Before we get into today's crafting session
I just want to share two screenshots that I took from my light and when riff team and as you guys can see the bonus
from fight wounds
it does stack and it does apply to all of your allies which makes that ruin said amazing the more units you're actually
Utilizing in your comes. So especially when it comes to the elemental rifts and also writing
I feel like the new rune sets and especially fight runes are
pretty much the best rune set that you can put on your
Monsters and in my eyes that alone is already a reason for you to go for them in addition to that
There are certain game modes out there in the labyrinth that kind of require you to
Pack as much damage as possible where I do find fight runes also pretty helpful
And I just kind of wanted to share that with you guys before we get into today's
Crafting session just so that we are all on the same page, basically. Hey, what's up you guys?
It's me again, and it has been about half a year ever since I recorded my last crafting session
The main reason for that was back in the day. I was just basically playing all day every day
Just farming trying to get my account as strong as possible and I kind of retired over the last couple of months
Just trying to record as much videos as possible without actually caring too much about my own account
I kind of made the decision to switch that up again with the new update and
One way to get your account to the next level to get it to you and game to pretty much mimics
Your farming runs is gonna be by crafting fight wounds or just by overall getting Fighting's getting as many fight wound sets
You know team compositions as possible. It really feels like back in the day
There was just like one very stale meter with pretty much all of the units requiring you to have
Violent runes and now it feels to me that there has been this
Separation between your supports pretty much kind of requiring you to have violent runes in PvP, but in PvE you mostly run five runes
So yeah, we're gonna try and kind of adapt to that meter change. We're gonna talk about fight runes overall
I'm gonna try and craft them and as we go along we're gonna just have to see if we can get some upgrades
So that's that
Overall if I have to give you guys my too long didn't read version about the fight rune set
It would be that the stat requirements for those are pretty low. And that's going to be a room that we're going keep
So when I got this rune
I already knew that there was very low chance of me actually being able to utilize it
but I just wanted to roll it either way just because it's a six tarun and
There is always a chance that it's gonna roll really high and turn out
Okay ish, but at the end of the day turned out not that great
anyways
it would be one wound that is questionable for a lot of other wound sets but since fight ruins like
basically when they first were released I was climbing them for like one or two months and it took me about let's say I
Got about six or seven sets by done and none of those rooms were actually overpowered. Like I basically just had mediocre
Stat requirements for them like it was really nothing to do out of the ordinary
but just with those five moon sets I already like
Got huge improvements on my farming runs and that kind of made me realize how strong flight winds actually are
So overall if I have to give you guys my general honest opinion, I would say that fight runes
But if all the rune sets out, there are probably the ones with the lowest stat requirements. We're gonna keep that rune
so for this rune
We had a couple of options and it could be okayish if we get like a triple role into speed I would use it on
Maybe even in one of my speed buffers, but basically the way it wrote right here. It makes it kind of useless for me
especially since I mostly used fight wounds in rifts where
Resistance isn't really such an important stat
Especially when we're talking about those supportive light moon sets because like especially for frontline for example for our five
most units that are meet are made to because they have already pretty good sub stats and I mean based at sorry guys and
Because of that reason alone like you're basically like you can pull off the r5 frontliner
Which is five star runes and if those are fight ruins
Like you're actually gonna get a ton of benefits from that
With that said are those gonna be runes that we're gonna actually focus on an upgrade like two plus fifteen or something like that
Probably not
I'd say like our main goal is gonna be getting one of you slot to
Speed runes and also maybe one or two slot for crit damage runes
Those are like the ones that I look forward to most the main issue that I'm having for my new curse, for example
Like I'm able to run double fight sets on some of my new cures or some of my support ish new curse
but I just can't get a triple fight rune set in there because I don't have any crit that much lot for so um
That's like my biggest concern right now. That could be something that I will be. Oh we get a legendary
Is it gonna be something that we're gonna upgrade?
So, I mean it's really questionable to be honest with you guys
I think we're just gonna roll it
See if we can get like a high roll into HP a lot of times and then just grunt flat HP into speed
Yeah, so for this rule, I feel like we kind of got lucky even though the rolls overall
We're not so great
The main reason why I like this window is the fact we didn't get a single roll into flat HP
Which allows me to go for speed and then just use it on one of my supports
It has pretty decent stats like it's a mediocre ruin, especially because it's just a 5 star runes
So overall, I'm pretty satisfied. That was pretty much the only
questionable rune so far
We're actually you want to take my time and kind of stop what I have to say and discuss the rune itself
But yeah
as you guys can see by the way from from my material like I will not be able to
Craft all of my fight runes. I have still like 3k light
Orbs, or whatever they are called. I think it's just chrysalis. And are we going to keep that one? I think that's really questionable
I think we're just gonna keep it try and get a double high roll into your attack and just go from there
So this rune?
We just got one roll into attack and once you accuracy and I kind of had to debate if I want to continue
Upgrading it, but I basically just figured that since I do not have that many fight runes with correct damage
I just want to give it a try and we got pretty decent rolls
So I'm very satisfied and it's gonna be on one of my new Chris for sure every you don't like keeping
5-star crit damage ruins because it's like it's for damage dealer and for damage dealers
Like I said the stat requirements they are a little bit higher. So I
Don't really know how I should feel about that one. We're just gonna roll it. Anyways, like
Kind of want a min/max
But this rune like road ride is really not a start that we want
Like I can only count like three or four units that actually need
Max right for them to work and that kind of hurts me to look at
I have so many screenshots of fight wounds or like of runes in general that are like six star
Legendaries with like really shitty sub stats. I mean, we're really good subsets, but very bad primary stats
I'm still kind of hoping like I okay. What do we got?
Pretty much the same thing. I'm still hoping for come to us to have like one feature where you are able to say
Where you are able to change the primary stud
That would be something that I'm really waiting for because I still have like a couple of those legendary floods that ruins in my box
Just just for that off chance because I will really go and help myself if if that's gonna be introduced eventually
But I'm just a clarify like I don't know if anything of those of this nature is planned
Like I was just rambling right here
It's one thing that I want you guys to realize so yeah, that's that's that with five ruins
one thing that I really enjoy about five moons is like whenever I'm crafting let's say
Darwin's if I ever was to craft garde ruins
But just like there are certain rune sets out there that really kind of force you into
Interest at mitla such as scart ruins energy ruins maybe also fatal
It hasn't really been that bad for fatal, especially because of all the introduction of those attack based healers
so I'm running fatal on my plot here and on my
Tian, qian, for example while still having them on tanky stats just to get like this. That's right
That's gonna be another room that we're gonna keep it
So this rune, I don't even know how I should feel about that one. Overall. It rolled kind of okayish
It was a six star rune, so it had a lot more potential than we actually got from it
But overall like five moons, they are super versatile and we're gonna keep that one
I mean we can put it on about a hull for example and do just fine with it. So let's keep that one
Yeah, so we got one word into crit damage and one into the flat HP
And I just really don't feel like using it from now on crit bite. We do not just that that I want though
What do we have right here? I
Don't know
I think we're just gonna roll it because it's a legendary rune that one volunteer flood attack makes it kind of unusable for me
I just kind of felt like upgrading it nevertheless even though it's just a five-star wound
there's always a chance of getting maybe a quad roll into let's say crit damage and then just grinding the flood attack into speed or
Something like that. You always want to take your chances and this time it didn't work out, but it's really not too nice
So, you know Oh, what do we get right there?
So this run is like super questionable and I don't really know if I like it
I think we're just gonna keep it no matter what so there was just a very slim chance of this rune actually becoming viable for
me I
Didn't even know when I first got it how I should feel about it
I actually cut the video because it took me like 30 seconds to figure out if we're gonna sell it or keep it
I just kind of felt like keeping it just because it's a five-star rune and
Legendary, but at the end of the day, we got really low rolls either way and we're gonna have to sell it
It's a legendary room. We're just gonna keep all legendary flight ruins
I'm really rusty when it comes to keeping ruins, which wants to sell like the whole roommate
It changes pretty much from every update to update

Fine-tuning. It has really changed. Although it really depends on which units you have
I mean, obviously you want to keep as many rooms as possible and kind of keep as many. Oh, okay
So that's actually the first five room that I would consider to be
Strong and that we got today
So this room?
it had a lot more potential than it actually turned out to be we got one volunteer speed that was pretty mediocre and
two rolls into D funds and then the accuracy so
overall the stats do work well together and I'm gonna be using it on one of my supports but it's not really gonna be a
Room that I will keep for that long
It's not that strong, but I will definitely just keep it because of the set
I still I kind of want to have a good credit much
I'm gonna keep that one as well just because of the prefix since I do not have that many HP
Percentage runes for slot 4 I just kind of felt like I want to upgrade that one
Did we get lucky in terms of rose?
I don't I don't really know how I should feel about it to be honest with you guys
The flat defense kind of screwed me over. I think we're just gonna grind a flat attack into speed eventually
I have a ton of grinds for fight ruins just because I've been farming the new dungeons for a while now and also like for
Slot HP percentage. It's gonna be pretty good for a support even without speed. I
Mean speed is one of those stats. I mean you guys can kind of tell from my monster box and my runes
I've been prioritizing speed for Long's time. Now while we're gonna keep that room though
Yeah, I think we're just gonna go for the double roll and see if we can get it
So yeah, we just rolled it and we didn't get a speed on the three prog
So we're just gonna have to sell it now
I've been prioritizing speed for longest time on my challenge, but since flight runes mostly just used in pvp and PVE
Speed is not that important anymore. Like you've you kind of want to have average speed stats
But you're not trying to run like fast 200 speed on your units. That's gonna be your room that we're gonna keep us warm
I just kind of felt like giving that rune a chance
But it's not that right and we're gonna have to sell it for sure just because the sub stats they do
Work well together and still no slut - oh, are we gonna keep that one go?
I think we're gonna keep that one as well. So this rune it was very questionable when we got it
I just kind of wanted to roll it to
+9 just to see if we can get a speed roll and somewhat make use out of it
but with the flood defense
It's just way too expensive for me to even roll it to +12 and then not really use it
anyways
I mean right now I'm just basically trying to get as many flat rooms as possible also because it's really
Helpful for the new labyrinth stages not for all of them
I realized some of them really want you to run like a lot of CC a lot of products
That's gonna be another room that we're gonna roll
This rune was one of these runes that probably had the most potential out of this whole crafting session. It actually turned out
Okay
- we got one roll into crit damage one into accuracy and one into speed all of them were somewhat mediocre
And the defense prog at the end makes this rune actually usable for me
Even though the stats they don't really synergize too. Well together. They are strong overall
So we're just gonna keep it. It's mediocre
But I will definitely be
Utilizing it, but other ones like they really count on you. Just taking a few turns and just doing as much damage as possible
Where my monster box isn't really tuned for that just because someone else wore like the only time where you get rewarded for doing that
is gonna be in arena and I haven't really played that much arena lately, so
Fight wounds are gonna be another one of those additions
It might be something that I will be putting on that same on Megan
Things like that just to get some additional damage for my illusions
Maybe I will actually run a Lucien as warned triple fight something like that
Like I have about three illusions that I I have built few of them are fully skilled and six-star
One of which is still in my monster box. Just waiting to be used
I still just haven't found the reason for me to justify running one, but I could in theory build one just on PvP
I just for PvP and one just for PvE. We're gonna keep that one though. No, we're not no. No, I mean I
Can't really I can okay legendary. What do we got? That's a pretty decent one as well
The prefix is mediocre, but we have speed on it. So we're gonna roll it for sure
So this one started off with one roll into speed and wanted to attack percentage and that kind of made it
Usable for me and then at the past nine Prague
We got flat HP and at that point I already kind of felt like selling it
I have a lot of good stock one runes and because of
That reason I'm just gonna have to sell it and I think we will be able to have a second episode like maybe in one
Or two weeks once I'm done farming to fire roof
I've been mostly just farming delight with just because I I really enjoy playing with my free-to-play life team
It's like seeing me free-to-play, but it's still very easy to obtain
So that's one thing that I really enjoyed playing with and that's another one of those five moons. That is really good
So with that rune it also had a lot of potential when we first got it
It turned out okay ish with that one speed roll and then we got defense and also accuracy as the last proc
Which I'm not really sure if we would consider ourselves to be lucky
I mean all of those thoughts that do synergize pretty okay together
It's not going to be unlike one of my main units
But it's probably gonna land on one of my supports that I utilized for
Let's say those hybrid
secondary
Rifts like the wind or water one where I basically just go in there to form a price stones the stats work
Well together it could be used for frontliner. It could be used for like a healer support ish unit
For PvE, so that's something that yeah, i'm pretty satisfied before but I still want to get okay
That's another one that we're gonna keep for sure
And this rune I'd say is a pretty good and - my crafting session with a double rolling to HP percentage
That was pretty high and afterwards we got one occasion into accuracy and wanting to attack percentage
So this rune it didn't have that much potential and it actually turned out okay ish
I mean, obviously I would have one of the double one to speed instead
But you kind of have to work with what you get and we actually got a pretty okay fruit. So I'm satisfied
I'm still looking for a four slot or two slot speed wound with like okay, that's gonna be itself
I don't know like not good enough. I'm sorry
Can we get speed? No, it's flat HP. Still looking for a Force Lord cook that much
Okay, and we're done with fight wounds today

Sentencing Part One: Content Guide, A Level Law Step-by-step Video Guide #4 - Duration: 10:35.

Welcome back to the A Level Law Practice channel.
I am your Law Teacher and today we're going to cover the topic on Sentencing.
This episode is going to be a little bit different from the previous ones as I have prepared
two surprises in this video!
So, stay tuned!
Before we begin, please note that this video guide will be most effective for you if you
already have some basic knowledge of the relevant chapters that I will be discussing.
As this is Part One of the video, I will only go through the contents of the answer with
you and deal with the essay in Part Two of the video.

With that said, let's get started with Part One of video guide #4.
The question of the day reads: 'The emphasis on reform and rehabilitation should outweigh
the need for retribution' Discuss the validity of the statement above while considering the
range of sentences available to cater for the suggestion in the statement.
To answer an examination question, we must first take note of two things, i.e. the relevant
chapter and the focus of the question.
After considering these two aspects of the question we will then be able to address the
question appropriately.
From the question we can infer that this question covers the chapter Sentencing
And the focus of the question asks us to discuss the validity of the statement by considering
the range of sentence available to cater for the suggestion in the statement.
Introduction Before we address the question on sentencing,
we should first briefly define criminal courts in the justice system, especially with regard
to convictions.
The reason for a quick introduction to crime and criminal courts is because before we can
even get to sentencing we need to be able to tell what led to sentencing, that is the
commission of a crime, the criminal court trial and subsequently the sentencing order.
This is where we are actually briefly defining sentencing and how it relates to crime and
criminal courts.
It should be noted that this is only a quick preview, as detailed explanation of its relation
will be dealt with in the contents of the answer, therefore a very brief mention will
suffice.
For the thesis statement.
In order to determine if reformation and rehabilitation should outweigh the need for retribution,
we will first consider the two conflicting aims of sentencing and the range of sentences
available to achieve the balance between these two aims.
Point One Define Retribution and Rehabilitation, illustrate
and explain how it works This first part is crucial in the proper development
of our essay because if we do not introduce the two main aims that the question is focusing
on in detail first, then we will not be able to critically evaluate what the statement
is suggesting.
These two aims should be explained in detail and illustration made to justify the purpose
of these aims.
After that, we should go through some of the differences and similarities between the two
aims.
We can do so by giving our own views, comments and opinions in the discussion.
However, it should be noted that we should not delve in too deep into the discussion
on which is better as we need to leave some points for us to emphasise on once we've
discussed the range of suitable types of sentences available.
While discussing Retribution and Rehabilitation, some mention of the other aims of sentencing
should also be made, especially where there is some relation to the two main aims.
For example, the aim to incapacitate offenders can be related to retribution as both are
actual forms of punishment.
Point Two Discuss some specific types of sentence which
can be related to the two aims of sentencing that the question is focusing on.
State that the relevant types of sentencing are custodial sentences, and community sentences.
Custodial sentences are sentences which requires the offender to be in the custody of the State,
i.e. to be in some form of imprisonment, while community sentences are sentences which keeps
the offender in the community whilst still being under the probation of the state.
The importance of discussing the two main aims of sentencing first is so that now when
we are discussing the types of sentencing available we can focus on the sentencing options
that are most relevant to the aims that the question is focusing on.
For retribution, suitable type of sentence is definitely custodial sentence, and for
rehabilitation, a suitable type of sentence is community sentence.
Some of the suitable range of sentences within these two types of sentences should also be
considered together with how it may relate to the two main aims of sentencing.
For example, the most serious form of custodial sentence to achieve the aim of retribution
is the mandatory life imprisonment.
Point Three After discussing the two main aims of sentencing
and how it relates to some of the sentencing options, it is time that we consider the validity
of the statement and examine it critically.
To do so we have to critically evaluate all that have been discussed in Point One and
Point Two.
Here is where we can now highlight all the good points and bad points of both Retribution
and Rehabilitation in relation to the sentencing options that have already been discussed earlier.
After that, an informed decision should be made alongside our views, comments and opinions
on whether or not we agree with what the statement in the question is suggesting.
It is now important for us to get into the heart of the matter and then steer our essay
to either support the statement or disagree with it.
A little bit of general knowledge and objective view on the matter will be able to earn the
candidate some extra credit, i.e. that the world today is more passionate towards criminals
and supposed wrongdoers than it has been in the past and so rehabilitation is preferable.
Or, that the candidate might feel very much for the need for retribution and that criminals
should be given their just desserts.
Conclusion To conclude, we should briefly summarise what
we have discussed throughout the essay.
The summary should briefly highlight some of the most important points of the essay
which addresses the question properly.
Lastly, we should address the question by stating our stand on whether or not reformation
and rehabilitation should outweigh the need for retribution by briefly highlighting some
of the most important points to support our view.
After much critical thought and discussion, a conclusion can be made and must coincide
with our general view throughout the discussion.
Before I end the video, let us just review the whole answer one more time so that we
can prepare ourselves to write the full essay.
In order to determine if reformation and rehabilitation should outweigh the need for retribution,
we have considered the two conflicting aims of sentencing and the range of sentences available
to achieve the balance between these two aims.
After that we have defined and explained both Retribution and Rehabilitation and considered
the differences and similarities between the two aims while relating them to relevant sentencing
options.
Finally, we addressed the main part of the question, which is to discuss the validity
of the statement.
To do so we have endeavoured to critically evaluate both aims and the sentencing options
and then came with a conclusion.

of what you should be doing at each stage.
Similar to part 1, we have some fun development quest to do in this event using 5 different
resources.
The good new is the old CE are usable in part 2, which it will increase the drop of new
resources.
The goal of this event is to collect all the copies of Gae bolg and ascend Scathach to
NP5.
So, let�s get started.
After finishing the first two chapters, you want to farm in underworld and dead Coast
in expert level.
Bring the following servants and CEs.
Farm til you got 60 Eadrom Alloy, 20 cements, 70 oils.
Choose 1C and 2A as your development quest.
Farm in Silent field and underworld using the following team.
Farm til you got 60 Eadrom Alloy, 170 cements, 40 Realta Alloy.
Develop 3A, 4B and 5A.
After clearing chapter 3 and 4, Farm in Hazardous Zone and Reborn City.
Bring the following team.
Farm til you got 90 Eadrom Alloy, 230 Realta Alloy, 120 Oils, and 30 cements.
Develop 6C, 7C, 8A, and 9B.
Clear Chapter 5, then, go back to Hazardous Zone and Reborn City.
Keep framing til you got 100 Eadrom Alloy, 200 Realta Alloy, and 80 Cements.
Develop 10A and 11A.
Finish chapter 6, and you will get the grail.
Going back to Hazardous Zone and Reborn City, Farm til you got 300 Eadrom Alloy, and 200
of each other resources.
Choose any of the development quest and finish up chapter 7.
Now, you will get Scathach as permanent servant.
Then, finish chapter 8 and all three of the post event quests.
You will get all copies of Gae Bolg over there.

video guide this time around we're covering shaman we're gonna do all the
three sepcs, elemental and enhancement and restoration for battle for Azeroth patch
8.0.1 so let's get started before we get into this I want to make
sure I thank every single one of you for commenting liking and subscribing to my
youtube channel you guys have been showing an incredible amount of support
even over on Twitch and I'm really thankful for it so once that's out of
the way we can get to business so first I'm gonna cover a simple step you're
gonna it enter /wa to open your weakauras addon if you don't have it you
need to install it so once that done you can add over to this panel and in the
description below you will find six links that will cover all six group of
this WeakAuras so we're simply gonna get importing copy WeakAuras import string
simply click on it so this is the shaman rotation you go into new import and you
paste import there you go you have your shaman rotation being load out you're
going to do the same for resources new import paste import utilities so copy
new import paste import so we're simply gonna go ahead and finish this for all
six group import it's one as a lot of stuff shaman is a little more complex
import and import okay so we're gonna start with elemental you can track currently
your maelstrom and I decided to add number because you guys requested for it
so I'm going to be updating my other WeakAuras to also reflect this
change I'm not tracking the number on the mana because I don't feel like it's
that useful you just want to get a good over glance look at how many mana you
have left so you can eel yourself so only the Maelstrom is gonna track the
number that you're currently on you can see like every other week or a guide
your current utilities and defensive cooldown let's get into combat we're
gonna press a flame shock okay so if you're new to this what I tend to do is
if an ability should be pressed then you shit should probably glows to let you
know that's it it's important to cast it so I'm doing a simple rotation based on
simple talents right now so we're gonna go over that in a couple of second I
just want to go over the interface real quick so you have your cooldowns on left
so you have fire elemental and liquid magma totem you have your interrupts on
the right wind shear lightning surge totem and hex and you have some specific
auras that are being tracked right now over on top so that's pretty simple
right now in the in the first row we're tracking elemental blasts I'm tracking
flame shock earth shock lava burst the first row which is going to be elemental
blasts and exposed element echo of element is not gonna
track anything different other than it's gonna give you charges - lava burst and
the second row is not being tracked into rotation the master of element buff is
being tracked on top and totem mastery is being tracked on top also so I'm
simply gonna pick something else just to show you
so elemental blasts is a simple cooldown rotation so you can press it it goes on
cooldown now it's letting me know I need to apply
flame shock I need to consume a maelstrom with earth shock and I need to
press lava burst of course you're gonna ask me well what about earthquake the
issue with earthquake and chain lightning and any
AoE rotation coodown is that their situational and there's no way to
reliably track it so it's gonna be on your guest this is gonna be a simple
single target helpful rotation if you have multiple targets you want to
replace earth shock with earthquake if there's enough that's gonna be the same
thing for chain lightning and lightning bolt but these are not being tracked
because they don't have any cooldown okay let's let's switch the rotation a
bit so we're gonna track exposed element once I'm out of cooldown and one it's
once it's off cooldown okay totem mastery liquid magma that's good this is
good and ice fury also okay so totem mastering it's simply being tracked up
top so if you press it it lets you know how many times left it ad to be up so
you know when to refresh it as you can see currently right now ice fury is not
glowing the reason for it even if you usually want to press it almost on
cooldown is well not on cooldown it's gonna be situational I scary is L full
for eye movement fights so you're usually gonna pick it when a fight
requires movement so I'm not gonna make this one glow you can always make the
change if you want to but right now I feel like this is this is okay like that
so if you a fight is requiring movement you can press ice fury and then it's
gonna let you know how much flame shock almost frost shock sorry that you can
put out so I have four and I have seven seconds left so I might get to it and
there we go they've been all consumed and everything is working out okay
what next oh so liquid magma is simply gonna get tracked over here ancestral
guidance is simply gonna get tracked at the bottom if you press it it's gonna
show up like every other single defensive unlimited power is gonna be
tracked as a small buff over here storm keeper and ascendance are gonna get
tracked in your major cooldown okay so you guys have requested requested this a
lot so I'm gonna do some alive actually some some modification life so
for example if you would like to have ice fury glow when it's off cooldown
because that's something you want to do you can simply come over to ice fury in
the rotation group go to conditions so conditions are gonna be based around
your trigger my current trigger is tracking ice fury cold down progress so
what I do right now is I track if it's on cooldown true so if it is on cooldown
then desaturate so if it is on cooldown its gonna show up gray so I can add a
condition on cooldown false so if it's not on cooldown
then glow and make sure you put the check box so if I go and combat you can
see that now ice fury is lighting up and then I can press my frost shock and ice
fury is gonna go back to being desaturated
so that's something nice for my own use I'm not gonna do that because ice fury
is very situational and I recommend that you leave it that way but now you know
how to how to change it which is gonna be nice that's pretty much all if there
is two elemental a storm elemental is gonna be tracked fire elemental also as
DPS cooldown you're gonna see how long on a long cooldown they have left and
out long active they have left it's gonna also work for primal elementalist
okay let's get to announcement announcement is actually one of the most
complex we chorus set out to do because the spec is very whack Amole so if
something glows you hit it and it's a very complex priority system that you
need to watch so we're gonna go in combat and I'm gonna explain it out to
you okay so we're gonna go with the cooldowns they're very baseline so we're
gonna have spirit wolf and ascendance if you respect into ascendance you're gonna
have your interrupts where dark which are the same as elemental and you're
gonna have your utilities which are the same except for
spirit walk I'm using a very default default talent just to show you how
things work so right now it's telling me that I have to rock better so I'm losing
I'm losing DPS by not pressing it so right you wouldn't you wouldn't be at
max Maelstrom so that's a that's that's something that you need to watch for and
I don't have flame ton weapon active currently so I'm gonna go ahead and use
flame time I'm gonna use storm strike and I'm gonna spend my rock litter okay
I need to spend storm strike oh I'm over cap so I need just do lava ash to dump
some Maelstrom rock better dump into storm strike reapply flame time dum-dum
build resource dump into storm strike when storm strike is on cooldown and you
do need to dump okay I'm getting a shitload of truck right now when it's on
cooldown and you do need to dump it's gonna light lavell ash and when lavell
ash when a storm strike is not uncool down it's gonna let you know that you
need to press it it's gonna also track storm storm bringer buff letting you
know that you have a free and powered storm strike so that's pretty fucking
good the rotation is pretty straightforward but I have a lot of
condition that are being triggered if to make sure you use the right dumping
mechanism so an instrument is building resources keeping uptime buff and
dumping over Maelstrom if storm strike isn't available if you don't have a proc
then you need to use level ash over 40 to 50 males from depending on the talent
that you have actually depending on if you have fury of air active so right now
I'm tracking at that and that's gonna tell you how to dump your excess
Maelstrom if you're using overcharge your excess
Maelstrom other then storm strike is gonna go over to lightning bolt
so when storm strike and other things are taken care of there you go you can
cast lightning bolt so the way that overcharge work is it puts a cool-down
on lightning bolt what makes it damaged its damage being increased by a lot and
it now consumes Maelstrom so it consumes from 0 to 40 so instead of pressing lava
lash which costs 40 if lightning bolt is available then you press it instead of
lava lash but storm strike is still a priority so you're gonna need to watch
that if you big hell storm then it tracks exactly the same as flame tongue
weapon you just need to make sure that you look at it and crack it up so you do
your normal rotation try to dump try to keep these refresh and using your is
right now it's glowing because sometimes I proc cut ends so it's simply glowing
letting me know that's it's not don't need to dump if you actually need to use
your proc so an instrument is is very a lot more complex than other respect that
I've done so but I think you guys are gonna like this one because it's gonna
help out a lot on focusing on your actual rotation letting you know what is
a priority and what is not priority okay we're gonna track utility so Farrell
lunch when rush totem and all that good stuff is gonna get tracked as utility
we're gonna track fury are there so if you pick for your airfare it's gonna let
you know that you should probably toggle it on because fury of air needs to be
active pretty much all the time if you're using it so it's gonna let you
know that it's on I'm not making it glow and it's there because usually the
thematic with miry chorus is if something Chloe you need to press it so
if I don't have to real where it's gonna glow pretty simple Thunder ring is
something that is a bit situational it's gonna depend on number tuning so right
now it is a priority on single turn if you press it so we're gonna be
tracking it in the utility is also it's just not on my bar right now so yeah
we're gonna be tracking it as Furio there and we're gonna tweak these number
if sundering ever gets nerve into not being a priority for a single target
we're simply gonna lower it in priority and not show it to be cast crashing
storm is not being tracked elemental spirit earthen spike and ascendant so
earthen spike let's start with this one is gonna be tracked as a cool-down but
also as a specific just to make sure because I didn't have any more space in
this row so that's something unit I'm gonna start doing so if there is
external rotational cooldown that could not be placed in the main rotation but
are simply things that you need to check for I'm gonna put them here so what's
happening right now is I'm tracking I'm tracking earthen spike so it's telling
me to cool down as eight seconds to go and it's gonna let me know when I can
press it again so as soon as it's available and I should reapply T's
before and I should then do earthen spike and unleash my storm strike and
storm bringer rocks there you go so that's getting tracked that's lovely
I'm also we're gonna wait for earthen spike cooldown to reset before I switch
talent so elemental spirit elemental spirit the way it works is that's gonna
reduce the cooldown of your feral spirit and elemental spirits are is gonna cast
two elemental wolf which can be the same or they can be different so if you go in
combat and you press it's gonna track which one you get so right now I got the
ice one and the molten weapon of one so these are gonna affect your rotation so
if you get the fire one you usually want to cast thundering for it so you might
want to old asunder in one or two seconds just to see if you get the
correct elemental wolf and then you can adjust your rotation based on that
ascendance is gonna be tracked as a DPS cooldown and that's pretty much all
there is to it and shield is gonna be also tracked how
many charged there is left so that's pretty good lightning shield is also
gonna be tracked landslide is gonna light up storm strike if it brought so
to let you know that you need to use it and spend it so announcement is a bit
more complex but it's it's gonna be a bit more helpful so it's gonna let you
know when to press a certain things because it's not it's very resources and
cooldown dependant so this class is a bit different from other class that I've
done actually specialization sorry okay we're gonna move on to restoration now
which is totally different than its two other specs so right now what I'm
planning to do and we're gonna see if you guys like it or not we're actually
gonna be able to change it and I'm actually gonna let you know how to do it
yourself if you ever find this annoying for a healing class Ealing
specialization what I'm maybe gonna do is leave the rotation on all the time if
that's something that you guys want for all your classes you can simply click
the rotation go into load and make sure that it's it's it's checked and not
income actually nothing is checked so this checkbox right here is gonna toggle
for every single one of these so right now nothing is checked so it's gonna
load in combat and out of combat but if I go for flame shock it's gonna load
only in combat so if I want flame shock to load out of combat I can simply do
this if you want this to apply to the full group you simply click here and
make sure nothing is checked so it's a cycle check so you click once and go in
combat not in combat and unchecked so you want the unchecked one if you want
for this to apply to all your rotational cooldown the reason I'm not I'm showing
them in combat for ealer is simply because first it's annoying for my video
because I have to keep flame shocking the target to have the ealing cooldown
show and all so because in situations that are not in
raid like for example arena and battleground it's gonna happen a lot
that you're gonna heal yourself without getting in combat or actually
just eeling someone that is not in combat which is which means that this
interface would be hidden which is something you don't want so we're gonna
go with this for now and you're gonna see how you guys like it and we're gonna
tweak tweak and adjust it over time so for restoration shaman let's get into it
I'm currently using Dee's talent just so I can show you more different things so
we're tracking Riptide of course we're gonna try to cool down of it and if your
spec into echo of elements it's gonna track both charges and it's not gonna
dig saturate until you're all all all out of charges we're currently tracking
tidal waves so to let you know that you can cast multiple you can cast two quick
Ealing wave or Ealing search there you go if you're using instead of instead of
dump or for example if you're using flash flood then it's also gonna track
your flash blood after your tidal wave are expired so it lets you know that you
have another quick spell that you can cast right now I'm using unleash life so
we're gonna track unleash life so it's letting you know it's active currently
so your next spell is gonna be increased there you go then it goes into into a
cool-down undulation after this is out of cooldown so undulation is simply
gonna track whenever you cast choose spell in a row it's gonna light up
letting you know that you can cast illing wave and illing search with a
huge bonus healing a huge cooling bonus there you go torrent is not gonna be
tracked it's simply going to show a great icon
her shield is gonna be tracked and it's gonna work for it's gonna track up
everybody and the raid so if you put it on someone else it's still gonna track
the charge and it's gonna make sure to track yours only these are shown as you
these are shown as cold out so if you have ancestral protection totem or earth
and a wall they're gonna be right here since these are situational they're not
rotational abilities when rush totem is gonna be tracked here and also spirit
walk your grace cloudbursts totem now replace healing stream totem so if you
select it the icon is simply going to adapt and change downpour is also being
tracked over here so if I use wellspring or if I use downpour so I can cast in
and rain and I can also cast downpour and these are gonna be tracked I could
switch those to be out of combat also but that's something we're gonna figure
out over time depending on what you guys like I need to test those out because
I'm making them and I'm publishing them and yeah we can adapt an update over
time so yeah that's pretty much how it works so healing rain and healing tide
healing stream totem are simply gonna get tracked over here same thing for
healing tide so it's gonna get tracked along does it have left and same thing
for earth elemental and spirit links totem so those are all being tracked if
you have EKKO it's gonna update all of the affected spell and that's gonna be
hit restoration doesn't have a secondary a secondary resources so I'm simply
tracking mana and I'm showing you how much you have left so I'm showing the
actual number compared to other spec which are not using mana as a priority
resources so this is gonna be it for shaman I'm gonna tell you when I plan on
doing next in this video so my next one is gonna be paladin the next one is
gonna be demon unter and my next one is gonna be warrior after that it's all up
to randomness I'm just gonna do what I feel like doing I'm gonna try to
complete these before BFA hits but I cannot guarantee it but I will guarantee

And swimming is among those sports,
though the rules are pretty easy to pick up.
Just follow our essential swim etiquette
and you'll be fine.
- [Heather] It can be tricky training for a triathlon
trying to fit in three different sports
with very little time and rushing everywhere,
but don't treat the swimming pool like a bath.
If you have been running before a swim
and you've got muddy legs,
then make sure you shower them off before jumping in.
Nobody wants to be swimming around in mud and grit.
- [Mark] You dive into the pool
ready to smash your swim session,
but before you know it you're having to stop
and navigate around some slower swimmers.
There is nothing worse,
particularly so when you're in the fast lane,
and the other swimmer has clearly ignored those signs.
So when you are jumping in the pool just check
if the lanes have designated speeds
and see yourself accordingly with the speed
of other swimmers currently in those lanes.

Off the lane rope, Mark, come on.
So you don't sit on the lane ropes to start with.
- Well, on the subject of lane ropes,
try and actually swim alongside the lane rope
rather than down the middle of the lane.
There is nothing more annoying
than having to navigate around swimmers
that are going up and down in the middle of the lane.
- Or talking of which, also check which direction
you're actually supposed to be swimming in.
There's normally a sign at the end of the lane
to give you that guide.
- Yeah, in the UK we swim alternate directions for each lane
but in other parts of the world, particularly Europe,
they swim anticlockwise in every lane.
So just check before you get there.
- And finally, actually,
whilst we're talking about lane ropes,
they are there purely to separate the swimmers.
They're not there for aiding your swimming,
so don't pull on them.
- [Mark] Getting out of the swimming pool mid-session
and walking all the way to the toilet
can feel like a real waste of time
and, believe it or not,
some people feel it's too much effort
so they pee in the pool.
Just a heads up to those folks.
If the water doesn't change color,
it definitely feels warmer,
so either way everyone knows.
It's also gross.
Just don't do it.
- [Heather] If you're doing a session,
you need to take some rest from time to time.
So there's nothing wrong with stopping
at the end of the lane for a breather,
or even a quick chat with a friend.
But remember you don't own the lane,
and other people are trying to swim too,
so move over, tuck yourself away by the lane rope.
When you do catch someone in the pool,
you probably want to let them know that you're there
in the hope that they might let you go past.
A little tap on the foot is absolutely fine
but do you refrain from tapping repeatedly
as you'll probably make a few enemies that way.
Although not everyone knows this custom,
so if you're at the receiving end you'll now be aware.
- If you don't already know this one then don't worry.
It's one that you learn over time.
When you turn at the end of the lane,
try and move over to the other side of the lane
as you approach.
That way you don't turn and collide
with anyone that might be following close behind.
Finally make sure that your costume
is still in good condition, it's not passed its best,
both for your sake and for everyone else's in the pool.

WeakAuras 2 Configuration Guide for Assassination Rogue - Duration: 30:00.
Hello everybody, its Kayruchi here. Today we are going to make the configuration of
WeakAuras 2 for the Assassination rogue. Please keep in mind that my talents might be wrong,
this is only a configuration guide for WeakAuras 2. Also don't forget to
subscribe for more class videos as I will be publishing WeakAuras 2
configuration for all classes.
we are going to make a configuration according to these talents so let's start by opening the panel for WeakAuras
first I'm going to click the new from the top and we select the icon from the
right panel now we can name our first I can ask which leg it's not the
configuration let's make the sizing first I'm setting the height and the
width to the 50 you should also try other settings to see which will be
fitting for your resolution after sizing I would like Mutual's icon to appear on
upper right of my character I'm setting it to 75 pixels to 75 pixels now that's
it our first trigger to get rid of the question mark what we have to do is to
select the status then action usable where we can say that activate this icon
only if multiplet can be used before eating other triggers let's set the law
options I want this icon on the top while I'm in combat and if I'm playing
the assassination rogue and lastly I want to put a small dimension for the
cycle now let's turn back to and other triggers so that are mostly icon can pop
up on correct time
I had a new trigger and select power to set the components lower than five
our tour trigger is going to be for free blunt side where we don't want to waste
the time using blindside - activated
and lastly I had the crowd control options so that my icons won't pop up
while I'm CCD in PvP actually I want to use toxic black on cooldown so let's add
that to triggers do
and we added toxic play now we can add the craft control back again now let's
create a new item for toxic plates but this time we abduct Great Muta legs in
order to use most of the configuration to do that simply right-click on
mutilate and set up with it before setting up our the triggers I will set
the second to upper left side of my character
now as toxic blade is providing one common points I want to change the
second tutor to less than or equal to five for the third trigger as I always
want my toxic player on Cougar all the time and simply remove this trigger
not for our meat or trigger I'll also delete the bun - and that's it our toxic
blaze icon is really our next icon is going to be a blind side where we can
duplicate formed all the ones
again I'm doing the configuration for the offset first now let's start
changing the triggers according to the line size for the first trigger
I want this icon to evacuate it if blindsight can be used for the second
one as blindside is also providing one coma point I'll not touch this too but I
want to change the third one and give talks to play its priority
finally I can fit my CC trigger
before adding other assassination work specific ones I won't add for common
robe Atkins let's start with the blind I can up the case from an existing icon

can be loaded now let's duplicate this to create the shadow step
foreshadow step alone activated on sub and assassination we are going to
duplicate from lined again in order to create the icon for kids
lastly when ich
again we can duplicate it from one of the comments
now as we are fish with their camels we can continue on assassination specifics
for finishers I want a bigger icon on the right side of my character
let's start with rapture and set off set
we all know what the first trigger should be so let's continue with this
second trigger I want the second to be activated if my target don't have right
to live up
and in the trigger should be indicating that I want this item to be up when I
have more than 5 5 comma points
and lastly CeeCee again or rupture we are going to do a second icon
we will only change the second Twitter will fail as we want to second to be
popping up if the duration of the rupture is less than three seconds on
the target
now let's do the a minim just same as rupture
I'm changing the animation of Eminem as I'll be assigning to energy indicator
late one
shortly we want the M in American to pop up when the target have ruptured more
than four seconds and let me have more than 5 combo points after we are done
with the M&M we can start our last able to icon which is vendetta
the time we want to end that icon to activate it is when the enemy player has
more than 50% health and if we have 60 points short on the energy please
remember that this attack is the one that I am using on Bee Gees so it might
not be the correct setup for you you can always play with the numbers according
to your needs
as they are finished with the arrow seconds now we can create a new one
remind us keep the poisons up all the time in order to do that you need to
create a new one and select texture from the right panel let's name this one as
poison and make it active for assassination work on me
now let's select an image which will sit on the center of our screen and adjust
it
lastly all we need to do is to say that we want this texture to be activated if
you don't have deadly poison or wound poison active as a buff
our last section is going to be creating three energy indicators that will guide
us on which to kill we will be using next and then we need to press the
button to do this we need to create a new text first let's create for mutilate
the key point is to set the forth trigger as the energy cost of the
ability and set the rest of the abilities same with the icon that you
created before

type of mortgage but beyond the point of retirement
RIO is very different lifetime equity release type lending it's not a
replacement it's another option for consumers it's subject to affordability
because the customer needs to be able to continue to service the loan throughout
their retirement and that's really important on equity release that
requirement isn't there because often the interest will roll up within the
mortgage
RIO is best suited to elder borrowers there are two particular audiences he'll
find it beneficial to their circumstances but will rely on the
advice of intermediaries to help them one group are those with an
interest-only mortgage already they're likely approached in the end of the term

solution whereby they can carry on paying their mortgage beyond the point

Welcome back to the A Level Law Practice channel.
I am your Law Teacher and today we're going to cover the topic on Sentencing.
This episode is going to be a little bit different from the previous ones as I have prepared
two surprises in this video!
So, stay tuned!
Before we begin, please note that this video guide will be most effective for you if you
already have some basic knowledge of the relevant chapters that I will be discussing.
As this is Part Two of the video guide, I will be going through the whole written essay
with you and then explain the workings as I go along.
In case you haven't seen Part One of this video guide I would like to encourage you
to do so first so as to prepare you for the actual essay itself.

With that said, let's get started with Part Two of video guide #4.
The question of the day reads: 'The emphasis on reform and rehabilitation should outweigh
the need for retribution' Discuss the validity of the statement above while considering the
range of sentences available to cater for the suggestion in the statement.
To answer an examination question, we must first take note of two things, i.e. the relevant
chapter and the focus of the question.
After considering these two aspects of the question we will then be able to address the
question appropriately.
*From the question we can infer that this question covers the chapter Sentencing
*And the focus of the question asks us to discuss the validity of the statement by considering
the range of sentence available to cater for the suggestion in the statement.
Before I begin going through the essay I would like you to note that my answer is not the
perfect essay answer, but it only serves as a guide for you so that you get an idea on
how to write your essay and score the highest mark possible for your effort.
Incidentally, I may have also left out certain minor details from my content video as whatever
points that have been discussed earlier only serves as a guide for us to reach our end-product,
the essay.
One more important thing to note is that since, for examination purposes, the time limit for
one essay answer is exactly 30 minutes, I will not have a lot of time to cover every
single relevant detail and the ideal word count for an excellent essay answer is between
800-1000 words per essay.
Introduction Crime is a common social problem, and with
that problem, the criminal courts have been the bastion for the denunciation of criminal
activities.
Offenders who have been convicted with a crime are sentenced by criminal court judges with
varying punishments based on several aims.
To determine if reformation and rehabilitation should outweigh the need for retribution,
we will first consider the two conflicting aims of sentencing and the range of sentences
available to achieve the balance between these two aims.
Here, we started off by briefly introducing crime and the criminal courts and how it relates
to sentencing.
This is only a quick preview, as detailed explanation of its relation will be dealt
with in the contents of the answer, therefore a very brief mention will suffice.
As both aims of sentencing conflict with each other, we should definitely discuss about
them first and relate them to the various types of sentencing options before we can
address the statement.
Point One: Body Paragraph One Retribution and rehabilitation are both very
different aims of sentencing therefore it is important for us to first understand what
these two aims are trying to achieve.
Retribution is all about punishments as it is from the maxim 'an eye for an eye, a
tooth for a tooth, and a life for a life'.
It is a very harsh but practical aim which tries to achieve order in society by ridding
it of crimes permanently through fear of physical punishments.
Rehabilitation on the hand seeks to reform and reintegrate criminals into society so
that they can continue to live and contribute to human societies.
It is a forward-looking aim and is one which is welcomed by human rights advocates as it
values life and liberty which even criminals should not be deprived of.
Body paragraph one is crucial in the proper development of our essay because if we do
not introduce the two main aims that the question is focusing on in detail first, then we will
not be able to critically evaluate what the statement is suggesting.
After that, some of the differences and similarities between the two aims should be highlighted.
Point One: Body Paragraph Two These two aims can therefore be seen as being
conflicting with each other as one seeks to punish and the other seeks to aid.
Both aims are definitely at odds with each other and different people support either
aims of sentencing for reasons that are definitely valid.
It should be noted that, other than being at odds with each other, they also share the
same purpose as some other aims of sentencing.
For example, both retribution and rehabilitation also serve the aim of incapacitation.
This is because, either way, both retribution and rehabilitation will, to a certain extent,
take the offender's liberty away by either putting the person in prison, or orders the
person to participate in certain community programmes.
Whilst still going through some of the differences and similarities between the two aims, we
can also give our own views, comments and opinions in the discussion.
However, we should not delve in too deep into the discussion on which is better as we need
to leave some points for us to emphasise on once we've discussed the range of suitable
types of sentences available.
While discussing Retribution and Rehabilitation, some mention of the other aims of sentencing
should also be made, especially where there is some relation to the two main aims.
Point Two: Body Paragraph Three To cater for both retribution and rehabilitation,
there are many types of sentencing options available at the disposal of the courts.
The most relevant types are custodial sentence and community sentences.
Custodial sentences are sentences which requires the offender to be in the custody of the State,
i.e. to be in some form of imprisonment, while community sentences are sentences which keeps
the offender in the community whilst still being under the probation of the state.
For retribution, a suitable type of sentence is definitely custodial sentence, and for
rehabilitation, a suitable type of sentence is community sentence.
The most serious form of custodial sentence to achieve the aim of retribution is the mandatory
life imprisonment as this is the ultimate form of punishment next to the death penalty
which totally incapacitates the offender.
Some of the specific types of sentence which can be related to the two aims of sentencing
that the question is focusing on should be highlighted.
The importance of discussing the two main aims of sentencing first in the previous two
paragraphs is so that now when we are discussing the types of sentencing available we can focus
on the sentencing options that are most relevant to the aims that the question is focusing
on.
Point Three: Body Paragraph Four After discussing the two main aims of sentencing
and how it relates to some of the sentencing options, it is time that we consider the validity
of the statement and examine it critically.
To do so we have to weigh in on whether or not both aims of sentencing actually did achieve
its purpose.
It can be said that the disease of the criminal elements has been around for as long as retribution
has, therefore the question is: has it serve the purpose of ridding society of crime?
The answer is probably no as human behaviour has proved, the more we subject a person to
punitive measures, the more rebellious he will become.
That is the reason why crime is still rampant in certain parts of the world as there are
many reasons for which crime is committed.
Some out of malice, some out of necessity, while some just for the sake of the thrill.
Therefore, should we then opt for the more forward-looking aim of sentencing to resolve
criminality?
It is in this paragraph onwards that we are now address the statement by highlighting
both the good points and bad points of both aims in relation to the sentencing options
discussed earlier.
Point Three: Body Paragraph Five In the world after the Second World War, people
have generally become more accustomed to the idea that cruelty is wrong and that the world
should be showered with more compassion.
The world today is more passionate towards everyone who has been traditionally labelled
as criminals and supposed wrongdoers than it has been in the past and so rehabilitation
is generally preferable.
This can be seen in situations where a lot of criminal behaviour can be attributed to
mental illness, and that people with such illness should first be treated and cared
for rather than punished.
One might say that by being compassionate we are allowing criminals to get away from
what they justly deserve, i.e. a proper punishment.
However, I believe that there should be a good balance between retribution and rehabilitation
as both prison population and probation services have their limits, and it is always good to
rid the criminal element in society by re-integrating criminals into society so that they can become
useful members of human civilisation.
An informed decision should be made alongside our views, comments and opinions on whether
or not we agree with what the statement in the question is suggesting.
It is now important for us to steer our essay to either support the statement or disagree
with it.
A little bit of general knowledge and objective view on the matter is good for an overall
argument of our views.
Conclusion Both the aims of retribution and rehabilitation
has its own strength and weaknesses when it comes to solving society's problem with
crime.
However, I believe that with more opportunity for individuals to progress in this world,
and more people aiding them in doing so through rehabilitation, the aims of reformation and
rehabilitation should outweigh the draconian practice of retribution.
The summary should briefly highlight some of the most important points of the essay
which addresses the question properly.
After much critical thought and discussion, a conclusion can be made and must coincide
with our general view throughout the discussion.
