about how to generate more leads with the world's

most powerful social media network, Facebook.

All right, today we're talking all about lead gen,

specifically lead gen on Facebook.

Because, frankly, there's almost no better platform

out there whether we're talking about online,

or offline, or different social media networks.

Well, regardless, there's almost no better platform

out there to generate leads than Facebook.

For starters, pretty much everybody is on Facebook

regardless of their demographic details like age,

or gender, or occupation, their geographic details.

No matter where they're located, in what city,

or state, or province, or country.

Also, their psychographic details,

which means that we can laser focus

in on different attitudes, or interests, or behaviors,

or anything else that they might be interested in.

Also, advertising on Facebook is really easy to set up.

In fact, the odds are pretty good

that if you've got a business and you're watching

this now you probably already have all

of the assets required to set up

and start generating leads on Facebook.

Whether we're talking about personal profiles,

business pages, or even an ad account.

But I'm getting ahead of myself,

and we'll get to that in just a second.

Also, the strategies that we're gonna be talking

about today are either free,

meaning they obviously don't cost any money,

or they're incredibly inexpensive to use.

So you can be done with only a few dollars a day.

And you can scale up as required or as necessary

as you want to start increasing that lead flow.

All right, let's get to the meat and potatoes.

Here are five steps on how

to generate more leads with Facebook.

Step number one is to get your ducks in a row.

I'm not really sure where that expression came from.

(duck quacks)

When we're talking about getting your ducks

in a row what we mean is making sure

that you're set up for success

by ensuring all of the foundational,

and principles, and all the basics are in place

before you start trying to generate those leads.

Now, there's some obvious things you're gonna need

to do like make sure you've got a Facebook account,

both a personal one, and a business one,

as well as an ad account, which is all gonna help.

And if you already have an ad account

you're going to probably want to make sure that it's set up

under a business manager, rather under a personal name.

This is gonna give you more flexibility later,

allow you to sort of share access to it,

bring in other ad managers if you want,

as well as create backup ad accounts.

And creating backup ad accounts

is definitely something you're going

to want to do if possible in your account.

This is because once those leads start rolling

in you're not gonna want to take a chance

of anything getting interrupted

or your ad account getting paused or shut down.

So you always want to make sure

you've got that backup just in case.

Also, even if you have no intention

of running paid Facebook ads

to generate leads you still want

to make sure that you do have an ad account set up.

And you've got the Pixel from Facebook,

which is completely free to get

and installed across all of your online properties.

This is incredibly important,

and the sooner you do this the better.

Because it's going to allow you

to start collecting data today.

All right, step number two, once we've got things set up,

once we've got all our accounts registered,

is to really dive into the psychology,

and understand the principles

behind successful lead gen campaigns.

Specifically, the successful lead gen

campaigns taking place on Facebook.

The best thing to do here is to really understand

that Facebook is a social platform,

which means people aren't logging in

in the morning with their credit card

in hand looking for something to buy like

they would if say they were searching on Amazon.

No, you need to understand that they're there

to catch up on news, or chat with friends,

or see what family's up to, or anything like that.

Again, not with purchase intent.

It's for this reason that any of your lead gen efforts

on Facebook need to be friendly,

they need to be casual, they need to be conversational.

And they need to be kind of like you're acting

like a good neighbor or a good friend.

Just chilling out and having a chat.

All right, step number three to generating

more leads on Facebook is to leverage

both your personal profile and paid Facebook ads.

Now, we all pretty much know that organic reach

on a Facebook business page is pretty much dead.

Facebook basically throttled any reach

or any chance of your organic posts,

meaning posts that you don't pay

on your business page, from reaching anyone.

But the same isn't true of your personal page.

Now, by personal profile I mean the one

that's under your name, the one that you're

probably connected to friends and family with.

And the one that you would go to pretty much any time

you log into Facebook just for personal use.

Now, lately, this has been one of the most underutilized,

and yet most effective tools available to us as marketers.

Specifically, in direct marketing and lead gen.

Now, obviously, the tactics and the strategy

behind going out and using your personal profile

to generate leads is gonna be pretty different

than if you were using a business profile.

Because, again, you don't want

to come off here as too salesy or too pushy,

especially on that personal profile.

But that doesn't mean you don't want to use it.

Now, I get a lot of kickback and a lot of resistance

from people who don't want to go out there

and put out business messages

on their personal page because their friends

will see it or their family will see it.

They'll get negative feedback, people will criticize them.

They'll say, hey, why are you

doing this, or what's up with that?

And, really, you gotta kind of get over that.

I know, I know, that's easier said than done.

But the reality is that if you want to be generating leads,

if you want to grow your business,

you're gonna have to develop a little bit of a thicker skin.

And that means accepting a little bit of criticism

that's gonna come with you first starting

to make those posts on your personal page.

But I assure you the criticism

is well worth the effort because the results,

and the authority, and the authenticity,

and the ethical way that you're able to market

by kind of coming at it personally just far supersedes

any of the negative comments that you might get.

Plus, nobody's saying that you need

to be salesy here on your personal posts.

You can use this to express your views,

or to tell your story, or to tie things into your business,

and how that's a part of your life.

Because the odds are good that if you're an entrepreneur,

well, the entrepreneur aspect of your life

is a pretty big part of your life.

So don't be afraid to share your story,

and share your journey, and share how you're helping people.

All right, so I hope I've convinced you,

but let's move on to paid Facebook ads,

which is where Facebook really starts to shine.

Now, the key to running a successful Facebook ad campaign

to generate leads is really to be strategic,

and to think things through right from

that very first click all the way to the sale.

This means spending a lot of time ahead of time

by making sure that you've got things set up

with good ad copy, and good images,

that you've chosen the right objective whether you're going

for traffic, or conversions, or video views.

And, essentially, just being

strategic about the entire process.

Now, obviously there's a lot to talk

about when it comes to setting up a high converting

and profitable lead gen Facebook ad,

so I'm gonna link up this video right here,

which shares some of the tips

and tricks behind some of my highest converting six

and seven figure generating campaigns.

You definitely want to check it out.

All right, step number four in generating more leads

with Facebook is you need to give them something.

Now, this approach is pretty much lead gen 101,

but essentially what it means is that we're gonna need

to offer something of value in exchange

for our lead's contact details.

Whether we're going for an email,

or a name and email, or a name, email,

and phone number, whatever it is,

we need to provide something of value in order

for them to be willing to exchange that detail.

Now, when it comes to giving them something

of value you can overdeliver because we're all busy.

And the last thing you want to do

is burden someone with a 1000 page E-book,

or a 30 hour video course, or something

that they are gonna really just have no time

to consume or no desire to consume,

which means you won't even get the lead in the first place.

So when you're thinking about what

you can exchange for their contact details make sure

to remember to keep it short, keep it fun,

and keep it actionable, which means that they're going

to be able to get it, consume it,

and then take action really quickly to get a quick win.

And when they take this action and when they get

this quick win, well, they're automatically gonna view you

as a position of authority, and they're gonna know

that you know what you're talking about.

An example here is my Facebook ad image guide,

which is gonna help you select

the perfect image for your Facebook ads.

Now, it's not gonna walk you through absolutely everything

you need to know about setting up a Facebook ad.

But it is going to give you a very quick win,

and it's going to be very effective

in decreasing your cost per acquisition,

increasing the quality of the lead,

and basically making your campaigns

all around much more effective.

All right, step number five when it comes

to generating more leads on Facebook

is you need to send them somewhere,

which means you can't leave them hanging.

This is a mistake I see all the time,

whether we're talking about personal posts,

or whether we're talking about paid ads

through a business page, or an ads manager, whatever it is.

People will write really good copy,

they'll have really good content.

And then they'll essentially just say, all right, good luck.

You don't want to do that.

Rather, you want to end absolutely everything

with one single crystal clear call to action.

You want to give your prospect,

or the viewer, or the reader, whoever's going

through this content the exact next steps to follow.

And, normally, they need to be incredibly,

incredibly simple and incredibly clear,

which means one click, yep, one click.

make it simple, and make it direct.

But make sure to include it.

So the key then to generating more leads on Facebook

is much the same as generating leads anywhere.

First, you need to understand

the psychology of the platform.

Next, you need to make sure that you're being strategic

throughout your campaign from click all the way to sale.

Next, you need to leverage all the tools available.

In this case it's gonna be your

personal profile and paid ads.

After that you need to make sure

that you're giving them something of value

in exchange for their contact details.

Finally, make sure to include a clear,

concise, and compelling call to action,

which tells them exactly what to do next.

When you get all these lined up Facebook

is easily without a doubt one of the most effective

lead gen platforms available today.

I want to talk about how to get your team on board yeah great let's start

making some videos two cameras out there on the floor take cameras with us you

know whatever your business looks like probably have other people other than

you and they're gonna be like I don't know how do you get your people on board

so that they're going to want to do this with you?

This is Daily Fuel

My first piece of advice is to make this something fun and make it something

extra it shouldn't really be required or something that is forced upon people

especially if they're if they're not really into it from from the get-go if

you share with them your vision of what you're trying to do you're going to get

people who are going to see that vision and share it with you and and be on

board with it and they're gonna be like yeah great

let's let's do the other hand you're gonna have some people who are just like

no I'm I don't know I'm scared I'm nervous I don't like the way I look

people are going to have some personal issues or just whatever and trying to

force the issue on them is only going to make them resist it make it fun it can

be goofy it could be irreverent there can be

silliness involved start with the people who are into it and allow them to sort

of do their thing there will be like a contagious effect they'll be having fun

and then and then what will happen is they'll be like to the ones who are who

said no originally come on just join me a little bit if they're hearing that

from their co-workers rather than being feeling like they're being coerced by

you then they might be more into joining in over a little bit of time and number

two is to let your people shine if you're going to make videos with the

people in your company make it about the people in your company let them shine

let them be the heroes if you take all their work and make it look like you're

the hero or just make it about the company and this is some marketing

advertorial the people on your team aren't gonna really be all that excited

about and quite frankly nobody's going to be

excited to watch it but if you make it something where they shine where they

are made to look like the hero of it or their ideas were brought to the

forefront and they got the credit for it and they're gonna want to share the

video they're gonna want to put it on Facebook they're gonna want to tell

people about it they're gonna be like hey look what we did this week at work

and finally number three is don't push it there are always going to be people

who just are not into it I wouldn't be like come on you've you've

seen enough of these now you do one if you're going to make the people on your

team look like the heroes then in my opinion you need to respect the ones who

want to keep their privacy who don't want to be a part of this they're here

to do a job they're doing their job I'm not a huge fan of the idea of having

rewards for people who are a part of something like this or especially not

consequences for people who are not a part of this in my mind that's not

really a great team-building tool it's not something that you're going to get

the best content out of if you have people on these videos that are just

doing it because they feel forced in some way then you're not gonna get that

yeah you're gonna get the hmm you don't want that and today you have it there's

my tips for how to get your team on board with creating content find the

people on your team who are on board with your vision and gung-ho about it

let them do their thing let them shine and watch as some of the other people

who are just shy or not sure or not confident enough yet when they see other

people having fun and and building relationships and teamwork they'll want

to be a part of it too

tutorial on: How to Get QuickTime H.264 Video Codec in after effects cc 2018 | Subtitles - Duration: 4:11.

Hi!

Welcome back to another Great Tutorial with FlightSim205.

Good News!

I have a new computer!

Which when I moved after effects

I had trouble with my output format.

I just couldn't find the other QuickTime video codecs.

So today, I will show you how to fix the issue

where you can't see more video codecs

or how to get more QuickTime codecs.

So, I have my transparent composition ready to

render in the latest version of

"Adobe After Effects"

Please note, this tutorial should work for any version of

"After Effects".

Now, if I press on this, Output Module: Lossless,

I will change my format to "QuickTime".

Then pressing on "Format Options",

you see that you would barely

have any Codecs for you to choose from.

And I want my Video Codec to be "PNG".

But, if I go to: "Edit", "Preferences", then if I go to

"Output", you see that there is no

option for getting the codecs here as

you would see in some other tutorials.

If you don't have that option I will show

you how to get the video codecs that you

want anyways.

So, to get the codecs that you want,

Close your After Effects program.

But, make sure you save your project

Now, if you don't have "QuickTime",

Then, I will leave a link in the description below.

There will be a "QuickTime installer" along with the,

"Read Me" file that you have to read.

Now, after you had installed it go to the

"QuickTime Alternative" app and press "Configuration".

Go to the Advanced tab and look for this,

"Media Encoding" section and check this,

"Enable encoding using legacy codecs", Box.

This will enable the ability to have more

options in choosing the other video

codecs in your application.

Now, press "Apply" and then "OK"

Also make sure your after-effects

is installed in your

"C Drive➡Program Files➡Adobe

Otherwise this, WILL NOT work for you and you will still

have trouble with this problem now load up your

"Adobe After Effects" project

and go to your output module and change

"Lossless" to "QuickTime".

Now, for the real test! 📝

So, press, "Format Options" then you should

have a lot more Video Codecs than you had before.

And you should see your Codec that you what.

In this case, I'm going to choose "PNG".

Now, I am changing my channel to,

"RBG + Alpha". Because Alpha supports transparency.

And if your project has audio in it,

then set your Audio Output to "On" or "Auto".

But I am setting this to "Off".

And then hit "OK".

Now, make sure you have "Caps Lock" on.

and then press "Render".

I'm going to get more views so that is how you guys are want to get ranked and

get more views on YouTube now the simple little trick I use and if you guys have

watched this for keep watching I want to share that with you it is I shared my

videos on reddit now you guys want to share your videos across all social

media platforms like Facebook Google+ Pinterest there's Twitter you guys want

to do all that and my the one that actually got me really good views was

actually sharing my video on reddit so my video was about affiliate marketing

and click my account to make $10,000 in 10 days it was actually this video now I

posted this early in the morning and I've got some 30 views by now and this

is really good because my youtube channel isn't really badly and I already

have 30 views on it now what I did is just copied in a title and then I put my

video link in the description and where I put my link is on the subreddit of

experient more that's right from my video and it's a subreddit and I've

gotten thirty views just from that and actually

YouTube suggesting my videos to other people but I think most of the views is

from reddit because people have actually commented on them and they're engaged

with the video and I think they've watched it so that's the simple little

trick that you guys can use to get more views on your youth YouTube videos if

How to Get More Customers by Knowing Where to Advertise your Business - Duration: 4:41.

As a business owner where should you advertise to get more customers. knowing

where to advertise can get you much better results and save you money in

your marketing campaigns but in order to determine where it advertised you need

to know who your audience is which leaves that question who is my

audience. This is Sharlene from Graphic Intuition and today we'll talk about

determining your target market and using that to figure out how to advertise to them

If we ask who your target market is a lot of people will tell us anyone that

needs our products or services - great thanks dad. Some people will be more

specific than this and say for example men between the ages of 25 to 40 in

the Winnipeg area who are interested in classic cars. Although that's a great

start will tell you to be even more specific than this because within that

demographic you can have a lot of people with very different purchase behaviors

and world views so for example one person might have a family and likes

tinkering on cars on the weekends while another might be single and career

driven and takes his car out to show off so although both these men fit

within that demographic your message to the two men would be very different if

you're trying to get their business. So to determine your target market

demographics are still really important you'll still want to know things like

their age their gender where they're located but take it even a step further

and get to know your ideal client. Get to know their characteristics what

drives them and their purchase behaviors are they the type to buy brand-name

products or are they the type that are looking for deals. Once you have your

target market profiles figure it out you'll be able to cater your marketing

much more specifically you may even notice that you have more than one

target market profile which is great you can then use that to know who you're

targeting and which online platforms will give you the best results. So this

can be quite the extensive topic

so I'll just leave you with a few examples today to help get you started

Number one is Facebook. Facebook has 1.18 billion daily active

users not million, billion. That's a lot of potential people to reach but

there's even greater potential to lose a lot of money if you're just throwing

advertising dollars at the platform without a specific strategy so

generalizing personal experience with many of our clients, again this is not

the case for all of them but I tend to encourage Facebook and social media if

your goal is brand awareness because when people are scrolling through

Facebook they're not planning on making a purchase they're looking at funny

videos they're interacting with their friends so if you keep that in mind you

can still create a killer marketing strategy but the sales funnel tends to

be a lot longer when you use platforms such as social media. Example number two

look at the social channels demographics 78% of Snapchats users are between the

ages of 18 to 24 so if you're marketing to 40 year olds

I wouldn't recommend Snapchat. Example number 3 if you're looking for a shorter

sales funnel I usually recommend going for Google AdWords advertising on there

allows you to choose specific keywords or phrases that you want to appear for

so for example if someone searches for restaurants near me your ad will come up

so this platform has a much shorter sales funnel because people who are

searching those terms already have the intent to purchase but a warning if you

haven't set up campaign in Google AdWords before it's still very easy to

lose a lot of money if you don't know how to set it up so I would definitely

recommend talking to a digital marketing agency like Graphic Intuition to help
