Hey guys! Welcome back to another video and today I'm going to show you guys a full body hiit workout
That's really effective fat burning. You're gonna work your booty, you are gonna work your thighs
You are going to work your abs and you gonna do cardio and it's really fun as well. And this workout doesn't require shoes
You're right. No shoes! There are times when you go to the gym, maybe you're watching this video
You are already at the gym and you forgot to bring your shoes
but you're really excited to work out and
You don't want to just go home and or you're on a holiday and you're like I'm gonna work out during the holiday
but you forgot to bring your sport shoes
Or you're like me, I put my shoes in my boyfriend's luggage and someone took his luggage by accident
I'm still waiting to get my shoes back
I don't know if we're gonna get it back, but I'm just waiting it out a little before I buy a new one
So we'll see bu t I'm really inspired by the incident. And so we gonna do a full body workout without shoes
So even if we don't have equipments, that's fine. We are still gonna get our workouts done!
