I'm Betsy Robertson at the Red Cross shelter in Victoria, Texas and this facility has been

set up for a couple of days, giving members of the community a place to come to ride out the storm.

Harvey hit the city of Victoria pretty hard Driving through town, damage is evident from

the wind, everywhere you go.

And as the storm continues to hang close by and raining very hard, flood water is rising

and making movement around the region much more difficult.

But the Red Cross is here and we will be here in Victoria as long as we're needed, providing

food, water, shelter and comfort.

I want to say thank you, because without them, we wouldn't have no where to go and they treated

us like family, which is wonderful.

But there's no place like home, like Dorthy said.
