How to Fish with a Spinnerbait | Spinnerbait Guide Part 3 | Koaw Nature - Duration: 6:56.

Spinnerbaits are great lures for beginners and pros.

I'm going to tell you my three favorite techniques for playing spinnerbaits AND tell

you the best method for playing spinnerbaits that everyone should do.

I'm Koaw of Koaw Nature and this is –Part 3— of my three-part series on spinnerbaits.

If you missed the first two, you need to check those out.

The first one covers the components and all the little itty bitties of spinnerbaits.

The second one goes into lure science and how fishes actually react to a lure.

I'll talk about their lateral line and why color matters.

Method One – The Drop

We'll go over the drop in four easy steps.

So, Step 1: Get Rotating.

As your cast is finishing, just as the lure hits the water, allow your blades to establish

a normal rotation.

This may be achieved by a quick jerk immediately after the lure has landed in the water or

any time later during the retrieval.

Step 2: Begin the Drop.

Halt the retrieval and let the spinnerbait fall.

(This may require actually hitting the bail and pulling some line to release tension in

windy conditions.)

Step 3: The Wait.

Wait 2-4 seconds, or more depending on the depth you wish to let your lure sink to.

Step 4: The Quick Jerk.

After waiting your designated time, quickly jerk the bait and continue a normal retrieval.

I find that pike are more likely to strike the spinnerbait between Step 2 & 3, after

the drop has begun, and bass will often strike right after Step 4.

Method Two - Water-Skiing Dense Weeds.

We'll do this in five simple steps.

Firstly, this is very difficult to accomplish with heavier lures (1/2 ounce or more) and

with light line that stretches on a light pole.

Why?

When casting into dense weeds, like a patch of small lilies, the lure needs to stay on

top of the weeds and the retrieval must be started BEFORE the lure hits the top of the

weeds.

A light pole and light line offer too much stretch, or give, and not enough tension.

In pike waters, I'll often use a medium rod with 20 lb braided line—in bass waters,

a 15 lb fluorocarbon line on a medium/light rod does pretty well.

So, water-skiing dense weeds in five steps.

Step 1: Cast Out.

Cast at your desired emergent weeds such as lilies or cabbage or whatever you're casting

at.

Step 2: Early Retrieval.

BEFORE the lure hits the surface, begin your retrieval.

I'll say that again—before the lure hits the surface you need to begin your retrieval.

Start cranking before your lure hits the water.

Step 3: Water-Ski.

As the lure hits the surface, keep it on the top of the emergent plants and water until

you are ready to drop it an open area or an area without weeds.

Step 4: The Drop.

Commence "The Drop Method" that we first went over but keep your rod tip high.

This helps to keep the lure on top of the water and weeds when you need to get back

up.

Step 5: Commence.

If you get no strike, just keep your rod tip high and reel fast to get the lure back to

the surface and resume water-skiing or skimming the lilies.

I find that both pike and bass will hit (and often miss) when the lure is skimming the

tops of plants—however, they usually hit again when the drop commences shortly thereafter.

It's always worth a recast if a fish hits and misses, even a couple of times in these

dense weeds.

Alright, so you're going to water-ski the lilies.

Pick your spot.

Cast.

Start your retrieval before the lure hits the water and keep your rod tip up.

Start the retrieval.

Tip's up.

Find an edge.

Let it drop.

Bring it.

Method Three: The Twitch.

This one is simple enough, done in three steps.

And it's sort of my last go-to of the methods.

So Step 1: The Normal Cast/Retrieval.

Cast normally and commence a normal retrieval.

Nothing fancy about it.

Step 2: Jerks.

Every 3 or 4 seconds give the spinnerbait a hard jerk, or two.

Step 3: Switch the Tempo.

After a jerk, slow the retrieval and speed it up just before the next jerk.

And mix-and-match the tempo of your speed.

So these are only three techniques for using spinnerbaits.

I encourage you to be creative and always try new things and new setups.

Fishing is all about learning and adapting to ever-changing conditions and fish preferences.

So, you stuck around—you saw those three techniques but the best technique for playing

spinnerbaits—yeah—it's just the straight retrieval.

It's a steady retrieval.

You cast out—and the speed can vary—but the lure is designed to work at a straight

retrieval the best.

So stick with that and practice that as you practice the other techniques.

Be sure to check out Parts 1 and 2.

I will post those links right here.

You're seeing them right now.

And good luck with your fishing.

How to get canada student visa 2018 - Step to step guide - Duration: 4:19.

Decide on a university to apply to and get your acceptance letter

If you're still not sure where you want to study in Canada, you will have to decide

before you can start your student visa application process. After being accepted at a Canadian

university, you'll get an acceptance letter required for visa application.

Check if you need a student visa for Canada

You don't need a study visa (or study permit) for Canada if you are in one of the following

situations:

You are a family or staff member of a foreign representative in Canada, who is accredited

by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada. You enrol in a programme

that lasts less than six monthsYou are a member of foreign armed forces from the Visiting

Forces ActYou are a citizen of another country, but you have an Indian status registered in

Canada

However, you will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to Canada.

Apply for the Canadian student visa

As soon as you got the acceptance letter from the university, it is time to proceed to the

next step: applying for a student visa, which is locally known as a student permit.

The first steps to obtain your student visa:

Apply online for your Canadian student visa, on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada

(CIC) website before you arrive in Canada; In countries with limited internet access it's

also possible to apply for visa on paper;Provide an acceptance letter from a designated learning

institution (a university recognized by the Canadian government);Deliver proof of sufficient

financial resources to support your studies in Canada (tuition fees and living expenses);Have

no criminal record;Submit clinical records that state you are in good health and complete

medical examinations if required.According to recent visa regulations, if you have a

family member working or applying for a work permit in Canada, the application for your

study permit will be processed in two weeks. You may renew or extend your study permit, if

you wish to continue your studies or if your programme has an extension or if you change

your school. The study permit expires ninety days after your studies are finished when

you receive a notification of the programme completion.

Useful tip: check out if your country is on the list of biometrics requests for the study

permit.

Prepare all required documents for the student visa in Canada

Completed application form; The original letter of acceptance from the university;A valid

passport/travel document, which also allows you to return to your home country. If you

live in the U.S.A., this is not necessary; Two recent passport-size photographs, with specifications

of name and date of birth on the back;Proof of financial support during your studies that

represent: tuition fee + 833 CAD/month (for all provinces, except Quebec) or tuition fee

+ 917 CAD/month (Quebec);A letter of explanation; If you intend to study in Quebec, you will also

need a Certificat d'acceptation du Québec, English and French translations for your document,

a statement from the translator and a certified copy of the original documents;Proof that

you paid the study permit fee (150 CAD).

Language requirements for my study in Canada

Unless you come from an English-speaking country, Canadian universities will require you to

submit proof of English language proficiency. Accepted language tests are:

IELTSCambridge English: AdvancedTOEFL

Proof of your language skills is not included on the list of required documents for a Canadian

student visa. But it is a good idea to have some proof of English ability, just in case.

Biometrics appointment and interview

Depending on the requirements for your country, you might have to show up at a Visa Application

Centre in your country to have your biometrics taken. The biometric fee is 85 CAD. This fee

is in addition to the regular visa fee. Some countries are exempt from the biometrics visit,

so it's likely they won't need to visit an application centre at all.

Depending on your individual situation you might also be called for an interview. Local

visa application centres will charge a small fee for using their services.

How To: Step-by-Step Guide to Pig Hoof Trimming to Help Prevent Lameness - Duration: 5:35.

In addition to an optimized trace mineral nutrition program that includes

Availa Sow from Zinpro. Implementing management practices such as corrective

and functional trimming of overgrown claws can improve sow comfort, locomotion

and productivity. Claw trimming focuses on three objectives: return the claw to

its normal length and shape by removing overgrowth, balance weight distribution

within and between the claws, and finally correctively trim excessive heel

overgrowth and erosion. Proper trimming cannot be done unless the animal is

adequately restrained and poses minimal opportunity of inflicting injury to

itself or the trimmer. The Feet First Chute from Zinpro Corporation provides

a secure comfortable low stress way to easily lift sows and gilts in order to

inspect and trim their feet. Before you begin be sure to put on the recommended

personal protective equipment. Note that the claw trimming process

generates considerable dust, so a dust mask is highly recommended.

We also recommend wearing heavy gloves, such as welding gloves to protect your

hands and forearms. Always use hearing protection when using an electric

grinder and finally a face mask and eye protection will protect your face and

eyes from dust and claw fragments. Here are the specific tools you'll need to

make the claw trimming process efficient and comfortable: a ruler and a marker to

measure how much of the claw and dew claw to trim, nippers to shorten dew claws, a

small electric angle grinder to trim the dew claw and help shape and shorten the

toes and padded hobbles as needed. These are placed on the sows front legs to

hold them steady for extra safety. During the video we will use specific terms

related to the anatomy of the sow foot. It's important to understand these parts

of the foot before starting the trimming process. Looking at the foot from a rear

view you will see the dew claw, heel, sole, wall and the white line.

A side view reveals the external coronary band, dorsal wall, white line, sole, heel and

the internal corium. Measuring the sows toe length is the first step. After

loading the sow into the Feet First Chute, use the ruler to measure 55 to 60

millimeters down from the coronary band - the area where the claw meets the skin

of the leg to the tip of the toe. Use the marker to mark a solid line on the toe.

The area from the line to the tip of the toe will be trimmed.

Then place the dewclaw against the foot and mark where the coronary band lines

up with the dewclaw. This indicates how much of the dew claw will need to be

trimmed. Care must be taken to not trim toes and dew claws too short as this can

cause discomfort to the animal. To reduce the toe length use the angle grinder to

grind the toe back to the measurement mark. Trim the toes on both claws little

by little until they are the desired length. Be careful not to trim too much

as you can cut into the corium and blood vessels and cause soreness and

discomfort to the sow. If necessary use the angle grinder to

shape the toe. Both claws are now at a normal length.

Overgrowth of the dew claws can predispose the sow to injury. The dew claw

should be trimmed even with the top of the coronary band using the hoof nippers

or the angle grinder. When using the nippers trim the dewclaw and then round

off the dewclaw using the angle grinder. Trimming should be done in small

increments to minimize risk of cutting into the corium. When trimming a sow's

claws it's important to balance the weight bearing surface. First check each

claw for abnormalities in the weight-bearing surface, such as a thick

overgrown sole or heel overgrowth and erosion and an uneven heel height

between inner and outer claws. Using the angle grinder correct the bearing

surface on the sole of the inner and outer claws. Check the balance of each

claw. Place the sows foot in the palm of your hand and apply upward pressure to

see if there is equal pressure on both claws, this is important to ensure the

sow's weight is balanced on both claws when walking. When finished the sole

should be flat and even with each other improving the balance of weight bearing

within and between the outer and the inner claws. For optimum foot health the

dorsal wall of both sow claws should be straight. Inspect the claw for excessive

curve and the dorsal wall. If present straighten the claw by carefully

reshaping it with the angle grinder. Be careful to grind only in small

increments to avoid reaching the corium. When finished both dorsal walls should

be straight and even across. We've now returned the foot to its correct shape

and restored normal weight distribution for the sow, ultimately improving sow

locomotion and productivity. For more information on Availa Sow and claw

trimming, contact your Zinpro representative or visit Zinpro.com.

How to Answer: What Are Your Greatest Strengths? (Job Interview Questions Guide + 3 Examples) - Duration: 6:33.

I am Marat from EMMOTION, HR Professional and Career Coach and today I will help you

reply "What are your greatest strengths?"

question.

I am also sharing with you 3 adaptable examples, which could serve you as inspiration while

putting up together your own response.

"What are your strengths?" is a classic interview question, it seems simple, but it isn't.

It requires a balance between not appearing too humble and underselling your achievements

or skills, and between selling yourself too much, coming across arrogant and self-interested.

This is the main reason why most candidates don't answer well.

Let's prepare to this question properly and turn it into a great advantage.

"What are your biggest strengths?"

question can also be asked in other similar ways:

What are you good at and how would you apply that to this role?

What do you feel sets you apart from the competition?

What would your colleagues say you bring to a team?

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

ETC...

The interviewer wants to know how would your strengths translate to the job you've applied

for.

It is your moment to demonstrate this connection and reassure them in being a strong candidate.

Important checklist before we proceed to full examples:

1.

Analyze yourself and be honest with your answer.

Choose strengths that you actually possess.

Knowing your strengths will serve you well in job interviews and in the rest of your

life too.

Keep it to a couple of strengths, so it will make yours preparation easier.

It's about your strengths and not the achievements, make sure you separate them.

2.

.

Take a close look at the job description, figure out what the job requires and what

is important to the company.

The idea is being honest and giving the company what they respond best to.

Demonstrate your ability to settle into the job faster and perform better than other candidates.

Don't raise any red flags!

Saying that your greatest strength is the ability to show up on time, for example, would

not do you any favours.

3.

Prepare Specific and Detailed Examples:

Giving a detailed example makes your answer powerful.

Don't wait for the interviewer to ask you to elaborate on your strengths.

Many times they won't.

Talk about how you used this strength to achieve a specific result.

Be prepared for the follow up questions like: How did you use this strength in your previous

role?

For example.

Here are a few examples some of which can easily be adapted to your profile.

Customer Service related example: "I feel I am really customer oriented, I am

good in interacting with people and helping them solve their doubts or problems, whether

it's in person, on the phone, via email or online messaging.

I've been an online customer service manager for over 2 years, and I enjoy dealing with

people around the whole world.

My employer has high standards for customer satisfaction.

My team and I have been trained to defuse angry customers so they can be helped and,

even be satisfied with our services.

We are measured on how satisfied people are after they've spoken to us, and if they purchase

additional products and services as a result of our interactions.

I'm proud to say that my team and I are among the leaders within the company."

Examples about leadership: "I pride myself on my leadership and my

team management skills.

My leadership skills had always come natural, I managed to develop them through supervising

junior team members with a guidance of my former manager.

Leadership is necessary to keep project teams moving in the right direction.

Finishing projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting both technical and business requirements

took substantial planning and management skills.

Especially when half of the team members didn't directly report to me.

I've been an IT project manager for over 4 years, managing 9 major projects at this time

frame.

All those projects are completed on schedule and were considered successes.

I also trained 4 team members so they were promoted to project management positions.

"My greatest strength is my diplomacy.

I had never thought of this as a strength until my managers pointed it out to me.

Once they did, I realized it's a skill I can use to benefit everyone involved on the

job.

Recently, I helped to resolve a situation which was about to go very badly.

We had a client make so many demands which seemed unreasonable to our team that we were

about to finish our collaboration.

Our team and the client were feeling despair over this situation.

Through face-to-face meetings that I arranged with all 20 people involved, we were able

to re-establish a good relationship and get the project back on track.

I was awarded an "Employee of the Year Award" for my efforts to delay the firing and for

saving this collaboration."

Generic Example: I have very strong communication skills.

Whether it is over the phone, in person, or written, I tend to express myself in a clear

and concise manner.

I received several positive feedbacks from my manager for solving difficult situations

with my strong communication skills, and I even got an acknowledgment in the company

newsletter for just being really good at talking to clients.

I think this strength will help me to do well on the job since being a receptionist requires

interfacing with individuals from different backgrounds.

I'll be able to make each person feel welcome and that their business is valued.

Keep it short and to the point.

Practice a couple of times before the interview to make a stronger impact and to answer with

confidence.

Thanks for watching.

Arachas Swarm - Gwent in-depth guide - Duration: 22:42.

Hey everyone, Cricket here doing weekly in-depth Gwent guides chosen by the community, which

which is you!

This week you wanted to see a more uncommon monster deck,

so we will take a look at an Arachas Swarm Deck with a unique round 3 winning condition.

We look at the deck and the cards, then how to approach the mulligan

our gameplay plan how to tackle each matchup

and then we look at some example gameplay.

Tell me down in the comments below, which deck you would like to see next week and subscribe

if you like what I'm doing.

Let's start!

The deck has two phases, and we need different cards for each phase.

Phase 1, which ideally fills our round 1, is all about thinning our deck of cards we

don't want to have in round 3 and to get a big chunk of points onto the board.

Cards we want to get out of the deck are Harpies and Arachas Drones.

Harpies jump from the deck onto the battlefield as soon as we destroy a beast and playing

one Arachas Drone, summons all remaining Arachas Drones.

You don't need to play a drone from hand, you can also play an Arachas Behemoth, which

summons 1 Arachas Drone everytime you consume a unit, therefore pulling the other ones out

of the deck for a big point burst.

To pull Harpies, you can play Celaeno Harpies, which spawn two eggs, which then generate

a 1 point beast token when destroyed.

Consuming those tokens with your Arachas Queen or your Forktails will trigger the Harpies

in your deck.

Arachas Queen lets you consume three units and Forktail two, but Arachas Queen has the

added benefit of being immune to targeted spells.

The eggs spawned by Celano Harpies are valuable as well because if you consume them with another

unit, they will add 4 extra points to the unit, in addition to spawning the little 1

power Beast token.

Phase 3 is our endgame and is best played in a freshly started round 3.

In this phase you want to get as many 1 point units on the boards as possible and following

cards will help you with that: Draug resurrects up to 8 units from your graveyard

and turns them into doomed 1 point tokens without any ability.

Ifrit spawns 3 1-power tokens and deals 3 times 1 damage on random enemy targets, and

Germain spawns 4 1 power token cows.

After putting a lot of 1 point units on the board, we utilise Triss: Butterflies, which

buffs up all the lowest friendly units by 1.

With Draug alone this gives u 8 points per round, but the more units we provided before,

the more points it will rain each round.

However, enemies will try to disturb this by either trying to kill Triss or by damaging

one of your units so Triss will not buff the big crowd and only the small unit.

So our second point bomb is Yennefer, which we use as a finisher or as soon as Triss:

Butterflies does not find value anymore.

Yennefer lets you choose between buffing up all units by 2 or by damaging all units by

2.

At this point we should have way more units on the board than our enemy, just think of

Draug, so Yennefer will buff more units on our side, resulting in quite some points for

us.

Then we have some flex cards, which can be played in any phase.

Frightener is always good to have to counterspy the enemy and Alzurs Double Cross gives us

access to Frightener or Germain, enabling us to more consistently play our combos.

Monster Nest gives us access to another Arachas Behemoth, which often comes useful since the

enemy's removal will be focussed on them.

But Monster Nest into Barbegazi comes handy as well if you're missing Forktails or you

want to prevent an enemy from drying passing in round 2.

Ruehin is a very underrated card, which strengthens all Insectoids and Cursed units on board,

hand and deck by 1.

You can either play him in round 1 after you swarmed the boards with Arachas Drones, created

by your Behemoths so Ruehin will strengthen half of your board.

Or you play him in round 2 to buff up the tokens generated by Draug, making him a 16

point play as well.

Last but not least Royal Decree lets you access your main combo cards, adding more consistency

to the deck.

Let's talk about the mulligan, which is a bit tricky with this deck.

Cards you want to keep for round 1 are: Arachas Behemoths, Celaeno Harpies, 2 Forktails,

Monster Nest, Yennefer and Royal Decree.

Depending on your Hand you also want to hold on to Triss and Draug, so you don't need to

draw them later, but most importantly, you want cards to get Harpies and Drones out of

your deck.

Talking of which, cards you want to get rid of are:

All your Harpies and all your Arachas Drones, except when you have no access to Arachas

Behemoths or you know that none will survive at least 1 round.

Then you can keep one Drone, to at least summon the rest out of your deck, but this is merely

to prevent further damage and should not be your desired gameplay.

Depending on the amount of enemy removal we need to adapt the Mulligan, but let's talk

about that in the Matchup section.

For now, let's look over our general gameplan.

Depending on our starting hand, we may want to play each unit multiple times.

The order would be: Celaeno Harpies, Arachas Behemoths, Arachas

Queen and the Forktails.

The idea is to put something consumable on the board so we can start with that immediately,

in the case our Behemoths are at the risk of dying.

As soon as Behemoths and Harpies are set up, we consume as many beast and eggs as possible

with Arachas Queen and Forktails to trigger the abilities of our Behemoths.

By eating the Beast Token spawned by the Harpy eggs, we also get the remaining Harpies out

of our deck, resulting in a significant point spike often pushing the enemy out of the round.

On Red Coin, I like to keep playing in the round, getting rid of cards that would be

suboptimal for the Triss Butterfly push, like a Forktail, when there won't be much to consume.

Cards like Ruehin help you to stay ahead here.

Some tips for Round 1: If you are missing Celaeno Harpies, you can

always resort back to playing Germain and using Arachas Queen to pull out all the Harpies.

Don't be afraid to play Arachas Behemoths into removal, because every Alzurs Thunder

played on a Behemoth, is one less Alzurs Thunder played on your Triss.

Always ensure to play round 1 and to get units in your graveyard or your Draug will be useless

in round 3.

In Round 3 we start off with Draug and all the token generators like Germain, Ifrit,

but also Celaeno Harpies if we still have them.

Then we drop Triss: Butterflies and use Forktails to consume units, the enemy has damaged so

Triss can continue to buff as many units as possible.

The last card we want to play is Yennefer into the buffing Unicorn because by putting

the 1 power unicorn onto the board, Triss will continue to buff only that unit instead

of our swarm.

But that's okay because either the enemy hasn't dealt with Triss and we are quite ahead, or

the enemy has already dealt with her, and therefore Yennefer won't brick anything.

However, each matchup needs to be approached differently, so let's start.

Greatswords Neither they nor we have many options to interfere

with the other side of the board except Coral and Muzzle.

Generate one Behemoth with Monster Nest to get it out of Muzzle range and ensure that

you can summon your Drones from your deck.

After that, we ignore them entirely and try to set up a good value push with 2 Behemoths

so we can pass after that.

At this point, they will just have finished their Greatsword setup, and their score won't

be too high so we may get an additional card out of them, but most importantly, they need

to do their setup once again.

They want to play in round 2, which is where we will need to utilise cards like Germain

and Triss Butterfly already to keep up.

Important is to keep a good finisher for round 3 like Draug and Yennefer to counter their

big resurrected Greatsword.

Veterans If they don't play the Morkvarg variant, then

you can safely play round 1 like mentioned above.

In the case they do, then you won't gain much from winning round 1, because Morkvarg will

prevent you from drypassing and they have reasonable access to Spy with Hym or Skjall.

In the current meta, I'd not risk it and just drypass and then out-tempo them in round 2,

which they'll play to set up their graveyard.

They may have a perfect hand and drypass into a round 3, which denies us the use of Draug.

Therefore we need to focus on Yennefer, Ruehin and swarming the board with Arachas Drones.

Beware in the round 2 and 3 Mulligan, because you may run into Harpies and Drones.

Axemen Put your Harpies into different rows, so Skellige

Storm does not get rid of the eggs that easily.

Triss: Butterfly won't find much use, since their weather and ships can stagger our unit,

so better get rid of it.

Push them in round 1 and keep Yennefer and Draug for a decent round 3 finisher.

Deathwish They can use their Cyclops to kill your Behemoths,

so try to trigger one early, before they play units big enough for Cyclops.

You don't want your Drones in your deck.

Other than that the game is relatively straightforward and there are not many surprises that can

ruin your day.

Moonlight This matchup is a bit troublesome because

their Blood Moon will get rid of all our small 1 point units.

Therefore try to get as much Moonlight out of them as possible in round 1, while keeping

Germain and Ifrit for round 3.

Start off round 3 with those cards on different rows and then play Draug on the last empty

row.

Since they have only 4 moonlights available and some need to be used in round 1 and on

their side of the board to trigger Werewolves and such, you should be okay.

Nekkers As always, push them in round 1 and utilise

Yennefer to secure the round, because you will have a full board, while they will only

have a few units on the board.

Controlling round 2 is critical here, where we will bleed them of their win conditions

to then secure round 3 with Draug into Triss.

Except for Mandrake, they don't really have much to interfere with our side of the board,

so get all that Arachas Behemoths out!

Scoia'Shupe With the changed Wardancer, you don't need

to be afraid of Winning round 1 anymore, so stick to our gameplay and push round 1.

Keep a Forktail on hand in case they play Dol Blathanna Bomber and eat their bomb to

prevent a significant point loss on your full board.

Scoia'tael Handbuff Get Behemoths out and trigger them asap, because

as soon as Swordmasters are buffed, they can get rid of them.

Other than that try to push round 1 and utilise Yennefer instead of Triss, because Triss is

an easy target for their Swordmasters.

Nilfgaard Handbuff They need some time to setup, which is your

chance to establish Behemoths and get your swarm going.

Play round 1 and utilise Yennefer, Ruehin to keep up with their big units.

Try to get control of round 2 to force them to play their Handbuffed unit for a smooth

round 3.

Even if you can't get it out of them, the more cards you draw out of them in round 2,

the better for you.

After Leo Bonhart, Triss should be a safe play in round 3.

Alchemy Viper Witchers suck to play against.

If you are not able to play at least 3 Behemoths (1 maybe through Monster Nest), then consider

keeping an Arachas Drone to get them out of the deck and improve your later rounds through

that.

Yennefer is a better choice to keep than Triss, but you may consider Triss in a round, where

all Witchers are already on the board.

She won't hit for top value, but it's better than nothing.

This is probably the worst matchup for this deck.

Spies Play your round 1 until you played your big

point push and you have seen some of their engines, preferable all their enforcers.

Since they want to play long rounds, you can safely pass, to deny further engine value

on their side and to play a semi-long round 3.

They will dry pass round 2, to at least get some value from their Impera units in round

3.

Finish round 3 as usual, but in addition, try to get some more Arachas Drones onto the

board.

Radovid Radovid wants to lock two of your Behemoths

so only play one and start consuming asap to get Drones out and tempt them to lock only

one Behemoth.

After that play the remaining ones.

If they don't lock the single Behemoth, then play the next Behemoths after the counter

of the first one is 1 or 0.

Get the swarm going and overpower them in round 1, but pass if there are too many engines

on their side.

Yennefer is your sorcerers of choice in this matchup because Triss can be locked, and often

they play Reinforced Trebuchets further messing with her ability.

Okay then, lets head into example match.

How To Get The Shopify 30 DAY FREE Trial! – Beginners Guide to Shopify Dropshipping Ep 2 - Duration: 6:55.

what is up hustlers welcome back to episode 2 of this free dropshipping for

beginners series now in the previous video I talked about what exactly

dropshipping is how to lucrative business model and how I got started in

it but let's get into the practical stuff now and in this episode I'm new

talking about you know which shop fight plan you should be on and how to set up

your own shop fight plan so this is going to be a very simple video again

but for the people out there who are a bit more experienced with dropshipping

be sure to tune in to the later episodes because that's where all the juicy

content is going to be yeah before I jump into my laptop here and run you

through the practical steps I'm giving you a 2 gifts like I said in the

previous video the first one being a free 30 day Shopify trial down in the

description link below rather than the 14-day free trial that surefire gives

out and the other one being a completely free ebook that I've named the drop

shipping Bible for beginners and then absolutely amazing piece of content 15

pages long that gives you everything you need to just start drop shipping because

it is becoming a very hot lucrative business model a lot of people trying to

get into it so just want to give you guys a head start but now let's jump it

on a laptop here because I'm gonna be going through the Shopify plans that you

should be looking at

so like I said shellfire only provides a 14 three-day trial so if you were to

google Shopify and click on their first link you can see here that they only

offer a free 14-day trial however if you click on the link down below underneath

this video or if you just go direct to my website ethan's ENCOM if you scroll

down to the middle of the website and click free 30-day trial he will get an

extended one-month free trial that I talked to and shop by with so all you

need to do guys is enter your email address so let's enter a fake email

address here for the purpose of this video Simon the fake fake name what not

click create your store and there we have it

Shopify is creating you saw the first set of questions that shop I will have

is optional a lot of people don't know this so just skip that go ahead and skip

this you don't need to tell shall find anything about yourself however this is

quite imported so again it's happened to the fake details here yeah so just enter

in your details this is also by the way I almost forget this is also a very

important step to your overall Shopify process and store simply because this is

you need to be entering your legitimate details in here because if you're

migrating the store or if you're getting paid through this specific name you need

to ensure that this is your legal name and your legal street address so that

because when they're paying out big sums of fees they will take this as the I

guess as the audit record so they will pitch your name against your street

address with whatever form ID that you provide you provide the Shopify so you

need to make sure that these details are correct

so I'm going to hit into my store and by now it should be fine and we have

officially created our first store so there we have it guys you enter your

first store and if you use the link that I provided you get a full month plan so

I get a lot of questions around which plan you should be selecting and let's

go back at the shop flat and just check out the pricing plans so you got three

options here technically you get four the fourth option we don't really need

to discuss that it's just too expensive and if you're just starting out it won't

be of benefit to you but essentially you get three mainstream options basic

Shopify Shopify and advanced shock fire more often than not I'm gonna suggest

don't waste your money and just go straight ahead for the $29 option this

is all you need to get started and more however the only time you need to

consider Shopify or even if their shop flat is one if you are already have a

pre-established business and you want to take it online or secondly you're

growing your drop shipping store quite quickly and need the additional benefits

of Shopify or advantage of flyer so what are those benefits those benefits are

basically a bit bit more convenience added from Shopify and then being

professional reports gift cards an advanced report builders I think they

also I think the main not I think I know that the main benefit from all of this

is the fact that they reduce the credit card rates in the transaction fees so if

you were to go an external payment gateway they only charge one percent

over two percent and of course they have lower international cart and general

credit card fees as you can tell the further you go up now like I said if

you're seeing a lot of orders coming through you're gonna be saving a lot of

money if you're seeing hundreds if not thousands of waters comes through and

that actually covers the cost of the Shopify an advantage of fly price

differences so the only reason you would be going for shellfire adventure play on

the outset is if if you've got brand already

otherwise if you're scaling really quickly otherwise go ahead and go for

the $29 basic Shopify plan it's all that you need to be making some decent amount

of money so there we have it guys I'm going to be talking about payment

gateways and the set up of finances in a later episode but this was a very quick

one just to get you started and Shopify and to let you know guys that there's a

30-day free trial out there it's very useful to start off with 30 days rather

than 14 days because when you're setting up your store and building it it is a it

can be a very long process especially if you're completely new to this scene so

thanks for watching guys and if you like this video give it a thumbs up as always

keep on hustling

Control Mage Teamfighting Guide | SkillCapped - Duration: 10:16.

Hey everyone and welcome.

Today we're going to be breaking down a teamfight from the perspective of a control mage, where

we'll analyze an exceptional example for how to play your role correctly.

In our next teamfight guide, we'll contrast this one showing you how to play it out as

an assassin.

Since every teamfight is different, our focus is going to be on the thought process and

general concepts you'll want to follow when you get into teamfights.

Today we'll be focusing on a teamfight played out by Froggen's Anivia.

Anivia is a control mage, which basically means you control a certain area of space

around your champion.

If your opponents wish to invade your space, they'll have to pass through your crowd control

and burst.

For Anivia, her key tools to control her space are her ultimate, q stun and w wall.

But if this was a syndra, it'd be her stun and ultimate range, if it was lux it'd be

her root ultimate, if it was viktor it'd be his w and ultimate and so on.

Stuff that is scary and difficult for people to walk through.

So with that in our minds, let's jump into seeing how Froggen leverages his space to

control the fight on his infamous Anivia.

To give you context of where we're at in this game, it's just under 17 minutes into the

game and Froggen's team is down 700 gold, a tower and 2 infernals.

So they're too far behind and the upcoming big teamfight will be game changing.

Froggen himself does have a nice lead however vs the opposing Orianna.

With a large CS lead and 2 levels ahead of her, he's up about 1300 gold.

Froggen's Caitlyn however, is very far behind the opposing 3-0 Jhin.

After clearing up this second infernal, the red team marches top side to engage onto the

blue team who are trying to trade neutral objectives via securing rift herald.

They dance around herald a little and the fight officially starts when the fed Jhin

uses his ultimate to assist his team with engaging.

At this point, Froggen has nothing to do besides get out of range of the jhin ultimate, but

it's where he goes which what we should pay attention to.

By kiting up into this choke point, he now has two pillars of strength that he can leverage

to optimize his damage and control output in the upcoming fight.

Firstly, he's positioning behind a wall, which is usually something you want to look for

in jungle fights, as firing your skill shots from out of vision dramatically increases

the chance they'll hit.

Secondly and more importantly, by positioning here, it means that his control area will

be this jungle entrance.

The opposing Sejuani has already hopped over the wall and is fighting Froggen's GP, Nautilus

and Rek'Sai, so these guys are looking to follow-up and will have to cross through Froggen's

territory to do so.

In this type of situation, many players would maybe throw out a spell or two here and walk

around to try and help their teammates who are currently being engaged on.

While that may be an okay choice, it's far better to control this space here and completely

zone off the enemy mid laner, with the space that Froggen is currently controlling.

Swain and Alistar pass through, but this Orianna is now isolated in Anivia's controlled area.

She's trying to juke Froggen's Q, but he holds it and they score the kill.

This is made possible because Anivia is pretty tanky and is also ahead of the Orianna.

You can do this same type of play if you have the range advantage or you're simply strong

enough to go toe to toe with the champion you're trying to isolate and kill.

But if Anivia was behind and this was a fed Viktor or something, then Anivia would probably

just look to delay the viktor and join the teamfight to play it more safe.

Anyway, with Orianna dead, it's now a 3 vs 4 in favour of the opposing team, as Rek'Sai

is dead and GP has just died in the other half of this teamfight.

Froggen paths down and hits a 3 man stun with ultimate.

This is really nice and isn't too difficult to land when you cast it over a wall as we

mentioned before, since the opponents don't have any time to anticipate or react.

Sejuani drops incredibly low and has to flash out, making it more of a 3v3 at this point.

Alistar, Swain and Jhin are all passing through Froggen's controlled space and he's now starting

to kite back into his original choke point while he waits for his cool-downs to come

back up.

As jhin begins to exit into the river, Froggen looks for an opportunity cut him off, he uses

wall and ultimate and is looking to land a Q if he continues to path out, Jhin correctly

steps back to avoid this and Alistar looks for a flash re-engage while Anivia's spells

are down.

He looks to get the knock onto Anivia, but froggen kites back a little and stuns alistar

in the brush.

Sejuani returns after regenerating a little health from the red buff and this is now froggen's

queue to flash out before he gets stunned.

The great thing about this is that he didn't immediately flash when Alistar flashed, and

instead made the opposing team work harder to force froggen's flash.

This of course was enabled by excellent mechanics and Anivia's Q, but if you do have tools and

space to force an engager to work harder to force your mobility, then playing to your

limits like this can really pay off - rather than just respecting every engage from your

opponents.

It should also be noted that Anivia's Q is up right now, because she didn't use it on

the potential catch on Jhin earlier, as Froggen was patient with it and didn't throw the Q

out randomly.

He'd have only thrown out the Q if Jhin committed to walking through his ult and out of the

river.

Anyway, unfortunately the Caitlyn does end up dying here and with the Sejuani back in

the fight, it's now a 2v4 with Nautilus and Anivia super low on health.

There's nothing to be done for the Anivia now besides back off, unless the red team

tries to chase and dive them.

Jhin does overstep, which is a huge misplay by him but definitely not uncommon and Nautilus

catches him with a nice hook.

Remember, Jhin is easily their most fed player and Froggen follows up and picks him off.

So far, Froggen has been playing out the fight calmly and patiently, controlling certain

areas of the terrain while he kites back and gets a number of rotations out as his cool-downs

refreshed.

We've learnt pretty much everything we can here from a knowledge perspective for how

to control space and what we're about to see are mostly super impressive mechanical outplays.

Froggen cuts off Sejuani's exit with a perfect wall, into a stun securing the kill.

Then, he actually folllows the retreating swain alistar, knowing that if he dodges swain's

E, which he does, he can catch this swain and land yet another kill.

He locks him up into his ultimate, but waits with his wall.

This is anivia specific, but by waiting with his wall, he can see what direction swain

will go to get out of the ultimate.

If he goes forward towards anivia, he can wall here, and if he walks away, he can wall

off his exit.

Swain tries to move forward, so he walls at the last moment, now he has to walk all this

distance to get out.. and dies.

This of course was masterful play from Froggen perfected over thousands of games.

But, in just a matter of minutes, we did learn a lot from the fundamentals behind his positioning

and spell usage, which we can apply to every control mage in the game.

Let's take a look at the fight in full speed before we jump into the next teamfight!

When the fight broke out, Froggen immediately pulled back into a choke point, where his

control space would be hyper effective, as his opponents would have to funnel through

to reach him or his teammatesFroggen played the fight out slowly and patiently, not taking

any huge risks and let his opponents chase him, rather than him trying to force thingsIn

doing this, he was able to get off a number of spell rotations, constantly pressuring

isolated targets and landing skill shots over walls.

In the end, his opponents ended up over extending to dive and he was able to capitalize on their

mistakes with super strong positioning, decision making and of course mechanics.

That's it for this one, thanks for watching and it'd be great if you let us know how we

did on this teamfighting guide and we'll be looking at assassins for the next one.

Catch you next time.

The Ultimate Guide to Purchasing Wholesale T-shirts - Duration: 4:43.

hey guys I'm Carissa with BELLA+CANVAS and today I'm going to break down all

the things you need to know about purchasing wholesale blanks we get a ton

of questions about who qualifies for an account with us where we ship to etc

which we'll cover in this video where do you guys purchase bella canvas from

what's your experience like please let us know in the comments section below

now let's get started one of the most common questions we get is how do you

purchase Bella canvas there are two main ways that you can purchase our products

you can buy directly at bellacanvas.com or through any of our wholesale

partners a wholesaler is basically a distributor of our Bella Canvas product

along with other apparel brands plus bags accessories etc the great thing

about ordering through a wholesaler is that they have warehouses all over the

country that are deeply stocked in inventory this can reduce shipping times

and costs also most of these wholesalers offer freight incentives we'll link to

the list of who carries Bella+Canvas in the description below the second way is

through bellacanvas.com this gives you exclusive access to all of our fast

fashion styles where we're launching something new every single month so

having an account with us will keep you up to date it's also great for those of

you who are in the LA area where we offer pickups right at our headquarters

we also have no minimum requirements for when shipping within the US the third

way is to order through an on-demand print service like printful custom ink

or Amazon Merch this is great for any of you who are not printers and one a

one-stop shop when you go into their sites just make sure you search by bella

canvas to view all of our products that they offer

let's talk a bit about how to purchase direct it's easy to forget that we are a

wholesale brand because of that there are certain qualifications you need to

be in order to set up an account with us the first way is if you are a decorator

this includes contract and full-service screen printers or embroiders and means

you typically print large volume orders when approving applicants we look for

indication that you own and operate your own equipment second is if you are a

distributor this includes promotional product distributors if you have an ASI

or PPR number you likely qualify under this category and then finally if you

are a brand this includes licensed clothing brands and proof of website

ecommerce presence or retail locations after you apply for an account you will

need to provide a valid resale certificate for all states in which you

conduct business don't have a resale license every state is different so make

sure you research what qualifications your state requires

so what if you don't qualify for an account with us for example you are a

fitness gym or an Etsy shop how else can you get our Bella chemists product there

are several options here first you can go through any qualified apparel

wholesaler such as Alfa Broder or SNS you can also access Bella+Canvas through

full service screen printers or through promotional product distributors

we're a huge supporter of small businesses even if we can't sell

directly to you guys it's more beneficial for you to go through a

printer so you can get full package support this means they will be able to

help you from the ground up if you are looking for decorators in your area

please email sales@bellacanvas.com and we can send over some

recommendations

another question we get is where does bella canvas ship to we ship to anywhere

in the U.S accept P.O boxes we ship internationally only to Canada Australia

New Zealand and Puerto Rico please keep in mind all international orders must be

ordered in full cases typically a case includes 72 pieces one style color and

size okay so let's say you have an account with us how can you find out how

much stock we have we have a product locator at the bottom of our website

under the resource tab the product locator allows you to filter by style

color and whole seller to help you find stock that's closest to you

cut off time for ground shipments is 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and for

same-day express shipping it's 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

typically orders can be processed within the same day that the order is place but

it really depends on how large the order is for example our cutoff time is 4 p.m.

but if you place a 5,000 unit order by 3 p.m. the order might not be able to be

picked and processed until the next business day that's why we usually allow

for one to two business days for orders to fully process FedEx is our carrier of

choice but please feel free to provide your preferred carrier account number at

checkout so that covers our list of frequently asked questions if you have

any additional questions that I didn't cover in this video please leave them in

the comments below if you like content like this like this video and subscribe

The Ultimate Buying Guide for Skateboard Wheels - What is the Best Size, Hardness, and Brand [2018] - Duration: 4:28.

What are the factors you should consider when picking out a set of skateboard wheels and

which one is ultimately going to be the best choice for you?

Today we're going to go over the options available and make sure you have all the information

you need to make the perfect choice.

First off, I want to make it clear that the differences among skateboard wheels sold today

are a lot more about personal preference than quality.

Pretty much every wheel you can buy today is going to be made out of the same hard plastic

called polyurethane, but they'll vary in size, shape, and hardness.

First let's talk about sizing.

So the size of your wheels is going to determine how well your board responds in various situations,

including rolling over bumps and cracks in the concrete, making sharp turns, achieving

a high top speed, and performing flip tricks.

Smaller wheels are generally preferred by street skaters since it overall makes their

board a little bit lighter, which gives them the ability to manipulate it more easily and

allows them to perform tricks that would otherwise not be possible.

Small wheels are also a great choice for someone just getting into skateboarding since

they have a lower top speed and they can keep you a little bit safer as start rolling down

some of the taller hills and ramps.

Larger skateboard wheels, on the other hand, are generally preferred by transition skaters,

including vert skaters, and those that use their board as a means of transportation, since

they get stuck on things like rocks, pebbles, and cracks much less easily, and allow you

to roll at a faster top speed.

For more information on how a larger wheel allows you to roll at a faster speed, you

can read more about it in the description below.

As you start to increase the size of your wheels, keep in mind that you may need to

invest in a set of risers to put in between your trucks and your board, right here, to

increase the distance between the top of the wheel and the bottom of the board, so that

you don't get wheelbite.

Alright so, the other main factor you will need to consider is hardness.

Skateboard wheel hardness is measured on a scale called 'durometer,' and most commonly

ranges from values of 78a to 3 points over 101a, which is technically the limit for the

'a' scale for measuring hardness, and which is why wheel manufacturers like Bones have

adopted the 'b' scale, which is essentially the same scale but with the values at 20 points

below their 'a' scale equivalent.

Wheels at the lower end of the spectrum are a good choice for skaters who intend to use their board

purely for riding and aren't interested in doing any tricks, since softer wheels will

provide you with a smoother and quieter ride.

For this reason, softer wheels are found on almost all filmer boards and cruisers.

If, on the other hand, you plan on using your skateboard to perform tricks, you'll almost

certainly want to choose a wheel with a durometer of 99a or higher, since a wheel with that

hardness is able to be slid along the concrete without being immediately destroyed, and will

allow you to travel at a higher top speed due to the decrease in rolling friction.

The third and final factor you might consider is shape.

Wheel shape will almost definitely not be a limiting factor for you in your first year

of skateboarding, so, while there are a lot of variations in wheel shape, as long as you

get something that looks fairly standard, you should be perfectly happy with whatever

you end up getting.

As you become more advanced, my advice would be to try to pick a wheel shape that the manufacturer

suggests is a good choice for the style of skating that you do.

Street wheels are usually thinner and more maneuverable, while transition wheels usually

have a wider area touching the concrete to provide extra stability and traction at high

speeds and while cornering.

So, to summarize all of this information, I've added a section in the description below

that gives my top wheel recommendation for every type of skating, including street skating,

transition skating, vert skating, filming, cruising, one for beginners, and one that's

good all around.

If you guys want more content like this, please let me know what other stuff you'd like me

to go over in the comments section below, share this video with a friend if you think

they might get something out of it, and last but not least, never stop improving.

Victoria's Secret guide to Russia - What to do, see and eat at the World Cup - Duration: 6:47.

Now this summer, there's going to be millions of tourists in Russia

and we want you to be our expert travel guide.

Okay, I will try my best.

Victoria's Secret Guide to Russia.

Wow.

Do you like the name?

Yes, I like the name.

So to start off with, can you recommend three amazing sites that everyone must visit in Russia.

Well should we connect it with the World Cup? Or in general?

It can be anything.

Because first of all I think Moscow. It's the one big sight-seeing.

You have so many things there. You have Red Square, you have so many museums, you have the Kremlin,

you have a lot of beautiful galleries and even to spend time there in the World Cup, it's amazing.

I'm not saying about St Petersburg because it's a historical spot

and of course, everyone knows this is the place to be even once in your life just to see.

I think that if you are talking about nature,

the Lake Baikal - this is something that really makes our country special

because this is the biggest lake [in the world] with non-salty water.

And Sochi, where the Olympics happened. This is the place where you have the sea,

you have the ski resort as well so you can do both.

Rostov-on-Don because the lady with whom you have the interview right now was born there

and she's the FIFA Ambassador for the World Cup.

As they say, the south capital of Russia

and usually the people who were born in the south are very friendly, very open,

we have our own type of food.

Can you recommend any dishes,

any really delicious dishes that everyone should try when they are in Russia?

Well, first of all the food has been made with love,

but if you are talking about typical Russian cuisine it's of course Borscht.

This is the red soup, which probably you have heard about.

Then there's Pelmeni (dumplings) and Blini (pancake) with black caviar.

You should try it.

That's what everyone should try then.

Now, the weather.

when most people think of Russia they think cold, snow,

what kind of weather can we expect in Russia during the World Cup?

Guys, please, don't take the warm coats and hats with you because it's going to be amazing weather.

It will be fantastic weather. It will be I think about 25 - 27 degrees, it could be pretty hot by the way.

It will be very smooth, very balmy and you will like it definitely, in every city

because summer in Russia is very beautiful.

So no one is going to need the hat, the Ushanka…

No Ushanka this time.

Where do you like to party in Russia?

The people who are travelling to the World Cup, where should they go?

Well, I will say a secret to you. During the World Cup, all Russia will be the best party place ever.

In every city there will be different clubs, different cafes, restaurants,

special fanzones and places for party, for celebration, for watching football, for spending time just to enjoy.

You can go wherever you want and you will find what to do, definitely.

Shopping...

Where would you recommend to shop in Russia? Any neighbourhoods or particular areas?

Well if you are talking about luxury shopping you can go to TsUM or GUM or to Stoleshnikov Alley.

This is the walk-in street with different boutiques.

But if you would like to feel, kind of... you know, more touristic spirit,

maybe you would like to buy some souvenirs or some art or something else.

Go to Staryy Arbat, Old Arbat, this is also a street where you can walk, a lot of open cafes, there are terraces, it is very nice.

Ok, now you're the teacher.

I'm the teacher?

You're going to be the teacher now.

Bad teacher!

So, for all the people travelling to Russia this summer, we want you to teach them some Russian.

So we'll start off nice and easy…

Hello.

Privyet.

Goodbye.

Poka. It's like Ciao.

Yes.

Da.

No.

Nyet.

Thank you.

Spasibo.

Where is the hotel?

Gdye moy otel? - Where is my hotel?

Oooh, tough one.

Do you speak English?

Vy govorite po Angliski?

I'm not going to try and say that.

How much is the vodka?

Skolko stoit vodka?

But you also should know, the name [word] yeshcho. It means 'one more'.

I'm sure a lot of people will be saying that in the World Cup.

Okay, last one. I love you – will you come out on a date with me?

Ya tebya lyublyu – poidyom na svidaniye?

Da! (yes)

(Laughing)

How do you say tonight?

Tonight I'm busy, I'm sorry.

Another time eh, another time.

During the World Cup, commentators always mispronounce names,

so we want you to give us a bit of help with the Russian footballers.

Alan Dzagoev.

Andrei Semyonov.

Fyodor Kudryashov.

And the coach himself.

Stanislav Cherchesov.

Brilliant.

Victoria Lopyreva.

Oh, wow, I've been pronouncing it wrong for all this time!

See, I've been calling you Victoria Lopy-reva I bet you get that..

Lopyreva.

Everyone calls you Vika right?

Vicky.

Vika is a short name in a way that when I did something wrong in my childhood

and my mother said: 'Vika, what did you do?' I said 'Huh..nothing!'

And Vicky because like I have a lot of friends from different countries.

Actually, 'V'. My name became V.

Now I'm Miss V or V. 'Hey V, how are you?'

Lady V.

Lady V's nice, I like it.

Post Spawn Lipless Crankbaits: The Ultimate Guide | Bass Fishing - Duration: 12:25.

Well, we're on.

We got one.

That springtime, not much beats that lipless crankbait.

Right off this point, lipless crankbait.

Oh, there's another one.

Oh, yeah.

Nice fat, healthy, I'm liking this lipless crankbait right now.

Oh, I missed it.

Oh, got it there.

Oh, my God, look at this.

Double hook!

Look at that.

This is insane, guys.

Hey, folks, Captain Mikey of SawGrass Bassing, coming to you from KastKing and BassResource.com.

From beautiful north...well, it's still Florida.

Yay, it may not be the most beautiful day out here in Florida, but it's still my favorite

time of year.

We're talking post-spawn springtime.

One of the greatest times to be out here on the water.

These bass are just wrapping up their spawn.

There's still a few of them sitting out there, but the majority of them, they're done.

Yeah, they're done.

They've done all their dirty deeds, now it's time for them to have a little bit of fun

and to feed up.

Those big girls, they put in all that work, all that time and all that energy on those

beds, and now that their job's done, they left the boys at home.

And now they're hungry, and they're out there looking to have a little bit of fun.

They're out there meeting up all their girlfriends, saying "It's time.

Let's go find a new dancing partner out here."

Some of them like to waltz, some of them like to tango, some of 'em just like rock.

Those big girls can be hungry.

They're out there patrolling, they're munching on shad, they're munching on bluegill, all

those smaller baitfish that are now moving up and starting to spawn themselves.

Well, those big girls, they're looking to eat, and that's what they're doing out there

right now.

That's right.

They're actively, aggressively searching down food, trying to fill those bellies that spent

all that energy during the spawn.

And honestly, when you wanna dance with the big girls, there's only one lure for me.

It's my all-time favorite, transitional bait, from post-spawn to springtime, you can not

beat the lipless lover.

You ladies want to dance?

You want to dance with me?

You want to dance with the lipless lover?

Oh, yes, we're talking lipless crankbaits, guys.

It is a phenomenal bait, it's got so much action, so much activity, and so much energy

put inside that bait, that is exactly what those big girls that are looking to dance

are looking for.

You can cover so much area, so much water with the lipless crankbait.

You can move it fast, you can yo-yo it, there is so many varieties that you can do.

From shallow to deep, it's up to you how you want to make that lure dance.

Now, when you're talking a world of lipless lures, there's a huge variety of 'em, and

almost every single lure manufacturer has their own version of a lipless crankbait.

And no two lipless crankbaits are created equal.

Each one has actually got its own design, and it's got it's own dance steps in mind.

I'm gonna to explain to you why each one does what they do, and what the special dance steps

truly are.

Because if you can really teach your lipless crankbait how to tango, you'll have those

big girls lined up in no time to dance with you.

No two lipless crankbaits are the same whatsoever.

Don't worry about size, don't worry about color right now, we're talking about sound.

That's the main importance when it comes to deciding what lipless crankbait you're gonna

throw where.

It's the sound, it's the beat that it provides.

The beat it provides is what's gonna show you what steps to do when you're ready to

dance.

Follow the beat, just follow the beat.

Follow the beat, and you'll find the bass.

But I'm gonna break down each one to you and kind of tell you why the specific sound of

each lipless crankbait is how I determine where and how I'm going to fish it.

This is the Cordell Spot.

Cotten Cordell Spots, they've been around forever.

It's a light lure, a light profile.

This is the kind of lure that I'm gonna want to throw in the shallower, grassy flats area.

This lure is designed for speed and lots of noise and lots of commotion.

It is a walk-in-the-line, go as fast as I can and make as much noise as I can.

This one is light, it's designed for a shallow water and speed.

Let me show you the sound and the reason why I do that.

Listen to it.

It's got that high-pitched, very noisy rattle to it.

When these things are going through the water, they're going side-to-side really fast.

Very fast like that.

And it's got a great sound to do that.

However, other techniques that you might use, where you might yo-yo it, you might drop it

up and down, you might let it flutter, well, these don't have a lot of noise when you do

that.

Take a lipless and do that.

Go side-to-side like it's gonna, like you're in a straight line, and then go up and down.

Nothing, nothing in there.

This is why I'm gonna throw this in a straight line, in a shallow cover, made right along

a grass flat, something like that.

This is a straight line, so it can do its dance.

Now I just said, there's other techniques involved when you're fishing these, other

dance steps, other styles.

There's the tango, there's the salsa, there's the waltz.

There's all sorts of dances out there.

Now here's another one altogether.

This is the Strike King Red Eye Shad.

This is a unique one.

Side to side, it's got that nice high-pitched rattle to it, just like you hear, but it's

also got a deeper knock in there.

There must be a bigger rattle in there.

When you take it and go up and down.

You hear that?

You can hear the difference.

Side to side, up and down.

A totally different sound with it.

So that could tell you right there, this thing can be fished in a variety of different ways.

It also has a nice, fast sink, and it's got a nice wobble added to that.

So you wanna toss this out, run it along side-to-side, stop, let it sink, let it wobble down, and

jerk it up.

And when you jerk it up, it's gonna go side-to-side and get that knock.

A totally different sound to it, a totally different lure altogether.

That different three-step instead of your normal two-step, that might be the dance that

attracts that big bite.

Fishing it a little bit different, not just in a straight line, because straight lines

are boring, but if the line dance doesn't attract 'em, then you've got to step up your

step.

Go do a three step.

Which give me three steps, give me three steps baby.

This one is a lure that I'm gonna fish in a variety of areas from shallow to deep, and

I'm gonna burn it along, let it sink, jerk it up.

Burn it along, let it sink, jerk it up.

Really take advantage of the different noises that a lure like this can actually make.

But again, I'm letting the sound that this thing can create determine how and where I'm

gonna fish it.

This is an energetic beat.

Don't waste it.

Give it the three steps, baby.

Let it flutter, let it dance, let it do its thing and find that bite.

So maybe it's a little later in the evening, maybe it's a little later, they're feeling

a little more sluggish, and they really just wanna flow dance with you.

Well, that's when a lure like this one is gonna come in view.

This is the Rat-L-Clap, Rat-N-Clap.

This grappling lure is a unique one.

It's actually got just like that one big clank to it.

Instead of that loud vibration, fast-moving kind of thing, it's got a clank.

Listen to this.

That sounds like a slow dance to me, doesn't it?

Ah, yeah, that's just slow-dancing a little right there.

Instead of all those fast moving beads and lots of noise, this one is definitely one

that you're just gonna wanna kinda just slowly dance it.

But when those girls aren't looking to move too fast, the slow dance of a big clank like

this, that could be the dancing step you need.

That slow clank is telling me how to fish this one.

I'm gonna fish this one a little more towards the bottom.

It's got a nice sink to it, a nice rattle to it, and I'm gonna fish it right off the

bottom, nice and slow, occasionally giving it a yo-yo, letting it flutter down, letting

it flutter out, but giving it that nice, slow approach.

Slow dancing specialty right there.

And here's another one.

This is the Booyah One Knocker.

One Knocker because it's got that one knock.

It's a little bit, little bit louder, you can move it a little bit faster, but it's

got that really nice fall to it, where at side-to-side, barely have to move it and it's

rattling, but you get that yo-yo.

That's right.

And that is a really, really unique sound, a really unique lure.

You can fish it a little bit faster, because it's got a little faster clank to it, but

you don't need to do too much to this, just a straight flutter up and down.

This is a great yo-yo lure.

If it does that, if you go up and down, that's an up and down lure.

That's a lure you wanna jerk up and down.

I'll let it flutter down, I'm gonna pull it up.

Kind of like a jig, almost a vertical jig.

This is a perfect lure for that.

Just let it sink, let it flutter on down, yank it up, let her flutter down, yank it

up.

Look at that guys, that is a new dance step altogether.

That could be the one that attracts your next dance partner right there.

We're gonna call that one the Texas two-step.

Two steps.

Yeah, baby.

And yet another one.

Again, so many specific, so many different lures and with all each with their own unique

style and sound to it.

This is a Berkley Warpig.

This is a great lure.

It's got that flat nose on it, so when it drops down, it's heavy in the front end.

It's gonna go down fast, it's gonna sink fast, and it's gonna sit on the bottom nice and

operating like this.

Then you can definitely jerk it up.

Now listen to this one.

Side to side, got a real nice sound to it, but it's also got a different sound on up-and-down.

It's got the one knock and the rattle.

This is a fast pace lure doing a lot of dancing, this is a salsa lure right here.

This baby dances the salsa.

When you've got that sound, that great side-to-side sound where you know you can move fast, but

you've also got a really loud, fast up-and-down sound to it, dance the salsa with this one.

Let this thing fall right to the bottom, jerk it up and rip it along.

Adjust your pattern with this one, go nuts with a lure like this, you can do so many

things by reeling it fast, yo-yo-ing it, jerking it.

There's so many dance moves that a lure like this can do.

This is definitely your salsa baby.

Yeah.

That's right.

When these girls wanna dance to this, there's nothing better than a whole bunch of energy

and excitement that a lipless crankbait can give you.

And put that excitement into it, guys.

That's what these lures are for, they are built for speed and excitement.

They are built to dance.

That's what they're made for, guys.

There is nothing exciting about walking in a straight line.

Add a couple of steps to it.

Teach yourself how to dance, teach yourself how to dance a lipless crankbait, and, I promise

you, you're gonna find those results.

Especially in the springtime, when those girls have just finished up their spawn, they're

hungry and they're looking for a partner to dance with, show them the lipless lover.

Well, there you go, guys.

This year, when it comes to that post-spawn transition, hopefully, you now have a few

new dance steps in your arsenal.

This spring, make sure you've got your dancing shoes on, because all the big girls could

be waiting to dance with you.

Well, folks, I really hope you did enjoy that, and I hope you learned a little something.

If you did, make sure you smash the heck out of that like button, and share, share, share,

share.

And stay tuned to KastKing, to BassResource.com, and yours truly SawGrassBassin for plenty

more tips, tricks, and techniques in the near future.

Have a nice time, guys, from beautiful north Florida, I'm dancing with the big girls, it's

Captain Mikey signing out.

The future is bright, you keep those lines tight.

Guide to Using MIT's Commencement Program - Duration: 4:11.

MIT's commencement program poser: how to estimate when your graduate's name may be read

Let's start with the map page near the front of your program. You'll see

Sections A and B, which is where the graduates are seated. Under the map,

you'll see a list of degrees being awarded for each section. That list

indicates whether your graduate is in Section A or Section B.

You'll need to know a few additional things.

The naming of degree recipients starts with the student marshals:

for example, student government leaders seated on stage,

even though you may notice they are not listed first in the program.

You should also know there are two name readers, one on the left side of the stage as you

face it who reads the names of graduates seated in Section A,

and the other on the right side of the stage as you face it, who reads the names

of graduates seated in Section B.

And keep in mind that the readers will periodically be replaced, so you'll hear

different voices reading names. Also the name readers will alternate, so a name

from Section A is followed by one from Section B and so on.

In this program, graduates are in order starting with Section A on page 1 and

continue to page 35. Section B begins on page 36. You can refer back to the map

page to see which degrees are being awarded in both sections. We suggest making a

note of the page ranges to help you keep track.

Here's the poser: since the readers alternate reading names, how can you

estimate when they might read the name of your graduate?

Here's a strategy that may help. First flip to the appendix at the back where

all the graduates' names are listed in alphabetical order by last name.

Find your graduate's name and note the page where they're listed.

Now flip to that page and mark it since you'll need it later.

If the page number's low, you know that your graduate is seated in Section A.

If it's high, that's Section B.

If you're not sure which section, check the page with the map to see which

degrees are in each section.

Now since the readers alternate names from Section A and B, to get a sense of

when your graduate's name will be read, you'll need to get a sense of where your

graduate is relative to the names that are being said out loud.

So listen to the reader to say a distinctive last name that you can

remember and spell, and find it in the appendix. [reader]"Azaria Zornberg" Flip to that

page of listed names and mark it. Turns out that's in the first half of the program

so that graduate is seated in Section A.

Now listen for the OTHER reader to say a name, find that in the appendix, and go to

the page where that name is listed. If the graduate is receiving two degrees,

listen for which degree they're awarding to, or you can just pick another name.

[reader] "Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Michael Beautyman Junior"

Now you can track along with the readers until you're clear on where they are,

and estimate the pace of name reading to figure out how long it might be until

your graduate's name is called.

We hope that this video was helpful to you.

If you have a better methodology or suggestions for other useful MIT videos,

please let us know at dslx@mit.edu

Congratulations to you and your graduate!

Breaking News - Seferi inists lion heart will guide him to victory against Tyson Fury - Duration: 3:55.

Tyson Fury's comeback opponent Sefer Seferi has insisted his 'lion heart' will guide him to victory against the unbeaten heavyweight

Fury returns to the boxing ring following a three-year hiatus on June 9 at the Manchester Arena and faces off against the Albanian Seferi over 10 rounds live on BT Sport 1

The six foot nine Fury has not competed since his October 2015 victory against Wladimir Klitschko in Dusseldorf, Germany, which saw the Brit claim WBA, WBO and IBF world titles

Fury, unbeaten in 24 bouts, would, however, call time on his career after the shock win citing a fallout in love for the sport after battles with mental health and UK Anti-Doping problems

However, in April it was confirmed the Brit had signed with promoter Frank Warren with Seferi later being announced as his comeback opponent

Fury comes into the bout a 1/100 favourite to remain undefeated. Seferi, a career cruiserweight ranked the second best out of a possible two in his country, only behind his 41 year-old brother Nuri, has claimed his heritage will be the key to a seismic upset

'I will beat him with my lion heart. I'm Albanian and we are simply born to fight,' Seferi said

'Maybe I will not be able to push him back in the ring, but I know I have the power to knock him out

I know I can knock him out.' On paper Seferi has a respectable record of 23-1 with his sole loss coming against current WBA 'regular' champion Manuel Charr And the Albanian said his past performances put him in good stead to challenge Fury come June 9

'People can say what they want to say. I have proved in the past' Seferi said. 'My fight with Manuel Charr for example, that it is not so easy to knock me down or to knock me out

This fight, all the pressure is on Tyson Fury and you will see on June 9 what I can do

' The announcement of Seferi has been received with much criticism by the public despite Fury having made it clear names did not matter for his return

'It's the return of the Mac so the opponent isn't important, does it matter? No, exactly

I could fight myself, I could shadow box for 12 rounds and still sell out the arena

5 Questions You Should Ask Your College Tour Guide - Duration: 1:47.

Here are some questions

you should ask your

college tour guide.

The best way to find out

what the student-to-professor

relationship is like

is to ask the student.

Here at Bucknell, most of our

tour guides are juniors or seniors

in college so they have a lot of

experience and understand

that relationship well.

When you ask this question on a tour,

you not only get to hear about

these resources, but you get

to see them as well.

On my tours, I like to take

students and show them these

resources, such as the dining hall,

residence halls and professor offices.

When you ask a tour guide

a question like that,

you can see what kind of qualities

allowed them to be successful

both in and out of the classroom.

And it allows you to see if you have

those same qualities, which would

lend you to be successful as well.

Find out what the university offers

for students as they transition to campus.

For me here at Bucknell,

being in a residential college

meant that I shared a class

with all the people living on my hall

with me, which gave us something

to connect over during our

first few weeks here at Bucknell.

When you're on a college tour,

be sure to ask your tour guide

what their major is.

It will allow you to know what

sort of requirements there are

for that major and how easy

it is to take classes outside of your major.

As a college tour guide myself,

I highly recommend taking these

questions to your next tour

because you'll leave the tour

with a better understanding

of the campus and little bit of insight

as to what it would be like

to be a student at that school.

If you like this video,

be sure to subscribe.

If you have any feedback or questions,

feel free to leave them in the comments section.

[Locker Guide]

[NAVER HQ in Bundang]

[Entertainer's vehicle?]

[Se So Neon's So Yoon!] - Hello. - Hi.

Hi.

[Yes, It is!] Is this NAVER office?

We are here at the famous NAVER office building.

[O.O.O is busy shopping]

[Gomtoto, the main character of NAVER Webtoon, A Bear Moved Into My House] [Happy to see it]

[Super happy to see it] I love Gomtoto.

This reminds me of one of our members.

[We won't say who. You can guess] This reminds me of one of our members who are not here.

[And we can't forget about this team!]

[Key Man iKON!]

[Bobby said hello very enthusiastically] Hi.

[Bringing the young members with him to NAVER!] Hi.

[It's been 4 years since iKON made debut but it's their first time at NAVER!] - Have you been here before? - No, it's the first time.

It's very green from the outside.

[Everywhere looks very green] Oh!

[NAVER's rooftop meeting room]

[The Musicians are entering the room with the self-made BGM]

[Let's check the view first] Do you see the view?

We're on the 27th floor.

The sun is so close to us.

[It's early in the morning and the sun is shining] I feel drowsy because of the sun.

[WARNING: The musicians may look drowsy on this episode] - So true. It's so relaxing. - Right?

I think the weather is great.

[The Key Man and Lockers met after a long time] How have you been?

You don't even know what I was up to.

[How have you been? B.I is always at his studio] We don't even see each other that often.

[Bobby says May 2018...] I was busy performing at many events.

- And now I am recording a new song. - Yes.

[O.O.O also...] We were busy having many concerts.

[It was when they were busy preparing for "Flower" for Hidden Track] And we recorded a song for Hidden Track.

[They decided to drop the honorifics] Are you getting the picture of it?

We finished the recording.

- You did? - Yes. - So fast. - So cool.

[The only member of Se So Neon says] We're also busy having many concerts.

We're also working on the song for Hidden Track.

[Reference Ep.12] We're the members who got a score higher than 80 points

for the telepathy test. 6 of us.

- 1, 2, 3. Loose hair. - Loose hair.

[HIDDEN TRACK NO.V The first couple! (meal voucher)]

[Comics or novel] - 1, 2, 3. Comics. - Comics.

[HIDDEN TRACK NO.V 2nd couple] Oh my!

[High five, kind sleeves] We did it. OK!

[HIDDEN TRACK NO.V 3rd couple for voucher]

One more test.

[Let's get something to drink] Three of them will

go get something to drink.

- And three of us will go after. - OK.

If we have the same drinks...

- Congrats. - We will congratulate you.

I thought you are giving us a vending machine for a prize.

What happens if we don't have the same drinks.

- If that happens... - Go home.

- Go home. - OK.

[Go home after 5 minutes?] - Good. - Just joking.

[One more telepathy test, they will go get something to drink]

[Will they pass the telepathy test again?]

[Soyoon & Jisang & Sunghyun's choice]

I will get what I want.

[Me too] I will get what I want.

Me too. I will get what I want.

[So thirsty. These are what Lockers like]

[One more telepathy test]

[Will they pass the telepathy test again?]

[On the other hand, the professional entertainer, iKON is...]

[They are thinking about their partner's beverage preferences]

[After a long process of guessing, what did they choose?]

I will pick water.

[Maybe one more bottle will come out]

[I want to win this and I want others to congratulate me]

[Murmuring] There were two beverages that fit my pocket.

[What did B.I pick?] I thought about it for a long time.

[Hwang Soyoon & Bobby] - Start from you. - Us?

[Soyoon hid her beverage in her sleeve] - Starting from you... - She hid it like this.

[He guessed it from the silhouette]

[That's a bummer]

- For a great start. - For a great start.

- He... - He gave you a hint, huh?

- Something fat... - Something fat~

There were two fat bottles.

[Yes, I saw it too] - But he didn't pick them. - 1, 2, 3.

[But Chanwoo didn't pick them] What is the flavor? It's lime.

[Moving] [Frustrated]

[B.I picked a small one just like the one in Jisang's pocket] - Did you see it? - No?

It's not the same...

[Were you both tired?] [Vitamin vs. caffeine]

[Comforting themselves] It's good that no one team passed it.

I know. None of us passed it.

[They all have their own preferences] You all got what you wanted.

Let's drink it.

[Cheers!]

[Back to the business]

We are here for a reason.

We won the game so we're here to eat at this conglomerate.

On the 4th floor of this conglomerate building...

Why don't you just call it, Naver?

It's not cafeteria. It's food truck, right?

[Impressed] There is a food truck in the building?

There is a food truck in the building?

- Should we go eat now? - Shall we? - Let's go.

- Not to the cafeteria but to the food truck on the 4th floor. - Yes.

The conglomerate is so impressive.

[They are heading to the food truck] Already?

- No? - Yes. - Your shirt is nice.
