Hi and welcome again

My name is Pirzada Rashid

In this video, I'm gonna show you how to work with foreach loop in C#.

Before you start

I want you to open up this URL

Whatever code examples, I use in this video are written step by step here

Code examples have a link to quickly test it

and see the results in an online editor without writing a single word

I will also leave all the links at the end and in the description of this video

Let's get started

foreach loop

provides simple syntax to cycle through all the elements in the array or collection

unless you explicitly end the loop with the break command

This is the structure of a loop

Please pay attention

foreach loop starts with the foreach keyword

followed by round brackets ( ).

type is used to the declare data-type of the variable

You can also use var keyword here

which instructs the compiler

to infer the type of the item

from the type of the collection

Item is the looping variable used inside the loop body

into which next element is automatically acquired from this collection on each iteration

You can name the item whatever you like

but the data-type must match

with the type of elements in the collection

That means

if the elements in the collection are integer type

the type of item must be integer

Collection is the array or list with the values

over which you want to iterate

And finally

this is the block of code that executes for each iteration of the loop

multiple times

Let's see the execution order of a loop

This is the list or array of elements

over which you want to iterate

Then the element is received from the collection one by one

on each iteration.

body executes

This repeats multiple times until all the elements in the collection are assigned

That means

if there are 3 elements in the collection

loop will iterate 3 times

Let me quickly code a basic foreach loop

than I explain it to you

Well

I have declared and initialized this array

which is of int type

and assigned an initial value of 1, 2, 3, and 4

Then there is foreach loop

Here, I have declared an int variable named value that is used for looping

Why I have used int type?

This is because our array is of integer type

and each item in the array is integer value

Each time the loop runs

an element from this array

is assigned to this variable

For example

the first time loop runs

the number 1 is assigned to the value variable

It then executes the code within the body of foreach loop

Where this statement

simply prints out the number 1

which is the value of this variable

In the second iteration

the number 2 is assigned and printed out

This continues

until all the elements in the array have been printed

This means

that the code inside foreach loop is called as many times as there are elements in integerValues array

If this contains 4 elements

the code inside the loop block will execute 4 times

Click RUN

Here is the output

You can also use var keyword here

instead of explicit data-type like this

Now the compiler determines and assigns the most appropriate data-type to the value variable

just by looking at the type of your array

Same output

If you have more than one statement

you must enclose the statements in opening and closing braces like this

Of course, you can use braces with the single statement as well

What if you want to terminate the loop when a certain condition meets?

In this case

you need to use break statement

also called jump statement

break keyword causes the loop to exit

before it completes the iterations

This is done from the loop body, during an iteration

The control is then passed to the first statement immediately following the loop

Let me add break statement

Click RUN

This loop writes out the numbers 1 and 2

but when value variable reaches 3

this condition evaluates to true

because 3 is equal to 3

Then the break keyword

causes the loop to exit, and resumes from here

, immediately after the loop

Skipped the value 3 and 4

Another jump statement that is commonly used is the continue statement

With the use of continue statement

the rest of the current iteration is skipped after continue keyword

and immediately initiates the execution of the next iteration

In other words, loop starts over again

Let me change break to continue statement first

Click RUN

When the value variable reaches 3

then this condition evaluates to true

The continue keyword

than causes the loop to skip rest of the current iteration and initiates the execution of the next iteration

All the numbers will be printed out except one

which is 3

This is due to the continue statement

because it skipped rest of loop body

How to Pronounce Perrier-Jouët | Champagne Pronunciation Guide - Duration: 1:49.

What is up guys? Julien Miquel here of Social Vignerons.

Welcome back to another wine video. Today we're looking at how to pronounce the name of a famous

French Champagne house Perrier-Jouët. Some may argue that you have to

pronounce it perrier-jouet but no. Just like Moët & Chandon, you have to

pronounce Perrier-Jouët. The two dots on the E of Jouët mean

that the next letter T is not silent. Perrier-Jouët started with the love

affair between Nicolas Perrier and Adele Jouët, both from prominent champagne

winemaking families. The house was founded in 1811,

and now owns 161 acres of vineyards in Champagne, with an average cru rating of 99.2%

which means that the Perrier-Jouët grapes are most often sourced from Grand Cru vineyards.

The house is known for its elegant Chardonnay-driven style.

Perrier-Jouët classic Champagne wines include the Belle époque prestige cuvée

a white, a rosé and Blanc de Blancs, as well as non-vintage Grand Brut and Blason Rosé.

I hope this video was useful

Enjoy your Perrier-Jouët Champagne! If you want to learn more about Perrier-Jouët

Champagne cuvées, you will find review videos of Belle Epoque and several of

their other sparkling wines on this very channel.

I will see you soon in the wine world...

BFME II ROTWK 2 02 Strategy Guide #3 (part 2) - Experience Awards - - Duration: 9:26.

Hello and welcome to the second part of the Third guide to our serie !

Please Consider that this guide is heavily inspired by Brabox Guide about experience

on Gamereplays and reshaped a bit as a summary ! I suggest you check his guide out , most

of the examples and situations will be shown in this 2 parts guide.

This being the part two about Experience Awards !

Although know that the Experience Part got reworked and is now outdated from the written

guide so I asked for the new version of the system to Brabox and he explained it to me

, the new system is much simpler than the previous one!

But let's First talk on how the experience system works , different ways to level up

a hero and so on

Just like with the power Points I will quote : "Power points and experience both use

a value called 'experience award', which decides how much experience a unit yields for being

killed.

However, power points are gathered differently than experience.

Any damage dealt to any experience yielding unit will give a corresponding amount of power

points, however, no experience is awarded until the unit is completely destroyed.

For instance, taking a fortress to 50% health (from 100%) will give you half the power points

you would have gotten had you completely destroyed it.

No experience will be awarded for doing so, though.

Likewise, almost killing a hero will still give you almost all power points it awards."

Unquote.

In short to level up your units or heroes you must destroy or kill completely a Building

or a soldier life / Hero , only with the soldier or Hero dying will you gain experience from

it.

Another way to Level up your Heroes can be with the following use , Quote : "Heroes

level up simply by being near fighting allies, even without fighting.

This is called passive levelling.

Passive experience acquired does not gain the player any more power points compared

to when the hero were idling somewhere outside the battle.

Therefore : Retreating a (somewhat) wounded hero into your archer line is a great way

to still get some experience while healing.

" Unquote.

Here Are Some Facts :

Just like with power points Summoned units holds no Experience award at all therefore

you will not be able to level up your Units nor Heroes fighting them , quote from Brabox

: ." Therefore, killing opposing summoned units will not level up your heroes" unquote.

Another Fact linking Power Points and experience is that , quote : "The relation between

power points and experience is simple; gaining 60 (regular) points of experience will give

you 1 power point."

Unquote.

Know this as well : Leveled Up Heroes gives more experience when killed but not a high

level unit meaning that killing a level 5 Uruk Battalion for example will still grant

you the reward of a Level 1.

Some Statistics as well : Units get +10% Health and Damage per Level while Heroes only gain

5%.

Talking Of Statistics let's move to the important part of the video, I listed all

of the Game Units and Heroes from the new system that Version 7 as brought , The System

work as such :

There are 5 units category going from the less Experience wielding unit to the High

Experience wielding ones here are the 5 categories :

And Here are the 5 Heroes categories going from Tier 1 to Tier 5 following the same mechanic

as the units , higher Tier Higher Reward ; Here are the Tiers of Heroes starting from level

1 :

Also know that , Like stated Before know that a Hero Experience award will grow with his

levels a lvl 5 Hero will grant more than a lvl 1.

Know as well that the exp is divided between the number of soldiers present in the Unit

, a unit from the same category as another but wielding more troops will give less experience

per soldiers kill , for example Spider Riders and Gondor Knights are both From the Elite

Category but Spider Riders are 6 while Gondor Knights are 10 so killing a spider rider is

more profitable than killing a Gondor Knight Experience wise.

Knowing this , a Tip is that if you want your Hero to level faster always target the units

which are the most profitable Experience wise , As an example targeting spider riders or

Marauders instead of goblin warriors with Faramir is a much better choice for him to

level up.

To know which Units are more profitable I made this Board Giving you all the information

you need experience wise from units and Heroes alike!

Now you will know exactly the statistics of each units.

Feel free to pause at each board of each factions.

Also know that the Weak and Troops categories value depends on the hord size that's why

it can go from 20 to 24 or from 40 to 49 for troops, it all depends on the hord size , a

common value and middle ground for troops would be 45 points but I wanted you to know

the minimum and maximum of the category to not assume that every troops are 45 exp points

every time.

And here are the stats of how many Experience points each heroes Tiers Needs to level up

for 2.02 Version 7 ( again feel free to pause) :

With those stats we can match our example from earlier with Faramir shooting Spider

Riders , Faramir Being a Tier 2 Hero he only needs to kill 4 or 5 spider Riders to get

to lvl 2!

That's because he needs 63 xp points to get to lvl 2 and spider riders being an elite

unit they grant 80 points of xp in total per battalion !

So Here we have it , with those statistics boards you can freely see the stats combination

for your units and heroes , always remembering that the less soldiers in the battalion the

more the death of 1 soldier grant in xp and likewise reversed , the more the soldiers

the less the xp each of them grant by killing them.

Also , I did not include The Experience requirements of units to level up since it is less important

with the existence of banners and such but if you want me to calculate and put them in

another video tell me in the comment section as well as any questions !

So here it is ! I hope you enjoyed this guide and as always , Thank you for watching and

may you find Eternal life into the depth of yourself ! *ending jingle*

The Tragedy of Khabarovsk the Wise (Soviet DD Guide) - Jolly Roger Adv #10 (World of Warships) - Duration: 10:33.

After so many months I decided to make this guide because I have seen too many

Torpboat tashkents.

This line of ships have been an extreme example of the player base.

It is either abused by unicums or driven by noobs thinking this ship is useless.

So let's start off with a tech tree analysis.

First you have the destroyer line, then you have the cruiser line and the battleship line.

Yes they are cruisers without citadels, they are so cruiser that they forgot how to destroyer.

Here is how you climb the tree.

After the torpedo monster, you start off your cruiser life with Izyaslav, where you are

stuck with 4km torpedoes for the next half of the tree, so you start melting the enemy

with your guns.

Next you have Podvoisky, where you have your first taste of balance for having big guns

and vodka powered engines.

Then you have Gnevny, where you get downgraded apart from a slight increase in dpm.

You have slower turret traverse, which means you need to wait for the guns to turn when

you are zigzagging.

Next you have the Minsk, where you begin your journey in Russian Bias.

Kiev makes the experience better by having usable torps, and secondaries.

Next you copy the Kiev and make it slightly bigger to make the Tashkent, which has a

little bit more health and the most balanced consumable in the history of ships.

You run heals, because you are bad ass.

Finally, you are given 50 millimeters of stalinium armor plate and an extra turret to fully embrace

russian bias.

This is how you play this ship.

First, to cap or not to cap.

You are the best gun boat for Tier 7 or below, so definitely go for it.

But from Kiev onwards, cruiser syndrome kicks in and it is getting difficult, you have to

see if there is enough team support before moving in.

For Khabarovsk, you do not go into caps, because you will die, quickly.

BUT, if a

torpedo boat is going to cap, you should follow him in about 4km behind, so that you both

will be spotted at roughly the same time, then you can help him to secure the cap.

Otherwise, you go alone, you hug map borders, and use them to dodge enemy salvos, you tell

your team your plan before the game starts so that noobs won't follow you and commit

suicide.

You put speed boost mod 1 to run at 48 knots for almost the entire match.

If the enemy ignores you, you sneak behind them and create awkward situations.

This is so common that you can do this almost every other game along this line of ships.

Here are two more tips in dealing with carriers.

Because of your incredible speed, you can either turn into torps to dodge them at an

angle impossible to other peasant destroyers.

Or you can turn away from torps, and completely ignore them.

For other ships, you stay at more than 10km away so that RNGesus shalt ghiveth thy dispersion.

You do not take close fights, because you turn like a bus.

If the enemy shoot at you, you do not dodge the first salvo, because scientific research

says 99% of the time the enemy cannot aim at ships travelling at 48 knots.

Then if the enemy focus fire on you, you turn around and kite them because they can't catch

up with you.

You do not do smoke firing and keep running, unless you are trapped or almost dead.

You should have noticed this guide has been very helpful, so it is time

for some shit talking.

After you created awkward situations, you re define capping, by actually parking into

the docks.

As I said before sometimes it is better if you don't cap at all, but because a lot of

noobs don't understand how this ship works.

You will just get reported by salty retards.

Speaking of noob teams, you should stay alive for as long as you can.

So that you can carry your team, but sometimes it is just impossible, and there's nothing

you can do about it.

But it's okay, you have the highest chance of getting a solo warrior this way.

Speaking of RNGesus, you should pray to him before every match, because you know, the

world could always use more fires.

You have very good torpedoes, that works half the time.

They are very useful only during cyclone, or when you are retreating.

Because of their incredibly slow speed, if you fire backwards it will add 4km to their

effective range.

Use them to slow your enemies advance, because they are so slow that they may as well be

mines.

You do not need AA guns, because RNGesus will decide whether to save you

or send you to gulag.

If you see carriers and map border huggers on the enemy team, you get close to them and

make some friends.

A Complete Beginners Guide | Top Eleven 2019 - Duration: 25:25.

yo guys how's it going welcome to top 11 2019 beginner's guide this is not

something I've done for a very long time and I thought it was worth going over

again I'm just gonna go through with you the basics of the game what you need to know

what the tutorial lacks to tell you and some just basic fundamentals to get you

going and get you in the right direction I won't really explain stuff in too much

detail because I have so many videos explaining things in great detail it's

just the overview if you're new around here you like what you see make sure you

subscribe for more content all right let's get to it so what we have here as

a new manager we have the basic home layout and there's one challenge going

on we can see that and we have one friend Jose mourinho jose mourinho is your

friend from the start and you're gonna want to add more friends guys that's

definitely something you're gonna want to do and you're just going to want to

add every manager you meet in the game now obviously we can see our next match

is always here regardless of what it is friendly FA Cup champions the the L

always be here ok if you click on the vs. sign you can see the lineups how they

match up against each other what formations people have ready to go and

you can see some general overview stats about the player because this managers

only level 1 I can't see his club history and but when as you level up you

will start to see other managers club history you weren't gonna want to add

friends as well because there's the assistant tab here now these treatments

morales recen skill boosts these daily gifts actually come from friends it's

not just a thing that happens so you have to send out to people and you have

to receive it from people that's where you want to add everyone now you squads

you'll have players coming and going just the notifications are here as well

as your finances in the ground that's fairly self-explanatory

now they have a look at the squad so this is our formation and this is how we

gonna change it and save things up for ourselves save things up for ourselves

it's how we're gonna save our formation so we're ready for the next game players

can we just move back and forth between positions quite simply just dragged and

dropped and they can only be moved or they

should only be moved to playing positions but they have as a ability if

you want a player to play in multiple positions there's something gonna have

to train and I'll show you that in a minute

other than that you can pretty much do what you want with the score at any

formation it doesn't matter as long as the roles are filled there's also a

thing called mentality which controls where other players are more offensive

or defensive in their role and you also have the ability to see the other

opponent's squad so you can line up against them and your kick takers you

want to set a kick taker for each role your corner kick takers your penalty

kick takers that also goes down in the middle here so you have the next four

players to take penalties if the first one misses that's good for finals and

your free kick takers and your captain your captain I would just recommend

picking a really good player or a goalkeeper your general tactics as well

there's gonna be so many online I've got a few videos with them the general basic

ones I like to tend to run is normal mentality attacking is only for when

you're gonna want to go like hard at someone and remember to click the i's it

explains what each one does for you focus passing is mixed normally and a

mixed passing style so focus passing is where it's gonna go on the pitch passing

style is short or long balls short balls keep possession long balls are more

attacking and forcing counter-attacks off I normally go highest pressing style

and that is you see these things come with caveats and it's worth watching a

more detailed video to explain it but without this video being 40 minutes long

and I'm slightly ill I don't want to be going into much detail if there's

something you want to see I can do that normal tackling style easy you probably

not gonna get carded but you only gonna want to do it against a weak and manager

hard will harder tackling man-to-man marking style rather than zonal because

it's you get a defense boost from it and no offside trap unless you are confident

it's working for you so you can also come see a lineup screen and you get a

good overview of the squad how much they're costing the wage for the year

the value of the player their form and what you need to improve and where

you need to improve so I can see right now I'd want to swap this defensive

center out he's old and he's rubbish so if we want to swap a player out we need

to transfer them so there's goods transfers as I

mentioned it Thank You Jose so the transfers come around in three minute

windows you don't have to buy someone here if you don't like it just gotta wait a

couple minutes what's best to do normally is sort by

quality now the I said I want a defensive center there isn't a good one

here so I'll come back to this page in a minute scout this is your premium

players essentially they're expensive and they don't really get as

young any younger than twenty two if you want a younger player than 22 they have

to come from me you've academy or you have to buy them from the auction house

or the negotiation house these players are generally pretty pretty solid to

to be honest and if you can afford the tokens then I see no reason why not

negotiations not variables your new manager

but what negotiations will be is you can buy players off other managers and

they're normally really decent and you can also sell your managers your players

as a manager a system the system recommends but daily players based on

your opponent coming up there all right normally if you want to bid on a player

you have to do as part the tutorial you just come in and you bid one of your

available tokens you can bid multiple times so you can add five just for the

sake of this video let's just get a new player when I go now we'll come back

I'll do it properly so players can be trained up as well I mentioned you want

to do different roles for the players that's fine or with special abilities so

we can select uh plays like this if we want to select let's train our defenders

right so we'll take the goalie and the four defenders oh and any from the bench

they're misspellings of Jesus so all right there we go we've got what our

defenders now we need to pick some drills the best thing to do for this is

a warm-up normally actually if you click on the drill it gives you a basic

overview so you can work it out and if you go over to this second tab it says

here a warm-up is always a great way to begin an intense training schedule yadda

yadda and so you want to start with some warm-up really realistically anyway

we've got defensive players so we'll unlock will use piggy in the middle and

then we'll cool down with a stretch because if you go back to stretch again

it says stretching is Nickelback filter this training sessions going to begin

and end a day of intense training so we're done it as well these arguments on

the forums and between managers as to whether you need to start with warm-up

and end of a stretch will start with a warm-up and end with a video tutorial

and what you've done that's something you unlock later

it's all relative it all depends on how well things work for you and what is

working for you run with it is what I normally suggest just because I'm doing

it in a video doesn't make it the rule so once we're done with that we're happy

with that training session we can just start the training session and you can

see what players benefited from it and you get bonuses so the highest you can

get is 10% money before normally okay normally you can get attempts in each if

you're in a football association you can get higher but we'll come to that if you

like the training session it worked well for you just hit repeat training and it

will do the same thing exactly the same thing again yep start and you can see

our players are leveling up and our bonuses are going up now if you click

off it anything are now once it again just come to reports you can see what

you've been doing and you can redo it or I can redo a different one so this is

what I did before for a striker your strikers but I did it for the whole team

I think so there you go excellent and all the training report shows is what

went up and your new bonus basically

so what players should you hey you have a training level as well so now I'm gone

up to level 4 which unlocks more abilities so when you go up a training

level right good for the video actually there's good timing when you unlock a

training level you can unlock a new drill or you can level up a drill

depending on what you're training and what you're doing it depends on what

drills to take there's a lot of them and there's like 93 training levels I don't

know why they stopped 93 don't ask so we'll just take this shooting one and

that's now unlocked and we can now do that and it gives us a drill description

and what is how much it's gonna take condition-wise now each player has a

condition amount of up to a hundred percent you can see us in the physio

Center so some of these tires and tie it huh some of these players are tired and

they're down as low as 57% when they get to 30% anything below that you won't be

up to train them the Train the players will recover today 6 percent every time

this occurs down here this physio part will you completely rest them here and

it will cost you 39 wrists I have a video on explaining

which one is better than the other and why it's too much to cover in this video

we're already 10 minutes in right so if you want to just rest up a player you

can obviously click the plus and you can watch an adverts get it for free or you

can use one of your stored up rests will use one we've already got stored up now

you can get 20 a day and you can get 20 of the blue ones a day and some red ones

as well it's limited so make sure you watch your adverts to get the rest if

you want to make your life more comfortable I promise you I really do

stress that now if you want a player to have a special ability let's pick one

who hasn't got one so Dennis our striker he can have a special ability he can be

a free-kick specialist Corner specialist one on one score or penalty kick

specialist once you're training these special skills other normal stats won't

go up so we'll just for the sake of this one

on one scorer so we can't train a roll and a special

ability at the same time I've all you can fully customize your whole squad if

you want to match your favorite squad in the game in the game in real life I'm a

Spurs fan they haven't got any spares logos and stuff but you couldn't buy

that Liverpool Borussia Dortmund Real Madrid etc all the big squads so each

player has an overview you can see their general weight height what foot they

prefer have their skills so your defenders and your strikers are going to

have different attributes you want to focus on the strike is obviously good

shooting a good general strength from the rounding all-round player if you

want to get really into it you sent me back you're gonna want bigger guys and

better defensive tactics I mean fair defensive skills and a better strength

level it's just you have to train appropriately to the players position

basically you can see the stats of the player what they played the season how

well they've done in the Cup and the Champions League is where's the league

if you don't want to train them up yourself because you think I'm and

that's long why would I do that Moyes well you can pay but it gets expensive

so have you want the best player in the game this zoom is right up 2672 tokens I

think 500 tokens is like 90 pounds do you do the math on that that's expensive

I have a video where I do it for free ish I think I'd train into super star

and then paid for it too legend you'd have to go check that out somewhere it's

in the most popular yeah so players also have contracts you can sell them at

auction so now our new new managers never sell now don't have the funds

always sell at auction if you're gonna sell the player less sort of cheap the

rubbish one oh you might not be able to sell anything we've got room if you can

sell one always max out the starting price you want the max

bang for buck the play goes up and is listed and it will be in those free

minute windows until will clarify and you get sold for you so it might be

instant it might take a while so you need the money quick that's the only

reason you quick sale we need another player so let's add that

before I do though quick training that you have easy medium and hard I wouldn't

recommend it later we do a medium one for example yeah run so does the warmup

just the shooting techniques it all goes up a little bit and this was a good

training session but if we want a bigger bonus we need to improve and that's

generally true so I find that the ones it gives you aren't great and you can do

it better yourself basically all right let's move on to transfers again this

even quick you buy someone now when that defensive I look at that he's gonna be

expensive I guarantee you yes put in some bids anyway so we'll go up to ten

it's definitely going up there and we'll come back to that in a minute so you

have your fixtures anyway you'll be able to see all your games up coming on plan

ahead there's only a few games left this season if you're at home you can change

this here you can change the starting time at the cost of two tokens and you

will also be able to see your friends if you have any and what matches they're

playing and you can watch their matches live if you want to support them

the league is quite simple it's a standard league it runs for a month in

real life you get promoted if you're in the top eight and you get into the

Champions League in the blue super league if you're in the orange you can

see who's been doing what you see all the fixtures you can watch the other

managers play and in the top right you'll see the top scorers top greater

than top assist managers sorry top assist players let's just quickly go

back to our auction we're still winning we just make sure you win this and see

this one out sorry guys if you've stayed this far thank you so much I got massive

sore throat let's have a quick drink so at the end of a season you don't really

want to be plying a player and the reason for that is at the end of a

season you lose a star as a manager if you get promoted yeah that was terrible

sorry you don't want to buy a player at the end of a season because in the next

season if you get promoted the ability of them of ours ever gotten the

ability of the other players around you in the league increases and your players

will essentially lose a star now this player is 98% now but when I get

promoted he'll only be 80% in the best way is to explain it in my eyes anyway

if you are Luton Town and you somehow get promotes the Premier League the

Luton Town players are not going to be as good as the chosen players even

though you're in the same league so the Luton Town players have a lower

rating at that level compared to the level below if they were the best in the

championship they're now the worst in the Premier League and I hope that makes

sense right now we've won that player to go to our squad to do and we will add

him in for our worst player and we'll say oh it didn't touch on this so yeah

you have M squad saps you can change the formation if you want to change it you

just move the players around so move him in there and then you just come over

here hit the folder go to the new format and click Save and that's it you're done

if you don't you just load and do whatever one in fact as you were our

squats now increased in Bradley you saw it just go up then I don't remember it

was at the start of the video but it's now up to 64 that's the average of your

entire starting 11 anyway whereas we thought the Champions League you don't

get in it in the first season and I think as a level 1 manager it's just

about the league yes this is the winners from the other leagues and all the top

four finishes if you get knocked out in the first sort of few rounds in the

group stage if you finish third rather than the top two you go down into the

super league you can still win that and there's the cup as well everyone goes

into this and you have to try and work your way

through it's all it's all it's nice it's pretty good and you get a nice cash

reward at the end you can always see the top score ISM rated as well and it's a

brand corner and the rules are right here as well have you ever want to know

what the rules done events now there's one just standard event that runs most

League seasons and that is the top scorer challenge you have to nominate

yourself in yes enter it normal eight you set up in you have to enter the

competition guys you get 10% my brain you get a thirty percent and ten risks

if you win it's just whoever has the top amount of goals of a single player at

the end of the season what they do is you have special events as well so last

year we had head-to-head challenge taking on teams from Spain taking on

teams from ring than a summer shootout challenge Halloween challenge list those

are different events and it's all against the other managers and it's all

quite good fun now associations as soon as you're a high enough level you're

gonna want to join the Football Association this is the best way to make

free tokens in this game and they without shadow of a doubt the Football

Association League is running prayer it runs from bronze all the way up to oh

yeah I want to say this is Czech doesn't even show you when you can't pull it by

and you get to speak to of managers as well and it's the best thing for you to

do as a new manager I guarantee you that oh it says when you reach club level 4

so your club levels up when you get promoted basically as well so the

quicker you get promoted the quicker your level goes up I don't remember what

the max is but I hadn't reached it my main account on your glove you get

general overview you can buy all sorts of swanky kits and badges to support

your team's and you get free ones all the time it's worth keeping an eye on

social media I'm needy people on my social media I'll post it as well so you

can see how your team has done this season the best thing you can do is win

the triple we haven't won anything on this account this is brand new

you might wonder why I have games played there simply because when you start

midseason use essentially take over but account that was playing for you so I

haven't played any games really this is all just whatever that cam was doing and

you can see an overview of your manager you get achievements if you connect to a

Google Play account I don't know about Apple you connect whatever lies then you

get points for doing these things it's a lot of hidden ones you have to

look them up online what they are they're weird things like win a game

without a striker I think that's cool part with bus don't spit at the ref and

gets in off and kind of weird ones finances this is a whole whole big

subject I've got video on this it's like 10 minutes long so massively brief

overview you want the green income to bill on the red outgoings simple you can

see this season 590 K incoming so combats is 5.22 and this is how we're

making the money in the season so this number is there and this number

generally good now you can have a sponsor for tokens they call it TV

rights you're gonna want this one o h2 when you can you can't I couldn't

click it the tutorial fourth means click the first one stay with income this is

the best value that's why you want that one Bick finances juice would be good

for a new manager I always want a 82 because I would forget to pick up

sometimes I ain't gonna lie is what it is and or you can't even get these to

level up that's a problem and ticket prices when you're at home you get I'll

be getting free monies I don't know what's could it I'll be getting free

monies for my ticket price as your stadium gets bigger and your club gets

bigger you can increase the ticket price as simple as that if you put the ticket

price too high no one will show up and you will lose money as well as a support

bonus Champions League and the cup was obviously for that

and FA is Football Association matches and general friendlies against friend

other managers win bonus this is the amount you would play pay your players

for winning the match for you it's meant to help motivate them it's not something

I can prove I am tongue-tied guys it's not something I've ever proved it does

but if I'm gonna use it I would go big why not

it's not something I'd recommend again for a new manager it's expensive so we

also have the ground you're gonna want to level up the stadium so that's just I

love this it's expensive and it takes time it does take time eventually it

will be very big and you will have so much money

ticket prices cops like $100 a ticket and a stadium can seat like 250,000 yeah

billions coming out of your happy wallet and you just you never run out so the

game it's difficult early on I remember that and it just it's too much at the

end so it's not balanced that well you have all get off this you have medical

if you upgrade that it Chuck's out free medical we're gonna call them medical

treatments every so often depends on at what level you have it and the youth

squad also checks out youth players the higher that is the better they are and

the you to odds players train quicker and they are generally free or one of

them is and they won't cost to be a tokens for the other beast mini feeds a

great place to keep an eye on everything that's going on top 11 post a lot of

great videos in here and you can just watch them in the game as well as keep

an eye on the social media feedback and what they have going on this is a great

place to make sure you keep an eye on all the events and the upcoming stuff so

you aware and finally the club schwa so hey NIC love shopping you can get the

stuff you need to make your club look like your favorite place so like I said

before if you like the big teams obviously we have around Madrid here

Rissa Dortmund so that is what it is these are the new premium shirts

actually white like some of these I like this one that one sexy I might get that

on my main account and yeah if you ever actually get a redeemed token and come

in here you hit that redeem button there and you put in the token about you code

here and I generally get you something free in game that's a pretty in detail

overview of the whole thing without going too in-depth I'm sorry if I missed

anything I can't think of anything up right now it's quite a long video 25

minutes that's by far the longest video I've ever done I'm just trying to think

before we call it quits no I think that's it if there's anything you want

to see I can redo all the tutorials and I can rego over over 2019 but that's

been it for this video it was a long one if you've made it this

far big shout out massive respect thank you so much for watching as always guys

it's been a pleasure and I will see you in the next video

Subnautica Below Zero Early Access January Fast Guide/Walkthrough - Duration: 2:33.

A quick guide for Subnautica Below Zero's Stage One of Early Access.

You wake up on the land station, walk around, get out and find an alien structure.

Get denied entry, run back to the station on an alternate path, find it destroyed by

an avalanche.

Dive, go through a tunnel and find an emergency pod dropping.

Your first task is to get some food - go outside and start grabbing fish - Bladderfish will

get you pure water, the others you can use for food.

Finish the task by cooking them and consuming them.

Keep exploring - go a bit deeper and grab some Ribbon Plants, Titanium and Copper Ore.

Head back to your pod, then build a Scanner.

Scan for Gravity Trap and Seaglider fragments around your pod until you complete the schematics.

By now you should have a signal location update with an emergency cache - head to the marked

location and gather resources along the way, get the High Capacity O2 Tank Schematic.

Head back to your pod, then build the Seaglider, Knife, Flashlight and Oxygen Tank.

Here are the schematics for these, you can pause the video until you finish up.

You'll need Kelp Seed Clusters that take a lot of inventory space for the knife, then

use the knife to harvest the Kelp itself for fibers.

Your new task is exploring an underground alien facility - go back to where you found

the emergency cache, then go a bit further and you should be in Twisty Bridges.

You'll know what it means.

Go down deep enough in that area - about 200 meters and you're gonna start finding alien

pillars leading you to the facility.

Grab sulfur along the way.

It comes from small red plants with exploding fish.

After you're done with the facility and head back to the pod, some dialogue triggers again.

You'll get a bioscanner drop marked - go fetch it and use it.

Another quest gets triggered and you have a new destination - the Cargo Rocket.

*Build the Repair Tool first*.

Here's the schematic of it.

Go to the marked location, it's an island, go up, you can explore the habitat that's

up there, then keep going up and you'll find the Cargo Rocket.

Get it fixed with the Repair Tool, add the sample to the cargo bay then launch the rocket.

Head back to the pod, some dialogue with your alien friend gets triggered.

Wander around, explore, gather some stuff, on your way back dialogue should be triggered

again and then you should have another marked drop containing the habitat builder.

Go fetch it, getting back into the pod triggers more dialogue.

And that's about it for the first stage of early acces.

------

Like the developers said, unless you know what an unfinished game is, you shouldn't

try to continue past this point.

You can mess around in the other modes - or even better, replay the main Subnautica game.

Hope this helped you, if I forgot anything or something doesn't work - please mention

it in the comments.

Follow us on Twitch for more content , I'll be playing Below Zero on stream when the game

releases.

Bastards out.

A Parent's Survival Guide to Adolescent Alcohol Use - Duration: 8:49.

A Parent's Survival Guide to Adolescent Alcohol Use

Mother: We're concerned about our teenagers and alcohol use.

Father: Why are so many kids drinking at such a young age?

Mother:Yeah.

Announcer: The number one reason people begin drinking at a young age is boredom.

After boredom, the next most common reason is social pressure – wanting to fit in.

For some it can be individual stressors, such as grades, issues with friends or relationships.

Another instigator is easy access to alcohol at home.

Teens are also bombarded with mass marketing of alcohol on TV, social media, billboards,

and more.

Did you know…

The brain of a teenager is undergoing the biggest stage of growth it's experienced

since toddler age.  Adding alcohol to the brain during this stage of development can

be devastating, resulting in:

•Bad Decisions

•Slowed Senses

•Impaired Learning and Memory

•Impairment of Basic Functions

Father: Is drinking today any different from when I was younger?

Announcer: Studies show that young people are experimenting with alcohol at earlier ages

more than ever before.

•36% start drinking in the 11th grade.

•40% start drinking in the 9th grade and

•24% start drinking in the 7th grade.

Sacramento youth are consuming alcohol more than any other drug, drinking regularly and

imbibing dangerous quantities in one sitting.

Though it may seem that drugs like opioids and marijuana are used more frequently,

alcohol is being used by more Sacramento County teens than all other drugs… _combined_.

[Sound of siren in the distance]

Did you know…

In the U.S., teens abuse alcohol more than any illicit drug.

Not surprisingly, it causes the most harm — teen alcohol abuse is responsible each

year for nearly 200,000 ER visits and 4,300 deaths among kids under 21.

Mother: Does it matter how old a person is the first time they try alcohol?

Announcer: Studies show that people who start drinking before age 15 were 50% more likely to become

alcohol dependent as adults.

The same is true to a lesser extent for those who start drinking between ages 15 and 17.

Parents should know that for every year you can delay the start of your child's drinking,

you greatly reduce their risk of addiction, cognitive issues and health problems.

Father: We're hearing a lot about "Binge Drinking" on the news these days.

Mother: Yeah, what exactly is "Binge Drinking"?

Announcer: The term 'Binge Drinking' refers to the consumption of alcohol in a short period of

time, bringing the blood alcohol level concentration (BAC) to 0.08 or above.

Studies show that 1 in 7 teenagers binge drink, often resulting in harmful consequences.

Middle school and high school aged children are a growing area of concern for binge drinking.

20% of youth between the ages of 12 and 20 have engaged in binge drinking at some time

over the past 30 days.

When most teenagers drink,  they tend to binge drink, making them:

Two times more likely to get into a crash, three times more likely to need medical emergency

care, and four times more likely to get into a serious

fight.

Teens who binge drink are also more likely to have unprotected sex.

Mother: What kind of warning signs should we be looking for?

Announcer: Parents need to be be vigilant and keep an eye out for the following signs of alcohol use.

Mood changes such as flare-ups of temper, increased irritability or defensiveness.

School issues such as poor attendance, low grades, or recent disciplinary actions.

Rebelling against family, school, or societal rules or authority figures.

Switching friends with a reluctance to have parents get to know the new ones.

A "nothing matters" attitude such as sloppy appearance, a lack of involvement in former

interests, and general low energy.

Finding alcohol in your child's room or backpack, or smelling alcohol on his or her

breath.

Physical or mental problems such as memory lapses, poor concentration, bloodshot eyes,

lack of coordination, or slurred speech.

As some of these reflect normal teenage behaviors, watch for the sudden appearances of these

signs or symptoms that could indicate your teen is drinking.

Mother: As parents, what can we do to prevent our children from drinking?

Announcer: Parents have the greatest influence on whether or not their children will drink alcohol.

Make time to talk one on one with your child about drinking, and listen to what he or she

has to say.

Be prepared and know what to say to prevent drinking.

Consider developing family rules about underage drinking such as:

• No drinking until they turn 21 • Older siblings should help out by encouraging

younger siblings to abstain from drinking • Leave any party if alcohol is served

• Do not get into a car with a driver who's been drinking

Be sure to discuss the consequences they will face at home if they drink any amount of alcohol.

Don't assume every parent has the same rules around underage drinking as you do.

Talk to the parents of your teens' friends and let them know you do not permit your child

to drink.

Parents sometimes believe it is safer for kids to drink alcohol at home.

This is NOT the case.

Providing alcohol to adolescents implies that parents approve of their drinking.

Not only is it illegal for any adult to provide alcohol to a minor, parents giving their teenagers

alcohol under any circumstance greatly increases the risk of their teens drinking when they're

away from home.

As students indicate they are drinking out of boredom, parents should encourage healthier

alternatives.

Get kids engaged in sports, hobbies, games concerts, movies, working or volunteering.

Another approach is to keep track of your teen's activities.

Be aware of what they are doing and who they are doing it with.

When your teenager is out at night, stay awake or set an alarm so that you can greet

them when they arrive back home.

When your teen returns from going out, be sure to make contact, ask questions and listen.

Don't allow underage drinking in your home.

Be clear with your child about the rules.

If you are going to be away, pre-arrange for a neighbor to check-in.

Permit the neighbor to call the police to shut down a party if things get out of control.

Tell your teen you have arranged this beforehand.

Kids watch what their parents do.

Set a good example by limiting your use of alcohol in the home.

Father: Where can we find more information?

Announcer: More information on teens and alcohol abuse can be found online by visiting:

Register Today! Corporate Relationships in Action: A Step-by-Step Guide to Outreach - Duration: 6:39.

Hello everyone! Elizabeth here with Foundation Center and I'm joined today

by Lewis Flax. He'll be our presenter on February 14th for our live online

training where we'll be discussing engaging corporate partners. Thank you so

much for joining us today! My pleasure. Looking for looking forward to the

webinar on the 14th So are we! I wanted to get started by

asking you: how is outreach to corporations perhaps slightly different

to outreach to foundations?

Elizabeth, when reaching out to foundations they

generally have their specific goals or objectives whether it's related to

health care, education... and they're very focused on what the nonprofit is going

to do. When looking to outreach for corporations they vary in terms of their

goals and their interests: are they looking for visibility and awareness,

maybe thought leadership, community engagement, employee engagement,

showcasing how they're engaged or connected at a local regional or

national level. Sometimes it could be where they've had a scandal or an issue

and they want to get engaged with nonprofits as it relates to what is it

that they want to get involved in. And the big difference is whereas

foundations are looking for the nonprofit to handle or address a

specific issue and they stand back and wait to read or review the assessment report

the corporations are very interested in getting involved and

engaged and looking at it through the lens up what's in their interest and

what are their goals and objectives? And often it's a partnership that's usually

beneficial. One other area is often on the outreach side nonprofits will treat

those outreach calls or efforts or meetings in the same way and really when

it comes from the corporates we don't when we pitch or present ourselves as

this is why we're important, this is why we're impactful, this is the difference

we make... Yeah that can be valuable yet from a corporate standpoint there's 10

homeless shelters or there's five groups that help with literacy within the same

city or three groups that fight a specific disease. So we really need to

differentiate ourselves and look within

ourselves as to how and under what parameters we can work with that corporation.

I think that's really helpful. Corporations want to be involved.

It's always going to be helpful to present the corporation with what

they'll get out of the partnership. I think that's really important.

I wanted to ask you about your experience working with corporate executives

You know, how do you get on that same page with those potential corporate partners?

sure well for the last 10 years serving as a consultant it's been interviewing

many different corporate executives across a range and spectrum of the

industry and the question or the issue is: what is it that they're looking for?

and gaining independent third-party feedback on where they want to go, what

their goals are, what their objectives are. In one situation with one

organization with one nonprofit they were focused on visibility and awareness

and how the company could receive that. When conducting the interview the

corporate executive talked a lot about employee engagement and making sure

there were volunteer opportunities and how from the corporate standpoint they

could enhance and improve their engagement with their own employee base

And so it was different from what the nonprofit thought so we needed to shift

and change as it related to the efforts, the focus, and the collaboration.

I think that's really really helpful advice especially when you're in

an actual meeting being able to pivot either at that point in time or you know

perhaps in the follow-up. I wanted to ask you as well: what is one thing that

participants will be able to do after they come to our webinar on the

fourteenth? Yeah, Elizabeth, we're gonna provide the tools or the tool box as it

relates to the approach, the strategy, research, getting others involved.

Yet the real takeaway for most folks is: let me go to that meeting or they're in that

call what should they say? Who should be involved? What should the structure of that

meeting look like? How should they open it up? And often in many cases it may be

a meeting with an individual who's not the right contact or the

best person to speak with. How to transition so that we're in

a better situation to be able to connect with others within the organization. So

it's really after the 14th and the webinar where folks on the nonprofit

side are better positioned when they have their next meeting, their next call

as to how to deal with those specific types of situations. Great! I'm excited

for everyone to have more successful meetings after they get the tools that

they need. So definitely be more prepared to take on more of those engagements

with potential partners. And then just to wrap up Lewis, I'd love our participants

to get to know you a little bit better before the 14th. So I wanted to ask you

what's your favorite movie of the moment? Sure, the favorite movie...we have two

young children and my kids love going to the movies. So the movies that I see are often

G or PG rated and one that really touched me was Paddington 2 and it's

about a big cuddly teddy bear and this cuddly teddy bear his kindness and his

warmth impact everybody within the community and he really makes a

difference and it was very touching and heartwarming. My kids loved it and I

enjoyed it. So that is the...I know it's now Academy Award season. Paddington 2

is probably not going to be there and I really enjoyed that that movie. I love it!

So if anyone in the social sector needs a little pick-me-up and some kindness and

compassion I think that's a really good recommendation. 5 stars for Paddington. We hope that everyone is

able to join us on the 14th live so you guys can take advantage of the Q&A that

we'll be having with Lewis. If you can't join us live don't worry you'll

absolutely get the recording once you register for the webinar so we highly

highly hope that you can take advantage of the early bird pricing that's going

through February 7th. With that, I want to say thank you Lewis and thank you to everyone for

joining us today. Looking forward to the 14th and thank you Elizabeth!

Take care. Bye bye.
