We're what's referred to as a third wave cafe. We approach coffee a scientific way.
I do love being an entrepreneur, I don't know how not to be. I see opportunity I

When you really find out the information about the truth of, that that person got sixty thousand
dollars in the end, after she'd had to have skin grafts on her private areas, because
of how terrible the burns were.
And then you hear that they had had numerous numerous complaints of their coffee being
scalding hot and they continued to have it that way.
I mean legal actions change things for the better for all of us.
Everybody knows coffee's hot, why in the world would a person receive money because
hot coffee spilled on them.
Well there's hot coffee and then there's hot coffee and that coffee, you know, you don't
have a coffee that's so hot that it's called you to the point you end up with second and
third degree burns and have to have surgery to replace the skin.
And that coffee is too hot, it's not safe for anybody to handle, because it, you know,
you have to, it's foreseeable that people are going to spill coffee.
They're going to spill coke, they're going to spill water, spill coffee, that it shouldn't
be so hot.
That when that foreseeable event happens, whether it's being sloshed or just it tips
over and pours in your lap, it shouldn't be so hot that you have to go in the hospital.
That was a totally just award, and after all the, the safeguards that there are, as far
as judges reducing awards, or the types of things that keep companies from having to
pay something, if it is unjust, you know there was no unjust compensation there.
And that, what happened was unjust, the other way.
