of times I'll have a message for you maybe specifically about training or
nutrition or the health and fitness lifestyle certainly climbing inside the
mind of a man who's a little bit older with a busy productive life how to fit
it all in maybe this is the very first time you've been dedicating your focus
and energy to working out the first time in your life getting your family life
your business life all taken care of and again you're a little bit older now and
you're coming in to this whole fitness thing you want to master as soon as
possible or used to do it 20 years ago and you did everything it took back then
when you're young and even you took on the responsibility of a family business
and you got away from the gym and now is the time you want to rededicate your
willpower focus energy and time to the gym I just want to come to you just you
and I a lot of like if you love this type of message and you love

we're just going through the journey life a lot of times I will have a
specific message for you training nutrition the lifestyle certainly the
mindset but these workouts for older men live broadcasts that I'm doing uh so

men to join us on this live broadcast I'm gonna do another set I'm gonna come
back with my message I also have a very special offer
I turned 56 years old this past week and I've been doing this special so many men
around the world both young and old or have been taken advantage of this I've
been talking him on the phone I have the link down below you can check that out
at Schiphol core members DICOM from / birthday and I'll talk about that a
little bit later after my message but I'm gonna do a little set why more
driven ambitious men come on to this live broadcast specifically for all of
my subscribers on YouTube
all right hello hello hello thank you for joining this live broadcast if
you're new to this YouTube channel I want to take the time they have used
myself my name is Skip la Cour and I'm a coach I'm a speaker I'm an author
I'm the creator of the man formation personal development program that is
personal development that is specifically designed for men
I'm a former 6-time national champion drug-free bodybuilder and I specialize
in helping older men with busy productive lives get their health and
fitness on track get it mastered as soon as possible whether it's the first time
their life that they're dedicating their willpower focus energy and time to this
area or again they've been doing it I used to do it a long time ago have that
six eight meals a day training the gym for two hours a day I couldn't do that
anymore and got through life together and now is the time that they're focused
on their health and fitness I wanted to talk about my start lobby guys they seem
about 56 years old and they just like watching these live broadcasts because
it's a inspiration that they can achieve more and I'm really glad that I can
provide that inspiration I really feed off your energy too because if I'm gonna
talk the talk I gotta walk the walk and by me stepping up and doing these live
Rockettes it makes me achieve a higher level to so it's mutual and I love the
energy that goes back and forth in addition to being 56 years old and this
kind of shaping this kind of passion right I won't let you know I started at
27 years old right so I wasn't a young man before I got the whole body building
the systems and the structure than lifestyle down I was 27 years old and
Here I am it's 29 years later and I'm still going a rebirth Ashley right now
after 15 years I'm 15 years removed from competing right and still in this kind
of condition still this passion about training 29 years later I want to tell
you the story about how I started at 27 because I was just
like a lot of people I joined a gym two three times back in those days you
have to pay three hundred five hundred thousand dollars to join a gym it wasn't
the lower entry fee get in like nowadays and I did that two or three times from
just say 20 to 27 and I stopped started I don't know I didn't even probably last
three months and I quit believe it or not like two or three times what's were
all that investment all that time saying I'm gonna do it probably wait it and
then I did it bought the clothes worked out the schedule and then I dropped out
of it for whatever reasons now when I was 27 what the circumstances for me was
that I would moved to a new town for my job a lot of stress with my job I moved
out of my hometown so I was really prime for structure control of a world that
you know by my own choosing to get to the next level there was a lot of
uncertainty and so I lived in this little apartment and I had these weights
but if you guys remember that Montgomery Ward's or was the cement weights with a
plastic right and I had this neighbor he lived the apartment above me he was a
really cool guy handsome guy I just remember being kind of a reclusive cool
guy a nice guy and I always remember that he wanted me to join the gym and I
had you know good genetics right yeah but I didn't really work out didn't know
about nutrition back to those days I thought pizza was the ultimate food he
had something from the bread group the cheese group he'd get it from the meat
group I mean but I looked okay right good genetics but I didn't put any focus
on it right I didn't work out regularly even though I played sports in the past
I remember him talk to me said you know you got good biceps but your children to
small and your calves they're not develop
I remember go on like do people look at it I just it was strange
it was like you know do people look at other people's bodies this way
really strange to me I wasn't into the culture at all of bodybuilding training
working out but he was and he really wanted me to join this gym and you know
I wasn't interested I told my I got my weights I had my weights on my little
apartment porch right he said you know you really should join a gym because
your body this that and other thing I just thought it was strange but he was
really persistent about it too right and I said no no no and I finally just said
yes all right and we went on this five and six day a week schedule where I just
shadowed him at the gym he knew what to do he wasn't he was really in shape
obviously he knew what he was doing working out he'd probably did it for a
long time and he just guided me through the workouts I just followed him I
really didn't think too much about it at all right he just did what he told me to
do I just went after him we did the same exercises all the time
they all we split him up in body parts so each Monday was same Tuesday was the
same Wednesday was same Thursday Friday Saturday right so all I had to worry
about was following him and just learned the exercises and pushed the weight
here's the funny thing is that we probably did that for three months
straight this same exact exercises and he had to do this trip this trip back
home whatever and so I loved the working out I got into the habit and I went to
the gym and I wasn't a young guy either I was like 27 years old and I didn't
know what to do it all it was like I lost my guide and I wasn't really paying
attention to the exercise even though I did the same things over and over again
right my mind was just focused on my performance about getting there about
staying motivated execution and like I said I was lost I remember at that time
I really didn't sets reps well okay what does that mean and here's the thing what
a blessing that was that I could get off to a good start I could just contrary
was in a way I was doing and I had a guide that could just show me all the
the thinking was done for me now three months later I didn't know what the heck
I was doing because I remember it I which was silly because I
did the same things over and over again now here's the funny thing I don't know
his name was Greg I didn't know him very much
I just knew him from the apartment complex I never talked to him you know
after that you know we didn't we didn't become good friends like I said he was a
reclusive kind of guy it's kind of funny because he's a handsome guy and he made
the mistake of that dating the girl downstairs and every time he came home
he was a really private guy and she would hear him come home because he
lived right on top of her so she would know exactly when he got home and she'd
run up that was the worst decision I ever made because I can't even I like my
time alone and she always comes up but anyway I don't know what happened to
Greg he moved probably six or eight months I
don't know I wonder if he knows what impact I wonder if he knows that 29
years later I'm doing because he was so persistent for whatever reasons to get
me to join the gym I still have no idea why that was so important to him but it
was so great it was a great start I had a mentor I had a coach so there wasn't
so many variables going on and that's why that time after three attempts it
stuck for 29 years and Here I am that's the importance of a good start that's
the important if you're coming back into it and you're a little bit older of a
good restart hey I want to be that for you for Greg like Greg was to me I want
to help you cut down on all the variables too many variables going on
you're going around the internet you're going on YouTube with so many different

Abraham Hicks - How to pray to get your desires - Duration: 9:04.
I have to start by saying I so appreciate you and Esther and Jerry and
everything you've done means a lot to me and I know to everybody
else thank you we're all in this together
and I love you so much but during the first we really meant the woman in front
of you
during the first segment I was just fine and then I bought fell asleep two or
three times and I thought it was me until some issue someone else said they
had the same problem what's them two but why why can we be so tuned in and then
just is it just we get overwhelmed or what what is it that causes that or
there's the acknowledgement of well-being
sometimes you settle in to the whole of who you are into that natural place
there's a lot going on here that is not just verbally transmitted there's an
energy stream that is flowing and Esther's catching it and describing it
as best as she can with the words that are possible to speak in a period of
time but there is a lot more happening here than just a verbal transmission
from Esther's mouth to your ears and feels like you're drinking out of a
firehose women yeah it comes so much and yet if it were really a firehose that
you weren't ready for your response wouldn't be one of relaxation into Welby
you'd be more on guard or more aware or trying harder so it's a good sign when
you are relaxed into it when it feels familiar when it feels like that which
you already understand and know when it feels like the basis of your environment
or your nest is just right we don't take it as any disrespect we take it as the
preparation of your beingness for the conversation that we're having and even
if you don't hear it with your ears you're still getting it we have a
discussion group back home and somebody asks
if I would ask you what is the purpose of prayer which actual question is how
do they respond when somebody says oh I'll pray for you thinking that maybe
we're off track or something but there's prayer fit into the thank you when
someone says they'll pray for you just say thank you but know that it is not
their work to do here's what we mean don't get shook up over that here's what
we mean by that do you acknowledge that you're all extensions of Source Energy
and you acknowledge that everyone has an inner being and that everyone's inner
being is focused upon them oh and so your prayer might make them more
conducive to what their inner beam is already doing but if they're intervene
is offering them all of this and they've got a shield up and they're not letting
it in then there's really not much that they think that your prayer might do you
see what we're getting at everyone has direct access to Source Energy they
don't need someone else acting as their advocate however isn't a nice thing when
you're tuned in tapped in turned on and holding someone is your object of
attention and that is the true value of alignment and prayer is just a verbal
way of expressing that it's going on if we were standing in your physical shoes
and we were personally approaching the subject of Prayer our prayers would not
be those of asking for help because in the very moment of asking for help
you're focused upon the problem for which you need help which means you're
not allowing the answer to the problem so the very prayer itself is a blocking
mechanism for the very thing that you're asking for cuz you're focused upon the
problem that's why it's so beautiful what you said about you're sitting there
in acceptance of in other words so much so that you're actually falling asleep
in the energy of the well being that is flowing to you that's a nice state of
being if we were praying it would every single
time be a prayer of appreciation a prayer of thanksgiving because when
you're offering that prayer now you're in alignment with all of that and under
those conditions well-being has to flow has to be led in by you it's always
flowing has to be allowed by you you said one time and a camera with exact
words but you compared the act of appreciation to love they are so close
to all vibrations in my younger days I always had trouble is this really love
what does it feel like how do I know I could never identify it but you by using
the word appreciation cleared all of that up it just became so clear and so
easy all you have to do is appreciate and that's that's that's worth it let's
talk about those two words for just a moment everything you said we agree with
let's talk about those two words so appreciation we think is a better choice
for humans to focus upon because the word love has become so convoluted
starts with your mother shouting at you don't you know I love you when there's
no love present right then and so you kind of get mixed up you're hearing a
word but you're feeling something quite different then the word implies and so
we're not kidding about that in other words there's a lot of misunderstanding
about that appreciation that hasn't happened with quite so much usually
someone doesn't say I appreciate you unless they do could happen but usually
they mean what they're saying when they use that word so it's just a clearer
cleaner word there's less resistance in that word but let's talk about
appreciation just the word as you mean it in your languages around the world it
means and adding unto a becoming more of and there isn't anything that is more in
keeping with what we teach then you standing in a moment where you allow
more of who you really are to be because you will never reach the limits of that
which you are because this glorious environment in which you stand which
helps you to know what you don't want therefore ask for more is the very basis
of the appreciation factor of the more factor of the becoming factor of the
expanding factor but when you are in that vibration of looking for something
that feels good that's when the true realization or allowing of your
expansion happens don't you think that's all perfect vocabulary mm-hmm we do yeah
enough I have one more question it's sort of related you've described the
group of entities that's Abraham as having gathered together because of
mutual interests and in serving both attraction always does that
and you've also and the only reason that we've told you any of that is because
you've demanded putting us into some sort of a context that you can accept
well I know we're trying to describe things that are not of this world with
words that are of this world yeah which is we're really looking forward to the
time that you speak of us of how we make you feel and you did that when you first
sat down I feel safe with you Abraham I feel sure of my well being with you
Abraham I feel all knowing with you in other words that's what your first word
said to us you described us through vibration rather than through physical
see it hear it smell it taste it touch it dimensional things
one last question is would be what's the difference between the collective
consciousness that you are and what we term God is is there a difference no
there's no difference okay good thank you
what you might want to call God might be a larger collection of the microcosm
that is us you follow we are not all that God is
but we are that which God is as are you

How to get unstuck at work and progress fast! - Duration: 6:30.
You've been doing the same thing over and over again. It's been a year or two - and
nothing is changing. I completely feel your pain. I have been there myself I was
in a job where I actually on one hand I liked but it was so boring and so
repetitive that I wasn't enjoying it and I couldn't see the way how to progress
from it. So how do we progress in these situations forward? Because you've been
doing the same thing over and over again you should actually know it really
inside out. You should know what the challenges are and how to tackle them.
And now I invite you to shift your mindset I want you to ask yourself a
question. What would it take for me to become an expert in what is it that I'm
currently working on? So the first thing you want to do is you want to take a
step back and look at and what it is that you're doing from the perspective
of: Can I improve any processes? Can I save time somewhere? Maybe I can do
different type of report maybe I have a different out-of-the-box solution for
which will help no me my team but maybe transform the entire way the whole
department is working. Now another thing that you want to do is you want to build
your PR and you want people come to you for advice. And the more people come to
you the more of the word comes out about you within the company and the more your
senior people will recognize that you're good at where is it that you're doing.
Another thing that you want to be doing is to gain as much knowledge about what
is it that you are doing as possible so for example you might have been
on television commercials with one voice-over artist and now you know that
though some that were so recordings happen with also multiple Voice over actors
or maybe they're singing or rapping in both maybe you even have recordings
with animals. So what you want to do you want to gain and expand your knowledge
on those topics and one final thing about being expert is usually expert
have their own program so what that means for you is to create a training
create a bulletproof training for what it is that you're doing that when a new
person comes on board you take them to the training and they will instantly get
the job. And you know what this will set you apart and will show to your manager
that you're worth of a person to invest and it will only make you progress
further. Another thing that you might want to consider is to ask for different
projects or tasks. So if you are absolutely bored with whatever it is
that you're doing go and pester your manager and tell them that you want to
this is part of your career and you want to improve and you want to do different
things. And even if they tell you that maybe there is nothing that you can
currently help on. Tell them that you are maybe interested in this to Toyota client
that you guys have in your accompany and that you would ideally like to shadow of one
person from the team to learn what is it that they are actually working on. So try
and think about those different tasks from a different angles and completely
out of the box to give you that knowledge and excitement about the job
that you crave so much. Improve your relationship with your manager and I'm
not talking about becoming BFF with them I'm just talking about getting to know
them better or maybe you see them. They're in stress situation and you can reach
hey is there anything I can do to help you and if you do your manager may be
able to give you a task. Now everyone thinks the managers are so cool and
they're do all these cool things but the opposite is true we actually do .... I'm
just looking at that guy there who is just behind the camera and we actually
do a lot of boring things and I would I want to say by debted even if your
manager is going to give something that's really boring it is a thing that
they need help with. So maybe you want to do it faster or better than that or show
how well they can think about it and maybe you get a similar task like that
again and then you get another task and they might be all boring but as through
those you will prove yourself to your manager that you're worth investing time in and
you can do that job well and they will consider you for other things and this
is how you will be able to move forward. another thing you want to think about is
to improve your relationship with your colleague. So I already talked about how
to improve relationship with your manager now with colleagues may be a bit
more easy so maybe there's a friend and they are actually working on different
exciting project so what you want to do is to tell them: Hey can you just take me
through what is it you're doing? I would like to know what was the brief and what
are the challenges and what is the final output. How have you dealt with that and this
is going to help you expand that knowledge and as a result to help you
move forward. And the final tip is about improving your communication skills.
The way you communicate matters. This channel is all about how we communicate
with people because it really the key. So when you are stuck in your
job and you're bored maybe try to look at like: Can my emails be a bit
more succinct or can I explain myself better on my emails or maybe there is
this issue that you have with this colleague and you are never able to get
through to them for them to either deliver on time or give a better quality
so maybe when I see work or hasn't work and how can you go about it and this is
both will for sure get you noticed and move forward. There you have it
these are my five tips on how to get unstuck and progress at work. Do you have
any situations where you feel that you're stuck and your work? Please share
it with me in the comments down below and maybe let me know how this video
might have helped you to resolve that. If you like this video please get comes up
and subscribe to this channel. And as always Be Kind. Stay positive and I'll see
you next time!
