hey guys if you see that the lighting is poor in some of my videos that's because

it's now summer I officially call it and it's going to be 90 plus days going

forward so I try to keep my blackout curtains down and and I try to keep you

know the fanned on trying to keep it cool in the room it's Sunday morning

it's about 7 a.m. in the morning so this is around the time that I like to do my

videos and I want to discuss with you what I have planned for a while I'm not

going to put a number on it because even if I slip up and have a solid food meal

I just have to shake off the remaining of this weight when I was on the juice

feast I am promised myself that I would not stop doing the juice feast until I

was 88 pounds down and I had stopped roughly around 60 pounds so I didn't

keep my promise of the 88 pounds that I did move roughly 60 pounds of that 88

pounds so I'm going to do a liquid regiment I don't call it a diet today I

will show you a video of the broth that I will be preparing because in this

liquid regimen I will be drinking juices water purified water Sun water and

carbonated water I usually get the Pellegrino for an example or the Poland

Spring Water that have the lime or lemon and when I say sprocket Ling waters

because some people get that mixed up with sparkling waters with the

sugars in it I'm talking about legit water with carbonated bubbles no type of

sugar at all inside of these other liquids and I'm going to be doing this

for quite a while the first couple of weeks there's really not an option for a

refeed mail I used to towards the end of my juice cleanse at the way into a

refeed meal and treat myself but I'm back to square one and I had did that

towards the end of 140 a juice cleanse I'm low is may 104 days so I'm not going

to be doing a refeed on Mondays after weigh-in I'm just going to continue on

with my liquid regiment until I lose all of the remaining of weight now some of

you that just started following me might say how the hell are you going to commit

to losing I'm fluctuated so between 17 to 23

pounds in a month easily I lost 60 pounds of it in 104

days so anything is possible it is possible I've done it before and I'm

going to do it again and was not gonna wait on Monday I felt in my mind if I

had to wait to Monday to start you know a freshman week then I wasn't taking it

serious so I said I'm going to stop the next day which Sunday so today I'll show

you a video of my broth that I will be having on days when I want to have

something hot and savory you know your mind does play tricks on you I do hear

you bastard diva she was saying the same thing she was like it's mind over matter

basically you know well once you put your mind to doing something you know

it's no stopping you even with the my playing tricks on you you'll do it

so I we'll update you I don't know what's

gonna be on a daily basis but I will be updating you all through the week let

you know that I'm on my liquid fast or regiment I should really call it and I

will be letting you know what's going on with me

I'm not going to overkill it like I did on the juice peace because I want to be

able to enjoy what my body is going to transform into and that's you know where

my sleeps at a hundred percent what you're kind of sorta is now that I'm

using the black seed oil but I'm saying without even having to use that

naturally my sleep will be back intact and also my mood swings and my anxiety

will be much more under control and everything will be back to normal

and I want to embrace those sudden and I say sudden because once you start to

give your digestive system a break your body will within 72 hours for me stop to

relieve itself from all the stress that the physical body is enduring from your

digestive tract happen to be constantly cleansed and they're moving the toxins

to the body soul can be released the body will basically be at a break so it

will put your mind and everything else at a break as well so don't want to make

you the broth that I won't be eating and what ingredients which are very simple

ingredients that I'll be putting inside of the broth and then you guys like to

- How should you invest $100, if you had only $100.

I would say buy yourself a nice sushi meal and enjoy it 'cause you're fucken broke and

you don't have any future whatsoever.

I'm kidding about that, you have some future but you have to save up.

You're not gonna be able to do much with $100.

So I encourage you to do yard work, you know, teach kids tennis, that's what I used to do.

There's a good racquet in that where you teach upper class kids tennis.

You have to learn tennis first, I don't know.

If you have $100 or let's say, let's take it up another notch, what if you're entirely

broke?

You need to invest in your brain.

You need to invest in your knowledge, in your future because you need to have some knowledge.

You obviously don't have money so you don't have much.

You can't trade in the markets, what are you gonna do?

You gonna take on some binary option bullshit?

You gonna take on some broker that offers you like 10:1 or 20:1 leverage and try to

trade Forex?

You'll just end up losing $100 or $500 or $1000.

Or maybe you do make money and then you learn terrible lessons and you build your account

up to 10 or 20 thousand, then you lose forty thousand because you've learned the wrong

lessons.

You need to do this the right way.

You can't cheat success so, my top student started with $1500 now he's over six million.

I started at like 12 thousand, several of my students started with like two or three

thousand.

You need a few thousand dollars so whatever you can do, scrounge together that money.

That said, if you are broke and you only have $100, does that mean that you shouldn't study,

you should just ignore the whole stock market and all the finance, no, because somehow,

some way, I think that you will be able to have a thousand or two thousand dollars in

your life at some point where you can actually trade and grow that money using a normal,

not so risky strategy like what I teach.

But, even if you do have that money, you don't necessarily have that knowledge.

So when you are totally broke, you have nothing but time.

Okay, you have no excuses, you obviously have no job, you probably have no life either so

you have a lot of time to study.

So utilize this broke, shitty lifetime that you have and make the best of it.

When you're rich, you don't wanna be watching that stuff, you're gonna have girls hitting

you up all the time, you're gonna be out on the town, you can spend $500, you can spend

five thousand, you can spend fucken $50000 in a night and let me tell you, that's fun.

But when you're broke you can't have fun.

So you have to study.

Use your broken, shitty life well and get some knowledge.

So that way at least, even if you're broke you can get smart so when you do save up a

few thousand dollars, you'll have already prepared and you'll have that knowledge ready

and you'll still have to keep studying 'cause the market's always changing, you have to

adapt.

But at least then, you will have a foundation that most people do not have.

I have a lot of trust fund like, kids who are you know, start with like fifty or a hundred

or two hundred fifty thousand dollars and they're like, oh Tim, this is child's play,

I'll definitely become your next millionaire soon and I don't have that much to go.

And they fucken suck, okay.

The people who start big are the worst because they take their money for granted, they don't

study, they don't put in the time and effort to actually do what it takes to grow a small

account, they ignore my advice to start smaller rather than bigger, so be grateful if you're

broke.

Be grateful if you have $100 to your name, there's nowhere to go but up.

You're already fucken miserable, poor, living a shitty life, having nothing to do with your

life, you can't go out and have fun, so it gives you no excuse whatsoever other than

to study.

And somehow you're watching this so you have internet access.

I don't know if you're bumming free internet at McDonald's or if you're at the library

or if you're at the Starbucks.

You know, maybe you're outside Starbucks and you're begging for some change but maybe the

WiFi is like going through the door so you still have WiFi so as you're begging for change

you can also study so now you're multitasking.

That's what you're gonna have to learn to do as you grow richer, okay?

And remember, when you are broke, there is almost nothing worse than your current situation.

So, piss in your pants, shit in your pants, it doesn't fucken matter.

No one takes you seriously anyways right now.

So it's your job to study up.

It's your job to move yourself up and do whatever it takes to get a few thousand dollars and

get that knowledge so that you can grow the few thousand into fifty thousand, a hundred

thousand, a million, two million, six million like my top students and I do.

When the wires are destroyed, you need to switch to the speed power and shoot the yellow wires with the disk attack.

Now you need to let androidmeda kill 300 aliens and 3 alien bosses.

I had to do some off camera stuff and upgrade my base since i was new to the game.

I just skipped to the boss fights so i don't bore you guys.

When you let Androidmeda kill 300 aliens and 3 alien bosses you will get the Alien Backpack.

Today's question is about intermittent fasting. So people ask me a lot about this

And I just wanted to talk about it a little bit today

So there's different diets that like promote intermittent fasting

Like I think the warrior diet is one where you pretty much don't eat all day and you have one meal at night

There is also the 5:2 diet. I think it's called where you eat

Like as many colors as you can for five days and then two days you eat 500 or something like that

Um, so intimate fasting isn't like something new. It's something that we have done our whole eyes

It's something that you know, the body naturally does

And it's not really like a diet

It's more of listening to your body and it kind of comes into play with like intuitive eating and things like that. So

if

You know, I don't think that you should force your body to intermittently fast

But what I do think is that when you listen to your body, you'll realize that you know, most people most thin people

will listen to their bodies and fast when they're not hungry, so

like if you've ever had friend and it's like 10 o'clock or new and or something like that and they've just been so busy and

They're just like, you know, I'm I haven't eaten anything all day because their body wasn't telling them to eat

They weren't hungry and they were just busy and they're focused on other things

That's kind of an explanation intermittent fasting. So if you go to bed or you stay you stop eating you eat dinner at 5:00 p.m

You wake up and you don't eat something until 8:00 p.m. You technically be intermittent fasting for?

15 hours, so from 5 p.m. To 8 and

15 hours, which I think 15 hours is like generally how much people will intermittent fast

Go into starvation mode and die, but you're not hungry like just eat when you're hungry

So wake up in the morning drink a bunch of water. Get your body hydrated

And then wait until you are hungry to eat your first meal your next meal. Wait until you're hungry to eat your next meal

so like a long time ago, we were roaming the planet, you know when we were

Not living by the standards of society and all their bring and washing and diets

We didn't have three meals a day like these were put into place by the marketing of America to make us

Form our eating habits around certain times of the day which helps you know

the restaurants helps the fast food industries, it helps sell more food and grocery stores because people are like well

What am I gonna have for breakfast? What are we gonna have for lunch women for dinner?

And it's all these different types of foods. So like you have your breakfast foods you have your lunch food

you have your dinner foods and generally those are what people at least in, you know, America on a standard American diet will eat for

Those specific meals they'll wake up the hunger Girt because it's a breakfast food. You know, we're the hub oatmeal or fruit or eggs

Bacon or something like that, they'll go out to eat and they'll get a huge bacon and egg platter or whatever

For lunch to have like a sandwich or something like that

They'll bring to work with like chips or they'll have like a hotdog or something

That's more of like a lunch night meal and then for dinner, they'll you know make something at home. That's like a stew or

pizza or whatever, so it's really just

American marketing tactics that have placed

meal times around everything and the dining industry took took advantage of that and they said well

we're gonna like make this into you have to eat ten times a day or this is gonna happen to you or

you know now there's intermittent fasting diets and things like that, but

Nothing is really new I mean

generally, if you just listen to your body and you go intuitive eating and how your body feels and you eat as much as you

Want everything will work out a hundred percent. So I wouldn't say like force your body to intermittently fast. I mean it is good

To not eat right before bedtime or anything like that

but just make sure that you're eating enough at dinner that you're full and satisfied and that

You can go to bed and not be like starving and then when you wake up drink a quart of water

Do a couple things and then once you feel hungry eat and then once you feel hungry again eat, so don't

Force your body to intermittent fast

It's just something that we naturally do day to day and I think that that's the healthiest way to go about it
