I've been thinking about buying a cargo ship is the freelancer basic goodbye how
does it compare to other cargo ships
welcome to another installment of a star citizen's ship buyer's guide
what's up citizens this is subliminal here again and today we'll be discussing
the features functions and benefits of the misc freelancer base with a
comparison on how those features ranks amongst competing ships so you can make
an informed buying decision let me know what ship you'd like to see next down in
the comments the ship with the most up votes will be featured in the future
episode what's that out of the way let's get to
it the freelancer base is a medium sized cargo ship manufactured by none other
than Musashi industrial and star flight concern or miss for short misc is a
human based company out of the Centauri system founded in 2805 the freelancer
base is one of four freelancer variants the freelancer max derp and miss are
also available be sure to check out my buyers guides on those in the
description the misc freelancer is primarily a long-range cargo hauler
designed for shipping major corporations goods around the verse however its
modularity and versatility as well as its considerable firepower have seen it
fill a number of roles including use as a smuggling ship and a long-range
Explorer the freelancer base is currently flight ready it is available
on the pledge store for purchase and upgrade for one hundred and ten dollars
is part of the game package four hundred and twenty five dollars earned on
average sells for one hundred and twenty eight dollars on the grey market it is
not currently available for purchase with in-game credits with that out of
the way let's see how it compares to other ships you might be considering for
comparison I have hand-picked 17 ships that I think could possibly be
considered by someone looking to purchase a freelancer base the following
slides will feature the current ships value and rank along with the names and
values of the worst and best ships a Google sheets document with those ships
and data are linked in the description this information is sourced from
multiple sources some with conflicting data I've chosen the data that I think
is accurate information and thoughts reflect the current state of the ship
and the persistent universe not what will be possible in the future now let's
see how it stacks up to the competition the freelancer comes in around 220,000
kilograms it has a max crew size of five a large cargo capacity of 66 SCU it
features a max y'all pitch rate of 65 degrees per second an SCM speed of 205
meters per second a decently fast 1005 meter per second top speed has over
19,000 hit points across its body its shield generators can withstand just
over 12,000 hit points of damage its guns do just over 2,000 damage per
second and they have a theoretical DPS of over 2,200 it should be noted that
DPS only matters if you can hit your target it's missiles do just over 10,000
damage its fuel tanks hold 18,000 gallons of fuel its Odyssey quantum
drive gives it a great 74 mega meters per second quantum speed and a range of
107 Giga meters so it can travel from port al-azhar to hjerson 3.3 times
before needing to refuel quantum travel from $4 r2 Hurston will take you about 7
minutes and 14 seconds and leaving hearses atmosphere will take you about 4
minutes now let's talk about its firepower the freelancer base packs to
PC to dual s3 mounts with 2 tarantula GT 870 mark 3s each east tarantulas have
550 to physical damage with 47 rpm or total of 432 DPS and the 3800 meter
range in the rear the freelancer has one-man turret with two sides to em for
a laser autocannons these in forays have 320 energy damage with 50 rpms for a
total of 267 dps and a 2700 meter range in addition its wings hold 2 sides for
MSD for 2-3 missile racks with 2 size 3 or
stories each arrestor threes our cross-section have 1500 mix damage a
3.89 second lock time in over nine thousand meter lock range it also has
two size three MSD three two two missile racks with two sides to ignite two's
each ignite tubes are infrared have 948 mixed damage and a one point six eight
second lock time and over a fifty five hundred meter lock range this is a total
of eight missiles let's talk about components the standard components
available on the freelancer base are as follows it has one size too great see
civilian class daybreak powerplant - sighs - gracie civilian class frost
star e^x coolers one size - grade C civilian class Odyssey quantum drive
with an 18 second cooldown after long jumps and last but not least we have two
sides to grade C military grade 5 ma - Molly shield generators let's take a
look at the interior the freelancer base features a cargo bay big enough to
comfortably fit at least three grey cat B TVs
- Drake dragon flies to a open noxes or 54s see you in the rear the rear turret
access is located at the rear of the cargo hold
to the left and to the right are the components mentioned earlier moving on
we have a second cargo hold with the remaining 12 scu of cargo space and a
topside access port the living quarters feature an expresso machine a poor side
airlock for bunk beds a non-functioning MFD and a head the cockpit comes
equipped with two engineering C's with one MFD each
a co-pilot seat with five MFDs
and a pilot seat with five MFDs although two are barely visible under your arms
it should be noted that the freelancer does not currently come equipped with an
eject feature there's also a known bug that some ships with ladders have in
three-point-four called the ladder of death it is best to enter and exit
through the cargo hold of the freelancer to avoid being murdered if you have
cargo inside walk around the right side enclosing the misc freelancer base is a
great medium sized cargo ship its pros are a large sixty-six scu of cargo
capacity it's nimble for its size as fast quantum speeds has a long QT range
and it has room for all of your friends it's cons are reduced visibility from
the cockpit its missile payload is subpar has a low max speed currently has
no ejection feature and a homicidal ladder so is it worth a buy with the $10
upgrade from the Cutty black for an additional 20 scu of cargo capacity it
may be a good option for the citizen interested in a profession and trading
in turn you lose some ability to be able to defend yourself this may not be an
issue for the citizen who has friends to play with it should be noted also that
the freelancer max is only $40 more for almost double the space and better
weapons but ultimately that decision is up to you did you like this guide like
it subscribe by hitting the bell and comment what ship you'd like to see
featured in the next episode of the star citizen ship buyer's guide until next
time citizens I'll see you in the verse

NEW TANK ARCHER - Best way to unlock? - Battlefield 5 guide & tank history - Duration: 3:26.
hey everyone Azura here once again the new week of Tides of War challenge is
coming in two days this week we are going to get the Valentine arches
self-propelled anti-tank gun today I'm going to talk a little bit about the
tank history and interesting facts but if you want to skip ahead to find out
the most efficient way to unlock this tank through the challenges I'll leave
the timestamps in the description below the archer tank destroyer is based on a
valentine tank it uses the same chassis but with an engine upgrade with this
relatively small chassis it does pack a big punch 17 pounder anti-tank cannon I
will show you some rounds comparisons here you can see that the 6 pounder
that the Valentine Mk VIII uses here in the center the one on the rights of
its is used by the regular Sherman tank then you can see a 17 pounder right next
to it it is massively bigger and more powerful than a 6 pounder because of the
large size of this cannon and it's impossible for the tank to have a turret
it is mounted in an open-topped armor box
facing backwards to keep the size small an interesting side note is that the
same cannons also mounted on a Sherman Firefly tank back to the Archer it is
also interesting that the tank cannot move while firing because a gun breech
will recoil into the drivers position the driver has to physically leave his
seat before they fire the shot it's backwards design does allow the tank
escape with ease it will be interesting to see how it DICE will balance his tank
judging from the trailer here it appears that the tank is capable of firing while
moving but the unanswered question would be whether the drivers are susceptible
to explosives or bullets because of this open-topped design I personally think that
main driver will be immune to external damage but we'll find out in a few days
now we'll be discussing this week's challenge there are three main
progression paths that you can follow I will show you the challenges here the
middle path I believe is the easiest and most consistent both the top path and
the bottom path required to disarm or arm an objective
this may be a little challenging for many players because only a small number
of players can interact with those objectives at a time once again I do
think the central path is easiest I've highlighted the objectives here you need
to kill an enemy within 15 meters then you need to spot 10 enemies using a spotting
player in one life I recommend you to stop by the ammo station before
attempting this because you may not get all 10 people with just one flare then
you need to win three rounds and complete three squad orders
these will be very easy just keep playing the game quick game modes like
TDM domination or squad conquest will likely let you finish these very quickly
the last one will require you to inflict 500 damage using hand grenades
I think impact grenades will likely be more consistent but feel free to use
any grenades of your choice and that's really it for today I'll give my
thoughts on the archer tank when it gets released please consider liking and
subscribing to the channel if you think this video has earned it I would really
appreciate it have a good day and I will see you all next time

Epic Vegan Pizza 🍕 Vegan Guide To Vienna Ep. 2 🍕 [CC] Vapiano - Duration: 6:53.
Hi guys, it's Lara! Thanks for watching and welcome back to my channel.
Time to visit another place in Vienna where you could get some vegan food.
Today, I'm meeting a friend in a restaurant called Vapiano. They have
restaurants - from what I've read - in Germany and in Austria, and I know that
there are several places in Vienna. The Vapiano where I'm going today is in the
street called Herrengasse, and that's also very convenient for me, because the
subway line that's not far from our home takes me directly there. Because it's
actually above the exit of the subway. So, it's not a vegan restaurant, however, they
have quite a few vegetarian options and they started also introducing several
vegan options. And they're listed specifically in their menu, which I find
very convenient. And from my experience, the pizza can be easily veganized, so
I'm gonna take you with me and if that's something you're interested in then
please keep watching.
Just in case you're wondering, this is what I'm leaving behind.
Oh he's so cute he's so cute!
Alright, so I got dressed
I'm ready to go and guess where the puppy is. He made it very clear that he's
not ready to go with me. He went into hiding. Hello!
And now you see the camera and you want to come to us? Hi Herci-Bear! Hey, how're you doing?
You have to stay with Papa, yeah. (Music starts)
The way Vapiano works is, whenever you enter their restaurants, they will
provide you with a plastic card. And you have to get your food and your beverages
yourself. Each station will book the amount that you have to pay for the
stuff that you ordered there on this plastic card. So you have to keep an eye
on it and you should not lose it. There is a limit of 50 Euros that you can book
on the card and should you lose your card, then you would be charged 50 Euros
on your way out. You pay also on your way out. You basically hand the card in, they
will read it and then they'll tell you what to pay. You can pay that amount with Visa
or like with any credit card, with bank cards or cash. And yeah, you just come in,
get your card, select a nice table where you want to sit. And then the best thing
is if you are there with someone, so that each of you can get their food and
beverages. And then you can simply enjoy the atmosphere. It's actually very nice,
even though you have to get your own food. It's still fine, because once you
sit down, once you started eating, whenever you have empty dishes or
glasses, there will be waiters who would take that away for you and they will
also clean the tables so that the eating area is neat. When you look at their menu,
they do not have necessarily many vegan options. Most of the options are
vegetarian, however some of the stuff can be easily veganized. I personally go
there especially for the pizza, because I find their pizza really good, and that is
easily veganized. So for example, yesterday, I had pizza Funghi, and I asked
them to leave out the cheese and instead of that I took extra toppings. So I took
artichokes and olives, which is basically like pizza Capricciosa without the ham
and without the cheese. So just talk to the people, they are very nice. And they
can adjust the food however you want to. Especially at the stations where they
cook your food for, you because if you get like pasta, for example, you stand in
line, and they cook the food in front of you. They have two burners and they'll ask
you like "Do you want white wine?" "Do you want chili in it?" "You want garlic?"
So it's so easy to talk to them and to ask them to leave out the stuff that you
don't want in your food. So it's definitely worth a visit.
I honestly completely forgot to bring the bill home, so I cannot tell you
exactly what I paid, because I don't remember exactly. But I think it was
something between 17 and 19 Euros, definitely less than 20. And I had a
pizza, I had a big bottle of an iced tea, then I
had a fresh mint tea and a cup of olives. From my experience, the quality in each
of the restaurants is great. Or at least from the places where I have been. And
I've been going to Vapiano restaurants for at least six years now. I eat usually
very similar stuff, so that's why I think it's a fair comparison, and I had so far
only pleasant experience wherever I was. The only thing that can sometimes happen,
especially around noon during the week, is that the place can be pretty crowded.
But other than, that I was always very happy to go there and that's why I can
recommend it. I had a look at Vapiano's homepage shortly, and I found out that
they have restaurants not only in Germany and Austria, like I told you at
the beginning of the video, but they also have some places in Hungary and the Czech
Republic. So obviously it's a concept that works. And that's pretty much it for
today. if you have any questions, you can write them down below in the comments. I
will link the Vapiano homepage down below and I will write there the address
of the restaurant where I was with my friend. And that's it, so thank you all so
much for watching. I will as usual list and link down below some stuff that I
think might be also related or interesting or useful for you. And if you
enjoyed today's video, don't forget to give the video a thumb up, you can also
subscribe to my channel if you haven't yet and thank you so much for watching!
I love you guys so much, and see you soon! Bye! (Music starts)

WWSC 2018 Role Play Poker: Dealer Guide - Duration: 5:25.
Hi everybody, this is Jerry Silverman, here to train you on how to be a Dealer in Role
Play Poker for Sales Conference 2018.
There are 3 Role Play Poker games happening during the conference.
There are no games happening on the first day.
The first game is during the Document Cloud breakout on Day 2, Mon Dec 18th after lunch.
The second and third games are on Day 3, Tue Dec 19th also after lunch, for the Adobe Sign
and Creative Cloud breakouts.
We're going to review who, when and what will be needed to help administer these games.
• For Day 2 Document Cloud breakout, Dealers should plan to arrive at Juniper 1-2 by the
midway break at 4:30PM to collect their materials and get ready.
• Here is the list of Dealers for each table.
• Please find your name and be in touch with your Breakout Lead, Lisa Croft, if you
are unable to assist.
• For Day 3 Adobe Sign breakout, Dealers should plan to arrive at Starvine 2 by 1:00PM
to collect their materials and get ready.
• The Game starts shortly after the intro presentation.
• Again, here are the Dealers for each table.
• Please find your name and be in touch with your Breakout Lead, Beth Bourg, if you
are unable to assist.
• Finally for Day 3 Creative Cloud breakout, Dealers should plan to arrive at Juniper 1-2
by the midway break at 2:30PM to collect their materials and get ready.
• The Game starts at 3:30PM after the Hands On Activities
• Here is the list of Dealers for each table.
• Again, be in touch with your Breakout Lead, Jerry Silverman, if you are unable to
assist.
Now that you know when the games are happening, and whom will be playing, let's talk about
the gameplay itself.
Role Play Poker is played
On 25 numbered tables.
Each table has one dealer and 9 players.
The Pickup and Exchange table is where Dealers gather their gaming materials and report their
table's winnings, and where Players exchange their game chips for prizes.
Upon arriving into the breakout room,
Dealers should go to the Pickup and Exchange Table to receive their numbered gift bag,
which contains: A Dealer Visor Red, Yellow, Green and Black chips Red, Yellow
and Green cards A list of questions for the table, and a cheat
sheet of the game rules.
When you arrive at your table, you will need to distribute the following to each player
: 9 Red Chips and 3 cards -- one green, one yellow and one
red.
If players at your table are unsure where they should be sitting, they should consult
their badges, which have their Table Numbers listed.
After you have distributed 9 red chips to each player And distributed 3 cards to each
player The Game can start.
Each player antes one red chip into the center of the table.
Then, from your Question Sheet, you will ask a question to the first player, sitting to
your right hand side, so that the entire table can hear.
The player will have the opportunity to answer your question, so that everyone can hear.
When he or she is finished answering, the other players at the table will vote on the
quality of that answer with their colored cards.
A green card means they won the business,
A yellow card means there is an objection to the answer, and a red card means they lost
the business.
As the Dealer, you will count how many green, yellow and red cards have been presented by
the table.
If there are more green cards than any other type, the player gets the pot of chips in
the middle of the table, and you start the next round of questions.
If there are more yellow cards displayed, you will choose one of the players at the
table who objected, and ask to hear their objection.
The player must offer an answer to that objection, And the table re-votes again -- win or lose.
There can be only one objection per turn.
If there is a majority of red cards, the pot stays in the middle of the table and the turn
is over.
If, during the first round,
there are an equal number of Green, Yellow and Red cards voted by the players, choose
Objection.
If, during the second round, There are an equal number of Green and Red
cards voted, the player wins the round.
One the round is over, all of the players Ante Up again,
And the dealer asks the 2nd question from the Question list to the next player.
After 9 rounds of questions and answers, there may be some players with more chips, and some
with less.
Players should count their chips and tell you how many they have.
Players with 0-8 chips receive no prize.
Players with 9-17 chips should get a Yellow chip from you.
Players with 18 or more chips should get a Green chip from you.
The Player who provided the most thorough or convincing answers, in your opinion, should
get the Dealer's Choice chip, which is Black.
After giving out the Prize Chips, please record The names and
The winnings of each recipient on the back page of the Question Sheet, and Take that
page to the Exchange Table.
Once you have done that,
The players at your table should take their Prize Chips to the Pickup & Exchange Table
to collect their winnings.
They can win up to $200 based on their Prize Chips!
We will be sending out the Question Sheets and Rules Sheet this week via email, so keep
your eyes peeled!
Here is a link to watch a recording of this training,
and here is a link to download these slides.
Here are the names, faces and contacts of the Breakout Leads and Game Admins for all
sessions.
Make sure to contact them ASAP if you are unable to assist as a Dealer in the breakouts
you have been assigned to.
We really appreciate your attention, assistance and enthusiasm in making these sessions a
success at Sales Kickoff 2018, and we look forward to seeing you in Vegas!

The Fake Disabled People Guide [CC] - Duration: 5:25.
Have you ever seen an able-bodied person park in a disabled parking spot, and think, "Hey,
that's not right"?
Have you ever met someone who said they were mentally ill, but they seemed perfectly fine
to
you?
Have you ever seen a person in a wheelchair who you were pretty sure didn't need one?
Do you want to put a stop to all those big ol' fakey fake fakers?
So do disabled people, and
today in this video I'm going to teach you the steps necessary to prevent ableds from
pretending to be disabled!
One.
If you're an abled person, don't park in disabled parking spaces.
Two.
If you're a neurotypical person, don't tell people that you're mentally ill.
Three.
If you're not dealing with a physical condition that requires the use of a cane or walker,
don't walk around with one.
Four.
If you're not dealing with a physical condition that requires the use of a wheelchair, keep
your ass out of one.
Five.
If you're not living with a medical condition that prevents you from functioning at a level
that mainstream society deems acceptable, you're probably not disabled and should refrain
from calling yourself such without speaking to a doctor first.
In regards to a stranger,
that's strictly between that person and their doctor, and absolutely none of your f*cking
business.
I'm sorry.
This isn't what you clicked on this video for, is it?
You thought you were going
to get to wag your finger at disabled people and feel smug, and instead a disabled person
did that to you.
But that's not right, is it?
Well, not to worry, dear ableds.
I'm about to
give you an acceptable target for all that pent up self-righteousness.
Are you the parent of one or more abled children?
The following are five helpful tips on how
to guide your children today, to build a less ableist world tomorrow.
One.
Teach abled children not to steal assistance devices from disabled children.
This includes
things like canes, hearing aids, and anything else a disabled child uses to make life easier
to live.
Make sure abled children understand that, just like adults, it's never their place
to decide whether or not a disabled child needs the device they're using.
That's between the
disabled child and their doctor, and your child is not a f*cking doctor.
Two.
Teach abled children not to call other children names like "retard", "lame", or "psycho".
This is ableist language.
Ableist language, like all bigoted language, is wrong.
Three.
In fact, why not teach abled children not to call other children any rude names?
Then you
can avoid awkward telephone calls from the school principal, and becoming the subject
of
unpleasant gossip at PTA meetings.
Four.
You could even go one step further than that, and teach abled children to care about the
feelings of other human beings.
Then you wouldn't only be preventing ableism, but all sorts
of problems like assault, murder, and Tik Tok videos.
You wouldn't want to be responsible
for more Tik Tok videos, would you?
Oh, that would make the next PTA meeting embarrassing,
now wouldn't it?
Five.
Teach abled children not to dress up as disabled people on Halloween.
Straight-jackets are
not cute, and canes are not toys.
Instead, encourage your abled child to dress up like
something that truly strikes fear in the hearts of the innocent, like a police officer or
an
ICE agent.
All jokes aside, teaching kids these types of lessons early in life will help them learn
to
respect disabled people, and make them less likely to run around pretending to be us when
they become adults.
If you're a disabled person with feedback or tips of your own to
contribute, please post them in the comments section below.
If you're an abled person with a
sincere interest in learning more about ableism, I've posted a collection of links to
resources below that I think will be helpful.
I hope you enjoyed this guide.
Thank you for
watching.

Wheatgrass Health Benefits & Wheat Grass Growing Guide - Microgreens - Duration: 8:18.
- [Narrator] Wheat grass is extremely easy to grow.
It is loaded with vitamins and minerals
unlike anything else and has some very interesting
health benefits that you may not know about.
Let's look at growing wheat grass
and how you can supplement it
in your diet for a healthy life.
So one of my friends gifted me this container.
This is made of natural cedar wood,
and this is great for growing herbs
and microgreens like wheat grass.
For the potting mix, we are mixing
coco coir and you might have seen
my videos on coco coir,
it's very easy to just take a brick
and then it expands,
giving you some really good coco coir.
And we're gonna be first lining up
this container with a lot of coco coir,
and then we are gonna add some compost.
Now this is a compost that I usually use
for all my potting mixes.
This is composted horse manure,
and just a mix of compost and coco coir
is enough to give you a good potting mix.
Here is the seed packet that you're
gonna be using for our wheat grass seeds,
and it's a great quality wheat grass seed packet,
and all you're gonna do is sprinkle
the wheat grass seeds on top of
the potting mix we just created, as you can see here.
Now you don't want to crowd your seeds in one place,
but rather spread it out as much as you can,
and finally we're gonna be using
some more compost to just cover the seeds.
Now the reason we cover the seeds
is so that they do not fly away
and birds do not pick them out from the soil.
Once the seeds have been sown,
all you need to do is make sure
you have enough moisture for the seeds to germinate,
and we're gonna be using some water
to moisten the soil and we are good to go.
In about seven days from sowing the seeds,
you can see that the wheat grass seeds have germinated,
and let me just explain to you what wheat grass is.
Wheat grass is the baby wheat plant,
you can call it the baby wheat plant,
that hasn't produced wheat yet,
and it has all the goodness of wheat without the gluten.
So this is a pretty amazing microgreen.
You can grow it at your home.
It's extremely easy to grow,
and during the first few days or germination,
make sure that you keep your seedlings watered very well.
I'm just keeping this container
near a window which will get plenty of light,
and it's enough for these seeds to germinate and grow.
In about 15 days after sowing the seeds,
you can start harvesting your wheat grass.
You can let it grow even taller.
It will be quite some time before these plants mature,
so you can let them grow taller,
but I'm gonna start harvesting
my wheat grass greens at this stage.
These are loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Wheat grass has a lot of health benefits,
which I will soon explain.
And the first method to harvest
the wheat grass greens is to just pull them out.
Now the wheat grass has a very strong root system,
and you can see that I'm literally
breaking these grass seedlings.
The weed can also be seen here.
And to make the process easier,
you can just add some water to loosen up the soil,
and then you can easily pull out
these wheat grass seedlings.
Now this is one way to harvest it.
The downside of this kind of harvest
is that you lose the plant itself.
You just take the top part of the wheat grass
and then use it as you normally would.
But let me show you the second way
of harvesting it, which I found to be better,
and that is to just use some scissors
and clip the top part of the wheat grass.
Now the edible portion of this wheat grass
are the greens, and this is what you need to harvest.
Now the wheat grass looks just like
any other grass that grows around you.
However, it is very unique,
in the sense that it has a very high chlorophyll content,
which is very beneficial for you,
and it is also loaded with vitamins and minerals.
It also has antioxidant properties,
so overall it's extremely good for your health.
Wheat grass also lets your body
relieve itself of toxins.
It can even counter mutagenic cells,
cells that mutate, you know,
cells like cancer cells for example,
which wreak havoc on your body,
so wheat grass has a lot of health benefits,
and is something that I highly recommend
that you start consuming at least on a weekly basis.
If you can consume it daily, that's even better,
but at least on a weekly basis.
It's better to use wheat grass
to cleanse your body of toxins
and improve your overall health.
As you can see here, we are harvesting
all these wheat grass greens,
and this is the only part of the wheat grass
that you will be using.
So what is wheat grass?
Wheat grass is nothing but a baby wheat plant
that produces these greens that you can consume.
They are loaded with vitamins and minerals.
They have great health benefits.
They help improve the function of your organs,
and play a very important role in your overall health.
And as you can see here, this is the harvest,
our wheat grass greens harvest,
and what we are gonna be doing with this wheat grass
is we used a Blend Tech blender to crush the wheat grass,
we added some carrots, water, some ice, and wheat grass
to create this delicious wheat grass smoothie.
Now this smoothie has a lot of benefits of the wheat grass.
It has all the fiber.
It has all the nutrients.
The blender should be powerful enough
to crush the grass clippings or the grass leaves
to create a juice as you can see here,
and the Blend Tech does a great job.
Now once you've harvested your wheat grass,
the plants are still there.
The plants and the roots are still there.
So all you do is water the plant well,
and once you water the plant
and leave it out in the same location,
a nice, sunny location,
you can see that the wheat grass plant will regrow
and then you can continue your harvest for a second time.
And about 20 days from the time you sowed your seeds,
we can now have a second round of harvest.
You can see that the wheat grass has grown back,
the plant has produced more grass blades,
and these can be harvested again.
So for the second harvest you're gonna
be using the same technique.
We're gonna use some scissors and then clip
the top part of the wheat grass.
And we are in growing our wheat grass
in potting soil or real soil,
and I don't recommend growing wheat grass
using other techniques, like hydroponics
or, you know, soil-less mixes,
or like fiber or anything else,
and the reason is that when you grow in soil,
the wheat grass has excellent roots
to absorb all the nutrients from the soil
and all these nutrients from the soil
in turn gets into the wheat grass
and then eventually when you consume it,
it gets into your body.
So by growing wheat grass in the soil,
you can expect some useful elements
from the soil to be absorbed,
things like cellanium for example,
which is only found in soil,
will be absorbed by the wheat grass
when you grow it in soil.
And this is what our harvest looks like again,
very fresh, delicious, and organic
wheat grass greens that pack a punch.
And once again, you can leave the wheat grass as it is
and it will grow more greens in no time.
So there we have it, folks, that was
a new episode on growing wheat grass greens.
It's super easy to grow, and if you
grow wheat grass greens at home,
do let us know in the comment box below
and let us know how you use your wheat grass greens.
We'll see you again soon.
Happy gardening.

How Should A Jean Jacket Fit - Men's Denim Jacket Fit Guide - Duration: 4:44.
The denim jacket is one of the most essential pieces of menswear out there
But is yours fitting you properly? What's up? Everybody George here from GP the lifestyle in today's video
I'll be showing you how a denim jacket should properly fit. There's always gentlemen
There is a video summary wit time since linked in the description
If you want to review certain points, let's get started. Now. How long should the denim jacket be for in my personal opinion?
There are three different levels of fit one for short men one for regular height men and one for tall men now
Let's start off. We do tall dudes
Now if you're tall and wearing a denim jacket, the first thing this is universal is when you're wearing your pants
Make sure you wear them normally at your waist level
Don't sag your pants and don't wear them too high hiked up or again too low
if you're taller guy you want to make sure that the end of your denim jacket ends right above the
waistband of your jeans or your pants and you want to make sure that there's about a
centimeter - no gap in between
I personally think that this is the most
Symmetrical look that you can get the most proportional and overall fitness of the best
Now if you're a regular high guy anyway between 5 9 to 6 foot you want to make sure that the end of your denim
jacket either falls in between the middle of the waist bed or
Anywhere before the top of the way then right in between there
It can be a little bit shorter for you
But I highly doubt it since off-the-rack clothing doesn't really fit the best cific towards you but as long as you're in that
Gap of the waistband between the middle to the upper portion of it
It should be the perfect length for you
Now if you're a shorter man anything under 5/8, I was about to say 5 9 within a relay
So all my friends are under 5 9 and I don't want to feel like a massive dick
But if you're again
If you're under 5 foot in you want to get a perfect fitting denim jacket in terms of length
you want to make sure that the end of your jacket stops at the bottom the middle of
Your waist bed or Google moving towards the bottom of your waistband once you start hitting zipper territory
The jacket is too long and I just personally think keep the length at that
Don't go too long
Because then you look like you're wearing a dress and oh go too short because you look like you're wearing a crop top
How do we determine the optimal sleeve length? So once you put on your denim jacket you got all loosened up
so everything hangs and you want to make sure that if the denim jacket
if the sleeve length goes past your knuckles it is too long and
That is just not a proper fit for you. Now, if you're you know, if the end of the sleeve falls anywhere between the
middle of your hand to your wrist
The fit is fine because you can wear it because if you're moving around a lot
It'll slide down and out actually look pretty fine. And you could get away with the fit
However, if that is even if it's longer than that, I would personally recommend and this is what I usually do for every day
I'm jacket is I cuff it I cover the sleeves because I know
if I cuff the sleeves so write about love the wrist for me and adds a little bit layer of style because like when you
Cut your jeans. It looks cool
I'm so stupid. But then again if you cuff it
Especially when your Sherpa denim jacket matching this fur cuff with this collar
It just looks amazing
And I think you can get away with that wearing regular denim jackets because there's nothing wrong with cuffing a denim jacket sleeve
It's thicker it's built for it. And it looks rough. You're supposed to be rugged and masculine
We're not going here for costs and elegance
and then again
I just think go cuff the sleeve if you're not sure or you're a little iffy about it because the jacket may fit in every
other aspect great
But if this is the one thing that is keeping you from buying it
Fuck it
just
company buy it if you like it and it fits great in every other aspect now on to how the jacket should fit across your
Chest and I like to do a weird test. I don't know what this is called. I think I just made it up
But what I like to do is when I put the jacket on I like to put my arms
Like this like a robot and I want to pretend like I'm giving somebody a hug. Why do I do this?
because I want to see the amount of movement that I have across the chest and if I feel that I can get a
Full hug. I know it sounds ridiculous. Then it is too tight then again
This jacket is a little thicker so I didn't ease a little mixed bag
But then if you can do this and they're just ever so slight a little bit of resistance mid to low resistance
I
Still think the jacket can fit you great
as long as it does not feel like like it's going to rip and it doesn't feel like you have a whole lot of
Restricted movement there. You can still you know have a fair bit of more. You can swing your arms
You can raid you can give people hugs. I still think that's great. Even when you button it up. Try it out
Make sure that is actually, you know not going to explode and that's for me today guys
That is how a denim jacket should fit if you guys have any question
Do you like me to help you out drop him in the comments below and if you guys enjoyed this video be sure to drop

Birth Control Pills | Contraceptive Pills Guide | MINI PILL (2019) - Duration: 5:59.
You've been started birth control pills but you're not sure if you're taking it right
well not to worry because at the end of this video you're going to be a pro
trust me
now please remember that there are two types of contraceptive pills
combined oral contraceptive pills which we call COCs for short and
progesterone only pills which we call POPs for short now this video is going to
focus on POPs progesterone only contraceptive pills but in the near
future we'll be doing another video on the
combined oral contraceptive pill as well now if you're not sure which
contraceptive pill you've been prescribed then fear not because this
information is usually in the information leaflet that comes with it usually
in the first paragraph but if you've lost it or misplaced it I've also left a
useful link in the description below where you can check this now to help me
with this video I met with Jo an advanced nurse practitioner who really
knows her stuff when it comes to contraceptives she did a great job
simplifying things and making it easy to understand so I hope you find it helpful
let's first start with an easy question before we move on to the more
complicated ones so how effective is the progesterone only pill the progesterone only
pill is up to 99% effective providing you take it properly so that means
not missing any pills, not taking any medication that can potentially interact
with the pill or if you have any vomiting or diarrhea now I probably get
asked this question about twice a day in practice so I think a lot of the viewers
are going to find it helpful exactly how long does it take for the
progesterone on the pill to become effective and protect you from pregnancy
if you take the progesterone only pill within the first five days of your
menstrual cycle you will be protected against pregnancy straight away however
you can take the pill any time in your menstrual cycle but you would need to
either use condoms or abstain from sexual intercourse for a minimum of two
days until you will be protected against pregnancy that makes complete sense but
what about women who have a shorter menstrual cycle if you do have a short
menstrual cycle and you're period comes every 23 days or less and you start your
progesterone only pill on day 5 you may not have immediate contraceptive protection it is
important that you do use condoms or abstain from sexual intercourse for at
least two days Wow who knew that the progesterone only pill and contraceptive pills in general
were so complicated but I think that really helps simplify things I think it's also
important to remember that the contraceptive pill doesn't protect you
from sexually transmitted infections so to protect you from that you will need
to use condoms now moving back onto the progesterone only pill when should you
start taking it and what is considered a missed pill so I tell all my patients
when starting the pill to choose a convenient time to take it and just to keep taking
the pill every day until you don't need any contraception anymore so basically
don't take any breaks don't miss a pill and continue taking it as long as you
need contraceptive protection exactly it's important to remember that there
are two types of progesterone only pills, desogestrel pills which needs to
take within 12 hours at the same time every day and the other traditional
progesterone only pills which need to take within three hours at the same
time every day okay that makes sense but let's say for example someone is taking
desogestrel and it's now they're now 10 to 11 hours late and suddenly remember oh
no what do I do so they quickly take their missed pill but
then later on in the same day they're due to take their normal daily pill now
do you miss that pill or you take that pill in this example you take your
desogestrel pill at your regular time and as long as you're in the timeframes you do
not need to use any extra precautions well I guess that's some good news but
let's reverse it now bad news you've just missed your pill is it's gone past the
time frames that you said what do you now in terms of what to do now you
take your pill as soon as you remember only take one pill even if you miss more
than one take your next pill at your regular time even if it means that your
taking two pills on the same day one when you remember and one at your regular time
so I guess it's kind of like when you start the progesterone only pill mid
cycle so you have to use extra protection for the first 48 hours when
you remember to restart the pill so you're gonna have to use a condom
basically exactly thank you so much Jo I think everyone around the world who's
watching this is going to agree that you were really helpful and you really
helped simplify quite a confusing topic to additional points which I'd like to
raise which Jo mentioned earlier on in the video
the first one is diarrhoea and vomiting this can actually affect the absorption
of the progesterone only pill and in some circumstances this can make it
ineffective now it all depends on the timing and the
severity of it so I've left more information in the description below
because it is a bit complicated and I'd recommend everyone to read it the next
point is medication interactions certain medicines may interact with the
progesterone only pill and this can mean that it doesn't work properly now the
best thing to do is always read the information leaflet so you're more aware
of what interacts with it and also always let your pharmacist know all the
medicines that you're taking so they can check for interactions and give you
useful and appropriate advice on this and that's the end of the video I really
hope this helps simplify quite a confusing topic for you and if you have
any further questions I've left some really useful links in the description
below which should help answer it see you next week hey guys thanks for
watching this week's video make sure to click that like follow or subscribe
button now to stay up to date with new weekly videos
I think we're gonna have
Jo in more videos because she's doing a cracking job and I want loads of commission and I want that on film
if you think she's doing a cracking job leave a comment below
and also if you think that you shouldn't get
any commission for this video leave a comment I definitely need commission for this (LAUGHTER)
11 hours late and I messed up my lines, she's going to hit me in a minute
I nailed it (LAUGHTER)
cut, there was real frustration in that then
you're doing really good though
we did it
only took six hours and twenty minutes (LAUGHTER)
no I'm only joking she's a natural

Bringing Oppa Around Singapore: Best Chinatown Food Guide | S1 EP 2 - Duration: 11:45.
Erm...
Oh shit!
Hi guys! I'm Nic!
I'm Stephen!
And welcome to another episode of Eatbook vlogs -
where we bring Stephen around Singapore to let him try things that he never try before.
Are you excited?
Very excited!
So the last time round, Xenia was your tour guide.
N: You guys went to Katong right? S: Yeah.
So today I am your guide, we are exploring Chinatown.
Have you been to Chinatown before?
I've been to the Maxwell Food Centre,
and I've visited the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple.
Oh... Okay, so Chinatown actually has a lot of nice food.
Plenty to do, plenty to eat!
Let's go!
For our first stop for today, because it's still super early in the morning,
we are here at Tong Heng Confectionery.
Now, this place has been here for over 80 years.
These are my favourite egg tarts in the whole of Singapore!
For the first dish, we're gonna try the omelette on toast.
You can choose between Nonya pandan kaya, coconut sugar kaya, and sea salt pandan kaya.
It's super fluffy and crispy as well.
The flavour just keeps coming.
The coconut sugar kaya doesn't really have as much of a pandan taste.
It's more like just - sweet.
The sea salt kaya is really quite salty,
and at the same time, there's still that very strong pandan taste also.
So actually out of the three kayas, which one do you prefer the most?
If I have to pick two, it'll be the first (nonya pandan) and the coconut sugar.
It's a tough fight between the first (nonya pandan) and the third (sea salt pandan) for me.
I feel like it depends on the mood that you're in.
For the omelette when you actually order this, it only comes with one of the kayas.
But today they're very nice to let us try all three so we can compare the different kaya.
And let you guys know!
Next up, we're gonna try the lao po bing (wife pastry).
N: Do you know what is lao po bing? S: No.
Lao po bing actually translates to 'wife biscuit'.
It's made up of flaky pastry,
then on the inside there's winter melon and almond paste.
What do you think? This is your first lao po bing ever.
When you take a bite and the flakes kind of just take over your mouth.
So light and crispy!
But then when it's all in the mouth, then it starts to melt together.
Then after that you get to chew on the filling.
Wow! It's an experience on its own!
We're gonna move onto the egg tarts.
We have the traditional ones - their best seller.
I've been eating this since I was like 2 years old.
Because my parents love this, and my grandparents love this as well.
The custard's liquidy, but firm.
It coats your tongue in flavour, and it just disappears.
To me there are two different types of egg tarts.
You have the ones that are more like crumbs, rather than flakes.
And then you have this - at Tong Heng, where it's a lot flakier.
So they're actually known for this diamond shape, plus very simple ingredients also -
there's no dairy in their egg tarts.
So if you're lactose-intolerant, this one's for you.
Last but not least, we have their coconut egg tart.
Their coconut flavour is not very strong - it's just a hint.
The coconut's throughout the tart.
It adds like a chew with the crunch of the pastry.
So we are done trying all the different items here, which one was your favourite?
Kinda like the lao po bing!
The pastry was really light.
The flavour of the jam - amazing!
I was very surprised by the lao po bing because it actually made me think a bit like -
"Do I like this more than the egg tarts?"
But no la, I think for me at the end of the day,
when I come to Tong Heng, the thing that I would confirm plus chop go for is still,
the original egg tart.
Right now, we are at People's Park Complex Food Centre -
a very popular food centre around the Chinatown area.
We've got a dish of yong tau fu from,
Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu.
Well done!
Thank you!
So Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu is very special because the queues here are absolutely crazy!
They're only open for 3 hours every single day because everything is sold out within 3 hours.
Before the stall opens, you can see them handmaking every single dish.
Cheers!
Oh the jiggle!
It's not too salty, plus like - very bouncy and chewy.
Yeah you bite into it and it kind of explodes!
The chilli is really good as well.
It's not overly spicy, but it complements the fish paste very nicely.
Welcome to another episode of Singlish with Stephen Kim.
In today's episode, we will learn how to describe something that is bouncy.
The fish ball is very 'QQ'.
The fish ball is very 'QQ'.
That was Singlish with Stephen Kim.
Bye!
Next, we're gonna try the fish cake.
This is the first fried dish that we're trying.
The fish cake's not as 'QQ' as the fish ball, more of a chew to it.
Even though it's a fried dish and it soaks up the soup,
it's not overly soggy.
Fried tofu, I think they stuffed it with fish paste as well.
The fried tofu has more texture to it, and that texture adds flavour.
For me, I don't really like fried tofu like this, but this is pretty good.
When you bite into it, you go through all the silky smooth tofu,
then right at the end there's a bit of the 'QQ'.
Last but not least, we're gonna be trying the silken tofu, also has fish paste.
I feel like the fried one was nicer.
I didn't expect that cause I normally always order regular silken tofu in my yong tau fu.
So a bowl like this actually costs $4.50.
It's slightly on the pricier side compared to other yong tau fu places,
but I think it's still pretty worth it because everything is handmade.
All the labour and the love that goes into making it.
Worth trying if you're here and you manage to come on a day when there's no queue.
No trip to Chinatown is complete without ma la.
So this is actually from Ri Ri Hong Mala Xiang Guo,
they are the OG ma la xiang guo before this whole ma la trend took off.
These guys were cool, before it was cool.
Fun fact: He produced the ma la challenge video that we were in!
So the thing about ma la is that, different stalls have different levels of spiciness.
So for Ri Ri Hong, we're gonna try and see what is their scale like.
This is the 'zhong la' (medium spicy).
*coughs*
Instantly I can feel the spice.
It's quite okay actually.
I'm quite surprised because it's actually very flavourful.
Quite savoury, and there's the peppercorn taste.
As soon as you take a bite, my whole mouth is just tingling.
But you can tell that they tweaked their ma la recipe to cater to local audiences,
because it's not that numbing, as compared to let's say you're eating it in China itself.
After you see me eating it, and then sweating like that then it will look quite intimidating.
But actually, it's really not that spicy.
I'm just weak.
Overall, is this worth the hype?
I've only tried ma la at one or two other places,
I feel that it's just same same.
Really ah?
To me it's really not bad, the way they stir-fry everything is pretty decent.
If you never try before and you're in this area, should definitely give it a shot.
So Stephen, when was the last time you wrote a letter to someone?
It's been awhile cause I've got a phone now.
Right, so this mural here that we are stopping at -
was actually done in tribute to all the letter writers of the past.
Because back in the days, letter writers would set up stalls like this,
to help write letters for Chinese migrant workers to send back to their loved ones.
Not to mention, it also makes a very nice IG-spot.
I help you take photo?
Okay!
I'll be your IG-boyfriend.
Now that IG photos are done, we're gonna head across the road to our next stop:
Liao Fan Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle.
The famous Hawker Chan.
Let's go!
We are now at Hawker Chan Soya Sauce Chicken restaurant.
This is the restaurant that's at Smith Street.
This place everybody knows, world-renowned for being the cheapest Michelin-starred street food.
Before we start, I wanna test your general knowledge of Singapore.
I'm quite confident!
If I'm wrong, I'll 'qia' (treat) you the $1 ice cream.
So the question is, what's the story behind the Merlion?
So right...
The merlion right...
Last time...
Got...
This lion...
Then...
*gives up* I buy you ice-cream later!
Just lost the bet but never mind, we're gonna eat Michelin-starred food now.
Very well-seasoned, the sauce coats the noodle very nicely, is like - al dente.
What do you think?
I think it's - 'QQ'.
Let's move on to the chicken itself.
Wow...
So tender!
Like it melts in your mouth.
It's like - you get the tenderness of steamed chicken, but the flavour of roast chicken.
For chicken rice, I need to put chilli sauce and stuff like that.
But this already has the flavour in it, and it's not overwhelming so you can still taste the chicken as well.
They of course, have char siew and roast pork as well.
Both of which, are very highly acclaimed.
So we will start off with the char siew.
Very nicely caramelised. Meat is very tender, it just melts in your mouth.
Usually I don't like eating fats, but that little bit of fats surrounded by the meat
just adds that extra kind of juice to it.
It feels a lot more complex than most other char siew.
Other char siew places, it's just like - sweet.
Last but not least, we have the roast pork.
My favourite!
He eats chicken rice or roast pork rice every other day!
Listen to the crunch!
That's a good roast pork!
What I like is that, you can sort of taste cinnamon-ish flavour.
Similar to the char siew, it makes you take a step back and wonder what's inside this.
S: It's like every layer of meat has flavour on it. N: Has a different flavour profile.
It's like - what?!
Thoughts on the world's cheapest Michelin-star?
I think they deserve it.
The roast pork is really good.
So much flavour throughout the meat and it's not too much fats.
For me, the real winner here is still the soya sauce chicken because,
that tenderness to flavour balance, you can't really get that anywhere else.
We have come to the final stop of our Chinatown excursion.
We are at 'Wei Xiang Yuan' (Mei Heong Yuen) Dessert at Temple Street,
just around the corner from Hawker Chan.
So this place, they are known for their traditional Chinese desserts as well as their snow ice desserts.
An interesting thing about the chendol is that you're suppose to add the gula melaka yourself.
I feel like it's not a very good idea for...
That's a lot of gula melaka!
This is the first time I'm trying chendol.
The shaved ice is so fine, it's like a cream.
And I like the hint of coconut in ice.
The stand out for me is really the pandan jelly.
You can actually taste the pandan flavour; not many places can get it right.
I think it's a great dessert!
It's like - light, refreshing and not overwhelmingly sweet.
We're gonna move on to durian snow ice.
Do you like durian?
The more I had, the more I grew to like it.
You can definitely tell that it's durian, but it's not overwhelming.
I feel like if you're someone who is trying durian for the first time, or you've never tried durian before,
this is a good gateway to learn how to appreciate durian.
So moving on to the hot desserts, usually tang yuan is a popular dish when it comes to reunion with families.
Today we have the sesame filling, as well as the peanut filling in a ginger-based soup.
Let's try the peanut one first.
The reason why I don't like the ginger soup, is because it's a bit spicy.
But what do you think about the texture?
I like it!
It's like mochi - so it's really soft but chewy.
The filling just blew up in my mouth.
Now we will try the sesame one.
I prefer the sesame over the peanut.
The flavour's stronger, maybe it overpowers the ginger.
We are going to be trying their peanut paste.
This is one of their more popular and famous traditional Chinese dessert.
Like you take a bite, and the aroma comes out.
It's very dense, I feel like it'll be very filling.
If you have dinner and you're not full enough, have this as a dessert and you're set.
So Stephen, which is your favourite dessert?
My favourite dessert would be the chendol.
It's addictive!
Cause it's got the soft texture of the ice and all those other little fillings.
Actually for me, interestingly enough, it's the peanut paste.
It's not something that I would constantly crave for,
but, today it's one of the more interesting and unique thing that I've tried.
Okay so after an entire day in Chinatown, been to so many different places,
Stephen, which was your favourite place that we went to?
Favourite place was Tong Heng Bakery.
The lao po bing was amazing.
For savoury dish, would be the handmade yong tau fu.
The fish balls were just - 'QQ'!
Okay I think for me it was also Tong Heng Bakery because,
been there so many different times for their egg tarts,
today, tried their lao po bing and the other things on their menu.
Prove that whether you've been to Chinatown many many times, or not that many times,
something new for everyone every single visit.
So if it's your first time in Chinatown, now you know where are the places that you must go.
If you have friends coming over from overseas and you wanna be an amazing tour guide,
set a good example today, I think.

L-Sit Progressions and Step-by-Step Guide to Nailing Your L-Sit - Duration: 6:33.
The L-Sit can look pretty simple - I mean all you're doing is just sticking
your legs out in front holding yourself up, right? Well, the thing is though a lot
of people have trouble with the L-Sit. But no worries, I'm gonna help you with that
today I'll show you how you can work on it I really like the l-sit a lot. You can do it
on the floor, you can do it on the rings, you can do it on the p-bars
Hell you can do it on the escalator going down showing off looks pretty cool
just be careful of other people in front of you
In this particular tutorial
I want to keep it super simple for you, okay. The main thing here that we're
after is making sure that you have the proper position. If you focus on that you're
gonna find that it's going to be a lot easier as you work towards the full
l-sit now before I get into the step-by-step for the l-sit I do want to
say that there's a little bit of a difference between doing the L-Sit on the
floor compared to the parallettes compared to the rings and for more info
on that just click somewhere here on your screen
I'm gonna take you to that very detailed video that explains the differences
In this particular tutorial I'm gonna show you doing this on the P-bars simply
because I feel that that is the easiest place to start since it gives you lift off of
the ground, some clearance, and as well, it's going to make it easier for you to
use your legs to help you for the particular progressions and variations
that I'm going to be showing
All right, so let's jump into it
The first step is making sure that you have the proper position for the L-Sit
Now we're gonna be using the P-bars as I mentioned earlier I really think this is a great place to start
I don't want you to get too concerned about the height of your P-bars, okay?
If they're really low to the ground like I have that's fine, if
they're higher, whatever, it doesn't matter. Let's just make sure that your arms are
completely locked out, your elbow pits are facing forward, you have your
shoulders pulled back and down with your chest up with your butt underneath your
shoulders - that's the starting point, that is the position that I want you to focus
on, no matter what progression, no matter what variation you do with the l-sit
Alright, so we've got the shoulder arm hand butt to shoulder relationship set
next order of a business is bringing your legs together, tucking your legs up
tightly to your body, but keeping your toes on the ground I just want you to
hang out in this position remember you're pushing down and through the P-bars
pulling the chest up, shoulders are pulled back and down, elbow pits facing
forward, chest up looking forward straight you're not looking up you're
not looking down and simply tucking your knees close into your body with your
toes on the ground This is our first progression
Alright so you're really comfortable with that position with your toes on the ground
now right?
Cool, now what you're gonna do is simply pull one foot off the ground slightly
this could be simply a matter of pulling the toes off the ground
I don't want you to think that you should pull your entire
knee and leg up off of the ground that could compromise your position so
without trying to move any other part of your body simply pull the toes of one
foot off of the ground, hang out there a little bit, then switch feet
alright next order of business is bringing both feet off of the ground
now remember what I said earlier about trying not to move the rest of your body
we want to keep that first movement or I should say position where you have your butt
underneath your shoulders, elbow pits facing forward, arms straight, shoulders
pulled back and down, gaze is neutral, you still have your knees pulled in, you're
in a tucked position, but now all you're going to do is pull your toes up off of
the ground so that you're hovering floating in that tucked l-sit position
okay you've got that floating tuck position down now, right?
now it's a matter of simply extending the leg slightly, holding and then pulling back
I'm not asking you to fully extend your leg so this isn't where you have one leg
completely straight all you're doing is while keeping one leg tucked in tightly
opening up the other leg a little bit holding it and then
and then switching legs remember you want to focus on keeping the rest of
your body as still as possible
All right, next up is simply extending one leg so
that you're performing the single leg l-sit if you will
when performing this, try to lock out the leg and point the toe of the leg that you're extending
I should say toes of that foot
the otherleg is pulled in tightly and again you want to make sure that you have that proper position
where you're keeping your butt under your shoulders, shoulders pulled down and back
elbow pits facing forward, gaze neutral, everything still comes into play when
you're extending that leg holding it pulling it back and then extending the opposite leg
alright so we've arrived we're now going to look at the full l-sit
you've got the body position shoulders pulled back and down
elbow pits facing forward, chest up, butt under the shoulders, gaze neutral
now all you're going to do is go from a tuck position
and as you exhale we're going to extend both legs, locking them out
making sure to point your toes
something I want to say about this
in the very beginning when you extend your legs out
if you happen to notice that your feet are dipping below the p-bars it's
perfectly fine in the beginning hold that position the best you can you know
three seconds is great maybe five seconds okay get comfortable with that
with practice and over time you'll find that you'll be able to raise the leg so
that they're even or parallel with the parallel bars so that you can hold that
90 degree position of sorts for the l-sit
alright there you have it - the l-sit
I really hope this video helps you with your L-Sit
now I would love for you to leave a comment and as well check out some of the other tutorials we have
we have tons available click on the link somewhere here on the screen
as well please subscribe thank you for watching
