How To Use Accountability Software Right - Three-Minute Thursdays #5 - Duration: 4:25.

It really wasn't that long ago, that it was difficult

and it was usually pretty expensive to get hold of pornography.

Today it's difficult and it's usually pretty expensive

to avoid pornography.

So what we've seen then, is the rise of these programmes

we call accountability software.

You've heard, I'm sure, of Covenant Eyes and X3 Watch and Lion,

and all these different programmes and I'm really grateful for them.

I gladly recommend them.

But my concern is not with the programmes so much sometimes as the people who use them.

So in this edition of 3 Minute Thursdays, I want to tell you

how to use accountability software right.

So let's get three minutes on the clock, and here we go.

Now, what is accountability software for, what's its purpose?

Well as software, it's meant to track where you go

and what you do online, and then to bundle it all up into a report

and to send it to someone.

To send it to an accountability partner.

The knowledge that this other person will see what I've done,

that's meant to hold me accountable.

That's meant to keep me from doing those things I might do,

if I knew that it would remain a secret, just between myself and no one else.

And then added to that software, some level of filtering.

So the software itself can keep me from viewing certain sites

or even certain categories of sites.

Now, these are great features.

They're really really helpful for people who've struggled with porn,

they've struggled at looking at porn in the past,

they may have a bit of an addiction or for parents, who are concerned

that their children may struggle in some way.

This software is a true blessing.

It holds off some of the absolute worst at what

the internet seems so eager to dole out to us.

But I think it's important that we make sure that we're always looking beyond our accountability

software and here's what I mean.

This software is a very helpful way to keep us from sinning.

It adds that layer of accountability that makes us think twice

before we dive into porn.

And then it adds that layer of filtering that hopefully prevents us, even if we decide,

I don't even care if someones going to see, I'm going after it anyways, I'm just going

to dive right in.

And that's great, right?

But that's not enough.

The point and purpose of the Christian life is not,

to not sin.

The point and purpose of the Christian life is not

just to put all sorts of barriers around us so that we can't sin,

even though we want to sin.

See, the Christian life is about growing in holiness.

The Christian life is about growing in conformity to Jesus Christ.

We don't want to just not sin, we want to be holy.

Really what we want to do as Christians is to put to death our desire for sin

and then come alive to these brand new desires for righteousness.

That is an amazing thing.

We want to find delight in living lives that are marked by holiness

and marked by this new kind of purity.

So accountability software is great at holding off temptation.

It's great at removing a huge temptation to sin.

But, we need to take that opportunity to come alive to righteousness.

In the end, we don't want to have to rely on software like

this to keep us from sin, right?

We want to grow in love for God so that we don't even want to commit that

sin anymore.

Ultimately we want to be able to live without that software, that's the end goal.

So how do you use accountability software right?

Well, if you've struggled with porn in the past,

you use it to hold off sin while you learn to put on new patterns

and while you learn to put to death old patterns.

If you're thinking of your children, use it to hold off the temptation to sin,

while you teach and train your children and while you wait for them

to develop Godly character.

Whatever you do, do not neglect character.

Don't confuse holiness with the inability to sin.

Don't confuse sanctification with just putting some kind of barrier in

place.

Put that barrier in place and then commit yourself to growing in Christian

character.

Trust and pray that someday you'll be so free from the sin

you don't even need that software anymore.

That's the great goal, that's the great desire.

Many HP users are on the verge of war after the news that the US manufacturer would install on some PCs and their unknowingly telemetry software was circulated.

The issue emerged on November 15, when reports on slowdowns in some cases were seen in performance.

It did not take long to identify the HP Touchpoint Analytics Client software as a culprit , an application that detects different data from the computer even by starting other apps and services.

There are those who remember the story Lenovo charges HP of the same violations, who point their finger on the unlikely will of the manufacturer to slow down the performance of their PCs.

What is certain at the moment is that customers who are complaining about official HP forums emphasize that they have not been alerted to the activities of this tool, and consequently did not have permission to install and then collect data.

As software has arrived on PCs, it is unclear: according to most users, it would be widespread through Windows Update updates, which include updating the HP Touchpoint Analytics Service on version 40.

Personal protective equipment for airborne contaminants - Duration: 8:40.

- This film shows you how to correctly and safely

put on, wear, and remove personal protective equipment.

It also shows you how to safely dispose of it.

Personal protective equipment, or PPE, is designed

to protect your eyes, nose, mouth

and respiratory system from airborne contaminants

such as fibres, dust, gas and vapour.

Completing a risk assessment will help

you choose the right PPE for the task.

It will determine whether you need to wear

items such as boot covers, disposable coveralls

with a hood, a respirator, eye protection

or a face shield, and gloves.

The rating of the PPE you need to wear

to complete the task is critical.

Certain items of PPE, such as respirators and coveralls,

are rated depending on the hazards they protect you from.

If you need to wear PPE, you must be trained

and given instructions to know how to use it

and dispose of it properly.

Firstly, set up a clean area where you

will put on and take off your PPE.

You should lay down a piece of plastic on

the ground that can be disposed of later.

Choose an area that is outside the hazard or where

the task is to be done but as close to it as possible.

This is where you will store items to assist

you when removing your PPE such as something

to decontaminate reusable PPE, wet wipes are one option,

thick plastic bags to dispose of wet wipes

and disposable PPE, containers for storing reusable PPE,

and a roll of duct tape.

Have a waste bag open and taped to the wall,

ready to receive disposable items of PPE.

Before putting on your PPE, remove all jewellery

including watches and wedding rings.

Your PPE items must fit properly

and be in good working order.

If you are using a respirator, it must be fit tested.

The order of putting on your PPE is important.

Boot covers first, then disposable coveralls,

your respirator, followed by eye protection

or a face shield.

Next, put your gloves on.

The last item of PPE to be put on

is the hood of your coveralls.

When putting on disposable boot covers,

the tough surface of the covers should be

under the soles of your boots.

The boot covers should be secured around

your ankles using the ties and then securely

taped around your feet using duct tape.

Shape a tab at the end of the duct tape

to make it easier to remove later.

When putting on your disposable coveralls,

be careful not to tear the fabric and

ensure the zipper's pulled up to prevent

dust getting into the openings.

Disposable and reusable respirators are

fitted with filters to protect you from

inhaling dust, vapours and fibres.

The respirator and filters that you use

should be rated and suitable for the

kinds of hazards present.

You can use a disposable or reusable respirator.

When putting on a disposable respirator,

hold it in your hand with the nose piece

at your fingertips allowing the head straps

to hang freely below your hand.

Position the respirator under your chin and

over your nose and hold it firmly in position.

Pull the elastic straps over the top of your head.

The bottom of the strap should be below

your ears and the top strap high on the

back of your head, above the ears.

If you have long hair, ensure it isn't

caught underneath the bottom strap.

Using both hands, mould the plastic nose

piece to the shape of your nose.

To put on a reusable respirator, loosen the straps,

place the respirator over your mouth and nose,

place the bottom strap behind your head,

ensuring long hair is removed from under it,

pull the top strap over your head,

making sure the head harness is on the top of your head.

Tighten the straps and check the fit

so it fits securely to your face.

To ensure there is an airtight seal,

make sure your face is clean shaven.

Fit checking will determine if he respirator

seals correctly and can be done in two ways

depending on whether your respirator has valves.

If you're using a disposable respirator and it

does not have a valve, place your hands over the

respirator and breathe out hard.

If the seal isn't good, you'll feel air leaking

out from the edges of the mask.

If you're using a reusable respirator that does

have a valve or cartridge or a disposable respirator

that does have a valve, place a hand over each cartridge

or on the valve and take a quick deep breath in.

If it is well sealed, the respirator will

collapse slightly inwards and you won't feel

any air passing between it and your face.

Any detected air leaks should be corrected by

repositioning the respirator and checking again.

There are a variety of face shields and

eye protection options to choose from,

depending on the task and the surrounding conditions.

When putting on your eye or face protection,

make sure there is no interference

with your respirator straps.

Next, put your gloves on.

The last item of PPE to be put on

is the hood of your coveralls.

Place the hood over your head and secure it

around your face and over the straps of the

respirator and zip it up.

Now, you're ready to start work.

When the task is complete, you need to safely

remove your PPE in the correct order to minimize

contaminating other areas.

Move to the change area where you first put on your PPE.

Next, unzip your coveralls to the middle of your chest.

Take your hood off by rolling it backwards on itself.

Unzip the rest of the coveralls.

Remove your arms by keeping them straight behind

your back and pulling your arms out of the sleeves.

Gather the sleeves and continue to remove

the coveralls by rolling them inside out until

they are around your ankles.

Remove your legs from the coveralls

and step back onto them.

Then you can untie and untape your disposable boot covers.

Roll your coveralls and boot covers into a

ball and place them into the waste bag.

When removing gloves, grasp the palm of

one glove near your wrist and carefully peel it off,

turning it inside out.

Do the same for the second glove

and place both into the waste bag.

Then clean your hands with wet wipes

and safely dispose of them into the bag.

Remove your safety glasses or face shield.

Wipe them over with a wet wipe or

dispose of them in the waste bag.

Finally, remove your respirator.

Removing your respirator last will protect you

while removing all other PPE.

Lean forward and remove it from your face by the straps,

taking care not to touch the front.

A disposable respirator should be disposed

into the waste bag, but a reusable respirator

should be treated by separating the filter

from the respirator, wiping the inside and

outside surfaces of the respirator with wet wipes,

wiping the filter with wet wipes, and placing it

and the respirator into separate storage containers,

sealing both the containers to ensure they remain

uncontaminated for the next use.

A filter at the end of its life

should be immediately disposed of.

Safely dispose of the plastic on the ground by folding

it inwards and placing it into the waste bag.

Then wipe your hands with a wet wipe

and wash them as soon as possible.

When disposing of your contaminated PPE,

seal the first bag and then place it into a

second waste bag.

Seal the outer bag via a gooseneck.

Hold the bag about one third of the way

from the top and while twisting tightly,

begin taping the bag using duct tape.

Once you have taped to the top of the bag,

fold the taped section in half and tape the

folded parts together to the top of the fold.

Dispose of the waste according to

local council laws and waste sites.

hey guys Kevin Kreider more than just muscle today is an intermittent fasting

Q&A the first question I have is from Danielle doesn't medium chain

triglycerides break the fast technically on a traditional fast yes especially

religious fast in certain ones of water will even break the fast and the thing

with the medium chain triglycerides yes it technically does break the fast

because you will have food in your body but in this type of fast thing that most

people are talking about these days it's just staying in a more ketogenic state

and with the ketogenic state you can pretty much stay and more of a

heightened I learned it alertness but also too when you just have fats in your

diet it doesn't raise your insulin levels it's really all about the insulin

level anyway because when you raise your insulin levels it reduces the growth

hormone levels and also something that you call the fight-or-flight response

which is from your sympathetic nervous system and that will actually decrease

as well so what you want to do is have insulin levels very low or just off

because then you can actually start increasing it's like this increase in

the growth hormone and sympathetic nervous system I'm sympathetic

fight-or-flight responses as it goes on so it's really about just keeping the

insulin levels very low and the reason why they say don't even have protein too

is because proteins will increase insulin levels over a certain amount -

and also watch out for the caffeine intake as well so for this type of

fasting yes medium chain triglycerides do not break the fast in this type of

fasting especially in the versions that were speaking about with intermittent

fasting such as the lean gains or the warrior diet style the next question

it's about consuming coffee while fasting since coffee does contain trace

calories one two three won't that basically a movie from the fasted state

and thus HGH and they've been searching for a secretion of HGH but most often do

not touch about consuming zero calorie drinks with exception of water that's a

great question because it actually goes back to the first one - yes it's only

one two three calories and the thing is though it has

zero chances of raising your insulin levels which will increase your growth

hormone levels like I said over time that's a really interesting point

actually is because coffee does have trace calories in it one two three and

that is true even basically like zero calorie drinks that they claim do have

technically a little bit of calories it's just that basically if it's less

than one gram or something like that the FDA doesn't say you have to actually say

it's on lingual you can say it's zero calories so there's a little bit of

leeway with what is allowed on the back pack of packages and the thing is it's

really about like we go back to the first question which is is your insulin

levels raised are your insulin levels high or rising because here's the thing

when insulin is present and rising growth hormone starts to decrease and

starts to decrease and same thing with your sympathetic nervous system starts

to decrease in decreased racing insulin levels basically tells your body that

it's being fed and when that's being fed the parasympathetic nervous system kicks

in which is the opposite of the sympathetic nervous system which tells

you that you're fed and you get slowed down a little bit more and it starts

suggestion and everything so and it's such a store of carbohydrates and it

starts to store or you add more fat into your body literally so the thing is guys

it's all about the insulin really when it comes to fasting so no coffee won't

do it unless you have a high caffeine intake and then it could do that as well

should you workout in the beginning area faster at the end what do you benefit

more fat burning effect if you workout in the beginning of the fast

I actually prefer to work out right before I break my fast the reason why I

like to do that is because the longer I start to fast the more growth hormone

gets to get increased so then after when I train and when I'm training my growth

hormone levels increase even more and then I become more insulin sensitive

which means that when I eat foo it uses it and starts to store it efficiently

without turning it into fat and that's the thing guys it's all to your

preference - I don't believe they're really about burning more calories

eventually for me it's trying to stay within that anabolic window which is

about three to four hours where your body gets to use the food

more efficiently that way and gets to store your muscle glycogen more

efficiently too and the thing is with doing it first thing in the morning is

that I'm not fully wide-awake I might have been able to have one cup of coffee

which to me is not enough to actual workout efficiently and effectively and

the thing is when you do the first thing in the workout in the morning you might

work out at 6 a.m. and then your first meals not till 12 that goes past that

and you actually would be better off having some branched chain amino acids

which technically kind of break the fast and the thing is though you won't break

down your muscle tissues I recommend doing that if you workout that early and

also - there's like a lot of fun flavor drinks out there that are branched chain

amino acid flavor which might give you that taste in your mouth to reduce your

hunger then later on in the day to keep you fasted longer and that's the thing I

would totally recommend that having a little bit of meeting change on

glycerides in there as well to keep you satisfied and full longer because it

will actually keep you fuller longer if you have some type of fats after your

morning workout so not one there's better the other it's just that it's

what your preference is I don't the thing is though guys they even did

studies with like fasted state cardio and the thing is it's really not more

fat burning yes you use more fat cells to burn calories during the week

training but when you do it over a long period of time you burn the same amount

of calories and it's all about the calorie intake anyway not really where

the source of energies coming from from back to carbohydrates at the time

because it comes to carbohydrates first and then for quick bursts of energy and

then when you do slower study and your body becomes more aerobic then yes it

turns the fats and then eventually turns into fats and amino acids but that's

like marathon running and such or anything cardio above an hour and above

so guys I hope that answered your question with that one all right guys

On November 29, Hyeri uploaded a photo of herself standing in front of the coffee truck with a drink in her hand along with a caption addressed to Ji Sung.

She stated, Thanks to you, Ive been told a years worth of compliments saying youre pretty today. Thank you for always being a reliable [source of] strength.

Youre the best! The message referred to the banner of the coffee truck, which reads, Everyone, please tell Hyeri a lot that shes pretty!. The two of them had previously acted together in SBSs Entertainer, which aired last year.

Toyota Motor Corporation has revealed T-HR3, the company's third generation humanoid

robot.

Toyota's latest robotics platform, designed and developed by Toyota's Partner Robot

Division, will explore new technologies for safely managing physical interactions between

robots and their surroundings, as well as a new remote maneuvering system that mirrors

user movements to the robot.

T-HR3 is controlled from a Master Maneuvering System that allows the entire body of the

robot to be operated instinctively with wearable controls that map hand, arm and foot movements

to the robot, and a head-mounted display that allows the user to see from the robot's

perspective.

T-HR3 will be featured at the upcoming International Robot Exhibition 2017 at Tokyo Big Sight from

November 29 through December 2.

Toyota MR2 - Everything You Need to Know | Up to Speed - Duration: 11:25.

Mr. 2 if you're nasty.

It's a badass spaceship from Japan that went head to head with some of the best exotics

in the world.

What it lacked in size it made up for in pure driving joy, and it helped Toyota establish

a decade's long reputation for performance.It's one of the famous Toyota triplets, it's the

Supra's little brother and at one point it was faster.

That's right.

Here's everything you need to know to get Up to Speed on the Toyota MR2.

The Toyota MR2 began as a design experiment in 1979.

Lead Designer Akio Yoshida was trying to build a car that got great gas mileage and was fun to drive.

I love it, I love this car.

He was playing around with his sketch pad and thought "WHOA, what if I put the engine

behind the driver?"

The car could be really aerodynamic and the weight balance would be great for driving

around on the twisties.

"Holy crap guys, I think I just made a sports car!"

Yoshida's bosses were like "Dude, you're a little crazy, but we like it.

Let's make this thing!"

The MR2 prototype rode a fine line between cutting edge and cutting costs.

The car was equipped with disc brakes at every wheel, which was advanced for the early eighties,

but also used simple MacPherson strut suspension, which...

wasn't so advanced.

What critics might see as a way to cut costs, Toyota saw as innovative, minimalist design.

The simple nature of Macpherson struts made for less sophisticated handling, but they

take up a lot less room.

Which is important when you are putting an engine where it's not supposed to be, huh.

When you're designing a small mid-engined car, you have to save space wherever you can.

I cannot stress this enough I learned it the hard way.

Don't make the same mistakes I have.

The Car was also powered by the world's first production twin cam, 16 valve engine,

the 4A-GE.

Ever head of it, it's a freakin legend.

The little four banger hit redline at 7,400 rpm.

It freakin screamed, and it ripped.

The MR2 was Japan's first mid-engine car and it also had pop up freakin headlights.

Toyota was serious about making the MR2 really really good, they even tested the prototype

out at Willow Springs and had racing legend Dan Gurney help develop the suspension.

You know how every race car driver sprays champagne on the podium after they win?

Yeah, Dan Gurney invented that, so I think he knows a thing or two about making fast cars.

Sh*t cops.

Get down on the ground!

Dan and his team spent four days at Willow making tweaks to the car, to get it just right.

Gurney liked the car so much, he convinced Toyota to let him take the Prototype to

Angeles Crest highway so he could see how well it handled on real world conditions.

He freaking loved it.

He practically asked it to marry him.

He called it late at night and when, when it picked up he hung up.

He would text the MR2 randomly and say "What's up, how you been?

Just thinking about you."

That's how much he liked it.

Toyota gave us the 'Midship Runabout 2-seater, that is actually what MR2 stands for, in 1984,

when it went on sale in Japan, and it was an instant favorite.

It was modern and exotic- the car was reminiscent of the prototypical driver's car- the Lotus,

which was intentional.

Lotus helped Toyota design the suspension, and Toyota 'borrowed' a few Lotus design

cues for the body.

Alongside the Celica and Supra, the MR2 gave Toyota some serious performance cred.

If you wanted an affordable and reliable sports car in the 80s, you had get a Toyota!

Why did people love the MR2 so much?

Well I'll tell ya bud!

Like the Miata and Nissan Z, the MR2 gave owners the raw driving thrill of a car exponentially

more expensive.

And since it was Japanese, you didn't have to worry about getting it serviced every ten

thousand miles like a Ferrari.

For around 38 grand in today's money, you could own a mid engined sportscar that looked

like a spaceship.

Yes, that's awesome.

In 1986 the MR2 was offered with a supercharger that produced 145 horsepower, which pushed

the car from zero to sixty in six and a half seconds.

That was faster than the Supra and almost as quick as the Ferrari 328.

The supercharger also had an innovative feature that allowed it to be disengaged when it wasn't

needed to save gas.

It could also be bought with T-tops which pretty much makes the MR2 the most 80s car ever.

You got the T-Top, you got them Pop Up headlights and you got a supercharger.

This thing is everything we love from the 80s in one car, it's amazing.

So now Toyota's got a real sports car that's beating everything on the road, so what do you do?

Naturally, they take it off road.

In the mid eighties Toyota built an MR2 rally car called the 'Two Twenty Two D'.

It may have looked like an MR2, but shared virtually nothing with the production version,

except for some body panels and that Macpherson strut suspension.

It was all wheel drive, and reportedly made over 600 horsepower.

It also looked like freaking monster.

So how did this beast perform?

Well, it didn't.

Unfortunately the class it was designed for, Group S, was scrapped with Group B. What's Group B?

Only the most badass collection of Rally Cars ever assembled.

(Loud exhaust notes)

The second gen Mr. two debuted in 1990, with a fresh face and a sleek new bod.

Critics soon started calling the W20 the 'Poor man's Ferrari' because it kinda looked like one.

The new MR2 embraced the Exotic mindset with a more luxurious interior and larger overall design.

It's still very small.

Chief Engineer Kazutoshi Arima.

Chief Engineer Kazutoshi Arima exclaimed that "The MR2 should be the perfect expression of freedom."

Freedom!

Arima wanted the car to be a space where the Japanese driver could be themselves, and he

felt the rigors of life in Japan made it hard to do so.

The W20 weighed 400 pounds more than the previous car, but that didn't matter because Toyota

got rid of the Supercharger and threw on a turbocharger.

It's a turbo Elaine, a turbo!

Making 200 horses, and it was only available with a manual transmission.

Which is freakin awesome.

These days the Turbo models go for about 2 to 3 times as much as the naturally aspirated ones,

which sucks because I'm paying like $6500 dollars a month in child support.

He's 22 years old Jessica!

The updated MR2 was again a legitimate threat to the 'fancier' sportscars.

The stock turbo MR2 beat the NSX, Supra and Ferrari 348 in the Quarter mile.

On the Japanese car show "Best Motoring" the MR2 went head to head against cars like

the M3, R32, RX7 and the Supra, all of them brand new at the time, and the MR2 held them

all off for a lap, like it was playing Gran Turismo on easy mode.

Toyota Racing Development, TRD, offered the MR2 with an official body kit and tuning package

turning the car into a replica of their TRD 2000 GT race car.

Customers could order the package with whatever engine and suspension upgrades they wanted,

with some rumored to produce over 500 horsepower.

Making it the most badass deathtrap Toyota ever made.

The second Gen MR2 was produced for ten years with only very few changes throughout

it was just that good.

The one major change Toyota made to the 2nd Gen MR2 was the suspension.

The car had a tendency to let the tail out if you let off the gas during a turn, which

would then snap back when the car found its weight balance.

Snap oversteer.

This is easy to correct if you have F1 driver level skills like me or Dan Gurney, but

it caught a lot of regular people off guard.

Toyota made tweaks to fix the problem in '93, but critics said the car had lost it's edge.

Would you make up your mind?

Do you want the car to kill you or not?

I swear these car critics, I don't know man.

The third generation MR2 "Spyder" with a "y" was unveiled in 2000, this time offered

only as a convertible.

Fans were a little disappointed with the toned down looks but that didn't matter because

this thing was really freakin' good.

Some journalists called it the best handling car you could buy, even better than the freaking

Miata.

The new MR2 was being compared to the Porsche Boxster, which is exactly what Toyota wanted.

Ya hear that Mazda?

Not only is our car better than your's we're better than Porsche too!

Suck it!

Ohhh!

The Spyder's design was entirely focused on the driving experience.

Sure, It made 'only' 138 horsepower but the car was so light that it didn't even matter.

Like the Miata and the Boxster, the Spyder rewarded drivers who kept their momentum going.

However, if you still find the power to be a little lacking, swapping for other Toyota

four cylinders or even some 6's is pretty easy.

The Spyders gained popularity as a great choice for first project cars.

They're pretty cheap and since it's a Toyota, you don't have to worry about it

breaking down all the time.

MR2 sales started to decline around the world, and the Spyder ended production in 2007.

Toyota shifted their focus away from sports cars and towards building more practical cars

like the Prius, until 2013 when they Introduced the GT86, but that is a story for another day.

The MR2 was Toyota's take on the exotic, both in terms of looks and driving feel, and

they did a pretty damn good job.

While it may have started out as an exploration in good gas mileage, The MR2 transformed into

a perfect mix of driving emotion, stellar design, and legendary Toyota reliability.

There were times where I was tied with both hands to the bedpost like this.

And both legs. I'm naked and he would inject me with either heroin or he would put a

crack pipe to my mouth and light it for me.

I was only 19 and I was just

no longer a human being. I was property.

This story starts in Florida, the rehab capital of America.

It begins with Simone, a 23 year old, addicted to heroin and crack cocaine

who's been bought and sold by fraudulent halfway homes

and drug treatment centers across the state.

In three years

I've been to 245 halfway houses, what we call flop houses.

"Simone" is one of thousands caught

in a corrupt system of recovery facilities that illegally make millions

from addicts insurance policies.

So who are the people buying and selling

addicts?

They call them "body snatchers" or "junkie hunters" and many of these hunters

are after something much darker.

That's Ted Padich, he's the lead investigator on the sober home task

force in Palm Beach County.

So why urine samples? Well, to understand it we need to go back to the

Affordable Healthcare Act and the Parity Act which in 2010

required insurance policies to cover substance abuse.

After all the votes have been tallied, health insurance reform becomes law in the United States of America.

Providing insurance coverage to treat addiction is necessary, but without regulation, scam

artists are taking advantage of the system by running excessive and

unnecessary tests, namely urine analysis.

For a single $30 store-bought

urine test, you could get up to $1,500 in payouts from insurance companies.

Let's do the math: if you run five tests a week on a single addict, that's $7,500.

Six addicts at five tests a week, $45,000.

That's over 2.3 million a year and the

numbers keep going up.

And even after insurance companies started to catch on,

these treatment centers would find other things to charge for: STD checks, massage

therapy, pregnancy tests and even DNA testing.

And there you have it, an illegal

money-making operation with multi-million dollar potential all based

on how many addicts you have and how often they pee.

So that explains the

insurance fraud, but there's another layer to the scam.

"Simone" was at an AA meeting in New Jersey

when she was approached.

I was desperate and you could

tell by how I sat in the back of the room.

And this woman approached me

and I told her I can't keep a needle out of my arm and I'm 19 years old.

The first question she asked me is if I had health insurance and she gave me the

information to this treatment center within 48 hours, I was on a plane.

So, why would a treatment center pay for a free flight to Florida?

This is where the body snatchers come in.

These are people paid by the treatment centers and sober homes

to bring in more addicts.

They can be marketers on the internet or snatchers on the ground hunting for addicts and AAA meetings or

at local coffee shops.

And the hub of all this: Delray Beach.

This past year I stayed at a flophouse on Swinton Ave in Delray Beach.

I stayed there for over five and a half months smoking crack and shooting heroin

every single day and they just ran my insurance. My mother still receives bills.

Simone's mother's showed me stacks of actual bills from these flop houses,

showing up to five year urine tests a week and charging her insurance over a

hundred and fifteen thousand dollars for a five month period.

If you have a good

insurance program, you're a gold mine.

What we call Body Snatchers,

they are preying on the most vulnerable people there are and they will lure them

with cash, with gym memberships, drugs. To further complicate it

each relapse those insurance benefits start anew.

And flop houses will actually

pay you to relapse just to restart your benefits.

When I was struggling I would you know

put make a Facebook status or something like I need help, I'm gonna die. I'm scared.

And I would have people reach out to me just be like listen, you go to this

treatment center, I'll give you a little bit of money.

Zoe was first given opioids

at a hospital when her appendix was taken out at the age of 15.

I remember my mom just

standing over me, and I was like, I like this.

I'm sorry.

And then after that I kind of dabbled a little bit, until my mom got

diagnosed with cancer. She started getting allotted and I would army crawl

into her bedroom and I would just pour about 30 or 40 of them into my hand.

I was sixteen. Fully addicted to opiates and I remember I was laying on the couch

and my dad came home early from work he said so you want to go see your mom

today we don't think she's gonna make it through the night I just was like nah

I'm good, like, I'm gonna stay here. I was high.

He came home later that night and he said your mom died. The next day I went and

used heroin for the first time.

Like Simone, Zoe was lured to Florida by a marketer

who profited from her referral but the story gets more complicated.

Addicts who were lured in become more than commodities for their health

insurance policies, many women become trapped in a sex trafficking scheme that

cushions the profit of some of these owners.

So this is the area that I was in

and this is Northwest 13th where I was.

I haven't been back here in a while

this is the park that I tried to hang myself in.

My mother tried to pull me out of that house and they didn't know that

I couldn't leave for two reasons. Not only am I hooked to crack cocaine but I am

somebody's property and I cannot leave.

With help from her parents, Simone escaped from that flophouse and is now a student at Palm Beach State College

She says her classmates have no idea

that she's one of thousands of women and men lost in what they call "the Florida Shuffle."

We're about to go to the Motel 6 it's great for trafficking because the

highway is right there.

When women come down here they do in fact become sort of

the property and a commodity that's to be traded it's like a hellhole,

where they end up powerless, no options, in the hands of people who are going to trade them.

There are girls that are 12-13 years old.

We hear that they're being passed

around groups of girls that are moved from place to place treated like chattel

authorities have made over 30 arrests in just the last year. The most infamous of

these cases was that of Kenny Chapman, who pled guilty to multiple counts of

money laundering, insurance fraud and sex trafficking,

Susan has represented some of his victims

So he would actually market them in houses of prostitution.

He was also giving them drugs to have them relapse so they could go to a

higher level of care and he would make a higher profit.

I ended up in one of Kenny Chapman's houses. He had the houses so that they

were not only able to be locked on the inside, they were able to be locked on

the outside. The windows had locks on them. If we did something that he didn't

like, he'd lock in a room or he'd sell you for dirt cheap. He would let you know

that four people just ran through you for $20

he would let you know that four men just ran a train on you for $20

he'd let you know and he'd let you sit there and think about that.

Wouldn't even get you high.

Because now you want to get high just to be numb.

A ghastly motor accident involving a truck and a commercial bus occurred earlier today at Ilaje bus stop before Ajah area in Lagos.

One of the accident victims was carried in a wheelbarrow as he was rushed by passersby for medical treatment.

Security operatives arrived the scene to calm the angry mob who were about to go on rampage.
