too amazing but you know it's chill like I'm not, I'm not

frettin about it you know I got the hood on cuz my hair is just not cooperating

today I did not do my eyebrows hopefully none of y'all noticed that. And now you do so

please don't look at them anymore thank you very much I don't have my

headband on my forehead is just as big as Mars but you know I'm still out here

making this video I didn't get nice and prepped and powdered and I did not cake

my face I did not do nothing I am wearing the clothes that I slept in this

morning oh that looks good okay Adidas they are too big for me also like they

don't even fit around my my my ankles but I'm still out here you

know and I am doing just fine and that's what I wanted to talk about I'm over

here fifteen-year-old girl I am in pubescent

we're all in in pub bescent if you bet pubescent I think that is a word let me

go look that up later uh but you know I'm in high school and we're all going

through you know that puberty times we all freshmen we go a little a little

like that you know hormonal but you know we are just so uh we're always so down

on ourselves and you know no one needs to be like that like for real if you

just look at yourself in the mirror and just tell yourself you're beautiful like

you're gonna believe it I don't do that but like I'm guessing it's gonna work I

already know I'm pretty nice-looking like I don't really care what the other

people got to say like I just have self-confidence and I'm not gonna put

myself down and that's what all you need to do don't put yourself down

something you don't even need to put yourself down for like you didn't have a

chance to make your own face and that's just fine like you're just good you have

embrace yourself like you're you you're gonna be you unless you've got hundreds

of thousands of dollars to get plastic surgery you're not gonna be changing

anytime soon so you're just gonna get with it stick with it and get over it

like that's what you gotta do and you know just gotta love yourself like don't

tire yourself I'm ugly you know the boys are gonna like mean them the girls are

gonna like me I'm just not gonna ever make it in life because they don't have

nice veins or my body is not nice and I need to lose weight

well tell yourself that you can't put yourself down there's so many other

people that are gonna do that for you in your life like you gotta love

yourself first so that you could be prepared for other people to put you

down like I don't care if people are gonna put me down I really don't like

I'm looking good today I've got my nice natural highlight glow going on actually

it's not really going on at all but it was earlier today but yeah like you're

beautiful I'm sure a lot of people have looked in the mirror and been like oh

I'm sorry for cousin I didn't even cuss actually I said murder anyway but yeah

so like I feel like a few of us most of us have thought that at least once you

know so just embrace that cuz you know you're pretty if you've done that before

and if you haven't done that before go do it right now and you'll notice that

you're pretty go dress up go do your hair go do something that'll make you

feel like you beautiful that you HOT you handsome you cool and you're gonna

notice oh man I do got a little bit you know I'm a

little cool I'm a little sweet see I'm fine yeah all right and then you

know just think about that every time you feel oh man they're looking good

today I look like a rag I gotta get it together but you you can't go home you

know and go change your clothes or something go wash your face in the

middle of school just gotta be like well that's okay

tomorrow I'll come out pop and you know what those new jeans of mine you don't

just keep an optimistic mind you can't be going down on yourself every two

seconds you gotta be happy you gotta let yourself know I don't look too bad today

you know this shirt might be baggy I'm gonna have a spit a stain on it no but

we're gonna get through this tomorrow is another day so you know love yourself do

not ever put yourself down anymore look in the mirror and say all right

okay the girl is looking good today and then you know just never put yourself

down again you know it's not gonna be good for you in the way of life so that

FFA 101 - Free for All CoD WW2 Guide to Control the Map - Duration: 12:32.

hello everybody in today's video you're gonna see something you've probably

never ever seen before in Free for All and that is a live feed of the map and where

everyone is located on the mini-map while I'm actually playing the match so

I'm actually playing with bots because I want to demonstrate how to play preper

all I know I get this question asked a few different times and I want to

demonstrate how you play free-for-all without getting shot in the back

obviously this with the bots so they're not highly skilled but the concept is

still gonna be there on each and every map there's gonna be about one two two

two even three different places where you can position and just kind of rotate

back and forth and maintain the spawn and make sure that you know where people

are coming from so you don't get shot in the back so what you're looking at is a

live feed of every location of everybody on the map in the top left corner so you

can see right now I'm spawning my bridge which is all the way on the right of

that map and you're gonna see how I rotate and move and navigate through the

map this video will include three different maps the first one here is

gonna be Arden forest the second one will be Aachen and the third map I will

be covering is USS Texas on some of them I do switch to a different location

because typically when you are playing free-for-all after you killed about 10

15 different people and doing this specific method they're gonna be pissed

off and they're gonna be head honey they're gonna be trying to get those

revenge kills so by rotating to the next location you're gonna put yourself in an

advantageous position where you can continue to control the spawns and where

people are located so as you can see for this specific rotation I keep focusing

on going back to bridge spawn and then heading back to the cabin and you can

see how far it I need to be from them to actually spawn you can see calm rotating

back and forth so I go back around over here and then no one's near me and then

they spawn back over by bridge so I just rotate back and try and get them off a

spawn and that's what a lot of times at the lower skill players they're not

aware of that they just run around the map and they treat it like team

deathmatch or kill confirm or another mode and what

ends up happening is people will spawn immediately behind you because there's a

vacant spawn there so you can see right now there's really only about three or

four people on the map at one time on one side and then you can see that on

the opposite side there's kind of a general

similarity going on on that side so I just continue to push this method back

and forth and you can see that pretty much everyone's over by the bunker or

over by the broken pillar and then some guys just spawn bridge again so I go

ahead and rotate back and then odds are as I come around this corner there's

gonna be someone there and boom as long as you have it in your head that

someone's gonna be there you're prepared and ready to get that kill a lot of

times you can pregame and you get the kill before they're even ready to come

out because they're just printing out of spawn a lot of times people want to

spring out a spawn it a little bit more careless they're a little bit more

reckless with how they approach these done fights so what you're gonna want to

do make sure you're in position to win them because you're gonna be able to

push get them off guard and then you get the easy kill before they even draw

their weapon but this is your first time to the channel I do a lot of different

in-game breakdowns give you tips and tricks and then also provide updates for

content that comes to Call of Duty Pacific Lee Call of Duty World War two

at the moment but as you can see if you're interested in this type of

content if you like different breakdowns if you'd like to learn different things

to actually improve your gameplay improve your KD score per minute all

those things to surprise the channel for you I do is several different spawn

guides I do tips and tricks for accuracy every map how to break down how to play

how to play every different mode so if those are the types of things you think

you need help with this is definitely like I said the channel for you so right

here I pretty much stayed in this corner didn't really rotate to the other side

and then I just kind of held down the bridge and as you can see if you just

have the the recon plane you're gonna be able to rotate back and forth and carry

these pretty good streaks especially got ordnance on will cycle through every

three or four kills because that that of extra kill points you get from actually

getting assist recon assist from actually having a recon plane up in the

air well I'll be cycled through so about every three to four kills you're gonna

be giving that recon so that was the first match now we're gonna jump into

Aachen and you can see on Aachen very similar I stay kind of more on this

right side I'm using the FG 42 and once I get a certain Street going and I go

ahead and rotate to the other side because on this map there are two

centralized locations you really want to be in and one is where I'm rotating back

and forth here because people will come out of this left side they'll come out

right in a spot right in front of me and they'll just run right out and a lot of

times like I said you get them off bar and then they spawn in that forward

corner side where you can see they're coming from so there's two right in

front of me I kind of rotate left look at pick this guy up over here I don't

know what the heck he was firing that another one's coming around and then as

I turn around someone already spawned back over here in this corner so I kind

of got a rotate back and forth and as I do that you'll see the spawns just

continue to spawn in that area so on this side of the map someone's spawning

and on the other side there's a handful of people spawning but really there's

only about two three four people on one side of the map out of the eight so half

the people will be on one side of the map and the other half will be on the

other so a lot of times the middle is really no-man's land there's no one

there it's fully available and you're able to cross over the middle without

much interruption because people really shouldn't be in the middle so you can

see right here I continued this path and just continued to kind of rotate back

and forth getting easy kills nothing special you can see how I walk and then

somebody comes out and spawn and there's another one right there he's peeking

then I go ahead and try and get them out kind of ran out of ammo so I gotta do is

kill them off with a pistol but you can see the rotation you can see kind of how

I'm positioning myself I know there's another guy coming around over here try

to finish him off with the pistol as well and then just continue this

rotation and at this point I know I'm about half the kills so I start

considering going ahead and rotate the other side once I get my reload and you

can see no one's on this side one guy spawned right there now go ahead and

wait for him to pop out another one popped out in this corner even though I

was like right there they spawn that close so something just got to be aware

of and prepared for again if you're enjoying the video so far go ahead and

heading over to my favorite spot on this map regardless of what mode I'm playing

I'm pretty much loved this corner section as long as you can get into the

library a lot of times you're gonna have that extra advantage to get up into this

corner and into the window and from this window you're gonna see that the spawns

are pretty locked again as well and I don't have to do much work

but the overall goal is to get up into this window because it gives you a great

oversight great vantage point into what's going on out here

so pretty much I could see a couple different people right there I just kind

of repositioned get a different angle pop this guy off I was lining up some

good shots with pfg some were a little bit not so great but for the most part F

G's good right here Lewis is good right here if you want to go ahead and hit

those long-range shots so right here they're gonna keep coming out of that

corner or through the library so that's pretty much how you kind of want to

rotate corner this this area by the pillars and then go ahead and see him in

that corner and then they'll go ahead and pop out library you can just

continue to kind of rotate back and forth back and forth and people will

again start to head high and they'll start and go for those revenge kills so

it's definitely some you got to be wary up as you can see right here I'm able to

pick these guys off pretty pretty much with ease obviously like I said recruit

BOTS the whole point of this just to show the rotation and that you can see

live where the people are spawning and they continue to spawn depending on your

location so a lot of times like I said you want to lock down certain areas

every map has these areas regardless if it's Gustav cannon if it's Saint Marie

du Mont or like you're seeing here Aachen art and forest and USS Texas so

you're gonna want to make sure you rotate control the map and then just

pretty much you'll have those UAVs up almost the entire time long as you don't

die off your streaks so pretty much right here again just rotating that's

the end of that match so let's go ahead and go to USS Texas same thing nothing

new what you want to do is for this map either end of the ship is gonna be the

power position for you so you're gonna want to rotate to those power positions

and then control the map from those areas so as I push to this corner you're

gonna kind of realize where the spawns are I'm over here by myself and they see

someone spawn right next to me and then I can hear them coming through right

here so I'll go ahead and take him out and then there's another person that

spawned out you can see how spawn big the spawns are literally they're

spawning right on me but what I have is I don't push too far out because I want

my back to this spawn right here where where I'm at and then I can make

sure as I rotate back and forth that just continue people continue to rush

out and again get easy kills I'm already prepared for them I know they're gonna

spawn in a couple set locations and you can see kind of where they're at that

guy spawned right there and as I come around easy kill there's another one

and he pops out right here I go ahead and take him out and then I got to go

ahead and call in my recon plane so as I come through right here I know that

there's general location you can see the guy just popped up right in front of me

so I got to go ahead and kind of position see which way he's going he

comes out easy kill so again as I rotate back and forth you can see this general

kind of rule of thumb of how far I push so that I can make sure that people are

spawning in one location in one location only and that is either to my right or

one location to my left so pretty much I just continue to rotate back and forth

so no one sneaks up behind me a lot of times if you use expeditionary with

saboteur you can get those double bouncing Betties and then you can go

ahead and lock down some of those areas so that you don't get rushed quite as

quick so right here it's obviously a bot so I'm not too worried but as I go back

and forth you eventually want to pick up a gun because you're gonna run out of

ammo as long as you keep these streets going so at this point I'm go ahead and

start moving over to the other side and once I'm getting to the halfway point

I'm gonna start pushing to the opposite of the map without fear I know in this

specific case there are people's money bid and ours people's funding on the

other side but as I push all the way to the other side I know I have control of

the map because these are obviously BOTS so you typically wouldn't cross the map

I'm just doing this more for demonstration purposes because you want

to make sure you lock down that area because the second I push this way

there's gonna be people that are spawn behind me and I have a greater chance of

actually getting shot in the back which as you know getting shot in the back

you're probably going to lose that gunfight unless you have your since it's

gonna be so high and the guy just has a bad shot odds are they're gonna melt you

before you have a chance to move draw your gun and engage in that gunfight so

right here take down another guy and in our position again you can kind of see

the rotation that I'm making now I'm on the right side of the ship if you're

looking at the mini-map and then what happens is that kind of just rotating

back and forth I know people are gonna be popping up out of that side room

behind me or up here on this little platform and as I rotate back and forth

they'll just continue to pop out and they'll continue to engage me because

they know where I'm at today I'm shooting people so they're gonna follow

the gunfire but as you play again huh head hunting will happen these are the

two sides that you want to focus on and just control these the longer you're in

the middle the odds are you going to get pinched and shot from both sides so

here I'm just kind of controlling the map rotating back and forth and just

kind of controlling everything so I push up right here I see a guy coming up on

the right side you know he's coming up the ladder and take him out so I go

ahead and continue I only got about six kills left so you can see right here I

push up on this balcony kind of just looking I know someone should pop up on

the left of the right called in my UAV I seen a guy just pop up in this corner so

there go ahead and take him out and then it looks like someone just spawned right

behind me so you gotta be aware of that if you pushed too far forward you can

see that accident that just happened this guy just snuck up came around now

we're playing ring-around-the-rosy it looks like another guy just launched up

almost took me out with that little Molotov and that's pretty much it I'm

gonna go ahead and finish out the video get a few more kills if you did enjoy it

The Seething Shore Guide, Incl. Achievements. (30p) - Duration: 5:53.

Hey there, this is my first video with my new webcam

and if you're wondering: Who's that sexy beast?

It's still Mnine, your next level mate.

In this video I'll be talking about the new World of Warcraft battleground, Seething Shore.

I'll be explaining what the objective is,

what you should do to win

and what you need to do to obtain all achievements.

Let's get started.

So when you enter this Battleground,

you start on the airship.

What's really cool about this, is that there are two useful NPCs on the ship.

The first one is Jeron Emberfall, the Blood Elf NPC.

If you talk to him, he'll create a stack of mage food for you.

The second one is Xander Sliberman, the Undead NPC.

And he's a vendor where you can buy battleground potions for Marks of Honor.

Which you normally have to buy in Dalaran.

Once the battleground starts,

There will be three active Azerite deposits.

The goal is to collect 1500 points, which are 15 Azerite deposits.

Carefully watching where your teammats are going to,

can be very useful to have a start advantage.

You will get an extra ability, that will allow you to dash through the air.

towards the location where you want to land.

Just before you land, a parachute will open

and you will slow fall down.

If you want to land faster,

you can use blink to get to the ground quicker.

To collect a Azerite deposit,

you simply have to click it and you'll start mining it.

This is basically a flag like in the other battlegrounds,

that will give you an eight second cast time

and if nobody hits you within this time,

you'll collect it and gain a hundred points to your team score.

When someone captures an Azerite mine,

new Azerite mines will spawn.

They will be gray on your map until active.

You can also see them by the huge green glow.

There are twelve random mine locations

and there doesn't seem to be any pattern.

Normally buffs in battlegrounds have their own spawn point.

For example in Warsong Gulch you have a sprint buff in each tunnel,

a health/mana regen buff near the graveyard

and then the berserking buff on the opposite side.

In this battleground the buff seems to be random.

they do have a their fixed place where they'll spawn,

but they don't spawn instantly like in all the battlegrounds.

Here they'll come out of the sky,

falling like some kind of a supply crate.

So you can pre move to those crates

and know when they're gonna spawn,

rather than trying to track a two-minute hidden timer.

I think this is really cool.

Achievements

There are a lot of easy achievements

and only one achievement which requires some effort.

Let's start with the easy achievements.

Seething Shore victory

Just win a battleground and you'll get this.

Death from Above

Slay an enemy within 30 seconds of landing on Seething Shore.

Claim Jumper

Within 30 seconds of landing on Seething Shore,

collect an Azerite deposit.

Both Death from Above and Claim Jumper can be done mid game.

If you really want to farm this achievement

and want to have it as quickly as possible,

just let them kill yourself, so you respawn on the ship.

Blood and Sand

Slay 50 enemies near an Azerite deposit.

You should get this achievement passively,

quite quickly,

as you're always fighting near a Azerite deposit.

Seething Shore domination.

Capture Azerite in each of the following locations in Seething Shore.

You basically need to mine in each of the locations

and you don't have to do them all in one game.

I photoshopped a map that shows all 12 Azerite deposits with their names.

So you can quickly find out which ones you still need

and where you have to be.

The harder achievement will be Seething Shore perfection.

In order to get this, you'll have to earn 1500 points,

while the opposite team has zero points.

To do this, you'll simply have to mine 15 Azerite deposits,

without allowing your opposing team to get any.

It seems to be quite hard if you're doing it alone,

but doable when you're in a 5 man premade,

that knows what to do.

I recommend bringing two healers, two DPS and a tank.

So you always have good healers around contesting Azerite deposits,

and the Tank can slow down some of the enemies that are trying to mine another Azerite deposit.

If your group has some time to farm this achievement,

I would recommend just to keep trying it.

With some luck you'll end up in a game where the enemy team doesn't have any healer.

Giving you an easier time getting this achievement.

There are two remaining achievements that have to be farmed.

For Seething Shore veteran, you'll simply have to win 100 games.

And for 'A Good Start' you'll have to collect 100.000 Azerite.

Which should take longer than obtaining 100 wins.

If you really want to get these achievements as quickly as possible.

You should prioritize picking up every Azerite deposit.

However I would recommend just playing normally after you obtained the easy achievements,

because this battleground is a lot of fun.

If you have completed all of these achievements,

you will get the achievement: 'Master of Seething Shore' and the title: 'Prospector'.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Cosmere - Duration: 8:45.

Hello Internet, my name is Steve! Welcome to RAFO!

If you saw last week's video you learned that Brandon Sanderson has written over

45 published works in the past 14 years. Now those 45 books each fall into one of

13 different collections or different universes. Six of those are

standalone short stories without any connections to any other of Brandon's works.

Three are universes that have only one or two full-length novels in them. Two - Brandon's Alcatraz books and The Wheel of Time

novels - all occur on the same individual planets.

But are all self-contained. One - the Reckoners series

and the planned Apocalypse Guard novels actually does span multiple realities.

But the main body of Brandon's work, where the most connections are between books and between stories is

The Cosmere. Now the Cosmere is the collection of books, novels, short stories,

and novellas, that all happen in the same universe. As you read you can find connections between these stories and

other events that are happening within other books. Now though all of these stories happen on their own

individual planets, all of these planets are contained in one dwarf galaxy, similar to our own the Milky Way but

significantly smaller with fewer habitable planets and fewer stars. There are seven worlds on which we've gotten stories.

In order for you to be more familiar about the worlds on which these stories happen

Here is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Cosmere, or

How to Die on Seven Different Planets. The first and most safe of all of the planets that Brandon Sanderson has written is

Sel; the planet on which the story Elatris happens. Honestly if you were to worldhop to Sel, chances are you'd be just fine.

There's not a lot of unique ways to die on Sel. The planet, the climate is fairly similar to what we would see on Earth and so you most likely would die from

some weird disease. Or there's a lot of ocean so you might drown. Or if you're

Incredibly unlucky you might become a human sacrifice in the Dakhor monastery. We don't know much about what goes on there,

but we know that there's potential, like, mass murdering of people. So watch out for that.

Almost as safe as Sel is Nalthis; the Warbreaker planet. One of the main countries on

Nalthis is Hallandren - which is basically a massive city in the middle of a jungle. So presumably

it's about as safe as a jungle with monkeys and parrots and a giant city in it would be. In a way

it's a little more safe than Sel would be because there's a possibility that if you die you will

Return as basically a demigod. But there's also a chance that you might get conned out of giving away your life force so be aware.

Don't... don't be dumb. The third safest planet is

Probably Scadrial, where Mistborn occurs. If you ended up on the Scadrial of the Lord Ruler,

there's a solid possibility that you'll starve to death. Ash falls from the sky all the day long,

Mists cover the landscape at night, and so plant life is a pretty difficult thing to find. Also

On Scadrial there's a possibility that you'll get torn apart by a band of marauding Koloss - which are giant blue skinned

muscley things that have a tendency to just freak out and murder people. And

chances are if you just randomly show up on Scadrial

there's a solid possibility that you'll be forced into indentured servitude and

eventually just die that way. Now we come to the middle planet of the seven planets that we know:

Taldain. If you're on darkside of Taldain,

which is the side of the planet that is facing a white dwarf - so it's basically in perpetual twilight -

You'd probably be pretty okay.

We haven't really heard of anything particularly dangerous on darkside. On dayside however, which is the side of the planet

that's facing the blue-white supergiant, you could die pretty easily. The entire continent on dayside is just a massive desert.

So if you don't know where to find water you'd go down pretty quick. Also,

parts of the continent are covered with deep sand. If you go out onto the deep sand you will encounter

giant sand monsters

Sandlings: predators who glide effortlessly through sand, fast and near indestructible,

Living in the deep sand and emerging only to hunt. Big, scary monster jiggers

that look like that, that eat people. If you manage to survive on Taldain,

next you get to go to Roshar. Now Roshar is a pretty brutal and unforgiving

planet ruled by massive storms. Basically the most

powerful hurricane that we've ever had here on Earth, times

300, the size of a continent. The entire continent has been scraped down to bare rock by the force of these massive storms.

Anything that's not actively secured to the ground is blown away, including

Dirt, buildings, people. So if you're out in one of those highstorms,

you're probably hosed. Also on Roshar there are

massive crab or lobster like creatures that pretty much eat people. If you get caught by a greatshell or a chasmfiend, yeah

you're dead. Sooooo...

Also on Roshar, there's a country that basically exists in a constant state of war.

Thanks, Dalinar. Chances are you might get stabbed in the face by either an Alethi soldier, a

different Alethi soldier or a

Parshendi warrior. And because the entire

continent has been scraped down to bare rock, all of the plant life has evolved in order to survive through these massive storms.

Which means good luck trying to find food. If the grass

runs away from you when you try to pick it and eat it

you know you got a problem. The second most dangerous planet: First of the Sun.

We've only gotten one short story there

And that was Sixth of the Dusk. Most of that short story happens on Patji: the Father

Island. All I can say is if you end up on Patji, you're probably gonna die. On these islands it's a tropical, jungle

climate, so there are trees...

That eat people. There are vines that

eat people. There are ants, lizards, mud, that eats people. There are

giant bird-like predators that actively eat people.

And if you're anywhere on the beach or in the oceans, yeah,

There are massive sea monsters that could swallow entire ships, that eat people. The other Pantheon Islands are probably more safe,

but trappers train on these other islands, so we know that there's at least some form of

carnivorous plant life that happens on them as well. If you're on the mainland on First of the Sun,

we haven't heard much about it, but you'd probably be ok. However the fact that

Everything on Patji is trying to kill you,

I think it qualifies as the second most dangerous planet in the Cosmere. And

number one the most dangerous planet; the one where if you show up on this planet

there is a solid probability that you will die within the first hour; unless you're incredibly lucky

you're dead. That planet is

Threnody, where Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell occurs. If there's a planet that has forests called the Forests of Hell,

it's gonna be a bad time. Let me paint a picture for you. You somehow end up on Threnody. You're in these forests.

It's quiet, peaceful. You're a little hungry. Oh look. There's a tiny little rabbit.

I'm gonna get that rabbit to eat some food. You pick up a rock, bean the rabbit in the head,

rabbit drops dead. At which point you notice there are shadows around you that now have glowing red eyes.

You get torn to shreds by shades. Ok ok ok, suppose you ate right before you got to Threnody.

You don't need to kill that rabbit. It goes on its merry way. However

It's a little bit cold. So what do you do? You gather some sticks; you start a fire. You're torn to bits by shades. It

gets dark in these forests,

and there are these shadows wandering around. You learned from your past lives experience to not light a fire;

What do you do when you start getting chased by a malevolent

cognitive shadow? You run!

You get torn to shreds by shades. If you break any of the three simple rules: Don't shed blood, don't kindle flame,

don't run at night,

You're dead. Luckily this most dangerous planet in the Cosmere is

Anxiety is a natural behavior that humans experience in response to any physical or psychological threat.

And, it becomes a problem when this reaction is too excessive in relation to the thing that triggers it.

Also, it can result in a pathological state of anxiety that may require the use of anti-anxiety medications.

Additionally, there is no clear boundary between normal anxiety and a pathological problem.

But, one could say it's at the point at which your symptoms begin to interfere with your daily life.

Anxiety is a mental disorder that is more and more common around the world.

For example, the number of people suffering from depression and anxiety increased from 416 to 615 million, between 1990 and 2013.

So, to understand why some medications are more appropriate than others, it's important to differentiate between the types of anxiety:.

1.Some anxiety involves fear, such as panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias.

2.Other anxiety is more general in nature, without any clear cause or origin.

Treatment for anxiety.

with low risk to the patient.

However, this class of anti-anxiety medications has the disadvantage of producing well-known adverse effects, such as amnesia, dependence, and high physical tolerance.

Additionally, medication must also be combined with a psychological approach to treatment.

Also, in the last decade, anti-anxiety medications and treatments have shifted from being based on traditional hypnotic or anti-anxiety medications to a wide variety of drugs.

And, these drugs are used for other disorders of the central nervous system.

Benzodiazepines.

The first benzodiazepine was chlordiazepoxide, synthesized in 1961.

And, this class of medication acts by selectively binding to GABA receptors. Additionally, this neurotransmitter mediates the inhibition of the central nervous system.

Therefore, benzodiazepines facilitate the opening of chlorine channels activated by GABA and accentuate their inhibitory effects.

Also, they are mildly sedative, relax the muscles, and have anticonvulsant effects.

Whats more, Benzodiazepines are frequently used to treat acute anxiety.

Basically, they have been effective against panic attacks and have even been used as enemas for epileptic children.

And, they can be classified by the time that it takes for their effects to be felt:.

Short-acting benzodiazepines: midazolam, triazolam, Intermediate-acting: alprazolam, bromazepam, lorazepam, lormetazepam, Long-acting: clobazam, clorazepate, diazepam, chlordiazepoxide.

Whats more, the body easily absorbs these medications.

However, the anti-anxiety medications can interact with psychotropic drugs, alcohol, barbiturates, opiates, and anti-allergenic drugs.

And, for elderly people, the dose should be carefully selected to avoid accumulation in the body.

The man side effects of these anti-anxiety medications are:.

Drowsiness, Confusion, Amnesia, Loss of coordination.

In addition, all benzodiazepines can lead to higher tolerance (a gradual increase in the dose required to produce the same effect) and dependence.

So, this is why it's recommended to gradually reduce a patient's dose of benzodiazepines when trying to stop treatment.

Buspirone.

Buspirone is an anti-anxiety drug among the class of serotonin 5-HT1a receptors.

Also, it can help treat generalized anxiety disorder, but not phobias or social anxiety.

And, it does not have sedative, anticonvulsant, or muscle relaxing effects.

Additionally, it has few drug interactions.

Its main side effects are nausea, dizziness, headache, and restlessness.

Anti-depressants for anxiety.

These anti-anxiety medications are effective against generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and phobias.

Also, tricyclic anti-depressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) have more side effects, but can also be used.

Additionally, in this class of drugs, the following commonly treat anxiety:.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as fluoxetine or sertraline, And, serotonin reuptake inhibitors and noradrenaline, such as venlafaxine or duloxetine.

Anti-epileptic drugs.

Additionally, anti-epileptic drugs such as gabapentin, pregabalin, valproate, and levetiracetam are also effective for treating generalized anxiety disorder.

Atypical anti-psychotics.

And, some atypical anti-psychotics like olanzapine, risperidone, quetiapine, and ziprasidone are effective for treating certain forms of anxiety, including generalized anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

β-adrenergic antagonists.

Lastly, Propranolol is widely used to treat certain forms of anxiety.

In particular, it's useful for physical symptoms like sweating, tremors, and high pulse.

Cursed Pthumeru Chalice - Amygdala Boss Fight Guide - Duration: 7:01.

This fight is pretty tough, so be ready!

The thing here is: Have a high range weapon and try to hit Amygdala's head whenever is possible.

Wait for the chance to hit her head like now.

Try to repeat this process until the 3rd phase, when the strategy changes a little bit.

We're only a few months into 2018 and we already have the lead for wildest celebrity anecdote this year.

A GQ magazine profile of comedian Tiffany Haddish published Monday revealed a few things: She drinks turpentine, is a dream whale-watching companion and, um, witnessed an actress biting Beyoncé on the face.

Beyoncé fans — the Beyhive — went on high alert. Pop-culture Twitter went bananas.

Someone allegedly bit Beyoncé — considered a queen-like mega pop star — on the face. On the face. Like, on the face. What a weird thing to happen to anyone. But Beyoncé? Utterly bonkers.

The singer has such a tightly controlled image and is a pro at keeping her private life very private, showing snippets only on her terms.

She manages to drop surprise albums without a song leaked in advance.

Her 2016 visual album "Lemonade," while her most revealing work to date, left fans guessing as to whether she was singing about her husband's infidelity.

Cheating rumors and missteps were pretty much confirmed the following year on Jay-Z's album "4:44.".

That's why the infamous elevator incident of 2014 was so shocking.

The footage obtained by TMZ — of Solange Knowles attacking Jay-Z with Beyoncé nearby — provided a rare, uncontrolled glimpse into the Carter-Knowles world.

(Beyoncé eventually alluded to the dramatic fallout in her music.).

Beyoncé's pregnancy announcement shows once again she's the queen of keeping a secret.

Okay, but back to face-biting: According to Haddish, it happened during the after-party for a December Jay-Z concert.

Beyoncé's representative, Yvette Noel-Schure, told GQ: "I absolutely cannot comment on any of this, as I have no knowledge.

According to Haddish, at the party, an actress — whom she wouldn't name — was "just, like, doing the mostest.

" This included biting Beyoncé, prompting the pop star to storm away, grab Jay-Z and head to the back of the room.

"I was like, 'What just happened?' " Haddish recalled. "And Beyoncé's friend walked up and was like, 'Can you believe this b—- just bit Beyoncé?'.

From the GQ story:. "And so then . . . ," she continues, "a lot of things happened.".

According to Haddish, she and the actress continued to cross paths throughout the night, culminating in a brief standoff.

The actress, at one point, told Haddish to stop dancing, which — good luck making that happen.

"And then Beyoncé and Jay-Z walked by me, and I tapped Beyoncé. Haddish says she told Beyoncé, "I'm going to beat somebody a– at your party. I just want to let you know that." Beyoncé asked her not to — and told her to "have fun" instead.

(Haddish leveraged this moment into a selfie with Beyoncé.).

"Near the end of the party," says Haddish, describing her final run-in with Mrs. Carter sometime later, "Beyoncé's at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, 'Did she really bite you?' She was like, 'Yeah.' ".

Haddish then went on to tell Beyoncé she was going to beat up the actress, but Beyoncé told her not to, that the woman is "on drugs.

She not even drunk . . . She not like that all the time. Just chill.".

Haddish has previously dished about the night in question, telling Vulture that she had wanted to fight someone but Bey told her to have a good time instead, and then telling TV One's "Uncensored" that another actress touched Jay-Z's chest, prompting Beyoncé to intercede.

"She started talking to the other actress and some other stuff happened, but I'm not gonna say nothin' yet," Haddish said at the time. "But it's gonna be in these streets.".

Beyoncé had alluded to Haddish's storytelling skills in a verse of the DJ Khaled single, "Top Off," singing, "If they're tryna party with the queen / They gon' have to sign a nondisclosure.

But these new details on Monday prompted an army of amateur detectives to dive into action, sleuthing for whatever clues they could dig up and tweeting #WhoBitBeyonce to identify the actress in question.

Chrissy Teigen immediately jumped in, tweeting "I can only think of one person who would do this. but I cannot say. but she….is the worst."

The model then tried to tamp down any suggestion of Gwyneth Paltrow as the culprit and then went back on her initial guess, hinting she knows the identity of the rumored actress.

Lots of folks also seized upon The Cut's celebrity gossip column, which in February published a handful of party attendee names — Rihanna, James Franco, French Montana, Queen Latifah, and actresses Sanaa Lathan and Sara Foster.

Soon, Lathan's and Foster's Instagram posts were bombarded with angry messages and bee emojis.

(The Beyhive also did the same to Haddish in her social media posts.).

"I wish I could get close enough to Beyoncé to bite her," Foster wrote on an Instagram story.

This isn't the first time the Beyhive has gone after a purported Beyoncé nemesis.

In 2016, her song "Sorry" called out "Becky with the good hair." Fans interpreted this as Jay-Z cheating on Beyoncé with this "Becky," and they frantically searched for clues of her identity — only to land on Rachel Roy, a fashion designer and ex-wife of Jay-Z's ex-business partner.

Roy didn't help matters by posting a coy Instagram caption: "Good hair don't care, but we will take good lighting, for selfies, or self truths, always.

live in the light #nodramaqueen." It didn't take long before Roy had to make her account private, as she was bombarded with nasty notes.

(Not to mention celebrity chef Rachael Ray was the unintended target of some furious fans who swore they would never make her recipe for hot chicken fajitas again.).

While the guessing game continues, we can cross off one name for sure.

"Media Takeout is saying it was Taraji," someone tweeted, referring to Taraji P. Henson. Haddish replied: "No it wasn't.
