>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel
from Rudolph the reindeer, it's time to wear again my reindeer hoody
but most importantly welcome to the second instalment of my Christmas serie
I thought I'd start straight away with the gift ideas
because it's the end of November and it's about time to start thinking about the gifts
I know it can be a stressfull task so I got you covered
as once again I selected some gift ideas for her and for him
today we'll focus on the gifts for her, but don't worry because on sunday
I'll share some ideas for him too
so stay tuned and watch both videos until the end because
I thought I'd give a gift to you through a little give away
so if you want to find out the prize and how you can enter the give away
watch the video until the end
ok, let's get started, I tried to select different kind of gifts
even if to be honest there are quite a lot of beauty bits
because I love beauty related gifts
anyway I divided the gift ideas per price range
under 20 euro, between 20 and 50 euro and above 50 euro
for those of you who are willing to spend a bit more
so let's start with the gift ideas below 20 euro
I don't have all the gift ideas here with me, so I'll often insert
some pictures here next to me
so that you can have a quick idea
but anyway on my blog you'll find the list of all the products
with links to buy them online
so in case you should want to take advantage of some of my gift ideas
you'll just have to visit my blog and in one click you'll be teleported
to the web site that sells the products
and the link to my blog post is in the downbar
now let's start with my first gift idea below 20 euro
and it's even below 10 euro, 9.61 euro and it's
an advent calendar
surprise surprise
I love advent calendars, I think they are a lovely gift to offer both
on December 1rst as it should be, but even as a Christmas gift
to keep the Christmas spirit on even after December 25th
with a new present everyday for the following days
I'm obsessed with advent calendars if you can't tell
and this is a cute non expensive one
I found it on Asos, I'll grab my notes otherwise I will never remember what's inside
it's by the brand MAD
and inside you get shampoo and conditioner, lip balm, bath salts, hand cream
sponge, nail files, basically a good selection of beauty products, all for the price of 9.61 euro.
Great, now let's move to my second gift idea, we're around 10 euro and on Amazon I found
these cute magnetic bookmarks in the shape of a music tape
for 10 euro you get 3 that you can use as stocking fillers for 3 different people
or gift them all to just one person
I love the idea of a magnetic bookmark that you can clip to the page
and the string makes it easy to find the page again
a simple yet cute idea for 10 euro
let's move on and always around 10/15 euro a smart gift idea are books
I selected 3 which are not going to be a surprise if you watched my past monthly favourites videos
because my favourite author of the moment is Alice Basso
and I think that her trilogy would be a lovely gift
the heroin of these books is Vani Sarca
a talented ghost writer, slightly antisocial, she kind of reminds Lisbeth Salander
but it's kind of hard to fully describe her, but she's a great character
created by Alice Basso, the books are crime novels with a twist
the style of writing is very ironic and fresh
perfect to offer as a gift to the women in your life, you can gift just the first one
or the whole trilogy
and you won't go wrong because at least as far as I'm concerned
as soon as I read the first one I immediately felt the urge to get the other 2
Again in the cathegory under 20 euro I selected
always from Asos, because as it often happens Asos has a great choice
I selected a battery charger in the shape of a unicorn
for the price of 15.53 euro, here it is
The portable battery charger in my opinion is a must have
I think I included it in my gift guide last year too
because when I'm out and about I use my phone a lot to take pictures, send whatsup messages, call, check my social networks,
and the battery dies when I need it the most
so a battery charger is essential especially when it looks like a unicorn
and the last gift idea
under 20 euro
is again from Asos and it's this bendable neon string
that you can use to create words
and decorate your room, I think it's super cute and it costs
if I look down is because I have my note there, otherwise
I wouldn't remember one price
it costs 15.53 just like the battery charger
and it's another cute gift idea
and those were the gift ideas under 20 euro
now let's move to the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro
As you will see this cathegory is mainly focused on beauty products
because I found some cute sets, perfect as gift ideas for her
let's start with the first one
20.71 euro, here it is, I found it on Asos
it's by the brand Pixi
and inside you get, let me check my notes
the glow tonic, an amazing exfoliating tonic
the glow mud cleanser and the glow mud mask
so a skin care trio for 20.71 euro, which is not bad
the next gift idea is different, we move from the beauty world to a project by a friend of mine, Chiara, who I met by chance one year ago
at a market and she told me about this project back then
Chiara designed some super cute characters related to the pastry world
cute floating characters
and she finally managed to make her idea come true and she created a line of fabric accessories
tea towels, pillows ...
and aprons all made with a high quality fabric, her brand is called minibabiescakes
I show you a gift idea
this is a big tea towel, with these bright and fun colors
always pastry themed as it has cute cupcakes at the bottom
I invite you to check her web site www.minibabiescakes.com
where you'll find all the products available
all made thanks to her creativity and vision
and you can buy them online on the store linked to the website
check my blogpost to find the direct link, you'll see there are plenty of products available
and they are lovely gift ideas for your mother, sister, friends
as I said this is the bigger tea towel , but there are many more options
and this fabric feels really nice
ok, let's move on with the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro
The third gift idea are the Dr Jart face masks
Dr Jart is an amazing skin care brand, you can find it in Sephora and
they have on sale a cute set , let me check my notes again
inside you get an hydration lover rubber mask
a bright lover rubber mask and a firm lover rubber mask
3 masks at the cost of 24.90 euro
the rubber masks are usually very good and Dr Jart is a lovely brand in general
so it's the perfect gift for all the skincare enthusiasts
we're almost at the end of the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro
still in the beauty world I have selected this set of crackers
that I found on Asos, the brand is Cowshed
my notes are back
it's a set of 3 crackers containing an hand cream
and hydrating cream, a shower gel, again a hand cream and shower gel
lip balm, basically you get 2 products in each cracker, so it's like
a condensed version of the advent calendar
and I thought it was a cute gift idea
and still talking about advent calendars, I told you there were going to be more
I suggest you this one by L'Occitane, which is a lovely brand
and I have it here with me because I was lucky enough to get it as a birthday gift
as you can see inside you find the 24 windows, as it should be
and opening every window you'll find a L'Occitane product
all amazing and it smells heavenly
I'll read you some , shower gel
handcream, soap, karité oil cream
a lot of lovely products at the price of 49 euro
L'Occitane is a good brand and it's a perfect gift for the women in your life
and the cathegory between 20 and 50 euro is over too
now let's move to the cathegory above 50 euro
here we are in the cathegory with the more expensive gifts
an eyeshadow palette is always a good idea in my opinion
there are many amazing ones on the market, I selected one of my favourites
urban Decay Naked heat, which was released this year and which is amazing
and it also looks aesthetically pleasing, I already showed it in some other videos
it's all in warm shades and allows to create many different looks
you can buy it in Sephora and the price is 51 euro
as usual I had to check my notes, so my first idea is an eyeshadow palette
for a slightly higher price I selected the third and last advent calendar of this video
bare with me I have an obsession for advent calendars
it's the Body shop one, let me check my notes again
Body Shop has several advent calendars available this year, I chose the one that costs 95 euro
because it's the one I like the most and inside you get
rose shower gel, a cute headband with bunny ears
a soap, a body lotion, a sponge,
and some make up products too, like an eyeliner, a lip liner, a lip balm
a body butter, an eye make up remover
I like this advent calendar because it's a perfect mix of skincare and make up
there's a bit everything and it's a lovely gift idea
let's move to the next product which is more expensive
the priciest item in this video will be 260 euro, but let's move to the next item
and it's not beauty related, this time it's electronic and I've got it here
it's a wireless speaker that you can connect to your devices, your tablet/phone ect
and play the music throught it
the sound is really good, so is the volume level and you can use it even to receive your calls
It works perfectly I gave it as a birthday gift to Daniele and we've been using it a lot
the price is 110 euro and you can get it on Amazon
and still talking about electronics mixed with the beauty world my next gift idea is
Sonicare, the super glam sonic toothbrush, the best on the market in my opinion
and this version is really cool, the price is 160 euro
and you get the Sonicare, the glass which is also a charger
which means you can keep the Sonicare in it and it will charge, but you can also use it to wash your mouth
and the charging box to carry it with you when you travel
this is the rose gold version which I really love, it's a present I'd love to receive too
you can get it on Amazon
The last gift idea is again beauty related
and I chose a Sisley set
one of the best skincare brands on the market
it's really expensive and in fact it's the most expensive gift in this video
but if you want to make a skincare enthusiast happy this is the perfect gift
I got this in France
and inside there are a few products , an hydrating cream, a toner and a mask
I couldn't find it on sale in Italy , but on Sephora
I found another set at the price of 260 euro
with just 2 products, but in full size and they are both anti age
so this is a present more suitable for women of 40 years and above
and we reached the end of this video with my gift ideas for her
I hope you liked the products I suggested and that this video will help you
with the hard task of finding the right present
if so don't forget to give it a thumbs up so that I will know it
and now it's time to talk about the give away
first of all this year the prize is not going to be one of the products I talked about
I thought to do something different
and the prize will be a 50 euro worth voucher on Amazon
so that you can use it both for your christmas presents or to buy something for you
you'll receive the voucher via email, so you won't have to wait for the delivery
How can you enter the give away?
first of all the give away will be open until December 8th when I'll announce the winner
to enter you need to leave a comment below the video writing whatever you prefer
you can leave as many comments as you want, then you need to
be subscribed to my channel, don't cheat as I'll check
share and favourite the video
and give it a thumbs up
I said everything, these are the rules, I wish you luck, leave comments below
and make sure to watch the video on December 8th to find out if you won
That's it for today, I remind you once more that on my blog you'll find the links
to all the products mentioned in case you should be interested
and subscribe to my channel so that you can enter the give away
that's really it, I send you a kiss and I'll see you in the next instalment from the serie, ciao!

Microsoft 365 Business: Step-by-step guide for enabling services and first run experience - Duration: 6:07.
(music)
- Coming up, I'll introduce you to Microsoft 365 Business.
Enabling enterprise grade capabilities
in a single solution, designed for small businesses.
With Microsoft 365 Business, we've set out
to give you the productivity and collaboration
capabilities of Office, built in data protection,
and an easy way to manage your users, devices, and data
within a single admin console.
To get started, we'll go to the Microsoft admin center.
Now, if you're familiar with the Office admin console,
it'll look familiar.
However, it does add capabilities for: device management,
deployment of the Office apps, security policy creation,
and a new, quick, setup wizard to guide you through setup.
Let's walk through the process.
Now in our first step, you can add your
professional looking domain.
If you're registered on GoDaddy,
it'll configure all of your DNS settings
into GoDaddy, automatically.
Now, if you're not using GoDaddy,
the wizard will give you the right information
to go into your DNS provider, log in,
and confirm that you own the domain.
Now we just need to assign some users.
If you have just a couple of users,
you can do it on this page.
However, if you have lots of users,
you can save time by using the bulk upload capability.
Here we'll enter them manually.
And you can see that I've already added a few users.
When we add our new users, it will automatically
assign the Microsoft 365 Business licenses.
For any preexisting users without an assigned license,
the system is gonna ask me if I'd like to
assign them one of our Microsoft 365 licenses,
such as the admin account, here.
Once we've added users, we can generate
their sign in credentials.
You have the option for how to distribute their credentials;
such as via email, download, or printing it out
and handing it to them manually.
Now that we've added our users,
we can migrate email from other email providers
to Microsoft 365.
For now though, we'll skip the email migration.
However, we can come back, and using the
built in wizards, complete that email migration, later.
The last couple of steps will help protect your data
and devices.
Here we can protect mobile devices at the application
and data level, without assigning a device level policy.
Like, requiring a device pin.
In the protect work files on mobile device screen,
we'll first set the behavior,
in case devices are lost or stolen.
The phone or tablet will automatically
delete work related data after 90 days, by default.
But you can alter this if you'd like.
We can also force users to save their documents
to OneDrive for Business, so that in the event
that they lose their device, they will still
have access to all of their work files in the cloud.
The next set of items configure additional
management settings at the application level.
First, we'll enforce a pin or fingerprint
for your Office apps, and set a threshold
for failed pin entry attempts and app timeout.
This protects the data associated with the Office apps,
while letting the user stay in control
of their personal files.
Preventing jailbroken, or rooted phones,
reduces the risk of data leakage
and unsecured code, running on your end user's devices.
The last setting, lets you control whether users can save,
copy, or paste data between business and personal apps.
Again, to prevent unwanted data leakage
and ensure that your files stay within those managed apps.
This is absolutely one of my favorite settings.
So once you're done on that page, the last step
is to secure your Windows 10 devices.
Including, enforcing Windows 10 updates to
install automatically, keeping Windows Defender Antivirus
up to date, and always on, protecting from web based threats
in the browser, and additional settings to customize
the Windows experience, such as preventing people
from downloading apps from the Windows store
or even turning off Cortana.
Finally on Windows 10, we can also automatically install
the Office desktop apps for your users
using Microsoft 365 Business.
This means that once the user enrolls their device
and logs in, Office will install,
without the user needing to do anything.
And that's it, you're done.
You can now start onboarding your team to
Microsoft 365 Business.
Let me show you the onboarding experience
for one of the users that I just set up.
We'll start it on my PC.
To get onboarded, we need to join this device
to Azure Active Directory.
This will install Office automatically,
secure my device with all of the security policies
that the organization has set,
and give me that single log in experience
to access all of my apps and services.
To do this, we'll go into settings and select account.
Then, access work or school.
Now here's an important tip: don't enter your
email address, instead I want you to click
on that link that says, join this device
to Azure Active Directory.
Here's where I can put in my credentials.
Once complete, I'll switch accounts,
and log in with my credentials.
Now, before I do, I just want to show you
that in the start menu, we'll see that Office apps
like, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint,
are not yet installed on this PC.
But when I do log in to the new account,
Office is going to begin installing automatically.
I can see that this is happening
if I go into the task manager and look for the
Office click to run process.
The apps will show up in a second, in the start menu.
Now, while the system does that,
I want to show you the single sign on that I get
while going to office.com.
I can easily get signed in without the system
asking me for my username or password.
Now that a moment has passed, we can go
back to the start menu and see that all
of our Office apps are installed.
So that was a quick tour for setting up
Microsoft 365 Business as an admin as well as an end user.
You can learn more and try Microsoft 365 Business
at the link below.
Thanks for watching.

How To Train With Power | GTN's Guide To Your Training Zones - Duration: 5:07.
- Power metres are becoming more and more affordable
and many of us are starting to understand the benefit
of having one, but knowing what to do with one
is a whole different matter.
In fact, without the knowledge of the numbers they generate,
it actually has little use at all.
(upbeat music)
So first thing's first, a power metre
is simply your onboard energy display.
And it displays that energy in watts.
If you push harder, the watts go higher.
And the beauty of this number
is that it changes almost instantaneously.
So the biggest advantage is that it allows you
to train and race in the correct energy zone.
And if you're trying to pace yourself for an Ironman,
for example, it allows you to do just that.
(upbeat music)
Once you have a power metre,
you should perform a fitness test
to calculate these energy or training zones.
And the most popular test is
the 20 minutes, Functional Threshold Power test,
or the FTP test as you may have heard it called.
And the figure calculated from this test
represents the best sustainable power
that you can hold for 60 minutes.
(engaging music)
Now many coaches and training systems
will use different training zones,
but I've always used the seven zone system
developed by Dr. Andy Coggan.
And actually, a lot of training software,
such as Training Peaks, will use the same training zones.
These zones work on a percentage of your FTP.
Make it easy for you to track your intensity in real time,
through your bike computer.
(engaging music)
So, zone one, also referred to as the Active Recovery zone.
And this lies at 55% of your FTP and below.
So using an example of a FTP of 300 watts,
this means you need to ride below 165 watts.
And, as the name suggests,
this is for a recovery ride intensity.
So an easy and conversational pace.
Perhaps the day after a race or a hard session.
(engaging music)
Now zone two is the Endurance zone,
and this is between 56 and 75% of your FTP.
Which works out to between 168 and 225 watts
of our 300 watt FTP example.
And again this should be a relatively comfortable pace.
This should allow you to maintain a conversation
with a training partner if you have one.
(engaging music)
Zone three is our Tempo zone,
and this is between 76 and 90% of our FTP.
This is starting to ramp up a little now
so you will need to concentrate
to make sure you stay within the zone.
And this works out at between 228 and 270 watts
of our 300 watt FTP.
Now this will require good fueling
to maintain this intensity for any duration.
(engaging music)
Zone four is the Lactate Threshold zone.
And as the name suggests, this isn't a very pleasant zone.
It's between 91 and 105% of your FTP.
So it's not the kind of effort you'll be able
to sustain for a long period of time.
This works out between 273 and 315 watts
of our 300 watt FTP.
So it's around our sprint to Olympic distance
triathlon intensity, depending
on the level of athlete you are.
(engaging music)
Zone five is pretty much your VO2Max.
It's between 106 and 120% of your FTP.
Which works out between 318 and 360 watts
of our FTP example.
Simply put, this is a tough intensity.
Your legs are gonna hurt, so any efforts
in this zone are gonna be relatively short.
(engaging music)
Zone six is the Anaerobic Capacity zone.
So efforts at this intensity
are gonna be even shorter again.
It's between 121 and 150% of your FTP.
That's between 363 and 450 watts of our example.
So any efforts or intervals in this zone
are gonna be between a few seconds
to a few minutes, at most.
(engaging music)
Finally, zone seven is the Neuromuscular zone.
And it's actually hard to define this zone
other than it being above 150% of your FTP.
It's basically maximal sprinting,
for no more than a few seconds.
So there we go, that is how to use a power metre.
And also the training zones,
for training and also for pacing for your races.

Men's Leather Touchscreen Lamb Nappa Gloves Guide - Text & Use Your Phone - Gentleman's Gazette - Duration: 5:01.
Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!
In today's video, we talk about touchscreen gloves that work on all fingers as well as
the differences between gloves, different methods, what you should look for, the advantages
and disadvantages.
I don't know about you but I use my phone an awful lot; whether it is to communicate
with people, checking my emails, checking stats, or whatever it is that you have to
do.
The phone is something I touch multiple times a day.
Personally, I love to wear gloves because they elevate my outfit so they are not just
functional when it is cold outside but also during the transitioning season when Igo with
unlined gloves.
The problem I have whenever I use my phone, I have to take off my glove.
If it is really cold, my hand gets cold, and then sometimes, the touchscreen does not react
to it as well anymore and it is just a big hassle.
So our goal at Fort Belvedere was to create a glove that is nice but at the same time,
having a touchscreen ability.
We really love our soft supple lamb Nappa gloves and so we first started by adding a
touchscreen solution to the inside of the glove and tried to work that way.
The problem was it would sometimes work, and sometimes not, and it was quite frustrating.
Because of that, we never sold them as being touchscreen sensitive even though some of
the gloves actually work.
Because it was unsatisfactory, we switched to adding the touchscreen ability to the tanning
and dyeing process of the leather and now, it works like a charm.
I can scroll with a touch of the finger, even the glove itself is touch sensitive so it
does not matter if your hand is cold or warm, it would always work.
You can actually type or swipe, you can move around, navigate, zoom in, and using our gloves
on a screen now is pretty much like using your bare hand.
Now obviously, that is a huge advantage and personally, I love it and the downside is
the leather is much stiffer than before and it is not as soft and supple.
Unfortunately, at this point, there is nothing we can do about that so it is either you get
a soft and supple leather or you get a touchscreen sensitive leather.
Because we realized that not everyone wants a touchscreen sensitive glove and some people
appreciate soft gloves more than others, we are offering both kinds in our shop.
To gauge interest, we started with our burgundy gloves that you can find in a touchscreen
version and a non-touchscreen version so if that is popular and we see there is demand
for it, we will extend that and offer more gloves all with touchscreen and without.
Of course, the finishing, the details, and the fit of our touchscreen glove is exactly
like the ones from our regular lamb Nappa gloves.
That means they are all hand cut in Hungary, they are then handsewn in Hungary by experienced
sewers, all the piping and the leather is all the same, you have the quirks in the middle
of the finger that help you keep your fingers moving and to learn more how specifically
our gloves are made, please check out this video here.
I hope this video will help you decide whether you want a touch screen sensitive glove or
not.
For the full selection of Fort Belvedere gloves, please head over to our shop here.
To learn more about gloves including how to find the right glove size, please check out
the videos in our website.
In today's video, I'm wearing a vintage double breasted herringbone coat that I found for
five euros at a flea market in Germany.
I actually bought it during the height of the summer and therefore, nobody else was
interested and I scored a bargain.
I really like the heavy fabric and the way it drapes as well as the wide lapels and the
ulster collar.
I paired it here with a green and red silk wool scarf from Fort Belvedere that goes really
well with the large herringbone pattern.
The red is also picked up in my burgundy touchscreen gloves so the overall outfit works quite well
together.
My pants are black corduroys from Polo Ralph Lauren, my shoes are from Crockett and Jones
they are single monk straps with a silver buckle and a wingtip brogue pattern.
They are not quite burgundy but they have brown tones and they pick up the brown tones
of my overcoat.underneath my overcoat, I'm wearing a dark green cable knit sweater with
elements in gray and yellow which are likewise picked up in the overcoat.
The tie I'm wearing is a silk bourette tie in a large houndstooth pattern in red and
off white which go well with my gloves and the rest of my outfit.
My shirt is a very rugged light blue oxford cloth button down shirt and it pairs well
with casual outfits.
Also because it is a little thicker fabric, it keeps me warmer than a thinner dress shirt.

Unless Setup Guide: How to create your first personalized campaign. - Duration: 9:37.
Thank you for your interest in Unless!
I will now, step-by-step explain how to create your first personalization campaign.
To keep it hands-on we will use a practical example throughout this setup guide.
Let's imagine we're the marketer for the fictional restaurant "Food & Stuff" and we want to create
a Facebook post promoting special lunch-time and dinner offers.
For this, we'll need to create a link that responds with different versions of our landing
page based on the time of day.
So let's get started.
First, switch to Unless.com, log in, and go to our dashboard.
1.
Dashboard & Page Overview
The dashboard contains a list of all the pages you have personalized so far.
As you can see, for the website Food & Stuff, we have personalized two pages so far, the
"About us" page and the "Pricing" page.
Let's now personalize the homepage.
For this, click on the "Add web page" button, paste your page's full URL and click on create.
You'll land on this overview page.
Now, bear with me, here's where it gets a bit technical.
When it comes to personalization, you have two options: You can either personalize for
all traffic that comes to your website or for a specific marketing campaign.
Campaign-based personalization allows you to create short-lived, hyper-targeted personalizations.
These can be used for your Christmas newsletter, paid ads, a social media campaign, etc.
On the other hand, "all traffic" means that you personalize for everyone who visits your
page, for example for all organic traffic, all direct traffic, etc.
To make this a bit less abstract, let's say you send out a weekly newsletter.
If you want to personalize for all your email traffic, you would use the "all Traffic" feature.
However, if you want to create a different layer of personalization for your newsletter
each week, use the campaign feature.
As you can see, the status of "all traffic" is set to "disabled".
This is because we haven't activated the script on our homepage yet.
And for now, we'll leave it like this since this video focuses on how to set up a personalized
campaign.
Let's click on "new campaign".
Give your campaign a name, and add information about the source and the traffic channel.
[source:Facebook, medium: social] Filling this out is important because Unless
uses this information to automatically add UTM parameters to campaign links.
This makes tracking and analysing your campaign's performance much easier.
2.
Campaign details After clicking "create", we get directed to
the Campaign details.
Now, the basic premise of personalization is that page visitors have different needs
and expectations, so delivering one site experience to everyone leaves you with a page that doesn't
truly resonate with anyone.
To tackle this problem, Unless lets you create different variations of your page, each targeted
at a specific audience group.
In case of our campaign for "Food&Stuff", we want to show our visitors different specials
based on time.
For users clicking around lunchtime we want to show promotion A, for users clicking around
dinner, we want to show promotion B. To realize this, we'll need to create two
page variations.
Let's jump right in and add our first variation, the one for Lunch time.
As mentioned before, you have to think of two aspects: First, for whom do we want to
personalize?
What defines our audience?
And second, what do we want to change about the page?
First, let's take a look at the audience.
An audience, or better yet, an audience segment, is a group of visitors who have something
in common.
For example, their location or the device they used to access the site.
Those common points are referred to as conditions.
In order to become part of an audience, a visitor has to meet them.
In our case, we'll choose the condition "time".
After all, what our lunch audience has in common is the time they visit our page.
Let's argue we want to show the lunch variation from 12:15 pm until 3:15 pm.
Now we can save the audience.
3.
Editor Now, it's time to edit our page variation.
The page will open in a new browser window and at first, it will look exactly like the
original page.
Through the inline editor we can start changing it
I'm going to change the headline and swap out an image.
You also have advanced editing features.
To access them, click on the Unless icon.
Here, you can add some custom Javascript and CSS.
This feature is used for changes that can't be done through the inline editor - such as
replacing the background image.
Okay, we're all set, the lunch variation is done.
Time to hit the publish' icon and switch back to our dashboard.
Let's now repeat the process with our dinner variation.
First, create the variation "dinner time".
Next, define the audience and edit the variation.
Since I don't want to bore you, I'm going to do this off camera.
4.
Fallback
As you can see, I now have a variation I want to display during lunch time and one for dinner.
Which brings up the question: What will my visitors see during the rest of the day?
This is where this first, automatically generated variation comes into play.
Basically, this is what's going to happen once we put this campaign live: When someone
clicks on our campaign link, Unless will analyze the visitor, determine to which audience group
they belong, and show the matching page variation.
Unless checks your variations in descending order.
If the visitor doesn't match the first audience, it checks the second audience, then the third,
and so on.
And if a visitor doesn't fit into any audience segment you created, they'll see the "Default"
variation.
That's also why you can't edit its audience.
In the case of our time-based campaign, if a visitor clicks on the link around breakfast,
they'll just see the default variation.
And since we didn't edit the default variation, it means that they'll just see the original
page.
5.
Control group
One more thing I haven't mentioned yet, is the control group.
This feature is useful if you want to check how your personalizations perform in comparison
to your original page.
Just like in an A/B test, users of the control group will see the original, unpersonalized
version of your page.
For this campaign we don't want a control group, so we'll set it to 0%.
6.
Analytics Speaking of performance, the analytics tab
helps you keep track of your KPIs.
For now it's empty but as you can see, it breaks down performance per variation.
7.
Live Version
Okay, looks like we're done.
But before we start sharing our link, let's click on "Open Campaign" to check if everything
works properly.
It's after 6pm here in Amsterdam, so the link directs us to the "Dinner" variation.
Now, as I mentioned before, Unless automatically attaches UTM parameters to your campaign links
which helps you track each campaign's performance.
What's also interesting about this link is that it starts with unless.com, followed by
a slash(/) and five digits.
8.
Hosted vs. on your own domain Let me switch back to our dashboard and navigate
to the "Distribute" tab to tell you more.
What distinguished Unless from other personalization tools is the lightspeed setup.
You can start personalizing immediately, without even having to install a script.
For this, Unless creates a mirrored version of your page and hosts it under an Unless
URL.
This is a fully working page and you can take this link and start sharing it.
However, you might want to publish your campaign under your own URL, for this you'll need to
install the script.
Click on "on your own domain" and follow the installation instruction.
[click on "read how"]
Now, I have already done that, so I can switch from "hosted" to "on your own domain".
As you can see, I get a new URL pointing directly to my page, demo.unless.com.
What's interesting again is the parameter attached to the URL.
It makes your campaign URL unique.
This is important because imagine we'd create a second campaign that also points to demo.unless.com.
If the campaigns had the same destination URL, the personalizations would overlap which
we don't want, of course.
Okay that's it - everything there is to know about a personalized Unless campaign.
Now we can take the hosted Unless link or the link from your own domain and share it
on the fictional Facebook page of "Food&Stuff".
Thanks for watching!

Best Peccary Gloves - Men's Leather Dress Glove Buying Guide - Fort Belvedere - Duration: 9:37.
Welcome to Fort Belvedere.
Today's video is all about peccary glove leather and we explain the difference between our
regular peccary gloves and our hydro peccary along with the details and everything else
you want to know about this true piece of artisanal craftsmanship.
First of all, what is peccary?
It is a skin derived from a wild animal that some say is part of the pig family.
It's actually very similar to a javelina or a capybara and highest-quality skins come
from Peru.
Because peccary leather is derived from a wild animal, it is subject to the Cites convention
and because of that, you can rest assured that everything is harvested sustainably.
Unlike regular kidskin or a lamb Nappa leather, peccary leather has three little
prongs that are very characteristic and you won't find them in any other leather.
Some people can confuse it with hog skin or pig skin but peccary is a lot more expensive
and it's also much softer and at the same time,
extremely durable.
Because of that, it's considered to be the very best glove leather that you can find
on the market today.
Because Fort Belvedere peccary gloves can last you for decades, we want to make sure
to add a certain amount of stain resistance without sacrificing on the patina development.
Apart from the soft supple feel, peccary develops a nice patina over time and the leather gets
softer and it looks better, in general, this is a hallmark of quality goods because as
you wear them, they get better and more beautiful versus cheaper items that just deteriorate
and look worse with every time you wear them.
In the past, we acquire quality peccary rawhides in Peru and have been tanned and dyed there
to keep the logistics chain simple and make sure that we get a quality product.
We're never just happy with the status quo but we always try to get better and because
of that, we found a small family company that has over a hundred years of experience in
leather tanning in Germany and now we have all of our peccary skins dyed and tanned there.
It's more expensive but we believe that the color consistency and the softness are even
increased.
So the quality of peccary leather we have today is even better than what we before.
In fact, you will not find a better peccary leather in the world today than the one offered
from Fort Belvedere.
Now peccary leather is not just the best leather you can buy but also the most expensive one.
At the same time, we didn't just want to have the same high-quality leather everyone else
has and so we try to come up with an innovative concept to make the leather even better.
During that process, we came up with the hydro peccary.
So what is it?
Basically, it is a peccary leather skin of the highest grade from Peru, tanned in Germany,
however, we are the first company in the world to add an agent to the leather that makes
it water resistant.
Basically, we wanted a leather that was more functional in everyday life without sacrificing
the marshmallow soft subtleness as well as characteristic of the natural peccary leather.
So Fort Belvedere hydro peccary leather is the softest glove leather you can find in
the world today, at the same time, it is also water resistant and stain resistant.
If you put water on an untreated piece of leather it absorbs it and leaves water stains.
In that case, you'd have to wet the entire glove, let it dry in order to prevent any
stains.
On the other hand, with the hydro peccary leather, you can pour water over it and the
leather doesn't absorb it and it dries right off.
So no matter if you have a runny nose, or if you have to scratch the ice from your car,
or if you walk through the rain, your peccary gloves won't get water stains and they'll
keep you warm and dry.
So are Fort Belvedere hydro peccary gloves waterproof?
Well no, they're not.
They're not quite like a rubber glove because they have seams that are made by hand.
Because of that, water can penetrate that, but in general, for everyday activities, it's
totally fine and we like to call it water resistant.
If you want waterproof gloves you probably have to upgrade to ski gloves, however, these
are men's dress gloves designed for cities and everyday wear, not for Antarctic exhibitions.
So apart from the hydro peccary leather that is really the first and only of its kind in
the world today, what else makes our gloves so special?
One is that they are hand cut by master cutters in Hungary with over 30 years of glove cutting
experience.
The era of cutting is a dying trade and you'll probably find less than a hundred people in
the world who really know that craft.
Now it may sound easy to just cut a glove shape from a piece of leather, however, because
peccary is a wild animal, it has lots of scars and holes and a skilled cutter has to cut
around them to get the maximum yield for every skin.
At the same time, all glove leathers have to be very stretchy and while peccary is very
stretchy, the stretch isn't always the same in every direction.
Those are also things that cutter has to consider when it cuts the glove so we guarantee a perfect
fit when you wear the glove.
In the past, we'd cut our peccary gloves with an outside seam on the index finger.
Now, we have reduced that seam which means your glove is made from one piece of leather
reaching from here, all the way over here , that means you can only use the very highest
quality skins because lower quality skins will have more imperfections.
Once the Fort Belvedere hydro peccary gloves are cut, they are then hand sewn in Hungary
by very skilled sewers who have specialized in glove making for over a century.
It takes several hours to finally hand Stitch a pair
of Fort Belvedere hydro peccary gloves but our artisans take great pride in it and if
you really want to see what steps go into the making of our gloves, please check out
this video here.
The fourth hallmark of a Fort Belvedere hydro peccary glove are the hand-stitched points
which are the three lines you see on the back of the hand or the back of the glove.
The points don't serve a functional purpose and they're merely decorative because of that,
we wanted to keep it in line with the hand stitching.
While most gloves rely on machine sewing, we went all out and added decorative hand
stitching that's very nice and complements the look of the glove.
The fifth thing that makes our gloves special are the quirks.
By that, I mean the little triangles in between your fingers that add an extra room of movement
for your hand without feeling constricted at any point in time.
It may seem like a little detail but it requires quite a bit of skill to add those in and it
also adds time to the production process.
At Fort Belvedere, we make them in our signature green color so you can always recognize a
glove even if you don't take it off.
The sixth hallmark of our gloves is the lining.
In the past, we used alpaca linings for our peccary gloves because alpaca is actually
warmer than cashmere, at the same time, it is not as soft.
Because peccary leather itself is very soft, we wanted to make sure to get the softest
lining we can that is likewise warm and so we chose Italian finished cashmere.
For the color, we decided to go with an oatmeal brown simply because it doesn't show dirt
very easily and so they always look clean and never dirty.
The seven thing that makes Fort Belvedere gloves different is the contrasting elements
at the piping, at the buttons, and the quirks, and the thread.
We use the dark Fort Belvedere signature green color and it adds a visual contrast which
is quite interesting, handsome, and at the same time, recognizable.
Last but not least, Fort Belvedere gloves feature a button closure which has a distinct
1920s and 30s style.
The idea is to create something that helps you keep your hands warm and at the same time,
look elegant.
Again, it's a little detail that takes more time and it's more expensive to produce but
we believe is worth it and it's something you will not find in other gloves.
If you want to learn even more about gloves please check out our in-depth glove guide
along with all the videos we made about men's dress gloves.
in today's video I'm wearing a vintage Chester Barry overcoat it's a paletot style double
breasted six buttons buttoned on two it has a black velvet color I'm combining it with
a scarf by Fort Belvedere which is a silk wool blend and you can find it in our store
here the gloves are contrasting in a chamois yellow hydro peccary from Fort Belvedere during
the colder season of the year you always wear an overcoat and so I never wear boutonnieres
on my suit jacket because they would be squished however
if my overcoat has a buttonhole I take the opportunity and wear the boutonniere just
looks very debonair below my overcoat I'm wearing a light blue Oxford cloth button-down
shirt with a red silk houndstooth tie from Fort Belvedere which again you can find in
our shop the sweater I'm wearing is a classic tennis sweater my pants are black corduroys
and they go well with the black velvet color as well as with the black boots which are
Balmoral boots with a black suede insert to tie it all together I added a pair of gray
boot laces from Fort Belvedere that go well with the black shoes and pants as well as
with the overcoat.
