- Hey, welcome to Coffee, Coffee, Coffee,

your place for average Joe coffee reviews.

Can I butter that pecan for ya?

(Kayla laughs)

(bouncy music)

- Okay, so today we are reviewing

New England Coffee's Butter Pecan,

so it's flavored coffee.

- Right.

Artificially flavored.

- Artificially, well, artificially and naturally flavored.

It just says artificially here

but on the back it does say natural and artificial flavors.

Would you put the fake peanut down, or whatever?

- Pecan.

- So we're not real big fans of flavored coffee

generally speaking (laughing),

but you know, it was on sale.

It was BOGO at Publix and no one can resist the BOGO

at Publix. - Yeah.

- So I got this one and a different flavored

New England Coffee, 'cause that's all that was left.

Someone had demolished--

or many people had demolished--

there was nothing except for this.

- (shouting) Hey, it's BOGO over here, BOGO!

That's what happens.

That's what it sounds like in Publix too.

- Right, in New England?

Because that's what your accent sounded like.

So, anyway, 11 ounce bag and it was $7.99, but BOGO--

- Cheated us.

- What?

- 11 ounce bag.

- Yeah, but you know, $4 a bag for coffee, so ...

- That's not bad, even at 11 ounces.

- Right, yeah, so it's pretty cheap per pound,

and also, even at other stores like Walmart,

you can kinda get it for the same price

even when it's not on sale.

- It sounds different at Walmart though.

- Okay, I'm getting the coffee.

- The coast redwoods are not in New England.

- No, that's true.

- Smells like butter.

- Yes, the smell of the bag, first of all,

oh wow, it does smell like butter pecan deliciousness

and that was very attractive to me in the store.

- You're like in an ice cream parlor.

Eat that butter pecan.

- And the smell after it's brewed is good, I think.

Do you agree?

- A lot of times, with coffees, the smell of the grounds,

the dry grounds, the smell while it's brewing,

and the coffee are all different.

- Right, yeah, yeah.

- But this is kinda the same.

- Yeah, and to me, it's pleasing.

The smell of the bag, whoa, that was nice.

And then while it's brewing, it's also nice,

and while I'm tasting it, I like it.

- Not bad. - Yeah.

- Give me an idea though,

butter pecan potpourri.

- Hey, I would buy that.

- Yeah, or butter pecan bathroom spray.

Or butter pecan hangy-thing in your car.

Air freshener. - Air freshener.

- Instead of a pine tree, you've got a pecan for the--

what is that square of butter called?

- Pat?

- A pat of butter dripping off the edge of it.

- Okay, well--

- There's some ideas for ya.

- Yeah, any of you can have those ideas.

Overall, what would you rate it?

- Um, it's not a coffee that I would want

to drink all the time.

- Yeah.

- I could drink it again, for sure.

- I could, yeah, with enjoyment.

- Yeah, but I would get tired of the--

- Yeah, just because we're not big flavored coffee people

but, like a three?

Would you give it a three?

- Yeah, at least a three is what I'm saying.

- Oh, oh, okay.

- As far as those, yeah, it's just the thing about--

I wouldn't want to drink it all the time.

It wouldn't be my go-to, like sit on the shelf coffee.

- You sit on the shelf drinking coffee?

- Yeah, it depends on what I'm trying to reach.

I don't know.

- So, three stars--

three doughnuts.

- You'd think after eight months.

- You'd think, yeah, we'd buy it again.

- And I think we'd buy it again as a ...

Not like a special occasion coffee

but if you were just saying, "I'd really like

"some butter pecan coffee."

- Yeah, and one thing about flavored coffee is--

- How do you say it?

Pee-kan?

Puh-kahn?

- Peh-kin.

- Pee-kahn, peh-kahn, peh-kin?

- What do I say? Pee-kahn.

- Pee-kahn.

- Pecan pie, yeah, pecan pie.

- You do?

- Don't I?

- We're getting a divorce.

- (laughing) What do you say?

- Peh-kahn.

Peh-kahn.

- What are you a Yankee?

- Peh-kahn.

- Anyway, gosh, this has gone on too long.

- I don't say Pee-kan.

- People have stopped watching.

- Some people say pee-kan.

- Anyway.

- Yeah, but if you've had any other flavored coffees

that you've enjoyed, let us know about them

and we'll see, if we haven't reviewed them already,

we'll check 'em out and see what we think of it.

Maybe there's a better butter pecan coffee.

- I had not seen one before, so let us know.

- Oh, huh, alright.

Well, thanks again for joining us

and until next time ...

- Keep grinding.

- Hey, thanks for watching our reviews.

The Brno Coffee Guide | European Coffee Trip - Duration: 7:20.

Hello guys, it is Ales and Radek from European Coffee Trip

and in this video we will show you 8 great cafes you can visit in Brno, Czech Republic.

Cafe #1 is Cafe Mitte.

Cafe Mitte is a tiny cafe in the centre of Brno

and the reason we are starting our tour here is that next to the cafe there is also the hostel

so whether you look for the accommodation this is the place you should go!

They offer a wide range of coffees from local and international coffee roasters.

If you can, sit in the window and enjoy the buzz of the Panská Street.

Right now, we are sitting at Cafe Mitte in Brno

and we just got Kenyan coffee from Doubleshot Coffee Roasters

and it was prepared on V60. So that is our morning coffee.

Cafe #2 is 4Pokoje.

4Pokoje, 4Rooms in English, is a perfect spot for any tourist.

They open at 7 am, they serve coffee, drinks and food for most of the day

and they close after midnight!

4Pokoje is a fusion of cafe, bar and bistro and if you can choose - the breakfast time is the best!

Taste the legendary Benedict 2.0.

When it comes to coffee, the offer is minimalistic. Batch brewed filter coffee called Berliner.

It is a seasonal blend from the production of local Rebelbean coffee roasters.

What is essential, baristas and bartenders can mix it well with other ingredients.

So ask for coffee based cocktails.

A drink you have was Irish Rehab

Which is our version of non alcoholic Irish Coffee.

From the hot coffee we have the batch brew, malt syrup with cocoa and shaken heavy cream

It is the typical Irish but it's a nice combination of the bitterness of the coffee,

sweetness and the maltiness of the syrup and the cold cream to dial it down. It is really good!

Cafe #3 is Monogram Espresso Bar.

Monogram Espresso Bar is located in the side street close to the Cabbage Market

and only about five minutes from the train station.

Adam Neubauer is the three times Czech Barista Champion and 10th best barista in the world.

Coffee and cakes are always spot on and next to the house coffee from UK's Has Bean

Adam brings exciting coffees from all around Europe.

I made you washed Ethiopian coffee from Has Bean roastery which is situated in Stafford, England.

It's nice washed coffee with all kinds of tastes which are typical for Ethiopian coffee

so black tea and very floral aroma, so really nice gentle taste with nice acidity.

Monogram Espresso Bar creates an intimate atmosphere.

You can literally sit behind the bar and observe the precise work of barista from a close distance.

Cafe #4 is Coffee Fusion.

Coffee Fusion, close to Malinovsky Square, combines a traditional look of the early 20th century cafe

with quality specialty coffee.

Michal Kocman, the owner and head barista, is probably the most decorated barista in the country.

Check all his trophies on the wall.

You can always choose from two different coffees prepared for espresso and some more for filter coffee.

We usually serve coffee from the Czech roastery Doubleshot but from time to time we have other roasteries.

For example, right now we have roastery Has Bean from England or also DoubleB which is based in Russia.

We can also recommend you a famous chocolate cake!

You should try it too!

Cafe #5 is SKØG Urban Hub

At Dominican Square, SKØG Urban Hub is a spacious cafe in the Scandinavian style.

Coffee comes from a sister company called Rusty Nails Coffee Roasters

and for a long time it was roasted on the first floor.

so I prepared Kenyan coffee, it is from Challe,

and for me it's one of the best coffees we got now in the offer.

The quality goes higher. The processing is better each and every year and we can see it and it is lovely to taste that.

Next to the delicious coffees SKØG Urban Hub offers great food too.

Mostly vegan and vegetarian breakfasts, burgers, salads and cakes.

Cafe #6 is Punkt.

It's like 10 minutes walk from the city center and it's right here.

It was created by a coffee loving couple Klára and Martin

who built the community of regular customers as well as the team of enthusiastic baristas.

We are very close to the park Lužánky which is perfect place to relax

so you can come over for a cup of coffee to go and you are right there in one minute.

We tasted coffee from local Fiftybeans Coffee Roasters and delicious homemade cakes.

Besides coffee, Martin also loves beer so he got involved in the coffee beer project with their friends.

It's Indian Pale Ale with Ethiopian coffee. The taste is like a grapefruit, citrus and the black tea.

Cafe #7 is Kafe & Kobliha

Jan wanted to make coffee ("kafe")

and Marek wished to make donuts ("koblihy")

So they opened their takeaway cafe at Brno's Baker's Street.

And there is Soňa who keeps them sane!

Both menus are changing every month.

I'm trying to take roasteries which are not very common in Brno or in the Czech Republic.

like the Caravan Coffee Roastery I have today.

I really love them - I visited them a few times in London

and for me it was just natural to have them few times in a year.

So there is always a good reason to come. The interiors are playful and funky.

Flamingos, mirrors, golden sun and table football. It's all you can expect in the hip cafe.

Cafe #8 is Industra Coffee.

Industra Coffee is one of the main reasons why foodies and coffee lovers from the rest of the country come to Brno.

Even though it is inconveniently located in the suburbs of Brno,

Industra Coffee brings customers in for delicious coffee, cakes and famous weekend brunches.

Here I found also pieces of Ajala chocolate what is a local craft chocolate maker.

I think it's best chocolate you can get in the Czech Republic

so maybe it's a really good souvenir you can take from Brno.

Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil

who stand behind Industra Coffee are skilled baristas who brought years of experience in coffee in London.

Have a seat on the bar, order filter coffee from London's Square Mile Coffee Roasters

and enjoy the brew and talk with the barista champions!

So we hope enjoyed this video, there are way more cafes you can find in Brno

and you can find them all on our website - link in description

Microsoft Build: Seattle Coffee - Duration: 3:21.

>> So James we just got

out of Washington State Convention Center.

>> Yeah, you know there's one thing

that I absolutely love about this city.

>> What is it?

>> Coffee.

>> Coffee.

>> Yeah, there're so many great shops all around here,

roasteries. And let's go check them all out.

>> Yes, let's do it.

>> So, James we

just walked up from

the Convention Center just a couple of blocks away.

>> Yeah nice quick walk. Where we at?

>> So right now we're actually at

the Starbucks Reserve Roastery.

It's absolutely gorgeous.

>> Fantastic, right?

>> Yeah they have all sorts of

their ways of making coffee,

drinking coffee, experiencing coffee.

It is an experience in itself right?

>> It is, Starbuck's best that they have to offer.

>> And one of my favorite things about

this location is actually the corner.

There's so much food,

there's so much different coffee to drink.

You guys can come up here and check this out for sure.

>> Yeah.

>> Let's go get a coffee.

>> Let's do it.

>> James you brought me to another coffee shop.

There's got to be a reason.

>> You know I did, we're here at Monorail Espresso.

It's my absolute favorite coffee shop in the entire city!

>> Really?

>> It's true.

>> What about it?

>> Well their espresso drinks are amazing.

But, it is cash only.

Gotta bring cash. Support local.

>> What I recommend is an eight ounce burnt cream latte.

Absolutely dynamite.

>> Well, we'll give it a try.

>> Yeah.

>> One nice part about this, is it's actually

only two blocks from the Convention Center,

so you can walk right over.

But as James said, make sure you bring cash.

>> Absolutely. Let's go get a coffee.

>> Let's do it.

>> Oh my god, that dog is adorable.

>> So we made it to Pike Place, historic Pike Place.

>> That's right, all the way,

to the very first Starbucks ever.

It's the longest line that

you'll ever be in for a Starbucks.

>> I'm guessing it probably

tastes like all the other Starbucks.

>> Yeah. It tastes like Starbucks.

>> Yeah.

>> It's pretty delicious. But they do some exclusive swag

to be the very first Starbucks which makes great gifts.

>> I didn't know that.

>> Yeah.

>> So I know a place

actually right around the corner that

has no line and a better view. Do you want to go there?

>> Let's do it.

>> All right.

James, it's

being a long day.

>> Yeah. And I know, we drank a lot of coffee but

for me I like to end my day one way.

>> I'm guessing some more coffee and maybe a story.

>>That's right. At Storyville Coffee.

>> That's one of the best ways.

>> Absolutely. Cause you can

never really have enough coffee.

>> No.

>> Yeah, let's go and order.

>> Let's go and order.

>> James, thanks for joining

me for coffee here at Storyville.

>> Any time I'll always have a cup of coffee.

>> Conversations are great. The views are amazing.

>> Beautiful.

>> And, you know, one of my favorite things about Storyville is

actually what they do with their profits.

Can you tell me more about that?

>> That's right,

not only do they have great coffee, but they donate

all the profits to anti-human trafficking organizations.

So great cause, great coffee, great views.

>> It's fantastic.

>> So if you're at Build. Come check it out.

>> And say hi to us if you see us.

>> We'll see you at

Microsoft Build 2018.

Coffee Crisis Review - Duration: 3:12.

Coffee Crisis is a brawler where you play as a barista defending the earth against an

alien invasion.

The story is absolutely silly but did you know this game originally came out on the

Sega Genesis?

Not originally but in 2017, I can't believe people still release games for that system.

It's amazing to think you can make a game today that will still work in a Genesis.

Incredible that they were able to make Coffee Crisis just like the old games.

Anyway the coolest part of Coffee Crisis just how old school it is.

If you really wanted to relive the experience from your childhood then this is it.

That includes all the good and bad that goes along with those games.

That game system had a ton of limitations which are all applied to Coffee Crisis.

It's great because this game feels just like those games and is a lot of fun.

But it's a very basic brawler with a crazy story.

And I mean crazy, the story makes no sense.

One minute they're serving coffee and the next they're battling aliens at a concert.

Got me what's going on but it's entertaining.

Coffee Crisis has basically non stop combat and you need to keep moving.

If you stand in one place too long you're going to get wrecked.

The enemies swarm around you and have no problems hitting you right in the back.

I found the jump kick to be most effective.

The enemies spawn from either side of the screen and it's best to get them to group

up because you can stagger them with your hits.

There are some power ups but nothing new.

Coffee Crisis has your standard health and invincibility drops as well as points.

Co-op is probably the best way to experience Coffee Crisis.

I think it could be a good couch hang out game because it's slightly mindless and

nonsensical.

Also there's a pretty good metal soundtrack.

The game could do a little bit better explaining the differences between the two characters.

I think Ashley is faster but I have no idea.

Some stat bars would have been cool.

Overall there's not much to say about Coffee Crisis.

This game has some pretty good art with a solid soundtrack.

The developers wanted to recreate a old style game and they did it.

You're going to want to be a big fan of these types of games before you purchase.

I think the gameplay gets a little repetitive which makes sense you know?

With all the nice little touches added in I think the game is very special.

But it is what it is.

If you're interested you can buy a cartridge for this game and I put the link in the description.

Thanks for watching.

Coffee Talk: Facebook Earnings - Duration: 2:04.

- Hi, everyone.

We're here today to talk about how Facebook can't help

but make money.

Jim, that was your line.

You said it on television.

Explain what you meant.

- Facebook's earnings came out

and of course they just once again crushed it.

Think about it.

Facebook had probably its worst PR crisis in history.

All the news is bad.

I think we knew that that was towards the tail end

of the quarter, but I'd be willing to bet

next quarter as well.

You just don't see any impact on it.

The advertising business is incredibly strong.

They've got more than two billion users.

Their daily active users are up a minute.

Just all the metrics can't help

but line up to record-breaking quarters.

- Now one thing I noticed yesterday in the coverage

was people took aim at like only 13% growth,

but you had a really good point about this.

- Yeah, 13% growth in daily active and monthly active users.

All of that's the downside.

Put that in context.

That 13% is like 260 million users.

That's seven times the population of Canada

is what they grew, and it's only 13%.

The reason it's only 13% is when you've got a user base

that's over two billion,

a double digit growth is a massive number.

I'm not sure there are enough humans

for you to grown that user base 40%.

- Most American companies

and you include like the Twitters

would be pretty psyched that kind of a growth.

- To be able to grow year over year

and you have 260 million users,

I think Twitter's overall user base

is in the low of 300 millions.

One other way of looking at it

is Facebook in one year grew its user base

by almost the size of Twitter.

Most of our customers,

again they've got their own frustrations,

and we all have our own frustrations

about the algorithms and the reach

and all of the things that are going on with Facebook,

but the fact of the matter is,

is you can't not put your content on Facebook.

If you are a high quality content creator,

you may be upset that the reach has gone down.

You may not be happy with what Facebook is doing.

I certainly understand that

and we've talked a lot about that,

but the fact of the matter is,

you've got to get your content out there

because that's where people are.

- It's basically as steady as it goes.

- Yeah.

- [Mark] All right.

Thanks, Jim.

Thanks, everyone, for joining us.

(light music)
