LOVE Air Coffee prototype roaster - Duration: 1:20.
Hello my name is Andrey Lyashenko.
I am the CEO of LOVE Air Coffee Company.
Now we are in the workshop where prepare our awesome coffee using air roasting technology.
Now I will show our first working prototype of an air roster.
This is the first prototype of our roaster completely working and daily produces portions
of ready coffee.
Unlike classic roasting methods, coffee does'nt burn in a hot metal drum in this roaster,
but hovers in a stream of hot air at a temperature of 300 degrees Celsius.
Thanks to this method of roasting coffee has an excellent aroma, amazing taste, retains
all the useful elements, reduces the weight loss of the grain and so increases profits.
The production capacity of this simple prototype roaster is only about 100 (a hundred) kilograms
of ready coffee per day . But our new development of roasting lines will be able to produce
from 2 to 5 tons per day even more quality, aromatic, delicious coffee that we will sale
in our own branded coffee houses (cafe).
