This massage routine is based on traditional Chinese medicine which will help to solve
this skin problem and you will get miraculous results with no side effects.
The only thing that you have to do is maintain the consistency and keep
positive intention while you do this massage.
Traditional Chinese medicine believe that the major cause of eczema includes allergies,
improper spleen function and liver disorders.
This massage routine will help to improve the detoxification of the body, regulate endocrine
functions, boost immune function and more.
All this will have good effect on your skin health and help solve skin eczema problem.

Now, let's get started.
You can do this acupressure point massage for eczema at any time, whenever you find
time.
Ideally avoid doing this right after heavy meal or when you feel extremely hungry.
Avoid doing this during pregnancy.
Before you begin, this massage.
You must wash your hands first.
The first acupressure point is located at the meeting point of the base of the skull
and top of the neck, in the soft depression just lateral to the thick tendon of the trapezius
muscle.
Apply deep and firm pressure with your finger tips or thumbs.
You can also stimulate this point by clasping your hands together, gently open your palms
with finger interlocked to form a cup shape.
Now use your thumbs to stimulate these points.
Press and hold these points for 4 to 5 seconds.
Do this for 1 to 3 minutes.
Stimulating this point will help to relieve itching, dispel excess heat, dehumidify, inhibit
inflammation, and also reduce swelling.
To locate next point, just flex your elbows then look for the end of the crease on the
outer side of your bent elbow.
This point will help to clear excess heat and wind from the body.
Stimulating this point act as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, reduces redness, itching and
other symptoms of the skin diseases.
Stimulate this point on your both the hands for about 1 to 2 minutes each.
With the knee flexed, the third point is located in a depression distal to the medial condyle
of the tibia, at the junction of the shaft and the medial condyle.
This acupressure point is useful for regulating spleen functions, remove dampness, reduces
fire, relieve inflammation, itching and other symptoms.
You have to stimulate this point on both legs for about 1 to 2 minutes each.
Fourth point is located in the palm of both the hands.
Just make a loose fist, in between the 3rd and 4th metacarpal bones where the tip of
your middle finger falls.
Stimulate this point properly on both hands for about 1 to 3 minutes each.
This point will help to clear the heat, and also plays an important role in eliminating
the facial sores.
Fifth acupressure point is located on the back of your both hands, in between first
and second metacarpals bone.
Stimulate this point on your both hands with your thump or index finger tips for about
1 to 2 minutes each.
I love stimulating this acupressure points as it helps promote facial blood circulation,
relieve fatigue, and refreshes the spirit.
The last acupressure point is located on the inner wrist crease, towards the little finger
side.
About one-fifth of the distance across the wrist, you will feel depression or hollow
at the base of the pisiform bone.
Apply gentle pressure on this point for about two to three minutes.
Hold the left side first, then the right for this point.
This point is again one of my favorite point to stimulate as it helps to balance your health
and brain energies.
Improving blood circulation, calm down and relaxed the entire being.
Once you are done with this massage routine you will immediately find yourself more relaxed
and refreshed.
Stimulate this point whenever you will have time daily.
You will start seeing changes not only in your skin but on overall physical and mental
well being.

Online treatment for agoraphobia with panic disorder - Duration: 3:47.
Welcome.
My name is Peter Strong.
I'm a professional psychotherapist specializing in Mindfulness Therapy and I provides online
treatment for agoraphobia and panic disorder using Mindfulness Therapy.
So if you're looking for an online therapist to help you overcome your agoraphobia and
panic disorder, then please go to my website and learn more about my online therapy service
and then contact me with any questions you may have about Mindfulness Therapy and online
therapy and how to get started with this approach to help you overcome your agoraphobia.
The Mindfulness Therapy approach is very effective.
It is a combination of exposure therapy, which is of course very important, whereby you construct
a series of challenges that are manageable that you repeat on a daily basis.
But then it combines this with mindfulness training to work on the anxiety that you may
anticipate or that may have occurred during one of these exposure challenges.
And that's what makes the mindfulness approach so effective.
It is very strategic and it helps you actually learn how to process the specific anxiety
that has triggered in your challenges, whether that might be just walking outside of your
front door, or going to a mall, or some other place, whatever it might be.
You know what triggers anxiety and panic attacks.
So it's absolutely essential that you don't avoid these triggers.
That is the biggest trap that causes us to become trapped in a negative cycle of anxiety.
You must not avoid your triggers, but by the same reasoning, you must not simply re traumatize
yourself by exposure to these triggers.
You have to prepare for them very strategically and rehearse ahead of time using mindfulness
techniques so that you are prepared when you are exposed to those particular triggers.
When you take this approach you will see benefits very quickly and indeed most of my clients
who I've worked with over the years see dramatic changes within the first few sessions once
you start applying the mindfulness methods that I will be teaching you.
So if you'd like to learn more about how to overcome agoraphobia and panic disorder then
please reach out to me by email and et's get started.
Thank you.

Whiplash Treatment - Parker Chiropractor Awaken Chiropractic - Duration: 1:30.
Hi everyone, Dr. Alex Willard with Awaken Chiropractic again. I want to talk this
week about whiplash. Whiplash injuries in your neck following
an accident whether it's in your car or something else that might sustain a
whiplash injury. So did you know that it only takes about a five mile an hour
accident in order to sustain that in your neck. Most people don't think
of a whiplash injury as being 5-10 to 20-40 miles an hour or 80
miles an hour getting rear-ended getting t-boned in your car and being in
excruciating pain. That's not necessarily true it is most of the time that's
usually where people feel the most pain but you can sustain a whiplash injury at
much lower speeds and actually that might actually be worse for you because
you don't think about. you don't get it corrected and sit there for 10 or 20
years which starts early degeneration in your neck and therefore it's not
correctable. There's nothing you can do except for surgery which, who wants
surgery to just fuse everything together, right? Not me. So in order to correct
that, get your spine checked out make sure that everything is in proper
alignment whether it's the bones or the muscles making sure that the nerves are
functioning correctly and so we can make sure that we awaken your health and we
can help you live a better life. Check us out online at www.awakenchiroco.com
we have blogs on there as well explaining everything so check out all
of those and like us on facebook to see all of our contents thanks have a
wonderful day!
