Hello everyone, my name is Tianlein and today i share with

you the second part of my Guild Guide for the Elder Scrolls Online

In the first part we talked about guilds in general and what they can offer you

Now we will talk about how you can create your own guild and what is important to know

as a guildmaster

If you are only interested in a specific topic please take a look in the description

First we talk about how and where you can open your own guild

For that we have to open the guild window. The Guild window will be unlocked when you

reach level 10, allowing you to create and manage your own guild

Open your inventory and on the top of the window click the little shield icon or press

the G key.

This will open the Guild interface and at the bottom you will see the Create Guild Button

A new window will open

Choose a Guild name you like and the Guild Alliance

The Alliance is only important if you want to claim ressources in Cyrodiil in the name

of your Guild

Otherwise you can invite all players regardless of their alliance

Now i will explain a bit the guild home window and what kind of information you can find here

At the top left you see your Guild name and the guild alliance

Also you can switch here to your other guilds

You can see how many Members are in your Guild and how many are at the moment online

Next to that you can see if your guild unlocked the Guild Bank, Guild Heraldry and the Guild Store

To the right you see who is the Guildmaster and when the guild was founded.

On the left you can see if you hired a guild trader and if your guild claimed something in Cyrodiil

If your guild claims a resource or a keep, then the siege weapon merchant there also

becomes an interface to the guild's store

This works only in the campaign where you claimed the ressources or keep

If your faction loses the controll over them your guild will also lose the access to the

guild store there

There is no costs for the guild for claiming

anything in Cyrodiil

Also you can change here the "message of the day" and the "about us" section

If you do changes on the Message of the day your guild members will get an notification

This is a good spot for general information,rules, events or anything what you want to share

with your guild members

It is also possible to set the text color with hexadezimal color code

Someone was so kind and created a little web tool which you can use to set your text color

We have to open the webpage sirmre.com

You can find the link in the description of the video

Write at the top box your desired text

Mark the part you want to have colored and choose on the color wheel your desired color

and hit the apply button Copy the text from the bottom box, paste it

ingame into the message of the day or about section and save your changes

I think this solution should work well for console players too

The next tab is Guild Roster

Here you are able to see who is online and offline

But you can also edit notes for each member

Notes can be used for various things

Like how much someone donated, what roles people are playing, if someone is on vacation,who

is a crafter or other useful information

Also you can Invite here new members

Just click on the bottom of the screen on Invite member and a new small window will open

Type the @name or Character name and an invitation will be send

To remove a member you just have to right click on the name and choose remove a member.

That option is for trading Guilds important since they need active traders.

In case you can't play for a longer period of time please don't forget to inform your guilds

The Guild Ranks tab allows you to create or change Guild Ranks which are basically roles within a guild

here you can change the different permissions

for each guild rank

For example you can allow here a rank to have access to the guild trader, to invite new

members, have access to the guild bank and many more things

To promote or demote Members you have to visit again the guild roster and right click on

the name

Be careful who you allow access to the guild bank, since there are some thieves who will

rob your guild bank and leave the guild

Guild Heraldry allows you to create your own guild tabard

You need at least 10 Guild Members to unlock this option

Also you have to deposit 5000 gold at your guild bank

Now you can change the Form and Style of the tabard, the colors and also what icon you

want to have

If you are happy with your design you can purchase the guild heraldry for 5000 gold

and your members are able to purchase the tabard at the guild store for 2000 gold

In case you are not happy with the look of your tabard just open again the guild heraldry tab

For each change you have to pay 1000 gold, but again only a maximum of 5000 gold

The Guild history gives you an overview about various topics like Guild, Bank, Sales and

Alliance War

For example you can see who invited a new member, if someone joined or left your guild

or Rank promotions

Also there are information available who placed or took items or money from the the guild bank

The guild bank will be unlocked when your guild has at least 10 members

The Guild bank has space for up to 500 items and you can give members permission to place

or withdraw items with the guild ranks.

As mentioned before please be careful who you allow to withdraw items and gold from

the guild bank since you don't want to get robbed

When you Guild reaches 50 members you will unlock a Guild Trader

That will allow your guild members to buy and sell their items internally between guild members

If you want to reach a larger audience you need to get a npc guild trader

This traders are found across Tamriel and some locations are more popular than other ones

Every week you have to bid with gold from your guild bank for a NPC trader

Go to the desired trader of your choice

You can place at any time of the week your bid

This is a blind bid since you don't know how much gold other guilds offered

Depending on the Trader location that can be really expensive

On Sunday evening the bid will close

I believe at the moment this guild trader changeover is around 7pm

But it can be that this time will change in the future, for example for summer or winter time

The winner guild will receive per email a notification that they won their guild trader

bid for this week

Also you can see that information displayed at the guild home window

In case you lost the trader bid your gold will be refunded to your guild bank

But it can be that there are still npc traders available

That happens if this trader didnt receive any bid in this week

Now you have the option to hire the trader directly for 10 000 gold for this week

As mentioned before the trader price depends how popular a location is

For example cities like Mournhold in Deshaan or Belkarth in Craglorn are one of the most

expensive places where you maybe have to invest several millions of gold to win a trader bid

It all depends how much competition each location has

Of course traders spots where you can have more customers are more popular and expensive

Smaller cities will cost you maybe lesser gold but you will also have less chance of

potential costumors

Your guild will earn a bit of gold from taxes for each item sold via the guild store

Sadly the income from taxes is not enough to compensate the high weekly trader costs.

Because of these high bidding costs most trading guilds are depending on a weekly donation

from each member

Also it is really important to have many active traders

This is a reason why many trading guilds have many strict rules

For example regarding how many days you are allowed to be offline or that they don't allow

selling or buying via the chat

In case you are playing on PC i can recommed you some helpful Addons

Roomba - Guildbank Stacker is a small but useful addon which allows you to stack quick

and easy items in your guild bank

On the bottom left of your screen you will find the roomba button to scan your guild bank

If Roomba found any stackable items a Roomba buttom will appear, and with one click your

guild bank items will get stacked

Another helpful addon is Shissu's Guild Tools which provides you with multiple useful tools

for your chat, notitifcations, Guildinformation, Guildhistory, Guildroster, notebook

with email function and many more things You can enable or disable every tool seperately

Since this addon has really a lot to offer i recommend you to try it out and see which

tools are good for your needs

Hello internation!

What's up?

If you're wondering what's wrong with this face,

well, don't worry, it's just my face,

but now it's 06:30 in the morning

and I started this vlog from Dubai

from this hour, because I'm going on a Dhow cruise

and for that reason I had to wake up at 06 o'clock

Now I'm in the metro, I'm going to Burjuman station, from where I'll be pick up

and go to the ocean.

So, this vlog will be amazing,

again,

because I'm in Dubai,

and everything I do here, it's amazing!

After a three hours trip, by bus,

I, finally, arrived in Oman

Yes, I'm not anymore in UAE, I'm in Oman!

I crossed the border, very easy, with my passport

and now I'm in the harbour

and get ready to board on the Dhow vessel.

It's 11 o'clock

and the cruise it's about to start.

Let's see how it will be!

I'm still sleepy,

I have try to sleep a little beat

I did not succeed

but I hope to be better after I swim in the ocean.

I see that are some waves

the wind blows slightly

is quite chill

So, I'm going to refresh right away, and we'll start the fun!

I arrived on the boat

finally

Will begin a 6 hours, Dhow cruise

And during this time we will have a lot of activities!

But, until then, I need to drink a coffee, because I'm thirsty and sleepy!

After I'm charged with energy

we'll go further!

We started the cruise!

And we have speed!

The first snorkeling from my life,

was great!!

But the banana ride was even better!

I lost a swim slipper, now I have only one.

But what a feeling!

I want to say thank you, to ZA Tourist,

who loaned me his camera (SJCAM SJ5000)

So can I shoot underwater.

I hope that the underwater shoots are good,

because, otherwise, he will kill me!

But, one more time, ZA Tourist, I want to thank you for your help

like all of us!

I'm tired!

It's lunch time!

This is what I choosed. Its buffet and you can eat what you want

We have indian food,

just how I like it!

So, let's have a good appetite!

I have finished eating,

I'm full,

I ate too much, as usual,

very good indian food,

and now I'm making my siesta,

I relax,

listening to good music...

I'm all wet,

but I do not care!

I recovered my swim slipper!

I saw him floating on the water, jumped, and took him!

I always take what's mine!

On the lower deck, music plays, people dancing, are having fun,

so, I'm going to the party!

Everything that's beautiful must end!

This extraordinary experience is over!

It was great!

I have lot of fun!

I did snorkeling for the first time in my life!

I jumped out of the boat to get my swim slipper, just before departure!

So, it all ended well!

I felt really good!

I recommend that you do not come to such a cruise if you have seasick!

Because you have seen how it was on the ocean, the waves and all...

But, if you don't have seasick, then you must do such a cruise!

I was in this tour with the guys from Musandam Sands Tour

and it was all good and great!

I think you hear the call to prayer, in the background

So, you've got to think outside the box.

I'm talking new countries,

new riders, different disciplines.

I mean, what about a fat bike, ebike, road bike.

No, actually not a road bike, that's taking it too far.

But any of these ideas can totally transform

what you've been planning and do in 2018.

It could be the key to the most incredible year!

Riding on your own can be amazing.

It can be spiritual.

It can also be bloomin' lonely.

You know there's nothing like getting out

with a gang of riders.

It can really inspire you,

it can show you things about riding

that you've never thought about.

It can show you aspects of riding

that are completely new.

So, going and finding your local pub,

going to trail centres,

entering competitions where you're going to come across

new riders and fresh ideas.

It's going to ignite your riding

and make this an absolutely

super year.

Similar vein, but this is more personal.

Go as far as you can.

Do it for as long as you ever have.

That's right, setting a personal goal.

Really simple one here, I'm talking literally

I'm going to ride for four hours

or I'm going to ride from here to there

faster than I ever did.

Really simple.

Set yourself a challenge.

It's unbelievable what it will bring out in you

and there's nothing more exciting than being yourself.

Because you can always go again.

You can always go a little bit faster

or a little bit further.

Being honest and being competitive with yourself

can really drive your riding on

and then when you go riding with your mates,

you're going to be even better on that bike.

So, set yourself a challenge.

How long can you ride for?

How far can you go?

How fast can you do it?

Come on! (thumping)

The year's about to start.

I wanna see what you can do!

Last up, nutrition.

Yet we've just spent the holidays enjoying turkeys

and roast dinners and bathing in Christmas puddings.

But now we've got to focus on health.

We've got to make sure that we get our fuel really right.

Go vegan.

And we've got to make sure we get rest right.

And we've got to make sure get our training right

because that's going to make us go as far

and fast as we possibly can in the way we wanna do it.

So, start thinking about the nutrition

and how you fuel your body.

Because I've got a feeling you've got a lot to do this year

and concentrating on that side of things

is going to make it all a lot easier.

So, those are my tips for an amazing new year

and I really hope you have one.

Try something new.

Enter a comp, meet new friends, go as far as you can.

Concentrate on going vegan.

I mean your nutrition.

All of those things could really make 2018 special.

This area works ok, but people it these turrets will be destroyed quicker because people look and come this way normally, meaning they'll see and destroy your turrets quicker. I recommend a few on the other side

Not practical, but looks absolutely hysterical lel

Bushes and boxes are always a great spots on any map. In this map in particular, the bars surrounding the bushes help protect your turrets

Placing turrets in this room is great for dealing with low health enemies going for the mega health pack. Place turrets behind doors, under tables, and on lamps.

Guarding this health pack is not the most rewarding decision.

This health pack area is on of the best spots for catching unexpecting snipers, Soldier 76s, supports, + more!

We're almost to Teleporters! only a couple more spots to go!

Umm . . . Sorry for the long pause the video is still going bear with me

This room is great to guard, but finding good spots is most certainly tricky

NINJA VANISH!

That's all for the turret spots with Nutmeg-Dragon, I'll be taking over and showing you guys 5 teleport spots and one shield gen spot. Once again thanks to Nutmeg Dragon!

Lol, you know when I'm playing because I punch everything

Good alternative if you aren't comfortable with the next spot

The great thing about this spot is it takes a while to get to, but very quick to drop down and leave

Most people set up a teleport here, but to confuse flankers hide it better and try this:

Good spot. The alternative may be a little better

Decent spot, but the one I'm about to show you is much better

Great spot because gives you team a choice of coming from behind, or taking the high ground

Somewhere in this area is a good spot, it is a pretty well covered section

As the payload nears the end, it's better to switch to a shield gen. These next two spots are top recommends

Pillar gives decent cover

Start this stage by upgrading your Worker Cat (the icon on the bottom left)

Wait for the hippo (Hippoe) to cross the halfway mark

Don't forget to keep upgrading your Worker Cat

Spawn a Tank Cat once the Hippoe reaches the halfway mark

Once the Tank Cat dies, spawn another Tank Cat

Once the second Tank Cat dies, spawn a Gross Cat and Tank Cat

Don't forget to upgrade Worker Cat

Right After Spawning a Tank Cat and Gross Cat, spam (spawn a lot of) Tank Cats and keep spamming

Once the Hippoe dies, upgrade Worker Cat until it reaches MAX

Once the penguin (Jackie Peng) arrives to your cats, spam (spawn a lot of) Macho Cats, Tank Cats and Axe Cats and keep spamming

Once the penguin (Jackie Peng) dies, spawn Lizard Cat, and spam Macho cats, Tank Cats and Axe Cats

Keep spamming Macho Cats, Tank Cats and Axe Cats to serve as meatshields

Once you see the Hippoe attacking your meatshields, spawn a Cow Cat

Spawn another Lizard Cat

Don't forget to keep spamming those meatshields

Fire the Cat Cannon (icon on bottom right) once you advanced to the base

Keep spamming meatshields

first this is Intermidiate mana potion

you can get them from any alchemist NPC

this potion can be useful from begin to late game

the price is quite expensive for beginner 2k each and you might use 5-20 per run depend on dungeon

now for the next one

The Fresh tea☕

Fresh tea can only be crafted by Echo

and the recipe is really easy

only aqua and stella's powder mix!!

you can get them from any monster in Elrios

for beginner : if you have a special ingredients in each town

just craft the special consumable don't mind this Fresh tea

because special consumables provide more than Fresh tea

The late game dungeons(Elrian)don't have special ingredient

so late player prefer a Fresh tea cuz it's easy to craft and use least money

actually late player like to use this potion but the price is high

except you have a lot of money💰

and yeah you can sell fresh tea on the board for money 💸💸

I'm surprised the Fresh tea isn't in the board

now if you don't have any powder and aqua left

and you want to buy them from the board

mm lucky me🍀🍀🍀

Intermidiate potion and Fresh tea's cool down are seperate

so I use both of them
