
And not only was I able to add this leadership experience
to my resume, it also opened tons of doors for me.
So eventually I was able to land
an internship at Fox Sports.
Let's say that a sports fan club doesn't exist at all
or you want to do a different sports related club
like sports analytics or something similar.
You can also create that club as well.
I use this exact tact to start a sports media club
at my school called ESPNU Campus Connection.
Which is part of a larger program organized by ESPNU.
By creating a club, again, this is something you can
put on your resume but it's also a way for you
to get experience in something that
you're interested in or potentially interested in.
See if this is something that you'd like to pursue.
By creating a club, this showcases your leadership skills,
initiative, innovation, and then again that
tie back into the sports industry experience.
Which is really crucial for you to gain that experience
and knowledge and be able to apply it
to whatever position that you're applying for.
The second thing that you can do
is create a blog or social media page.
Now the reason why you wanna create a sports blog
or social media page is to really spread exposure
of your personal brand and ultimately share your experience
and knowledge in the sports industry with others.
When you're thinking about what type of topics
that you want to cover in your blog or social media page,
keep in mind a couple of things.
What are you passionate about?
That could be anything that you want, under the sun,
related to the sports industry.
Whether it be your favorite team,
favorite player, favorite sports league.
Whether it's technology in the sports base, you name it.
Another thing that you wanna keep in mind is
what ultimately do you wanna be doing in the sports world?
Is it sport psychology, physical therapy,
coaching, business.
Whatever it may be, you want to tie both
what you're passionate about and what you ultimately
wanna be doing within the sports industry
into that blog or social media page.
And ultimately this is sports experience
that you can get right now.
You just have to create it for yourself.
And a lot of people actually turn these social media pages
or blogs into full fledged careers.
And what I mean by that is if you follow House of Highlights
on Instagram, you'll have an idea of what I'm talkin' about.
This started out as a page that was just meant
for NBA highlights after games and has now turned
into an entire franchise owned by Bleacher Report.
So who knows.
Comment below with what you're passionate about in sports.
The third thing that you can do is volunteer.
Now what you wanna do here is think about different sports
companies that exist in your area.
Whether that's your local school,
local gym, or local sports team.
Whatever it may be, what you wanna do next
is go to the company's site and see if they have
any upcoming philanthropic opportunities or events.
This'll not only give you experience in the sports base,
whether it's even just one sporting event,
it'll also give you chance to really
grow your network in the sports world.
And this is crucial because if there's upcoming events
with this company and you continue to volunteer with them,
they'll begin to know your name.
You'll begin to grow a connection with these people
and ultimately this is gonna give you
a taste of what it's like to work at that company.
Now you know three ways to get sports experience.
But what about when you're ready
to build your sports network?

grow your network in sports, definitely check that out.

The three tactical decisions Man Utd need to get right to beat Chelsea in the FA Cup - Duration: 4:19.
Nullifying Eden Hazard, a lesson in history World class players like Eden Hazard are capable of deciding a match in a flash, as shown during last year's FA Cup final between the two sides
The Belgian was given the freedom of Wembley Stadium before being chopped down by the clumsy Phil Jones and Hazard converted from the penalty spot, a goal which saw the Blues lift the trophy
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could call upon his unsung hero Ander Herrera on Monday, to try and nullify the 2-year-old
And history proves he is capable of executing a man-marking masterclass, but he has also been at the forefront of things going horribly wrong
When the sides met in the fifth round back in 217 - also on a Monday night at Stamford Bridge - the Spaniard saw red in the first half for two quick yellow cards which were both tactical fouls on Hazard
Chelsea won the match 1- and completely controlled the match for the best part of 55 minutes, finishing with 73 per cent possession
But he made amends just over a month later in a Premier League rematch at Old Trafford where he kept Hazard out the game before scoring himself in a 2- win
It's clear that Hazard is at the heart of almost every Chelsea attack so if Solskjaer does give Herrera the task of keeping his involvement to a minimum, he could be crucial in helping decide the match
Finding balance in attack It was a double blow for Solskjaer this week after Paris Saint-Germain inflicted his first defeat as United boss since arriving in December
Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial were both forced off through injury and are now set to miss two-to-three week's worth of action
The Norwegian got his selection spot on in the FA Cup fourth round when they cruised to a 3-1 victory over Arsenal
Alexis Sanchez scored on his return to north London while Romelu Lukaku proved effective from the right of a front three, providing two assists
The two are likely to play a part at Stamford Bridge and are both fighting for their future at Old Trafford
Lingard's runs from deep wreaked havoc last time out but Marcus Rashford is a different kind of forward who likes to play in behind and play on the shoulder
Juan Mata could even be involved but Solskjaer will need to think outside the box to get the best from an attack that has rarely played together this season
Freeing up Paul Pogba Paul Pogba will be keen to get back out on the field after being sent-off in the midweek Champions League defeat
The Frenchman has become integral to how United play under Solskjaer, demonstrated best by his second half performance at the Emirates three weeks ago
He is already enjoying his best goalscoring season of his career with 13 and will be eager for more between now and May
Jorginho is hardly enjoying life in the Premier League and has struggled to adapt to the difference in intensity and pace from the Italian game
With N'Golo Kante still being deployed in a slightly more advanced role by Maurizio Sarri, Solskjaer will be keen to push Pogba up onto the former Napoli man, who likes to receive the ball off the back four
Jorginho is only second to Manchester City's Aymeric Laporte in passes and touches in the top flight this season therefore Pogba will be looking to give him a hard time by being aggressive in the right way

How to Get FED in the Jungle | Skill Capped - Duration: 9:22.
Hey everyone and welcome.
A common piece of advice I'm sure you've heard before is to play around winning lanes instead
of trying to help losing ones.
However, that's easier said than done.
What exactly does playing around winning lanes look like and how do you execute it?I can
promise you it doesn't look the way that you think it does. These are the questions we'll
be answering in this video using the replay of the professional jungler Crush who plays
for the Korean team SANDBOX.For those of you who don't know, SANDBOX is making headlines
as they're a new team in the LCK who's currently dominating the veterans of the league. They're
currently in 2nd place and are the only team to take a game off the undefeated powerhouses
Griffin.Alright, enough hype, let's jump into it with SANDBOX Crush playing Kha'Zix against
Camille. He starts the game getting a leash on his Red Buff.
Take note of the godlike vision his teammates have provided him in the bot side of the map. This
is because he's facing Camille.
Early aggro junglers such as Camille, Xin Zhao, and Pantheon like to take a path where
they do Red into immediately ganking a side lane or mid. This is why they've warded brush
behind Red and the bot side tri brush - this prevents Camille from landing early ganks
on these lanes. However, champions with dashes such as Camille, Graves, or Jarvan IV can
hop over the wall to avoid these wards and then either gank from the river or steal a
blue undetected.I just wanted to take a moment to highlight how this specific pattern of
wards completely locks down and nullifies early aggro jungle paths.Sure enough, Camille
was trying to be sneaky and hopped over the pit, but the ward in the river spotted her
going for Kha'Zix's blue.As a response, he immediately invades Camille's blue to equalize. While
doing this, he see's Camille on the bot side Scuttle, which means he needs to secure the
top side Scuttle as compensation.During this time, Camille moves to gank mid.
However, Crush decides against counter ganking and instead moves top where he's able to gank
and secure a kill. This can seem like a strange choice considering
that top lane was pushed and didn't look very gankable. At the same time, Syndra was full
health and had minion advantage, making it a tempting counter gank. This highlights the
jungling philosophy of SANDBOX Crush.
He focuses on lanes that are winning using a very specific technique: checking health
bars.Let's go back to the start of game, but this time with our teammates health bars visible. We
can see Sylas taking damage, at the same time, we can see Sylas and Viktor's icons overlapping
- indicating that they're trading. When this happens, you want to physically move your
camera as a jungler to check the state of the lane.In this case, you can see Sylas won
the trade and is currenlty winning lane. Then, once Kha'Zix is finishing blue, we can see
Sylas take significant damage.
Once again, we move our camera to check the lane.Wow, things have changed.
Now Sylas is losing lane. This is why Crush doesn't bother ganking top after taking Blue
and instead does Scuttle. While doing Scuttle, we see Sylas' health drop again with icons
overlapping - indicating that they're trading. If we check the lane we can see that Sylas is
ahead in both health and minions.
I wouldn't go so far as to say he's winning the lane in this position, but he's definitely
close.Instead of counter ganking mid where everyone is full health Crush realizes that
it's much more impactful to a gank a lane that's low on health and on the brink of losing.Additionally,
he uses a really nice tactic a lot of junglers that need level 3 have been recently utilizing.Kha'Zix
has killed 3 camps, his Red, Blue, and Scuttle.
However, you need to kill 4 camps to hit level 3.Most players wouldn't have ganked top in
this position since they're level 2.
However, by waiting in the brush you can soak minion experience.
Speficially you only need to soak 2 minions. This let's Crush hit level 3 and execute this gank
on a low health target, making for an easy kill.Afterwards, he helps Sylas push the wave
in as he's too low to do it himself, Camille is on this side of the map, and Viktor has
teleport to teleport in and freeze the wave if he doesn't.Now you understand the technique.
Watch your teammtes health bars while paying attention to icons overlapping on the minimap
- these two things signal a trade. Then move your camera to check to see if the enemy is
low on health and whether your teammate is winning the lane.
If they are, then look to execute a gank. With this in mind, let's keep our teammates health
bars visible on the right hand side while jumping ahead 1 minute in the game.At this
point, we see both Janna and Sylas take damage while the bot lane icons are overlapping.
Let's check the lanes. If we look top, we can see Viktor is both ahead in health while also
having a minion advantage.Wait a second, shouldn't Sylas be winning the lane as we ganked for
him early and got him an advantage. Here lies the misconception of playing around winning
lanes.
It's not about who SHOULD be winning it's about who's CURRENTLY winning. In solo queue,
teammates skill and knowledge of matchups can vary greatly.
This is why constantly checking the state of the lanes with your camera is so effective. Now
let's look at bot lane.
Wow, Draven is losing this lane hard and he definitely shouldn't be.We would have never
known this unless we physically moved our camera to check. We now know to ignore top
and move to attack the vulnerable bot lane. After picking up the mid lane farm, Crush does exactly
this, and starts moving towards bot. With a big wave building up, tower diving is a great
option as Killing Draven would deny him the entire wave.So he begins moving bot lane for
this tactic.
However, Draven was forced to recall anyways due to the threat and so he dives Morgana
instead.Although he trades 1 for 1, this is still worth it as he denies all of this experience
and gold from the enemy Support while letting his teammates freely gain turret plating. Now,
after Crush respawns and moves back on to the map we see once again Syla is low on health. If
we check his lane, we can see Viktor is as well.
On top of that, a wave is building and pushing towards Viktor.Again, we want to use the exact
same strategy we used on bot lane: dive Viktor under tower and deny the big wave from him. That
being said, Crush does a nice little optimization in the meantime of picking up the nearby Gromp
to help him keep up in farm.He then executes the gank, gets a kill, and once again denies
the enemy a massive wave setting them behind. If we fast forward a minute to when Kha'Zix is
handing off blue to Syndra we can see bot lane trading and gaining a health advantage. This
health advantage gives them control of the wave and we once again know exactly what to
do: dive them on the big wave.Crush picks up an easy kill on Morgana into zoning Draven
from a ton of minions at the tower while securing turret plating for his team.Alright, we went
over a lot in this replay so let's recap.Kha'Zix started the game with his teammates setting
up key vision to shut down early game junglers. This spotted the Camille invading his blue and
so he invaded her Blue to equalize. While farming Crush uses the technique of checking his teammates
health bars and icons overlapping on the minimap to indicate that he should move his camera
to check the state of the lane. This helped him identify that Viktor was low on health
and gankable. He then used the tactic of waiting in a brush after killing 3 camps to soak 2
minions of experience to hit level 3.This let him skill into his Leap ability and secure
the kill on Viktor.Afterwards, he uses the same process to analyze winning lanes that
are gankable. This allowed him to see that his bot lane had won significant trades, this
led him to execute a dive that would deny a big wave from the enemy. After this, he now
notices Sylas is back to winning trades and getting Viktor low while a wave is pushing
towards him.He makes sure to counter jungle the enemy's Gromp in the meantime so he's
not giving up too much farm in the process. He then executes the same kind of gank, resulting
in Viktor's death and denying him a massive wave.He continues to scan the map with the
technique mentioned earlier to identify that his bot lane was once again winning trades
and got the enemy low.He follows that up with a fourth gank to kill Morgana and zone Draven
from another huge minion wave. With this simple and straight forward technique he was able
to achieve massive advantages for his laners four times in a row, which led to his team's
victory.Alright, let us know what you think of Crush's jungle philosophy in the comment
section below as well as any questions you might have.As always, good luck, and
have fun, on summoner's rift.

How To Get The Water Drop Shot - Duration: 4:16.
Okay, so today's video is going to be really short because really it's about getting one shot that's about two seconds long
Of course the shot that we're getting is that water drop shot at the end that had some questions about this someone even thought that
I might be using CGI just because that shot looks so cool, but I actually do that shot in camera
And that's one reason I like the m50 as opposed to other
Canon cameras is that I can do shots like this that are much more stylistic that you just cannot do when using 60 frames per
Second now keep in mind that you can actually do this with any camera that has a high flame type mode any of the Sony's?
that have 125 a second any of the Panasonic's that have 125 in a second any of the Fugees to have
125 in a second. And in fact, it's gonna look better because you have it in 1080p with us
I just have it in
720p now 4 and 50 shooters who are trying to get into the high frame rate mode you go into your menu
Second selection down you have movie record quality and you switch over to enable high frame rate mode
And then of course you set your settings accordingly
I had to set mine at shutter speed 250 which is close to double as possible aperture
I actually was up to 7.1 when I was shooting it that way I got a little bit deeper the depth of field and
Actually had a little bit more time to get the water drop shot
but then when I did that I had to raise my ISO up to
500 in order to keep my exposure it--and
Something to keep in mind when you're using the 720p mode that you don't want to raise your ISO above
800 because the image starts falling apart not just with noise
But the image starts looking less sharp and looks a little bit more muddy
basically
What I would do is I would put it in manual focus
And then of course since you're trying to focus on something that the shots not even beginning with it doesn't matter if you have auto
Focus you want to have it at a set focus
Distance and you want to manually focus to whale the water droplet you want to be most prominent in your shot
You don't want to have that focused right in the middle because you'll see it the least and you don't want to have it focused
At the top because immediately it'll go out of focus
So you want to basically try and catch two?
fields of focus sort of on the way down and then it goes out of focus in the middle and then back into focus on
The way past the middle and the last step is just stand there looking like an idiot
While you try and catch a water droplet in mid-flight. I did it probably
50 times
Just to get that one drop that you saw
But if you do it light and it works with a really cool segment it'll pay off
Now, of course, I got to give credit where credit's due this shot
I launched from Cody wanna and in his video kala less do more he talked about him doing this shot. And I said I
Have to get that shot and so I went out and I tried it and I did it and I loved it
And so I've done it like four or five times since then Thank You Cody for showing me that shot
I really love the way it looks if you guys do use this shot in your videos
make sure to share the link with me on Twitter so that I can see what y'all are doing because I really
want to see what people are creating with the things and the ideas and the
concepts that I'm sharing

2 Tips to Get started with Video with Shane Ryan with BombBomb - Duration: 7:46.
Hey,
welcome back to the Think Bigger Real Estate Show.
I'm actually very excited to need to talk about something that I'm obviously
passionate about because you hear from me a lot when it comes to video.
My personal belief is that your clients,
need to be hearing from you a lot via video.
Um,
I know for a lot of people that's very daunting and a you get stuck in,
I don't like how I look.
I like how I sound.
I don't know what I'm gonna say.
Um,
the reality is those really shouldn't be issues at all.
And I'm here to help you with that.
And uh,
I've got with me,
Shane Ryan,
she ends with BombBomb,
which many of you who know BombBomb know that it's a big time solution for real
estate agents and helping them really take their video game to the next level.
So thanks for being on the show,
man.
No problem.
Yeah,
glad to be here.
Um,
so Shane has a couple of tips that are going to help you get started to not
overthink it,
but just very simple things to get you in action.
So,
alright,
so I mean the first thing is you can't change the way you look or your sound.
So the fact that you guys may be scared to be on video should,
should not be the thing like what we're saying here.
So the big one that we want to see is you don't want to boil the ocean,
right?
You don't,
there's Facebook live,
there's Instagram live,
there's youtube,
there's all these other avenues where you guys be using video,
choose one and get consistent with that.
So that's birthdays,
it's anniversaries.
Starting with just your repeat and referral business,
the people that already know,
like,
and trust you,
you can start with them.
It's going to help you gain your confidence so that you can start doing some
more of the advanced things that we talk about all the time.
So for here at Keller Williams family union come by the booth,
we talk about some advanced strategies.
The other thing that you want to think about also real quick,
I told you.
Timeout,
I just want to put an exclamation point behind.
What he said,
which is that there's the,
oftentimes,
again,
there's so many things you could do with video if people are doing so many
things that just pick one thing and you pointed out an interesting point which
is that we tend to be most comfortable when we're talking to people that already
know us,
like us and trust us.
And to simply do even a one to one video,
right?
You can,
you can do it on your phone and send it via text or even a better solution is
check out BombBomb.
Because you can,
you can actually talk to your spouse,
like just get really comfortable,
having a conversation with people that aren't going to judge you that aren't
going to care.
They just love you and do that for a little bit until you get really comfortable
with it,
right?
The thing that we have found so often,
it's just starting with the understanding that people matter,
right?
Are spoken here is we believe in you when you believe in your clients,
and so when you're reaching out to them and you're saying simple things like
happy birthday,
or I remembered they just got back from vacation and just want to see how the
thing was,
or if you want to see pictures or if you want to meet them for coffee or
something like that,
you're re-humanizing.
That way that you interact,
it's no longer transactional.
It's more about them and that's a big deal.
I love it.
Great stuff,
man.
All right,
your second point.
So first of all,
it starts simple.
Choose one thing,
go at it.
What was the second point?
The second point is kind of what I just was saying is that you need them to be
the hero,
right?
You can't,
you can't allow yourself to try and do the here.
I went to a training just recently in Columbia,
South Carolina,
and I asked all the agents,
I said,
raise your hand if you believe you're the hero for your client,
and a 95% raise their hands and that's just not accurate.
We a,
I read this book called building a StoryBrand by Donald Miller and he talks
very,
very highly around either guide because the guide is going to stay in people's
lives.
Everyone wants to be their own hero.
And so for you guys,
that's what you need to start focusing on is how do you provide value so that
you're helping them when their story.
We've got a question here from Elizabeth Davidson,
a friend and client of mine.
"How often should you post videos on social media?" Right?
It's a good question.
Let's both maybe answer that.
They might be different answers,
but go ahead.
What are your thoughts?
Okay,
so my thoughts on it,
I mean you think,
I think you start with maybe once a week is your post on social media or maybe
that that email update to your entire database,
right?
Because you don't want to overwhelm them.
I am.
I work in video and I think you can do it too much.
And I think that was a great question because what happens is that if you do it
too much and you're not providing value,
then they're going to start unfollowing you.
But again,
with that,
I'll put a little bit of a caveat because you do a lot of videos every single
day,
but if it's valuable,
you watch,
you tune in,
you're tuning in right now at seven 30 in the morning because she's in Portland,
Oregon,
five 30 in the morning because he provides overwhelming value.
And so if you can do that every single time that you get on air,
if you're providing value,
you're not just talking about the weather or something like that,
providing value for people,
they're going to tune in and you can continue to do those things.
So I think that was going to be my point,
isn't,
it really depends,
right?
To get online,
just to get online to be heard.
Um,
I don't think it's a good strategy.
Um,
I think you really,
if you have something specific to the liver that you know,
has helped people,
like I would say that most people do video too infrequently.
Can you overdo it?
Sure.
If you're not delivering value,
absolutely 100%.
But if you are delivering value,
I think sometimes we think that everybody in our network is going to see
everything we post.
And it's just not true.
Facebook algorithms and others,
they favor the frequent,
they favor the content creators.
And so even if you think like,
oh my God,
people don't want to hear from me every day of the week.
Even if you post it everyday of the week,
they might see it once or twice a week.
Right?
Yeah.
So,
I wouldn't overthink that part of it.
What I would dig into,
which is what Shane's talking about is how do I provide value?
And I think a great,
a great way to do that is when you get a really solid question from one of your
clients.
You answer that question because if,
if it helped them,
then there's going to be value for the people.
Right?
Correct.
And I think one of the biggest things that agents can be doing is talking about
your struggle because a lot of times you buy and put in the perception that
everything is great,
right?
Everything was easy.
Well,
I just talked to a physical recently where they were stressing out trying to
list their house because they thought,
you know,
there's a seller's market.
I'm just going to sell this thing.
I don't need an agent.
But within two days into that whole process they want,
like they went crazy and they were looking for someone to guide them.
So again,
your,
your clients and your people,
potential clients are looking for you to be that valuable asset.
And so if you can start answering those questions that people have and helping
them understand that,
or just talking about your day and as you talk to people that try and do fizbos
or something like that,
and just trying to be that guy to think that that's where you're going to win
stuff.
Man,
I love it.
I love everything that these guys are doing.
If you haven't checked out BombBomb yet,
um,
$30 a month,
is that right?
$30 a month here at Keller Williams.
We're doing a big show for a launch later in July,
but they can get it here right now at the show.
So if you go to bombbomb.com/kwfr,
you will be able to get that deal.
What if you're listening to this and you're not a Keller Williams agent?
If you do it right now while we're at the show.
Okay?
Which means today you can,
you can jump on board.
Great tip.
I love it.
I'm going to put some up here.
It looks like it.
It's not,
I'm going to put Shane's email address up here on the screen.
So if you have specific questions that he has a kind of a giveaway,
you wants to give anybody who is interested.
Also Shane has a video influencer guide,
right?
It's something that was,
it's gone through.
In fact,
one of my friends,
Brandon Porter,
I believe is in it this past year.
Um,
but people who have done video at a high level,
there's some great stuff in there.
Again,
I don't want to go against what we talked about earlier,
which is to just start really simple.
But if you're already at that point and you're just looking at adding better
content,
better value.
Yup.
These are the best in the business in real estate across the country.
Uh,
we had over 3000 applicants and we picked just the top 50.
So what they're doing in these different areas.
So there's five different categories you can take a look at that.
The other thing that I'm going to add,
just because we're doing this on the show right now,
is our real estate action plan.
If you're looking to understand what are those one or two ways I could do video
and I,
I just don't understand which ones I could do.
We have a list of those and we can give you those examples and we'll get that to
you guys.
No,
charge to you.
Just send a,
an email to Shane@bombbomb.com.
I love it man.
All right.
Thanks so much.
Tons of value.
