this is a no equipment standing abs workout video and we are going to be
burning fat and we're about to get into this thing you don't need any equipment hope
you join me for this entire full-length ten minute standing abs workout we're
going to get into it five exercises 45 seconds each 15 seconds rest in between
and we're going to loop through this thing two times
non-stop this is a fat burning standing abs working out unlike some of those
other ones on YouTube where you're going to be moving slow so let's get into this
thing first exercise starts in three two one twisters right here bring those
knees up and out wide I'm going to be here with you firming dump the entire
time and we're live if you're watching this after the live broadcast say let us
know where you're watching from and you can just follow along we're gonna go
through this thing now if you get tired you can bring it up to the side like
this otherwise I want you moving fast and with twisting to the side almost
there five four three two one good next exercise is going to be a one letting me
drive we're going to step back and then drive the meet up we'll switch halfway
three two one right foot back drive the knee go
drive it up as high as you can a couple over on that side three two one
good other leg
get some air drive it up
almost there in the next field that you there's a fat burning standing abs
workout just for you guys five four three two one good well we had those ABS
we're burning the fat and we're getting that core tightened up next exercise
we're going to slow it down now that the heart rate is up this is one of the only
slower moves in this workout it's a window ranking it up feet about
shoulder width twist to the side reach down come up gonna push this hip out to
the side and when you're working those obliques those love handles this is a
great drill you can do with weights today we're doing no equipment how do

squat bring it up squat bring it up as high as you can
this is like a side crunch you guys hit those love handles work
bring it up twist bring the knee up think those legs are working good to
drive it up drive it up nice heart rates up we're burning fat having fun getting
that cord tighten up on this standing abs workout
good all right this is we're gonna do five and then drop it up if you lose
count it's okay just keep going we aren't cranking it up this is our fat
burning party and abs combo just keep moving the whole time crazy get in here
now ten more seconds on that one push I'm so
glad you guys are here five seconds after this we're going to go right back
up to the top don't rest time good just that 15-second transition feeling
good man I am winded here sweating burning fat let's take it up from the
top you guys how do you twisters yo that means you can do drive it up
if you get tired slow it down bring them out to the side now this
twister that's going to get your entire floor and also those love handles baby
good let's go right here not me get that burning going go you're

the knee drive we're gonna be switching halfway through now every time we bring
the knees up working those lower abs okay keep that in mind every time you
drive the knee up keep working on that side three two one other side good keep
